"Who's a good doggie!" the Creator said, giving Spike a tummy rub. "Its you! Its you!"

Tommy chose that moment to enter the room and gasped. "Oh nos! Are you here to stop me from going on an adventure?"

"no."

"…no?"

"No," Mr. Chaos said. "I'm here to give Spike all the tummy rubs he wants!" He began up again, Spike's tag wagging.

Tommy blinked at that before grinning. "I like giving Spike tummy rubs!"

"Join in," the Creator said and the two began to work together, Spike's tongue lulling out happily. "And then I'm going to get you a nice steak to eat."

"But I don't have enough teeth for steak."

"Not you Tommy."

"Oh. Oh! Spikey will like that!" Tommy said.

"…why did you call him that?"

"Uh… I don't know."

The Creator frowned. "That better not be any of the 2021 stuff leaking in."

"Shouldn't we focus on the episode?" Amenadiel asked, suddenly appearing next to the Creator and Tommy.

"Can't mock, petting Spike."

Because Spike was the best doggie.
