Brandon and Sasha went out to the beach to go on their date, "So... what's your favorite thing about going to the beach?" Brandon asked Sasha as she looked out onto the ocean.
Sasha pointed at the water, "I like watching the ocean whenever it's a sunset. The water's so beautiful during this..." Sasha leaned on Brandon's shoulder, "You know.. it's not often I act like this around somebody... I've learned too much from experience that being emotional around others never gets to pay off-" Sasha and Brandon were cut off by Wane suddenly yelling at them.
"Hey! Get off my beach! I'm trying to find any excess treasure so I can sell it!" Wane yelled at the two while he held up a stolen metal detector.
Brandon sighed as he got up to confront Wane, only for Sasha to grab his arm, "Don't bother, he's just gonna continue to be a pain to us if we stick around, let's go to the forest, it's pretty nice there too."
The two headed off to the forest and were sitting on a tree branch together so they could continue their conversation. Brandon looked at the drop from the branch and back to Sasha, "Um... this is a pretty dangerous place to have a date. Are you sure about this?"
"Yes. I'd like to cut loose a little after all those team challenges." Sasha admitted as she carefully held onto the branch, "It was really stressful sometimes, and the Becky incident didn't make things better..."
Brandon frowned and looked down, "Yeah... that was... um... something..."
Sasha sighed in remorse, "I wasn't trying to be a jerk about it, it was just-"
"Um! Could you two get your own hang-out tree?" A voice called out from above them. The two looked up to see Timothy and Flora sitting on a branch that was a few branches above them, "Me and Flora are trying to talk about the best flowers for leis over here!"
The two sighed as they moved onto another area, but no matter where they went, some other contestant was already there doing something else. Eventually, it was too late to continue hanging around outside and Brandon and Sasha went back to the Chicken's mansion, "Well... that didn't go very well." Brandon sighed as he prepared to go back to his hut, "Sorry it didn't go very well."
Sasha smiled, "No, it was nice." Sasha told Brandon, who looked surprised at her response, "After every date I've ever been on with my past boyfriends, I'm glad U could've at least had one that only went poorly because of other people. Most of the time it was just me having to go with them to some restaurant before they'd act like a huge jerk and I owed them or something..." Sasha pecked Brandon on the cheek, "Let's do this again some time, ok?"
"Y-yeah..." Brandon blushed as Sasha closed the door and he got ready to go back home, "Guess... it was a success after all..."
