Denki and Shinso are great friends, with Denki having a secret crush on Shinso that only his best friend Sero knows about. And they both have the same dream, to become Pro Heroes.
But when a mysterious new villain called Talons of Power appears and starts using red scales with black lines known as Rikis to put people under his control, including villains, and gives them new powers, everyone's lives change, probably forever.
But not too long after Talons of Power made his first appearance, while Denki and Shinso were at home, they both found strange little black and red boxes in their rooms.
And when they opened them, they discovered that they now have the power to stop Talons of Power and save everyone under his control.
