Prior to opening hours, there is a meeting for how to plan a night event in the cafe. Lie Ren came up with the idea of game night. One that involves board games. Relaxing and fun to play for those who wanted to let off some steam and get out of the house inside the cafe.

"Game night, huh? Great idea, Ren." Weiss, now the manager of Dust Cafe, writes down the list of suggestions for the plans of event nights.

"Not a bad idea. What do you have in mind?" Jaune asked.

"Something like chess, or checkers, or even sudoku, bingo..." Ren was cut off when Sun slammed the table. "Boring!" The male faunus shouted.

"Huh?!" They all stared at him in silence. Sun is unamused to Ren's idea. "We should have game night with loads of arcade machines near that empty room that wasn't used yet!"

Theu all turned to the side room, and it was empty. Full of cobwebs and dust (literally). Weiss then writes it down on her clipboard. "I'm gonna have to call a cleanup team to sort this out. But I'll put your ideas on the list, Sun."

"Game night should be cooler, with video games! Not some old people board games that would bore us to sleep!" Sun said. Those words offended Ren when he heard Sun calling his ideas "old people games."

"Sun, would it even kill you to play a single board game?" Ren asked sternly. Pyrrha, the co-manager, has to pry between the two boys. "We'll compromise. We do both."

"Way to think on your mind, Pyrrha." Jaune and Pyrrha hi-fived.

"Dude, even if it didn't. It would still be a fun killer." Sun comebacks. The two of them glared at each other.

"My bet's on them if they are going to fight." Nora said taking a bite of her donut. "40 Lien." She adds. Yang nods in agreement to see what will lie ahead for the two boys.

The next day, when Sun was about to get started on cleaning the empty room. Ren was also assigned to help him. And Sun sees him carrying the boxes of board games. "What are those?"

"Board games. What else?" Ren rolled his eyes. Putting them on the table.

"Really, Ren?"

"Sun, it's not like it will hurt. Maybe Pyrrha is right, we should do a bit of both." Ren, having to finish before Sun came rushing back and threw the board games on a puckup truck and it drove away.

Sun waved at the truck driver and turned to Ren with a smirk. Ren wasn't pleased as he grumbled.

The next day, Sun was about to set up the arcade room. Just as he went to the game room, Sun gasped. Witnessing the arcade machines getting sent away inside a truck. It also drove away. Ren folded his arms and calmly smiles. Sun snarled as he held a banana and crushed it.

Ren is in charge of a sudoku game night event. But then the ceiling panel opened to release spiders, falling from it. Causing people to panic and ran away. Ren wasn't surprised to know who could've pulled this prank. Sun laughs from behind the ceiling.

Sun was in charge of a gaming event in a racing arcacde video game. "Alright, whoever came first place will get a deluxe version of a bunny plushie!" Sun announced with a microphone.

"Ready, set, go!" The game started. Just as the race ok screen is about to begin, there was a blackout. Ren was at the back alley, next to a generator. But was feeling guilty for cutting the power. "I cannot believe I did that." Ren sighed.

In another game night, Ren runs the chess event. While everyone else is enjoying themselves. Sun is in another room, releasing hamsters from the box, they scattered in the gaming room. The people above them were at awe. "Aww!" They all chased the hamsters. Ren was flabbergasted.

Another night, Sun was running a fighting game tournament event, just as two players were the third round, it was stopped when the screen glitches and switches with an app version of checkers.

"Aw, boo!" One customer shouts.

"This game night sucks!" Another one shouted.

With that, the customers left. Ren was behind the storage room, operating on hacking the screen with hia scroll. Ren smiles.

Weiss and Pyrrha called Ren and Sun on a meeting in the closing hour.

"We have been getting complaints of you two sabotaging each other over whose ideas are the best." Weiss began. Ren and Sun became sheepish with the events starting.

"With you two trying to rid of the game nights. We won't be having them at all." Pyrrha adds. After seeing multiple complaints, Sun and Ren began to understand what they have done to ruin everyone's nights.

"I guess we went too far." Ren admits with his hand on the back of his head.

"Yeah... well... I can't help being competitive." Sun adds. Then he tries tk use his tail to spray on Ren with water without him looking. But Ren senses it like eyes on the back of his head. And threw Sun over his shoulder and then to the floor. "Nice try." Ren said.

Weiss sighs and shook her head. Writing down her clipboard again.
