"Last time on Total Drama Sakamannano Island," Drew held his arms up as he announced the opening of the episode, "Our Malihinis took a little time to relax and learn some hula dancing! The Frogs had a pretty good time working with each other, seeing as Timothy was immediately picked to be the person to teach everyone how to dance, Brandon would be the one to make a prop for the dance, and Kodi would write their script. The Chickens on the other hand made the mistake of letting Kaito be their scriptwriter. In the end, both teams flopped hard in the dance itself, but Kaito's self-sabotaging script was enough to get him eliminated, and enough to break Van's heart. Who will go home today? Find out right here, on Total... Drama... Sakamannano Island!"
Intro Start
Multiple cameras popped out from surfboards, tiki torches, statues of Drew, and other objects on the island. The camera then flew past Drew, Pamela, and Hack, with the former two arguing about something and the latter drinking from a barrel of rum.
"Dear mom and dad I'm doing fine, You guys are on my mind." The Camera went up the dead volcano, revealing Kaito setting up some of his stargazing equipment, and Vanessa helping him out.
"You asked me what I wanted to be, and now I think the answer is plain to see." The camera jumped down into the volcano, where Timothy was listening in on Kaito and Van's conversation with a radio. In addition to Timothy being there, Wane was checking the cages of shame for any lost coins or valuables.
"I wanna be famous." Wane dusted off one of the cages, revealing that Alex somehow got trapped inside. Wane tipped the cage over and kicked Alex out, before hopping inside of it to search for valuables.
"I wanna live close to the sun." The camera then made a cut to inside the mess hall, where Kodi was teaching Will how to play Chambers and Beasts at a table, with Will shaking his head and pretending to understand how to play the game.
"So pack your bags, 'cause I've already won." The camera moved outside where Melissa and Beatrice were chatting together.
"Everything to prove, nothing in my way." To the left of Melissa and Beatrice, May was walking until Paige jumped out of the bushes, scaring the daydreamer.
"I'll get there one day." The camera moved towards the nearby Hilahala hut, where Wyatt and Flora were both petting Spirit's belly.
"Cause I wanna be famous." On the other side of the area where the Haaheo mansion was, Klaas and King were playing a match of poker, with almost all of the chips being on King's side.
"Na Na Na Na Na Na Na Na." Moving away from the hut and the mansion, Persephone and Sasha could be seen arguing about something.
"I wanna be, I wanna be famous." The camera jumped over to the beach of the island, where an oil-covered Brandon could be seen fixing up an old boat. Behind him, Elizabeth was pretending to be a scarecrow.
"I wanna be, I wanna be famous." Finally, the camera moved over to Becky, who was writing down song lyrics in a notepad. Becky turned around and noticed the camera, elbowing it to the ground for privacy. The shot was then cut to Buck, Mitch, Carlton, and Billy, who all set the camera down for the final shot, as they got the camera in position they ran behind Drew, causing the camera to flash and take a photo of all of everyone previously seen. The screen moved back to show the photo on a postcard that read 'Aloha from Hawaii!" with whistling accompanying it.
Intro End
A couple of days after the hula competition, we see the frogs getting ready to leave for lunch. Until they were stopped by Timothy at the front door of their shack, "If I do recall, a certain crow repellant promised me a secret from each teammate in exchange for leading the hula troop to victory." Timothy smugly stated, "Luckily for Flora, she already told me a secret, so she's good."
Flora laughed a bit, "That wasn't a huge secret, but if you're satisfied with it, I won't object." Flora left the shack.
"Ugh, do we have to?" Melissa groaned as Flora left.
"Now, now Mel. We did promise, and a good leader always keeps their word." Elizabeth winked at her teammates before she went up to Timothy and whispered into his ear. Elizabeth gestured for the others to look away, before spilling "I stuff my clothes with frozen treats, both to keep cool during the hot days in the Spring and Summer."
"You don't have any-" Timothy started before Elizabeth pulled out a wrapped-up popsicle as Timothy stared in complete confusion, "I give that secret a seven out of ten, weird enough to be true but boring enough to not ask any follow-up questions."
"You're not gonna tell anybody our secrets are you?" Melissa questioned the tattletale.
Timothy just rolled his eyes in response, "Whatever lady, just spill it!" Timothy commanded as Elizabeth passed him as Melissa took position. The scarecrow pulled off the wrapper and started to lick it.
Melissa crossed her arms, "Well the 'contract' never stated that I had to tell you a major secret of mine, so I'll just be upfront and say I like sci-fi movies."
"Yawn." Timothy exclaims after hearing that secret, "You're done, NEXT!" Melissa quickly walked away from Timothy before going up to Elizabeth and walking with the captain to Lunch.
Melissa rolled her eyes, "I cannot stand that boy."
"Just bear it for a while longer, once we hit the merge, you won't have to worry about him anymore." Elizabeth told her; she then gave Melissa a treat, "Ice cream sammich?"
Melissa shook her head, "Um... no thanks."
Confessional: Melissa
Melissa looked annoyed, "Timothy is slowly starting to get more and more on my nerves. I can handle someone who's a bit nosey, but he has no sense of privacy whatsoever. Case in point, he's most likely watching this confessional as I speak."
Confessional Over
Confessional: Timothy
"So maybe I do watch the confessionals from time to time Melissa," Timothy rolled his eyes, "Thanks to my camera in here I get to find out all sorts of secrets, like Wyatt believes in spirits or something like that."
Confessional Over
The last few to give secrets were Brandon, Will, and Kodi. While Beatrice was in the middle of telling Timothy about the time she put a mermaid tail on the statue of her school's mascot, Brandon asked the boys "What should I tell him? I don't have any real secrets..."
"Just make something up, it doesn't have to mean anything," Will dryly suggested.
"Alright, you're free to go." Timothy told the mermaid as Brandon approached him. Timothy immediately took interest in Brandon's secret, "You! I've checked you three times and found nothing, not even in the confessionals except for when you go to vote. What are you hiding!?"
"Well, I do have one thing." Timothy blinks as Brandon leaned in to whisper, "I..." Brandon thought of something to make up, "Have a crush on someone in the game."
"Ooooooo, now that is deliciously moist." Timothy wrote it down, "Who is it? Is it Van, Beatrice, Wane, Not judging but-"
"Sorry Tim, but I think that would count as 2 secrets." Brandon pointed out.
"Oh fine, you win this round Chicken Frog. But I will find out, believe me." Timothy pointed at the mechanic aggressively, "NEXT!"
Brandon left the frog shack before heading to the mess hall, where once again the interns made their potluck. The mechanic grabbed a tray and placed a couple of pieces of breakfast pizza and some fruit salad on it before grabbing a cup of iced tea. After getting his food he saw Sasha sitting at one of the tables and happily went over to sit by her, "Hey Sash!" Brandon greeted.
"Oh Brandon... hey. Where have you and the other frogs been?" Sasha wondered.
"Oh, we were just each giving a secret to Timothy, we promised him we'd do it to get him to teach us how to hula for the previous challenge," Brandon explained.
"Timothy? That weirdo that Becky keeps tossing out of our mansion, I think I saw him rummaging through my room the other day before Becky kicked him out, that is. I actually confronted him about that not soon after and he said Wane told him I was keeping stolen money from everyone or something, then again he probably just chose the first person he saw as a scapegoat after he was caught." Sasha said.
"Has Wane been causing some issues for you?" Brandon asked.
"Oh not much, other than stealing a few things around the mansion to sell on eBay." Sasha told him, "Saw him trying to take stuff from my jewelry box this morning, and look what happened to him." Sasha pointed to Wane who was clutching his knee as he took a bite out of a PBJ.
"Yikes, remind me never to get on your bad side," Brandon told her as he drank from his iced tea.
Sasha took a sip from her peach juice, "I don't know, you were pretty good in your battle with King, and he's much bigger than you."
"Eh, it wasn't much. It was like a heat of the moment thing." Brandon said as Melissa went up behind him and tapped on his back.
"Excuse me, Sasha." Melissa told the girl, "But I'd like to talk to Brandon for a bit."
"Oh, ok," Sasha replied as Brandon and Melissa left to a corner of the room.
"Ok, so what's this about exactly?" Brandon crossed his arms.
"Nothing much, but I am growing concerned that you're too attached to the members of your former team," Melissa stated.
Brandon let out a bit of an annoyed sigh in response to Melissa, "Mel, she's just on another team."
Melissa tried not to give Brandon the wrong idea, "I'm aware of that, but you have to remember that this is still a competition, and I don't believe everyone on our team will take too kindly to it. Everyone here is nice, but remember, you're setting yourself up as a scapegoat, especially considering how much you talk to Sasha."
"What do you mean?" Brandon asked.
"What I mean, is that I believe there's a good chance some of our teammates will try to vote you out for this." Melissa tapped her chin, "I'm not trying to come off as rude or anything, I'm just trying to warn you about this."
"Well, I'll take my chances." Brandon grinned, "It's not like I'm throwing challenges for them or anything."
"Well... okay." Melissa shrugged, "But just be careful. Especially since I can't risk someone else going in Timothy's place." Melissa thought that last part to herself.
Brandon nodded before going back to sit with Sasha.
Sasha looked over at the athletic nerd, "I take it she wasn't too fond of you sitting next to me, anything going with..."
"Nah, she's just being a worried teammate. She's fine." Brandon brushed off any concerns.
"Oh thank goodness." Sasha sighed in relief, before clearing her throat, "I mean how interesting."
Confessional: Sasha
"So far, from what I gathered from observing the frogs. Their dynamic is like this, Elizabeth is the laidback but stern enough leader that works to keep her team working smoothly and keeping morale high. Likely stemming from a desire to do more on her family farm than just warding off crows. Then we have Melissa, who most likely acts as Elizabeth's advisor and is happy to help Elizabeth out whenever she can. Then we have Kodi and Will, the team's two closest friends. Next is Timothy, the guy that is highly skilled but super untrustworthy with all his rants about truth. Flora and Beatrice, two sweet girls with their own set of skills. Not sure where they rank in the team, but it's still a good spot. Then there's Brandon, the relatively new guy that has made the team his own with his car skills, his friendly demeanor, his strong arms and smile that lights up a room, and..." Sasha shook her head, "The point is they're like a tight nit family, with no obvious weaknesses... however, Will's attitude these last few challenges has been fairly concerning, which makes me believe that he'll fall and the rest of them will crumble with him."
Confessional Over
Confessional: Timothy
"Excuse me Sasha! I am perfectly trustworthy! I've never done anything wrong in my entire life!" Timothy grumped as he crossed his arms.
Confessional Over
Over at another table, Becky was seen finishing up a small plate of fruit and brought it to the waste bucket as she set her tray down. Buck saw the rocker throwing away her food and asked, "Pardon me, Ms. Jones, but you sure don't want anything else? You only had a couple things of fruit and a water."
Becky rolled her eyes, "Nah, that's fine."
"You sure? Because you haven't exactly eaten a lot when during lunch-"
"I said I'm fine!" she exclaimed, causing Buck to fall back. Becky groaned before walking out of the mess hall.
"Did I do something wrong?" Buck questioned.
Mitch helped him up, "Nah, looks like she's practicing horror survival one o' one."
"What?" Buck asked.
Mitch pulled out a little book labeled 'How to survive being in a horror movie', "Rule number one, never trust anybody until you know you can trust them." Mitch read from the book, "Then we have rule number two, which is the most important..."
"Huh, I wonder what's up with Kae Kae," Vanessa asked herself as she texted Kaito, for some reason, the astrologer was being a lot more social in texts than he was in person. "I guess he's more comfortable talking in texts." Van shrugged as she put her phone down.
"Though I did just realize something..." Van looked around, "I'm not really friends with anyone else on my team..."
Van laughed to herself before mumbling, "Well that could be a problem."
Confessional: Vanessa
"I've spent pretty much all my time here with Kae-Kae," Van rubbed her head, "So I don't have any close relations with the rest of my team other then being mutual allies, and making allies is step two of winning this game for mine and now Kaito's sake," Van laughed, "With step one being getting over losing Kaito, of course... It wasn't that bad surprisingly, probably because I'm still in touch with him..." Van smiled.
Confessional Over
We then move to Flora, who was Sebastian Jr leaping through a tiny hoop that Beatrice held. "I gotta say, Beatrice, you've done a good job with training Sebastian Jr."
"Thanks, Flora, it was hard at first. But now look what he can do, sit." Jr sat down in response to Beatrice's command, "Shake." Beatrice held out a hand, which caused Jr. to hold out a claw which Beatrice shook. "Pour the tea." Sebastian waddled over and poured a messy cup of tea, which Beatrice gave to Flora who took a sip.
"Mmmmm, I'm impressed!" Flora hummed in delight.
Sebastian then snipped his claws and Beatrice looked at him "What's that?" Sebastian snipped at her "You have to go to back to the wild for now?" Sebastian snipped back. "Well okay, good luck." Beatrice brought the crab up for a kiss on the head before she sat him on the floor, where Sebastian waddled out of the mess hall.
"Awwwwwwwwww." Flora fawned as Sebastian JR scurried away, "I can't wait to see him again."
"Me too, I wonder where disappears off to each day," Beatrice said as she turned back to Flora.
After Wyatt and Paige had left Spirit breakfast for the day, the bear then pulled out from a bush a bunch of food he had stolen from the host's house and started to type something out. Just then Sebastian came up to the bear along with a random crow. The three animals greeted each other before they went and ate the food from the host's house.
Back at the mess hall, the kids there hear the roar of an engine before stepping outside. Seeing a man at the wheel of a massive all-terrain bus, he lowered his shades "Aloha Malihinis! How do you like the wheels?" The man grinned.
"Holy Honda!" Brandon marveled at the souped-up vehicle.
Drew came up to the mess hall, "What th- STEWIE ASHTON! What are you doing in the Stone's personal carrier?!"
Stewie rolled his eyes, "It's Frozen Rock, Drew, and secondly, relax will ya? The producers of your sad little show here sent me this bus to give to you, especially considering your challenge today."
Drew growled before pushing Stewie away from the bus, "Malihinis, you guys get in the bus and we're gonna go to the beach! Stewie, get off of my island!"
Stewie simply laughed in response as he walked off from the wrestler, leaving some of the contestants confused.
"Who was that?" Beatrice asked.
"Just some loser who thinks he can topple Drew 'The Stone'! Now get on the bus!" Drew commanded, which caused all of the contestants to hurry onto the bus.
Drew brought the teams to the beach where two eight-seated ATVs were set up, one orange and the other light blue. Next to the ATVs was a starting line, giving a pretty good indication that this challenge would be a race of some sort.
Wane looked at ATVs greedily and rubbed his hands, "Excuse me, Drew, what are these beauties for?"
"These will be your team's vehicles for today's challenge, which is as you've probably guessed, a race!" Drew announced.
Brandon shrugged "So a few laps around the island? Sounds simple enough."
Confessional: Brandon
"This challenge might actually be pretty fun." Brandon smiled, "I usually race with my friends back home, so I'll make a great driver."
Confessional Over
Drew shook his head in response to the mechanic, "Not quite Brandon, this is a sort of relay race, where you'll need to pick up each of your teammates every time you enter an area, and there are eight areas total, you know, one for each of you jabronis."
"Well that's still not too ba-" Beatrice started but was cut off by Drew.
Drew shook his finger, "Here's the kicker, everyone on your team must make it across the finish line, if you're short on anyone, you'll have to either go find them, or you'll have to wait for them to go and make it to the finish line themselves."
Hacked tapped his hook hand, "Yarr, you want to tell them about the other rule as well?"
"Oh yeah, if your teammates want to, they can just go on ahead and try to get to the finish line themselves, but I wouldn't recommend it, the cars are much faster than you." Drew cracked his neck, "Anywho, inside of your vehicles, you will find multiple spare tires and such so that you can use to repair them in case of any accidents you may or may not have on the way…" Drew gave an ominous smile as he said that, "Now all you guys have to do is pick your drivers and I'll randomly place your teammates in the eight zones you'll be traveling through."
Melissa scratched her head, "That doesn't feel like enough instruction."
Drew rolled his eyes, "Oh relax, I have pre-recorded guides in your vehicles so you'll know what to do when you reach a zone, now pick your team's drivers."
Brandon prepared to raise his hand, "If none of you mind, I'd like to be the driver for our team."
"Actually Brandon, you may want to hold off on that idea," Melissa stated.
Brandon store at Melissa in confusion, "What? If this is about me talking to Sasha earlier, I feel like you're taking that too seriously."
Melissa shook her head, "No, it's much simpler than that, you're the only one here with proper knowledge on how to repair a vehicle, and I believe it would be faster for you to sit in the passenger seat, so you can quickly get out and repair anything that's needed."
"Oh, ok then, I guess I could stick to repairs." Brandon stopped for a moment, "But what if I'm placed at the end of the race, then it won't really matter."
Melissa tapped her chin, "That's a good point, maybe you should be the driver so something like that doesn't happ-"
Flora raised her hand, "Oh I can do it!"
Melissa looked over at the pacifist, "Are you sure about this?"
Flora, "Of course, I promise I'll drive very safely so that we won't have to worry about any repairs!"
"Well if you say so," Melissa patted Flora on the shoulder, "Just remember that this is a huge responsibility to have placed on your shoulder, and everyone here is counting on you."
Flora shook her head 'yes', "Got it! Trust me, I can do it for us!"
Brandon stood a bit away from the two with his arms crossed.
Confessional: Brandon
Brandon kept his arms crossed in the confessional, "I feel like Melissa doesn't trust me because I talk to Sasha a lot. Is it really that much of a crime to be friends with someone on another team?"
Confessional Over
Confessional: Melissa
"I hope Brandon doesn't take that personally," Melissa rubbed her arm, "But I've learned well that when you're in a race, you have to do whatever you can to save as much time as possible, and if I can save even a few seconds for us, that may be enough to beat the Chickens."
Confessional Over
Confessional: Flora
"Haha, I... err... wanted to break up the tension between those two." Flora nervously laughed, "But also, I think I can drive safely enough to not have to worry about repairs. After all, this may be a race, but our safety should be important too!"
Confessional Over
While the Frogs agreed on who to send out as their driver, Wane pushed everyone else on his team away from the ATV, "I'm driving and this is not open for discussion." Wane hopped into the ATV.
"You can't just take the wheel without asking!" Wyatt complained.
"Yeah, this should be a team vote." Sasha agreed as she crossed her arms.
"What a jabroni." Van laughed.
Wane just waved his hands in response to his teammates, "Don't care, this is mine." Wane grinned as he stayed in the driver's seat.
Becky just let out a sigh of annoyance, "Just give it up, he's clearly gonna stay there as long as possible."
"Yeah, it's not worth it." Klaas rolled his eyes.
"You hear that Drew? I'm the driver!" Wane yelled out the window as he honked the horn multiple times.
"Well alright then, Flora will be driving for the Frogs while Wane will drive for the Chickens." Drew turned over to the camera, "Stay tuned viewers at home, because we're gonna move the other members of each team to their respective areas, and then we're gonna start the race!"
The camera did a quick transition to an aerial drone, which was recording a bird's eye view of the island, the camera then spotted the two drivers sitting at the starting line and zoomed in on them.
"Alright, Malihinis! On the count of three, the race will start and you'll have to get your butts moving… ready?"
"Obviously." Wane sneered.
Flora gave a thumbs up, "Yeah!"
"On one… two…"
Both Wane and Flora started their ATVs in preparation for the race.
"Three!" Drew shouted as an airhorn sounded off and the two drivers wasted no time moving forward.
Flora looked over to the passenger seat next to her, where a map was located, "Looks like I'm gonna need someone to use the map while I drive." As Flora said that to herself, a loud beep played from her ATV's radio, "Huh?"
"Attention to whatever Jabroni is driving this vehicle, if you're listening to this message, just know you're currently in the first area, the beach! It's a pretty straightforward path and isn't that long, so I'll see you later!" Drew's voice announced before the radio turned off.
"Oh, well that's a relief," Flora sighed, "I wonder how everyone else is doin-"
While Flora was speaking to herself, Wane pulled up to her side and flipped her the bird, before laughing and driving past her.
"Wow..." Flora stopped, "Wane must be very competitive." Flora laughed.
While the drivers raced on the beach, we got to see a little preview of what the other contestants were doing while they raced:
Brandon and Wyatt seemed to be right outside the Chicken's mansion, with Brandon tapping his foot in boredom and Wyatt patiently watching the nearby wildlife. "I'm kinda upset that I didn't get to drive man," Brandon told Wyatt, "I feel like Melissa is starting to have it out for me."
"Maybe you're just overthinking it?" Wyatt shrugged, "I'm sure she doesn't mean any real harm."
"Maybe." Brandon sighed.
Next up were Timothy and Paige, who were both in what looked to be the middle of the island, with a few buildings here and there around them.
"Come on Flora, beat that cheater!" Timothy anxiously spoke to himself.
"Don't you have cameras in the confessionals?" Paige asked.
"That's not cheating, it's revealing the truth!" Timothy argued.
"Sure." Paige laughed.
After Timothy and Paige, we had King and Elizabeth who were standing right on the outskirts of Sakamannano Island's forest.
King stood still in complete boredom while Elizabeth tried to make small talk.
"So uh..." Elizabeth looked over at the youngest prince sibling, "Sorry about trying to vote you out that one time. We good?"
King said nothing in response to the scarecrow.
"Yeah, I think we're good." Elizabeth looked away.
Unlike King and Elizabeth who were mostly bored while they waited, Klaas and Beatrice were completely terrified of their area, due to the fact that it seemed to be in the middle of the forest, and there were multiple bears that Drew had sent to the island near them.
"N-n-n-nice bears..." Beatrice shuddered.
"Oh screw this!" Klaas ran up the forest's path, "I'm not getting mauled by a bear!"
Beatrice jumped up and ran up a different path, "Me neither!" Beatrice screamed, "They're so terrifying!"
Sasha filed her nails while Will just stared at the ground, both of them were near the bars from the cocktail challenge, and they were both sitting in silence.
"So... just so I'm certain of something, you'd trust Brandon right?" Sasha asked.
"Huh?" Will looked up, "Yeah, I guess. Why?"
Sasha shrugged, "No real reason, just needed confirmation that your team was close-knit." Sasha stopped filing her nails and let out a small sigh of relief, "Oh thank goodness, he should be safe."
Melissa sat at the elimination bonfire while Becky paced around in boredom.
"Eugh." Becky groaned, "This is so boring."
Melissa yawned in response, "I guess." Melissa didn't add anything else, as to not risk angering the very grumpy rocker.
"Oh screw this," Becky began to walk off, "I'm going to the finish line myself."
"Ok," Melissa replied.
"Huh," Kodi laughed, "Golly, never woulda thought that this is what the cages of shame look like." Kodi looked over at the two cages inside the volcano.
"Yeah, it's a lot more cramped than I expected." Van kicked the cage, "I can't believe this is a tradition on this island."
"It's a very interesting tradition," Kodi smiled, "I wonder how far back it dates to?"
"Eh, who knows?" Van shrugged, "I'm more concerned about winning this challenge, gotta do it for my Kae Kae."
"That's so noble!" Kodi gave a big smile, "You're like a knight!"
"A knight?" Van chuckled.
"Yeah! The noblest people ever!" Kodi jumped excitedly.
"Hah, and I suppose that makes Kaito my princess?" Van jokingly asked.
"I mean, I guess yeah!" Kodi agreed.
Van laughed, "I was joking kid, but that's a pretty funny image."
The camera cut back to the two contestants who were driving the ATVs, with Wane having a fair lead over Flora due to him going at a faster speed.
Wane laughed and stuck his head out the window, "See you at the elimination ceremony!" Wane yelled out his window, only for his vehicle to suddenly sputter out.
"What!?" Wane punched the dashboard of the ATV.
Drew's voice came up on the radio, "If you're hearing this pre-recorded message, that means you've just discovered that I asked Buck to add a feature that makes the engines stop if you go too fast or if you go too slow, gotta find the right speed!" Drew laughed as Wane growled and restarted his vehicle.
"Aw." Flora smiled as she passed by Wane's stopped vehicle, "Wane must've allowed me to get a head start over him, such a gentleman!"
Flora kept going on until she eventually made it out of the beach, and onto a path that lead towards the Chicken's mansion, and on it's opposite side, the frogs' hut.
Drew's voice popped up again, "Pretty short first area, right? Yeah, this one is pretty quick too, I figured I'd go a little easy on you... just uh... be on the lookout for traps, k?"
"Traps?" Flora asked her ATV was suddenly shot up into the air by a landmine. The ATV spun around in the air, but luckily was able to land right on its tires, albeit with a lot of damage on its lower side, "Ow." Flora moaned as she slowed down the vehicle, "Ok... just gotta pay attention."
Wane, on the other hand, had gotten to the beginning of the second area, but had stopped his car to see where any traps may be. "Hmm." Wane looked around the area and spotted a few land mines, "There... there... and... there..." Wane turned the ATV on again, "I got an idea..." Wane grinned as he drove his car straight forward.
Flora slowed her car down and stopped to pick up Brandon, "Hey Brandon! Hop in!"
"Thanks," Brandon replied as he got into the furthest back set of seats in the ATV.
"Aren't you gonna sit up front?" Flora asked.
Brandon smiled, "No. I just got two ideas. Now let's get going!" Brandon clapped his hands.
Flora followed through on Brandon's request, and the two drove off, leaving Wyatt to wait for Wane.
"Wyatt, get ready!" Wane shouted from out the 'window' of his ATV.
"Ready?" Wyatt raised an eyebrow. The animal caretaker was thinking about what Wane meant when he noticed that Wane was driving straight towards a landmine, "Wane there's a mine!" Wyatt yelled out.
"Oh, I know!" Wane laughed as he drove straight onto the mine, which launched him straight towards Wyatt. Wane's ATV hit the ground with a loud bang, and Wane kicked open the passenger seat door for Wyatt, "Get in loser." Wane laughed as Wyatt hopped in.
"Eugh, that stupid bitch got ahead of us." Wane complained as he moved the ATV forward, "But don't you worry Wyatt, I got a plan to get rid of them."
"Are you crazy?" Wyatt grabbed onto the seat he was sitting in, "Why would you think that's a good idea!?"
"Oh relax you baby," Wane sneered, "We made it to the next area anyways." Wane pointed at the radio, which turned on for Drew's instructions.
"Congratulations, two areas down, and only six more to go!" Drew laughed, "I promise there are no booby traps in this area, after all, I wouldn't want to hurt my brand new statue!"
"Statue?" Wane looked up to see a fake gold statue of what looked like an Egyptian king. [1]
"I paid big money for something that looks so cool, and I couldn't dare hurt it. Anyways, you're at like the mess hall and host house right now, nothing too special, but trust me... danger is coming." Drew gave an ominous laugh, "Good luck."
"I'm so yoinking that statue by the end of this season." Wane mumbled to himself.
"What was that?" Wyatt asked.
"Nothing just shut your trap and I'll win the challenge for us." Wane covered Wyatt's mouth with his hand, which caused the caretaker to gag.
"Noted." Wyatt coughed.
The camera moved back to Flora and Brandon, who already spotted Timothy sitting on the front steps of the host's house along with Paige, who was sitting on a tree branch near the host house.
Timothy looked up to see the ATV approaching, "Hey! Come on!" Timothy waved at the ATV.
"Alright, so this is one of two reasons why I'm sitting back here, though this one could apply to any of these sets of seats," Brandon stated.
"Why's that?" Flora asked.
Brandon leaned out the 'window' of the ATV, "I want you to slow down the vehicle a fair bit, but don't stop it. Then I want you to go to the right of Timothy." Brandon instructed.
"Ok?" Flora slowed down the ATV as they approached Timothy.
"Yeah come get me, guys!" Timothy called out.
"And..." Brandom mumbled under his breath as they got closer, "Now!" Brandon leaned forward and grabbed Timothy, managing to pull the tattletale through the window and into the ATV.
"Jesus dude!" Timothy fell into his seat, "You could've just taken a second to stop the vehicle!"
The frogs' quick method of grabbing Timothy ended up being a burden, as the engine sputtered out just like it did for Wane earlier.
"What happened?" Brandon looked up.
"If you're hearing this pre-recorded message, that means you've just discovered that I asked Buck to add a feature that makes the engines stop if you go too fast or if you go too slow, gotta find the right speed!" Drew's recording played for the frogs'.
"Seriously?" Brandon groaned, "Ok, Flora, try restarting the AT-"
"HEY FROGGIES!" Wane shouted at the trio, "SEE YA!" Wane bumped his ATV into the frogs', which caused them to go off course and hit a tree.
Wane obnoxiously laughed as he drove away from the wreck, with Wyatt crossing his arms in response, "Dude, I'm pretty sure we'll get in trouble for that, and you forgot to get Paige!"
"No he didn't!" Paige laughed from behind Wyatt, causing Wane to jump up and Wyatt to turn back.
"Jesus!" Wane shouted in surprise.
"Oh, never mind." Wyatt corrected himself, already used to Paige popping up out of nowhere.
"I jumped off the tree onto the roof of the ATV! It was so awesome!" Paige giggled, "then I just crawled in through the open windows!"
"Yes, we're very happy for you Paige, but right now we have a challenge to win, so shush," Wane commanded.
Brandon coughed as he pushed himself out through the 'window' of the ATV. Brandon weakly moved over to the side of the ATV to see the damage, two popped tires from the rubble, and it looked like the gas tank on the bottom of the ATV had some damage as well, "Good thing I'm a mechanic." Brandon chuckled, "Ok, I think I can make this better than before, I just need some time."
"Yeah..." Timothy looked out the window, "The... Chickens are gone, I think we're chopped man."
"Not yet! We can still win this!" Flora encouraged.
Brandon pulled out the only two spare tires they had, "Just trust me... I got this. I just gotta make it... perfect." Brandon began to grab tools to remove the popped tires.
"Look at those idiots, we've got all the time in the world now!" Wane laughed as Drew's voice returned to the radio.
"Ah looks like you've made it to the fourth part of the race, there are, in fact, some booby traps placed here. You know some spikes and other pointy things to take out your guys' tires! Good luck avoiding that, by the way, none of the interns could do it!" Drew laughed. The next area wasn't too special, as it was just the very outskirts of the island's forest, and King and Elizabeth were just kinda standing there waiting for their teammates.
"There there there there there there there there there there!" Paige pointed at different parts of the ground, "All spike traps!"
"You can see them?" Wyatt asked, "That's pretty cool!"
"Yeah, look at the light that's randomly reflecting on the ground, looks like Drew used some sort of steel to give us some sort of chance here!" Paige pointed out.
"Finally you do something useful." Wane rolled his eyes as he voided the parts of the ground that Paige pointed out, eventually managing to reach King.
King rolled his eyes, "You pieces of trash took long enough." King got into the ATV.
"Hey, you try and drive fast when your vehicle is sabotaged and there's traps everywhere!" Wane replied, "Whatever, we gotta be getting close to the next area anyways."
Elizabeth watched as the Chickens drove off, and her team was nowhere in sight, "Where are you guys?" Elizabeth worried.
Brandon just finished replacing the tires and fixing up the hole in the gas tank, but he still wasn't done repairing the ATV.
"What are you doing!?" Timothy yelled, "We gotta get going! You finished didn't you!?"
"Not quite." Brandon opened up the front of the ATV to see the engine, "I wanna see what Buck did to the engine to sabotage our speed."
"You think you can fix that?" Flora asked.
"Maybe." Brandon looked at the engine until he noticed a device attached to it, "Well that shouldn't be there." Brandon studied the device, "I'm gonna try to get rid of... this... speed limiter? I've never seen something like this before."
"Oh come on! Let's just get out of here already! There's no way we have enough time for this!" Timothy complained.
"No, it's best to make sure everything is perfect before we go." Brandon replied, "Besides, if I can get this thing off, we'll be able to move faster than the Chickens, and we can win the challenge thanks to that."
"Have faith in Brandon, Timothy." Flora smiled, "I'm certain he's well versed on how to win this race."
"I guess..." Timothy sighed.
Confessional: Timothy
"Look Flora, I'd love to have faith in the team or whatever, but if we lose Melissa is gonna have me kicked off! Especially since we'd be losing because of Wane and not one of you guys!"
Confessional Over
The Chicken's kept up their lead, and had now made it to the fifth area, the dense forest of Sakamannano Island.
"Well, looks like you've made it to area five out of eight, but good luck getting out of this forest! There's wildlife to block your path, branches and thorns to pop your tires, and even multiple paths to go through! Like I said before, good luck!" Drew's voice cut out.
"Of course he ignores how hard it is to see anything here!" Wane rolled his eyes, "Any of you see what's going on?"
"No, I don't see..." Wyatt stopped, seeing Spirit who was wandering around through the forest, "Bear!"
"Bear?" Wane looked forward and noticed Spirit as well.
"Swerve out of the way!" Paige yelled.
"No, the bear'll just move if I honk at it, watch and learn!" Wane honked his horn multiple times, only for Spirit to yawn and lie onto his side, "Or maybe not... oh well.." Wane kept driving forward.
"Dude move!" Wyatt grabbed the wheel and forced the ATV to swerve to the side, which caused one of the wheels to run over a thorn, popping the tire."
"Look what you did Wyatt!" Wane yelled, "I was gonna avoid the bear at the last second and it was gonna be really cool, but no, you had to go and be captain planet! Now our tire's popped because of you!"
"Well I'm sorry for not wanting to hit a bear!" Wyatt argued back.
"Yeah, Wane, you could've just avoided it!" Paige yelled.
While the three Chickens were arguing, King just sat in his seat with an unimpressed look on his face, one that said he was already tired of being in the vehicle with these pieces of trash.
"And..." Brandon closed the front of the frogs' ATV, "Done! Let's get going!"
"Finally!" Timothy sighed in relief.
Flora smiled, "Hop in Brandon!"
Brandon crawled back through the window to his seat, "I'm gonna stay as close to the trunk as possible, just in case."
"Aright then!" Flora shrugged.
"Now Flora, try going as fast as possible," Brandon instructed.
Flora looked at the wheel nervously, "Are you sure? That sounds dangerous."
"The area is open for now, we'll be fine using our max speed if it's possible," Brandon replied.
"Ok..." Flora restarted the ATV and backed it out of the area they crashed into, after she did that, she turned the ATV to max speed and headed towards the next area, "Hey Brandon!" Flora tossed the map to the mechanic, "Can you read this so I know I'm going in the right direction?"
Brandon shook his head as he checked the map, "Of course. Keep going straight until you start to see a forest, there's a marker on the map that says our next teammate there."
"Got it!" Flora smiled as the ATV sped through the second area until she eventually saw Elizabeth standing there and waiting. Luckily for the Frogs, they managed to avoid the spike traps just like the Chickens, especially since Flora slowed down the ATV to avoid them.
"Look it's Elizabeth!" Flora smiled.
"Grab her already!" Timothy tapped the side of his seat impatiently.
"Is something wrong Timothy?" Flora asked, "You seem very impatient right now."
Timothy shook his head, "N...nothing... nothing is wrong."
"Oh... ok." Flora shrugged as she stopped next to Elizabeth, "Hello there Elizabeth!"
"What took y'all so long?" Elizabeth asked as she got in the passenger's seat next to Flora, "I was worried sick about ya."
Brandon rolled his eyes and crossed his arms, "Wane made us crash, but we can still win this! I found a device on our ATV that was slowing us down, so we have an advantage right now!"
Elizabeth sighed in relief, "Hopefully this can help us."
Brandon nodded, "It will, we'll just have to take it slow here... it looks like we're gonna have to go through a forest."
"Augh! Stupid ATV!" Wane kicked the vehicle after he put the tire back on it, "There. It's fixed."
Wane hopped back into the driver's seat when Wyatt noticed something tucked into his seat's side... it was a map.
"Wait." Wyatt pulled the map out, "There was a map the whole time?"
"There was!?" Wane grabbed it and found out it showed the correct path through the forest, "Oh you're kidding me, how could this get any worse?"
Just as Wane asked that the Frogs drove past the Chickens' ATV.
Wane punched the horn of the ATV, "Me and my big mouth!" Wane drove the ATV forward to catch up with the Frogs.
The two teams drove through the forest, with the Frogs now in the lead thanks to the Chickens' repairs.
"Oh, we're gonna get them!" Wane growled as he followed the Frogs out of the forest.
"Hey looks like you made it out of the f-" Drew's voice was cut off by Wane punching the radio and destroying it.
"Shut up Drew!" Wane yelled in annoyance.
Wyatt backed away from the radio, "Ok man, calm down a bit."
"I can't believe I let them get ahead of us!" Wane growled, "I'll show those idiots!"
"How are they going so fast?" Paige noted, "Look at how slow we are compared to them."
Wane glared at the Chicken's ATV, "Oh those little cheaters..."
Wyatt stared at Wane for a second, "You literally knocked them off the road not even ten minutes ago."
"Shut up Wyatt!" Wane yelled.
The Frogs kept up their lead as they made it halfway to where Will and Sasha were sitting, only for Elizabeth to notice Beatrice running after them in their rearview mirror.
"Hey, we forgot someone!" Elizabeth told Flora, who checked the mirror to see Beatrice running after the two ATVs.
"Oh!" Flora slowed down the ATV and stopped it, "Sorry Beatrice!"
"Just wait for me!" Beatrice panted as she ran to the ATV.
Wane blew a raspberry at the stopped Frogs "See you idiots later!" Wane laughed as he drove over to where Sasha was.
"I'm so sorry about leaving the area," Beatrice apologized, "But there were so many bears... and I felt like I was gonna get eaten!" Beatrice nervously stated, she had a look of pure fear on her face.
"It's ok Beatrice, it's just good to know that you're safe." Flora shrugged Beatrice leaving off, "Now let's see if we can win this challenge!"
"Yeah!" Elizabeth grinned, "We got this."
"T-thanks everyone." Beatrice smiled.
The Frogs were a bit behind the Chickens now thanks to Beatrice, but they were able to quickly pick up Will after getting Beatrice.
"How's it going Will?" Brandon asked.
Will just shrugged in response, preferring to not say anything.
"You're not still upset about Alex or anything right?" Elizabeth asked.
"No." Will replied, but he didn't elaborate any further.
While the Frogs drove away from the bar, Drew's voice popped up on the radio.
"Hey! Two areas left, the next one is a little break to prepare you for the final area," Drew laughed, "Just go to the elimination bonfire and pick up your teammate, the real challenge awaits."
"This sounds... too easy." Brandon crossed his arms.
"Yeah." Beatrice agreed, "What is Drew planning for the final area?"
Timothy shrugged, "Who cares? We just gotta win this!"
Beatrice look out the front 'window' when she realized something, "Hey look at that, I see Melissa over there... but no Chickens. Did they leave?"
"Looks like they left to go to the finish line first..." Brandon noted, "Where does this path lead to?" Brandon checked the map as Flora picked up Melissa and they kept driving after the Chickens, "Guys?" Brandon pulled the map down, "The final area is in the dead volcano."
"That's where the path leads!?" Timothy let out, "How are we supposed to go through that!?"
"We'll just have to power through it." Melissa stated, "For whatever dangers will be in there."
"Yeah, Timothy," Flora smiled, "Let's stay on the bright side, we can do this!"
"You're only saying that because you're safe if we lose." Timothy thought to himself as he looked out the 'window'.
"One area left!" Wane grinned as their ATV approached the dead volcano where the cages of shame were located.
"Final..." The broken radio tried to let out, "Traps... lu..k..."
"What happened to the radio?" Sasha asked, "And where i-"
Wane cut Sasha off, "Look I accidentally smashed it, ok? I was getting frustrated."
Sasha sighed, "That seems like a really dumb decision, seeing that it's supposed to give us information."
"We don't need it because we're gonna beat them!" Wane pointed his arm out of the 'window' on his side.
King rolled his eyes, "And then I can be away from you annoying pieces of garbage." King mumbled under his breath.
As the Chickens discussed amongst themselves, they made it to the inside of the dead Volcano, where only Kodi was waiting, making it seem like Van had also left to go to the finish line. But the real problem with the Volcano wasn't who was and wasn't there, it was the fact that the entire floor of the Volcano was covered with spikes, making it impossible to get through without popping your tires.
"Ok." Sasha looked at their surroundings, "It would most likely be a smart idea to try and minimi-"
Wane completely ignored whatever Sasha was trying to say and drove across the spikes as fast as he physically could, which caused some very obvious damage to the tires.
"Or not..." Sasha grumbled, "The ATV has a good chance of swerving off-path now, I doubt that was a good move."
"Don't care..." Wane mumbled as he kept the ATV as steady as possible, "I'm gonna make it to the end..."
The Frogs weren't far behind, as they just reached Kodi and picked him up.
"Vanessa was here with me earlier but... Becky came and Van left with her." Kodi told his team, "I stayed here because I didn't want to make you guys worry. Sorry if I wasted a chance for a faster time to the finish."
"We just gotta get there before the Chickens do." Melissa looked down at the spikes, "But it seems like we're gonna have to try and get through this spike floor.
"Punch it." Brandon stated.
Flora looked over at the mechanic, "A-are you sure Bran-"
"Yes." Brandon glared at the floor, "Even with minimal damage, we'll still have a hard-to-control vehicle... punch it!" Brandon yelled, which caused Flora to go as fast as she could over the spikes.
The Frogs' ATV bumped over and over as the spikes shredded their tires, but they were able to catch up with the Chickens' thanks to their faster speed, just up ahead of them was the finish line, where Becky and Vanessa were already waiting.
"Come on!" Both Wane and Brandon shouted.
The two ATVs drove as fast as they could, and it was starting to look like anybody could win, until...

"And the Chickens cross the finish line first!" Drew announced as both teams made it to the finish line.
"Yes!" Wane shouted out as the Frogs got out of their vehicle.
Flora sighed, "Sorry everybody, I let you all down. I'm ok if you want to eliminate me for this."
Melissa patted her on the back, "It's ok, you tried."
"Yeah, and you did great." Brandon agreed.
"Don't stress yourself over it!" Beatrice added in.
"Woooo!" Wane cheered, "Let's go! We won!"
"Actually," Drew chimed in, "The Frogs win!"
"WHAT!?" Wane yelled out.
The Frogs all looked surprised, "Wait, really!?" Flora let out in surprise.
"How?" Becky asked, "We made it first!"
Drew shook his head, "Actually you're short a member, did you guys pick anybody up in the forest?"
"Yeah we picked up..." Wane looked around, "Nobody."
"Yeah, it looks like Klaas left his area, and he probably got lost in the forest or something!" Drew shrugged, "Oh well, see you at the elimination ceremony!" Drew left the disappointed Chickens.
The Frozen Chickens were once again back at the elimination bonfire, some of them were looking pretty miffed at being back here. Drew shook his head, "Wow, four straight losses in a row. What are you guys, Team Victory?" He laughed, "Seriously, you guys started out so strong in the opening episodes. But now look at you guys."
"Yeah yeah, we get it. Now can we get this over with?" Wane exclaimed, "I've got some dollar bills that need sorting."
"Anyway, for tonight." Drew removed a sheet from a tray that was carried by Billy, "The remaining losers will be getting tiny toy ATVs as their ticket to another day. If you don't receive one, you're more finished than Mack Follie's wrestling career. Now, the first chicken to stay in the coop is... Paige." Drew was about to toss the car to her stump, where she had disappeared. "Where did-"
"Thanks Drew!" Paige stated as she popped up behind Drew.
"GAAAAAHHHH!" He yelped and threw up the car, which landed in Paige's hands as she skipped back to her stump. Drew panted as he gasped for air "... Sasha."
Drew tossed the car to the temptress who looked between Paige's stump and where Drew is, "How did she do that?"
"Best not to question it Sash," Wyatt joked.
"Wyatt." Drew tossed the park ranger his toy. "Becky. Van." Drew tossed the remaining girls their cars.
"Phew," Van said as she caught her car.
"Next chicken remaining to vie for the brass ring... King." Drew tossed the rich man his car, which hit King in the face and he didn't even remotely react to it. Wane and Klaas glanced at each other as they realized they were the bottom two, "Wane... you're on the bubble for multiple pickpockets throughout the season and you've made yourself a few enemies during your time here. Plus I'm pretty sure you stole my treasure egg prop from my movie Violet Observation."
"Oh please, where's your proof?" Wane snarked right as an Egyptian-styled egg fell out of his shirt, which he kicked away.
Drew glared at the con man before continuing "And Klaas, you're on the chopping block for abandoning your pick-up area and leaving your teammates high and dry. The chicken that gets his head chopped off... metaphorically speaking... is...

Wane sighed in relief as he caught his car.
Klaas blinked as he faced his former team, "I..." A look of rage briefly appeared on Klaas' face before he smiled, "Lost. Good game all of you. I don't think I'll ever understand why you kept a thief over me, but I'll accept my loss with grace." Klaas got up.
"I'm hurt by all these outrageous accusations of me being a lowly thief." Wane feigned hurt as several watches and jewels and other valuables fell from his sleeves, even a solid gold toothbrush hand attachment.
"Arrrrr, so that's where that went." Hack went over and grabbed the hand attachment.
"Anyway, Klaas, Klase, or whatever your name is, you're done," Drew said as he took back his watch from the pile of Wane's stolen loot.
Klaas groaned, "Oh well," Klaas scampered off, stepping into the cage before it was hauled off into the ocean.
"Last thing Chickens before the end, which of you will be spending the night in the shame cage?" Drew questioned.
"All in favor of sending Wane say I!" Paige stated.
"I!" The other chickens, except King, shouted as Wane tried to argue against them.
"Hey! No fair!" Wane started but was dragged away by the interns to the volcano.
"Alright chickens, head on back to your mansion." Drew told them as they went back to the chicken's mansion. He turns to Pamela and Hack, "Can you guys do the closing announcements for the episode? I gotta get my new bus to the shop."
As Drew left the bonfire, Pamela and Hack shrugged before facing the camera "Will the chickens break their losing streak? Will King fully acknowledge Sasha?" Pamela questioned the crowd.
Hack then added, "Where did I leave my house keys?"
Pamela turned to the pirate, "Have you tried looking on the key rack?"
Hack blinked, "Uuuuuuuhhhhhhh, later." he runs off.
Pamela groaned, "But most importantly, who will be the next unlucky islander to take a ride on the shark cage? Find out in the next episode of...

Sakamannano Island!"
FreshmEn: D-d-d-d-d-double feature... that's pretty much the AN, I'm not really sure what else to put here. I guess I could explain why this was a double feature, me and Zory decided to wait two weeks for aftermath questions to come in, and in the meantime we worked on this chapter.
Zoryan El Muerto: I asked him and he just said nah -Fresh
BigBadBrad: No AN right now
Reasoning for Elimination: Klaas had the exact same problem as Persephone, he was a good antagonist character, but he didn't stick out as much to us as much as the other antags did. But something we wanted to be sure of for Klaas was that his antagonistic side was never revealed to the rest of the characters, because most likely there's gonna be a season two, and he'll be able to continue being an antag there. (Don't count on it tho, we have barely any plans for that right now)
Teams:
Freezing Chickens: Becky, King, Paige, Sasha, Van, Wane, Wyatt
Flaming 'Frogs': Beatrice, Brandon, Elizabeth, Flora, Kodi, Melissa, Timothy, Will
Vote Tally:
Klaas: Becky, Sasha, Van, Wane
Wane: Klaas, Paige, Wyatt
King: King
Voting Confessionals:
"He's a cheating prick in poker anyways." Becky rolled her eyes as she stamped Klaas.
As usual, King said nothing as he stamped his own picture.
Klaas nervously gripped a deck of cards, "I'm outvoted six to one to one..." Klaas looked down in sadness, "Dammit." [2]
"I'd normally vote for Klaas for messing everything up," Paige laughed, "But Wane nearly hit Spirit, what a jerk!"
"Wane may seem like the better choice for elimination at a first glance," Sasha tapped the confessional wall, "But, Klaas can make for much more of a threat to me in the longterm than Wane is... after all, all it takes is asking everyone else on the team to vote for Wane and they'll do it."
"I feel like I have to vote Klaas out of obligation." Van stamped Klaas' picture, "I failed to get him out and save Kaito last time, so I can at least get him now."
"You'd think a gambler would know not to take a stupid risk like that." Wane obnoxiously laughed, "Oh well, bye-bye Klase!"
"I know Klaas cost us our win..." Wyatt stopped, "But voting for Wane feels kind of personal considering what almost happened today."
Elimination Order:
20th ~ Alex Parker - The Pessimistic Klutz (GirlPower54)
19th ~ May Summers - The Daydreaming Genius (Kadachi935)
18th ~ Persephone D'Armours - The Princess (lordgemini)
