She land's unceremoniously on her bum in a bit of a blurred haze, when it clears she notices that she's now in her bedroom on the Tardis, she just doesn't know when and what doctor, she wonders how many faces of his she has met, what if it's one that's not met her?

She gets up off the ground and her stomach rumbles damn jumps really do make her hungry, she really should of went to the kitchen before the library, she clocks a box with a bow wrapped around it sitting on her bed, she walks over to it and lifts up the gift tag on it and reads it To Fallon, this will come in handy, love from your River xx ps don't tell the doctor.

Huh she only met This River once well so far.. she opens up the gift box lid to see what was in it and she finds a silver knife, the pattern had a pretty pattern engraved on it, circular symbols, ones she has seen around the Tardis come to think of it, she picks up out the box and pulls it out the sheath, before slipping it back into it, she thinks to herself nice one River, can see why I really like you in the future.

She decides to put the knife down in her boot and heads out her bedroom, she glances at the ceiling "can you lead me to him love?" The Tardis hums and lights up the way, leading Fallon to the main door, she shrugs and opens it to head out it, when suddenly there's a few guns pointed in her face.

"Woah woah, don't point them at her either" a New voice jumps in, which Fallon quickly realises is the doctor, using a broad scottish accent, Fallon raises an eyebrow at that. "Will you explain to me who this lassie in boys clothes is?" The man on horseback asks sternly staring at Fallon up and down.

"Aye sir" The doctor continues in the scottish accent. "This is Fallon McCrimmon, my wife she's a little bit oot there, can never get her too do as she's told, she's been helping me chase this wee Timorous beastie about!" The doctor nods towards A blonde haired girl who pipes up "Och, aye! I've been oot and aboot." Fallon snorts a little at the poor attempt at a Scottish accent and the doctor gives her a shake of his head "No, don't do that." He mutters back. "Hoots mon." She tries again, "No, really don't. Really." He says looking at her pointedly.

Fallon laughs a little before wondering who this blonde girl was, The doctor pulls out the psychic paper "anyway as I said, I'm Doctor James McCrimmon, from the township of Balamory, here's my credentials again" he holds it up "As you can see, a Doctorate from the University of Edinburgh. I trained under Doctor Bell himself." I so need one of those, Fallon contemplates.

"Let them approach." A regal voice comes from the carriage nearby, Fallon glances over wondering who it is, "I don't think that's wise, ma'am." The man on the horse cautioned. "Let them approach" The voice repeats more firmly this time around, The man's hands tighten around the reins he's holding but he does not deny the voices commands this time around, "You will approach the carriage, and show all due deference." The man tells them clearly and the doctor steps forward and motions for them to follow him, The doorman opens the door and reveals a very regal woman sitting in the carriage.

"Fallon, Rose" The doctor looks at the excitedly. "Might I introduce her Majesty Queen Victoria. Empress of India and Defender of the Faith."

"Holy shit" Fallon mutters, she can't believe she's standing in front of a queen, a literal queen, and she's just said holy shit to her! The queen gives her a bit of an amused look "Yes quite out there indeed, aren't you?" Fallon nods "uh Yes" The doctor grins down at her. When the blonde girl speaks up again "Rose Tyler, Ma'am. And my apologies for being so naked." She politely tells the queen.

"I've had five daughters. It's nothing to me." She replies back curtly. "But you, Doctor. Show me these credentials." She demands holding her hand out for them. She certainly doesn't waste time Fallon notices. The doctor hand her the psychic paper, she looks down at it and her eyebrows raise in surprise "Why didn't you say so immediately? It states clearly here that you have been appointed by the Lord Provost as my Protector." She says in surprise.

"Does it?" He says back sounding unsure but certainly surprised himself, as he takes the wallet back off the queen. "Yes, it does. Good. Good. Then let me ask - why is Your Majesty travelling by road when there's a train all the way to Aberdeen?"

"A tree on the line." Queen Victoria tells him calmly.

"An accident?" The doctor presses "doubt it" the words slipping out Fallons mouth and the queen glances at her and nods "I am the Queen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland. Everything around me tends to be planned." The doctor pushes a little more "An assassination attempt?"

Rose gasps in disbelief "What, seriously? There's people out to kill you?"

The queen pursed her lips "I'm quite used to staring down the barrel of a gun." She tells her regally, keeping stoic.

The man on the horse abruptly interrupts "Sir Robert MacLeish lives but ten miles hence. We've sent word ahead. He'll shelter us for tonight, then we can reach Balmoral tomorrow." Informing the queen.

The queen nods and then looks at them "This Doctor, his wife and their timorous beastie will come with us." and by the sounds of it the queen certainly was not asking.

"Yes, Ma'am." He concedes "We'd better get moving - it's almost nightfall." The queen looks amused at that "Indeed. And there are stories of wolves in these parts. Fanciful tales intended to scare the children. But good for the blood, I think. Drive on!" The mention of wolves gets Fallons attention now the silver knife, River gifted her is starting to make sense.

The Doctor, Fallon and Rose walk with the soldiers behind the carriage, The doctor takes about in his pockets for a moment before pulling out a cereal bar and passes it to Fallon, she takes it and opens it, not even questioning it, he gives her an amused look as she eats it.

Rose turns to the two of them excitedly "It's funny though, because you say assassination and you just think of Kennedy and stuff. Not her." The doctors nods "1879? She's had, oh, six attempts on her life?" He shoves his hands in his pockets. "And I'll tell you something else. We just met Queen Victoria!" Rose laughs "I know!" The doctor laughs along with her "What a laugh!" He glances over at Fallon as Rose hooks her arm with Fallons "She was just sitting there." Rose says gleefully.

"Like a stamp." The doctor quips back. He looks at Fallon again "you okay lovely? When was the last time you see this face?" He wiggles his eyebrows at her. She gives him a smile "Fine thanks, uh we were just back from being at Kur-ha and we-" The doctor quickly cuts her off "Nope spoilers, Lovely, I haven't been there with you yet, that will be my future" Fallon nods "right..sorry" The doctor gives her a reassured smile she's young he can tell.

Fallon smiles back before she glances at Rose "also this is like my third jump.. and well I've never met you Rose, you're a new face for me" Fallon watches as the blondes face drops a little before it perks back up again and keeps their arms hooked "well you're going to love travelling with us Fall" Rose grins. "You know I want her to say we are not amused. I bet you five quid I can make her say it." Fallon shrugs a little "well I would but I unfortunately don't have any money" she says truthfully considering she landed in this universe with nothing but herself.

The doctor adds in nonchalantly "and Well, if I gambled on that, it'd be an abuse of my privileges of traveller in time." Fallon finds herself rolling her eyes she does not believe that for a moment.

Rose gives him a smirk "Ten quid?" The doctor replies back without any hesitation "Done." Fallon shakes her head knew it.

The three of them finally follow the carriage into a large courtyard, which belongs to a grand granite edifice, it has a large astronomical observatory on the roof, to anyone the place would be amazed at it, but Fallon can't help but shiver and a feeling of dread runs over her, she frowns slightly.

The doctor notices her frown and goes to ask her if she's okay when a finely dressed man steps out of the premises "Your Majesty." Three bald men stand just behind him and Fallon stares at them something about them is just wrong.

"Sir Robert. My apologies for the emergency. And how is Lady Isobel?" The queen asks him fondly. "She's... uh indisposed" he hesitates slightly. "I'm afraid. She's gone to Edinburgh for the season. And she's taken the cook with her. The kitchens are barely stocked. I wouldn't blame Your Majesty if you wanted to ride on." Fallon and the Doctor glance at each other, the man's voice sounded like he was trying to suggest for the queen to move on. Weird.

The queen was having none of it "Oh, not at all. I've had quite enough carriage exercise." Sir Robert looks down to mask his true emotions. "And this is charming, if rustic. It's my first visit to this house. My late husband spoke of it often. The Torchwood Estate." The doctors ears perk up at that Torchwood where has he heard that? "Now, shall we go inside? And please excuse the naked girl and the lady in boys clothes"

"Sorry." Rose sighs.

The doctor briefly smiles "She's a feral child. I bought her for sixpence in old London Town. It's was her or the Elephant Man, and well the wife, there's no telling her what to do, so-" Fallon kicks him lightly at the back of his ankle to shut him up and he pouts at her.

"Thinks he's funny but I'm so not amused. What do you think, Ma'am?" Rose grins trying her hardest to get the words. "It hardly matters. Shall we proceed?" The queen says lightly as she turns and heads inside.

"So close." Rose mutters as Fallon adds in "yet so far"

"Makerson and Ramsey, you will escort the property. Hurry up." The captain orders them "Yes, sir." The soldier takes a small locked box from the carriage and carry it into the house. Fallon raises an eyebrow intrigued at what's in that box, and so is the doctor by the sounds of it when she hears him asking what is in it.

"Property of the Crown. You will dismiss any further thoughts, sir." The captain tells the doctor sternly and the doctor pouts at that and Rose smirks at his pout and being shut down. The captain continues with his orders "while The rest of you go to the rear of the house. Assume your designated positions." The soldiers nod.

They were led into the observatory, it was a fairly large room with stone walls but there eyes were immediately drawn to a massive bronze telescope. "This, I take it, is the famous Endeavour." Queen Victoria breaths out as her eyes trail from the bottom of it all the way to the top of it.

Sir Robert stands in quite a nervous stance, Fallon nods, the nervousness rolling off him in waves " All my father's work. Built by hand in his final years. Became something of an obsession. He spent his money on this rather than caring for the house or himself."

"I wish I'd met him. I like him. That thing's beautiful. Can I?" The doctor tells him as he points at the telescope, Sir Robert nods "Help yourself." The doctor strides over to it "What did he model it on?"

"I know nothing about it. To be honest, most of us thought him a little, shall we say, eccentric. I wish now I'd spent more time with him and listened to his stories." He smiles fondly, Fallon notes he must be thinking of his father, he's still hiding something though.

"It's a bit rubbish." The doctor suddenly remarks, as he continues ranting "How many prisms has it got? Way too many. The magnification's gone right over the top. That's stupid kind of-" he cuts himself and glances at Roses false wide smile on her face "Am I being rude again?"

"Yep." Rose informs him as Fallon says "always" at the same time.

The TimeLord whips round and looks at Sir Robert with a sheepish look "But it's pretty. It's very pretty."

"And the imagination of it should be applauded." The queen says as she levels a glare at the doctor for his rudeness, Fallon herself takes a look through the scope, despite his rudeness maybe the doctor was onto something, she no expect on telescopes but the prisms were off.

She looks away when she hears Rose "Mmm." Rose says taking a step towards the queens.

"Thought you might disapprove, Your Majesty. Stargazing. Isn't that a bit fanciful? You could easily not be amused, or something? No?" Fallon grimaces a little oh so obvious Rosie.

For a moment the queen stares at Rose before moving on "This device surveys the infinite work of God. What could be finer? Sir Robert's father was an example to us all. A polymath, steeped in astronomy and sciences, yet equally well versed in folklore and fairytales."

"Stars and magic." The doctor muses. "I like him more and more." Queen Victoria smiles a little "Oh, my late husband enjoyed his company." She reminisces. "Prince Albert himself was acquainted with many rural superstitions, coming as he did from Saxe Coburg."

The doctor down and whispers to the girls "That's Bavaria."

Queen Victoria looks back at Sir Robert "When Albert was told about your local wolf, he was transported." Fallon eyebrows furrow "Wolf?" At the same time the doctor asks "So, what's this wolf, then?" Sir Robert tenses up "It's just a story." Attempting to brush the subject aside. Fallon scoffs a little "it never is just a story" Sir Robert fidgets a little "It's said that—" he doesn't get to continue when one of the bald men cuts in "Excuse me, sir. Perhaps her Majesty's party could repair to their rooms. It's almost dark." Fallon stares at the bald man that was awfully convenient.

A look of discomfort comes across Sir Roberts face but he sighs and nods "Of course. Yes, of course."

"And then supper." That perks Fallon up, she's starving, the cereal bar the doctor gave her earlier hasn't done much to appease her appetite. "And could we find some clothes for Miss Tyler? I'm tired of nakedness, and maybe Mrs McCrimmon would like to also freshen up for this evening?" Fallon frowns "not really would rather have food" She mutters and the doctor grins down at her.

"It's not amusing, is it?" Rose tries one more time, to get the queen to say it.

The queen flashes her a half amused, half withering look "Sir Robert, your wife must have left some clothes. See to it. We shall dine at seven, and talk some more of this wolf. After all, there is a full moon tonight."

So there is, Ma'am." Sir Robert nods before bowing.

Fallon sighs A full moon never bodes well in her eyes.

Fallon lies back on the bed casually as she watches Rose explore the contents of the Wardrobe, she ain't changing, especially not into a dress, hell no. She watches Rose pull a blue velvet dress, she shows it to Fallon "what you think?" Fallon nods "would look lovely on you" Rose grins delighted at that "now just to find you one, and no arguments on it" Fallon goes to protest, she stops when Rose lets out a slight scream when she opens up another cuppa a discovers a housemaid, Fallon jumps up, ready for anything.

"Oh my are you okay?" Rose asks the girl in the cupboard, Fallon leans forward and helps the young girl out, giving her a smile as she does, noticing the housemaid looks terrified. "I'm... I'm okay, I'm Flora" the housemaid shakily tells them both.

"Hi Flora, I'm Fallon, this is Rose, what's happening, that has you playing hide and not seek in a cupboard?" The girls hands shake and Fallon can feel deep rooted fear coming from her, Fallon frowns and softly as she puts her point across "You can tell us, I promise you will be safe, promise"

Flora nods "They came through the house." She began nervously. "In the excitement they took the Steward and the Master, and my Lady." Rose and Fallon glance at each other "who Flora?" Fallon queries.

"The monks" Flora whispers to them and Fallon sighs "I knew there was something up with they damn bald men" Flora grips Roses hand as she tells them "They brought it with them, I hid before they could get me too." Fallon gives her a reassuring smile "clever girl"

"Listen" Rose states clearly. "We've got a friend. He's called the Doctor. He'll know what to do. You've got to come with us"Flora shakes her head adamantly "Oh, but I can't, Miss."

"Rose is right Flora , there more of people downstairs, soldiers etc. that can help, I promise nothing will happen to you" Flora stands up and nods "okay"

The three of them head down the corridor, when they get around the corner, they found, one of the soldiers lying on the floor, Flora panics a little "Oh, no I did warn you" Rose shakes her head "He's not dead. I don't think, he must be drugged or something." Fallon tenses "we need to get out of this corridor now" when suddenly one of the monks grabs Flora and pulls her away, before another doing the same to Rose, Fallon scoffs when the third goes to go for Fallon "I won't be easy" Fallon snaps at him and he lunges for Fallon, and she defensively moves out the way before pushing him hard to the ground, she hears Rose shout her name and gets slightly distracted by it and doesn't see another monk approach her from the side until she feels herself being grabbed before getting slammed into the wall, her head slams against the wall and before she knows it everything goes dark.
