"Last time on Total Drama Sakamannano Island!" Drew announced to the camera, "We took a quick trip to the VR world to have a fun game of defending the castle, with our Frogs being the invaders and the Chickens being the defenders." The camera cut to clips from the episode, "The Frogs split into two teams to invade the castle, but Klaas caught wind of their plan and was able to give one of the Frog's teams some trouble, and even after that team took out Klaas, they still had to deal with a group of four finding them and going after them! But all hope wasn't lost for them, seeing as Timothy was able to take out almost all of the Frogs, and Brandon took out King all on his own in an impressive showing of strength! Meanwhile, the rest of the Frogs were able to make quick work of the few guards that were on their side of the castle, which made it seem like the win would be in the bag for the Frogs, only for Wane to appear and take out most of the remaining Frogs! But in the end, some teamwork from Melissa and Timothy gave the Frogs the victory, and Persephone was eliminated due to her attitude... quite the dumb choice if you ask me." Drew rolled his eyes, "But who's gonna be eliminated in today's episode? Will the Frogs keep up their winning streak? And will Will get over his sadness about Alex? Find out right here on... Total... Drama... Sakamannao Island!"
Intro Start
Multiple cameras popped out from surfboards, tiki torches, statues of Drew, and other objects on the island. The camera then flew past Drew, Pamela, and Hack, with the former two arguing about something and the latter drinking from a barrel of rum.
"Dear mom and dad I'm doing fine, You guys are on my mind." The Camera went up the dead volcano, revealing Kaito setting up some of his stargazing equipment, and Vanessa helping him out.
"You asked me what I wanted to be, and now I think the answer is plain to see." The camera jumped down into the volcano, where Timothy was listening in on Kaito and Van's conversation with a radio. In addition to Timothy being there, Wane was checking the cages of shame for any lost coins or valuables.
"I wanna be famous." Wane dusted off one of the cages, revealing that Alex somehow got trapped inside. Wane tipped the cage over and kicked Alex out, before hopping inside of it to search for valuables.
"I wanna live close to the sun." The camera then made a cut to inside the mess hall, where Kodi was teaching Will how to play Chambers and Beasts at a table, with Will shaking his head and pretending to understand how to play the game.
"So pack your bags, 'cause I've already won." The camera moved outside where Melissa and Beatrice were chatting together.
"Everything to prove, nothing in my way." To the left of Melissa and Beatrice, May was walking until Paige jumped out of the bushes, scaring the daydreamer.
"I'll get there one day." The camera moved towards the nearby Hilahala hut, where Wyatt and Flora were both petting Spirit's belly.
"Cause I wanna be famous." On the other side of the area where the Haaheo mansion was, Klaas and King were playing a match of poker, with almost all of the chips being on King's side.
"Na Na Na Na Na Na Na Na." Moving away from the hut and the mansion, Persephone and Sasha could be seen arguing about something.
"I wanna be, I wanna be famous." The camera jumped over to the beach of the island, where an oil-covered Brandon could be seen fixing up an old boat. Behind him, Elizabeth was pretending to be a scarecrow.
"I wanna be, I wanna be famous." Finally, the camera moved over to Becky, who was writing down song lyrics in a notepad. Becky turned around and noticed the camera, elbowing it to the ground for privacy. The shot was then cut to Buck, Mitch, Carlton, and Billy, who all set the camera down for the final shot, as they got the camera in position they ran behind Drew, causing the camera to flash and take a photo of all of everyone previously seen. The screen moved back to show the photo on a postcard that read 'Aloha from Hawaii!" with whistling accompanying it.
Intro End
Becky sat in the bathroom of the Chicken's mansion as she vomited into the toilet. "Eugh..." Becky coughed as she fell backward onto the floor, "Ok... that should be enough for now..." Becky coughed as she weakly got up.
Becky held her stomach in pain as she went over to the sink in the bathroom, "Dammit..." Becky coughed out as she looked out herself in the mirror, "What would Olive think if she saw me like this?" Becky began to tear up but covered her eyes when she saw it happen.
"No... I'm not gonna... do that..." Becky wiped off her face and made sure there were no traces of tears... "Yeah... all better..." Becky weakly walked over to the door of the bathroom, only to run into Timothy, who was yet again sneaking around in the Chicken's mansion.
"You little! I'm gonna-" Becky felt her stomach cramp as Timothy ran away from the singer.
"You saw nothing!" Timothy yelled out to Becky, not noticing the pain she was in.
Confessional: Timothy
"I swear every time I try to sneak into the Chicken's mansion each morning, I run into Becky." Timothy laid back in the confessional, "It's like she has a super big secret or something and the universe is trying to show me it." Timothy laughed, "Nah, what could someone like her be hiding?" Timothy rolled his eyes.
Confessional Over
Confessional: Becky
Becky fumed in the confessional, "I... hate... that little shit so much."
Confessional Over
"So... Will." Kodi looked over at his friend, who was eating the day's breakfast, "How are you feeling today?" Kodi asked as Will ate.
"Oh... I think I'm starting to get over it." Will replied, but his facial expression said otherwise.
"Really?" Kodi skeptically asked the twin.
"Y-yeah... maybe it's the fact that everything has been going good lately... or how much I've been hanging out with you... but things are really feeling fine right now."
"Oh..." Kodi sighed in relief, "That's nice to hear because I'm still really worried about your mental health, I have been ever since the singing challenge."
"Well... um... don't worry... I really think I've gotten over it..." Will stated, but his tone shook a bit when he said it.
"Ok... I trust you." Kodi began to eat his food.
Klaas sat alone at his table as he picked at the food on his plate, "Not really my type of meal." Klaas looked over at the juice he had next to his place, "They didn't even have apple juice to accommodate it." Klaas took a sip of his orange juice and gagged, "Yeah... not my thing."
"Hello there Klaas!" A voice called out to the gambler, who turned around to see Flora standing there and smiling.
"Um... can I help you?" Klaas looked at the pacifist in confusion.
"Oh I don't need anything," Flora replied, "I just wanted to make conversation with a member of the other team, and I couldn't help but notice that you're sitting here all alone," Flora stated.
"Oh, well I don't mind eating alone," Klaas pushed his food away, "It gives me time to think of what to do during the challenges we have.
"Ah, is that so?" Flora chuckled, "Well, maybe I should talk to you some other time, I don't want to throw you off your game."
"Nah, it's no big deal." Klaas replied as he pulled up a chair for Flora, "I'd be happy to chat for a bit." Klaas gave a smile.
Confessional: Klaas
"I suppose talking with someone else instead of planning could be a bad idea, but I feel that building a bond with the members of the other teams could be very beneficial to me in the future... perhaps they'd allow me to form an alliance with them, come merge?"
Confessional Over
Confessional: Flora
"It's always nice to talk to another team's members." Flora smiled, "After all, this competition is just a game, and we shouldn't have to avoid each other over it."
Confessional Over
"So then, I don't really know much about you, seeing as we're not on the same team, what do you like to do for fun?" Flora asked the gambler.
"I like to play card games," Klaas answered, "That's mostly it," Klaas laughed, "I suppose I'm not a very complex person." Klaas then thought to himself, "Oh, I'm very complex... but I'm not gonna tell you that."
"Ah, that sounds very fun," Flora smiled, "Personally, I like to walk along the beach, as well as helping out whoever I can." Flora kept her smile.
"Really?" Klaas sat up straight in response to what Flora said.
"Yeah!" Flora replied, "I wish I could help you if you had any problems, but I don't think my teammates would appreciate me helping out another team's members." Flora looked a bit sad at the thought of not helping someone.
"Ah, well I don't really have any problems." Klaas shrugged, "Dammit, there goes me trying to manipulate her into targeting someone on her team."
"That's great to hear!" Flora smiled as she got up, "But I'll promise you this, if we both make it to the merge, I'll be sure to help you out with whatever problems you hav-"
"Morning Mahlinis!" Drew popped into the breakfast hall and interrupted Flora, "How's breakfast been?"
"Fine," Wyatt shrugged, "What's the challenge for the day?" Wyatt asked.
"Glad you asked Wyatt!" Drew grinned, "For today's challenge, you'll have to meet me back at the stage, you know, the one you guys sang at?" Drew asked the contestants.
"Another performance challenge?" Beatrice asked, "We just did one." Beatrice raised an eyebrow.
"Indeed you did," Drew snapped his fingers, "But that was a nonelimination challenge, this time, you'll be performing to keep yourselves immune! So you'd better not perform poorly!" Drew joked, "But, eh, I'm sure you guys will perform just fine, meet me at the stage in the next five minutes!" Drew announced as he left the area.
As Paige and Wyatt walked to the stage with everyone else, Paige turned over to her animal-loving friend, "So do you think we're just gonna have to sing again?"
"I hope we can actually sing this time." Wyatt responded, "I like singing, but I didn't get picked for that challenge." Wyatt sighed, "But yeah, it's probably a group singing challenge or something like that."
"I hope it's something much crazier than that!" Paige laughed, "Like maybe we gotta destroy something in a creative way! That would be way more fun than singing again!"
"To each their own." Wyatt shrugged, "I'd definitely prefer singing, I'm not much of a destruction kind of guy."
"Well, what about Spirit? Is he a destruction guy?" Paige jokingly asked.
"I'd hope not." Wyatt laughed, "I don't want Spirit to do things that'll get him in trouble, he's already a bit of a troublemaker, and he doesn't need to push it further."
"Yeah, you're probably right." Paige smiled, "Anyways, race ya to the stage!" Paige suddenly ran past Wyatt.
"Hey! No fair!" Wyatt ran after the archer.
The islanders find themselves back at the stage where they did the singing challenge, only to find on said stage a group of beautiful hula girls. They were doing a very nice hula dance, while music was being played by a short blonde-haired individual on the ukulele. Some of the contestants were mesmerized by the dancers' movements, Drew walked up to the islanders "The art of hula, using the art of dance to tell a beautiful story. On stage is the Sakamannano High Hula dancing team, practicing for their performance at the International Hula Dance Extravaganza." Drew presented to the dance team.
After the girls were done, one of them with long red hair looked at the contestants and gasped "Sasha!" she ran over and hugged said girl, who yelped at the hug.
"Cat?" Sasha asked the girl.
"My god, it's been so long since you we last saw you, are you still competing on that reality show? Are these guys your team?" Cat looked to the Chickens, "Hiiiiii, my name's Cat!" she greeted excitedly.
"You know her?" Wyatt asked.
"Oh yeah I met her during the first challenge, and I hid in her hula group. I was gonna go to a performance with them for an even better hiding spot until Carlton caught me and took me back." Sasha groaned.
"Girls, save the reunion for after the challenge." Drew told them, "Kinda have a challenge to explain here." Drew tossed Cat back to the hula troop, "Anyway, not only are these girls here to give a demonstration to the state's native dance. They're also here to demonstrate what you guys will be doing in tonight's challenge, that's right. You guys are gonna be sporting some grass skirts and bras made from coconuts as you do exactly what they're doing."
"Oh, that's great!" Beatrice exclaimed, she then turned to Timothy "Didn't you say you had a hula dancer costume in your suitcase the other day during breakfast?"
"Uh, one, that was a private conversation with Kodi!" Timothy looked offended, "Two, I'm the one who does the eavesdropping around these parts, and three it's my sister's and my parents had our bags swapped while she went to the Regional Hula troop competition." Timothy groaned in embarrassment.
"So anyway, you ham sacks will have about three hours to write, produce, and perform a traditional Hawaiian hula performance, and the girls on stage will act as judges, they'll be judging you based on skill, storytelling, and how you rock a coconut bra and grass skirt." Drew explained, he then faced his co-hosts "You guys think I can pull that off?" Pamela gave off an 'ehhh' gesture while Hack thumbs up. "Anyway, the team that puts on the best scoring dances will not only win immunity from tonight's vote, but they'll also get a private showing from the lovely and talented Sakamannano High Sea Urchins."
As Drew announced what the school's team was called, their mascot, a guy dressed in a purple sea urchin costume, came out and danced before slipping off the stage and getting stuck upside down. "Don't worry, I can do this." the guy waved his legs around in an attempt to stand upright.
One of the girls, a pale goth-looking girl groaned "Why did we agree to have Robbie be the mascot?"
"Because he's allergic to coconuts." a half Latina girl told her. "And grass... and synchronized dancing." the troop looked at their mascot's sad situation, some of the islanders were laughing at the poor urchin-suited boy.
"You uh... guys take 3 hours to come up with your performance, meet back by..." Drew checked his watch "7 O'clock. In the meantime, I'm gonna go find out who keeps leaving their empty soda cans on the front lawn of the Host's house." Drew waved off the islanders, "Also no tampering with the gear we have!" Drew yelled out as a warning.
The frogs reconvened back at their shack, "Okay guys, we gotta put on a killer performance tonight." Elizabeth told the team, "First thing first, do any of you know how to hula?"
The frogs shifted their eyes to Timothy.
"Oh come on!" Timothy crossed his arms, "I accidentally mention the hula outfit one time at breakfast and suddenly I'm the hula expert?"
Confessional: Timothy
"Eugh, I'd have to be the hula expert anyways, if I don't, Melissa will just have me voted off." Timothy sighed, "Well, at least I know how to hula dance thanks to my sister." Timothy rolled his eyes, "This is gonna be so embarrassing."
Confessional Over
A radio was playing hula music as the frogs then turned to the center of their side of the backstage area where Timothy was swaying his hips to Hawaiian beats in a red floral top and a grass skirt. Some of the frogs thought he looked ridiculous, but to others, he looked pretty good at it.
"Woah Tim, you got some nice moves," Brandon said, holding in his laughter.
Elizabeth then added, "I think we found our lead dancer."
"Where did you learn to Hula Dance?" Kodi asked.
"That's not important, but I'll gladly step up as the frogs' main dancer since none of you dummies can do it," Timothy said as he finished off his little dance.
"Well, your moves are impressive, but-" Melissa was interrupted by Elizabeth.
"You're hired!" Elizabeth shook Timothy's hand so hard he nearly lost balance. As Timothy straightened himself, Elizabeth said, "Okay, now that we have that settled, Kodi, how would you like to be our writer?"
"Me?" Kodi asked.
"Yeah, as a DND master I'm sure you'll come up with a moving and easy-to-follow story for our performance," Elizabeth said as she patted the Dungeons and Dragons gamer on the back.
"Well, I have been Dungeon Master for a few games. I guess I could write something." Kodi chuckled nervously as she rubbed the back of his head.
"You'll do great." Elizabeth encouraged as she sent him off to write them a story. She then turned to Brandon, "Brandon, how good is your prop design?"
"I once made a small car for a school play, does that count?" Brandon shrugged.
"That's good enough for me, you and Flora can be our stage crew. Is that okay for you Flora?" The pacifist gave a small salute, "Alright, you're on costumes since I doubt anyone else was as prepared as Timothy with his hula attire."
"I was not prepared for this!" Timothy argued but was ignored.
"I'm on it." Flora went over to the costume department.
"Brandon, props," Elizabeth told the mechanic who nodded before whipping out a monkey wrench and running off. "Timothy, you can teach us all that you know about hula."
"What's in it for me?" Timothy questions.
"That fuzzy feeling you get when you help your friends?" Kodi offered with happy eyes, to which Timothy gagged.
"Fuzzy feelings don't give me secrets and immunity." Timothy crossed his arms.
"We won't vote you out." Melissa sighed.
"Tempting-" Timothy started but was cut off.
"The team will give you one secret each," Elizabeth said.
"Deal!" Timothy shook hands with the captain, "Alright little tadpoles, to your places!" Timothy gladly took Will and Beatrice off to the side to start on their hula lessons.
Melissa patted Elizabeth on her shoulder, "I gotta say Liz, you're really taking this leadership role in stride."
"Thanks, Mel, I'll admit I was more scared than a turkey before Thanksgiving dinner. But I just thought to myself, the better I do, the longer I get to avoid scarecrow duty." Elizabeth told her.
"And that's..."
"What I do at home when I'm not eating, sleeping, or at school." Elizabeth sighed as she thought about her home life.
With the Chickens.
"No." Kaito crossed his arms.
"Come on Kae Kae," Van begged Kaito.
"Why do I have to write the story?" Kaito questions, "Can't Becky do it? She's a songwriter."
"Because I write heavy metal, not mushy shit like hula dance music," Becky explained.
"Please Kae Kae, at least give it a try." Van begged her friend, "Besides, it's either do that or go on stage in that." She points to Wane, who was admiring himself in a mirror, "And I don't think that's your type of outfit."
The con artist was clad in a grass skirt and coconut bra, he looks at the chickens' weirded-out looks "What? If you got it, you gotta flaunt it." He grinned as everyone else cringed.
Kaito turned back, "Okay, fine."
Van hugged Kaito, the boy letting out an awkward noise before she pulled off.
Sasha jumped into the conversation, "Okay, so the rest of the production team. Paige, can you move props without other people notic- hey where's Paige?"
"Right here!" Paige popped behind a plastic palm tree right next to Sasha.
"GYAH!" The team jumped at her surprise entrance.
"That answers that," Sasha says. Sasha then looked to King, "So... you sure you want to do lights all by yourself?"
"Pffft, like perfection needs a piece of trash to help it." King scoffed before heading off to lights and ignoring his team.
"Alright then, as for the rest of you, you'll be dancing with me on stage," Sasha said having taken position as head of the group for this challenge, leading the others to their first lesson. Klaas gripped his fist as he bit his lip as Sasha led the others.
Confessional: Sasha
"I learned enough from my brief time with the hula group to lead a decent showing." Sasha stated, "We shouldn't have to worry about dancing, but I am concerned that some of our teammates won't be willing to wear hula skirts."
Confessional Over
Confessional: Klaas
"Okay, I can dress in a funny medieval costume and pretend to fight a guy, but I am not a dance guy. Especially in something this... embarrassing." Klaas looked at a hula costume he was holding.
Confessional Over
Over on the Frogs' side, Timothy was teaching his team how to hula. "Its all in the hips, keep them in sync with your arms. Let them ride the waves as you listen to the beat." Timothy said as he observed their progress, "Melissa, you're too stiff." he went over to the athlete, "Loosen up and ride the wave, don't try and fight it."
Confessional: Timothy
"Let them ride the waves? What does that even mean!?" Timothy groaned, "I just gotta keep throwing whatever at them until they can do it on their own." Timothy mumbled to himself.
Confessional Over
Melissa groaned as she danced a little more smoothly, she couldn't believe she was taking orders from a human rat.
Timothy then went over to Beatrice, who along with Sebastian Jr. was swaying to the beat. "Hmmm, pretty good Ariel. But watch those transitions, they will get you when you least expect it." Beatrice gives a thumbs-up as he kneels down to her pet, "Sea crab, great job. Definitely the best one so far." Timothy joked with Sebastian Jr, who snipped his claws gratefully.
He then goes over to Elizabeth; she drops her arms and hula skirt "Can I take a break? I haven't moved this much since my family's blackberry harvest. What a nightmare that was, the millions of thorns that would prick our hands when we reached for the berries, waking up at 4 AM in the morning, not to mention lifting those back-breaking baskets. One time I dropped one on my foot and-"
"Don't want to hear the story, you're excused captain," he said as Elizabeth stepped aside, he knew that a good teacher accommodates for their students. Also staying in the scarecrow's good graces makes him less likely to get voted off. "Alright the rest of you, keep swaying those hips, and put more emotion into it!"
Elizabeth went over to Kodi as she grabbed a water bottle, "So Sir Kodi, what do you got with the story?"
The DnD player turned to Elizabeth, "It's going pretty good, I figured I'd go for something simple. And something that appeals to Drew, I've played Dungeon Master a few times so this shouldn't be an issue."
"Great to hear." she pats his head approvingly. "By the way, how're things going with Will?"
"He's doing much better; he hasn't seemed to have thought about Alex in days." Kodi says as he seems Will impressing Timothy with is hula dancing, as the twin sways his hips Kodi sighs longingly with a blush.
Elizabeth sees his stare and follows it to Will, before letting out a soft smile, "Ooooo, someone's got a crush!"
"What- no! I just think he... makes a good dancer is all." Kodi shifted his eyes as he blushed harder.
Elizabeth giggles as she ruffles his head, "Oh don't worry, I think you two would be cute together. Take my advice, just keep being a good friend to Will. Good luck." She then went off.
Kodi looked to Will, who smiled and waved happily at him. The purple-haired frog giggled with a blush as he waved back before focusing back on the story he was writing for his team, "Okay, so Drew confronts the dragon and uses the power of hula to take back the Holy Grail."
Confessional: Will
"Kodi is such an amazing guy, he's just so kind and considerate." Will sat in the confessional, he still had some sadness in his tone, but a lot less so than in the previous challenges, "When I was feeling down about Alex, he helped me deal with his absence. He is also kind of cute when he gets into his little fantasy games, he even invited me to this discord group he's in that does massive multiplayer online role-playing games every week. I gotta remember to send him a lot of friend requests after the season is over." Will let out a slight smile.
Confessional Over
Confessional: Kodi
"Will's so awesome..." Kodi fawned.

In the electrical booth, King was just sitting at the booth while Carlton explained how to use the lighting operators, "So you see, you use this to control how bright the lights are. Be careful not to set them to the maximum setting, less you want the actors to go terribly blind if they look directly at it. Next, you have the audio sound controls which- blah blah blah. Blah blah, blah blah blah blah." King heard as he was completely disinterested in what the thespian intern was saying, only taking this position because this was the farthest place from the sub-trash beings that didn't deserve his company.
With the stage helper for the chickens, Paige was looking at some props in the props closet. "Ooooooo." She picked up a toy bow and arrow, which she shot randomly, the arrow ricocheted off the wall and catwalk before hitting Timothy in the back.
"YOW! Who did that!?" Timothy exclaimed. Paige snuck behind a fake spaceship so as to not be noticed by Timothy.
For the Frogs, Brandon was working on a mobile fake dragon, "Okay, just gotta tighten these screws." Brandon said to himself as fixed up the dragon.
Kodi walked over to the mechanic, "Hey Brandon, love what you're doing for the dragon."
"Thanks, I borrowed an old motor from that car shop I hid at during the first episode, fixed it up and made some tweaks so that when I rev it up it sounds like a dragon," Brandon said as he pulled a chord, which caused the motor to roar like an actual dragon.
The gamer nerd squealed at this, "This is gonna be so fun!" Kodi then handed Brandon script, "I converted the story into a script, here's your copy with all the stage directions. Tootles." Kodi then skipped away to find the rest of the frogs to give them their scripts.
"Now that I think about it..." Kaito thought to himself as he wrote down a script, "I have complete control over how this go-"
"So how's the script going Kae-Kae?" Van interrupted Kaito's thought process as she walked over to the astrophile.
"Hmm?" Kaito looked up, "Oh, it's going fine. But I've noticed that I have a role here that requires someone to wear a special costume, do you know someone who doesn't want to hula dance?" Kaito tapped his pencil against the script.
"I don't!" Klaas jumped into the conversation.
"Well... alright then." Kaito jumped back from the gambler's suddenness before meekly handing him a large bag with a costume inside of it, "You'll have to wear this costume." Kaito looked back down at his script.
"Alright then!" Klaas rushed away and into the confessional.
Confessional: Klaas
"Hey, anything can be better than wearing that stupid hula outfit..." Klaas pulled out what looked like the head of a squid costume, "...why do I even bother?" Klaas sighed as he dropped the costume.
Confessional Over
Drew, Pamela, and Hack had all returned from whatever it was they were doing, "Alright Malihinis! Your time is up!" Drew announced to the Malihinis that were still preparing, "Frogs, since you won last time, you guys will have to go first, just to be fair to the Chickens!"
"Yeah, let's see if the Frogs can win yet another performance-based challenge!" Carlton announced. For some reason, the intern was wearing an outfit that made him look like a DJ, "You guys better be on in the next three minutes or Drew is gonna have to disqualify ya!"
Confessional: Timothy
"Alright, let's just hope that the random things I thought everyone will be enough to carry us to victory." Timothy nervously stated, "I just kinda threw mud at the wall a bunch of times..." Timothy gritted his teeth.
Confessional Over
Confessional: Flora
"I have faith that we'll be able to perform well in this challenge," Flora smiled, "Our dance is so creative!"
Confessional Over
The curtain rose up to reveal all of the Frogs in different colored hula outfits, a prop dragon in the middle of them, and a bunch of tiki torches around them.
"Ok so just follow after me," Timothy whispered to his teammates as he began with some basic back-and-forth movements with his hips.
The rest of the Frogs followed along, with nobody having any difficulty so far.
"Now's your cue, Flora," Timothy whispered over to the pacifist, who tossed a baton over to the tattletale. Timothy began to spin the baton around, which caused the rest of the Frogs on stage to twirl around and back away from Timothy. After the Frogs moved away, Timothy danced over to the front of the prop dragon, which moved its head upwards. Timothy then threw the baton into the air, with the dragon shooting some fire out of its mouth and onto one of the edges of the baton.
Timothy grabbed the baton from its center as it fell down from the air. After catching the baton, Timothy began to twirl it around on his right side, which led to the Frogs spinning around gracefully, except for Will, who was slightly out of sync with everyone else.
"Will go faster, your timing is off," Timothy whispered over to Will.
"Oh... I guess I was just thinking about something else... sorry." Will apologized.
"Ummm... what is this supposed to mean, exactly?" Pamela asked as she watched the Frog's performance.
"I don't know, but it's got some great effects," Drew stated about the dragon shooting out fire.
"It is pretty strange," One of the hula dancers stated, "But maybe it'll make more sense later."
As the audience members talked about what was going on in the dance, Timothy headed over to each of the tiki torches and began to light each of them one by one, all while making sure to not accidentally set one of his teammates on fire.
"Wait what do we do now?" Elizabeth quietly asked Timothy, who just shrugged in response. Due to Timothy's lack of proper directions, and them not being able to read Kodi's script multiple times, most of the Frogs began to improvise their movements, which caused the dance to become very unsynchronized.
"What are you doing?" Timothy whispered over to Elizabeth as he lit another tiki torch.
"Uh, making it up?" Elizabeth gave a confused look to Timothy, "We didn't exactly get enough time to study the script."
"Ok... I got an idea." Timothy lit the last tiki torch and held his flaming baton up into the air, "Attention audience! Now that I have lit up each of the candles of Me...Uh...Myjorn? The dragon..." Timothy stuttered, "I shall now toss the baton of... Dragon Holiness into the air... uh... a... sign of... respect towards the scalies or something I don't know." Timothy shrugged as he began to rapidly twirl the baton in his hands.
"What is he doing?" Melissa asked Beatrice, who just gave a light shrug in response.
"Now I need everyone here to stay completely still... or... uh... the ritual will fail... I think..." Timothy looked around at his teammates, who just stopped what they were doing and began to stare at him, "I meant stay in the position you were in you idiots!" Timothy yelled at his teammates.
"You really didn't say that well," Beatrice replied as she went posed like the dance she was doing before Timothy told her to stop.
"Ok." Timothy clapped his hands together as everyone stayed in position, "I shall now do the thing." Timothy twirled the baton and tossed it into the air.
The baton spun into the air before it eventually went back down into Timothy's hands... well... the part of the baton that was on fire fell into Timothy's hands. Timothy covered his mouth with his free hand and let out a muffled scream of pain as he gripped the baton, with some of the Frogs and audience members cringing in response.
"O...ok..." Timothy forced a smile as put the regular part of the baton in his other hand, "I... caught it... that was totally intentional! The... shows over!" Timothy rushed off the stage as the curtains closed.
"Well that was pretty good." Drew stated, "A bit concerning that they had to whisper instructions to each other, but that little guy can certainly take some pain!" Drew grinned, "He took that flaming baton like a champ!"
"No I think he needs some medical help!" Pamela got up and rushed over to where Timothy was.
"Eh, I'm sure it's fine, previous contestants have taken worse." Drew nonchalantly stated, "So what do you think that was worth Hack?"
"Arrrgh!" Hack yelled out, "I'd say that was a five out of ten!"
"Well I'd say it was a seven, and since Pamela's not here, let's just say she chose a six." Drew shrugged.
"Sure!" Hack replied as Timothy's screams of pain were heard backstage.
"Okay, after that 'banger' of a performance from the Frogs. Let's see what their opponents have in store!" Carlton the MC stated.
While the intern did the introduction, Kaito was seen looking through some notes about Mars when Sasha came up to him. "Hey, Kaito I've got some concerns about this script." Sasha showed him his plans for the show as she wore what looked like a space-themed hula outfit.
"What's wrong with them?" Kaito asked.
"Well for starters it's all written in languages the others couldn't decipher," Sasha stated, "Like the first two pages are written in plain English, but the rest of the pages are impossible to read."
"I left translations on the back," Kaito replied.
"Even so, this story is seriously too convoluted. How are we supposed to make this a hula dance?" Sasha questioned.
"Get ready for... Space Hula! By the Frozen Chickens!" Carlton announced before Kaito could answer.
"Just... improvise or something. I don't know I'm not a story writer." Kaito shrugged.
Confessional: Kaito
"I made it impossible for anyone on my team to truly figure out what was going on in the dance, if all goes poorly, I should be home today." Kaito let out a slight smile.
Confessional Over
Sasha sighed as she joined the other dancers for her team as the curtain rose up, revealing a space-colored background with the dancers dressed in various space-themed hula outfits.
In the booth, King nonchalantly pressed a button, "Those pieces of trash are gonna fail." King mumbled to himself.
Then some generic hula music mixed with some dubstep that really didn't mesh well at all as the team began their dance.
"What am I watching?" Drew asked his cohosts and interns as the chickens tried their best to hula their way through the music and lighting.
"Did I overdo it on the drinks again?" Hack wondered.
The group tried to keep the rhythmic swaying as the background shifted through various space-themed layouts, trying to avoid some space rocks being shot at them by Paige. Because their characters were moving through an asteroid belt, one of the rocks ended up hitting Wane in the kiwis, "GYOH!" he nearly hobbled as Van was hit in the head by a different rock.
Timothy shook his head from where his team was watching, "Looks like I didn't have to worry about losing after all." Timothy joked to himself.
The chickens kept going before King set off a smoke machine, which summoned Klaas who was dressed as giant space squid with a grass skirt. The gambler looked embarrassed being on stage in such a ridiculous outfit as he slowly inched on stage, "Uh... uh..."
"Oh no, it's the evil Octo-hula-pus from Outer Space!" Wane acted as if he was still reeling from the low blow.
"Not the Octo-hula-pus, that's the most dangerous creature in the entire cosmos!" Wyatt also acted.
Carlton facepalmed at the two's wooden acting, Sasha then proclaimed, "Only one way to save the universe from his tentacled terror!" Sasha then did some hula dances that shot some fake lasers from Paige on the side, which were rubber arrows painted rainbow colors.
Klaas was shaking in his boots before he took a breath, "Wait I thought the arrows were for later?" Klaas asked as he tried to keep up with whatever was going on.
"No, we're doing it now," Sasha stated as an arrow missed Klaas.
"But the... augh.." Klaas dodged the arrow before walking off stage, "I give up! This script makes no sense!"
While the Chickens all struggled to do anything, the audience all watched in complete boredom and disapproval, "I'm gonna take a guess and say they didn't have a lot of time to prepare." a dark-skinned hula boy said.
"Yeah, this is a case of over-ambition." The red-haired hula dancer said.
"I liked it." the goth hula said, "The perfect amount of stunk."
"Frogs! You win!" Drew yelled to the frogs, who cheered for their victory, "Now if you'll excuse me I'm gonna go to my private salon so I can forget about that awful performance." Drew then walked off as the chickens joined up backstage.
"Well, that was stupid!" Wane exclaimed.
"Thanks a lot, Klaas. Your running off ruined our performance." Van shifted the blame to the gambler who was keeled over on his back, trying to get out of the costume.
"Oh please." King scoffed; the other chickens stopped as King had openly spoken to them, "You trashlings were doomed from the start, even the most perfect being couldn't save this mess of a script." he tossed his own script in the trash and walked off.
"You know, King's right." Becky said, "Even if Klaas did mess up royally, Kaito's story didn't exactly make for an easy task."
"Uh, let's not blame Kaito fully," Van nervously said.
"You're right." Wyatt chimed in, "After all, you were the one who forced Kaito into doing this, so this loss is on you." Wyatt crossed his arms in annoyance.
"Yeah!" Paige added, "Why did you even have him go up in the first place?"
"I..." Van started as she realized she was partially responsible.
"They're friends!" Klaas argued back, "You can't fault Van for trusting her friend to do this, in the end, it's his fault that this happened." Klaas then turned over to Van, "Though, I do take offense to Van blaming me for the loss." Klaas rolled his eyes.
"Looks like this is a very split issue." Sasha stated, "I guess we'll just have to see who's leaving soon enough."
The chickens were back again at the elimination ceremony, with Drew standing at the podium. "And this makes it three losses in a row, you know the Frogs went 0-3 before their first win. So who knows, maybe next episode you guys can take the dubby. But for now, one of you is taking their sorry butt back to Loserville. I mean that dance was worse than my movie Seawatch, that's 6 months I'm never getting back."
"Well, it would have been gone better if... um... the lighting was better!" Van pointed at King
"Oh please, like that's the reason we bombed!" Becky retorted, "Your little boyfriend could have made the script a little more lively and comprehensible!"
"Yeah, I couldn't really understand anything that he wrote," Wane added.
Kaito softly smirked as the Chickens talked amongst themselves.
Confessional: Kaito
"Oh thank Jupiter," Kaito sighed in relief, "Thanks to my script, nobody was able to perform well..." Kaito leaned back, "Now I can finally go home."
Confessional Over
"Alright, for tonight we have some nice leis for everyone that will be staying. As for the person that's not, who cares?" Drew shrugged, "So for the chickens that are staying, we have... Paige." Drew tossed the lei to the stealthiest chicken, which landed around her neck.
"Sweet!" Paige grinned.
"Wyatt." Drew then does the same to the animal tamer, "Sasha." He tossed the lei to the analyzer, who simply put it on.
Van begged, "Please say Kaito, please say-"
"Wane."
"Dammit." She muttered as Wane caught his lei.
"Becky." Becky caught her lei.
All that remained were Klaas, who looked pretty worried that he was going to be voted off, Kaito, who was on the edge of his seat in the hopes that he will be sent home, King who did not give a single care about anything that was happening, and Van who was waiting for Kaito to get his lei, "King and Klaas, you're safe too." Drew tossed the two their leis, with King ignoring his and leaving, and Klaas thankfully catching his. "Kaito and Van... let's go over why both of you are here, shall we? Kaito, you wrote the most difficult-to-understand script in the history of the world, whether it was intentional or unintentional doesn't matter, you cost your team the game pretty hard, but Van, you're also in the wrong, seeing as your the one who convinced Kaito to have a go at the challenge. But in the end... the Chicken who's safe is...

"Please be Kaito, please be Kaito, please be Kaito." Van silently prayed.

The influencer gripped her fist in sadness as Kaito leaped up, "YES!" Kaito laughed crazily, "Oh, I mean, oh no..." Kaito pretended to be upset. Most of the others looked at him in confusion about his response to losing a million dollars. Except for Sasha who knew he didn't want to be here anymore, and Van who sighed dejectedly.
"Anyway, Kaito just go wait in the cage to be sent away. The rest of you can head on back to your mansion after you send someone to the cage as usual." Drew dismissed before leaving.
"Klaas can go for his cowardice, I say." Sasha suggested.
"That's fine," Klaas looked down, "I should've been braver." Klaas was taken away by the interns.
Two minutes later Kaito was sitting in the cage when he saw Van approaching him and he stood up and went to the cage door. "Um... I-"
"Well, you got your wish. Sorry I tried to force you into enjoying this island." Van said dejectedly, "I shouldn't have tried to push you so hard into things that you didn't want, and-"
"No Van, look I admit I never wanted to be here. But there are a couple of things that made my stay here tolerable." Kaito told her.
"Like what?"
"Well, I did learn to talk to people outside a work environment, I learned some new life skills; I made a couple of decent friends." Kaito listed off, "And I couldn't have done it without you pushing me out of my comfort zone, and you did show me how to just... lay back and chill."
Van looked at Kaito in surprise, "I did?"
"Yeah, and I just- AH!" Kaito was then pulled away as the cage was dragged away into the ocean.
"What? YOU JUST WHAT?" Van sighed before heading back to the mansion, but then she felt a ping on her phone. She looked and saw a friend request on all her social media platforms, all from Kaito. Van let out a puff as she started to accept each individual friend request.
"And that's now four down..." Drew watched as Van looked out into the ocean, "Who's gonna go next? Will Van be able to deal with the heartbreak of losing Kaito? And speaking of heartbreak, has Will truly moved on? Find out next time on...
Total...
Drama...
Sakamannano Island!"
FreshmEn: And Kaito's out of here, in a challenge that was kinda foreshadowed earlier with the nonelimination singing challenge. Not really much to put in this author's note, except for the fact that next episode will be the first aftermath special! So get ready for that! I'm sure you're familiar with how Miss Maniacal and I do it, but you can send in questions via DMs for the aftermath special and we'll ask the characters said questions.
Zoryan: Don't make dancing challenges kids
Brad: *No author's note right now*
Reasoning for Elimination: Kaito was definitely a fun character to write, and this wasn't his original elimination episode (The original was actually the next challenge) but we decided that this episode would be the perfect chance for Kaito to take advantage of his wanting to go home, and that he'd sabotage himself to leave.

Freezing Chickens: Becky, King, Klaas, Paige, Sasha, Van, Wane, Wyatt
Flaming 'Frogs': Beatrice, Brandon, Elizabeth, Flora, Kodi, Melissa, Timothy, Will

"That was a waste of my time." Becky groaned as she stamped Kaito's picture.
"Finally." Kaito slightly smiled as he voted for himself.
"Hmph." King didn't say anything, he just stamped himself
"There's no way I'm at fault for our losing right?" Klaas raised an eyebrow, "That script was written in multiple different languages!"
"Wyatt's right, Van should be the one to leave." Paige voted Van, "Besides, Kaito's way more fun to mess with!"
"Kaito can be of use in the future," Sasha shrugged, "Plus, Wyatt's right, we wouldn't have lost if Van didn't force him to go."
"Please let Kaito stay..." Van hoped as she voted for Klaas, "And, sorry Klaas, but I have no other options."
"Stupid Kaito!" Wane repeatedly stamped Kaito's picture, "If it weren't for you, I could've carried this challenge!"
"Sorry Van," Wyatt stamped Van's picture, "But I don't think it's fair to get rid of Kaito for this."
