This old Nara forest is meant exclusively for the Nara clan. Trust was bestowed upon me to the extent that Shikadai led me to this very spot, this precise location where the stage would finally be set. For the tale that is destined to be inscribed about me. Sarada Uchiha. The last descendant of the Uchiha clan.
Sarada then performs a series of earth-style seals and presses her palms firmly against the ground. The earth begins to crumble around a particular marked grave bearing the ominous warning, "Stay away." As the earth splits, Sarada stands with her arms crossed, her hair swaying gently in the moonlight filtering through the trees. Several meters below, a decayed form lies buried, its face twisted with villainy—a man with purple eyes and grey hair, his bloodshot gaze fixated upwards. Sarada leaps into the pit, clearing the dirt from the figure's mouth. With a low, disgruntled grunt, Hidan, once a member of the notorious Akatsuki criminal organization, speaks for the first time in nearly two decades.
"Who the hell are you?" Hidan's voice barely rises above a whisper.
Sarada retrieves a kunai and holds it near Hidan's eye, her expression unwavering.
"Let me ask you a simple question, Hidan Minamuza," she says calmly, "Do you still believe in Jashin?
Hidan gazes for a moment and speaks a specific verse from the book of Prophecy, For it is you to endure a thousand knife cuts, a thousand lashes, and a thousand years of pain. For that is will of Jashin, he rewards those who endure the most whom suffer in the flesh.
Hidan stares for a moment, his bloodshot eyes locked onto Sarada's unwavering gaze. With an authoritative tone, Sarada recites a verse from the forbidden Book of Prophecy, her words echoing into the eerie silence of the forest.
"And out of the suffering endured, and the agony given, my loyal servants will be given spiritual prestige that no king nor ruler has ever comprehened."
Sarada's grip on the kunai tightens, her expression betraying no emotion as she listens to Hidan's proclamation. The words hang heavy in the air, a reminder of the darkness that once consumed this man before her.
Sarada concludes the recitation, her kunai now safely tucked away. With a calculated pause, she addresses Hidan directly, her tone firm.
"Are you ready to begin, Hidan?"
