As the night time sky turned into day. Miho woke up to see what was going on around her. Ayami had prepared porridge for Miho while she was sitting outside. Miho took the small bowl and began to eat it. It was strangely a thick rye porridge that seemed to be good. It had nuts, berries and cherries inside with simple molasses to give it some more flavor. After finishing, Miho looked around for Ayami but she was gone. On the table was the note: Wait for Chika to escort you Miho. Miho nodded as she waited. Then Chika appeared and gave a wave to Miho.
"Miho, I sense you're up and about. How did you sleep last night?" Chika asked as Miho was pulling her shirt over her.
"Pretty good. It feels like you're on a camping trip if I will say it is." Miho explained to Chika. Chika gave a laugh.
"I'm pretty glad you did. Ayami left ten minutes before you woke up and left you something to eat and told you to wait for us. We're going to be taking the bikes to the meeting spot today." Chika explained.
"Great, I bet everyone else is going to be there." Miho told Chika.
"Yep." Chika replied. The bushes rumbled and swayed as another girl appeared from the bushes, dragging two bikes with her as Chika had hers. Chika walked over and decided to give introductions. "Miho, this is Addisyn, she will be riding along with us today." Chika introduced her to Miho. Addisyn walked over and decided to shake hands with Miho.
"I've been one to watch over you Miho, you're a hit with that Panzer 4. I always wanted to be a member of your school but my letters keep getting lost. I'm glad we got to meet face to face." Addisyn introduced herself. Miho looked at Addisyn with a smile.
"I am glad too. I never knew you students hold me in such high regard." Miho explained to Addisyn that she was being treated like a local celebrity.
"I do." Addisyn replied. "One of these bikes is yours as I had a spare to bring up. I use the spare in case someone didn't have a bike and needed to borrow one." She handed the bike over to Miho as Miho decided to get on with Chika and Addisyn climbing onto theirs as well. Addisyn then tossed Miho a helmet which Miho caught and placed on her head.
"We're going to town, try to keep up." Chika instructed Miho that they were going to make their way into the town. Chika took off first with Addisyn following behind. Miho then decided to pedal after them.
The three students pedaled along the dirt road to get to town. Miho tried her best as the route had the odd bumps and roots to watch out for. Addisyn occasionally slowed down to let Miho catch up but Miho was still doing fine. It was a long bike ride through the school, one that Miho wasn't used to. The three students arrived at the entrance of where the town was. Chika, Addisyn and Miho placed their legs down and decided to take a look around.
"Have you been to town before?" Chika asked Miho if she had visited the town as even though it was just woods for most of the ship, there was a place where they were able to get supplies and be able to survive.
"No I haven't. I guess this is what you call for your shopping if you want to do that?" Miho asked if this was true.
"Yes it is but this is where we all gather on certain days if you just want to hang out." Chika explained to Miho. The three girls began to pedal their way into town as many students had gathered around to see what was going on. Ayami appeared as she walked up to them.
"How was Miho able to do on the trip here?" Ayami asked Chika how her friend was able to handle the bike ride.
"She was able to do well. She kept up and we actually had a small conversation." Chika described the experience.
"Good." Ayami explained to Chika and Addisyn began to go into the small town. "Miho, there is someone who is waiting for you." Ayami explained as Chika and Addisyn departed. She guided Miho to the center where several people were waiting. Ooarai managed to make it through the night and they were all gathered around here. Azusa turned her head to see Miho was standing in the center.
"Miho!" Azusa called out. Azusa ran over and gave Miho a hug. "I missed you so much! I was so scared without you." Azusa explained to Miho that she didn't want to be separated. Miho nodded.
"Well that's why we came all the way over here to retrieve you. Now we can go back to Ooarai." Miho explained to Azusa that with the student they had retrieved, they could finally return home.
"I don't think the situation is that simple, Miho." Ayami began. Miho and Azusa turned their heads to see what was going on and they faced Ayami. "We have a bit of a situation here and Azusa is the stroke of luck that we had received. Miho, there is an impending danger that approaches us and it looks like Saunders is coming to fight us and round us all up. Stephanie had explained that fire will come and save us. Miho, want to prove that you're the girl with the fire?" Ayami asked Miho. Miho didn't know what exactly to do but the promise of becoming one with the fire means that she had to fight for it. She turned to Ritsu and Addisyn who were ready to encourage her. Miho stepped out to the center as Ayami was looking for a student to send out to fight Miho. Ayami then scooted out a random student from the center as she was going to fight Miho. Ritsu walked over to Miho.
"That's Satsuki, her bark is worse than her bite, she's pretty easy to take down. Just ask me how I did it." Ritsu explained to Miho that the student she was going up against was someone they know about.
"So you think you can be a clan cat huh kid?" Satsuki began. Miho places her foot down.
"Oh yeah, definitely." Miho replied with a smile. Satsuki looked at Miho again.
"Yeah you think it's easy fighting to the death every day?" Satsuki began. Miho tensed up looking at Satsuki.
"I already proved myself capable of fighting ma'am so uh…" Miho asked as she couldn't form a proper sentence. Satsuki wasn't too intimidated.
"How about you prove yourself again." Satsuki told Miho as she was giving her a challenge. "We'll be fighting right here right now."
"Longtail that seems counter productive." Ayami told Satsuki.
"Bluestar agrees." Satsuki told Miho. Miho was taken back by this.
"No she didn't." Miho told Satsuki. Satsuki then punched Miho in the face. "How dare you!" Miho called out. Miho then rushed and pushed Satsuki to the ground as this was now turning into a brawl.
"Uh… Bluestar? They didn't listen to you." Stephanie began speaking to Ayami.
"Wait wait, who's not listening?" Ayami asked Stephanie who wasn't listening to her. "What?"
"The new girl and Longtail, they seem to be getting out of control, actually." Stephanie explained to Ayami that the two students were fighting among themselves. Ayami just smiled as she was taking in the joy of the chaos.
"Heh, you know a secret about Longtail?" Ayami began.
"Wait? Secret? What secret?" Stephanie asked Ayami if there was something she knew about Satsuki. Ayami wrapped an arm around Stephanie while pointing out to Ayami.
"Now this is crazy but he actually has a long tail." Ayami told Stephanie while pointing to Satsuki's long hair. "If you look really close."
"I was under the impression that was the point." Stephanie explained to Ayami that was why they named Satsuki: Longtail.
"Spottedleaf, it's getting really annoying, you keep pretending that you know everything." Ayami explained to Stephanie that she wasn't impressed with her. Miho was thrown to the ground as she had taken several blows but she wasn't ready to give up just yet. Satsuki had also received a few punches and slaps but it was clear she was winning.
"Look at your collar, you're a kittypet!" Satsuki called out. "Once a kittypet, always a kittypet! Our school needs wild born warriors to defend it, not another soft mouth to feed." Satsuki cracked her knuckles ready to continue the fight. Chika walked over and pulled Miho to her feet to give her some courage to fight back.
"Satsuki knows your fear Miho, you must prove to us that your fear will not hold you back." Chika told Miho to give it all she had to give if she was going to not lose this fight. Miho nodded while preparing herself for the fight.
"Okay." Miho told Chika before she began to walk back out into the arena.
"Your collar is a mark of the twolegs, that noisy jingaling will make you a poor hunter at best and worse it'll bring the twolegs into our territory, looking for their poor lost kittypet who fills the woods with his pitiful jingaling." Satsuki taunts Miho as the latter takes a few steps forward to confront her.
"Stop it.' Miho warned with a hiss of her breath.
"Make me, kittypet." Satsuki taunted Miho. Miho, feeling her rage explode within her, charged forward and tackled Satsuki to the ground. Satsuki shoved Miho off of her before getting up and punching Miho in the side again. Miho slapped Satsuki back as the two girls were in an all out fight. Then Satsuki grabbed Miho by the uniform's collar and began to pull on it as Miho kicked and slapped, trying to free herself. Finally Miho heard something rip off of her uniform as the neckerchief was pulled off of Miho. Miho swung her fist around and scored a good hit on Satsuki as Miho had knocked her to the ground. Satsuki looked at the torn neckerchief and began to touch her nose where Miho had punched her, pulling her fingers away to reveal blood on them. Miho definitely gave her something to remember her by and to show that she wasn't to be messed with. Ayami came forth as Satsuki got up and stumbled off with Stephanie following behind to treat her nose.
"The newcomer has lost her twoleg collar in a battle for her honor. Starclan has spoken its approval. This young girl has been released from the hold of her twoleg owners and is free to join us as an apprentice." Ayami began. "From this day forward, until you have earned the name of a true warrior Miho, you shall be called Firepaw." The crowd erupted into celebration, was this what the school needed? An experienced fighter who knew a lot about tanks? Miho looked at the group as the chanting died down. Miho walked back to her friends as she wanted to see what was going on. One of the girls blocked her way.
"You did great for an Ooarai girl, I was cheering you on this entire time." Ritsu explained to Miho that she was proud of her.
"It was a tough fight." Miho began.
"Listen Miho, every fight is going to be a tough one. You showed you have the courage to fight back and you make Satsuki never forget you with that bloody nose." Ritsu spoke to Miho about the fight. "Keep this up and you'll be a warrior in no time."
"Wow, you sound optimistic about me." Miho nodded as if she was surprised.
"We all are. That fight was something no one would wish to scoff at. Satsuki thinks the bloody nose would ruin her appearance." Ritsu continued to explain before they were stopped by someone in their path. "Oh Chelsea, I… I… I wasn't expecting you." Chelsea gave the two girls a rather stern look in her eyes.
"You're lucky that your neckerchief broke when it did, Satsuki is young but I would have never wished to be beaten by a kittypet." Chelsea sternly spoke to Miho while looking down on her. Chelsea seemed intimidating when it came to how she spoke.
"Chelsea, I don't want you speaking like that." Rowan explained. "Let the girl catch a breath." Chelsea nodded before walking away. Yukari walked over as she examined Miho.
"Your uniform has been ripped, we got spares if you need them. Don't know who will be able to fix it?" Yukari began. One of the girls stepped forward as she decided to give her service.
"I'll be able to mend the uniform, it's not that bad of a rip, I'll give it back to you tonight as I have nothing else to do." She explained. She was holding the neckerchief that she had been given to by Satsuki.
"Oh and who you must be?" Miho asked the newcomer.
"Hailey." Hailey introduced herself. Miho decided to take off the uniform shirt as Yukari got a spare one out. Miho handed the ripped uniform over to Hailey as Miho placed the new shirt on her.
"Thanks for your service." Miho explained to Hailey as the latter gave her a wink.
"No problem, I'll get back to you later tonight." Hailey told Miho before she left the scene. Then someone else appeared.
"You seem to be taking an interest in the other girls, I wasn't expecting this many Ooarai students to show up." The stranger told them. Miho and Yukari turned their heads to see who this was. The stranger appeared to be a man, a man not even in his 20's. "It looks like our girls are getting along with the whole group."
"I'm sorry but who are you?" Miho asked whoever it was that was speaking to her and Yukari.
"I'm Jake, I'm volunteering here for the summer to watch over these girls." Jake began. "I would usually be in the music shop if I was to do all of my dad's work but I needed the fresh air so I decided to come out here." Jake introduced himself as he gave a hand to Miho. Miho shook it as well as Yukari. Saori walked over to Jake as she was excited to see a boy.
"Oh my gosh! You're so cute! I'm Saori Takabe and I think you would make the perfect boyfriend!" Saori explained to Jake as she wanted to take him into her life almost immediately. Jake takes a couple steps back as one of these girls wanted him almost immediately.
"Woah, slow down there Saori. I just met you and the rest of these girls." Jake calmly explained to Saori that her excitement was getting the better of her. "It's best to get to know you first then get to love." Jake tried his best to explain this. He turned back to Miho. "I was talking to a girl named Rosie earlier who has been lurking around here and had become friends with two other girls, Hailey and Emiko. Since you and your friends don't know about this school, I think it's best we give you a tour around the place so you can get a better sight of it."
"Sure, when will the tour begin?" Miho asked Jake.
"Within an hour, we just need to get the bikes together as I see you already have one, the rest need to be gathered. Anyone from this school is free to join us." Jake told them.
"Okay looks like we're going to go on a trip." Miho asked. Ritsu walked over with Mio as she had someone else to introduce her to.
"Oh Miho, this is my friend Mio, Mio this is Miho, she came here for her friend." Ritsu introduced the girl to Miho.
"Um… hello?" Mio asked as she didn't know Miho that well.
"Well we're going to be preparing for the bike tour, it's not going to be too stressful. You should get ready too." Ritsu explained to Miho that they were going to be participating in the event coming up.
"Okay." Miho told Ritsu, she headed off to get her bike and see where this tour was going to begin.
Miho and the others had gathered at the base of the hill with Jake as he was giving out the bikes. Hikari, Chika, Addisyn and Rowan were there as well as Ritsu and Mio. Another random girl had also joined them as this group was going to be rather large. Rowan turned to Miho as she wanted to find a single fault with her.
"Miho I expected you to be more punctual." Rowan began.
"You shouldn't fault the new girl for arriving late, Jake would have understood that about Miho." Chika explained to Rowan that she wouldn't want the newcomer to be ridiculed over something so small.
"I guess so." Rowan grumbled that she didn't like Chika telling her what to do.
"So we're all good here?" Hikari asked the group. They nodded yes, the Ooarai students had gathered around. "Okay we're all going to be biking around the trail. Jake, would you want to lead the way?"
"Sure thing." Jake told them as he began to pedal along the route, the first thing they had to do was go up a mile of hills which were pretty steep if they wanted to get to the elevation they needed to go. "This is pretty steep so bear with us." Miho and the others tried to pedal but the hill was working against them.
"I think it's best we just walk our bikes to the top and just ride down the pass," Nekota suggested, that was much easier for them to do. They hopped off of their bikes and climbed up the hill. Rowan did her best but she saw the other girls climbing up ahead.
"Are you going to leave me here stranded?" Rowan asked. Momoga came up from behind and began to push Rowan along with her own bike. Rowan was taken by surprise. "How does someone like you have so much strength?"
"You don't know what me and my friends are capable of." Momoga explained to Rowan. They all eventually reached the top as Jake pointed to the first tunnel.
"Back when this school was under construction, they wanted to have a train run along this section of the ship. Shichiro however was against it as he said the trains would put unnecessary stress on the students with their loud sounds. Because of that, that was the steep climb you had to take to get up here. We're about to enter the first tunnel." Jake explained the school to the others. Miho looked ahead as Jake hopped onto his bike and pedaled into the abyss.
"Hey Miho." Ritsu began. "I'd like to introduce you to Tanya, one of the first years of the school."
"Nice to meet you Tanya, you look… I don't know how to say it." Miho explained to Tanya about her appearance, more specifically her hair color.
"Lots of people say that about my hair." Tanya explained as her hair was white with ginger patches in it. "I hope you're not afraid of the dark."
"Are you?" Miho asked.
"Nope. I'm quite used to it. It's the reason I go out at night time. Although a flashlight does help. It's always good to see what's in front of you." Tanya explained as she pedaled her way into the tunnel. The others follow behind her. Miho entered the tunnel.
After a few minutes they exited the tunnel and headed onto one of the massive trestles that the school had, these giant steel bridges spanned over valleys and connected the hills. Jake decided to bring the party to a stop on the first one they were able to find.
"Well this is one of them. I can say, these are amazing now that I look at it. You never know how big this school is until you stand on one of these." Jake described the experiences that he first witnessed when he was on this school ship before. The students paused as Miho and her friends walked over looking over the railing of the trestle.
"You aren't kidding, this looks like it can go on for miles, nothing more than forest and ocean maybe." Miho explained to Jake that this might be the best view she could have ever caught. Jake laughed as he paused before looking ahead with Miho.
"Yeah sometimes I wonder what we can see over the horizon sometimes. It makes me feel so good that something so vast is being used for the better. Hopefully I can take care of these girls much like I want to take care of my children one day." Jake explained to Miho. The other students were getting the view as Taeko was busy taking a photograph of the volleyball team
"Hey this isn't so bad now that I come to think of it." Shinobu admitted. She was actually smiling for once.
"Smile." Taeko told her friends before snapping the picture. Tanya was looking over the place before waving Miho down.
"Hey Miho?" Tanya asked her.
"Yes?" Miho replied.
"Addisyn has asked to come to her cabin later after the tour has concluded, she's inviting me over too and maybe we can talk about each other more." Tanya explained to Miho.
"Thanks for the invitation." Miho's response was the fact that she was going. "Hey Jake, want to come to Addisyn's cabin tonight after this?"
"I can't, my younger brother Dimitri is coming over with his girlfriend and two of her friends." Jake explained that he was going to have no time on his hands as his family was coming over to pay him a visit.
"That's fine." Miho told Jake. "Wait… how's Dimitri doing? I haven't seen him in months, I've heard of him but I don't think I had a conversation with him."
"He's doing fine now that he has someone that he loves dearly and I haven't seen her in ages too." Jake explained to Miho. He then looked at her before looking at the trail ahead. "I might as well give you a tour of the rest of the path." Jake told them as he began to guide them along through the rest of the school. Miho looked at Jake, was there something inside of him that she really liked about? Yukari walked over before patting Miho on the back as it was a call to move her along. Miho knew the rest of the trail could be enjoyed.
After the tour had concluded, a few of the girls decided to head to Addisyn's cabin to relax in the bath they had. Addisyn was leading the way with the Anglerfish team, Azusa, Ritsu, Mio and Tanya in tow. They were most likely talking about the school and what it had or more specifically, Addisyn's cabin.
"As it turns out I have a seven room cabin with an upstairs area which is mostly empty and I use that to sleep large crowds like this one. There are a lot of strange things regarding what's going on around the area of my cabin. I think there might be an abandoned bus somewhere in the woods. It can just be a rumor I don't know." Addisyn began. Azusa listened with interest.
"What rooms do you have other than the basics? Stephanie's cabin seemed a little cramped for my liking, I had to sleep on the floor, at least she was generous enough to give me a sleeping bag." Azusa explained as she didn't have the best sleeping conditions the night before.
"Well I have a highly prized bath house where I invite many students who come to visit to at least stop by to visit me. Plus I also have two extra bedrooms for guests. Ayami told me that I was more or less the hospitality part of the school and those who came to visit were offered premium services to stay for the night." Addisyn explained. "We live in the same spirit as an Otriad. Have you ever heard of the Bielski Partisans?"
"Not really, this is the first time we have heard of them." Miho replied that this was a group of people she never heard about.
"Well they were a group of partisans that lived in Belarus when Nazi Germany declared war on the Soviet Union, their leader was the legendary Tuvia Bielski and with his leadership, my family was able to escape from the ghettos." Addisyn explained that the partisan group was able to save her family. Miho began to think about it, Erika wouldn't allow a person like Addisyn near her if Erika came along and truly found out about who Addisyn was, she was going to have her torn apart. Miho knew out of curiosity, she had to ask Addisyn something.
"Addisyn? Are you Jewish?" Miho asked. "I'm mostly curious about this as you said your family had escaped from the ghettos and fought with the partisans."
"I'm not but we were placed there as my family were helping out their elderly neighbors who were Jewish. The Nazis had placed the policy of extermination and my family was determined to save as many people as possible. I ended up losing my great grand-dad as he went down trying to evacuate my grandmother who was just a child at the time and she managed to try to lift the partisan's spirits up along with the other children. Probably the best thing to come out of the Bielski Otriad was the fact that a little kid who was 4 years old at the time that my grandma would befriend would go up to Tuvia every morning, salute and say: "Commander. Allow me to report that at our zemlyanka, whoring has been taking place."" Addisyn explained as they walked up to her cabin, everyone laughed as how can a 4 year old kid pick up on this brutish attitude?
"That was a good one, I feel like I can laugh bucket loads out of my eyes." Yukari admitted that was a good joke.
"Everyone thought that the kid was hilarious and showered him with gifts at every opportunity. Even my grandma thought that the kid was funny and she laughed at this too." Addisyn explained as she unlocked the door. She then lets them inside. "A good activity we do other than swap stories about who we are and our past is heavy drinking inside of the bath house." Tanya grabbed the bottle and began to read it over.
"This stuff safe to drink?" Tanya asked as the bottle seemed to have some kind of clear liquid in it.
"Of course it is, do you think I would carry vodka on me everywhere in this house, I just carry water on me." Addisyn explained to Tanya that this stuff was more or less good to drink. "I'll see you in the Bath House, I just have to set it up first." Addisyn explained as she went off to get bath house ready. This left the other girls wandering around as Miho decided to go up into the second floor loft that Addisyn talked about. She wandered up there and found it completely empty. Looks like Addisyn wasn't making this up after all. Miho wandered down the stairs before she heard a knocking on the door. "Can someone get that?" Miho wandered over to the door and opened it. Outside were Nekota, Momoga and Piyotan covered in mud.
"Woah what happened to you?" Miho asked them.
"Well after the tour, Rowan decided to thank us for helping her out with her bike so she decided to invite us over to her place along with Chelsea and Satsuki and asked us what we were interested in and we said computer games and they weren't pleased. When they asked if we wanted to have some true fun, we said yes out of curiosity and then next thing we know is that we were pelted with mud from Chelsea as we tried explaining what Rowan and Satsuki were making. Pretty rude of Chelsea." Momoga explained to Miho what happened to them
"Well, did you talk to Satsuki about me?" Miho asked them if they brought up the girl she fought against.
"Yeah we kind of did, that's when the mud pelting started and we tried to bring up where the tanks were and they said they were near a cluster of cabins where Kiara and Lindsay lived, I'm probably assuming Tanya lived in that area too." Piyotan explained to Miho about the tanks the school had.
"Okay they have tanks and we know where they are but the question is where are their cabins?" Miho asked, she didn't know where the cabins were if they had the tanks and she didn't know what condition they were in either. She hoped that the small school took care of them.
"Actually I might come back tomorrow as my cabin is in the area where Kiara is, I'll show you where the tanks are." Tanya explained that they were in luck when it came to this.
"Wait you're in the area?" Miho asked Tanya.
"Yeah I have to ask Ayami for permission first as I think you girls would wish to take a look at the tanks." Tanya explained. Then the door opened with Addisyn walking out. "Well you're still here and we have three rather muddy girls joining us. The bath house is ready so enter inside." Addisyn told them. The girls nodded as they decided to enter and take off their clothes to enjoy this. "Since we're out in the woods, being clean is very important. None of us want to track mud inside."
"You can say that again." Mako explained as she took off her uniform. Afterward the girls stepped inside of the hot bath as the muddy uniforms were taken by Addisyn to be washed up. Miho relaxed as the tour definitely drained her.
"Wow, I never knew this bath house could feel so good? I feel like it's something we enjoy." Miho explained to the group as she relaxed her head on the side. Then the bubbles started to come out as it looked like a bar of soap was being run through the water to create this. For Miho this was more than enjoyable as Momoga was busy trying to wash the mud off of her.
"Man it looks like a hot bath is better than a mud bath." Momoga told them. Nekota splashed some water onto her face trying to get some of the mud off of her.
"We're pretty sweaty before the mud had even touched our skins, this is a good way of cleaning yourself." Nekota explained. Then Addisyn got in as she was going to join them.
"Laundry is being done, I sense you're all exhausted after today." Addisyn began. She was going to take the opportunity to soak for a few minutes.
"Yeah we are. That was quite the trip." Hana told them.
"I wasn't expecting someone like Momoga to get praise from someone like Rowan, probably one of the few times I saw her smile." Mio explained as she doused her hair in water.
"I'm glad she's happy and so are we." Momoga explained to them. Nekota smiled as if she was thinking about Yuuki.
"We should have invited the rest of Rabbit team over, they would really love this. I don't know where they went." Nekota told them.
"Pretty sure they wouldn't be into what we're in." Addisyn explained as she passed a tray containing shot glasses of the drink. "Anyone care for a drink?" Miho grabbed one of the shot glasses and studied the liquid inside of it. Then she drinks the shot of what was inside. It wasn't bad by any stretch but it wasn't good either.
"At least it isn't what we have been drinking at our school." Miho told Addisyn.
"You'll get used to it." Addisyn explained as Ritsu took a shot glass and drank it. She placed the shot glass onto the floating plate.
"Okay so we're going to have to take a proper bath later as we all have long hair." Piyotan explained that this bath wasn't effective but it was surely relaxing after a long day.
"I hope you're enjoying it, it's best you do this once before you go back to Ooarai." Addisyn reminded them.
"Okay if you can get the rest of the crowd and convince them into the bath." Miho explained.
"I will. Do any of you want to hear more stories and tell more about yourselves?" Addisyn asked.
"We're fine. I hope Satsuki isn't mad as you gave her a bloody nose. It would be something to remember so that you wouldn't mess with her. I guess I can find Ayami and convince her to gather everyone for tomorrow as you might have to do something regarding our tanks." Ritsu explained to Miho that she was more than likely to be happy about this.
"Maybe she will, maybe she won't. I don't know what Satsuki is feeling?" Miho replied to what Ritsu was saying.
"When you do, we'll begin preparations and hopefully Stephanie knows about what she said about fire." Addisyn expressed that she heard about what her friend said about the girl being fire, was Miho it? Something needed to be addressed and for now there wasn't a way to do it. After the session was over, Ritsu, and Mio went back to their cabins, Azusa stayed with her friends for a couple more hours before going back to find the rest of Rabbit team. Miho, her team and Anteater team were staying with Addisyn and Tanya for the night as Tanya knew the location of her school's tanks. Miho was excited for this as they all gathered in the loft with their lanterns, they were having one last chat.
"I think today was fun, you've proved yourself again Miho." Piyotan began as she was trying to get comfortable in her sleeping bag.
"Yeah it sure was, we still have to see the rest of the school starting tomorrow thinking that nothing will change." Miho replied. "Tanya will be such a big help especially since she knows where the tanks are. Once we get the tanks, we'll see what we can do and train these students up."
"Well I'm pooped from the tour of today and we still got the entire summer ahead of us. Get some rest, we have a long day ahead of us." Yukari told the group. Addisyn was most likely cleaning out the bath house since Anteater Team got mud in it. Miho closed her eyes when she heard the voice in her head.
"Fire alone will save our school." The voice would tell her. Miho didn't know who was telling her this vision nor what she could do about this. Sleep was more likely important.
[A/N]: Another chapter down with Miho fighting for her spot in the group and a tour around the school, more will be revealed as well as the location of Cedar Lake Academy's tanks.
