I don't know much about the Tyrrest Accord, take everything written about that with a grain of salt.
"Hand over the organic, or I'll take it-" "Hey!" "-by force." Rodimus said, turning to Rung after Magnus's office doors closed. Rung glanced at Kiara, who was leaning over to the captain, and hesitantly held out his right hand. Rodimus non-too-gently took Kiara and handed her over to Magnus.
"The interrogation begins now." Ultra Magnus announced, taking Kiara from him and putting her on his desk since she was far too small for the cybertronian-sized chair next to the table.
-Kiara-
All thoughts of escaping are officially allowed to burn in hell apparently, great. Kiara thought sarcastically. She turned her head to look at a worried Rung, who was standing closer to the table than the door where he was told he would be.
"I'll be fine." She said, a little smile on her face. She knew that he couldn't understand her, but her smile might have gotten the message across. Rung seemed a little less worried, but still didn't stand near the door.
"Question one, where are you from." Ultra Magnus said, staring down at Kiara. She tried to not let her sudden unsureness show as she replied,
"I am from an organic planet called earth." Rodimus cocked his head, he looked as confused as Magnus did, although his was subtle.
"Can't understand your language, organic." He said, stepping closer and bending down so that his face was level to the table. "Change you-"
"I am unable to speak your language when I am an organic, have you not noticed?" Kiara replied.
"Still can't-" Rodimus was interrupted by Ultra Magnus.
"If they cannot speak our language, then we either speak in the universal tongue or theirs." Ultra Magnus looked at Kiara, "What language do you speak?"
"A language?" It was Kiara's turn to be confused. I thought we spoke the same language back at home. Guess not.
-Rung-
"I-if I may," Rung spoke, "I can slightly understand her language. Perhaps I could try to translate what she's saying."
"Okay, but this doesn't help with your denial that they're your pet, Rong." Rodimus said.
"I never thought I'd say this, but let's restart this. Where do you come from?" Ultra Magnus asked, looming over Kiara.
"I'~ $=u~ a ])anet ca))e# ea=t&." Rung didn't fully understand Kiara's language, so he had to guess what was what. For example; 'Anet' sounded a bit like 'Planet', so she was talking about her home-world.
Rodimus turned his helm to Rung, "Well, Rang? Do you know what the organics' saying?"
"Kind of- and it's Rung, I'm unable to understand half of what she's saying, but she's very much speaking about her home-planet." Rung was silent for a moment, "Um, this may sound odd, but is there any planet in the universe with it's name having the letters of 'eat' in it?"
"I'm unable to recall of one." Ultra Magnus said.
The young captain sighed, "Great, we have to ask Rewind now." He started walking to the door.
"Not necessarily, a specific part of the Tyrrest Accord states that one may use most methods of intimidation or harm to obtain information depending on the severity of the situation." Magnus replied.
-Kiara-
Torture?! Oh please no. Kiara was scared now, and it showed by the way she was shivering. She was picked up by orange hands and held close to a green wall.
"Ultra Magnus, You're frightening her." Rung said, holding her protectively.
