Shifu's Back

Things weren't looking good in the Valley Of Peace. Leo, the Dragon Warrior and the Furious Five protected the Valley Of Peace from evil villains. Until one day, they were forbidden to use their kung fu unless they had a permit. It was really tough to get it approve because the guy who approves it is hardly there. The Valley Of Peace has been robbed by all sorts of villains for the first two months. As they waited for their permit for the first two months, Leo had continued doing his usual thing. Wake up, eat, train, and meditate. He even spends more time in the library than anyone here at the Jade Palace, not to mention meditating as well. There was still no answer for him in the library about his situation with Kaira.

The next day Po and the Furious Five were in the courtyard. Monkey was throwing a pebble into a pile he made. Mantis was eating some grapes in a bowl while Crane was drawing Mantis. Viper was laying on the ground sunbathing with two pieces of fruit over her eyes. And Leo was mediating at the Peach Tree. He didn't sleep well and got up at four in the morning. Leo left a note in his room before doing his normal routine since he decided to sleep in his own separate room since this whole permit situation began. Po and Viper thought Leo and Tigress were arguing about the situation, but the human assured them that he and Tigress were not arguing.

He didn't want anyone to disturb him unless something important came up. As Leo was meditating in a lotus position, he felt Mantis hop on his shoulder.

"Hey Leo." Mantis said.

"Yes Mantis, what is it? Did something important came up?"

"Yep. We got that stupid permit now after two months."

"Good. It's about fucking time now."

"We were about to head out and find those three pigs, but Shifu wanted one of us to come get you."

"Where's Master Shifu right now?"

"You can check on him now before we head out."

"Go on without me. I'll catch up with you later."

"You've thrown your back out because of Po landing on you?"

Leo was standing in the courtyard looking down at his master laying down in the ground.

"Yes." Shifu replied with a moan.

"Damnit." Leo growled. "Do you need help to be back inside Master?"

"No. I need you to join the Five and search those pigs. Po will be staying here with me."

"As you wish, Master." Leo bowed to him and left the courtyard.

After going into the village and meeting up with the others, they left the valley and heads into the woods. Those pigs could be anywhere by now. Leo suggested they should split up and cover more ground in case they run into one of the pigs. He was walking on a separate dirt path keeping an eye out. Leo kept his guard up in case he run into any problems. The dirt path led him to an open area.

"Not here." Kaira spoke in his mind. "Maybe they're in another location."

"Why don't you shut the hell up?" Leo snarled.

"I don't think so. Besides, I can't go anywhere because I'm stuck with you."

After searching for the whole day, Leo met up with the others near the entrance of the village.

"Any luck?" Leo asks them.

"No." Viper answered. "What about you, Leo?"

"Same."

"Damnit." Mantis cursed. "Where do you think they could be?"

"Hm. We'll need to keep searching tonight and if we don't find them, then we report back to Shifu." Leo folded his arms.

They split up once more and kept looking for Bao, Tsao and Lao. When he will find those pigs, it'll be great to use kung fu on them again. Leo kept walking along the dirt path. "It would be easy to know where they are. That'll make things a lot easier to search for them." Leo thought. "But I can't allow myself to lose control like that."

"Well, you do look good when you lose control like that." Kaira snickered.

"Oh shut the fuck up." Leo sneers at her comment.

After searching for the whole night, they all met up back in the village and heads back up the thousand steps to the Jade Palace. They quickly ran to the Training Hall.

"Po!" Tigress called, pulling the doors ajar.

Standing in front of Po, who was holding Shifu in a baby holder, was a big elephant that was wearing a small hat and a orange uniform while a browinsh-white gray ibex was about to sign a scroll. The ibex was wearing a red imperial robe.

"Master Shifu, we searched for those pigs all night and couldn't find them." Tigress spoke to Shifu. "They must be hiding out."

"Thank you, Tigress." Po said, pushing her away. "That will be all."

"Po, what's wrong with Shifu?" Leo notices Shifu acting not like himself.

"I'm fine." Po answered to the human.

"He means Shifu, Po." Monkey said, pointing at the small red panda.

"I am Shifu."

"Of course he is!" the elephant exclaims.

"Who, Constable Hu?" Mantis asked him.

"Me!" Po exclaims.

"What the hell is going on?" Crane wondered.

"That's what I want to know right now!" the ibex yelled angrily as he steps in between them. "Now who is Shifu?!"

The Furious Five pointed at Shifu and Leo motioned his head to his master.

"I see." the ibex said. "Hm?" He notices Leo. "Odd. I've never seen you before. What is your name?"

"My name is Leo." Leo places his hands behind his back. "I'm a student here at the Jade Palace."

"Well not anymore!" the ibex snapped at him.

"What?!" Leo gasps. "Who the fucking hell do you think you are?!"

"I am Superintendent Woo!" Woo shouted at him angrily. He pushes the human to the side to walk by and turn around. "I cannot believe I almost entrusted the Valley Of Peace to a lunatic!"

"I like checkers!" Shifu exclaims happily, waving his arms.

Woo's expression didn't change. "As of right now, I am shutting the Jade Palace for good! It's finished! Over! The end! Etcetera!" he shouted, before leaving the room and slamming the door.

No one said anything for a moment until they heard Shifu snoring.

"Po, can you explain what the fucking hell did you do?" Leo growls at him, causing the panda to look at him.

Half an hour has passed after Po explains what happened when they were all out. After Po finished, it was Leo's turn to speak.

"So you pretended to be Master Shifu after you screwed up a potion on the first scroll, explained to that damn bastard about the permit, spar Shifu, made up a fake kung fu style and was hoping to that Woo would sign the fucking scroll?" Leo asks him sternly. They were both standing out of the Training Hall.

"Yeah." Po answered. "And I was really hoping he would sign it before you guys got back."

"Po, you need to follow the directions precisely!" Leo snapped at him angrily. "If you haven't break Shifu's back, Shifu would've talked to Woo and none of this would've happened! This is your fault!" Leo jabs Po with his finger on the panda's shoulder. "If I get a serious injury in the future, don't bother to fix me. Do you understand, panda?"

Po watches him walk away. He lowered his head sadly and turns around to head back inside.

"Po?"

The Dragon Warrior stops and sees Tigress walking towards him with a cup of tea.

"Are you alright? Where's Leo?" the feline asks him.

"I'm fine." Po lied. "Leo went for a walk and will be back later on."

Tigress tilts her head confused.

Leo was walking on a dirt path in the forest of the bamboo. He couldn't believe Po had to pretend to be Shifu in order to talk to Woo about the permit. Leo knew this whole permit situation is not their fault and Woo just shut down the Jade Palace. He's not sure when Woo will send the police force, but Leo must find the answer to his problem before they get here. As he was walking, Leo notices Constable Hu running. "What's going on, Hu?"

"Superintendent Woo has been abducted by those nasty pigs!" he exclaims.

"Where are they?"

"Back there! I'm already heading back to the Jade Palace to get Shifu and the others!"

"Damn it! You won't make it back in time! I'll take care of those pigs myself!" Leo snarls at him. He quickly rushes by the elephant, ignoring his calls.

After running for a while, Leo spots them and jumps onto a boulder quietly. He can see Woo all tied up as Lao and Tsao had their hooves on the ibex and Bao was leading the way. Leo quickly hops onto the ground and rushes to the unsuspecting three pigs. He rushes towards and jumps, bringing both of his fists down hard on the two pig's heads before grabbing the startled ibex and leaping back a few feet.

"Huh?" Bao turns around and notice Lao and Tsao were groaning rubbing their heads. He notices Leo.

"Thank goodness, you're here!" Woo smiled at the human before shifting his gaze at the pigs. "Back off, you hairless pigs! He's here to rescue me!"

"And why should I rescue you?" Leo looks over his shoulder with a sneer. "If you want to me rescue you, fine, but you must restore the service of the Jade Palace, give the constable his job back with an increased pay rate."

"Alright, I'll do it!" Woo cried.

"Finally!" Leo snapped, shifting his gaze to the trio of pigs. He quickly charges at them with no hesitation. Leo did a spinning lounge dive to Tsao that sent the pig to the ground. He grabs Tsao by the leg and spun him around several times before throwing him into a tree trunk. Leo quickly charges at him and did a headbutt to the pig's stomach before jumping backward to avoid Lao and Bao's dive, knocking Tsao out.

Leo blocked several punches and kicks from his two opponents. He headbutted Bao to stun him and sweep him off his feet with a low leg sweep. Lao lets out a shout and tries to deliver a kick to Leo, the counters back with a right kick to the pig's kick. He delivered several jabs and punches that broke Lao's defense within several seconds. As Lao's defense was diminish, Leo performed a hard spinning hook punch that knocked out Lao. Lao twirled once before falling backward.

Bao was able to land two punches behind Leo's back with a kick. Leo used both of his hands to prevent to himself to hit the ground and pushes off backward with a kick to Bao's stomach then performed an uppercut to the chin. Bao was sent flying a couple meters and landed on the ground with a big thud.

"Gah!" Bao coughed as he coughs. His saliva hits the ground.

Leo didn't lower his guard, not one bit. He watches the pig to get up. The human rushes toward Bao with three hurricane kicks and did a twisting palm strike that sent Bao into his comrades and Bao didn't get up from that last attack.

The ibex watches in amazement that this human took on three foes at once. Leo walks over to Woo and untied him.

"My apologizes that I didn't untie you first before engaging combat." Leo apologized.

Before Woo can say anything, the two of them hear several footsteps and turns around to see Po, Shifu and Hu rushing over.

"Are you two alright?" Shifu asks them. "And where are those three pigs?"

"Right over there." Leo pointed behind him.

After the three pigs were sent to prison and Woo left the Valley, Hu, Shifu, Po and the Furious Five were walking out of the Hall Of Heroes. Leo, however, was leaning against one of the columns while he was waiting for them after he, Po, Shifu and Hu came back from the forest. He thought it was best that those three would explains to the Furious Five what happened in the forest.

"Congratulations, Shifu." Hu congratulates Shifu as he turns to face them. "The Valley Of Peace is now under your protection once again."

"All thanks to Leo." Shifu shifted his attention to Leo.

Leo bows his head to his master.

"Now that you can take of the criminals, I can return to my office in the Valley to on my paperwork." Hu lets out a small chuckle.

"Bandits!" a villager exclaims, running up the stair and fell on the ground. "By the village square!"

Everyone looks at Shifu. Shifu looks at Hu and the constable gave him a wink. "Enjoy." Shifu smiled to his students.

The Furious Five jumps to the air, ready to fight the bandits and Leo was running down the stairs quickly to catch up with them.
