Kagome woke up the next morning in bliss. She turned over and Inuyasha was sleeping soundly next to her. He had a cute little snore that she found adorable. She looked around and smiled at the house she now got to live in. She looked down and blushed. She was still wrapped up with his haori.
She laid back down and she looked down at the haori. She couldn't believe that last night happened. She and Inuyasha slept together. And he called her his. It was what she wanted for so long. Inuyasha was hers and hers alone.
"Morning." he said, his voice thick with sleep. Kagome turned and laid, facing him. "Morning," she said with a smile. "How are you feeling this morning?" asked Inuyasha. She smiled. "Well rested. How are you feeling?" she asked.
Inuyasha smiled. "I'm great." Kagome smiled. "Did last night really happen?" asked Kagome. Inuyasha chuckled. "Yeah, it happened. Was it okay for you?" he asked. Kagome nodded. "Yeah, it was amazing." Inuyasha smiled.
Inuyasha sat up on his elbow. "I wanted to talk to you about something." Kagome sat up, his haori slipping from her shoulders. She grabbed it before it exposed her breasts. She blushed. Inuyasha smiled and he took her hand, allowing the fabric to fall off her shoulders.
Kagome blushed, and she tried to cover herself again. Inuyasha took her arms from her chest. "Why are you hiding?" he asked. Kagome blushed. "I don't know. I'm just not used to having you see me like this." Inuyasha let go of her.
"Am I making you uncomfortable?" Kagome shook her head quickly. "No, not at all. It's just something I have to get used to." Inuyasha nodded. He kissed the side of her head.
He walked over and picked up a plain white kimono and he handed it to her. Kagome took it. She looked at him. "Sango gave me some kimonos in case you came back. I hope it fits." Kagome nodded. She put it on and she tied it loosely.
"So, what did you want to talk to me about?" she asked. Inuyasha sat across from her. "So, Miroku and Sango have rings that show they are together." Kagome nodded. "Yeah, they're called wedding rings."
Inuyasha nodded. "I was wondering if you would want a ring sometime." Kagome smiled and nodded. "Yeah, I would like that." Inuyasha smiled and nodded. "What did you want to do today? We are free all day." Kagome shrugged. "I don't know. Maybe go swimming?" Inuyasha nodded.
"Sure, we can do that. We can go to the waterfall outside the village." Kagome nodded. Kagome made breakfast for them both and they ate together. "Did you want to bring some food for the day?" asked Kagome.
"Sure, maybe some fruit?" Kagome nodded. "Yeah, I'll pack some." Kagome grabbed some apples and they headed to the waterfall. Kagome looked at the water. "I don't know how to swim without a swimsuit." she said.
Inuyasha got a dark smile on his face. "You could just go into the water without any clothes." Kagome giggled and lightly hit his shoulder. "Perv." Inuyasha chuckled. "You chose me." Kagome smiled, full of love. "Yeah, I did."
Kagome walked over to the water. She put her feet in the water and she smiled. It felt so good. Kagome looked at Inuyasha looked at her. "Are you going to come in?" she looked over and she blushed. "Inuyasha!" she cried, blushing.
"Calm down, Kagome. We are in a secluded part of the water. No one will see us. Come on." He said, walking into the water. Kagome looked at him and she giggled. She looked around and she shed her kimono.
She dove under the water. She came up in front of Inuyasha. "See? Not that bad." Kagome giggled. "Sure." They swam next to each other. Kagome giggled as Inuyasha came up behind her and grabbed her waist.
Kagome giggled, splashing Inuyasha. She splashed him in the face. He growled. Kagome stopped. "I'm sorry." She said. Inuyasha smiled darkly. "Now you're gonna get it!" He threw her into the water. She came up and she glared at him.
"You're gonna pay for that!" she yelled, splashing him. They took turns splashing each other. Inuyasha grabbed her waist and brought her to him. Kagome wrapped her legs around his waist. Inuyasha's eyes turned from joking to lustful.
Kagome blushed and looked at him. Inuyasha kissed her and she wrapped her arms around his neck. "Inuyasha, people may see." Inuyasha chuckled. "I promise they won't." he said lowly. Kagome looked at him and reclaimed his lips.
He put his hands on her waist and pushed her through the water, pinning her against the back of the waterfall. They separated. Inuyasha looked at her. Her hair was soaking wet, sticking to her face. He smiled, moving her hair from her face, and kissed her.
Kagome broke the kiss and she started to suck on the side of his neck. Inuyasha groaned and he grinded against her. She moaned as she grinded him back. Kagome ran her nails along Inuyasha's ribs. He growled.
Kagome moaned as Inuyasha was at her entrance. He looked at her, looking for permission. She nodded. She gasped when she felt him enter her. She locked her legs around his waist. Inuyasha took her hands, put together and put them above her head. She gasped. "Inuyasha." She moaned.
"I love you Kagome." he said huskily. He sped up his pace and he allowed himself to moan in ecstasy as he came. They broke apart and looked at each other. "Are you okay?" he asked. Kagome nodded, panting.
"Want to dry off and grab some food?" asked Kagome. He nodded. "Yeah." They changed back into their Kimonos and they sat close to the water. "It's strange." Kagome looked over to him. "My whole life I've been always moving. Always fighting. Demons and humans alike. Now my life is so calm."
He looked at Kagome. "It's strange. I'm not sure how to live like this." Kagome smiled. "I'm sure. Hunting Naraku for so long messes with your life. You always think that something is going to happen." Inuyasha nodded. "Yeah."
"It's how it's for me. It feels weird about not panicking with my exams and tests. Trying to study between Naraku battles was hard. And traveling through the well, between eras." Inuyasha nodded.
"I'm glad that we have this now." Inuyasha said. He looked at her. "I'm glad that I can spend days like this with you. We can just do whatever." Kagome smiled and nodded. "What would you do in your era in the summer?" asked Inuyasha.
"Well, we would go to the pool. That's like this but it's built in the ground. And the water is full of chemicals to keep it clean. We would also do the festivals and stuff at school. Then we would get ice cream and stuff. Sometimes we would go to the movies. Or when we were young we would go to the beach."
She looked at Inuyasha. He was smiling. "What?" He shook his head. "Nothing. I just like listening to you talking about your era." Kagome smiled and she put her head on his shoulder. "I am excited to celebrate summers and all the other seasons with you Inuyasha." Inuyasha put his finger under her chin and kissed her.
"I love you, Kagome." Kagome smiled. "And I love you, Inuyasha." They smiled and kissed. "So, since we are together is there anything special about mating in the Inu clan?" asked Kagome. Inuyasha shook his head. "No, it's already done."
Kagome cocked her head to the side. "What is it?" Inuyasha looked at her. "Well we have sex and then I mark you." Kagome looked at him with confusion. "Mark me?" Inuyasha pointed to his neck.
Kagome put her hand to her neck and touched her neck. She could feel a dull pain. "Did you bite me?" she asked. "Basically. Don't worry. It'll go away. It's just going to be like that for a week or so." Kagome nodded. "I didn't even feel it." Inuyasha smiled. "Then I did it right." he said.
A shiver went down Kagome's spine. "Come on, it looks like it's gonna get dark soon." said Inuyasha. Kagome nodded. They walked back to the house and Kagome started to cook dinner. Kagome set down the rice and vegetables in front of Inuyahsa.
He took a bite. "I missed your cooking." he said. Kagome smiled. "I'm glad that I can cook for you." She smiled. Inuyasha smiled back. He gave her a kiss. "Thank you, Kagome." She nodded. "Of course." She said with a smile.
