Challenge written by Zoryan El Muerto

The camera opened up to Drew standing in the middle of the mess hall with a light blue table and an orange table on his sides. Ten contestants sat at both of the tables, and Pamela and Hack stood off to the side, "Welcome back to Total Drama Sakamannano Island!" Drew pointed at the camera, "If you remember where we last left off, we were just about to announce who our lovely teams would be throughout this season!" Drew grinned, "To do that, we're gonna have the winners of our previous challenge, Paige and Elizabeth, pick their teams!" Drews announcement got the two winners excited.

"Oh wow! I can pick the best team ever with that!" Paige clapped her hands.

"Oh phew, that makes things much better." Elizabeth smiled.

"Last episode I gave both of our winners a medallion, Orange for Team Adslapa Huluhulu and Light Blue for Moa Pa'ahua!" Drew pointed at the two medallions Paige and Elizabeth held, "Since Elizabeth was found last in the challenge, I think it's only fair for her to choose first. But you have to go boy-girl so we don't have an imbalance on the teams!" Drew announced as Elizabeth looked at her cast members.

"Well for starters, I choose... Timothy." Elizabeth said, getting a few eyebrows raised in response.

"Seriously? You want the weasel?" Becky crossed her arms.

"Wait you actually picked me first!? I never get picked first!" Timothy jumped with joy.

"Yeah, I don't see any problem with him." Elizabeth smiled.

"Well if that's what you want, no takey backsies!" Drew replied, "What about you Paige?"

"Oh, Brandon! He seems pretty cool!" Paige said.

"Nice!" Brandon got up and went over to Paige.

"Well, I think I'll go with... Melissa." Elizabeth stated.

"Awww I wanted Melissa!" Paige pouted in annoyance, "Who am I gonna prank now? I guess I'll take Sasha instead."

"Hmm, a prankster... I should keep a good eye on her... she might disappear on me." Sasha thought as she got up and joined her new team.

"How about... Alex?" Elizabeth asked the pessimist.

"You... you want me?" Alex looked surprised, "Wow, you really want to lose this game." Alex sighed.

"Kaito!" As soon as Paige said Kaito's name, everyone in the hall heard a loud groan.

"Ugh... you remind me so much of my sister... Just throw the challenge and send me home." Kaito dragged his feet.

"Uh... Flora!" Elizabeth pointed at the pacifist.

"Oh, thank you for choosing me! I am very grateful!" Flora walked over to the group.

"Becky!"

Becky rolled her eyes and said nothing as she grouped up with her team.

"What about King?" Elizabeth asked, looking over at the blonde man as he sat silently.

King didn't say anything in response, he just got up and grouped up with his team, leaving a small gap between them.

"Umm... Wyatt!" Paige thought for a second.

"Alright, I'm fine with this team." Wyatt smiled.

"Beatrice!"

"Hmm?" Beatrice looked up from a book about mermaids she was reading, "Oh! Sorry I wasn't paying attention!" Beatrice chuckled, "Just got wrapped up in this story, heh heh."

"Vanessa."

"Hmm, I can dig something like this." Vanessa put her arms behind her head as she went to her team.

"Will!"

"Oh thank goodness I can be on the same team as Alex!" Will gave a cheerful smile, "We'll be the best together!" Will skipped over to his new team.

"Well, Will being here is somewhat of a relief." Alex sighed, "Much better than a bunch of strangers."

"Welllllll... Klase... err... Klaas!"

"Alright! I hope we all can be best friends!" Klaas gave a very wide smile as he joined his team.

"May!"

May suddenly jumped forward, snapping out of a daydream, before giving a thumbs up and going to her team.

"Welp, guess it's Persephone!"

"Took you long enough!" Persephone scoffed.

"Umm..." Elizabeth looked at the final two boys, "Kodi!"

"Yeah! This is gonna be great!" Kodi ran over and high-fived Elizabeth.

"And all that's left is Wane."

"Ah I see, saving the best teammate for last!" Wane bragged, "You're so thoughtful." Wane sarcastically said.

Drew got up after the teams had been decided, "Welp it looks like: King, Kodi, Timothy, Elizabeth, May, Will, Alex, Flora, Melissa, and Beatrice, are the Adslapa Huluhulu's!" Drew announced, "But to make things more convenient for our mostly English-speaking audience, you're the Flaming Frogs!" An orange logo that was on fire and had a silhouette of a frog appeared on the screen.

"Wrong." Pamela said in response.

"Whaddya mean, that's what we agreed on?" Drew raised an eyebrow.

"No, Adslapa Huluhulu means Flaming Toads, Na Rana Lapalapa is Flaming Frogs."

"Ok, but we can just pretend it means that, Flaming Frogs sounds better!" Drew replied before coughing to get attention, "Anyways... Sasha, Wane, Paige, Brandon, Klaas, Kaito, Van, Persephone, and Wyatt. You guys are Moa Pa'ahua, also known as: The Freezing Chickens!" Drew turned his head to Pamela, "That's the right translation right?" Pamela shook her head yes, "Ok good. But now that your teams are decided, you're gonna need somewhere to stay, and what better way to decide that than a challenge that'll determine where you'll be resting throughout this season?" Drew announced.

"It better be worth it." Alex replied.

"Aw cheer up," Kodi gave a slight frown, "I'm sure it will be great!"

"It WILL be great, that is, if you're the winner of this challenge. Winning will grant you access to..." The camera cut to the outside of a mansion, "The Haaheo mansion! The perfect place to rest after a challenge. The best part? This is a permanent reward, baby! Once you get it, the only way you'll lose it is if you swap teams!"

"That sounds nice!" Klaas gave a thumbs up.

"But what about the losers?" Kaito raised an eyebrow.

"As for our losers, you'll have to spend your nights in the cold and wet, Hilahala Hut... not the ideal place to sleep for the season, I'll tell you that!" Drew laughed, "Now I think it's time that we move onto our next challenge, everyone! Put on your swimsuits and meet me at the beach! When you get there, Pamela will explain the challenge for you!" Drew announced as the camera cut to the next scene.

The newly minted teams all met up for the second challenge of the season, where they found Drew and Pamela standing by the ocean. "Aloha victims!" Drew greeted, "And welcome to your second challenge, if you look behind me you will see a large platform." The teens, who by now had changed into their swimwear, looked behind him to see a twenty-foot-tall platform a fair distance into the ocean.

Pamela then continued the explanation of what these kids will have to do, as Hack demonstrated "We'll start with one player from each team diving off this platform and look for one of the several keys hidden in a massive pile of keys sitting on the ocean floor. Orange keys for the Flaming Frogs, and icy blue for the Frozen Chickens. Every 60 seconds a new diver from each team will jump, this will continue after everyone has done at least 1 dive. Once you find a correctly colored key, you will swim to shore." Hack did as Pamela explained as he went up to one of the many chests that were spread over the beach. About 15 were orange, and 15 were blue "You will then use the key you found to open up one of these chests."

"Which will either contain a flag of your team's color, or something entirely different," Drew chuckled as Hack unlocked his chest, which had a brown color as opposed to the other chests, to find a fresh case of rum.

"Well shiver me timbers!" Hack pulled out the case before he starts to down a bottle.

"Once you obtain a flag, you're done for the challenge. If you don't find a flag, you'll have to take another dive. The first team to find all ten of their flags are the winners, any questions?" Drew asked the islanders.

"Um, yeah. How did you get that made in like 30 minutes?" Timothy questioned.

"Alright, since nobody has any questions. Get your butts up there pronto!" Drew exclaimed before the contestants all went and swam to the platform.

Once all 20 players were up on the platform, with the Chickens on the left side and Frogs on the right. With the Frogs, they conversed their game plan. "Okay people, let's send our best swimmers out first," Melissa said, her swimwear consisted of a black bodysuit.

"I concur, we want to finish this as soon as possible." Timothy nodded, wearing a white undershirt and green camo swim trunks. "And that's why I'm volunteering myself to go first."

"I don't know-" Melissa was cut off by Timothy.

"Please!" Timothy got on his knees and begged, "Please let me show you that I can contribute to the team! I'm not a useless weasel who gets stuffed in lockers! I'm only a weasel who gets stuffed in lockers!"

"Just let him have it." Alex sighed, wearing blue swimming trunks. "He won't stop less you give in; I know that personally," he said to his brother, who wore the same trunks but Red.

"Oh, come on, you enjoyed that last trip to laser tag. Despite the trip to the hospital afterward." Will replied, causing Alex to sigh.

Kodi, who wore a pair of green trunks with a blank dragon print on them and his hair tied into a ponytail, wondered "I don't have any problems with him going first, but is that ok with the rest of you?"

"I don't mind," Elizabeth shrugged. Normally, Elizabeth would've worn a bikini made out of hay, but Drew and Pamela gave her an orange bikini instead.

"It won't hurt," Flora gave a thumbs up, her swimwear was a green one-piece suit, "If he wants to do it first, we should encourage that!"

"Alright." Beatrice shook her head yes. Beatrice wore a pink swimsuit, with a pink sequence mermaid tail.

"What about you..." May shook herself from falling into another daydream, "King?" She wore a blue one-piece swimsuit. May asked her teammate who just stood off to the side. Unlike everyone else on his team or the other team, he didn't even bother to change into proper swimming attire. He just stared down at the ocean floor, not acknowledging anyone in his vicinity.

"Hmm?" King looked up, "The trash wants to get eaten by sharks? I don't see a problem with that."

"I'll take that a yes." Timothy nervously chuckled.

"Don't worry yourself too much Timothy!" Will slapped Timothy on the back, "You got this!"

"Well then," Melissa stretched her arms back, "It's settled then, Timothy, you're gonna jump first."

The camera cut over to where the Chickens were standing on the cliffside.

"So, as team leader I-" Persephone's speech was interrupted, she wore a white bikini and white swim cap, by Sasha who was wearing a purple two-piece bikini.

"Uh, who said you were team leader?" Sasha questioned, "Because if I recall correctly, nobody said anything about team leaders.

"Um, which one of us is the captain of their private school swimming team and is trained by Olympic swimmers?" Persephone wondered.

As Sasha and Persephone argued, Becky rolled her eyes and stepped up to the plate. "First off, I'll jump so you two can stop your little lover's quarrel over here." She was wearing a full-body crimson red suit. "And second off, if I remember correctly, both of you are losers and Paige is the captain of our team as she won the challenge?" Becky crossed her arms, "Now shut up already!"

"I don't think we should be so hostile to each other so soon," Brandon stepped forward, wearing a dark orange pair of swim trunks, "We need to be a stable team if we're gonna beat the frogs." Brandon said as he defused the argument.

Wyatt also stepped up, "I agree with Brandon. Let's wait until after the challenge to argue. Nothing good can come from us doing it now." Wyatt wore a light brown pair of trunks.

Confessional: Becky

"So far, my team sucks. I've been here for a total of a few hours and I'm already getting migraines out of annoyance." Becky rubbed her head.

Confessional Over

Confessional: Sasha

"That Persephone seems like those arrogant types. She may be a physical asset to the team, but her ego kind of weighs her down and just makes her a huge pain to deal with" Sasha sighed, "Oh well, it could be worse. After all, I could've gotten paired with King, and his ego seems to know no limits." Sasha rolled her eyes.

Confessional: Timothy

Timothy set up a camera and a microphone inside of the confessional. "Good thing I packed my waterproof cameras," Timothy laughed, "You never know what secrets you'll find here... as well as during the challenges." Timothy gave an evil grin.

Confessional Over

"Alright, it's Timothy and Becky starting off for their teams!" Drew announced on a megaphone, "Now give the people at home a good show in 3, 2, 1!" he gave the signal, which Carlton rang a bell to start the challenge. Ding, ding, ding.

Timothy and Becky then leaped off the platform, Becky cannonballing into the water while Timothy nailed a loud belly flop. Making the others wince at the impact before he sank into the ocean,

"Auuuuuuuuuuuuuu... I'm o...k!" Timothy gave a weak thumbs up before seeing Becky search through the big pile of keys.

Since Becky was distracted, Timothy got the idea of setting up a few of his waterproof cameras underneath some of the corral and rocks at the floor of the lake. "Just a few more..." Timothy thought as he went up for air.

Becky meanwhile looked around for blue keys but was having no luck. "Where are these damn keys?" Becky swam up for air as she got more and more frustrated.

Up above, Persephone and Sasha got into another argument, this one being about Becky taking too long to get a key. "Look what you did! If you let me go first, we would've already gotten the key and been one step closer to victory!" Persephone scowled.

"Don't blame me for this." Sasha retorted.

Kaito groaned as he rubbed his temple, "I'm surrounded by idiots." he wore a galaxy-themed long sleeve rash guard, black knee-length swim leggings, and black goggles.

Van replied while wearing a blue two-piece bikini, "Tell me about it, all this is really harshing my vibe."

Becky kept searching for blue keys before she saw what Timothy was doing, she growled before swimming over to him and grabbing at his shirt. Seeing the girl so angry at him from before he quickly made some defensive gestures, implying that he wasn't up to anything weird if that's what she's thinking. Becky gave the 'I'm watching you' gesture before going back to key searching, taking another second to resurface for air.

Timothy set up his final camera before popping back up for another huff of air, just as a timer rang to signify the next diver. In a hurry, Timothy grabbed the nearest orange key he could find and swam up to the surface to try and beat Becky.

Becky finally found a key of her own underneath a ring of car keys and began to make her way back up to the surface.

Persephone then pushed Wyatt away, "Out of my way peasant!" Persephone ran back and lept off of the cliff, doing a double backflip on the way down, "Ha! Beat that Frogs!" Persephone gloated.

"Okay, who wants to-" Melissa was interrupted when King walked towards the edge of the cliff, "That piece of trash really thinks she's something, doesn't she?" King smirked before doing a handspring and diving into the water with a triple axel flip with a quadruple twist before landing a dive into the water completely upstaging Persephone's dive. The hosts gave three 10's on scoreboards in response, leaving Melissa to question "Where did those scorecards come from?"

King wasted no time arriving at the key pile, he looked through the keys and found an orange one with no difficulty, but right as he prepared to grab the key, he noticed something that looked peculiar. It was a solid minute before King swam back up to the surface, "I got a better key." King twirled an orange key around his finger as he swam to shore. Slowly paddling his way to shore behind King, Timothy kept his orange key in between his teeth, "This is a lot harder than I expected." Timothy panted as he swam to shore.

"And King and Timothy find the first keys for their team, but are they winners?" Drew questioned.

"GO KING! GO TIM! TAKE THOSE CHICKENS TO THE GYM! Or Something, yay team!" Kodi cheered on his teammates, right as the bell rang again for the next pair of divers.

"I guess it's my turn," Melissa said before diving into the water, followed by Paige, who was wearing a green one-piece.

"I won't let you down!" Paige shouted to her team as she jumped down the cliff.

As they joined the search of keys, King and Timothy got to shore. Timothy searched the chests for which lock his key will open, King found his on the first try and tossed the lock aside and opened his chest up. He hmphed as he grabbed one of his team's flags, "Fitting I'd find the first flag." King threw the flag over to his teammates, "Now let's see if the garbage can do the same." King smirked as Timothy looked for his key's lock.

Frogs: 1/10

Timothy searched around for his key's lock, before he finally found it, "Yes!" he opened his chest, and found a face full of pie instead of a flag.

Drew cackled at this, "Classic pie in the face trap!"

Pamela questioned, "Wait, where did you get that pie?"

Drew flashbacked to when he found that pie in the fridge, with a lid labeled 'Pamela Monroe'. "Nowhere." he lied and chuckled.

Timothy licked up the filling, "Hmmm, pineapple." Timothy then felt an ominous presence and turned around to find King staring down at him and pointing a finger to the platform, "Go." King looked at Timothy with nothing but pure intimidating, "Geeeeeeeh, yes sir!" Timothy quickly scampered out into the ocean and swam back to the platform.

King shook his head, groaning ever so lightly, "Nope, trash is always trash. I shouldn't have bothered to give him the benefit of the doubt."

Becky got to shore, passing Timothy's pie face and laughing at him before going to one of the chests with her key. Unfortunately for Becky, her key didn't fit the lock, so she tried another chest and it actually opened. The chest opening turned out to be another stroke of bad luck, as it released a swarm of bees, "GAH! BEES!" Becky ran around and swatted at the bees, infuriating the bees before they chased her into the water. Which made the bees retreat because water messes up their little wings.

"Bees, nice touch," Drew said to the interns, which Buck gave a thumbs up to as he wore a bee-keeper outfit.

"Drew! What if she's allergic?" Pamela stressed.

"Don't worry Ms. Monroe, Bumblebees don't sting," Buck reassured the hostess as Billy tapped him on the shoulder.

"Um, Buck?" Billy raised an eyebrow, "You... accidentally released my container of Carpenter Bees... not Bumblebees. Carpenter Bees do sting..."

"Ah!" Buck jumped up, realizing the mistake he made, "Get back here ya darn pests!" Buck jumped off the platform and chased the carpenter bees as Billy facepalmed.

Carlton ignored the whole bee fiasco as he held a timer in his hand, "3. 2. 1." Carlton counted down before ringing a bell that Mitch held, which signaled the next divers to jump. The two divers were Beatrice, who dove like a mermaid and nosedived into the water, and Sasha, who cannonballed in right as Persephone was swimming back to shore with a key.

Persephone got to shore and checked two of her team's chests before finding the right lock... and a flag. "Naturally," Persephone smirked as she held up a blue flag.

Chickens: 1

As the score was tied up, Melissa then found an orange key. After that, she swam like an Olympic swimmer, before getting her key on the first try and finding a flag of her team's colors, "Yes! I did it!" Melissa fist pumped.

Strangely, Paige who had jumped with Melissa just disappeared. Without a single trace of her to be found.

Frogs: 2

Timothy and Becky at this point had already returned to the platform. Persephone, meanwhile, stepped onto an icy blue mat with her team's logo, right next to King on an orange mat with the Flaming Frogs' logo. "Fitting that the best people here would be the first ones to complete this game," Persephone smirked to King. King just ignored her like he did to everyone else.

Persephone scoffed at King ignoring her, "Hmm, looks like you might be worth my attention, unlike the rest of the peasants here."

King again ignored Persephone as he dove into the water and swam back to the platform.

Confessional: Persephone

"I hate it when people ignore me like that," Persephone scowled, "I'll have to put that King in his place in a future challenge, won't I?" Persephone grinned.

Confessional Over

Sasha was roaming over the pile for blue keys, meanwhile, Beatrice was handed an orange key by a nice little crab. "Thank you," Beatrice thought as she smiled, "I'm gonna call you Sebastian!" Beatrice waved to the crab before swimming back to shore like a fish, this caused Sasha to double her efforts and looked harder for a blue key.

"My calculations can't be off." Sasha threw a few keys away, "Our team's key should be right here." Sasha went up for a breath of air, "Augh, trying to figure out where keys are underwater is a huge pain." Sasha dove back down into the water.

The bell rang for the next set of jumpers, with Brandon and Flora both stepping up to be the divers this time around. Brandon did a cannonball into the water, while Flora did a much more elegant dive.

At the surface, Beatrice hopped over to one of the chests and luckily the lock to that chest was the right one. Also luckily, she found a flag. "Found one!" Beatrice cheered, "We're off to a good start! Let's just hope that it stays!" Beatrice cheered out.

Frogs: 3

Sasha, meanwhile, popped back up for air for the second time, "Drats, where are those keys?" she stressed at being outplayed by Persephone.

Brandon popped up, handing her a blue key "Here, I found two right next to each other."

Sasha's eye twitched at the fact that she missed something like that, "Thanks." Sasha gritted her teeth as she held up the key as Brandon started to swim to shore, Sasha calmed herself down and analyzed Brandon, "Hmmm, thoughtful. strong, and knows how to change oil. He's may have some potential to be a threatening player... but his thoughtfulness will be his downfall." Sasha thought to herself as she swam after Brandon.

Brandon and Sasha swam to shore and reached the chests.

"That one for you," Sasha pointed towards a chest far off on the right, "And this one for me." Sasha pointed at a chest in front of her, "That's where our keys go."

Brandon stuck his key into the chest Sasha suggested, unlocking it instantly, "Woah! How did you know that?" Brandon said as he took the key out.

"You can tell by the shape of the keyhole and the shape of the key, as long as you're observant, it'll work everytime." Sasha opened her chest and pulled a flag out, "The rest just boils down to luck."

Brandon opened his chest and also pulled out a flag, "Looks like we still have a chance!" Brandon sighed in relief as he held his flag up for Drew to see.

Chickens: 3

"The chickens with a double play tie it all up!" Drew commentated.

"Nice one Sash!" Brandon held up his hand, to which Sasha shrugging before returning it. "Alright, let's get back to the platform now!" Brandon said to Sasha as he leapt back into the water.

Flora just found her key as well and had reached the chest. Flora ran up to one of the chests to try and unlock it, but that didn't work so she tried the next chest. It opened, but all she found was a chest full of smelly socks. "Ew..." Flora gagged at the smell before running back into the water, "Looks like I'll need to try harder next time."

Ding!

Wyatt stood by the edge of the cliff and gulped, "Uh, wish me luck," Wyatt gave a nervous chuckle as he jumped into the water below, with Will diving in after him.

Will swam down to the key pile and desperately went through the keys, but wasn't finding any of his team's keys. Will tossed away one of the Chicken's keys, something that Wyatt took note of. Wyatt swam behind will and took the key, causing Will to facepalm when he realized what he did. "I shouldn't have done that." Will clenched his fist, "Ah, they're all gonna hate me for that." Will winced.

Wyatt then tried to swim up but was being stopped by something. Wyatt turned to see what it was and saw that his leg was stuck under some coral and that he'd have to stop what he was doing to remove it from his leg.

Will managed to find a key of his own and swam past Wyatt, not noticing the predicament he was in. Will swam as fast as he could to the surface and tried his key on a chest... it was the wrong lock. Will tried a few other chests but none of them worked. It wasn't long before he had tried all of the chests and it dawned on him that his key didn't fit any of the locks. "I... blew it..." Will hung his head in shame as he swam back to the platform.

Ding!

"You're up." Van patted Kaito on the shoulder, causing the astrophile to sigh before he lowered his goggles over his eyes and jumped off the keys. Elizabeth decided to be the jumper for the Frogs and stood at the edge like a scarecrow, before leaning off the edge and falling into the water.

"Hmmm I just realized something." Sasha looked around at her team.

"Wassat?" Van replied.

"Where did Paige go? She jumped with Melissa didn't she?" Sasha asked.

"Well, I don't see her in the water? Maybe she went to the confessional?" Van figured, "I think it's a fair swim away from here, heh heh."

While the new duo searched for keys, Wyatt finally managed to free himself from his coral trap and popped out of the water again, panting as he held up a blue key and started swimming, "Finally." Wyatt took a deep breath, "That... took... way too long." Wyatt swam to shore, and tiredly put his key into a chest and unlocked it. Inside the chest was a blue flag, which Wyatt weakly said "Yay" in response to.

"The Chickens have now taken the lead!" Drew announced to the teams.

"I'm just..." Wyatt fell over, "Gonna... catch my breath over here..." Wyatt lifted himself up as he panted, "Don't mind me..."

Chickens: 4

Confessional: Wyatt

"I was under there for so long I thought I was gonna pass out..." Wyatt caught his breath, "Good thing cleaning up after animals has taught me how to hold my breath for a long time." Wyatt gave a thumbs up

The camera cut to underwater where Kaito and Elizabeth searched for their keys.

Elizabeth was moving much faster than Kaito and ended up finding two of her team's keys, like Brandon before her. Elizabeth left the extra key out in the open for her next teammate and swam up to the shore.

Kaito also managed to find a key in the pile and began to swam up as well, but he clearly wasn't being serious about the challenge, nearly dropping the key on his way up.

Ding!

Next up for divers were Vanessa, who did three double peace signs at the camera as she cannonballed, and Alex who got some encouraging words from his brother, "Good luck Alex!"

The pessimistic twin sighed before running up to dive off the side, only to trip over his feet and hit his shins on the edge of the platform as he fell in "Of course." Alex drawled before he splashed. The remaining Frog divers all winced at the botch, before Alex gave a thumbs up from under the water, signaling he was ok.

Vanessa was having trouble finding a key, but Alex ended up landing right where Elizabeth placed the key earlier. Alex picked up the key and immediately swam away, "Well that was easy." He thought to himself as he left the pile.

Vanessa kept trying to find a key, until she noticed one sticking out of the bottom of the pile, allowing her to leave the pile and swim to shore.

Kaito slowly dragged his feet across the sand of the beach, while Elizabeth on the other hand ran to one of the chests and found a flag for her team, "Got one!" Elizabeth waved the flag she found in the air.

Frogs: 4

Kaito went up to one of the chests, "Please let this be the right one." Kaito said, but it was clear that he didn't care if it was right or not. Kaito inserted the key, and thankfully it clicked "Yes." Kaito gave a small sigh in relief before he was met with a face full of powdered sugar. He groaned before trudging back to the platform, mumbling about how he should never have signed up for this show. Kaito passed by Van who frowned at his sour demeanor as she went up the chests, where she became the 4th Chicken to find a flag, "Got it!" Van celebrated.

Chickens: 5

Alex finally reached the shore with an orange flag, his shins having some light scuffing to them from his slip, he walked over to a chest and opened it on the first try.

Confessional: Alex

"When I fell, I managed to land where a key could be seen and I opened a chest on the first try... Maybe my luck is turning around." Alex hopefully said with a slight smile."

When Alex opened up the chest, a plate of nachos was thrown into his face, covering his upper body with nacho cheese and chips.

Confessional: Alex

"Never mind." Alex sighed in annoyance.

As Alex ran back, the next divers were given the go-ahead by Drew. The diver who went first was May, who let out a little yawn before fainting into the water which unsurprisingly woke her up. The other diver was Wane, who shoved past Klaas and Becky, the former wearing dark blue trunks. "Step aside chumps, I got this." Wane cockily said with a big grin on his face.

"Ugh." they both gagged at the small purple speedo that the conman wore.

"What?" He indigently said, "I got the legs for it." he modeled before leaping into the water. When he got there, May had already swam off with an orange key in hand. "Damn, she's fast... too bad that's gonna cause her team to lose..." Wane gave a devilish grin before hatching a plan.

May got to shore and came up to one of the chests, nearly fading off into a daydream before opening the chest and getting a loud airhorn blown in her face. She growled at the loud sound before going back into the water to swim back to the platform, "Could've just covered me in ink or something." May moaned but was ignored by the hosts.

Kodi and Klaas were the next divers to jump, where the former saw Wane leaving, not noticing the conman hiding something in his hands. Kodi then searched through the pile, but really struggled to find a key for his team.

Back above water, Wane got to shore and used the blue key he had and opened up a chest, where he found a blue flag inside, "Heh, way too easy." Wane laughed before tossing something out of his hands and into the sand. Wane walked over to what he tossed and put the sand over it, completely hiding whatever object he had.

Drew then announced, "And the Chickens extend their lead to 7!" this made King let out a low aggravated groan which made his teammates back away from.

"7?" Wane asked confusedly, "We're at 6?"

"He also meant me." Wane leaped as out popped Paige from behind his chest, who held up a blue flag, making Drew's statement true.

Wane looked at her "Where did you come from!? And why aren't you wet!?" Wane asked the archer.

"Trade secret," Paige replied.

The camera cut to back when Melissa had jumped, and Paige did the same, "I won't let you down!" Paige shouted to her team as she jumped down.

Paige wasted no time grabbing her key and going off to shore. Once Paige got to shore she nearly put the key inside of one of the chest's locks before stopping herself, "Heh, that would be kinda funny." Paige thought to herself before jumping behind the chest, "They're gonna think I'm some ninja or something!" Paige stayed hidden behind the chest, waiting for herself to dry.

Chickens: 7

"Alright, now that everyone has had one dive each. I wanna make things more chaotic... So when Carlton over here rings a bell, prepare for all the people who didn't get a flag to jump..." Drew paused before Carlton rang the bell, "NOW GO!"

This caused Flora, May, Alex, and Timothy to dive at the same time for the Frogs and Becky and Kaito for the Chickens to all dive down. It was a scramble to find the right keys, soon Klaas was able to find his color-coded keys and swam off as the others kept searching, occasionally having to come up for air.

Kodi also made it back, but he was about even with Klaas due to him not being that good of a swimmer. Kodi went up to an orange chest but failed to open it, Kodi then opened a different chest and found a flag for the frogs. Kodi cheered before shouting, "Come on Frogs! We got this!"

Frogs: 5

Kaito found his own key and swam to shore as Klaas opened up a chest and pulled out a flag, "Looks like I have luck on my side!" The gambler gave a friendly laugh before running past Kaito, "You got this!" Klaas pretended to encourage Kaito.

Chickens: 8

Kaito once again dragged his feet to one of the chests, "Come on Kaito! Show some energy!" Van shouted at him from the cliff, to which he rolled his eyes before he unlocked a chest. Closing eyes as he opened it up, and not getting a trap like last time found a flag. He chuckled, "Guess I'm staying a little longer... Yippee." Kaito rolled his eyes again before heading back to the cliff.

Chickens: 9

Seeing the other team almost done, the frogs started to become restless "Come on guys they're almost done!" Melissa shouted.

"You can do this guys!" Kodi encouraged.

King rolled his eyes before heading to the edge of the cliff, "What's taking you pieces of garbage so long?" King crossed his arms, "The creature that's supposed to be my sister could do better than all of you idiots!" King yelled at the Frogs.

"There aren't any more keys!" Alex shrugged and replied.

"What do you mean bro?" Will raised an eyebrow in disbelief.

"None... Zinc... Nada." May yawned, "We're out."

Becky popped up out of the water and held up a blue key, "Got mine!" Becky

King clenched his fist, but Flora then added, "We don't know why, but it seems like the orange keys had vanished! Seriously, there's nothing here! We checked about three times!"

Timothy hummed, "This doesn't make sense, how could-" Timothy then saw Wane holding in a snicker, he wondered why he was acting so shifty. Timothy took out his waterproof phone and checked the confessionals to see if Wane had entered there. Sure enough, he found one.

Confessional: Wane

"Oh those poor little froggies," Wane howled with laughter, "They can't win if they don't have any keys!"

Confessional Over

Timothy seethed as he watched the confessional, but he couldn't do anything as Becky opened her chest which housed the last flag for the Chickens. Becky held it up as Drew announced, "And that's a win for the Frozen Chickens!"

The aforementioned team all rejoiced in the victory. "Yes!" Kaito yelled out, before coughing and making his voice softer, "Er... that's fine I guess." Van smiled and gave Kaito a light punch on the shoulder in response.

The frogs all sighed in disappointment. Except for King who only had a disappointed look on his face, and Timothy who called "Oh come on! Wane cheated!" Timothy shouted out and kicked a nearby rock.

"How so?" Drew questioned the tattletale.

"He stole all of the keys!" Timothy revealed Wane's dirty trick.

"And this is cheating how?" Drew crossed his arms, "I don't remember Captain Hack saying that in the rules, right Hack?"

"Yarr, we pirates like to live right at the edge of the plank arg arg arg! Wane taking the keys is allowed! It's what a true pirate would do!" Captain Hack raised his hook hand.

"Oh come on!" Timothy threw his phone, only to watch it go down into the ocean, "Wait no I need that!" Timothy swam down and grabbed his phone.

Confessional: Sasha

Sasha put her hand on her chin, "Hmm, a lack of rules leads to chaos... I think it would be in my best interest to watch how far Wane can go before the hosts stop him..."

Confessional Over

"Now Chickens, since you won the challenge," Drew held up a key, "Here's your reward! A nice place of luxury for the rest of your time on the show!" Drew threw the keys at the Chickens, with Wane catching it.

"Alright!" Paige celebrated.

"Well, we weren't perfect, but we did it." Brandon chuckled.

"Yes, but we should make sure to work on our team dynamics for the future." Sasha replied, "We can't keep having arguments in challenges."

"Well, I guess this makes things more bearable." Kaito sighed.

"As for the Frogs, I'll see you down at the elimination bonfire, which you can find on your map!" Drew told the Frogs, who groaned in response.

"Come on! Open it already!" Paige pushed Wyatt with the luggage she brought with her for the season, "I wanna see what it's like inside!"

"Ok, but you don't have to push me," Wyatt replied as he unlocked the door, revealing a beautiful interior design for the mansion that the Chickens store at in aw.

"Now this is a place for someone like me." Persephone smiled as she walked in.

Wane stopped at the front of the mansion and threw his luggage at the front door, "Welp, I've moved in."

"I must agree," Klaas sighed in relief, "It's nice to know our needs will be catered to here."

"Yeah, it's the first good thing that's happened here." Becky rolled her eyes.

King walked through one of the many pathways in the island's forests, mumbling to himself the whole time, "If it weren't for the neurologically damaged Drew, I could've carried my... 'team' to victory." King picked up a rock and chucked it straight into a tree, causing the tree to crack a bit. "Heh, those idiots couldn't do anything without me on the team." King grinned, "The only reason some of them did well at all was that they got lucky, something a piece of trash would rely on." King dusted his hands off, "They're all completely worthless human beings." King clenched his fist, "Heh heh... they must feel so worthless being around someone as perfect as me."

Little did King notice, Timothy had followed him after he walked off and was recording everything he said, as well as writing it all down. Timothy took out a camera and took a picture of King, before taking the picture and slapping it into a notebook labeled 'Cases'. "That's another bit of truth revealed! Mrs. Fishter would be so proud of me right now!"

Confessional: Timothy

"Ooh, very harsh words from you King..." Timothy laughed before putting his hands together, "How deliciously moist..." [1]

Confessional Over

Timothy ran back to his team, who were hanging out at their new shack, with the recording of King he took. "Hey guys! You're really gonna wanna see what I caught King doing!" Timothy yelled out to his teammates, getting some of their attention.

"Oh, what is it?" Will walked up to Timothy, with Elizabeth following behind.

"Can it wait until after we've discussed who to vote out?" Melissa asked Timothy, "That is kind of important to deal with."

"Oh trust me, this'll prove exactly who deserves to go home!" Timothy handed the recording to Will and Elizabeth, who watched it.

"Wait that's just..." Will looked very upset upon seeing the video, "W...why would he say something like that...?"

"Wait what did it say?" Melissa walked up to Timothy, not hearing the recording from where she was.

"How about everyone here listens to it?" Timothy suggested, "But I think it's obvious who should be going after this."

"Yeah!" Elizabeth replied, "How could someone talk like that behind someone else's back!?"

The Frogs all sat around a bonfire as Drew sat at his very own podium, with something hidden behind it.

"Flaming Frogs! You guys are all a bunch of losers from what I can tell!" Drew grinned as he held up an oversized key ring that had nine keys attached to it, "For every challenge, I will hand you an immunity symbol that's based on the challenge, with today being keys. When I call your name, you will walk up and grab a key from me. But if you don't…" Drew chuckled before twirling the keys around his hand, "Then you're gonna have to take your sorry butt over to the Loser Floater!" Drew pointed to a shark cage that was bobbing up and down in the water, "And once you are eliminated, your run in this game is over!" Drew took a key off the ring.

"Now… the first person safe is…" Drew looked at the Frogs, almost all of whom were glaring at one specific person, "Kodi! Congratulations nerd! You get to stay!" Drew tossed the key to the upbeat Kodi.

"Oh golly! Thanks Drew!" Kodi smiled as he caught his key.

"There seems to be a lack of suspense at this ceremony." Drew frowned upon noticing none of the Frogs were nervous-looking, "We need some panic!"

"It's pretty obvious who's going." Alex rolled his eyes, "Can we please just go through this already?"

Drew sighed, "You guys are the worst spectators ever. But, fine, Alex… you're safe."

Alex shook his head as he took his key.

"Flora, you are also safe!" Drew said as he regained some of his excited energy.

"Thank you, friends! I'm glad you all trust me enough to keep me here!" Flora smiled.

"Melissa!"

"I'm not too surprised, I think this vote was near-unanimous." Melissa caught her key.

"Actuall-" Pamela began, but Drew covered her mouth and responded with a 'Shh', "Will!" He quickly threw a key to Will.

"Alright!" Will jumped up, only to get smacked by the key.

"Beatrice!"

"I'm positive on who's getting eliminated… and I kinda don't feel bad for them." Beatrice gave a slight frown.

"May!"

"Neato." May gave a thumbs up before zoning out.

"Elizabeth!"

"Jackson over here told me I was safe," Elizabeth held up her arm, which had a crow on it.

"Well… well… well… two people left… but only one key…" Drew tossed the key into the air and caught it, "King, while you did well in the challenge today, your attitude is pretty bad and your team does not like it. Timothy, while it's nice that you caught King badmouthing the team with your cameras and notebooks and all that, you still admitted to following King down, as a huge invasion of privacy... that kinda makes it hard for people to trust you, good intentions or not."

King crossed his arms with a grin on his face, with nothing but pure confidence to be seen.

Timothy was also pretty confident and ignored what Drew had said about him.

"But… only one of you two will get to stay today…" Drew clenched the key in his hand, "And that person is…

…Timothy!" Drew tossed the final key to Timothy. "King, you lose!" Drew pointed at King.

"So much for perfection," Alex mumbled as he watched King get up.

King stood still for a good minute, before letting out a small chuckle. "Heh…" King then burst out laughing, "You pieces of garbage really think that I, King Prince, would go down so easily?" King grinned, "I've been ahead of all of you this entire time. I knew you'd use me as your little scapegoat!" King turned around to face all of his teammates, with some of them looking nervous at his outburst.

"That's why I came prepared." King pulled out a wooden carving of the two team logos, shocking everyone at the bonfire. "This team will be worthless without me, enjoy voting of the only person who made it worthwhile." King tossed the idol to Drew, "You made it way too easy to find this."

Flashback Begin

Right as King prepared to grab a key he noticed a shipwreck down below. King immediately put two and two together and swam towards the wreck, completely ignoring the challenge. Once King made it to the wreck, he found a large air pocket that he could use to breathe but next to the pocket was one Team Swap Idol, a free immunity if he ever needed it.

"Hmm. Way too easy." King smirked as he grabbed the idol and headed back to the surface of the water, making sure to grab the key he saw earlier on the way.

Flashback End

"That's pretty impressive, I'll admit." Pamela said in response to King.

"Yarr! He's a real sailor with wit like that!" Hack laughed.

"So who's going to miss out on the chance of being on the same team as me?" King looked over at Drew, who spun a small wheel he had at his podium. After spinning the wheel he checked his list for the player who it landed on and crossed their name out.

"King, you will be replacing Brandon!" Drew looked up at King, "I just wanna say thank you, you gave our audience a twist they never expected!" Drew held out a hand for King to high five, but he simply scoffed and walked off.

"Did… did he just outsmart all of us?" Melissa stood there with her jaw dropped.

"Yep." Will rubbed his eyes, "I must be dreaming or something. This can't be real."

"Ahem! I've got an episode to wrap up!" Drew glared at the two, "Anyway, who will be outsmarted next? Which contestant will be our real first boot? And what will some of our contestants do now that King has used the Team Swap Idol?"

"YOU WHAT!?" Everyone at the bonfire heard Wane shout from off in the distance.

"...ooook... Find out right here on…

TOTAL!

DRAMA!

SAKAMANNANO ISLAND!"

FreshmEn: Well that was a really fun challenge to write. Also a really fun 'elimination' to write. I think we did a good job at setting King up as 'oh he's just a rich jerk stereotype' only to reveal that he's pretty smart, and can do a good job at backing up his ego.

Zoryan: How's that for bias?

BigBadBrad: Ok, hey yall! We're so excited to have released this chapter. We decided t write some more Saka action and I think this chapter is much better than the previous one.

"Should've kept your mouth shut." Alex rolled his eyes, before voting for King.

"Yeah... I can't be on the same team with someone like King... what he said was just... awful." Beatrice pressed King's picture.

"I can't believe I picked this guy to be on the team!" Elizabeth pressed King's picture in anger.

"Hmm, I have no choice but to vote for King, I apologize." Flora tapped King's picture.

"Heh, those pieces of trash don't know what's about to hit them." King pressed his own picture.

"Maybe King's not a bad guy but... I just can't forgive him for this..." Kodi voted for King.

"King... no question." May rolled her eyes and gave a light tap on King's picture.

"Yeah... King is the obvious choice." Melissa held her arm and pressed King's picture.

"See!? I can be useful to the team!" Timothy pointed at himself, "I just exposed King to everyone else!"

"That was so mean... I have to vote for King now!" Will repeatedly pressed King's picture.
