Lincoln and friends were on the videophone talking to their family and friends as they send data from their pokedex. Agatha joins in.

"It has been a while Albert, your grandson is quite the trainer," Agatha said."

"Thanks, Agatha, I'm glad you didn't hold back facing him," Albert said."

"I knew you wouldn't want me too," Agatha said." (sees Myrtle)" you must be Myrtle Lincoln told me about you."

"Albert told me about you too, and it's nice to meet you," Myrtle said."

"Well, I have to get going, I'll see you all later," Agatha said."

"See ya Agatha," Albert said."

Agatha leaves.

"Ok son, you can be that jerk Lance," Lynn sr. said."

(Deadpan)" Dad, it's not Uncle Lance," Lincoln said."

"Oh," Lynn sr. said."

"Either way, we have faith in you honey," Rita said."

The next day, Lincoln enters the arena as the crowd cheers. Lance appears on the other side with sparks flying up from both sides.

Everyone sees Lance.

"So, that's the dragon master," Lana said."

"He does look cute," Polly said."

"Maybe Gyarados learned ice type moves," Luan said."

Back at the stadium,

His Gyarados uses dragon dance, and its speed and attack rose.

"Aqua tail!" Lincoln said."

Gyarados uses aqua tail, but Lance's Gyarados dodges with its speed.

"Crunch!" Lance said."

His Gyarados uses crunch on Lincoln's Gyarados causing damage.

"Ice fang!" Lincoln said."

His Gyarados' fangs turn to ice and bites Lance's Gyarados causing severe damage. the attack was enough to make his Gyarados fall.

"Gyarados is unable to battle, Gyarados win," the referee said."

"Alright, Lincoln takes round one," Clyde said."

Back at the loud house,

"Wow, you were right Luan," Lynn sr. said."

"I just guest it," Luan said."

"I wonder what Lance will use next," Stella said."

"Me too," Girl Jordan said."

Back at the stadium,

'This kid is something else,' Lance thought." Charizard go!"

He sends out Charizard.

"He's kidding right?" Ronnie Anne asked."

Back at the loud house,

"Seriously, he's using a fire type against a water type?" Lynn asked."

"Lance probably has something," Margo replied."

"I'm still confused that Gyarados is a flying type," Lana said."

Lance activates it making his Charizard to mega evolve into a MegaCharizard X.

"Whoa!" Lincoln said."

"Meet MegaCharizard X," Lance said." Dragon claw!"

His Charizard uses dragon claw and sends Gyarados into the air.

"Now, seismic toss!" Lance said."

Charizard grabs Gyrados and uses seismic toss and sends Gyarados to the ground. The impact was enough to knock out Gyarados.

"Gyarados is unable to battle, Charizard wins," the referee said."

Back at the loud house,

Everyone was shocked.

"What just happened?" Lori asked."

"I have no idea," Carlota replied."

Back at the stadium,

"Firestorm, you're up!" Lincoln said."

He sends out firestorm.

'I see, I wonder if his Pokémon can reach that shadowy form I saw during his battle with Cross?' Lance thought.'

"Flamethrower!" Lincoln said."

Firestorm fires his flamethrower at Lance's Charizard. it dodges by flying up in the air.

"Dragon dance!" Lance said."

His Charizard uses dragon dance increasing its speed and attack. Firestorm flies up towards MegaCharizard, He tries to hit it but misses.

"Dragon claw!" Lance said."

Using its speed, Lances Charizard uses dragon claw to attack firestorm flying through him. with its attack power increased it causes more damage.

"Now dragon tail!" Lance said."

His Charizard's tail grew green and slams firestorm sending him to the ground.

"Firestorm!" Lincoln yelled."

"As you can see, my Charizard's megaform also changed its type making it a dragon type," Lance said." You might as well switch your Pokémon or give up, Charizard is one of my strongest Pokémon."

Lincoln sees firestorm struggling to get up.

"Switch him little bro!" Bobby said."

Back at the loud house,

"Come on link," Luan said."

"Switch to another Pokémon," CJ said."

Back at the stadium,

Lincoln was about to pull out his pokeball.

"Don't Lincoln, I can still fight," Firestorm said as he gets up." I know deep down that we can't give up, we've come this far, and we'll see this through to the end."

(Feeling inspired and puts his pokeball back)" you're right, if you can keep going then let's give it our all.

Suddenly, his keystone and firestorm's mega stone start glowing.

"Is this mega evolution?" Lincoln asked."

Then firestorm's mega stone infuses into him making him evolve. He body turns fully red, while having a combined appearance of both mega forms but with dark marks, with orange flames coming from his mouth and head. Lance smiles seeing firestorm as the audience look in awe.

"I am Charragon!" Firestorm said."

"Wow, could it be another mega evolution?" Clyde asked."

"Maybe," Bobby said."

"I knew it, your Pokémon has evolved to a new form because of your bond and fighting spirit," Lance said." I saw it during your battle with Cross."

Back at the loud house,

Everyone looked amazed at firestorms evolution.

"Wow, he looks awesome!" Lynn said."

"All because of their bond," Margo said."

"I bet more of his Pokémon will do the same," Paula said."

Back at the stadium,

"Now, show me your bond!" Lance said."

"Gladly!" Lincoln said."

"Dragon claw!" Lincoln and Lance said."

Firestorm and Charizard use dragon claw at each other. The attacks hit each other, they both fly into the air, continuing their attacks.

"Dragon rush!" Lincoln and Lance said."

Both Pokémon used dragon rush and flies towards each other, they clash causing a big explosion that makes everyone shield their eyes. Lance's Charizard falls to the ground as firestorm lands on the ground.

"Charizard is unable to battle, Charragon wins," the referee said."

Lincoln runs and hugs Charragon.

"Firestorm, you're awesome!" Lincoln said."

Back at the loud house,

"Alright, he won!" Lana said."

"Don't forget, Lance said its one of his strongest Pokémon," Lucy said."

"Good point," Lana said."

"Let's see what happens," Rusty said."

Back at the stadium,

"Hydreigon go!" Lance said."

He sends out Hydreigon.

"It looks like king gidorah," Clyde said."

"The three headed dragon that's Godzilla's worst enemy?" Bobby asked."

"Yup," Clyde replied."

"Aurorus go!" Lincoln said."

He sends out Aurorus.

"Draco meteor!" Lance said."

Hydreigon fires a fire ball at into the sky, it explodes making meteors fall towards Aurorus.

"Light screen!" Lincoln said."

Aurorus uses light screen to shield herself from the attack. Hydreigon appears behind her.

"Fire fang!" Lance said."

Hydreigon uses its thee heads to uses fire fang and bites Aurorus causing damage. Aurorus stumbles a bit feeling burnt.

"Now, dragon rush!" Lance said."

Hydreigon uses dragon rush and flies towards Aurorus.

"Ice beam!" Lincoln said."

Aurorus uses ice beam with her full power. Hydreigon was still flying towards Aurorus while getting hit with ice beam and clashed with Aurorus causing them to explode. the smoke clears and Hydeigon was knocked out.

"Hydeigon is unable to battle, Aurorus wins," the referee said."

Back at the loud house,

"I knew he would use his ice type," Liam said."

"Yeah, but she looked burnt after that fire fang attack," Zach said."

Back at the stadium,

"Kommo-o, go!" Lance said."

He sends out Kommo-o.

"Think you can keep going?" Lincoln asked."

"Yes, I can," Aurorus replied."

"Ok, then use hail!" Lincoln said."

Aurorus uses hail which causes hail to fall. the attack is effective.

"Dragon claw!" Lance said."

Dodge and use ice fang!" Lincoln said."

Aurorus dodges the attack and uses ice fang. the attack hits.

"Now aura beam!" Lincoln said."

Aurorus fires aura beam at Kommo-o sending it to the wall.

"Kommo-o is unable to battle, Aurorus wins," the referee said."

Back at the loud house,

"Just one more to go," Maria said."

"I wonder how strong his last one is," Carlos said."

Back at the stadium,

"Dragonite, go!" Lance said."

"He sends out dragonite.

"Fire punch!" Lance said."

Dragonite uses fire fist and punches Aurorus making her fall leaving Lincoln shocked.

"Aurorus is unable to battle, Dragonite wins," the referee said."

Back at the loud house,

"Didn't see that coming," Lynn sr. said."

"Us either," Rita said."

"Now what, he lost his ice type," Lynn said."

"He still has Pikachu," Lisa said."

Back at the stadium,

"Dragonite go!" Lincoln said."

He sends out his dragonite.

"Mega punch!" Lincoln said."

His dragonite uses mega punch but misses.

"Thunder punch!" Lance said."

His dragonite uses thunder punch and pummels Lincoln's dragonite, the attacks send dragonite to the ground. She struggles to stand.

"Dragonite!" Lincoln said."

"I won't let you down Lincoln!" Dragonite said." (Looks at him)" you're the best trainer who helped me get stronger."

She began to glow beginning to evolve. She grew longer, her orange color turned white with green marks on her belly and grew horns on her head to her tail and moon marks, with wings on her legs as her wings on her back changed, she also grew long whiskers.

"I am Dragonivine," Dragonivine said."

"Beautiful," Lincoln said." Then let's do this."

(Smirking)" a true bond in friendship and teamwork," Lance said."

"Mega punch!" Lincoln and Lance said."

The two Pokémon use mega punch, the attacks land on each other, causing damage.

"Thunder punch!" Lance said."

"Ice punch!" Lincoln said."

The attacks clash with each fist in each other's faces. Dragonite falls from the attack.

"Dragonite is unable to battle, Dragonivine is the wins, thus the victor goes to Lincoln," the referee said."

The crowds cheer on Lincoln's victory.

Back at the loud house,

Everyone cheered on Lincoln's victory.

"Now he's going to face the champion and enter the hall of fame!" Carl said."

"I wonder who it is?" Lola asked."

At the Pokémon center,

Lincoln was getting his Pokémon healed with his friends then Ren showed up.

"I'm glad you made it link, now you'll be facing the champion," Ren said."

"Thanks, and I can't wait to face the champion," Lincoln said."

"Me too, because my battle with you will be fun," Ren said."

Lincoln had a surprised look on his face.

"Wait, you're the champion?!" Lincoln asked."

"Yup, see you tomorrow on the battlefield," Ren replied as he walks away leaving Lincoln and his friends shocked.
