Once every 8 (eight) chapters I'll show what's happening with the 'bots and Jack.

"Whoa." I said in wonder, letting my gaze sweep over the meadow of blooming flowers. A moment later and I realized I had just spoken in the presence of Soundwave.

Crap.

He tilted his head down at me and I thought I was busted, but he didn't do anything to hint at the fact that he heard me, so I took that as a good sign.

"Don't go- too- far." Now there was a new clip.

"I- know." I pulled off my mask and breathed in deeply, smelling flowers and recent rainfall. Soundwave put me down and I ran to the nearest bluebell. Bluebells were one of my favorite flowers- second actually. The number one flower I loved were hydrangeas. Sadly, I could never keep them alive past a week or so.

I wandered the meadow, making sure to stay in sight of Soundwave. I eventually ditched staying in sight when I saw an odd structure just barely hidden in some trees.

"Sound-wave!" I hastily made a clip then played it at full phone volume. The air being open should allow the word to be heard by him.

He came over as I expected, him picking me up in one of his tentacles.

"Do you have- any- idea- on what this- is?" I asked, noticing my battery was low.

"Negative." He replied, "Area- is now- deemed- unsafe-, was unable to- see _ building- when scanning."

"Is it- possible that it- wasn't there- before?" I played. Soundwave shook his helm a little. He summoned a groundbridge and we went thru it, although I could have sworn I saw another seafoam-green swirl appear right before we entered.

Meh, probably my imagination.

-Autobots-

"Optimus, I'm getting a decepticon signal originating from a rural area. There should be no humans around to be caught up in a fight," Ratchet said, "Primus knows we have more than enough of them to deal with already." He muttered, looking at the three humans in the hub of the abandoned missile silo then back at the scanner.

"Is my sister there?" Jack asked, leaning over the railing.

"We won't know unless we look, Jack. For now, all we can do is hope that your sister is alive and well." Optimus said, a worried look on his face.

Optimus later approached Jack, "Are you alright, Jack, you have not been the same since she was taken." The autobot leader asked.

"No, I'm not okay! We were just starting to act like real siblings, and then she has to get mixed up in this and be taken away by 30-60 feet tall evil robots." The teenager cried from his spot on the couch. Raf and Miko had already left to go home and since his mom- June Darby- had taken the hospital night-shift, Jack was staying longer that normal- much to the displeasure of a certain grumpy autobot medic.

"We'll find your sister eventually, Jack-"

"But what if she's in danger right now?!" He interrupted.

Optimus cast his gaze to the floor, "Then I can only offer my condolences and apologize for your loss."
