Harry watched a great purple vehicle seemed to appear from nowhere with a loud bang. A youngish looking man stepped out and began, "Welcome to the Knight Bus, my name is Stan-"

"How much to get to Hogwarts?" Harry immediately cut him off.

'leven Sickles per person," Harry shoved the money into Stan's hand, climbing aboard with G'raha and Alisaie. Sitting on a bed together, they used each other to stabilize themselves as the bus took off the a bang, stopping in front of a stately manor, where Neville climbed aboard, sitting behind them. Another bang, and they were in a street full of identical houses, Hermione climbing on. One final bang, and they were in front of a giant, rickedy looking house, the Weasley trio climbing on, relying on Harry to pay their fee.

"Next stop, Hogwarts," Stan announced,, barely swaying with the loud bang and erratic driving.

"I want you all to listen to me very carefully, this isn't like your training, you could get hurt or die doing this. So do not, do not engage any major Voidsent, the more human they look, the less I want you fighting them, am I understood?

The kids all nodded as they stopped, climbing out of the Knight Bus and unlocking the gate to Hogwarts. They rushed towards the sound of fighting, trying to ignore the bodies on the ground as they went, wearing suits and longcoats, Harry recognized one as Dawlish, eyes wide with horror as a large chunk was torn from his side.

"Weapons out," Harry said gruffly, changing into his Gunbreaker gear and everyone else summoned their weapons and, in Neville's case, clothes.

They approached the sound of fighting to find Runcorn, a man with more chunks taken out of his body than Harry, and a black man dueling the Voidsent. Harry's eyes found one in particular, caught in a fierce duel with Dumbledore, who seemed to be flagging, and leapt across the gap between them. Crownsblade dug several inches into her back as she turned around, Harry ducking his head to dodge the long bladed spear aimed at his head.

"Harry," the Voidsent practically cooed, "I didn't expect to see you here."

"This time, when I kill you, you're staying dead," Harry hissed, "Penthesilea."

He swung the Gunblade up, pulling the trigger and sending micro vibrations down the blade. Penthesilea dodged it as Dumbledore retreated inside, a large gash in his side. G'raha launched a bolt of lightning at Penthesilea, sending spasms down her body.

"Verstone!" Alisaie swung Hailstorm, creating a pillar of stone out of the ground and impaling Penthesilea through the chest. It barely slowed the Voidsent down, shattering the stone with her spear and launching an attack at Alisaie, who flipped out of the way at the same time Harry closed the gap again.

"G'raha focus on closing the rift!" Harry called.

— .

Ron's job should have stressed him out. Instead, he found a certain calm as he began to give out orders and opened his Codex.

"Hermione, you take out the large crowds when you can, Fred, take out the flyers, Neville and George, take the flanks and kill anything there. I'll be throwing out Barriers and Broils ss necessary, go!"

Hermione planted her feet, Aether gathering around her staff before she fired a large fireball into the center of the hoard, where it exploded violently. Which drew the attention of the hoard from the Aurors and towards them.

"Here we go," Ron said grimly.

Fred nocked an arrow made of pure Aether, aiming it at the stingray like Voidsent and firing it. It dug into the middle of the Voidsent's six eyes, before Fred gave a bow and snapped his fingers, causing the arrow to explode and down the beast. Neville rushed forwards, using his scythe as a pick and killing it.

Ron formed a barrier around Neville as black fire came flying from his right, crashing against the barrier. Neville's green eyes flickered to the right, and the next thing Ron knew, the boy had cleared the distance between himself and the yellow Voidsent and split it in two horizontally.

On the other side, George was making hand signs before breathing out a torrent of fire. Ten Voidsent burned to death before a goat like one wielding two axes came bursting out of it, fur smoldering, and charged George. George whirled around the strikes with a gash in his side, driving his tanto into the Voidsent's neck and tearing it out, leaving a jagged hole from which black Aether rose, Ron's fairy healing the wound as quickly as it was formed.

One Voidsent broke rank and charged Hermione. Running calculations through his head, more rote memorization than anything, Ron cast Broil. The air around the scythe wielding Voidsent super heated and then exploded, destabilizing it enough for George to throw a fuma shuriken at it, slicing it in two.

A large, armored scorpion ran towards them, but halfway there was blasted off it's feet by a bolt of fu force, the heavily scared man growling, "What do you kids think you're doing here?"

"Helping," Fred responded, shooting down three more stingrays.

"You're lucky that's true," the man growled, before pointing his wand at the Scorpion and growling out, "Bombarda."

The Voidsent was blown to pieces, before the man span his wand and fired off several more Bombarda, blowing Voidsent that looked like living balls of fire up, "be careful with those ones, they get bigger and their explosion too the more they're damaged. Forced Flitwick off the field for some emergency healing. They've been rotating teachers in and out, but right now all of them are too injured to help. Even Albus is falling back now that Potter has taken over the battle. Quirrell lost a hand to one, but Pomfrey's sure they can reattach it. "

Neville had never felt so alive, so coordinated as when he surged into a pocket of resistance and began hacking through it with his scythe. Black Aether swirled around his scythe and up into the Soul Crystal as he felt himself getting stronger. A whisper in his mind told him what he was killing as he did so.

Imp, Flan, Bomb, Succubus, Ahiarman, and finally-

Neville's scythe was met halfway through by the one handed swing of an arch demon, leaving Neville struggling to make the attack alone.

Luckily, he wasn't.

The Avatar manifested in the shadows behind the Arch Demon, punching through it with claws like sabers and tearing it in two. Neville prepared to attack the next group (Hermione was, perhaps unsurprisingly, having trouble keeping up with the middle, let alone the sides, under control and needed help from the grizzled man Neville recognized as Mad Eye Moody.

"Harry!" G'raha called out, "the rift is closed!"

Harry said something in a language Neville didn't understand, and whatever it was clearly pleased G'raha, even as he nodded. Healing energy ran over Neville before G'raha turned to George's flank, where the Ninja was clearly struggling, even with Ron basically exclusively throwing healing spells at him. For a second, it was like the sun had risen early, dozens of Voidsent being burned to a crisp. G'raha approached that flank with a sword and shield made of Aether.

Neville turned back to his fight, pulling back his scythe as a bunch of Flan charged him. Releasing it in an all mighty swing, Neville cut through them all like butter. A sword wielding succubus sent a slash of fire at Neville who dodged to the side like it was in slow motion, charging at the group it was leading… Only for them to turn to butterflies.

Professors McGonagall and Snape had stepped out of the Castle, McGonagall's arm in a sling and Snape in a splint, and McGonagall rushed to his side, wand ready, "I hope, you weren't thinking we would leave the defense of the Castle to a bunch of students who shouldn't even be here, Mr. Longbottom?"

On the other flank, Snape whipped his wand to the side like a blade and hissed out, "Sectumsempra Maxima," and half a dozen Voidsent were cut to pieces as George burst from the shadows and decapitated an imp and succubus.

Harry clashed with Penthesilea, growling in Enochian, "Just die already."

"You actually believe the myth thst Voidsent are hurt by Enochian?" Penthesilea laughed.

"Harry!" G'raha called, "the rift is closed!"

"Good job, Raha, heal Neville and then help George, he can't hold that flank on his own!"

G'raha nodded, launching a healing spell at Neville before dropping a Flare on the Voidsent on that flank. Harry dodged another stab from Penthesilea, swinging Crownsblade for her chest, "I'm going to kill you, Penthesilea, you aren't escaping like last time."

Harry didn't quite block the next stab, it slicing through his forearm and severing the tendons. Switching hands, Harry swung for the gut, cutting through her stomach.

Harry switched jobs to Sage, falling back enough to heal his wrist injury to just a scar, before switching back to Gunbreaker and reengaging Penthesilea. A blade of wind hit Penthesilea, barely cutting her arm.

Another spike of earth exploded from the ground, Penthesilea dodging the attack, "I should really-"

"Keep your eyes on me," Harry growled launching into a full salvo of attacks at her, ending with him gouging out one of her eyes. Lightning crackled from a wand, and Dumbledore hit her with it, the imjury in his side healing.

"And that's enough," Harry said, leaping backwards and changing jobs as he went, black coat changing out for a black and purple one, various bobbles hanging from his neck and a pointed hat with a blinder over his left eye. Pointing his index and middle fingers at Penthesilea, Harry said, "Xenoglossy."

A ball of glowing energy blasted at Penthesilea and swallowed her whole, when she came out, her wings were ragged. Harry called to Alisaie, "Ready!?"

"Yes!"

Harry switched jobs again, switching to a red suit with a black cape thrown over his shoulder, a red tricorn on his head. He snapped the Aetheric Accelerator onto Aeneas and called, at the same time as Alisaie, "Verholy!"

Twin pillars of light came down on Penthesilea, causing a loud shriek from inside the light. When it ended, Penthesilea was a ragged mess, with large portions of her skin burned away, a ruptured eye, and nothing but smoldering ruins of her wings.

She swung out her spear, punching a hole into the Void. Harry switched jobs again, lunging across the gap and driving Abel's Lance into her throat, growling out, "I told you you weren't escaping this time.

Another spear of stone shot up, tearing off the arm holding open the small rift. At the same time, Harry switched to monk, grabbing her by the horns and tearing her head off completely, breathing a sigh of relief as she began to fade into black aether.

Now that was left was to mop up the small fry.
