8 months Later
Nathan was arrested. It was revealed eventually that he had drugged a young woman during their college days at a party and seeing Nathan in the media continuing the behavior after seeing a clip of Haley calling him out gave her the courage to come forward.
Rachel not only stood by him but they got married. And ended up leaving town.
Dan and Deb no surprise came to their son's defense.
Peyton and Julian left for LA.

Brooke got back in her routine. Taking care of herself. Exercise. Journal writing. Therapy. It's during that time did she realize that she lashed out at Lucas and pushed back because she knew he wouldn't leave her. And he hadn't.
These past 8 months had been difficult to re adjust and re build as a couple and family but they had done it. Coming out the other side now.
Lucas was in therapy as well now and it had gifted them a new and improved version of him as a husband and father.
