In a strange world, full of mythical creatures, fantastic beasts, and strange wonders, stood a house above it all. Inside the house was a strange green-haired man with a handlebar mustache dressed in a flamboyant flowery tuxedo, a pink top hat, and a monocle. He was sitting at a table with a book in his hands, and a bird perched on his shoulder. He looked up, and waved to no one in particular.

"Bonne lecture, readers!" he said. "My name is Tassel, and I'll be the narrator of this version of this story! And I have a question for you all- do you all love books?"

"I, for one, LOVE THEM WITH ALL MY HEART!" Tassel shouted. "Books have all sorts of knowledge and experiences, unknown until you take a look inside!"

Tassel took a different book on the table, and opened it, revealing it to be a history book of sorts. The first image was of another book, unassuming at first glance. "Long ago, the world of humans came into existence thanks to the Omniscient Tome, which contains all of the world's stories, knowledge, and even the history of humanity! Another world came into existence alongside this world, known as the Wonder World! This is where the Omniscient Tome was kept for ages, guarded by the Sword of Logos, a group of 22 swordsmen who wielded the Seiken, holy swords blessed with powers from the tome itself. But a traitor stood amidst them all!"

He flipped the page, which revealed an artistic depiction of a war. "This traitor attempted to take the Omniscient Tome for themselves, and in the struggle between him, his coconspirators, and those loyal to the Sword of Logos' call, caused the book to become scattered! Split into fragments known as the Wonder Ride Books, each containing a different story and power from the Tome. A war was waged over these books in order to gather as much of the Omniscient Tome, and in the process, five of the Seiken were lost, and two were sealed away. This war still rages on, even to this day..."

Tassel slammed the book shut. "But enough about that! The story we're about to see, follows a certain boy, his cousin, and a certain school that nurtures great heroes..."

"Toumaaaaa!" a girl shouted, as a young Touma held her hand as tightly as he could. His little cousin, Izuku, clung onto his right leg, trying to help however he could by weighing the older boy down. Chaos was erupting around him. One second, he and his friends were reading a book together, the next, monsters appeared, a purple swordsman appeared leading them. People were panicking as fire and paper flew around, and a giant book-like portal had opened above them, pulling in only the girl. Touma had grabbed wrapped his left arm around a nearby tree to anchor himself down and grabbed her hand with his right.

"Luna! Hold on!" Touma cried, struggling to keep his grip on her hand and pull her towards him. "Don't let go of my hand!"

It was a losing battle, however. Touma's hand wasn't strong enough to hold her down. Her fingers were slipping, until they were holding each other by the pinky.

"I... I promise I'll save you!" Touma said, realizing that there wasn't going to be any way for him to keep the book from taking her. "I'll... I'll become big and strong, and I'll come and find you! I promise!"

"I- I believe you! Toumaaaaaaa!" Luna screamed, as they finally lost their grip. She disappeared into the book, which shut tight, and vanished into thin air. Touma and his cousin didn't have any time to mourn, however, as the purple swordsman came walking towards them, his gold serrated sword in hand. Before he could do anything, a red swordsman rushed in, blocking him with his silver and red sword.

The two swordsmen traded slashes, parried each other's blades, as fire and shadows collided with one another. The force of their attacks knocked the two boys onto their butts, as they watched the two warriors battle.

The purple swordsman managed to land a strike against the red swordsman's chest, giving him the opening he needed to deliver slash after slash against his opponent, before finally delivering one more strike. The red swordsman cried out as he was sent flying back, his armor disappearing in a burst of red sparks before he landed near Touma and Izuku. He forced himself up, only to collapse on one knee, holding onto his sword as he planted it into the ground. The man breathed heavily, as he gave a defiant stare to the purple swordsman.

"Have you had enough?" the purple swordsman asked, staring at the downed fighter.

"I'm... not giving up!" the man responded. He looked to the two boys, who were staring in awe at him. "Steel yourselves, and take heart. For hope is in every story!"

The man yelled as he pulled his sword up. It burned bright as a red fire formed around the blade, and he planted it into the ground again. A sphere of red fire and light erupted around them.

The two boys opened their eyes, and looked around. The buildings, ground, everything was normal and fine, and people were going about their day. Touma then realized that something was in his hand, and he looked at it. It was a strange metal red book, with the title 'Brave Dragon'.

Touma rubbed his head. He was certain that something had just happened-

"Toumaaaaaa! Wake up!" a middle school girl cried, smacking him with a pillow. Touma jumped awake and accidentally rolled off his bed.

"Ow! Agh, dang it!" he moaned, rubbing his head. He looked at the little girl with some scrutiny. "Geez Juka, did you really need to hit me with a pillow?"

"I have to, or else you would've slept in late on the first day of school, you dummy," Juka replied, sticking her tongue out at him.

"Sorry, I just... it was that dream again," Touma said, standing up. He looked to his nightstand, and grabbed Brave Dragon.

"The one that you based your story on?" she asked, as he inspected it. "You still haven't gotten over it after writing it out?"

"I guess not. Something about this book just feels important, but I don't know why..." Touma shrugged, as he went out to go use the bathroom.

"But you won an award for it!"

"Just because it won a big writing contest doesn't mean it'd disappear immediately!"

"You two are certainly spry today," their mother chuckled, watching the two bicker.

"Mom, tell Juka that she doesn't need to wake me up by hitting me with a pillow!"

"Tell Touma that he needs to wake up earlier!"

"Settle down, you two, you both have a point," she said. "By the way, Touma, your Auntie Inko called me a while ago to ask you again to keep an eye on Izuku when he's at UA."

"Oh right, he got into the Hero Course," Touma recalled. "Man, that's so incredible that he developed his Quirk all of a sudden. Not to mention that it's a mutation completely different from anyone else in our families."

"I was certain he was gonna die in UA's entrance exams," Juka said.

"Hey, don't sell Izuku that short, Juka," Touma scolded.

"I'm just saying the truth! If he didn't develop that weird Quirk, he'd be pancaked by all the other applicants!"

"Still, we need to be supportive of him. After all, he always dreamed of being a hero like All Might, and now he's going to All Might's alma mater," their mother said. "So again, keep an eye on him, Touma."

"Of course mom," Touma nodded. "Though it might look weird that a 3rd Year General Studies student's watching out for a 1st Year Hero Course student."

Suddenly, someone began to knock on their front door. Touma raised an eyebrow and went to open it, and saw his fellow UA classmate, friend, and 'future editor' Mei Sudo standing in front of it.

"Touma, what're you doing!? We're gonna be late for the first day of school!" she scolded, upon seeing that he was still in his pajamas.

"Oh come on, it's 6:30! We'll have more than an hour to get to UA!"

Izuku tied his shoes, making sure that the knots were tight and secure. "There we go. No tripping on my shoelaces this time..."

"Are you sure you have everything, Izuku?" his mother Inko fretted, as he stood up and grabbed his bag. "Do you have enough pencils? Tissues? Notebooks? Lunch money? I-"

"I-It's alright, I think I have everything I need, mom," he assured her, as he opened the door.

"O-Okay, but remember, your cousin Touma's in 3rd Year General Studies! Just go to him for help whenever you need it!" Inko reminded him.

"Right, of course," Izuku replied. He wasn't too sure about that, though. He and Touma hadn't been around together since they were little kids, especially since Touma's family had been busy with their bookstore, and his father, the brother of Touma's mother, had been overseas for a long while, so there really was never a reason for the two families to meet up in years. He did hear from them via his mother time to time, though. Apparently Touma wrote a series of short stories that won a big writing contest a while ago, and that it was really popular with people of all ages. His mother got him a copy to read.

But something about one of them was... familiar. Almost too familiar to be honest. What that familiarity was, though, was something that he could think about another day. Right now, he had to get to UA.

Hiroshi double checked all of his bags, making sure that he had everything he needed for his first day of school. He slung his bag over his shoulder, and prepared to walk out, when Setsuna, Tsubasa, and his little sister Fuka opened the door.

"Hey Hiroshi, you ready for your first day at UA?" Setsuna asked, with a wide grin.

"Yea, just hold on for a second," Hiroshi said, spotting a green metal book on his nightstand and grabbing it. He looked at it and its title, 'Sarutobi Ninjaden'. "Can't forget this guy right here."

"Oh, I hope we're all in the same class..." Tsubasa fretted, holding her wings nervously.

"That would be nice," Fuka said while Hiroshi pocketed 'Sarutobi Ninjaden'.

"We'll find out when we get there. Let's not waste anymore time here. Especially since Momo and Kyoka are probably already there," Hiroshi said. The four friends started to head downstairs when they came across Hayate, Hiroshi's and Fuka's older brother.

"Hayate? What're you doing here?" Fuka asked.

"Going start work a little late. I'm just here to wish you good luck. Kana's here, too, she's just in the bathroom," Hayate said, a bit stiffly. He looked at Hiroshi, who only narrowed his eyes. "... Are you sure that you're-"

"Not this again," Hiroshi grumbled, pinching his forehead. "Can't you wait for my first day of class to be over before bugging me about it? Stop smothering me over this."

"I'm just saying! I still think that you being Kenzan is-"

"Hayate, I've literally been training to be Kenzan since for an entire year and a half," Hiroshi said. "I'm pretty sure that I'm going to be fine."

"But Hiroshi, without a Quirk-"

"Later, Hayate," Hiroshi said, cutting his older brother off before he could even finish. He opened the door and slammed it closed behind him, leaving hbehind his brother who pinched his forehead.

"Fuka, please talk some sense into-"

"Come on, Hayate, can't you lay off for once?" Fuka said, shaking her head.

"Yea, Hiroshi's a lot tougher than you think," Setsuna said.

"He really did work hard to get a hold of Hayate, um, Hayate," Tsubasa added.

"But-"

"We got to get to UA. See you later, Hayate," Fuka sighed, as the three girls went out the door. Hayate pinched his eyebrows and took a seat on the couch when Kana walked downstairs.

"Failed to get him to talk him out of this again?" Kana said, leaning against the stair banister.

"Yea... do you think I'm being a little hard about this?" Hayate asked, looking at his twin sister. "About trying to talk Hiroshi out of this?"

"No way! It's still insane that everyone else is cool with this," she assured him. "Just because he got to resonate with, um, Hayate, doesn't mean he should be risking his life. And besides, it should've been you! I mean, you've got the whole wind ninja aesthetic already, and you were named after the sword, so-"

"Thanks for reminding me," Hayate muttered, looking to the side. It wasn't great to remember that day 6 years ago, after their aunt died fighting the Megid. Being unable to resonate with their father's maternal grandfather's sword (which he was named after by his great grandfather's prodding) was the biggest blow to his pride, and it was a complete shock that their Quirkless little brother Hiroshi who've they protected for so long was the one that was chosen by the sword just last year.

The sword had to have made a mistake, there was no way Hiroshi could protect himself without a Quirk, right?

Later, at UA High School

Izuku took a big gulp of air, nervously. This was it. He was here, at UA. Or at least in UA's courtyard, as he was busy taking in the fact that he was there at all. It took a lot of time, and several broken bones, but he made it. It was going to be an uphill battle for him to become the Number One Hero, especially since everyone else had a head start with their Quirks, since he literally inherited his from All Might. But that's the reason why he's here now. To learn how to take make full use of his Quirk without completely breaking himself apart.

"Alight, Izuku, you got this. No backing down now," he muttered to himself. "Just take the first step, and your journey to becoming a hero will begin."

He took big step forward, but he accidentally stepped on his shoelaces. "Aw dang, not again."

"Whoa, Izuku, that was close," a voice said, as someone grabbed Izuku by his arm and pulled him up. Izuku took a look and saw his cousin Touma next to him.

"Oh! Hi Touma," Izuku said, as his cousin helped him regain his balance. He bent down and retied his shoelaces, sighing as he beat himself up for doing it again.

"So how've you been, Izuku?" Touma asked, crossing his arms and smiling. "It's been a few years since we've talked to each other in person."

"I-I'm fine, I'm just a little nervous about being here, that's all," Izuku replied. "How's Auntie Ariko and Uncle Arimoto?"

"They're both doing fine," Touma said. "They were so happy to hear that you managed to get into the Hero Course here, too."

"T-Tell them I said thanks," Izuku said. "Oh! What about your sister, Juka?"

"She... she was surprised," Touma answered, deciding to keep the fact that she was surprised he didn't die a secret. "But she's happy for you, too!"

"I-I see-" Izuku said.

"Touma, what are you standing around here for!?" a girl said, running up to the tall boy. "We're gonna be late for class!"

"We've still got time, Mei," Touma said, shrugging. "Oh, right. Mei, this is my cousin, Izuku Midoriya."

"So this is your cousin that got into the Hero Course?" Mei said, looking Izuku up and down. "He's... shorter than I expected."

"Mei, you're not that much taller than him," Touma pointed out.

"You don't get to say that when you're the tallest in our class, Touma!"

"Alright, you got a point," Touma chuckled. "Izuku, this is Mei Sudo. She's my friend and classmate in 3D."

"And his future editor!" Mei added, hands on her hips as she proudly said it. "If it weren't for me, his short story collection wouldn't have won that writing contest!"

"Really? You helped him out with that?" Izuku asked.

"Yep! But let's go now, Touma!" Mei said, grabbing Touma's hand. "We'll be late to class!"

"Mei, it's still 20 minutes before the bell!" Touma said, as he got dragged by the shorter girl. "Can't I at least help Izuku find his classroom!?"

"It's alright, I'll be able to find it myself!" Izuku said, as the two went their separate ways. He was glad that he got to see his cousin for the first time in a while, but he didn't want to bother him too much. After all, they were in different Courses and different Years, so they were bound not to see each other that often. And he needed to focus on becoming a hero as well.

Hiroshi sighed as he and his friends looked between the Class 1A and 1B doors. "Well, I figured that we'd be split up, but it's still a little disappointing," he said, shaking his head.

"That sucks, but at least Momo and Kyoka are in 1A with you," Fuka said, as they recalled spotting their names under the 1A roster outside.

"Yea, so we're pretty much split down in the middle! No big deal!" Setsuna said, giving them all a big toothy grin.

"I hope we get to have interclass exercises with each other soon," Tsubasa sighed, her eyes on the ground.

"Yea, hopefully. See you guys later," Hiroshi said, as they went to their respective doors and walked into their classrooms. In 1A's classroom there was some chatter about the two Zero Pointers that were destroyed during the entrance exam. He scanned the room quickly before spotting Momo and Kyoka chatting near one of the windows.

"Morning you two," he said, walking over to them.

"Hey, it's Mister Second First Place," Kyoka joked, waving at him as he joined the two girls.

"Good morning," Momo said politely.

"So you two excited that we're in UA still?" Hiroshi asked, smiling.

"Definitely. Sucks that the others are in 1B instead," Kyoka said. "Would've been nice if we were all in the same class."

"I know, right? Tsubasa's a little torn up over it," Hiroshi said, rubbing the back of his head. "So how's Mr. Daishinji?"

"Oh, Uncle Tetsuo's, well, 'fine'," Kyoka said, using air quotes. "Still pretty reserved and working on fixing Suzune."

As the three chatted, the door slid open again, and Hiroshi saw an ash blond teen walking in. He slammed the door shut behind him before walking to a desk in the middle of the room, sat down in it and propped his legs up onto the desk. A bespectacled blue haired teen with broad shoulders saw this, and was immediately incensed.

"How dare you put your feet onto the desk of this school! That is an insult to the students before us as well as the fine people who crafted it!" he said, his hands swinging around robotically.

"Oh yea? Like I give a shit what some extra thinks!" the ash blond teen retorted. The door had opened and a green-haired teen had walked in, apparently shocked that he was in the same class as the two arguing teens. "Just who do you think you are?"

"I-I suppose I should introduce myself," the blue-haired teen said, adjusting his glasses. "My name is Tenya Iida, from Somei Private Academy."

"Somei, huh? Sounds like we got a stuck-up elitist here," the teen said, sneering at Tenya. "I should just blow you up right here."

"B-Blow up!? Are you really here to be a hero!?" Tenya said, aghast.

Hiroshi himself had narrowed his eyes at the ash blond teen. For whatever reason, he felt that he was not going to enjoy his schoolyear with him around. The ash blond teen seemed to have similar thoughts, as his gaze fell onto the green-haired teen that had walked in.

"Hm? It's you," Tenya said, as he approached the newcomer. "My name is Tenya Iida, from Somei-"

"I-I heard you," the newcomer said. "M-My name is Izuku Midoriya."

Hiroshi glanced over to the green-haired boy. He recalled seeing the name as 8th place in the practical exam, having only gotten through entirely on the hidden Rescue Point system (Hiroshi himself had gotten tied for first place, having gotten the max amount of Rescue Points with only getting 17 Villain Points). He heard from some people that there was some jittery green-haired teen who managed to take down another Zero Pointer to save a girl that was pinned down under rubble. It was funny hearing that there was someone that was as nuts as him.

"So that's the guy who got 8th place... it's just like what people had said, he's really jittery," Kyoka said, observing him as he and Tenya talked, when a girl with short brown-hair walked in and joined them.

"Hm... I wonder why he's so-" Momo began to say.

"If you have time to socialize, then get out."

Hiroshi and the others in the room looked towards the doorway, and spotted a scruffy-looking man in a sleeping bag. "Eight seconds to quiet down. Time is precious, don't waste it."

The man stood up and shed his sleeping bag off. He was dressed in all black with long sleeves and pants, with a big gray scarf wrapped around his neck. "I'm Shota Aizawa, your homeroom teacher. Get dressed in your PE uniforms and meet me outside at Gym Gamma."

Aizawa turned around and walked away, leaving the entire classroom confused and in silence at the scene.

Class 1B

"Wow, we got a lot of interesting characters here, huh?" Setsuna remarked to Fuka and Tsubasa, as she glanced at all of their new classmates.

"Yea, I wonder what everyone's Quirks are like," Fuka said.

"I just hope that we can all get along," Tsubasa sighed, her wings drooping a bit.

"I'm sure we will," Setsuna said, when a man in red spandex and white gauntlets came into the classroom.

"Good morning everybody," he said gruffly. "I'm your homeroom teacher, Sekijiro Kan, otherwise known as Vlad King."

"Wow, we're really getting pro heroes as teachers!" one of their new classmates, a boy with a comic book speech bubble for a head, exclaimed.

"But I've never heard of Vlad King before..." a boy with brown hair and elliptical eyes mumbled.

"I wasn't that much of a high ranker, and I became a teacher pretty early on in my career which has been taking up most of my time," Vlad King said. "Now, before we go to the opening ceremony, I want you all to know that I expect the best out of you all. You're all studying to be heroes, and heroes have to give it their all. Don't misunderstand, this isn't me telling you that you all should constantly harm yourselves on the job. Everyone has limits, but we'll be working to push them higher and higher."

"Now let's get a move on, you lot!" Vlad King barked, as he directed them out of the classroom and they obeyed.

Class 3A

"Hey, Amajiki! Hey, hey!" Nejire said, poking her friend's face. "You excited about our last year in UA?"

"... Yea, I suppose," Tamaki replied, averting his eyes. "I'm just hoping that I don't stand out too much this year..."

"You probably do! We became the Big 3 last semester with Togata, so we probably have lots of attention!"

"That isn't reassuring..."

"Okay, you kids, welcome back," their homeroom teacher, a Genbu-themed armored 'swordsman' named Buster (he definitely sold the image with that giant sword on his back), said as he walked into the classroom. The students settled down as he stood up at the teacher's desk. "I hope you all had a good break, so get ready for the opening ceremony."

The students answered with a resounding 'yes', and began to file out of the classroom.

"Hey Sunagami! Kagami!" Nejire said, bouncing over to a tanned Japanese Egyptian girl with black hair and a blue-eyed French Japanese boy with blond hair. "How was your summer? Did you go anywhere fun?"

"Hey Hado," the tanned girl, Hana Sunagami, greeted, as they walked out into the hallway. "It was nothing too exciting. Mostly trained and exercised, after all."

"Yea same here. Honestly could've used a little more excitement," the blond boy, Gerard Kagami, added. "But this is our last year here, so I bet something nuts will happen."

Outside, at the Opening Ceremony

Touma yawned as he stood with his class at the opening ceremony. He was still a little sleepy from being woken up so early at home, and being forced to run all the way to class by Mei.

"It's only the first day back in school and you're already tired?" Mei said.

"I was forced to wake up way earlier than normal," Touma answered, rubbing his eyes. "I'll feel better when the opening ceremony's done. I don't know how you can have so much energy this early."

"It's our final year at UA, of course I'd have the energy, I'm too excited!" Mei said. "Aren't you ready to step out into the world?"

"Of course, I can't wait to get my foot into being a professional author," Touma said, smiling.

"And with me as your editor!" Mei said, reminding him. "You promised me that, after all!"

"Yea yea, Mei," Touma said. He looked around at all of the classes from every Course and Year standing in front of the podium. But only one class seemed to be missing, if only because he didn't see a familiar nest of green hair.

"Oh man, it must be that Aizawa guy..." Touma mumbled, remembering how his Hero Course friends Hana Sunagami and Gerard Kagami talk about how much of a hardass Aizawa could be. "Izuku's going to not have a fun time there..."

Meanwhile, Fuka, Setsuna, and Tsubasa looked around as well, trying to find Hiroshi, Momo, and Kyoka.

"Where do you think they are?" Setsuna asked, as their principal, a child-sized white-furred rodent named Nezu, stepped up onto the platform and turned to address his students.

"I don't know," Fuka muttered, as the principal droned on, when a giant green cyclone in the distance came out of nowhere, startling most of the students and some of the teachers, though Principal Nezu seemed unfazed as he continued speaking. "Oh. There he is."

Students began to shout about the tornado, but they were all quieted down by the teachers so that the opening ceremony can go on, especially as the green cyclone dissipated as quickly as it appeared.

"Oh boy, there goes your newest member," Snipe said, while Buster sighed exasperatedly. "Guessin' that Eraserhead got him to do the example pitch."

"Yea, probably," Buster sighed, shaking his head. "Figures that Furinji would take Eraserhead seriously like that."

"Where did that green tornado come from!?" Mei whispered, still transfixed on what just happened.

"Must've been one of Izuku's classmates," Touma muttered. "That still nuts, though..."

"Seems like Eraserhead's new class is having an exciting first day," Gerard whispered to Hana while Nejire chattered to Tamaki about what they just saw. "Hiroshi's going all out with Hayate."

"Yea. Man, Hiroshi's lucky. I wish I had Isago in my first year at UA," Hana replied. "Probably would've gotten Aizawa off my back about everything."

Earlier, at Gym Gamma

"What's going on?" Ochako asked, as they met up with their homeroom teacher at Gym Gamma. "We're going to miss the opening ceremony!"

"Here at UA, us teachers have the freedom to teach our classes however we like," Aizawa said plainly. "Things like opening ceremonies are an irrational use of time. We'll be doing a Quirk Apprehension Test instead."

"A Quirk Apprehension Test?" Hiroshi said, crossing his arms as Izuku gulped.

That didn't sound good for him.

"Softball pinching. Standing long jump. 50 meter dash. Endurance running. Grip strength. Side-to-side stepping. Upper body training. Seated toe touch," Aizawa said plainly. "You did all of these standard physical tests in middle school without using your Quirks. It's shortsighted and limiting."

"To demonstrate, Furinji, you tied with Bakugo for first place. What was your best softball pitch in middle school?" Aizawa asked, looking at the steel blue-haired teen.

"Um, I think about 43 meters, give or take," Hiroshi replied.

"Alright, now use your full power," Aizawa said, handing Hiroshi a softball as he went and stood on the pitching circle.

"Okay, here goes-" he said, as wind started to swirl a little bit.

"What are you doing?" Aizawa said, stopping Hiroshi from throwing, the wind slowing down.

"Um, the softball pitch?" Hiroshi replied, confused.

"You're not using your full power," Aizawa said. "The teachers and judges all saw you use your full power at the entrance exam, so let's see it."

"Oh... Oh!" Hiroshi said, realizing what he was saying. "That's what you meant! Alright then."

Hiroshi took a deep breath, and held his right arm away from him. To most of the students' surprise, green wind began to swirl around his arm and a strange sword appeared in his hand.

"Wha- How did he get that!?" Denki said, pointing at it.

"Yea, what type of wind Quirk makes a sword?" Hanta added.

Hiroshi dug his hand into his pocket, and pulled out a strange metal book. Its shape reminded Izuku of something, but he just couldn't put his finger on it. The steel blue-haired teen flipped the book opened, and it started to speak of all things.

"Sarutobi Ninjaden! A whirlwind hiding in the shadows! Now come out with various techniques..."

"Oh boy, here we go," Kyoka said, smirking a little bit as Hiroshi inserted the book into his sword. A strange musical beat filled the air as he moved the sword in front of him, grabbing its handle with his left hand.

"Transform!" he shouted, pulling the sword apart and dividing it into two. He slashed down with his right sword, creating a green energy streak before swinging his left sword horizontally. The energy slashes flew away from him, spinning around as a gale of green wind surrounded him. He slashed the wind away, revealing that a black suit with green armor formed over his body, covered with streaks of yellow and silver. Around his head was a black helmet with a silver faceplate, and the green energy slashes spun back towards him, creating an incredibly asymmetrical visor. The left side of the visor appeared similar to that of a thrown shuriken, while the right side of the visor was a horizontal line. Above it, though, were two blade-like horns that resembled the blades of his swords.

"Sarutobi Ninjaden! Divide the two swords! With one hand, shuriken! With two hands, twin sword style! Twin Swords of Wind Hayate! From the scroll of gales, the twin swords of the Kouga Wind Path defeat the enemy with godly fast ninjutsu!" the swords announced.

"Okay, never mind how he got the sword, how did he get that!?" Mina said, pointing at the now-armored teen.

"It is a fabulous way of putting support gear on, but that suit is not too elegant," Yuga said, winking as a sparkle flew out of his eye.

"How does he have support gear like that!?" Rikido asked.

"Is it really support gear? He just summoned that sword out of nowhere," Hanta pointed out. "Still insane though."

Izuku's eyes were wide with surprise. He's never seen support gear that advanced before. To instantaneously change into it just like that? It was completely unheard of.

Katsuki's jaw dropped as he stared at Hiroshi, who put the two swords together, turning them into a shuriken.

"Single Sword Style!" the sword announced as Hiroshi held it in his left and picked up the ball with his right. "So I just have to throw this as hard as I can?"

"Yes," Aizawa said, having finished staring at Hiroshi. "Damn, looks like Buster was right, I can't erase his magic."

"Alright then," Hiroshi replied, as he reared his arm back. A swirl of green wind formed around his right arm, and with a mighty throw, he launched it into the sky.

"That's it!? Why the sword-" Denki began to say, when Hiroshi pulled out another book, this one a lime green color. He inserted it three times into a space on his sword.

"Kobuta 3Kyoudai! Ninnin ninin! Hayate Speed Reading Strike! Nin ninninin!"

"Let's go! Hurricane Skill! Triple Boar Star!" Hiroshi shouted, as he spun in a circle and threw his sword into the air before the softball began descending. Two energy copies of his sword split from it. They spun around faster and faster, until a green tornado formed and fired the softball even further.

Aizawa had been tracking the distance the ball went with an app on his phone. He turned it around, and revealed that the ball had gone over 800 feet. The class went into an uproar over how far it had gone, when the sword came spinning back. Hiroshi grabbed it with his hand, and spun it back into one blade.

"So how did I do-" Hiroshi began to say.

"What the hell type of bullshit was that!?" Katsuki screamed, stomping over to Hiroshi and grabbing him by his suit's collar. "There's no way any of that shit was a Quirk!"

"Does it matter? That was my full power," Hiroshi said, unfazed.

"You think I'd believe-" Katsuki said, raising his left hand, sparks flying off, when Aizawa threw and wrapped his scarf around him, his hair standing up and his eyes glowed red. Immediately the sparks disappeared. "What the hell!? Why can't I use my Quirk!? And what the hell is this stuff made of!?"

"I erased it temporarily," Aizawa said while he pulled his scarf. "And this is a capture tool made of carbon fibers and a special alloy wire. This is UA, there's no room for assaulting classmates. So think rationally. Furinji used his full power, end of story, understand? Let's move on to the other events."

"Erased it?" Izuku muttered, until he spotted that around Aizawa's neck was a pair of goggles that were hidden. "You're that underground hero Eraserhead! Your Quirk lets you nullify emitter and transformation type Quirks!"

"Correct, now let's get back on track," Aizawa said, releasing Katsuki and deactivating his Quirk. "Now that Furinji's shown what he can do at his full power, it's important to know our limits. We'll be testing all of them with the standard physical tests to see where you stand with using your powers compared to when you couldn't."

"So we really get to use our Quirks!?" Eijiro shouted, excitedly.

"That's so cool!" Mina said, as the mood changed from stunned awe to excited chatter.

"I'm gonna go all out for this! This is great!" Denki said, pumping his fist into the air.

"I don't know if any of us is gonna outperform that, but it'll be awesome to let use my Quirk for once!" Hanta said, as the class chattered excitedly.

"'Cool'? 'Great'? 'Awesome'? Is that what you think?" Aizawa muttered, as the class's chatter died down. "How 'awesome' do you it is then that whoever's last place across the board is going to be expelled?"

"Wait, what!?" the class collectively shouted.

"That's not fair!" Gumi cried out.

"Yea, this is the first day, you can't just-" Ochako protested.

"Are natural disasters fair? Are vehicular accidents fair? Are villains fair?" Aizawa said, cutting them all off. "You're all here to become heroes. Disaster is always a hair's breadth away. Nothing in life is truly 'fair'. If you don't take anything seriously, then you have no right to be in the Hero Course. Now get prepared, we'll be starting with the 50 meter dash. Iida, Asui, you two are going first."

"Man, he is not holding back, huh?" Hiroshi said, crossing his arms as he joined with Momo and Kyoka.

"Yea, but hey, expulsion would be a good motivator to give this our best, I suppose," Kyoka said.

"That should be quite easy for you, Hiroshi, since your skills with Hayate are quite remarkable," Momo said. "Though is it wise to use it for something like this?"

"He said he wanted me to use my full power, and I did," Hiroshi pointed out. "Plus, most of the Hero Course teachers are in on this now, too. So I think that we'll be telling our classmates soon too-"

"Hey!" Gumi said, walking over to Hiroshi. "You're the guy that helped me and those other people at the entrance exam, right? I recognize that armor of yours!"

"Huh- Oh! Yea, yea, that's right," Hiroshi said, snapping his fingers as he recognized the girl.

"Yep! Thanks for taking out the Zero Pointer. But man, that was nuts, seeing you get that sword out," Gumi said. "Just what is it?"

"It's.. complicated," Hiroshi said, as he stared at Hayate. "For now, let's just say that this is a very, very special power."

Elsewhere, at an uncertain location

"The time for a new story is upon us," an armored man said, his voice garbled by some sort of modulator. He wore a metallic purple bodysuit with black and gold accents, and a black and gold waistcoat on the right side of his waist. Around his waist was a purple belt with a strange buckle that holding an opened metal book, and two holsters on both sides. The left holster held a sword with a gold serrated blade and metallic purple grip and guard. He had silver torso armor and round silver shoulder armor on his left arm, but on his right arm a large black dragon head with a silver visor and red slits rested on his right shoulder. His helmet was black with a purple plate on his forehead, with black fin-like horns on the right side of his head, a silver visor that matched the one on the dragon head, and a blade-like horn that resembled his sword.

He walked to a painting on the wall, and pressed on its frame. The painting slid away, revealing a large bookcase that held dozens of small metal books. He pulled out two books from the bookcase before the painting slid back into place covering it.

"About time, really. We've waited too long for this moment," an armored woman said, her voice similarly garbled. She wore a gray bodysuit with fishnet-like patterning. Her maroon thigh armor gave her the impression of wearing baggy pants that stopped at the knee, with maroon armor plates on her shins and maroon shoes on her feet. A maroon skirt was around her waist that was held up by a silver belt with a black buckle, and like the purple man, had two holsters on both sides. A maroon breastplate protected her chest, and resembled a maroon spider hugging her, with four green eyes at her collarbone. Similarly, her shoulder armor resembled two small maroon spiders perched on her shoulders. On her left arm she only had a simple black short glove with a maroon wristband on her hand, while on her right arm, she had a maroon armored gauntlet with purple accents on her forearm, which was attached to a black handle in her right hand. A blade rested above the back of her hand, and on the elbow of her gauntlet was an open metal book similar to the armored man's. Her helmet resembled a spider, with its 'legs' forming a visor, a short thin 'ponytail' running down the back, and around her neck was a scarf that split into five long strands at the end. On the forehead of her helmet, a blade-like horn that resembled her gauntlet's stuck out.

She turned to six people sitting at a table. Two of them were men that shared similar clothes, wearing black leather jackets, leather pants, and turtlenecks, but that was where the similarities ended. One of them was adorned with chains on his sleeves, a gray turtleneck, dull blue spikey hair, red eyes, and squarish glasses. The other had a red turtleneck, neatly combed black hair, and amber eyes. Another was a woman with long wild yellow hair that was tied back in a barely contained ponytail, with an open fur-lined vest, a sarashi around her torso, and black leather pants. The curly blondish-brown haired man sitting next to her was similar, though his vest had no fur, was zipped up halfway without a shirt, and brown pants. The last two were men dressed in cloaks, but their styles were completely different. One was a green-haired man with a short braid behind his right ear, purple eyes, and was dressed in a cloak similar to that of a Christian priest, with a red sash around his waist. The other was a black-haired man with short hair, with the exception of one very long segment on the left side of his head, and wore a cloak similar to that of a Taoist priest.

"Don't you all agree?"

"So who're the Mamonos that you think we should release first, Calibur?" the green-haired man asked. The armored man walked towards the two wearing black leather jackets, and handed them the books 'Gansekiou Golem' and 'Silent Zilant'.

"Golem and Zilant, huh?" the blue-haired man said, pushing his glasses up. "Not what I'd imagine as the first choices. What do you think, Legeiel?"

"Golem and Zilant are strong enough, so they'll get the work done," the man in the red turtleneck replied.

"Bullshit! Why is it that we're releasing two Phantom Beast Mamonos!?" the woman growled, baring her fanglike teeth. "Why not an Animal Mamono too!?"

"Yea, I want to see one of ours rampage instead!" the man next to her said.

"It doesn't matter," the Taoist-dressed man said, shaking his head. "It only matters that this new story begins."

"We'll let the next Mamono be an Animal, if that satisfies you, Zooous, Animalia," the green-haired man suggested.

"Fine, I guess that's good enough Fabel," Animalia answered, as she turned around and sulked.

"We'll make sure that the one we choose will be better than Golem or Zilant," Zooous said.

"Hm, quite. So I suppose I'll join the two then-" the armored woman began to say.

"No, allow me, Katara."

The armored woman turned around, and another armored person entered the room. Out of the three armored people there, he was the most knight-like in appearance. He wore white and black armor, with a bulky triangular left shoulder pad with blue trim, while a bulky rectangular shoulder pad with red trim was on his right. He had a vaguely draconic right gauntlet with blue trim while his left was a simple white gauntlet with blue trim, and black gloves. His torso armor had a large protective collar with a gap in the front, and was colored white on the top and front, with a black back and sides. Two gold triangular points came off his torso armor, with their bottom points pointing to a silver ring that had the image of a blue Earth with black continents in the center.

His bodysuit was black, with the exception of his arms, with his left arm being a metallic blue and his right arm being a metallic red. He had white thigh armor with silver trim, and he had black and white boots. In his left hand was a white heater shield with gold trim and a silver stripe down the middle, and a silver knight-like visor that had a dark blue rhombus-shaped gem at the top. A sword was stored in the shield, which had a strange dock-like device with one of the strange metal books. His helmet resembled his shield, with 9 vertical slits, one in the center, and four on both sides. The second-to-last slits on both sides of his visor, however, had two slash-like crystals, the right being red and the left being blue. The horn on his helmet was shaped like a silver double-edged sword with blue trimmed edges and a red crystal-like center.

"I shall join Golem and Zilant to create new Alter Ride Books, as well as fight any Sword of Logos member foolish enough to interfere."

"Oh? You want to go, Arondight?" Fabel said, intrigued.

"Is there a problem with that?" the swordsman asked, looking at him. "My Seiken and books are among the most powerful there is."

"No no, I don't have a problem, I was just a little intrigued. After you are our newest member," the green-haired man, Fabel, replied, shrugging. "This can serve as a test to see how much you've grown in the half year you've been with us. So I suppose that you should stay put, Katara."

"Hm, and here I was, looking forward to letting Dokuyaku have some exercise," Katara said, shaking her head. "Well, I suppose that'll be for another time."

"You should remember not to underestimate any of them, Arondight," Calibur warned him. "Do not rely too much on the raw power of your Seiken and Wonder Ride Books alone. You must also rely on your own swordsmanship."

"There is no need to worry, I assure you, Calibur," Arondight replied. "After all, they lost most of their own trained Seiken holders all those years ago, did they not?"

"True, but do try to make sure you protect Golem and Zilant. There are only so many times we can open an Alter Ride Book before it slumbers to recharge its power," the Taoist-like man said. "What a conundrum, having to use Alter Ride Books to make more Alter Ride Books."

"Of course, Storious," Arondight replied.

"If that's all settled, let's be on our way," Legeiel said, snapping his fingers. A page-like portal appeared, and he and Syth walked towards it. "We have to find a suitable place to release Golem after all."

Arondight nodded, and the three walked through the portal, before its pages scattered. Fabel and Storious turned around and faced a pair of strange devices. They were a pair of wooden hands that were suspended in the air by strings attached to wooden tripods. Both held quills, and underneath them were two blank books.

"Our new story is about to begin," Storious said, as one of the hands began to scratch their quills against the paper of the book.

Gym Gamma

This was not good. Izuku had yet to do something impressive in the Quirk Apprehension Test. He's certainly improved since middle school, but it wasn't enough to keep him from consistently placing low in each successive test. He was sweating heavily, and his teeth clattered nervously.

"You alright?" Hiroshi asked, startling Izuku. The teen was still in his support gear, or whatever his Quirk was (Izuku was still trying to wrap his head around it). "You've been looking pretty nervous this entire time, um, Midoriya, right?"

"Y-Yea, just... just tense, that's all," Izuku said. "I've just been trying to figure out how to use my Quirk effectively for these tests..."

"So what's the problem?" Hiroshi asked, crossing his arms.

"I-It's just that my Quirk's super powerful, but using it... breaks my bones," Izuku admitted, his gaze on the ground as they watched the others finish their turns.

"Really? It's that powerful?"

"I-It's only because I got my Quirk recently! We thought that I was Quirkless, but mine came this year!"

"Really now?" Hiroshi said, crossing his arms. That was strange. He and his friends were very familiar with the ins and outs of Quirklessness. Late life Quirk manifestation was incredibly rare. Something felt off about that, but he'll figure that out later. He glanced over to Momo and Kyoka who overheard them, and saw that they were also puzzled by the admission.

"Yea. I haven't had a lot of time to, well, fully train it, but I'm hoping that since I'm here in UA now, that I can get a better hold of it," Izuku said.

"So I guess that it's really powerful, then, since I heard about how another applicant destroyed a Zero Pointer like I did," Hiroshi said. "That was you?"

"Y=Yea, that was me. I did hear that there was a second person who did that, too. Why did you destroy a Zero Pointer?" Izuku asked.

"Probably the same reason as you," Hiroshi said, shrugging. "To save some people from being crushed by it."

Weeks Ago, At the Entrance Exam Practical

"Alright, that 17 Points now," Hiroshi said, after using his wind powers to lift a 2 Pointer and 3 Pointer into the air and made them crash down. "This is going well, I think."

This was it. The accumulation of his hard work over a year and a half after resonating with the Twin Swords of Wind Hayate. It was still weird to think, that his older brother who was named after them didn't resonate with them, but that he did. It wasn't an easy road, especially with Kana and Hayate being reluctant to teach him how to use his wind abilities because was still 'their helpless Quirkless brother'. It took getting their parent to get them to agree to train him. At least sword training was fruitful. He got to learn a lot of different sword techniques, even with styles that didn't fit Hayate.

"Hey Hiroshi! You doing alright?" Kyoka said, joining him after destroying a 3 Pointer herself. She was the niece of one of the Seiken swordsmen that he met while training with him. The two got along pretty well, to the point that she ended up joining his friend group of Fuka, Setsuna, Tsubasa, and Momo, and integrated with them with no problem.

"Yea, got 17 Points. They're making this real hard, though," Hiroshi said, as they looked around. "Can't tell how many robots there are or where they are... we should keep-"

A loud alarm rang off, and the two turned to see a giant robot lumbering from down the street.

"Holy SHIT!" Kyoka said, as applicants began running away. She turned to join them, when she noticed that Hiroshi was running the other way. "Hiroshi, what are you-"

She turned to look back, and saw that there was a girl with big horns that had tripped, and two girls, one with orange hair and a big ponytail on the side of her head and one with pink skin and hair were trying to help her up, but the robot was getting too close for comfort.

Hiroshi held his right arm out and summoned Hayate in a gust of wind, and pulled out Sarutobi Ninjaden, inserting it into Hayate's dock. There wasn't any time to hesitate. Even if the robot didn't crush them (he doubted that they'd let it), the rubble around would and could.

"Sarutobi Ninjaden! A whirlwind hiding in the shadows! Now come out with various techniques..."

"Transform!" Hiroshi shouted, pulling Hayate apart and his armor forming around him. "Sarutobi Ninjaden! Divide the two swords! With one hand, shuriken! With two hands, twin sword style! Twin Swords of Wind Hayate! From the scroll of gales, the twin swords of the Kouga Wind Path defeat the enemy with godly fast ninjutsu!"

Hiroshi threw his right sword at the Zero Pointer. It spun through the air, and lodged itself into its armor, the wind from his throw pushing it back a bit. He reached down to his belt's holster and pulled out Kobuta 3Kyoudai, scanning it three times in his left sword.

"Kobuta 3Kyoudai! Ninnin ninin! Hayate Speed Reading Strike! Nin Ninninin! "

"Let's go! Hurricane Skill! Big Bad Bluster!" Hiroshi shouted, leaping towards the Zero Pointer. He grabbed and pulled his right sword out of the robot before a powerful gale formed around his feet, which he used to kick and launch the robot away with. Before anyone could process what was happening, he began spinning around in the air and created a small tornado. He drew in all of the rubble that was falling while somehow not dragging a single person into it. Hiroshi released the tornado, which collided with the Zero Pointer and knocked it further from where anyone else was. The rubble collided with the Zero Pointer, breaking apart its armor plating as it fell backwards.

Hiroshi landed on the ground as people stared at him. "Okay, so that was zero points... whatever, there's-"

"Time's up, viewers! " Present Mic announced, his voice echoing from the intercom.

"- no more time," Hiroshi muttered, pulling out Sarutobi Ninjaden. His armor and Hayate disappeared, and he crossed his arms. "Shit... 17 points is definitely not going to be enough to pass, is it?"

"Are you nuts, Hiroshi!?" Kyoka hissed, walking up to the teen and jabbing him with her earlobes. People murmured, though Hiroshi paid them no mind. "Did you really need to use Hayate to do that!? You could've just used your wind powers to pick them up!"

"Yea, maybe you're right," Hiroshi said, rubbing the back of his head sheepishly as everyone got led out of the examination grounds. "But I'd rather give it my all to save people than keep a secret, you know?"

"Well hopefully no one's gonna ask too many questions about what you just did," Kyoka said. crossing her arms.

"I registered Hayate as support gear, so there shouldn't be too many questions, right?" Hiroshi said, shrugging.

"So just what is your Quirk exactly?" Izuku asked. "I've never seen OR heard about a Quirk that could-"

"Midoriya, you're up," Aizawa said, startling the green-haired boy a bit. "Softball pitch. Show me what you can do."

"Y-Yes, sir!" Izuku said, running up to the pitching circle. Aizawa sighed as he looked at Hiroshi again, who was still in his armored form.

"Furinji's a little too cocky with that Seiken of his," he thought, crossing his arms. "But at the very least he understands how to use it, and that he's taking this seriously."

Aizawa muttered to himself as he looked at Izuku, and thought back to when he and the other teachers saw everything. "Unlike this kid..."

Weeks Ago, at the Observation Room

"What the heck was that!?" Goldminer said, as the teachers went into a frenzy over not only the fact that two different applicants just destroyed Zero Pointers, but over Hiroshi's support gear and Quirk. They had never seen something like his before. It would've been one thing to be able to create a sword from wind like that, but to instantly change into a hero costume as well? Unheard of. "That kid's application mentioned a support gear he needed to use, but I didn't think it was something like THAT!"

"What an incredible Quirk..." Midnight said, her hand on her chin in thought.

"I want to know where he got that support gear!" Power Loader said, barely holding back his awe. "I've never seen such powerful and advanced support gear!"

"Just what was that, Principal Nezu?" All Might said to the rodent principal, who was unfazed by what he saw.

"Well, I think we should ask Buster about it, seeing as Mr. Hiroshi Furinji is one of his young charges," Principal Nezu said, turning to the Genbu-themed hero, who sighed.

"Wait, is he your apprentice?" Goldminer asked.

"Sort of," Buster answered. "And I always wanted to tell you all this, but I only recently got permission."

Buster then told them all about the Wonder World, the Sword of Logos that he and Nezu were a part of, their war against the Megid, the 17 Seiken (apparently 5 of them had been lost earlier in the war centuries ago), and the Wonder Ride Books, and how two students, Hana Sunagami and Gerard Kagami, were members as well. All Might had to fight against his jaw dropping upon hearing all of this.

"So wait, you two have been a part of a secret swordsmen guild this entire time?" Snipe asked. "This all sounds like somethin' out of an RPG."

"Technically swordfighters, since we have female members too," Buster said. "But yea, that's right."

"Indeed!" Principal Nezu laughed. "I'm not a swordfighter myself, but I've played a role in monitoring and supporting Buster and his young charges."

"If this is a secret, then why are you telling us?" Midnight asked.

"Well, for one, I was let in on All Might getting weaker, so it's only fair," Buster said, pointing to the skeletal man. "Secondly, our leader Sophia has been noticing some strange activities that might be related to the Megid, so it was decided that we needed to get some pros involved so that we don't have to worry about the legalities of this."

"I don't approve," Aizawa said, narrowing his eyes. "Just because Hiroshi Furinji is a member of this guild-"

"The judges don't know anything about the Sword of Logos. They won't be affected by Hiroshi's position as Kenzan. So don't worry about any favoritism, Eraserhead," Buster said. "But I have a feeling that he's gonna get in on his own merits like Sunagami and Kagami."

"Hm, fine. Any other Seiken holders we should expect?" Aizawa said.

"Two more, the newest Espada from Ketsubutsu and Sabela from Shiketsu. Their grades and credits are more than enough to get transferred for their 3rd year here," Buster said. "Just have to get that paperwork finished, though."

"Which ones are those again?" Vlad King asked.

"Espada's the one who holds the Sword of Thunders Ikazuchi, and Sabela's the one who holds the Sword of Wise Smoke Noroshi."

"Well, in any case, Furinji better not neglect training his Quirk as well," Aizawa said. Buster chortled at the words. "What so funny, Buster?"

"Sorry, but you don't need to worry about him neglecting Quirk training," Buster explained. "Hiroshi's Quirkless."

:"... you're pulling our legs, right?" Goldminer said.

"Nope, the boy's truly Quirkless," Buster said.

"Buster, that's reckless!" Midnight admonished. "Without a Quirk, he's-"

"- taken down a Zero Pointer," Buster finished. "You shouldn't need to worry. Once a person gets a Seiken, they gain the ability to use its element untransformed with weakened power. And he's trained with his siblings, Green Wind Hayate and Hurrikana. So he's about as good as someone with a trained wind Quirk now."

"Wait, so his sword is named Hayate, and he has a brother named Hayate?" Snipe said.

"It's a long story," Buster waved off. "And don't try erasing his wind if he gets into your class, Aizawa. It won't work, it's magic, not a Quirk."

"We'll see about that," Aizawa muttered, mentally preparing himself to deal with a potentially foolhardy teen. Since he never received Quirk counseling, he must've let the power get to his head.

"I'm surprised by how levelheaded he's been while using his full power. There's been moments of slight cockiness, but so far it's not getting to his head," Aizawa thought. "I suppose being in a family steeped in heroism like his helped him stay humble."

Izuku took a deep breath. It's now or never. He had to use his Quirk and get this softball out of here. If he didn't he was going to expelled the first day. All that work with All Might would've gone to waste.

"My arm might get broken, but I have no choice!" Izuku thought, rearing his arm back. "Here's go nothing!"

Izuku threw the ball with all of his might. It landed only 46 meters away.

"W-Wha-?"

"Did you really think I'd let you break your arms and legs here?" Aizawa said, his eyes having turned red and his hair standing up. "The judges and teachers saw how you broke an arm and both legs. It was irrational to let you join just because of how powerful your Quirk is. Were you hoping that someone like Recovery Girl would come and heal you up?"

"I-It's not like that, I just-"

"You have the same sort of reckless streak as a certain hero I know. Only he had the power to back him up. Your power lets you only save one person. You'll be an inconvenience to other heroes because now they'll have to help another person in addition to civilians."

Aizawa sighed, and deactivated his Quirk. "If you don't figure out something on your own, expect to be out of here before the end of the day."

Izuku gulped, and began going over ideas after ideas about what he could do in his brain. "There's no way I can handle One for All at full power with my entire arm! But I can't give up! Not yet! If I can't use my entire arm-"

"Hmph, Deku's going to get cut like the loser he is," Katsuki muttered, as Izuku prepared himself for his softball pitch.

"What makes you say that?" Tenya asked.

"He has no fucking Quirk, that's what!" Katsuki said. "I don't know what he did, but he couldn't have broken a fucking Zero Pointer."

"Hm..." Hiroshi muttered, crossing his arms in thought. He needed to see for himself what Izuku could do after telling him that he was Quirkless until recently.

"Bakugo isn't wrong in that he'll be getting cut," Aizawa thought, though he took another look at Izuku. "But it seems like he's not going to even bother with using his Quirk-"

"NOW!" Izuku shouted. Before he released his hold on the ball, he put all of One for All into his index finger, using it to launch the ball into the sky. His finger broke, but that was nothing compared to breaking his entire arm. The ball soared as Aizawa looked at the distance measurer.

"705.3 meters... this kid managed to figure that he could put all of his power into one finger instead of his entire arm... Not bad," Aizawa thought, smirking at Izuku.

"That certainly seems like he has a Quirk," Tenya said.

"Yea, I knew Curly Green could do it!" Ochako cheered.

"I can see how he could've destroyed a Zero Pointer now," Hiroshi said, though he rubbed his chin in thought. "But his finger really is broken, huh? I don't want to imagine how his arm would've looked-"

"DEEEEEEEEEKU!" Katsuki screamed, launching himself forward towards Izuku, an explosion prepared in his hands. "How the hell did you get that power you Quirkless ba-"

Aizawa's scarf soared and wrapped around Katsuki once again, and his Quirk was active. "Didn't I tell you that there's no room for assaulting classmates at UA, Bakugo? Don't make me repeat myself, otherwise you might be the one out of the Hero Course instead. I have no qualms about expelling any number of students."

"Y-Yes sir," Katsuki said, his voice muffled by how the scarf wrapped around his mouth.

"Alright then. We're moving on to the next event then. I will not tolerate anymore interruptions, understand?" Aizawa said, as the class gave him a resounding 'Yes'. He grabbed a bottle of eyedrops that was in his pocket, and dripped it into his eyes. "God, I'm getting dry eye here..."

Somewhere on a rooftop

Syth, Legeiel, and Arondight gazed over the city, looking down at the people passing by, living their pathetic day-to-day lives.

"How despicable," Arondight muttered. "These fools have no idea that their lives are nothing more than fabrications."

"It doesn't matter," Syth answered, as he opened 'Silent Zilant'. "Silent Zilant."

"Because this is where our new story starts," Legeiel said, opening 'Gansekiou Golem'. "Gansekiou Golem."

From the books, pages flew out and stacked onto each other, forming humanoid figures before scattering and revealing two monsters.

One of them was rocklike, and had a clay pot-like head with a screaming stone mask in front, with two giant stone hands holding onto its head, and a giant left hand. "Wake up, legend Megid clad in rock."

The other one was draconic in appearance, with hands that resembled chicken talons, red wings, and a long tail. "Wake up, legend Megid of the Kaban Lakes."

"How can we serve you, Lord Syth, Lord Legeiel?" the rocklike monster said, as it and the draconic monster bowed.

"We need you two to create us new Alter Ride Books," Legeiel said, as he and Syth handed the two blank white metal books. "Find suitable locations to do so."

"Of course, sir," Golem said, as he and Zilant took the books. Golem turned towards Arondight. "And what of you, sir?"

"I shall assist you in causing chaos to fill out those books," Arondight answered. "Now then, let's begin this new story."

Gym Gamma

"Alright, here are the results of your Quirk Apprehension Tests," Aizawa said, as a hologram screen popped up showing the students' placements. Hiroshi's armor and sword had dissipated, and everyone stared with anticipation, Izuku most of all. His gaze fell onto the last name on the list. His.

"Oh no, this is-" Izuku began to think.

"By the way, I lied about expelling last place," Aizawa said, as the class sans Hiroshi, Momo, and Kyoka, stared at him. A shit-eating smirk spread across the tired man's face. "It was a rational deception to get you all to give this your best."

"What!?" the class shouted.

"You guys didn't know?" Kyoka said, raising an eyebrow.

"Yea, it seemed kinda obvious that he was lying about that," Hiroshi said, shrugging.

"I guess we should've said something," Momo said, crossing her arms.

"So was threatening that Bakugo kid-?" Denki asked.

"That one was serious," Aizawa said, as his face immediately became stern. "I won't tolerate any fights outside of class, understand?"

"Yes sir," Katsuki grumbled.

"With that out of the way, everyone head back to the classroom," Aizawa said, turning around and walking away. "Your documents about the curriculum and classes are there. Midoriya, go to the nurse's office and get that finger healed."

"Y-Yes sir," Izuku said, as they began to head back to their classroom.

"Man, what a first day, huh?" Hiroshi said, his hands behind his head.

"Yea, I hope that this is about as exciting it'll get," Kyoka mumbled. "Could do with a little break. Hope we'll get lunch..."

Lunch Time, Cafeteria

"Huh, still haven't seen Izuku..." Touma said as he and Mei got out of the lunch line. "Whatever that homeroom teacher of theirs is making them do must've been hard..."

"Hopefully he didn't get kicked out," Mei said. "Isn't Eraserhead the teacher that likes to expel students he thinks aren't being serious?"

"Yea, Sunagami and Kagami in 3A said he expelled three of her classmates while he taught them," Touma replied. "That's insane to think about."

"Yep, Eraserhead's a tough teacher," Gerard said, walking past them with Hana. "He's always pushing you to be better and better. He never hesitates to expel kids who he thinks aren't up to the plate. At the very least those kids managed to get into a different hero school, last time I heard."

"At the very least the other teachers aren't as oppressively strict," Hana muttered. "I still have nightmares about him busting into our classroom and expelling me."

"Yikes," Mei said, shuddering. "Glad that he's not in charge of us General Studies students."

"Well, let's forget about Eraserhead," Gerard said, as they found a table. "We're out of his class now, so we have nothing to worry about."

"Yea, you're right," Hana said, sighing. They moved on from the topic of the first year hero classes, though Touma would shift his eyes around, still trying to find his cousin.

Later, at the Front Gate

Izuku sighed as he stumbled slightly. Getting his finger healed by Recovery Girl was exhausting. Apparently her healing only boosts a body's natural healing process through stamina. And that if he uses too much stamina, he might just die from it instead.

"She probably was the one who healed my injuries at the entrance exam," Izuku thought, when Tenya came from behind him and put his hand on his shoulder. He jumped from the sudden contact.

"Is your finger alright, Midoriya?" Tenya asked.

"Y-Yea, it'll finish up healing tonight, so it's no problem," Izuku said.

"To think, that our homeroom teacher would deceive us so! But I suppose he's a sign that UA expects the best out of us!" Tenya said, when Touma and Mei jogged up to Izuku.

"Hey, Izuku, how was your first day of class?" Touma asked, when he noticed his cousin's broken finger. "Oh dang, already breaking bones?"

"I-It's nothing! I just... I figured out a way to use my Quirk's power, but I still need to get better at regulating it," Izuku said.

"Oh hey you two!" Ochako said, jogging over to them. "Tenya Iida and... Deku Midoriya, right?"

Izuku flinched a bit before Touma narrowed his eyes. "His name's Izuku."

"Really? But that Bakugo guy yelled that out," Ochako said.

"It's insult from him," Touma sighed. "He's been bullying Izuku for years now, and he uses that to call him useless."

"Bullying!? Someone like that is in UA!?" Tenya said, aghast. "I knew he was crass and rude, but to stoop down to bullying!? How revolting!"

"Oh, I... I didn't know," Ochako said, rubbing the back of her head. "I just kinda thought it had a 'I can do it' sort of feel."

"Y-You can call me Deku!" Izuku said, his face a furious red.

"Midoriya!" Tenya scolded.

"Izuku you don't need to let someone use an insult as a nickname just because they're a cute girl," Touma said dryly, making Ochako blush now.

"Yea, it's my bad... by the way, who're you?" Ochako said, finally realizing that Touma and Mei were strangers.

"I'm Touma Kamiyama, Izuku's cousin," Touma said.

"And I'm Mei Sudo, Touma's future editor for his stories!" Mei said, puffing her chest out in pride.

"Future editor- Oh! Are you the guy that won that big writing contest a while back?" Ochako said, recognizing the name.

"Yep, that's me."

"Wow! A lot of people I know were talking about it! You had some really great stories!"

"Thanks. Wanted to be in the Hero Course, but that didn't pan out, so I decided to become a writer. A couple of the stories have been based on some dreams I've had," Touma said. He reached into his pocket, and pulled out Brave Dragon. "And this little guy's been at the center of them."

"Oh! That's where I remember that!" Izuku said, snapping his fingers. "You had one of those little books too!"

"Too? There's someone else who has one?" Touma said, puzzled.

"Yea, Hiroshi Furinji! He's in our class!" Ochako said. "It's wild, he used a little book like that with a sword to change into armor!"

"It was quite astounding to watch! To think that support gears advanced as that could exist!"

"Really..." Touma muttered. So more books like Brave Dragon exist? What did that mean?

At a rooftop near UA

"This looks like a suitable area to absorb into this blank book," Golem said, surveying the area. "Shall we split up to do different areas, Zilant?"

Zilant nodded, and began to hop rooftop to rooftop, away from Golem and Arondight.

"Hm... UA High..." Arondight said, seeing the school from a distance.

"Is something the matter, Master Arondight?" Golem asked.

"You've picked an area that is full of hero students and teachers. Even if the Megids and us Seiken holders are superior in every way, you will run into trouble," Arondight noted. "Since Zilant is the strongest of you two, I shall join you in taking down that school. It is nothing but a bastion of brainwashing, and it shall fall."

"Alright, Master Arondight," Golem nodded, flipping the blank white book open.

Classroom 1B

"Man, today was really boring, huh?" Setsuna said, as she, Fuka, and Tsubasa packed their bags. "Most exciting thing we saw was Hiroshi just going full force at whatever 1A was doing instead."

"Yea, I wonder what that was all about," Tsubasa said, rubbing her chin in thought.

"Maybe his homeroom teacher wanted him to show off," Fuka joked, when someone poked her shoulder.

"Excuse me," she said as they turned to her. She was an orange-haired girl who tied her long hair into a ponytail on the side of her head, and she was accompanied by a girl with long blond hair and big horns. "Do you guys know anything about that green tornado? You three're talking like you do."

"Yep, that was my older brother Hiroshi," Fuka explained.

"Oh, so you're his twin?"

"No, I'm a full year younger. I just skipped grades," Fuka said. "Why're you asking?"

"Well, we were all at the same testing ground for the practical, and he saved us from being crushed by the Zero Pointer," the orange-haired girl explained. "And well, we didn't get the chance to thank him for that."

"Oh, you're the guys he helped?" Setsuna said, grinning. "What a small world! Glad to see that you guys did well enough to get in!"

"Yea, I'm Itsuka Kendo," the orange-haired girl introduced herself.

"I'm Pony Tsuntori!" the horned girl said.

"Fuka Furinji," Fuka said.

"Setsuna Tokage!"

"T-Tsubasa Tensou."

"Anyway, can we tag along with you for a bit to meet him?" Itsuka asked.

"Yea sure, no problem," Fuka said, as they walked out of the room, and saw him walking out of his homeroom. "Speaking of which-"

"Hey you guys, what's up?" Hiroshi said, as Momo, Kyoka, and Gumi followed him.

"It really is you!" Pony said, pointing at Hiroshi. "Thanks for what you did at the testing ground?"

"What I did at the- Oh! You're one of the people that I stopped the Zero Pointer from crushing!" Hiroshi said, snapping his fingers the second he recognized her.

"And us, too," Itsuka said. "That was real crazy of you to do. That sort of power's what I'd expect a pro to help."

"Oh dang, it really is all of you that I helped," Hiroshi said. "Glad to see you all made it in."

"Yea, no thanks to you saving our butts," Itsuka said. "That rubble probably would've done us in if the robot didn't."

"I know, right?" Gumi said.

"Hey, you were there with us!" Itsuka said.

"Yep! Looks like we all got in, huh?" Gumi said, grinning.

"Yea, it was no problem at all. I'm glad that I helped out," Hiroshi said, as they walked together towards the shoe lockers, chatting away. When they got out in the courtyard and out the front gate, Hiroshi saw Izuku talking with Tenya and Ochako, along with two 3rd years, a very tall boy and a short girl.

"Hey, Midoriya, is your finger alright?" Hiroshi said, walking up to him and noticing his bandaged finger. The green-haired boy jumped up a bit before turning to face Hiroshi.

"O-Oh, hi Furinji. It's nothing, it'll heal up soon," Izuku answered, when he saw the big group of students that was with him.

"Wow, it seems like you're already popular, Furinji!" Ochako said.

"Yea, I guess so," Hiroshi chuckled. He pointed to Tsubasa, Fuka, and Setsuna. "That's my sister Fuka, and our friends Tsubasa and Setsuna."

"We're in 1B," Fuka stated. "And these are our classmates."

"So you're Hiroshi Furinji?" the tall boy said. "I'm Touma Kamiyama, Izuku's cousin."

"Yep, that's me," Hiroshi said, nodding.

"Kamiyama? Did you write that book 'Story of the Sword'?" Fuka asked.

"Yep, that's me. That book's a lot more popular than I thought it would."

"It's a good book!" Gumi said. "And it's not everyday you get to see a high school author's book get so popular, too!"

"Thanks. Oh! By the way," Touma said. He held out Brave Dragon, showing it to Hiroshi. "Do you know what this is? It's been a part of the dreams I've been having that I based my stories on."

"What the- How did you get your hands on that?" Hiroshi said, eyes wide as Momo, Kyoka, Fuka, and Tsubasa joined him.

"I've just... always had it for some reason," Touma said, rubbing the back of his head. "It's something important, but I just don't know what it is..."

"Well, uh, I don't know how to explain it- Huh?" Hiroshi looked up to the sky, and noticed that there were page-like energy projections flipping through the sky. "Uh oh."

"What's going on!?" Pony said, as they all looked up to the sky.

"Man, today's been pretty boring, huh?" Hana said, as they walked out of the school and into the courtyard.

"Yea, I'm looking forward to getting back to Northern Base," Gerard said, when they spotted Hiroshi and his friends (along with some new people) at the entrance talking with Touma and Mei. "Oh hey, there's Hiroshi."

"Wonder why he and Kamiyama are talking," Hana said, when they saw Touma pull out a red metal book. "Wait, is that-"

"It can't be," Gerard said, as they stopped and stared at it. "How does he have that? And when did he get it!?"

"We should-"

"Hey, Sunagami! Kagami!"

The two turned around and saw Nejire waving at them as she and Tamaki walked up to them, along with their friend in 3B, a muscular blond boy with pie-eyes named Mirio Togata. "Heading to the station? Wanna go get something to snack on before we all go to our homes?"

"Uh, yea, sure, but Gerard and I have to talk to Kamiyama about something right now," Hana said, pointing to Touma nd the first years around him.

"Seems like Kamiyama's popular now," Mirio laughed. "Guess his book's reached some first years."

"Yea, that's not exactly it-" Gerard said, when he and the others saw page-like projections flipping through the sky. "Oh boy...", as more students and pedestrians looked up.

"Whoooooa, what's that!? It's so weird!" Nejire said, as rainbow light shined in the sky.

Conference Room

"So, it's begun," Principal Nezu said, as he watch the sky change. Rainbow light began to feel the sky, and flying creatures of all kinds soared and roared.

"Damn, it seems like they opened another book elsewhere," Buster said, checking his phone. "I'll have to go there, it seems like the Mamono over there is stronger than the one here from the data I'm getting sent."

"So you're gonna leave the one in this section up to the little rascals?" Snipe said, as the teachers stood up and saw the change in scenery.

"Yea, they're capable enough, I trust them," Buster answered. "They've been training for a while, you know."

Buster pulled out a metal book with the title 'Book Gate' on its cover. "Book Gate!"

Buster flipped the cover open, and a large book-like portal opened. "Open Gate!"

"Good luck, everyone!" Buster said, as he ran through the book portal. The book snapped shut, and vanished.

"Alright then, the rest of you, go out and lead as many people as you can to UA with the Pages," Principal Nezu said. "This will be the safest place for them, as well as making it easier for the Pages to come and change their memories."

The teachers nodded, and they rushed out. All Might had stuck around for a bit more, his fist tight.

"So they're just going to go and brazenly show themselves, are they?" All Might said, as he began to bulk up. "Not if I have anything to say about it!"

"Take care of yourself, All Might," Principal Nezu said, as All Might rushed out of the room. "I hope Mr. Furinji and the others are prepared for their first battle against the Megids..."

"What's happening in the sky!?" Ochako shouted, as shining rainbow light filled the sky, and creatures of all types, dragons, birds, insects, everything, soared in the air.

"This is so amazing! I've never seen anything like this! What Quirk is this!?" Mei said, as she began taking pictures of the sky.

"Is that really the right response to this!? Someone's Quirk is-" Touma began to say, when he took another look around . "... Why does this place feel... familiar?"

"This isn't a Quirk, but it is dangerous!" Hiroshi said, as he checked his phone. He opened an app, and located something on it. "Damn, seems like two sections got taken here. Mr. Ogami might've gone to the other one, since that one seems more powerful... you guys go back into UA!"

"Wait are you-" Itsuka said, when Hiroshi ran off, though he didn't have to go far. A rocklike villain was walking towards them. His head was shaped like a clay pot with a screaming mask on the front, two giant hands on his head, and a giant left hand.

"You all shall be the sacrifices for our new world," the villain said, as a panel on his torso glowed. Sickly purple 'pages' flew off his chest, and from them, strange beings grew from them. "Now, die-"

"I don't think so," Hiroshi said, as wind formed around his right arm and Hayate appeared in his right hand. He pulled Sarutobi Ninjaden from his pocket and flipped it open.

"Sarutobi Ninjaden! A whirlwind hiding in the shadows! Now come out with various techniques..."

"Wait, are you seriously going to commit vigilantism-" Tenya said, shocked.

"This is a little more complicated than you think! Fuka, you and the others lead them out of here and explain everything to them!" Hiroshi said, inserting Sarutobi Ninjaden into Hayate and pulling it apart. "There's no way I can protect all of them here on my own!"

"Sarutobi Ninjaden! Divide the two swords! With one hand, shuriken! With two hands, twin sword style! Twin Swords of Wind Hayate! From the scroll of gales, the twin swords of the Kouga Wind Path defeat the enemy with godly fast ninjutsu!" the swords announced, as Hiroshi slashed the air and his armor and visor formed.

"Come on, let's-" Fuka said, when the minions blocked their way, preventing their escape. As they backed away, an arrow of light flew at them, striking several villains before bouncing around and hitting more until most of them were down, as if it were being reflected by mirrors.

"Don't worry, Hiroshi, you got us here to help!" a voice said. Hiroshi turned to glance over his shoulder, and saw Hana and Gerard running towards them, with a sword-like crossbow in Gerard's hands and a belt around his waist.

"Oh?" the villain said, as the two 3rd years joined Hiroshi. "So, this is what the Sword of Logos has resorted to, is it? Kids holding Seiken. How pathetic."

"Well these 'kids' are going to kick your ass!" Hana said, as she and Gerard pulled out their own little metal books from their pockets, and flipped them open.

"Reign of Pharaohs! A certain country of sand was once ruled by great men and women who were granted divinity..." Hana's sand brown book announced. A spiral of sand formed around her right hand until a golden khopesh formed in it.

"Man in the Mirror! There once was a reflection that came to life..." Gerard's white yellow book announced. The crossbow in his hand sparkled as he closed his book's cover and scanned it on the handguard. "Mirror Read!"

The two inserted their books into their swords. Hana's went into the large square pommel of her khopesh, and Gerard's into the belt around his waist. When they were inserted, two giant projections of their books formed behind them.

"Transform!" the three shouted. Hana pulled the trigger of her khopesh's handle, and Gerard pressed a button on top of his belt with the end of his crossbow's handle. The two books opened, as well as the giant projections of them.

Hana made a checkmark-shaped slash with her khopesh, sandy energy flying away. Sand spiraled around her until a suit formed around her. Her bodysuit was a golden bronze, with white bandage-like armor around her forearms, chest, and calves. A blue collar with gold trim and a wing-like pattern formed around her neck and over her torso armor, and a skirt that appeared to be made of multiple bandages formed around her waist that was held up by a silver belt and large black belt buckle. Blue bracelets and anklets with gold trim formed around her wrists and ankles, as did similar shoulder armor. Her helmet was gold, and had a headdress that alternated between gold and blue stripes. On the forehead of her helmet were two red circular gems that were divided by a horn that resembled her khopesh's blade. The sandy slash energy flew back towards her, forming a V-shaped visor, the right side being longer than the left.

"Reign of Pharaohs! Carve the hieroglyphs! Dance in the sand! Reap in the sand! Reaping Sword of Dancing Sand Isago! Mummify! Mummify! The lands of sands are governed by the powers of the pharaohs!" the sword announced.

Gerard shot an arrow out of his crossbow, which became a glossy, almost glass-like, bolt of light. Four mirrors formed around him, each one passing over him and forming different parts of his armor. The first mirror created a silver bodysuit with a patch of dark gray running down the center of his body. The second mirror created his helmet, which was white with two silver circles on the sides, a long stripe that went from the chin of his helmet all the way to the back of his helmet, and a V-shaped fin that resembled his crossbow was on the forehead. The third mirror created white torso armor that had a large circular mirror on the chest, which had a simple black silhouette of a man form in it, and two reflective shoulder pads that had two wing-like capes. And the fourth mirror finally formed his gauntlets, which had two small mirror-like shields, and his boots, which had oval-shaped mirrors at the knees. The bolt of light flew back onto his helmet's face, forming a starburst-shaped visor that had an extended point in the front like an arrow could come out of his face.

"Dazzling Sword of Mirrors Ginkyou! Reflect! Reflect! Reflect and refract! Man in the Mirror! Ginkyou Publishing! Within the world of mirrors, exists a living reflection!" his belt announced.

"Alright, are you guys ready for our first Mamono fight!?" Hana said, as she pulled the handle of her sword, extending it and making the curved part of her sword's blade bend backwards, turning it into a scythe. "Reaping!"

"What the- there's more people like your brother!?" Itsuka asked, when more of the villain's minions appeared.

"Oh shoot! We were too busy watching them transform to escape!" Gumi said, as they all snapped back to reality. Just then, two other 3rd years came in, an energetic girl with long periwinkle hair and a dour boy with black cockatiel crest-like hair, attacking the minions. The girl fired waves of spiraling energy into them, while the boy's arm turned into a massive tentacle and slapped them away.

"Hey there!" the girl said cheerfully, as if unaware of the dire situation.

"Who're you!?" Tenya, getting overwhelmed with everything happening at once.

"Oh, I'm Nejire Hado! A third year! You all should get out of here! Let your seniors take care of this!"

"But-" Izuku said, when more minions came towards them from behind. All of a sudden, a blond-haired boy shot out from the ground, punching them all away.

"Our first day back at UA and we're already having to fight villains! Can't say I didn't expect this!" the boy said, laughing a bit.

"AAAAAAAAAH WHY ARE YOU NAKED!?" Kyoka screamed, covering her face at the sight of the naked blond boy's impressive physique. Mei also screamed and covered her eyes.

"Wha-" Hiroshi said, upon seeing the naked blond boy.

"I'm never going to get used to that," Hana muttered.

"Focus you guys!" Gerard scolded, as he fired his crossbow into the villain, who blocked it with his left hand. "Let them take care of the Shimi! We got a Mamono to take down!"

"R-Right!" Hiroshi replied, turning his attention back to the villain. "So what do we call you? Claypot? Bighands?"

"How dare you! I am Golem!" the villain shouted, as his giant hands on his head flew off towards them. Hiroshi connected his swords together into its shuriken mode, and threw it, knocking them away before it returned to his grip. "This place shall be sacrificed for our rightful world!"

"Not if we can say anything about it!" Hana shouted back, charging at the Mamono and swinging her scythe into his head, a trail of sand-like energy following the blade. The sand sparked against the villain's body, the force of the strike sending him flying back. Golem barely had time to recover when Hiroshi came soaring in and struck his shuriken against his shoulder. Meanwhile Gerard was keeping the giant stone hands busy, firing arrows of light that, while seemingly missing them, would bounce around and hit them. The others, on the other hand, were having difficulty trying to escape, having barely made progress to getting to UA, even though Gerard's light arrows would take down a few of them as they bounced around.

"Dang, these guys are hard to keep down!" Kyoka said, as she dodged the sword swipe of one of them.

"And more just keep coming! What's with them!?" Ochako cried. One of the Shimi managed to grab her before Izuku slugged it in the face with his nonbroken hand.

"Ow! That was really hard!" Izuku said, shaking the numbness out of his hand.

"What are you doing!? We can't fight them, we're only first years!" Tenya scolded.

"I-I didn't use my Quirk, so it's not a issue, right!?" Izuku said, as more came. "Oh no, what would All Might do-"

"Have no fear, FOR I AM HERE!" All Might announced, leaping down from the sky and slamming his fist into the ground. A shockwave of wind flew from him, knocking nearly everyone down, including Golem and the three armored teens.

"Gaaah!? Who is that!?" Golem growled, regaining his footing, only to get slashed by Hana and Hiroshi.

"You sprouts need to get out of here! You have my permission to use your Quirks, but only to defend yourselves!" All Might said, as he threw a punch, sending a wave of Shimi flying back with the air pressure. "Let your classmates handle that villain!"

"But Furinji's one of them-" Tenya said, pointing at Hiroshi.

"I know! This is a special situation, however, and he's already been granted permission to do so long ago!" All Might said, shocking everyone sans Hiroshi's preexisting friends.

"Wow, really?" Nejire said, as she blasted more Shimi away. "That's so cool! Why did he-"

"Hmph, so not only do we need to worry about the Sword, but also the Symbol of Peace?"

All Might and the teens turned to look at the new voice, and saw a knight-like armored man walking towards them. His armor was white with blue trim around his left arm, red trim around his right, and silver and gold down the midddle of his body. His left shoulder armor was triangular compared to his rectangular right one, while his right gauntlet was vaguely draconic in shape compared to his plain left one. His torso armor had two gold triangular points that pointed to a silver ring on his chest, which had the image of a blue Earth with blackened continents. His helmet had a visor with 13 slits, the two second-to-last ones having two slash-like crystals over them, the left blue and the right red. A blade-like horn rested above his visor. In his left hand was a large shield that resembled his helmet's face, down to having a visor itself, and a sword stored in it, which had a book similar to Hiroshi's and the others in it.

"UA is quite the problem. I suppose I should get rid of you and these children before taking their Seiken."

Elsewhere, in the second stolen section

Zilant fired a ball of energy into a building while the Shimi rampaged around him. The damaged building flaked away into paper shreds, and the book in its left hand was slowly turning black. He was about to make another one when someone on a large motor-trike rammed into him. The rider spun in a circle, firing off Gatling guns that were mounted on the front of the trike, blasting and destroying nearly all of the Shimi.

"So it was you that got released, huh Zilant? Yea, I can see why, you're definitely one of the stronger Mamonos the Megid have," Buster said, as he dismounted from his trike. He pulled off the sword on his back, and the two stared each other down. "... Yep, still living up to the 'Silent' part of your Alter Ride Book's title, I see."

Zilant charged at Buster, talons outstretched, and swiped at the heavily armored swordsman. Buster took the attack and swung his sword upwards into Zilant, striking him in the chest and launching the Mamono into the air, though he recovered by using his wings and took flight. He swooped down at Buster, who blocked each blow with his sword and armored gauntlets.

"Of course you'd fly, since I'm pretty landbound normally," Buster muttered, when he pulled out a teal green book. He removed the book that was in his sword, and replaced it with the teal green one. Zilant swooped in once again, but Buster pulled the trigger, opening the book up. Vines began to cover Buster's arms and head. "So let's change that."

"Jackun to Domamenoki! Slice in half! Smashing slash! Dogo! Dogo! Dogouken Gekdio! Gekido reprint! The absolutely armored large sword slashes through the giant beanstalk!" the sword announced. The vines scattered, revealing Buster's armor had transformed. His arms had silver plating with green circles lining the outer side of his forearms with bands of green wrapping around them. Two green vine-like ropes came out of his gauntlets, and his helmet's horn now had a green vine wrapped around it.

Zilant flew up into the air, but the rope on Buster's left arm shot out and wrapped around the Mamono's foot. The swordsman reeled him in, and slashed him with his sword, sparking against the Mamono's scaly hide.

"Now then, let's make sure you're finished," Buster said,as he closed his sword's book and pulled it out, scanning it twice on his sword.

"Jackun to Domamenoki! Rumble! Gekido Random Reading Strike! Rumble! Jackun to Domamenoki!"

Vines shot out of the ground, wrapping around Zilant before he could escape. Buster pointed his left arm out at Zilant and shot out the rope which wrapped around the Mamono. He then started to be pulled towards Zilant, gaining speed as he held his sword out. "Grand Vine Cut!"

Buster sped past Zilant, his sword bisecting the Mamono at the waist. A fiery cloud of dust and smoke exploded around Zilant, and burning pages floated out of the cloud. Page-like projections flippedd through the sky, returning the section back to the human world.

"Alright, that's one Mamono down," Buster said, going to his trike and getting on. "Hopefully the rookies are having an easy time with the other Mamono, so let's hurry and take out any of the remaining Shimi out here with the Pages."

At the same time

"Master Arondight!" Golem said, as the three armored teens were immediately distracted by the arrival of the new swordsman.

"Oh shit, of the Megids' three Seiken, it had to be that one," Gerard mumbled.

"It'll all be alright! We've been training for a long time with our Seiken, so there's no way that-" Hana said.

"You've all already lost," Arondight said, pulling his shield's trigger. "Juuryoku Heavy!"

Immediately, the three teens felt the weight around their bodies increase, and they struggled to stay standing. Hana grunted as she planted her scythe into the ground to keep herself standing. "Damn! Guess Juuryoku's Seiken of Gravity for nothing!"

"Guys, are you alright?!" Hiroshi said, looking to the others. Unlike them, the rest were forced onto the ground.

"Gack!" Gumi grunted, as her pliable gum-like body flattened like a pancake. "Thith ith the heavieth theeling ever!"

"W-What's going on!?" Itsuka said, as she struggled to stand up.

"Everything's so heavy!" Pony said, squirming underneath the weight pushing her down.

"The gravity... it's so strong!" Mirio said. He phased through the ground, shooting out, only to immediately be pinned back to the ground as soon as he came out.

"This is the worst first day ever!" Mei said, her face smooshed against the ground.

Touma tried to push himself up, but kept collapsing each time. His brain hammered against his skull, as something about all of this was familiar. Was it related to his dream? The swordsman was different, but yet...

"U-Uraraka, do you think-" Izuku said, looking to the brown-haired girl.

"S-Sorry, but the gravity's keeping me from moving too much!" Ochako replied, trying to drag herself close to someone.

"Gah! Master Arondight!" Golem cried, having also been pushed down by the swordsman's attack. "Y-Your gravity-!"

"Don't worry, I'll make this quick," Arondight said. He walked towards the three teens, unaffected by the change in gravity. He pulled out his sword, and struck them, knocking them back.

"D-Dammit!" Gerard growled, as he and the others landed on their backs, struggling to get up.

"It's pointless to struggle," Arondight said, pointing his blade at him. "It's time that you-"

"I don't think so!"

Arondight turned around and leapt backwards to avoid All Might's punch, which created a small crater in the ground where he was standing.

"How are you resisting Juuryoku's-" Arondight said, astonished.

"A little extra weight's nothing for someone like me!" All Might said, though it was at least clear that he was significantly being slowed down by the increased gravity. "While I might not be able to beat you without a Seiken of my own, I can at least defend these sprouts until Buster arrives!"

"Even so, you will fall to my blade!" Arondight said, as he began swinging his sword at All Might. All Might dodged each slash, and threw mighty punches at the Swordsman of Gravity. He held his shield out and blocked them, but felt the weight of each one push him away.

"How... How are you so strong without a Seiken!?" he said. He found no openings in any of All Might's attacks, forcing him on the defensive.

"It's because I put my back into it!" All Might shouted, throwing one last punch, this one nearly launching Arondight backwards. He would've been off his feet if he hadn't planted them firmly. "I'm strong because as the Symbol of Peace, I have to protect everyone who can't protect themselves! Seiken or no Seiken!"

"All that power... and you chose to use it to protect such a false world," Arondight growled, as his grip around his shield's and sword's handles tightened. "How utterly, truly, deplorable."

All Might raised an eyebrow at the words. "This 'peace'... this 'protection'... all lies," the armored man hissed, as he raised his sword to the top center of his shield. "I shall rid this false world of you, its despicable 'Symbol of Peace'."

"Juuryoku! Feel the pull of gravity! Juuryoku Typing Blast!"

"Begone, Symbol of Lies!" Arondight shouted. "Break The Earth!"

The visor on his shield slid up, revealing a pair of red 'eyes' underneath it. They glowed as Arondight pointed his shield at the Number One Hero.

"D-Dodge it, All Might!" Hana said, still trying to use her scythe to push herself up. All Might prepared to jump out of the way, when Arondight pointed the shield away from him all of a sudden, firing a red energy sphere away from him-

- and at the pinned down teens.

"Fuka! Setsuna! EVERYONE!" Hiroshi screamed, struggling to get up as he watched the red energy soaring towards his defenseless friends and sister.

"No!" All Might shouted. He leapt into the air, and landed in front of the teens, taking the blast of red energy.

"All Might!" the teens shouted horrified. The red energy sphere enveloped All Might, making the pro hero yell as the energy painfully coursed through his body. The red glow faded away, and smoke and dust began to come off his body. All Might suddenly felt the gravity pulling him down even more, though he refused to fall to his knees.

"I-If you think that is enough to defeat me-"

"I know it isn't," Arondight said, having approached the injured pro hero as his shield's visor slid back down. "It was meant to weaken you for this."

Arondight swung his sword up, slashing All Might across the chest as blood followed the blade's path.

"ALL MIGHT!" everyone screamed, Izuku loudest of all. The pro hero fell backwards, losing blood before the teens' very eyes. Arondight looked at the teens for a split second before walking over All Might's body and stepping on his wound.

"Gaaah!" All Might cried, as Arondight dug his foot into his wound.

"Before you pass away, I shall make sure every single second of your dissipating spirit is suffering," Arondight said, slamming his foot repeatedly, ignoring the cries and pleas of the teens to stop. "You've protected this false world and let it exist for too long, and now you'll pay."

With one more step, he slammed his foot into All Might's wound as hard as he could. All Might yelled in pain before a cloud of dust and smoke erupted from him unexpectedly, catching the swordsman off guard and making him jump back a few meters just in case it was a fruitless surprise attack from the pro hero.

What he saw instead was a skeleton of a man laying where the Symbol of Peace once was.

"A-All Might?" Mei said, as everyone stared at the unconscious man, Izuku the most horrified of all.

"Oh? Seems like he was lying much more than I thought," Arondight mused, raising his sword. "What a shame for him, to die in such a state like this-"

"You- Fucking- Asshole!" Hiroshi said. He planted Hayate in the ground, and finally managed to force himself up. "Like I'm about to let you kill him"

Hiroshi closed Sarutobi Ninjaden, pulled it out, and inserted it into Hayate's scanner three times. "Sarutobi Ninjaden! Ninnin ninin! Hayate Speed Reading Strike! Nin ninninin!"

Hiroshi began to charge at Arondight, gaining speed as he got closer and closer.

"What!? But my gravity should still be-" Arondight said, when he noticed that green wind was forming around Hiroshi. "The wind- is the wind letting him resist!?"

"Let's go! Hurricane Skill! Heavy Spinning Star!" Hiroshi shouted. He jumped into the air, and began to spin, gaining speed until he soared into Arondight, who blocked him with his shield, but was being pushed back by the force.

"I-Impossible! Juuryoku- My Wonder Ride Books! They're the strongest-" Arondight shouted.

"Seems like you relied on just raw power alone!" Hiroshi shouted, as his spinning grew faster and faster. "It's like what Mr. Ogami and Mr. Daishinji say! It's not just the Seiken or Wonder Ride Books that are strong, but the swordsman's heart as well!"

"What rubbish!" Arondight growled as his knees began to buckle, and he felt his body becoming heavy. Realizing that his resistance was waning to his own gravity, he pressed his shield's trigger two times. " How much weight can your heart have if I can take it away!?" "Juuryoku Light!"

All of a sudden, the once oppressive gravity disappeared. In fact, gravity seemed to have disappeared altogether, as everyone but Arondight floated up.

"First it's increased, now it's gone!?" Tamaki muttered, as he used his tentacle arm to grab a hold of the ground.

"This guy's gravity Quirk's insane!" Ochako said. "Increase it, decrease it, and lasers!?"

"All Might!" Izuku shouted, struggling to swim towards the unconscious skeletal blond man in the air.

"M-Master Arondight! Please!" Golem begged.

Hiroshi felt himself becoming off-balanced by the change in gravity once again. Arondight slashed him with his sword, sending Hiroshi flying backwards. The Swordsman of Gravity sheathed his sword into his shield, and pulled out a book that was stored on the back of his shield.

"Gravity Read! Howling Moon!" his shield and sword announced as he scanned it over the same scanner he held the sword over. He stored his book back into his shield before drawing out his sword once again. "Juuryoku Unsheathed! Moon! Typing Attack!"

"Repel The Moon!" Energy covered his sword's blade, and Arondight swung it, releasing a slash of energy that transformed into a wolf's head that bit down onto Hiroshi before exploding. He pressed his shield's trigger three times. "Juuryoku Normal!"

Everyone landed on the ground hard. Hiroshi fell out of the air, yelling and grunting as his suit disappeared, skidding across the pavement.

"Hiroshi!" Hiroshi's friends shouted, as he kept trying to get up, but kept stumbling.

Izuku scrambled towards the man. He checked the hero's chest. Luckily the wound wasn't deep and the man was breathing, but it was strained.

"Finally, now I can get back to-" Golem began to mumble, when Mirio shot out of the ground and punched him across the face.

"Agh, my head..." Touma said, rubbing his head. But it wasn't from the constantly fluctuating gravity, but something else entirely.

"What's... what's happening?" Gumi whimpered, trying to process everything that had happened as everyone stared in shock. "Someone... someone could beat All Might like that?"

"He didn't beat him, he cheated!" Fuka said, gritting her teeth. "He aimed at us because he knew that All Might would stop it-!"

"For a knight in white, you're a fucking cheating bastard-!" Setsuna shouted.

"All that matters to me is the end of this lie. Honor means nothing to me," Arondight said, walking over to Hiroshi and pointing his sword at him. "Tell me, boy. Why do you fight?"

"Because..." Hiroshi groaned, giving Arondight the harshest glare. "It's the right thing to do, using this power to protect. Not like a selfish bastard like you would understand."

"What do you know about what the right thing is?" Arondight said, raising his sword. "Children like you know nothing."

"Hiroshi!" Hana and Gerard shouted, getting up and charging towards Arondight, but Golem and his Shimi got in the way, forcing them to fight.

"Brace yourself, and despair, for this is where your story ends."

"Steel yourselves, and take heart. For hope is in every story!"

The words rang in Izuku's and Touma's head. Touma's grip tightened around Brave Dragon, as he forced himself up. "No."

"Hm?" Arondight muttered, when he saw the red metal book in Touma's hand. "A Wonder Ride Book-!"

"Every story... every story has hope! I won't let you hurt anyone else! I... I... I'll be the one who'll write this story's ending!" Touma shouted. Brave Dragon glowed in his hand, and he looked at the book. He flipped the cover open, and a voice came from it.

"Brave Dragon! There once was a God Beast possessing a great power that would destroy everything..."

A red mechanical dragon shot out from the book and into the cloudy sky, before a flaming sword soared down into the ground and knocked Arondight away from Hiroshi before planting itself into the ground.

"No way," Hiroshi muttered.

Touma approached the sword, his hand trembling as he reached out towards it. He steeled himself and pulling the flaming sword out of the ground. Flames surrounded the sword, changing into a sheathed dagger-like form, with a flame-shaped handguard above its handle.

"Rekka!? Impossible!" Arondight said. He charged towards Touma, but was blocked by Hana and her scythe.

"Put that on your waist, Kamiyama!" Hana said, knocking Arondight backwards. "If you're the one who got Rekka, then you have to change into Saber!"

"Saber? Rekka?" Touma said, confused, though he followed the direction. "... Now what-"

"Put your book in the right slot of your belt!" Gerard said, firing light arrows at Arondight while Hana jumped out of the way.

"The right slot?" Touma said, as he moved Brave Dragon over to the right side of his belt and inserted it into the slot. When he did, a giant projection of Brave Dragon appeared behind Touma like when Hana and Gerard transformed. He grabbed the grip of his sword, and pulled it out, letting it grow to full size. Touma, remembering what they had shouted, yelled out "Transform!"

Almost instinctually, he created a cross slash of fire that flew away, as fire wrapped around him and formed his own armor. The right side of his body was red, with a large horned dragon head as his shoulder armor. The left side was black with red line trimming, and down the middle was white armor. The fire slash returned and connected to his face, becoming a fiery cross shaped visor.

"Rekka Unsheathed! Brave Dragon! One Rekka Book! When the dragon of valor and the Sword of Flames Rekka meet, the crimson sword will penetrate evil!" the sword announced, as its blade glowed red.

"Touma!?" Mei said, as she stared at her friend's armor.

"Saber!?" Golem said, surprised by the transformation.

Izuku rubbed his head upon seeing Touma's armor. He could've sworn he seen that armor before. But where?

"It does not matter if another child has a Seiken, I-" Arondight growled, when Hana struck her scythe against him, and began pushing him back.

"Fight Golem! We'll keep Arondight occupied!" Hana said. "And don't hesitate to destroy him, it's the only way out of this place!"

"Give me that Wonder Ride Book!" Golem shouted, as he shoved Mirio out of the way and charged at Touma, his left fist raised. Touma took his sword and blocked the attack.

"Gah! What do I do now-" Touma said, when something filled his mind with swordsmanship knowledge. He looked down, and saw Brave Dragon glowing. "I see... Let's go for it!"

Touma knocked Golem's arm away and pressed on the left page of his book. Fire surrounded his right arm and sword. "Brave Dragon!"

"Flame Dragon Burst!" Touma said. He thrusted his sword towards Golem, releasing a blast of fire that took on the form of a dragon. It collided with the villain, launching him a distance away from them all. Touma ran towards Golem, slashing each Shimi as he passed them and causing the strange beings to explode. He raised his sword, and swung it down onto Golem's shoulder.

"Hey, how did Kamiyama get that cool support gear?" Nejire asked, as Setsuna and Fuka grabbed Hiroshi and dragged him towards them all.

"Honestly, I don't even know," Hiroshi admitted. He took a look at All Might. "We should take him away from here right now while the Shimi are busy respawning and Golem and Arondight are busy. He needs medical help."

"But Touma-" Mei protested.

"We're in the way right now. And if I've learned anything about Rekka, it's that it can be powerful in the right hands," Hiroshi said. "We can trust him to destroy Golem."

"Des- Are you seriously saying that he kill him!?" Tenya said, aghast.

"Yea, that's a step too far-" Itsuka said.

"Golem's a Mamono, they're not human," Hiroshi explained. "They're well, basically demons. Look, it's a long story, short answer I can give you that this is all magic and demons. We'll explain everything, I promise."

"Do... do you really believe we'd buy that?" Itsuka asked.

"Does it matter!?" Fuka said, startling the others as she threw her hands up in the air. "Right now we need to go!"

"Don't worry about me, Mei! I'll be fine!" Touma said, as he kicked Golem away. "I'm getting the hang of this! Brave Dragon's filling my brain on how to use its power! So go and get All Might help!"

Mei bit her lip, but Mirio grabbed her. "Let's go, they're right! The more we wait, the more blood All Might's losing! Besides, it seems like Sunagami and the others have this under control!"

"A... All right! Stay safe, Touma!" Mei said, as she and the others got out of there and back towards UA, with Ochako lightening All Might and Izuku carrying the downed hero. Izuku took one last look at his cousin before leaving, still struggling to remember where he had seen that armor. Whatever it was, the two of them will need to talk about it later.

"You insolent human! You'll regret coming across me!" Golem shouted, as the hands on his head flew off towards Touma. Touma rolled out of the way and swung his sword, unleashing a wave of flames that sent the hands spiraling away before stabbing Golem in the gut, damaging the panel on his abdomen. Golem attempted to release more Shimi, only to find that his damaged panel wouldn't work.

"Not bad for someone that's not in the Hero Course, huh!?" Touma said. He swung his sword several more times against Golem's body, fire following the trail of his slashes and sparks flying off from Golem. "Man, I never knew I could use Brave Dragon like this.."

"I... I won't stand for this! I am Golem! A Megid! I'm an ascended being!" Golem said, his fist tightening. As he began to yell, he grew bigger and bigger in size. "All you humans are are just ants! You're too late to change this ending!"

Golem stomped and around and slammed his fists onto the ground, trying to crush Touma who ran and rolled to dodge them.

"Guess again, this ant's the one that's deciding how this story ends!" Touma said. He sheathed his sword, and pulled the trigger before drawing his sword once again.

"Final Page! Rekka Unsheathed! Dragon, Volume One Slash! Fire!" the sword announced. Fire coated Touma's sword, and he charged towards Golem. He slashed through Golem's right leg, before springing upwards and slashing through Golem's abdomen. Touma kept leaping and slashing around, too quick for Golem to react with how large he grown. "Blazing Cross Slash!"

Golem yelled as a cloud of fiery dust consumed him. Burning pages flew out of the cloud, and a blackened book fell out, changing into white before disappearing. As the cloud disappeared, the sky returned to normal, and the marvelous flying creatures vanished as well.

Meanwhile, Hana and Gerard were busy with fighting Arondight. Hana charged towards Arondight as sandy energy formed around her scythe. She swung it into Arondight, coating him in sand. "Now Gerard!"

Gerard pulled out the book in his belt, and scanned it over his crossbow's handguard before reinserting it into his belt. "Mirror Read! Man in the Mirror! Ginkyou Publishing Arrow! First Printing!"

A glass-like projection appeared in front of his crossbow's tip, and he fired an arrow of intensified light, the heat of which turned the sandy energy on Arondight into glass before Hana struck him again, shattering it. Arondight grunted as he planted his feet to keep himself from flying back. He scanned his sword over his shield, making the visor move up once again to reveal its eyes. "Juuryoku! Feel the pull of gravity! Juuryoku Typing Blast!" "Break The Earth!"

Before he could fire the energy sphere, Gerard ran in front of Hana, pulling the body of his crossbow up and turning it into a sword. "Blade!"

He pulled out another book, and scanned it over the handguard. "Mirror Read! Fairest Maiden! Ginkyou Publishing Attack! First Printing!" "Right back at you!"

A mirror formed in front of them, which absorbed the attack before being drawn into his sword's blade, and released in a powerful slash of energy back at Arondight. He blocked the slash with his shield, only to find that the slash had his energy sphere's power boosting it, knocking him backwards. He tumbled back onto his feet, and he checked his shield, and grumbled. "It isn't ready yet... Dammit, this shouldn't be happening! You all shouldn't-"

"Seems like you could use some more training!" Hana said, as the two charged at him. Arondight blocked Gerard's sword, only for Hana to use her scythe to pull his right foot, throwing him off balance just enough for Gerard to stab Arondight in the gut. "I was right not to be worried about you!"

"Silence! I will not be bested by ignorant brats like you!" Arondight shouted, holding his shield out and pressing the top of his shield's handle with the pommel of his sword. "Weight of the World! Feel the pull of gravity! World Typing Slash!" "Slash The Mountain!"

Arondight's sword shined with red and blue energy, and he swung his sword, a trail of red and blue light following his blade. Gerard scanned his Fairest Maiden book again, though twice this time around.

"Mirror Read! Fairest Maiden! Ginkyou Publishing Attack! Second Printing!" A glossy glass-like light shined over Gerard's sword, and his sword and Arondight's collided, as red, blue, and white light filled the area. While Arondight was busy, Hana inserted a book into the side of her scythe's pommel.

"Desert Dweller! Dance! Isago Hieroglyphic Spinning! Dance!" Hana's scythe announced.

"Cobra Swing!" Hana said, as she began to spin her scythe around, creating a sand-like energy construct of a cobra that followed her movement until her final downward swing, when the cobra flew from her scythe's tip. The cobra flew into Arondight, exploding in a cloud of sand, sending him tumbling backwards.

"Dammit... Dammit!" Arondight shouted, as he stood back up.

"Looks like you shouldn't rely on that gravity trick of yours!" Hana taunted. "What's the matter? Not gonna use it again? Or are you still on cooldown?"

"Alright, sorry I took so long," Touma said, joining them. "D-Do you need my help, Sunagami?"

"Don't worry, Touma, we got this," Hana said. "But I guess it never hurts to have an extra hand around."

Arondight eyed the three, and looked down at his shield again. He took a deep breath, and stood straight back up, sheathing his sword.

"I suppose I've lost this time around," he said, having forced himself to calm down. "Enjoy this victory. For this will not happen again when we meet next time."

"LIke hell we're letting you get away with Juuryoku-" Hana said, when Arondight scanned a book three times over his shield.

"Gravity Read! Tsuki no Hime Kaguyan!" his shield announced. He pulled his sword out, and planted it into the ground. "Juuryoku Unsheathed! Kaguyan! Tripled Typing Attack!"

A forest of energy bamboo spears shot out out of the ground, forcing the three to back away. They slashed at the bamboo spears, sending waves of elemental energy to destroy the forest, only to see that Arondight had disappeared.

"Damn, for a guy in full body armor he's fast," Hana said, as she compressed her scythe back into a sword before closing the book in her sword's pommel and removing it. Her armor and sword dissipated into sand, falling off her body before sputtering. "Gack! Goddammit, I always forget to keep my mouth completely shut when I cancel the transformation."

"I'm so glad that doesn't happen with me," Gerard said, closing the book in his belt and pulling it off, his armor and sword disappearing like a fading reflection. "Would be a big hassle."

"So that's how I get out of this armor," Touma said, following their lead, his armor disappearing in small embers. Unlike the others, his sword hadn't disappeared. "Okay, now that that's all over, can you guys mind telling me what's going on!?"

"We will, but this isn't really the place to do it," Hana said. "Let's get to UA, we need to make sure that the others got there and got All Might the help he needed."

"R-Right, of course," Touma said, remembering that All Might had gotten slashed across the chest by Arondight. Hopefully Recovery Girl had gotten to him quickly.

Back at UA

"Alright, we're back, let's get-" Mirio said, having managed to grab his clothes and managed to at least put his underwear and pants back on, when they saw a group of men in white knight-like armor going around the courtyard, small magic glyphs over their hands as they touched people's heads. Student, teacher, civilian, it didn't matter. They even saw their own classmates among them all. Each person was left dazed, as if they had lost consciousness. All the while the pro hero teachers were looking on at them.

"What's going on-" Pony said, when one of the men came towards them.

"Sir Kenzan, I see that you've brought some more here," the man said, raising his hand. "I'll get to-"

"No, don't," Hiroshi said, stopping him. "We... we promised to give an explanation to these guys about everything. And we need to get this guy some medical attention, he got caught up in the fighting."

"Really? If you're certain of it," the man said, walking away from them and towards Recovery Girl, who was walking out of the main campus. "Madame Recovery Girl, Sir Kenzan and his friends have an injured man with them. I suggest that you do some quick first aid before taking him to the Northern Base-"

"Of course, of course, I know how to do my job," Recovery Girl said, as she walked over to Izuku. "Now let's see him and- oh dear."

The other hero teachers walked over to join them, and saw the injured All Might being carried by the green-haired boy.

"How did All-" Present Mic began to say, before slapping his hands over his mouth.

"Wait, how did you know that this was-?" Fuka said, raising an eyebrow before pointing to All Might. "Do... do you all know about this?"

Present Mic had nothing to say as Midnight and Aizawa slapped the back of his head.

"I... I guess we have a LOT to talk about at Northern Base," Hiroshi said, when Touma and the other three joined them. Hiroshi pulled out a brown book from his pocket, and flipped it open. "Book Gate!"

Hiroshi pointed it to the front door of the school, and it changed form, becoming an old door with a number of engravings decorating it. "Open Gate!"

He opened it, revealing that it now lead through a portal tunnel with books flying around in a spiral. "Come on, Northern Base has some better medical equipment, and we can talk about all the secrets without anyone overhearing us."

"We'll stay here and help the Pages with everyone," Aizawa said, pinching his forehead. "I swear, I never wanted to be dragged into two secret groups like this..."

"But then who'll come and explain-" Setsuna began to say.

"I shall!" Principal Nezu said, having appeared almost out of nowhere and startling the students. "After all, I am a part of the Sword and All Might's group, so I can explain quite a bit! The Pages have everything under control, and the hero teachers should be here to make sure that everyone's fine. Besides, there is much to discuss. Follow me everyone!"

With that, Principal Nezu turned around, and leapt through the portal. Hiroshi sighed, and rubbed the back of his neck.

"Alright, let's go, everyone," Hiroshi said, as he followed Principal Nezu.

"I'll help you stay upright, Recovery Girl," Fuka said, holding her hand out for Recovery Girl to grab.

"Thank you, sweetie," Recovery Girl replied, taking Fuka's hand as they went into the portal.

"I-Is this safe-?" Ochako asked, before getting her hand grabbed by Hana.

"Don't worry, it's fine," the older girl assured her. "Just be braced for a little disorientation."

Wondering what she meant, the rest of them walked into the portal, only most of them to immediately lose their footing and began spinning around in the air as they moved from one end to the other. Izuku struggled to stay balanced due to holding All Might, though he quickly got Tsubasa's help with maintaining balance. Mirio got the hang of it and regained balance rather quickly. Nejire was having a blast and started to do air tricks as she spun, with Setsuna doing the same. Tenya, Touma, and Mei were struggling, and kept bumping into each other and others.

"Watch it!" Itsuka said, as Touma spun into her.

"Sorry!" Touma said, as he floated and bumped into Pony's (luckily dull) horn. "OW!"

"[Oh shit, I'm so sorry!]" Pony apologized in English. "I'm mean, sorry!"

"It's alright," Touma moaned. "Gonna need Recovery Girl's help with getting rid of the pain, though..."

"Don't worry, you'll get use to it," Hiroshi said, looking back at everyone. "Eventually."

Later, at the medical office in Northern Base

"Alright, All Might should be fine," Recovery Girl said, tossing away some of the bloody rags she used to clean up All Might's wounds. "The wound wasn't too deep, fortunately, but it's still something he's going to need some bedrest for."

"That's good," Hiroshi sighed, before turning to the others. "Alright, I guess it's time for us to explain everything, huh? Man, I was really hoping to ease everyone in on this..."

"Can we start with the beginning?" Nejire said, raising her hand. "Like where are we? How did we get here? What's with those shiny swords you got? What was that weird sky thing we saw? Who was that guy with the shield? And that rocky villain, too, who's-"

"Uuuuuuuh..." Hiroshi said, trying to keep up with Nejire's string of questions.

"Hado, slow down and breathe," Hana chuckled, having gotten used to her classmate's motormouth curiosity. "Well, let's start with our group's name. We're the Sword of Logos, a centuries old secret group of swordfighters dedicated to protecting something called the Omniscient Tome. It's a magical book that has all of the world's history, stories, knowledge, everything. It's even believed to be the reason why we all exist in the first place."

"Ooooooh, how old?"

"Literally before the Dawn of Quirks."

"Whoooa, you guys are that old!?"

"Not us specifically," Gerard said, pointing to him and the others. "We're the newest members."

"So I'm guessing that these books have something to do with this Omniscient Tome?" Touma said, holding up Brave Dragon.

"Yep, the Wonder Ride Books," Hiroshi said, pulling out Sarutobi Ninjaden. "These little guys are made from pieces of the Omniscient Tome and contain some of its power."

"And the swords?" Tamaki asked, having found a corner of the room to stay out of sight.

"The Seiken," Hana said, summoning her sword through a swirling cloud of sand. Gerard and Hiroshi summoned theirs as well, Gerard summoning his in a glossy light, and Hiroshi summoning his in green wind. "They're magic swords that can harness the power of the Wonder Ride Books, as well as the power of the elements. 22 Seiken exist are suppose to exist, but very early on, 5 of them were lost in the war."

"War?" Ochako and Gumi said.

"The Sword of Logos, for as long as it existed, has been at war with the Megid over the Omniscient Tome," a new voice said, entering the room. The group turned around, and saw a woman in white with long brown hair walking in. "To this day, it still continues."

"Um, who are you?" Izuku asked, hesitantly.

"I am Sophia, the leader of the Sword of Logos' Northern Base," the woman said, giving them a polite bow. "It is good to see a new Saber."

"Saber?" Touma said.

"Oh, all Seiken holders have titles that go along with their Seiken," Hana said. "I'm Safra, Swordswoman of Sand, and holder of the Reaping Sword of Dancing Sand Isago."

"I'm Rapier, Swordsman of Mirrors, and holder of the Dazzling Sword of Mirrors Ginkyou," Gerard said.

"And I'm Kenzan, Swordsman of Wind, and holder of the Twin Swords of Wind Hayate," Hiroshi said. "And since you're the one who has the Sword of Flames Rekka, your title's Saber."

"I'm Saber..." Touma whispered, feeling some sort of familiarity with it.

"Okay, that's all good and all, but what about this war? And the Megid?" Itsuka asked.

"The Megid are demons that seek to take the Omniscient Tome's power for themselves," Sophia said, closing her eyes as she recounted the tale. "They succeeded in taking 6 fragments of the Tome, but were unable to take all of it. The pieces of the Tome that fell out that were taken by the Megid became the Wonder Ride Books, and the largest fragments were separated to keep the Megid from ever getting the full power of the Tome. One here at the Northern Base, one at the Southern Base, one hidden in the Wonder World, and unfortunately, one within the Megid's hands."

"Wonder World? Is that where we got teleported to?" Pony asked.

"Yep," Hana confirmed. "It's the manifestation of the Omniscient Tome's power that exists alongside the human world. Whoever controls the Omniscient Tome, controls the Wonder World and the human world, and they can change it to whatever they want."

"That sounds bad," Ochako said, biting her lip.

"It is. It's why we can't afford to let the Megid or their Mamono live," Gerard said, crossing his arms. "We have to destroy them to protect the world."

"Absurd!" Tenya said, pushing his glasses up. "Do you really believe that as heroes, you have the right to take a life!? No matter how vile they are, you cannot-"

"That's the sad truth of the matter, kid," Buster said, walking through the door, followed by a long-haired man dressed in an orange shirt and overalls. "Sometimes, you'll be left with no choice but to take a life."

"Hi Mr. Ogami! Are you also a part of this group too?" Nejire said, looking at his sword. "You having that makes a lot of sense now! What's your sword's name and title?"

"Yep, that's right. This here's the Great Sword of Earth Gekido, and well, I'm Buster, Swordsman of Earth. Been hiding in plain sight this whole time," Buster admitted, laughing as he pulled the sword off his back, removed the book form it, and untransformed, revealing a man that was in his late 30s who was wearing a long coat. "Being a teacher at UA was the best idea that Principal Nezu came up with, since I'd always be in costume and ready for whenever the Megid resurfaced."

"Hi Kyoka," the long haired man said, before averting his eyes from the crowd of teens ("A kindred spirit..." Tamaki thought). "How was your first day of school?"

"Hi Uncle Tetsuo," Kyoka said, giving the shy man a smile. "It was mostly fine. Had a Quirk Apprehension Test with my homeroom teacher, which I thought was going to be the most exciting thing today until the Mamono attack. And that the Juuryoku holder was there."

"So they really did find a new Arondight..." Ogami said.

"Yea, and he messed up All Might real bad," Fuka said. Ogami looked over at the bed, and bit his lip.

"Damn, so I guess All Might's secret's out to you kids then," he sighed, shaking his head.

"So you knew about this, Mr. Ogami?" Hiroshi said, pointing to All Might.

"Yea, all of the hero teachers are in the know about All Might. Likewise, All Might knew all about the Sword and what we do," Mr. Ogami said. "I figured we'd be letting the Hero Course students in on the existence of the Sword, but not All Might's secret."

"What happened to him?" Tsubasa asked.

"There's much that I can't reveal, but what you can know is that 5 years ago, he had battled a powerful villain. It had been kept secret to avoid public panic," Principal Nezu said, his paws behind his back as he recounted the grave day. "In the end, All Might had to give it his all to bring down the villain for good. But it cost him parts of his digestive and respiratory systems, and the surgeries from that had caused him to wither into what you see now. The fight had weakened him, to the point that nowadays, he can only use his power for 3 hours."

"Shit, really?" Gerard said, as they glanced at the unconscious hero.

"Wait, 'bring down the villain for good'? Does that mean-" Gumi said, catching the words.

"Yes, he was forced to take the villain's life," Principal Nezu said, shocking some of the teens.

The Number One Hero, the Symbol of Peace? Forced to kill someone?

"It is as what Buster has said. The sad truth is that sometimes, to save lives, you must take a life," Principal Nezu sighed. "Of course that's to be a last resort, if there is no other option."

"And this villain... he wasn't a Megid?" Tenya said, dreading the answer.

"Correct," Principal Nezu said. Tenya took a deep breath, and sighed. "Please be aware, Mr. Iida, that we don't take this matter lightly."

"Then why is this a secret? And why let us know about it?" Gumi asked.

"It'd be easier to have as many people on our side to help out. It's why we know," Setsuna said, pointing to herself and Fuka and the others in their friend group. "So we can help out with keeping people safe and all."

"Well, I'd have always known since past Kenzans have been in our family," Fuka pointed out.

"Trust me, I want to tell the world about this whole thing. There's just only so much time before people discover it, anyway," Hiroshi said, sighing.

"Then what's stopping you?" Izuku asked.

"The whole war started with the Megid trying to take control of the Omniscient Tome and its immense power. In this hero society of ours, don't you think that there'd be villains who'd want it for themselves? Or worse, align themselves with the Megid?" Hiroshi answered. "It's why we have the Pages, those white armored guys, alter memories of the people that get dragged into this."

"Hm... makes sense. Something that would allow people to change the world would be dangerous in the wrong hands," Mirio said, giving it some thought. "I'm still a little curious about the Seiken, though. So there are 15 that are still around?"

"That's correct. The Northern Base has 7 of them located here, and the main branch, the Southern Base, has 4 of them. Unfortunately, 3 had fallen into the Megid's control. And from what it sounds like, they've finally found a third to hold their last Seiken," Sophia said.

"Wait, that's only 14 Seiken," Gumi said, counting off the number of Seiken on her hand.

"Well, that's because Rekka's finally back," Hiroshi said, pointing at Touma's sword. "It's been missing for 5 years. I didn't think I'd ever see it for myself. Guess we can count that as our 8th Seiken here."

"Hm... So since you're telling us, I expect that you plan to do the same with our classmates?" Itsuka asked.

"And ours?" Mirio added.

"Eventually. That was the plan," Hana said. "We recently just got permission from the leader of the Southern Base and his advisors to tell you all. Kinda hoped to ease you all in, but the Megid had other ideas."

"Yea, we'll try giving the others a chance to learn about this soon," Hiroshi said, rubbing the back of his head. "I get that this is a lot to learn on like, the first day of meeting each other, so I don't blame you for being apprehensive. I understand if you guys don't want any part of this, but we'll have to erase-"

"I'll join you," Touma said, without hesitation. He glanced down at Brave Dragon, and thought, "And I'll get to the bottom of these strange dreams of mine..."

"Me too!" Mei said, nodding.

"Kamiyama, Sudo, you two aren't hero students," Gerard said. "The only students we were planning to tell were the Hero Course students, since, well-"

"We really don't have a choice with Kamiyama," Hana said, pointing at Rekka. "Once a Seiken decides who its user is, it's theirs until the user dies or they begin resonating with a different Seiken. And knowing Sudo, she won't give up helping out Kamiyama."

"Indeed. In the war against the Megid, we must get as much help as we can," Sophia said. "And with Rekka's reappearance, I cannot help but feel as if this is a sign of greater events yet to come."

Izuku took another look at the unconscious All Might, then at his cousin, and took a deep breath. "If All Might already knew about this group, and if Touma's joining, then I will, too."

"This is the second time you saved me, so it'd be really ungrateful if I said no, right?" Pony said, looking and nodding at Hiroshi.

"Not to mention it'd be pointless getting our memories erased if you were already planning to tell us, right?" Itsuka said, smiling while giving him a shrug. "So count me in, too."

"This definitely wasn't how I thought my first day at UA would be like, but count me in!" Ochako said.

"Being a hero is all about flexibility, right?" Gumi said, as she stretched her right index finger. "So count me in!"

"I... I suppose I shall join in as well, considering the circumstances," Tenya said, coughing into his hand and clearing his throat. "As long as it is ONLY Mamonos and Megid that are killed, if they are indeed not human."

"That's the plan, of course," Gerard said, crossing his arms. "No way we're going to kill any humans."

"And us fellow seniors will be sure to help out in any way we can!" Mirio said, as Nejire nodded vigorously and Tamaki gave a silent nod before turning his head back against the wall.

"That's good to hear," Sophia said, giving the teens a gentle smile. "The Sword welcomes any assistance and allies in this battle against the Megid. And we will ensure that the peace of this world shall be protected."

"So it looks like you got your ass handed to you, huh Arondight?" Animalia taunted, as Arondight returned to the Megid's lair. "Not to mention getting Zilant and Golem killed!"

"Yea, goes to show we should've gone with one of our Mamonos," Zoous chuckled.

Syth's fist was tight and his teeth gritted, though Legeiel patted his fellow Megid on the back. "It's alright. This is just the beginning chapter, after all."

Syth took a deep breath, and released his tensed grip. "You're right, sir. Of course."

"I warned you to not rely on the power of your Seiken and Wonder Ride Books alone, Arondight," Calibur said, as he rewatched the recording from their scrying orb of the fight. "Not only did you not heed my warning, but you lost to children playing with Seiken."

"Children that are hero students that UA, to be fair. Maybe I should've joined you after all, and test them myselfmake it so that-" Katara said.

"I simply underestimated All Might's power, and those children took advantage of it, that's all," Arondight said. "There is nothing wrong with my abilities."

"Nope, just your swordfighting ones," Animalia snickered. "Could use a little more training, I think!"

"Like I need any advice from a mindless brute like you," Arondight scoffed, turning away from the Megid at the table.

The grin Animalia had disappeared, and a deep scowl replaced it. "What was that!?" she shouted. An orange aura formed over her, and Arondight reached for his sword, but before anything could happen, Fabel and Storious got between the two of them.

"Now now, you two, there's no need to fight," Fabel said, patting Animalia's shoulder. "I think you know that you're better than picking up a petty squabble."

"Tch, you're right," Animalia muttered, as the orange aura dissipated. "I'd rather fight one of those Sword of Logos guys anyways."

"Indeed, we're all friends and allies here," Storious said, putting his hand onto Arondight's own hand and sword. Arondight shoved Storious's hand off, and turned away from the group.

"We're not 'friends' or 'allies'," Arondight said. "If it weren't for the fact that our goals align, I would have nothing to do with you."

"Big talk coming from a guy who wouldn't have that Seiken if it weren't for us," Animalia grumbled.

"As if any of you could even lift Juuryoku. Otherwise you wouldn't have needed to seek someone who could," Arondight reminded them all. "The most you could do was teleport it here where it gathered dust until I came along."

"Oh, so you think just 'cuz you can use it makes you some sort of big shot-!?" Zooous said, when Arondight began walking off. "Hey! Where the hell do you think you're going!?"

"Home," Arondight answered. He swiped his right hand horizontally, and a black hole-like portal opened in front of him, with red and blue energy swirling on the edges. "I need to contemplate in peace."

"So you're going to leave us when we still need to talk about your failure to help Golem and Zilant!?" Syth said, finally letting some of his anger out. Arondight ignored him, and walked through the portal. "We're not done-"

Syth attempted to follow Arondight, only for the portal to repel him away, knocking backwards though he kept his footing. He growled as the portal disappeared, and his fist tightened. "How dare that-"

"There's no helping it, I suppose," Storious said, shrugging. "He is the newest member, after all, he hasn't had the time to truly understand any of us."

"It was quite foolish of us to expect him to be able to expect him to handle someone like All Might," Katara said, shrugging as she leaned against the wall. "Six months isn't enough time to beat a lifetime of experience. If he hadn't aimed at those children, All Might would've defeated him."

"The Symbol of Peace... truly a formidable foe, to be able to resist Juuryoku's gravity, even without a Seiken or a proper piece of the Omniscient Tome," Fabel mused. "Though not invincible, it seems. That skeletal state of his must be a sign of age weakening him or the like."

"All Might is of little concern in the end. Though Saber's appearance..." Calibur said, as he came to a stop on the scrying orb. It was of Touma, holding Rekka before turning into Saber.

"To think that Rekka would finally make a reappearance," Katara said. "After five years since that day..."

"Hm, you think that since Rekka's back, that those other missing Seiken are going to come back?" Legeiel said.

"Who knows?" Storious answered, his hand on his chin as he smiled. "Though it would make for quite the show, wouldn't it?"

Arondight's 'Home'

The Swordsman of Gravity walked through the dark empty stone hallways, the echo of his footsteps being his only company. "To think that All Might could resist Juuryoku's gravity..." he muttered to himself. His grip around Juuryoku's shield tightened. "Those fools were right about my skills still needing improvement. But it matters not in the end. Not when I'm so close to fulfilling my predecessors' and own wishes."

He came to a stop at the end of the hallway, where two large doors blocked his way. With gravity energy covering his right hand, he pushed the doors open, entering a large room with five stone pedestals in a circle around an ornate chair, surrounded by pillars of light. Two of the stone pedestals had swords that floated above them.

The first sword had a straight single-edged black blade with an orange edge, but instead of a blade tip, there was a orange rocket-shaped war hammer with a silver spike on top. On the sides of the war hammer tip were two rockets that pointed upwards alongside the blade. The handguard was orange square with a black center, which had a red emblem in the center. The back of the handguard had a large square dock, and on the opposite side it had a scanner. Its long black handle had a rocket exhaust port for the pommel, and on the pedestal underneath the sword laid three Wonder Ride Books with orange covers and the titles 'Skylight Celebration', 'Blasting Shrimp', and 'Erupting Wyvern'.

"Rocketing Sword of Explosions, Sakuretsu," Arondight said, observing it before turning his attention to the second sword.

The second sword was in a squared-off blue sheath with a white etched-in emblem close to the white metal tip. Attached to the sheath and handguard were black chains that seemed to prevent it from ever being drawn. Its handguard had a large dock on the back like Sakuretsu's, and a white handle with a triangular blue pommel. And on the pedestal underneath the sword were three Wonder Ride Books with white covers and the titles 'Lady with the Lamp', 'The Cat House', and 'Caring Caladrius'.

"And Sheathed Sword of Healing, Zenchi," Arondight muttered. He glanced down at Juuryoku. "If it weren't for your memories, I wouldn't have even thought of searching for the other Seiken and finish what my predecessors have started. Though it seems like I must observe your past battles more closely..."

A low hum came from Juuryoku, as if it spoke back to Arondight. "It matters not in the end, I suppose. Once Tenkaijuu, Shinkirou, and Seirei are in my hands and I take the others, the powers of the Seiken of Qliphoth shall rewrite this unjust world."

Arondight took a deep breath, and took a seat in the chair in the center. He placed Juuryoku down, and leaned forward on it, with his hands on the sword's pommel as he sat and thought aloud. "This unjust world of human greed... Eating away the planet's resources, trampling each other, discrimination against one another, especially of the weak and Quirkless. All protected by these 'heroes'. A false peace where the greedy thrive while the downtrodden suffer in silence..."

"And once I gather the Seiken of Qliphoth, the Seiken of Sefirot shall become mine as well. After all, all falls towards the power of gravity."

"Swords and superheroes, what a combination! And oh my, the missing Seiken weren't missing after all?" Tassel said, his hands on his cheeks, his jaw dropped. "And it seems like Arondight is on his way to finding the others!"

"Meanwhile, Touma Kamiyama has obtained the missing Sword of Flames Rekka, and joined the secret organization, Sword of Logos! With him and the students from UA's Hero Course, things will certainly shake up his life! But how shall Touma adjust to the life of a secret swordsman? Will he find the answers to the strange dreams he had? We'll just have to wait and see! Goodbye for now, my good readers!"

ORIGINAL AO3 NOTES:

- Here's my second Saber/MHA pilot! Sorry I've been MIA. Got sick with a real bad stomachache near the beginning of this month and took me out for a week or so. Unfortunately this meant that I also haven't worked on my Agito/MHA fanfic, and that's still in the very early stages of writing, so it'll be a while before I release it and more UHA and BUAH! chapters.
- Also, Merry Christmas Eve, since this is released on the 24th!
- Speaking of, I'm going to be picking up SaS and that Agito/MHA fanfic as semiregular stories. Not this one, though, since it'd be confusing to have two different Saber/MHA at the same time. The reason why is that they've both ended up getting a lot of ideas, and there's more freedom to write them compared to the other ones.
- While writing this, I decided that I'm making a data files for the OC Seiken and Riders for anyone that's curious. It should be quicker to write than the Agito/MHA fanfic, so expect that one a little sooner.
- Credit to DJWolf on AO3 for ideas for a more 'proper' Saber/MHA fanfic, even if not all of them got used or were altered. And credit to Daemon of Wrath on FFnet for some of the WRB names I used, since I forgot to credit him in SaS. While I did have ideas already, he gave me suggestions for names and some WRBs I hadn't thought up of.
- As a consequence of aging the characters down, the events happened 5 years ago rather than the canon 15 years. And yes, the Megid attack and All Might's battle with One for All happened on the same day.
- Trivia about Touma's family: His mom's name 'Ariko' uses the kanji for 'present' (in contrast to Izuku's father's name being a pun on 'it's been a while'). She's Hisashi's younger sister, but she married earlier than him. His father does exist and is present, he's just at work already. Juka's name uses kanji for 'pearl' and 'flower'.
- So there're some changes to the Class 1A/1B rosters. I'll be having 22 students in each, since I couldn't decide who to remove on the 1A side. I decided to add Gumi Marukawa from my Isamu 1A OCs to 1A, if only because I have some fondness for her, even if she doesn't have the strongest presence.
- Since Tetsuo's Kyoka's paternal uncle now, Kyoka has been a part of Hiroshi's circle of friends for a while. Also, you can bet that Takagi and his two main goons were pissed about Hiroshi getting his 'Quirk' out of nowhere. Speaking of whom, did I focus a bit too much on Hiroshi here? I mean, I purposefully used him to introduce the Saber side to the MHA characters, but still, was it too much? I do have ideas on making two 'trios', the canon one with Touma, Rintaro, and Kento, and one with Touma, Izuku, and Hiroshi, since Izuku IS the canon main character of MHA.
- Originally, I had planned on having Kento (in 3A), Reika (in 3B), and Rintaro (in 3D) appear, but it felt cluttered with them around, so I removed them. The former two will eventually transfer into UA (which I've alluded to), while Rintaro is in the Sword full time (though still aged down).
- In SaS and here, Seiken holders can use their sword's element and WRBs while untransformed, albeit weakened greatly, like Fullbottles in BUAH!. Also, instead of carrying them around, they can summon their Seiken via Keyblade style (one of DJWolf's ideas).
- You know, since the opening ceremony's outside (at least according to the chapter where Izuku and Katsuki are under house arrest), that must've meant that people saw some of the crazy softball pitches, right?
- I hope people don't mind if I use my Megid OCs in this fanfic too, especially since they are pretty similar to the canon ones so far. I do have some ideas for them, but I understand if people think this is a little too bloated with characters (like I said, already removed characters 'cuz of it). Still like big casts of characters, though. I was also debating whether or not to include Katara in this this early on, since I wanted to focus on the other three OC holders. But since without her it'd be 1 girl to 6 guys, I decided to go ahead with it.
- Speaking of, the three other OCs! We have Arondight, Swordsman of Gravity and holder of the Shield and Sword of Great Gravity Juuryoku (Arondight being the name of Lancelot's sword). Hana Sunagami/Safra, Swordswoman of Sand and holder of the Reaping Sword of Dancing Sands Isago (Safra is Arabic for 'blade'). And Gerard Kagami/Rapier, Swordsman of Mirrors and holder of the Dazzling Sword of Mirrors Ginkyou (Rapier is of course a type of sword).
- I really hope that I properly conveyed Arondight as someone that's overconfident in their Seiken's and WRBs' power, while barely having any real swordsmanship skills. And it might've been premature of me to reveal that he has two of the five missing Seiken hidden in his own secret lair, but I felt like that it'd be good to reveal a bit of future plot, since I'm not going to come back to this anytime soon.
