Kodi whistled as he took a stroll through the woods, "Man, today is a great day! It's so nice outside and there's no challenge yet!" Kodi's optimism was cut short when he suddenly was pulled up and hung upside down by one of Paige's traps she used to catch Beatrice, "Ah! Get me down!" Kodi cried out as he struggle with the rope.

"Aha! I caught someone!" Paige came out from behind a tree to see it was just Kodi, "Oh... I was hoping for someone more interesting to be honest." Paige complained as Kodi nervously smiled in response.

"Um... could you maybe get me down please?" Kodi asked as Paige pulled out a bow and fired an arrow at Kodi, causing him to fall straight to the ground. The dnd nerd groaned in pain before lifting his head up and moaning out, "Thanks..." Kodi got up and brushed himself off, "Say, what are you doing out in the woods anyways?"

Paige took out an arrow and showed it to Kodi. The archer then twirled the arrow around in her hand and put it away in a custom-built quiver, "I like carving out arrows here, it's much easier to do it when it's all I gotta focus on."

"That's so cool!" Kodi's eyes sparkled with interest, "Is there anything else you can carve out of wood?"

"Hmm..." Paige rubbed her mouth and snapped her fingers, "Can't really think of anything, never been too interested in doing it outside of making arrows." Paige shrugged, "But who needs to wood carve boring stuff when you can make your own custom weapons?"

Kodi tapped his fingers together, "Well... uh... maybe you could carve me a character for one of my quests out of wood? He's this new lizard knight named Liliog and I'd really appreciate it!"

Paige clicked her tongue, "Yeah... I could try doing something like that, but I'm gonna warn you, I'll put some hidden twist on it and you're not gonna like it!" Paige winked as Kodi laughed the statement off.

"I'm sure it won't be too big a deal." Kodi shrugged as he noticed Paige picking up a log, "Oh, you're already starting?"

Paige cracked her neck, "Of course I am! Why wait to get this done? Now shoo! I gotta finish this up!" Paige ushered Kodi away.

A montage then played of Paige carving the log of wood carefully while showing Kodi waiting patiently for her to finish what she was doing. The archer wiped her forehead off as she finished the figure, which looked fairly accurate to a medieval knight, "Here you are Kodi!" Paige tossed the knight at Kodi, who managed to catch it.

"T-Thank you!" Kodi happily walked off with the knight in his hands only to notice that his sword was actually designed to be a plunger, "Hey, Paige, you-" Kodi turned around to see Paige wasn't there anymore, "Oh... I guess beggars can't be choosers..."
