Episode 313: Pacifidlog Jam!
After the deaths of Zell and the Elemental Bosses, Sora is still resting, recovering from his injuries he had taken from both of those fights. The rest of the group were waiting sitting around and talking about what had occurred.
"Hard to believe that those guys were sent by Organization XIII. Those guys had us fooled, making us think that they were real people," Leaf said.
"I'll say. Thy're very are good at tricking people," Lyra said.
"Marill," Marill said.
"Who exactly is this Organization XIII you guys were talking about?" Harley asked.
"Organization XIII is a dangerous group of Nobodies who for some reason set their attention on Sora," Riku said.
"They've been after him ever since Sora and Kairi journeyed in the Johto region," Riku explained.
"Nobodies?" Harley asked.
"Since you saw our Keyblades, we might as well fill you in. You see, we use them to fight off the Nobodies and other creatures called the Heartless and the Unversed. The Heartless comes from the darkness in the hearts of any living thing, and the Unversed are born from negative feelings. When the darkness in a person's heart grows too strong, then that person turns into a Heartless. And when that person has a strong heart, then a Nobody is created. And the Organization has control over all of the Nobodies," Ethan explained.
"I seem to remember that one guy what that one guy said. Saïx, if I'm remembering right. He mentioned Axel's name, so that guy who showed up was Axel, wasn't it?" Drew asked.
"Yeah, it was Axel," Leaf confirmed.
"You mean that redhead in black? What does he have to do with it?" Harley asked.
"A lot," Riku answered.
"Axel was a member of the Organization, but he left, so he's been labeled a traitor, so they're after him, too," Rei said.
"Axel has gotten us out of a few jams before," Ethan said.
"There's one thing that's on my mind. Axel called them replicas. I mean, a replica is supposed to be a copy of a person. I mean, the Organization had been making replicas of Pokémon, so who did he make copies out of?" Brendan asked.
"You're right to point that out, Brendan, because I agree. It could have been anyone," Hikaru said.
"That's not too helpful," Karen said.
"It's not like the answer is just going to present itself to us, Karen. That's why they call it a mystery," Terra said.
"I guess you're right," Karen said.
"I don't know about the rest of you, but I think I need my sleep. We had an exciting day," Aqua said.
"That's not a bad idea, because I could use one," Rei said.
With that said, everyone began to unrill their sleeping bags and they went right to sleep. Harley was wearing a sleeping mask. Sora is sleeping soundly in his sleeping bag when he began to have a bizarre dream.
"Roxas," a voice spoke.
"Roxas?" Sora asked.
"Roxas."
"Roxas."
"Roxas."
"Roxas."
"Roxas."
The voices said "Roxas" again and again like they were chanting it.
"Sora and Roxas," another voice said.
"Me and Roxas?" Sora asked.
Sora then finds himself in Pallet Town and he sees that he is at the dinner table with his mother and sister. But they weren't the only ones at the table. Sora also saw Roxas with them. He was surprised to see him.
"Ven?" Sora asked.
"It's not your cousin, Sora," Delia said. Sora looked at his mother. "Roxas is your-"
"Sora. Wake up," Kairi's voice said.
Sora opens his eyes and he slowly sits up.
"Kairi," Sora said.
"You sleep alright?" Kairi asked.
"Yeah, but you wouldn't believe the dream I just had. It was one of the weirdest," Sora said.
"Really?" Kairi asked.
"Yeah. It was about Roxas," Sora said.
"Roxas? You mean the same Roxas who fought with us against ExDark?" Kairi asked.
"Yeah. And he looked like Ven. That was what was weird about it," Sora said.
"It does sound weird. I just wanted to make sure that you were feeling better after what happened yesterday," Kairi said.
"I think I'm a hundred percent. I guess a goodnight sleep was just what the doctor ordered," Sora said.
"Good. I'm glad. That means you can help me make some breakfast," Kairi siad.
"Okay," Sora said, getting up.
Karen was listening to them talk and she had the exact same dream.
"Roxas, I know you're back with Sora, but I miss you. And I also miss Xion, too. Seeing you felt so right to me. I wish that I could see your face again, Roxas. I really do," Karen said.
Sora and Kairi have gotten up and started to make some breakfast, making sure that there was enough for everyone. The smell of pancakes, eggs, and bacon woke everyone up. Drew and Harley were at awe at how good a cook Kairi is.
After they ate, Drew and Harley were getting ready to go.
"Well, that was delicious, but we gotta get a move on. Sorry to eat and run," Harley said.
"We should get going anyway," Rei said.
"Anyway, Kairi, good luck in the Contest," Drew said.
"Thanks. I plan on giving it everything that I got," Kairi said.
"Eevee," Angel said.
"Eevee," Celeste said.
With that said, the group went their own way as Drew and Harley went their own separate ways. Harley kept on going.
"My plans for revenge may have gotten derailed thanks to those jokers, but at least I won't be seeing them again. And since May's going to be in the Grand Festival, beating her is going to be my number one priority. It doesn't even matter if May even has one of those key things, because she'll regret ever crossing me and beating me," Harley said as he grinned.
Not far behind, Wes and Rui were riding in Wes's vehicle when Kaito had appeared before them.
"Kaito. It's been a while. What are you doing here?" Wes asked.
"It's DiZ. He found Organization XIII's stronghold, and he's putting his plans into effect. And he may need you to assist him," Kaito said.
"Then we can put an end to Organization XIII once and for all," Rui said.
"Yes, but the place should be crawling with Nobodies, so it won't be easy for him. Plus, they have gathered so many hearts to make their artificial Kingdom Hearts complete," Kaito said.
"So they're almost done. This gives us a chance to end it like Rui said," Wes said. Kaito opened a portal for Wes and Rui to enter it.
"You may want to leave your ride behind, because it might attract some unwanted attention," Kaito said.
"He's right. We don't want them to know yet," Rui said.
Wes stepped out and he took all of his Pokémon with him. Wes and Rui entered the portal before it closed. Kaito sighed to himself.
"Good luck," Kaito said, vanishing.
Back with the group, Sora, Kairi, Riku, Naminé, Karen, Ventus, Terra, Aqua, Ash, Leaf, Ethan, Kris, Lyra, Brendan, May, Michael, Max, Lisia, Zinnia, Rei, Hikaru, Pikachu, Angel, Xipak, Celeste, Eevee, Azurill, Blossom, Sparky, Thor, Eclair, Marill, and Aster have made it to the ferry taking them to Pacifidlog Town. Upon arriving, they went off to find the Pokémon Center to relax and prepare for the final Contest in Hoenn. Kairi had chosen Roserade since she didn't get a chance to compete in the Purika Town Contest due to her illness. This is her last chance to participate in the Grand Festival.
Looking around, they saw Coordinators and Pokémon practicing their hearts out, determined to earn it since it's their last chance to enter the Grand Festival.
"Look at them. They really wanna win this," Michael said.
"Well, who can blame them? This is the last Contest before the Grand Festival, so none of them can afford to let it slip out of their fingers," Terra said.
"Well, if anyone is going to win the Contest, it's going to be Kairi!" Ventus said.
"You got that right, Ven. Nobody's gonna stand in her way," Karen said.
"Since you already have your five Ribbons, May, what are you going to do?" Kris asked.
"I'm going to train for the Grand Festival, of course. Me and my Pokémon are going to work very hard if we're going to work our way to the top!" May said. She took out her Pokéballs and tossed them up. "Come on out, everyone!" With that said, Combusken, Beautifly, Swablu, Skitty, Bulbasaur, Munchlax, Squirtle, Eevee, Luvdisc, Goldeen, Vulpix, Smoochum! Come on out!" Her Pokéballs opened and her Pokémon came right out. "Okay, let's get started. Bulbasaur! use Petal Dance!" Bulbasaur unleashes Petal Dance from her bulb. "Beautifly! Silver Wind!" Beautifly flapped her wings and unleashes Silver Wind. "Squirtle! Water Gun!" Squirtle fires Water Gun right into the air. "Fire Spin, Combusken!" Combusken unleashes Fire Spin right into the air. "Eevee! Shadow Ball!" Eevee fired Shadow Ball in the air. "Luvdisc! Heart Stamp!" Luvdisc blows a kiss, and a heart appeared. "Goldeen! Waterfall!" Goldeen summons water and went upwards. "Vulpix! Flamethrower!" Vulpix unleashed a Flamethrower. "Smoochum! Icy Wind!" Smoochum unleashed an Icy Wind. Swablu! Disarming Voice!" Swablu unleashed a Disarming Voice. "Munchlax! Solar Beam!" Munchlax took in sunlight for energy and fired it. "Okay Skitty, it's your turn now. Blizzard!" She noticed that her Skitty isn't around and saw her entranced by an Aipom's tail.
"How about a little PokéBlock, Aipom?" A male Coordinator asked. Slitty go all giddy and wagged her tail in rhythm as May grabbed the Kitten Pokémon.
"Not now, Skitty. You can play all you want after we had our practice, okay?" May sternly asked. Skitty pouted a bit.
"Maybe we should practice, too," Brendan suggested.
"Not a bad idea," Ethan said, taking out his Pokéball and threw it. "Typhlosion! Come on out!" His Pokéball opened and Typhlosion emerged from inside. "How about I help you practice, Brendan?"
"I was hoping you would. Let's make it a double battle, just to make it interesting," Brendan said, taking out two of his Pokéballs.
"Fine by me," Brendan said, taking out another Pokéball. He tossed it. "Come out, Swalot!" His Pokéball opened and a Swalot emerged from inside. Brendan tossed his two Pokéballs.
"Sceptile, Swampert! Come out!" Brendan called out. His Sceptile and Swampert emerged from inside.
"Hey, Sora. How about I help you train?" Ash asked.
"Sure thing. Kairi needs to practice for her Contest, and I could use the training, too," Sora said. Ash took out a Pokéball and tossed it.
"Charizard! Come out!" Ash called out. His Pokéball opened and his Charizard emerged from inside.
"Okay, Pikachu! You're up!" Sora said.
"Pika," Pikachu said.
Sora, Ash, Ethan, and Brendan each had a practice battle to help prepare for the Hoenn Pokémon League tournament.
"Typhlosion! Flamethrower! Swalot! Use Bullet Seed!" Ethan ordered. Swalot fired Bullet Seed while Typhlosion fired Flamethrower.
"Swampert! Use Muddy Water! Sceptile! Dragon Claw on Typhlosion!" Brendan ordered. Swampert unleashed Muddy Water to block when Sceptile leapt forward and lands a Dragon Claw on Typhlosion.
"Okay, Swalot! Use Body Slam!" Ethan ordered. Swalot jumped in the air and comes down at Sceptile.
"Dodge it, Sceptile!" Brendan called out. Sceptile avoids Swalot's Body Slam and hits Typhlosion instead. "Oh, no." This makes Typhlosion angry as Typhlosion pushes the Poison Bag Pokémon off of him.
"Watch what you're doing!" - Typhlosion subtitle.
"I wasn't even aiming at you!" - Swalot subtitle. Swalot ends up pushing Typhlosion, but the Volcano Pokémon pushes back. They kept on pushing each other. Ethan winced as Brendan and his two Pokémon watched the fight take place.
"Not again! Typhlosion, Swalot! Cut that out!" Ethan said, trying to break them up. Typhlosion fired Flamethrower at Swalot, but Swalot just dodged and fired Sludge Bomb at Typhlosion. The Volcano Pokémon dodged.
Sora and Ash were caught in the middle when Typhlosion's Flamethrower cut in front of Pikachu and Charizard.
"Whoa!" Sora and Ash exclaimed in surprise.
"What the heck is going on?!" Sora exclaimed.
"I don't know, but it's getting ugly," Ash said.
Their brawl escalated, surprising some of the other Coordinators. Aipom then started to run, scared.
"Hey! Wait, Aipom!" A male Coordinator shouted. Skitty looked at Aipom's tail once again and got all excited. She started to chase after the Long Tail Pokémon.
"No, Skitty!" May shouted.
"Aipom! Come back!" The Coordinator shouted. Aipom ran off through the bushes and ran one way. "Stop right there, Aipom!" Skitty went into an opposite direction with May running after her.
"Skitty! Come back here!" May shouted.
As the brawl continued. Kairi, Angel, Roserade, and Celeste ran up to the rest of the group.
"What's going on?" Kairi asked.
"I don't know! It just started with a double battle, but suddenly, things went wrong when Swalot landed on Typhlosion by mistake," Ethan said.
"We better put a stop it now!" Sora said. He turned to Pikachu. "Okay, Pikachu! Thunderbolt on the both of them!" Pikachu fired Thunderbolt, shocking both Typhlosion and Swalot. They fell to the groun, ending the brawl. "Have we all calm down?"
"Swalot," Swalot said.
"Typhlosion," Typhlosion said.
Just then, Rei came to the scene because of the fight going on.
"What just happened? I heard that there was a fight between Pokémon. I thought it was Heartless, Nobodies, or Unversed at first," Rei said.
"Everything's okay, Master. It was all a misunderstanding," Ethan said.
"What happened?" Rei asked.
"Well, Master, we were having a practice battle when my Sceptile dodged Ethan's Swalot's Body Slam, and ends up being on its partner by mistake. I think it's partly my fault it happened," Brendan said.
"I should scold you both for this, but I won't since no one was hurt," Rei said.
"Thanks for understanding, Master," Ethan said.
"We're both very sorry," Ethan apologized.
"Let's head for the Pokémon Center and take a break," Lisia suggested.
"I like that idea," Brendan said. He turned and he saw May's other Pokémon, but not May or Skitty. "Hey, where's May?"
"She was just here a minute ago, training same as me," Kairi said.
"Skitty must have ran off during the commotion, and May went after her," Aqua said.
"I'm sure May will find Skitty," Max said.
"Yeah, but let's hope her Skitty doesn't get too excited when lost," Leaf said.
Over to May, she looks for her Skitty after she lost track of the Kitten Pokémon. She walks by a series of houses facing the beach.
"Wonder where Skitty could've gone," May said with worry. May heard Skitty's playful sound and followed it to the backyard. "Skitty! "There you are!" May was briefly mad at Skitty for running off, but she found that she was playing with a boy around May's age. He had green hair and blue eyes. He wore an orange shirt under a red and white jacket. He wore tannish brown shoes and a tannish gray pair of pants. Skitty happily ran up to Skitty and her anger disappeared. "Skitty, you know better than to go on your own like that."
"Hi there. If I had to guess, I'd say Skitty is your Pokémon?" The boy asked.
"Yeah. My name's May," May introduced herself.
"Hey, there. I'm Joshua, a Pokémon Coordinator from right here in Pacifidlog Town," Joshua introduced.
"Wow. Then, I guess you'll be in the contest, won't you?" May asked.
Not too far, a girl that is just around the age of May and Joshua, comes walking from the beach. She wore a lime green vest over a black shirt. She wore black leggings and brown boots. He had mahogany hair and wore an orange bandana in her hair, and she has blue eyes. She stopped in place when she saw May and Joshua sitting on the porch and talking.
"Oh no. Joshua?" The girl asked. "So, who's the new girlfriend you're chatting with?" She was beginning to get jealous.
"That's great! You already won five Ribbons? That means you're gonna enter the Grand Festival," Joshua said.
"Yeah. I'm really here to support a friend. She won four Contest Ribbons and she needs just one more to enter the Grand Festival," May said.
"Really, I'm sure you know your friend is not the only one who wants to win the Pacifidlog Ribbon," Joshua said.
"Of course, I do. She'll do her best to win it," May said.
"I'm looking forward to seeing it in action," Joshua said. He looked right at Skitty.
"It looks like you've raised your it really well. You're cute," Joshua complimented Skitty. The girl growled when she thought he was talking about May.
"Well, isn't that sweet?" The girl hissed. Joshua flinched and May was confused.
"Erika!" Joshua exlcaimed.
"Erika?" May asked. She got right into May's face, making her nervous.
"Mmm-hmm. Well, okay, Joshua, I guess if you have to go around calling other girls cute, then I'm not going to stop you," Erika said with jealousy. "But I'm way cuter than her."
"Wait, you've got it all wrong! I was talking about May's Skitty!" Joshua said. Erika wasn't buying it.
"Really? So, your name's May, is it?" Erika asked.
"Yes, it is," May answered.
"Okay, now I get it," Erika said.
"You do?" May asked. Erika faces Joshua.
"When you said we should train separately, for the last week before the contest, it was just so you could spend time with cute little May, wasn't it?" Erika snarled with jealousy. May was appalled by the accusation.
"What?!" She stood up and Skitty lands on the grass. "That's not true! We've only just met!"
"So, it's love at sight, isn't it?" Erika snarled.
"First sight?!" May exclaimed.
"Sure, Joshua's a very nice guy and first class trainer," Erika said. She points her finger right at her face. "But you stay away! Joshua and I have known each other since childhood. So, of course we were meant for each other. So, we've decided to show our love to the world by winning this Pokémon Contest together."
"Yeah, like that was ever gonna happen," My deapanned. May hadn't been a Coordinator for long, but even she knew it doesn't work that way.
"Hey, dreams do comes true, right? And for your information, we've been training togethersince we were little children," Erika said, turning to Joshua. "So, anyway, we should go since it's almost time for us to registered."
"Yeah, okay," Joshua said, turning to May. "May, you should come with us." Erika was shocked when he invited May with them.
"Uh! Why? She has nothing to do with us," Erika scoffed.
"She does. May's a Coordinator too, but she already won her Contest Ribbons, but she's here to cheer for a friend," Joshua said.
"Well, isn't that nice. Super cool," Erika said, looking at her Skitty, making her feel unsure.
"What's wrong, Skitty?" May asked.
"Ha! Guess it knows you'll lose," Erika taunted. "You and your Skitty against me, that is." May glared right at her.
"YEAH?! Is that so?! I can battle you with one hand behind my back and whoop you good!" May stated.
"That's nice. Now, how would you like to see my pride and joy, May?" Erika asked, taking out a Pokéball. "Go! Jynx! I chose you!" Erika threw her Pokéball and her Jynx comes out. Erika embraces her Jynx.
"So, that's a Jynx," May said, taking out her Rotom Phone and scanned it.

Jynx is known for expressing its many and varied feelings by dancing around in graceful and rhythmical motions.
"Check out that beautiful hair and those soft eyes and her cute lips. No way a judge will be able to resist falling in love with my Jynxie," Erika said.
"Hey, May!" Brendan called out. Joshua and Erika heard the new voices as he, Max, and her Pokémon come looking for her. "Found you at last."
Sora, Kairi, Riku, Naminé, Ventus, Terra, Aqua, Ash, Leaf, Ethan, Kris, Lyra, Brendan, Michael, Max, Lisia, Zinnia, Rei, Hikaru, and the Pokémon have found May and Skitty.
"Hey, you found Skitty," Kairi said.
"Yeah. Good thing," May said. "Anyway, Kairi, have you registered yet?"
"Not yet. We were all concerned, looking for you," Kairi said.
"Are those your friends?" Joshua asked.
"Uh-huh. Brendan's a friend of mine from my childhood. And that's Max, my brother. And there's Sora and his girlfriend Kairi, his twin sister Karen, and his cousin Ven. The guy with the silver hair is Riku, and that's his girlfriend Naminé. This is Ash and Leaf. This is Ethan and his girlfriend Kris. That's Lyra. This is Zinnia, along with Hikaru, and Rei Sakura. The Combusken, Beautifly, Bulbasaur, Munchlax, Luvdisc, Goldeen, Vulpix, Smoochum, Eevee, Swablu, and Squirtle are all my other Pokémon. Of course, you already know who Lisia is," May introduced.
"Hi there," Brendan and Max both said.
"My name's Joshua. Glad to meet you," he introduced. He gestured to Erika. "This is Erika."
"Nice to meet you," Erika greeted.
"So which one of you is entering the Pacifidlog Town Pokémon Contest?" Joshua asked.
"That'll be me and my Roserade here," Kairi said.
"Roserade," Roserade said.
"Your Roserade looks very healthy. You must have done a lot of work to raise your Roserade," Joshua said.
"Well, I had him ever since he was just a Budew. And we'll give it everything we got. Is that right, Roserade?" Kairi asked.
"Rose," Roserade said.
"That's what I wanna hear," May said.
With that said, everyone went off to the Contest Hall to register for the Contest. Along the way, Joshua had been talking to May, making her blood boil. Joshua was quick to notice that Brendan and May had a thing going on between them. Erika sneered, thinking she was crushing on May, when it wasn't what she thought.
The Contest was about to begin as Vivian had taken the stage and the judges had taken their seats. Outside the contest hall, Axel bares witness to the Contest taking place outside on a giant screen on display.
"Ladies and gentlemen! Your patience has finally paid off. Because your Pacifidlog Pokémon Contest is about to begin!" Vivian announced. The crowd cheers hard "And don't forget, this is the final conest before the Grand Festival. So, expect to see some of the toughest battling you've ever witnessed before! Now, it's time to meet our renowned panel of judges! First we hae Contesta, our Contest Director!"
"How are you?" Contesta greeted.
"Mr. Suziko, President of the Pokémon Fan Club," Vivian announced.
"You're all remarkable!" Mr. Suziko said.
"And finally, we have the lovely Athena Minerva!" Vivian announced.
"I hope you all enjoy the Contest to all your heart's content!" Athena said.
"And now, to begin the first round of judging we'll kick things off with entry number one!So, let's give a big hand to the Jester!" Vivian announced. A small toy car comes driving in as a man dressed in a jesters outfit comes popping out.
"Ta-da!" The Jester said, making his entry. He begins to juggle some balls along a Pokéball in the mix. "Come on out, Mr. Mime!" The Pokéball opens and his Mr. Mime comes out in a similar fashion to the Jester "Time for a little juggling act! Here we go!" The Jester threw all sorts of balls as Mr. Mime uses Psychic to manipulate the balls in the air. There were baseballs, basketballs, footballs, soccer balls, billiard balls, and bowling balls in the mix. Mr. Mime moves its hands around as all the balls are being juggled around.
"My goodness! Mr. Mime is using Psychic to perform a juggling act! That is incredible!" Vivian announced.
"You ain't seen nothing yet! Okay Mr. Mime! Give them a twirl!" The Jester called out. The Barrier Pokémon moves its hands around to make the balls float around like they were planets in a solar system.
"What a cosmic display! Wonderfully done by the Jester and his Mr. Mime!" Vivian announced. The judges all give their score. Athena gave him a 9.5 while Contesta gave him a 9.6, and Suziko gave him a 9.5 the same as Athena. That brings his total up to 28.6. "And the toal is 28.6! Let's hear what the judges has to say about that!"
"A very creative use of Psychic," Contesta said.
"Remarkable!" Suziko announced.
"Truly cosmic and illuminating!" Athena said.
"I guess clowns aren't just for laughs after all," Max said.
"I'll say. That Jester really had the judges and the crowd going," Terra said.
The contest went on right up to Joshua's turn.
"Now, let's see what does Joshua have in store for his performance, shall we?" Vivian asked. Joshua took out a Pokéball and threw it.
"Go! Houndoom!" Joshua called out as his Houndoom took the stage. "Start up with Shadow Ball and then, Swift!" Houndoom fires Shadow Ball first and then Swift fololows as the stars swirls aroound the ball of shadow.
"And what an incredible use of Shadow and Swift!" Vivian announced.
"Using Shadow Ball before Swift is a good start," Contesta said.
"Remarkable!" Suziko said.
"One of the coolest combos I have ever seen," Athena said.
And then it was Erika's turn. She let out her Jynx.
"Jynx! Use Blizzard! And then use Psychic!" Erika ordered. Jynx fired Blizzard first and then uses Psychic to create a snow tornado.
"And it's a great Blizzard Psychic combination! Truly a stellar performane by Erika and Jynx!" Vivian announced. It was now Kairi's turn.
"Roserade! Use Dazzling Gleam!" Kairi ordered. Roserade formed a rainbow orb and sent it up to the air. "Now, use Petal Blizzard!" Roserade sends Petal Blizzard over to the rainbow orb, pulling in the flower petals.
"Roserade started out with a Dazzling Gleam, followed by a Petal Blizzard!" Vivian announced.
"Use Magical Leaf!" Kairi ordered. Roserade unleashed Magical Leaf, combining the Dazzling Gleam and Petal Blizzard combo. Everyone were awestruck by how beautiful and colorful it looked.
"Such a beautiful performance with a cascade of colors! Let's hear what the judges have to say about it!" Vivian announced.
"I never would have imagined Dazzling Gleam, Petal Blizzard, and Magical Leaf to he used in such a creative display," Contesta said.
"Truly remarkable," Suziko said.
"Its beauty was beyond words," Athena said.
"Now, it's time to announce the winners of the first round. Because of their astounding performance these four wonderful trainers will go on to round two," Vivian annoounced. "First up is Joshua! Our second Coordinator is the Jester! Our third finalst is Erika! And now to announce the fourth Coordinator." Sora and Karen both crossed their fingers hoping that Kairi will get in. Ash, Leaf, Ethan, Kris, Lyra, Brendan, May, and Max were just as anxious. Lisia was calm, knowing Kairi had to make it in. "And the fourth and final Coordinator to move on to the second round of judging in the Pacifidlog Town Pokémon Contest is Kairi!" The crowd cheered as Kairi, Erika, Joshua and the Jester had made it in.
"Way to go, Kairi!" Sora and Karen cheered.
"I knew she get in!" Max cheered.
"Me too!" Ventus said.
"And now, for the second round Contest battle pair-ups," Vivian announced as the computer selects the Coordinators put up against each other is Erika versus the Jester, Kairi versus Joshua "Here they are!"
"I'm up against Joshua right from the start?" Kairi questioned.
"Good. Hmph! It'll just be that sooner much sooner that we become the winning couple of my dreams," Erika said. Joshua looked at her and he felt sorry for her becuase he'd have to shatter those dreams, since he knew it won't work out like she planned.
"I don't know how to break this to you, but it's not gonna happen. Joshua, don't go easy on me out there," Kairi said.
"Don't worry, I wouldn't dream of it," Joshua said.
A few moments later, Erika and the Jester both got into position for their battle. Erika had her Jynx out and the Jester had his Mr. Mime out.
"Ladies and gentlemen! It's time for the second round! Now, to those who don't know, theis round of contest battling victory goes to Coordinators who use their techniques in a successful and elegant manner before the five-minute limit is up! Now, the contestants for the first battle on the first stage are Erika and the Jester!" Vivian announced.
"If you don't be a laughing stock of the contest, it's not too late to make like a Wimpod and turn tail!" The Jester taunted before blowing a raspberry.
"I'll be sure to remind you of that while I'm standing on the final stage. And then my Joshua and I will win our Ribbons together," Erika said. Sora heard the whole thing and rolled his eyes. Erika giggled as she went into her daydream.
"Wait, wait, wait! You and Joshua winning a ribbon together? Now, that's funny!" The Jester said, laughing and he fell on his back flaling his legs up. "Oh, that's a good one! You and him winning a Ribbon together! That's hilarious!" The Jester laughed some more.
"I'm not joking, you dumb clown! I'm actually serious!" Erika yelled, feeling insulted.
"Well, it looks like I'll have to deliever the punchline," the Jester said.
"Let the battle begin!" Vivian called out.
"Okay Jynx! Start off with a Lovely Kiss!" Erika ordered. Jynx blew a kiss as a a pink aura shaped like her lips heads for Mr. Mime.
"Use your Light Screen to block that Lovely Kiss!" The Jester ordered. Mr. Mime forms a yellowish-gold barrier to block Lovely Kiss. "Now come at her with a red hot Fire Punch!" Mr. Mime hops and comes at Jynx with its fist emitting fire.
"Mr. Mime has blocked Lovely Kiss with Light Screen and is coming at her with a Fire Punch!" Vivian announced. Mr. Mime lands a successful punch onto Jynx, making Erika lose some points.
"That's-a spicy meat-a-ball! Keep up that Fire Punch!" The Jester ordered. Mr. Mime kept pummeling Jynx with Fire Punch, making Erika lose some more points.
"Mr. Mime is really giving it to Jynx, making good use of Jynx's vulnerability to fire! How can Erika hope to counter that?" Vivian asked.
"Jynx! Use Psychic to block Fire Punch!" Erika ordered. Jynx uses Psychic to stop Mr. Mime from using Fire Punch.
"Looks like the tables are starting to turn on the Jester!" Vivian announced.
"That isn't funny!" The Jester yelled.
"Now make Mr. Mime hit itself!" Erika called out. Jynx makes Mr. Mime punch itself in the face and it was the Jester who was losing points now.
"Now Jynx is making Mr. Mime give it a taste of its own attack!" Vivian announced.
"Hope Mr. Mime doesn't end up with heartburn," Sora said.
"Now use Hyper Beam make it a poweful one!" Erika ordered. Jynx fires Hyper Beam right at the Barrier Pokémon.
"Try using Light Screen to block!" The Jester called out. Before Mr. Mime could do that, Jynx's Hyper Beam hits its mark and it earned a knockout in Erika's behalf.
"And the Jester and Mr. Mime are out and Erika is moving on towards the final round of the contest battles!" Vivian announced.
"And there you have it! Our next battle is going to begin in just a few moments!" Vivian announced.
"Not the first time the joke's been on me," the Jester said. "And it won't be the last." He turned to Mr. Mime. "Come on, Mr. Mime, let's go drown our sorrows with some milkshakes. That always cheers us both up."
"Mime, Mr. Mime," Mr. Mime said. Just when May was gonna head for the stage, she confronts May.
A few moments later, May stepped out to wish Kairi luck when Erika confronted her.
"What the hell is your problem?! Why do you have to bite my head off for?!" May exclaimed.
"Because you're trying to steal my Joshua from me! We trained together everyday forever! And when he said that we had to train separately, I was extremely hurt by those words. But I also know Joshua still wants to win this as a couple. So, you stay out of our way!" Erika shouted. Brendan was nearby and he didn't like how Erika was talking to her. He started to march towards Erika with his whole face red.
"THAT'S ENOUGH!" Brendan yelled. He gets right in her face. "YOU LISTEN TO ME! MAY IS NOT AFTER YOUR BOYFRIEND! SHE ISN'T EVEN INTERESTED IN HIM! AND WHEN SHE SAYS SHE ISN'T, THEN I BELIEVE HER! YOU'RE JUST LETTING YOUR JEALOUSY AND YOUR EMOTIONS EMBARRASS YOU! SO HOW ABOUT YOU KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT AND STOP DRAGGING EVERYBODY ELSE INTO YOUR LITTLE DRAMA!"
With that said, Erika took her leave. She was shocked by how Brendan just yelled in her face without breaking a sweat. May was at awe by how Brendan spoke up for her.
"Brendan. I never seen you like this," May said. Brendan calmed down and he took in a deep breath.
"Sorry you had to see that side of me, May. I know you can fight your own battles, but I couldn't just stand by and let her accuse you like that," Brendan said.
"Well, thank you, Brendan. I really appreciate it," May said.
"It's the least I can do," Brendan said.
Erika just looked at Brendan and May and she saw how close they were. For the first time, she could see that they were in live with each other, but she was too focused on her jealousy to see it. But she couldn't let it stop her from accomplishing her dream of winning the Contest with Joshua.
Backstage, Joshua fills Kairi in about Erika.
"She wanted it to show the love you and Erika have by winning it together?" Kairi asked.
"Yeah, so I had to tell her that we had to train separately because there could only be one winner. She didn't take it so well, but she still has that idea in her head," Joshua said.
"Didn't you just tell her that it doesn't work that way?" Kairi asked.
"She wouldn't have accepted it even if I did. But if it does end up being me against her, then I'll have no choice but to shatter her dream," Joshua said.
"It's a harsh lesson, but she's gonna have to learn the hard way," Kairi said.
Ladies and gentlemen, the second battle of the finals is about to begin! On my left is Kairi, and on my right is Joshua! And to those of you who are just joining us, there is a five minute time limit, and the goal is to take out as much of each other's points as possible! Now that we have that out of the way, let the battle" Vivian announced. The clock starts running. Joshua took out his Pokéball and threw it.
"Alright, Houndoom! Go!" Joshua called out. His Pokéball opened and his Houndoom came out, ready to battle. Kairi took out her Pokéball and threw it.
"Roserade! Go!" Kairi called out. Her Pokéball opened and her Roserade emerged from inside.
"Well, this is going to get intense," Ventus said.
"It'll be over quick. Grass-type Pokémon like Roserade have a huge disadvantage over Fire-type Pokémon like Houndoom!" Max said.
"That's true, but the tables will turn. I hope," Hikaru said.
"Houndoom! Use Flamethrower!" Joshua ordered. Houndoom fired Flamethrower right at Roserade.
"Dodge it and use Magical Leaf!" Kairi ordered. Roserade dodged Houndoom's Flamethrower and fired Magical Leaf right at Houndoom, landing a hit.
"Houndoom! Flamethrower!" Joshua ordered. Houndoom fired another Flamethrower right at the Bouquet Pokémon.
"Dodge it and use Dazzling Gleam!" Kairi ordered. Roserade dodged Houndoom's Flamethrower and unleashed a Dazzling Gleam, dealing some decent damage on Houndoom. "Now, use your Energy Ball!" Roserade charges his attack and fires it right at Houndoom.
"Dodge it and use Swift!" Joshua ordered. Houndoom ducks out of the way of Roserade's Energy Ball and fires Swift and lands a hit onto Roserade.
"Wow, this second battle on the first stage is certainly is one intense competition," Vivian announced. "Both Kairi and Joshua continue to hammer away at each other without giving an inch! The competitive energy bwtween these two is truly white hot." Erika watches from the back as she grins and is sure that Joshua is going to win it.
"Kairi won't beat Joshua. There's no way," Erika said, sure that she was going to win it with Joshua.
"Roserade! Petal Blizzard!" Kairi ordered. Roserade fires Petal Blizzard right at Houndoom, but he knew how to counter that.
"Houndoom! Flamethrower!" Joshua ordered. Houndoom fires Flamethrower right at Roserade's Petal Blizzard and quickly over powers the Grass-type attack. Roserade lands on his back.
"Are you alright, Roserade?" Kairi asked, concerned. Roserade gets back up on his feet.
"Kairi had hoped Petal Blizzard was going to help turn this match around, but Houndoom's Flamethrower proved to be too strong," Vivian announced.
"Told ya," Erika taunted.
"As powerful Petal Blizzard is, it wasn't powerful enough to overpower that Flamethrower," Max said.
"I'll say. Joshua trained his Houndoom well," Riku said.
"Come on, Kairi. I know you can do it," Sora said.
"Houndoom! Use Swift!" Joshua ordered. Houndoom fired Swift right at Roserade
"Use Magical Leaf!" Kairi ordered. Roserade fired Magical Leaf. The multi-colored leaves cuts the stars like cheese. "Now, use Dazzling Gleam!" Roserade unleashed Dazzling Gleam and it lands a hit onto Houndoom.
"Kairi had countered Swift with Magical Leaf since it cannot be blocked, and she followed up with a beautiful Dazzling Gleam!" Vivian announced.
"I knew she'd turn it around," May said.
"So did I. Kairi was in a corner and she bounces right back like a tennis ball," Brendan said.
"Roserade! Energy Ball!" Kairi ordered.
"Fire Fang, Houndoom!" Joshua ordered. Houndoom lands a feiry bite onto Skitty.
"Not bad, Joshua," May complimented.
"You're pretty good yourself," Joshua complimented back. Erika saw how hard May had battled and saw how Joshua was enjoying the battle. "Houndoom! Flamethrower! Now!" Houndoom fires Flamethrower right at Skitty.
"Petal Blizzard, Roserade!" Kairi ordered. Roserade fires Petal Blizzard right at Flamethrower to block it and it came out stronger.
"Petal Blizzard didn't work the first time!" Max exclaimed.
"Doesn't mean it won't work the second time," Brendan said. Max looked right at Brendan with a puzzled look on his face.
"What does that mean?" Max asked.
"He's right. I just noticed how much stronger it just came out. Joshua was pushing her, but she's pushing back!" Hikaru said.
"Would you look at this? Kairi's Petal Blizzard was useless just minutes ago. But, if you want a real match, now you've got it. Both contestants have roughly the same number of points with barely less than one minute remaining in this heart-stopping battle!" Vivian announced.
"Houndoom, come on now, it's up to your Flamethrower to get us to that winner's circle," Joshua said.
"The clock's ticking down to less than thirty seconds left. Which attack will win out? Flamethrower or Petal Blizzard?" And which attacker will come out on top? Houndoom or Roserade?" Vivian asked.
"Yes, Kairi! I knew you could do it!" May cheered. Erika looked at May and she was awestruck that she was cheering for Kairi and not Joshua.
"Now Houndoom! Full Power! Let's go!" Joshua called out. Houndoom increases the power of Flamethrower.
"Alright, Roserade! Turn it up!" Kairi called out. Roserade increases his Petal Blizzard and it resulted in an explosion between the two. Both the Dark and Bouquet Pokémon tried to hold their ground, but it's Houndoom take took the blow and Joshua ended up losing more points than Kairi. The clock runs out.
"And time's up! And the winner of the second battle on the second stage is Kairi and her Roserade!" Vivian announced.
"I knew you could do it, Kairi," May said. Erika was a loss for words, not believing what she just witnessed.
"He lost?" Erika asked in a low tone. She knew right there and then, her dream of winning the Contest along with Joshua had been crushed. But she realized it wasn't meant to be anyway, so she went up to May to apologize and make amends.
"I've got just one thing to tell you before I head for the final stage, May," Erika said. Brendan was really irritated.
"Hey! I thought I told you to-" Brendan was cut off.
"I'm really sorry," Erika apologized. Brendan and May were dumbfounded by the sudden apology. "You see, I finally got it while I was watching Joshua and Kairi battle out there, I was completely wrong. They both put everything their had into their battle and it was really great. It had nothing to do with you being being his girlfriend, even though you weren't competing in the Contest. I realize I got caught up in my silly jealousy. But that amazing battle between Kairi and Joshua snapped me right out of it." May was glad that she finally got the message.
"I accept your apology, Erika. All I'm asking is you give it everything you got out there, because she is going to do the same," May said.
"You can count on it, May," Erika said, smiling.
Erika and Kairi got on the final stage, ready for the final battle in the Pacifidlog Town Pokémon Contest.
"Ladies and gentlemen! As the Pacifidlog Pokémon Contest draws to a close these two Coordinators will battle it out! Kairi and Erika!" Vivian announced. The crowd starts cheering. Erika turned to Kairi.
"Hey, Kairi. That was an amazing battle between you and Joshua. I was very amazed by what I saw," Erika said.
"Thanks for the kind words, Erika," Kairi said.
What do you say? Let's go have a fair battle and may the best Coordinator win," Erika said.
"It's a deal. Let's show 'em what a real battle's all about!" Kairi said.
"Yeah, good luck, Kairi," Erika said, shaking her opponent's hand.
"We're witnessing a great example of sportsmanship here as Kairi and Erika shake hands before battle," Vivian announced. The crowd cheers as the two Coordinators took their positions Erika had let out her Jynx and Kairi had let out her Roserade. "And now, let the battle begin!" The clock starts running.
"Roserade! Energy Ball!" Kairi ordered. Roserade fires Energy Ball and sends it towards the Human Shape Pokémon.
"Go, Jynx! Psychic now!" Erika ordered. Jynx uses Psychic to lift Roserade into the air. "Follow up wih Lovely Kiss!" Jynx blew a pink aura to land a Lovely Kiss attack. Lovely Kiss lands a successful kit as Roserade falls asleep.
"Lovely Kiss puts a Pokémon right to sleep," Aqua said.
Not only that, but Roserade is at disadvantage again since Jynx is an Ice-type and a Psychic-type," Rei said.
"Okay Jynx! Wrap it up with Blizzard!" Erika ordered. Jynx fires Blizzard and struck Roserade, waking him up.
"Well, how's that for a triple combination? Combining Psychic, Lovely Kiss, and Blizzard makes for a dangerous mix!" Vivian announced.
"That girl doesn't mess around. And the Mr. Mime she tangoed with earlier was no slouch," Michael said.
"Let's hope Kairi works up a miracle," Karen said. Roserade lands on the ground.
"Roserade, are you okay?" Kairi asked. Roserade gets back on his feet. "This battle's not over yet! Roserade! Use Magical Leaf!" Kairi ordered. Roserade fired Magical Leaf, landing a hit onto Jynx.
"Nice shot!" Kris cheered.
"And Kairi makes a comeback!" Vivian announced.
"Use Petal Blizzard!" Kairi ordered. Roserade unleashed Petal Blizzard, hitting Jynx.
"Way to go, Kairi," Karen said.
"Use Dazzling Gleam!" Kairi ordered. Roserade unleashed Dazzling Gleam and sends it right at Jynx.
"Psychic, now, Jynx!" Erika ordered. Jynx uses Psychic to block Roserade's Dazzling Gleam and sends the attack right back at Roserade, but he easily dodges it.
"Try a Magical Leaf and Petal Blizzard combo!" Kairi ordered. Roserade unleashed a combination of Magical Leaf and Petal Blizzard. The combo attacks strikes Jynx on the mark.
"Kairi has combined Magical Leaf with Petal Blizzard, making it a thing of beauty! Now, is Erika be able to make a comeback within thirty seconds?" Vivian asked.
"Jynx! Hyper Beam! Let's go!" Erika ordered. Jynx fired Hyper Beam and sends it right at Roserade.
"Dodge and use Dazzling Gleam and Energy Ball!" Kairi ordered. Roserade avoids Jynx's Hyper Beam and unleashed Dazzling Gleam and Energy Ball at the same time. The two energy attacks combined into one another and it was enough to land a crucial hit onto Jynx. Erika gasped as Jynx had taken a pretty heavy blow.
"Now a combination of Energy Ball and Dazzling Gleam had taken a heavy toll onto Jynx!" Vivian announced.
"Jynx!" Erika gasped. Jynx fell on her back, beaten, much to Erika's dismay. "Jynx! No!"
"Jynx is unable to battle. The Pacifidlog Contest winner is Kairi and her fabulous Roserade!" Vivian announced.
"Yes! I knew she could do it!" Sora cheered.
"Now she can be in the Grand Festival!" Max said.
"Hip, hip, hooray!" Lyra cheered.
"Marill!" Marill cheered.
Kairi stood before the judges as she is about to receive her fifth and final Contest Ribbon.
"Ladies and gentlemen! Now, that the Pacifidlog Contest has been awared it gives me great plasure to the victors of the Pacifidlog Contest, Kairi and Roserade!" Vivian announced. The audience cheered hard for Kairi.
"Congratulations. You and your Pokémon have accomplished so much, so it is my privilege to present you the Pacifidlog Ribbon," Contesta said.
"Thank you very much," Kairi said.
"And that concludes the final Pokémon Contest until next year! We will be seeing you at the Grand Festival, taking place in Slateport City!" Vivian announced.
"So it ends where it started," Sora said.
"I am hoping that we get to see you all there to cheer on the Coordinators who have made it this far to compete in the Grand Festival! Until then, I bid you adieu!" Vivian announced as the crowd cheered again.
After the Contest had concluded, everyone stepped out of the Contest Hall and on the beach, celebrating Kairi's victory. Joshua and Erika had been invited.
"You know, when you said that we should train separately, you meant for us to be rivals the whole time," Erika said.
"I did. I didn't mean to hurt your feelings, but I only did it because I didn't want you to have your hopes up over nothing," Joshua explained.
"I know you didn't, Joshua. And I'm sorry that I misunderstood your meaning. It's because of the Contest that I know that now," Erika said.
"Well, when we do end up in another Contest, it'll be as rivals, not a couple. Deal?" Joshua asked.
"Deal," Erika said, accepting the deal. They shook hands.
"Who's ready for some treats?" Rei asked, offering everyone some ice cream.
"Sweet!" Sora said.
"I'll take one of those," Leaf said.
Everyone were eating their ice cream when Erika broke the mold.
"Congratulations, Kairi. Now you can participate in the Grand Festival, Kairi," Erika said.
"She's right, Kairi. You worked hard to make it this far," Rei said.
"You should be proud of yourself, Kairi," Hikaru said.
"Thank you, everyone," Kairi said.
Just then, a Dusk appeared. Max screamed when he saw the Dusk when it showed up.
"Guys! We got trouble!" Max exclaimed.
The Dusk jumped to attack, but Ben appeared and struck down the Dusk with his Magnus Storm.
"Ben!" Sora happily exclaimed.
"Master!" Hikaru also exclaimed, sharing Sora's happiness.
"Master?" Joshua and Erika asked in unison.
"Sora, Hikaru! We must save the hellos for after we have dispatched the enemy!" Ben said as Dusks, Creepers, Samurais, Fighters, Archers, Vikings, Gladiators, Bards, Mimes, Paladins, and some new Nobodies arrived.
One Nobody has a knight-like appearance, but it had a black armor-like body. It carried a black sword with a red handle. The Nobody emblem is on both sides of the helmet. This Nobody shall be known as the Dark Knight.
Another Nobody is white and purple. It had a turbin-like appendage on its head, and a white cape-like appendage on its back. The Nobody emblem is located in the top. It held a sword with a white blade. This Nobody shall be known as the Mystic Knight.
Another is a wizard-like Nobody with a black and white body with a blue cape-like appendage on its back. It has an appendage shaped like a wizard's hat with the Nobody emblem engraved on it. This Nobody shall be known as the Black Mage.
Another is a mage-like Nobody. It has a white robe-like body with red edges. It has has a hood on the top of its head. This Nobody shall be known as the White Mage.
Another is a mage-like Nobody. It has a white head and a red body. It has a red cape-like appendage on its back and a red hat-like appendage with a gold feather. This Nobody shall be known as the Red Mage.
Another is a mage-like Nobody. It has a white head and a blue body. It has a blue cape-like appendage on its back with red shoulder pads and a blue mask on its face. This Nobody shall be known as the Blue Mage.
The last Nobody to appear is a large dragon-like Nobody. It has large wings with gray membranes. It has spines going from the back of its neck right to its tail. The Nobody Emblem is located on its wings. This Nobody shall be known as the Twilight Dragon.
Sora, Kairi, Riku, Naminé, Ash, Leaf, Ethan, Kris, Lyra, Brendan, May, Michael, Rei, and Hikaru summoned their Keyblades and engaged the Nobodies.
The Archers fired their arrows as Pikachu and Xipak attacked them with Thunderbolt.
The Gladiators and the Vikings attacked Brendan and May, but working together, they blocked their weapons and struck them down. Kris casts her music spell, striking the Bards.
The White Mages unleashed white energy as the Black Mages unleashed black energy at them. Ben struck down a White Mage as Hikaru struck down a Black Mage. Ethan slashed at a Fighter as a Creeper went after him. Kris saved him by slashing at the Creeper when a Samurai went after Kris, so Ethan saved her. Lyra casts a fire spell as Marill fired Bubble Beam, hitting the Paladins and Dark Knights.
Another Dark Knight brings its sword at Lyra, intending to strike her down, but Riku came to her aid and clashed his Braveheart against the sword. Naminé casts a magnet spell, pulling in some of the Nobodies as Kairi casts a crystal thunder spell, destroying them as Angel and Celeste fired Swift at the Creepers, destroying them. Michael struck down a handful of Dusks.
Sora clashed against the Samurais as he struck down some of them. The fight against the Nobodies raged on until only the Twilight Dragon is left. The Twilight Dragon snapped its jaws at the Keyblade wielders. It spewed fire from its mouth when they tried to get close to it. It then took flight. Sora jumped as high as he could and he lands right on the Twilight Dragon's back, bringing it down. The Twilight Dragon slashed its claws at the Keyblade wielders when Sora threw his Kingdom Key at the chest of the dragon-like Nobody, impaling it. It makes a pained roar before it fell to the ground, dissolving. Sora calls his Kingdom Key back and holds it.
After last of the Nobodies were destroyed, the Keyblade wielders gathered around Ben just so they could talk.
"I knew you were alive, Ben. I just knew it," Sora said.
"You surprised us when you jumped in after Xemnas," May said.
"Yeah, you had us worried about you. Especially Sora," Riku said.
"I'm sorry I worried you, but I came here looking for you, because I know where Ansem the Wise is located. He snuck into Organization XIII's stronghold," Ben said.
"Ansem the Wise? Really?" Ash asked.
"Yes. So I came here to Pacifidlog Town, looking for Ansem's Pacifidlog lair, because I believe it could provide a clue," Ben said.
"How did you figure that out?" Ethan asked.
"I discovered this clue when I was searching for you since I got back out. It turns out that Ansem the Wise had different lairs in different locations, so it's my theory that he had to be moving at a constant pace in order to prevent the Organization to detect him," Ben said.
"How did you even find us?" Leaf asked.
"Well, I met someone who said that he knows you, and he pointed me here. And when I learned it was the last Contest was taking place, I knew I was on the right trail," Ben said.
"If you're right, Ben, then we need to figure out where his Pacifidlog lair is and fast," Riku said.
"Yeah, but where do we even start looking?" Brendan asked.
"You know something, I'm sure if this has anything to do with anything, but I think I saw something like that while training," Joshua spoke up. This causes everyone to look right at Joshua.
"You do?" Hikaru asked.
"Please, tell us what you know," Ben said.
"Well, okay. It was just a few days ago, when I was training for the Contest. While I was doing it, I saw someone walking in a distance. I didn't see his face, but it was wrapped up in red bandages. It made him look like a red mummy. He was carrying something in his hand. He stopped for a few seconds, but a weird door opened and he stepped inside it. But he didn't come back out," Joshua explained. Ash knew who he was talking about.
"DiZ," Ash said in his thoughts.
"That must have been him," Ben said.
"Well, I didn't know anything about this, but I hope it helps you out," Joshua said.
"You've been more than helpful, Joshua," Rei said.
"Now, take us to where you saw this man disappear," Ben requested.
"Sure," Joshua said. With that said, Joshua had taken the group to where he briefly saw DiZ. "This is the place."
"This has to be Ansem's Pacifidlog lair, right?" Max asked.
"I t has to be," Ben said, summoning his Keyblade and used it to unlock the seal. They saw it was quite similar to the computer lab Ansem the Wise had in his study, but it was smaller.
"This place looks weird. Are you sure he came here?" Erika asked.
"He had to. Judging how this place looks, someone was in here and just recently, too," Hikaru said.
"That is my conclusion as well, my apprentice," Ben said.
"Maybe what's on that computer could give us a clue," Terra said.
"Well, it's worth a shot," Michael said, sitting in the chair. He gained access and he turned it on. "Well, it works," Michael said.
"Good work, Michael," Karen praised.
"You're really good at this," May said, amazed.
"Well, I have played my share of video games, and spent a lot of time in the training simulation before I started to train Pokemon," Michael said. He made a couple of clicks and he groaned.
"What's wrong?" Kris asked.
"I can't seem to get in. It's asking for a password," Michael said.
"Do you have any idea what the password might be?" Ash asked.
"Hm. You know, it's not like we got some hints in the Digital World," Sora said.
"Other than some salty ice cream bar Wisemon was eating when we met him," Max said.
"Wait a minute! That's it!" Ben exclaimed with realization. Everyone looked at him.
"What's it?" Zinnia asked.
"Yeah, what's it?" Riku asked.
"In one of the lairs I discovered, Ansem the Wise fancied ice cream. In fact, his favorite flavor is sea salt," Ben said.
"Maybe that's the password," Michael said.
"You think so?" Naminé asked.
"It's just good a clue as any," Michael said, typing in SeaSalt as the password. The password is accepted. "It worked!" A beam shot from a machine. The beam then created a portal.
"What's that?" Lyra asked.
"Of course. It's a teleportation device. He was using it to transport himself to wherever the Organization is located," Riku said.
"That means, you can take the fight right to them," Aqua said.
"And put an end to this once and for all," Terra added.
"Pikachu," Thor said.
"Pika," Eclair said.
"Yeah. Our mission's clear. We go in and wipe out the Organization. That should get them off our backs for good," Sora said.
"Pika," Pikachu said.
"Now, you're talking, Sora," Ash said.
"And I'm going to say this to you now. We don't come back until they've been eliminated," Sora said.
"Not coming back?" Namine asked.
"Are you sure, Sora?" Kairi asked.
"I'm sure. The Organization doesn't even know that we found out where they live yet, so we can take those guys by surprise. They were the ones who started this, and we're going to end it today," Sora stated, clutching his fist. "If anyone iwants out, now's the only time."
"Pikachu!" Pikachu said, standing by Sora's side.
"Pikachu!" Xipak said.
"You know I'm going to stand by your side, Sora. No one is going to harm a hair on my boyfriend while I'm around," Kairi said.
"Eevee!" Angel said.
"Eevee!" Celeste added.
"No surprise to any of us that Kairi is backing you up. I'm in, too!" Ash said.
"So am I!" Leaf said.
"Xehanort's Heartless couldn't bring me down, and his Nobody will either!" Ethan said.
"If Ethan's going, then I'm going, too!" Kris said.
"Me too!" Lyra stated.
"Marill, Marill!" Marill said.
"That's a no brainer for me! I'm going, too!" Brendan said.
"You might as well count me in!" May said.
"You don't need to convince me! I'm coming along!" Michael said.
"There's no way I'm going to let you have all the fun! I'm in!" Namine said.
"Azurill!" Azurill chirped.
"There's nothing to argue over, because I'm coming with you. Someone has to protect Namine, and it might as well be me!" Riku said.
"Eevee!" Eevee said.
"If you guys are going in, then so are we!" Karen said.
"Yeah!" Ventus said.
"I would normally say it's too dangerous, but there's no way around it," Aqua said.
"Someone has to keep an eye on Ven!" Terra said.
"Pikachu!" Blossom said.
"Pikachu!" Thor said.
"Pikachu!" Sparky said.
"Pikachu!" Eclair said.
"If I'm going to come with you, then I won't stay on the sidelines anymore," Lisia said.
"I'm going with you!" Zinnia said.
"Whismur!" Aster said.
"Then, it is decided," Ben said.
"Just look out for each other," Rei said.
"And make sure you return safely," Hikaru added.
"You're not coming with us?" Sora asked.
"This is your fight, Sora. We won't be with you in battle, but I'll be with you in spirit. Strike down anything that attacks you. It doesn't matter what it is," Rei said.
"Yes, Master," Rei's apprentices said in unison.
"Good luck," Joshua said.
"And take care," Erika added.
With that said, Sora, Kairi, Riku, Naminé, Karen, Ventus, Terra, Aqua, Ash, Leaf, Ethan, Kris, Lyra, Brendan, May, Michael, Max, Lisia, Max, Lisia, Zinnia, Pikachu, Angel, Eevee, Azurill, Xipak, Celeste, Blossom, Sparky, Thor, Eclair, Marill, and Aster entered the portal.
Just when Kairi had won her final Contest Ribbon, they're heading right into the Organization's stronghold. This could be the fight of their lives since everything hangs in the balance. Will Sora and his fellow Keyblade wielding Pokémon Trainers bring the Organization to their knees or will everything they fought for up to now be all for nothing?
