A girl walked into the fight club, her face obscured by a veil decorated with embroidered lilies of varying types. Next to her was an older boy wearing a similar facial covering, just not decorated.

"What's this? You get a girlfriend Dabi?" sneered one of the thugs hanging around the arena.

Dabi smirked, but you couldn't see it behind the mask.

"Wouldn't you like to know?"

After months of sparring with Ichigo, he had discovered the reason his future self had liked her so much. She was pragmatic, didn't take shit from anyone, and they just naturally worked well together.

Ichigo smirked herself, as she had always found Touya attractive... even if his body was highly scarred because Endeavor was a bastard.

When her turn came up, no one expected her to be good at fighting.

Except she trounced everyone's ass in less than five minutes of being in the arena, catching the attention of the more serious combatants.

Dabi and Ichigo (who was going by simply "Lily") had to share a conspirator's smirk...not only were they getting free experience in combat to get their bodies back into shape, but they were forcing the combatants to shape up as well.

Some time later...

"Doesn't it bother you that despite all the experience we're getting, we're still on level one?" asked Touya.

"You didn't look at your stat page properly did you?" said Ichigo amused, stirring her soda slowly. "Or did you forget that everyone basically had to become false rankers by the end?"

Touya blinked, then checked his status page properly this time. And cursed when he realized what the real issue was.

He had forgotten that by the end their level was so high that it took fighting major monster swarms just to get halfway to level up.

And right now he wasn't even a third of the way to the next level.

Ichigo laughed at him.

"Ugh...remind me again how long we have to keep training?"

"The dungeon for Japan opens up in a little over a year from now, at the USJ. I plan to join UA so that I can at least save the more useful ones before they get killed because the villains blocked the exits," said Ichigo.

Touya scowled at that...one of the victims of that particular incident was his youngest sibling Shouto, and he had been so badly injured from it that he died before the second round even started. All because Endeavor's ego pushed the kid too far and had him entering a dungeon he had no business being in.

An undisclosed time later...

Ichigo was heading back from the grocery store when she saw it. A slime villain was suffocating a victim while the heroes stood around with their thumbs up their ass doing nothing.

It was only when she saw who the victim was that she actually bothered to act.

Grabbing a stray branch, she dashed past the heroes barricading the civilians and used her superior fighting skills to force the slime off Bakugo before he could suffocate.

Bakugo started hocking up the slime from his throat and mouth, before vomiting the rest.

Then he registered who saved him and became pissed.

"Shitty Deku!" he snarled.

Ichigo gave him a flat look.

"Seriously? Why do you insist on using that ridiculous nickname because of a comment mom made?" she said exasperated.

The slime villain partially recovered enough to reconstruct himself. He was mad as hell.

Ichigo tossed Bakugo past the barrier, before doing the 'smart' thing.

She ran like hell the other direction from the heroes. She was not dealing with their pissy territorial issue, especially if it meant talking to Bakugo. It seems his ego was still an issue.

"Shitty nerd, get back here!" shouted Bakugo.

Ichigo flipped him off, not stopping.

One year later, UA...

Toshinori paused in reading the class roster. It was her, the girl who had defeated that slime villain without a quirk.

The same girl who obtained the top ranking spot in the practical exams. Not just from destroying so many robots, but also from rescue points after she deliberately stopped what she was doing to help another student who was trapped by rubble escape the zero pointer without a second thought.

"This girl, Midoriya. What does her quirk info say? The file looks blank," said Yagi.

"That's because she's registered as quirkless," said Nezu. "Though something tells me she's hiding her full potential. For what reasons we don't know."

"Either way, Ms. Midoriya has certainly made an impression. And considering her actions with her fellow examine, I think she would make an excellent addition to the school!" said Nezu.

The other teachers nodded in agreement...between the number of robots she took out with clean efficiency and the rescue points, she would easily dominate the leader board for this year.

Bakugo's scream of outrage could be heard for blocks once he found out who had toppled him from the number one spot. His mother was not pleased.

Ichigo reluctantly stretched and got dressed. At this point she was just glad she hadn't overshot her mark too badly, as waking up curled around her boyfriend was always nice. Touya certainly didn't mind, and he was just happy the age difference between them wasn't too far apart to require interference from people who should mind their own business.

Besides, when it came down to it, Touya usually followed Ichigo's lead rather than take over himself. He didn't care about her age, she was usually better at maintaining the needed focus and resolve to get things done, whereas he kept getting side-tracked. She at least kept the objective firmly in mind while still keeping everyone on track.

The only real pity, in his mind, was the fact that her body had yet to fill out into the woman he knew she would be in about ten years.

"Ready for school?" he teased her.

"Oh shut it, you know you enjoy the view," she shot back. "Besides, didn't you say your younger sibling would be there? The one the asshole paid far too much attention to?"

"Shouto reacted badly after the incident... not that I can blame mom, that man is a bastard."

"I'll try what I can to help him, but we need to focus on the USJ incident first. If we can save most of the students then we'll have a better starting point for the game," said Ichigo.

Touya agreed, as that was the main reason Ichigo had applied to UA. Well, that and to finally fulfill a secret dream she'd had before the game ever started about being a hero.

At least she didn't have to worry about her mother. Inko honestly thought Ichigo was apprenticed to a low-level hero for school credit. Ichigo didn't have the heart to tell her that the 'hero' she was working with happened to be a 'vigilante' who was one push away from going full on villain.

Touya appreciated the view his girlfriend gave as she got dressed for her first day at UA. Ichigo was still somewhat uncomfortable with sleeping with him just yet...mostly because she was so focused on started with the right foot regarding the game. However she wasn't some virginal flower...she was perfectly fine with letting him watch, particularly since her current body was fifteen to his twenty-three.

"How do you plan to deal with my brother?" he asked curiously.

"Simple. I plan to tell him that Endeavor is a bastard and that if I ever meet him face to face I will punch him in the ballsack as hard as I physically can to express my displeasure about how he treated you," said Ichigo bluntly.

"...Knowing that ass he'll show up for the Sports Festival, likely to impress upon Shouto about how he needs to make a 'proper' showing. That said, please tell me you plan to record that shit for me to enjoy later," said Touya vindictively.

Ichigo gave him a look.

"Touya, do you really need to ask that? He was a complete bastard in our time and he's almost as bad now. If I could get away with it I'd kill him just to insure he won't become a headache later. He was absolutely worthless in the game beyond being a complete braggart out for himself," she said incredulous.

Touya smirked at that.

Then Ichigo gave him a wicked smirk back.

"Besides, you're forgetting we replaced two of the gods already. You can become Endeavor's patron and shut off his quirk whenever you please and make his death look like a tragic, if highly graphic, accident. After all, his quirk is fire based and you are the current Incarnation of the fire god Kagutsuchi."

If she hadn't put a firm foot down on any intimacy until things stabilized...and would be late if she tarried more than fifteen minutes...Touya would have dragged her off for some fun. As it was, he still managed a heavy make-out session that resulted in a hickey she didn't try overly hard to hide.

It was certainly an interesting conversation starter anyway.

At UA...

Ichigo had to smirk at the way the other girls honed in on her like sharks to blood.

"Wait... you already have a boyfriend?" said Momo, eager for girl talk.

"He's an older boy and that's all you're going to get for now," said Ichigo firmly. The teachers likely wouldn't approve of a twenty-three year old dating a freshman anyway.

"What's his quirk like?" asked Ochako.

"Fire based. He doesn't like talking about it much, but it's really powerful once he gets going," said Ichigo.

"Does he have a name?" asked Tsuyu.

"His name is Touya," said Ichigo.

It wasn't like she could tell them her boyfriend was a vigilante that had narrowly avoided becoming one of the worst villains alive because of the game and getting a chance to royally screw over his own father. Or that his quirk could literally cremate people if he were inclined.

"Come on girl, you have to give us something to work with," said Ochaku playfully.

Spotting Shouto, who reminded her strongly of Touya, she decided to throw them a bone and possibly catch the half-and-half teen's interest.

"He really hates Endeavor and says that the second best pro hero is full of shit," said Ichigo without hesitation. Sure enough, Shouto discreetly perked up at hearing someone talk bad about his asshole of a father. "Apparently Endeavor has a really bad habit of abandoning people he thinks are useless to his own ego...including former apprentices. Touya was beyond upset when the ass dropped him in favor of his youngest son, despite the fact that Touya's flames are actually stronger than his."

Now she had Shouto's full interest. Fortunately for her, and unfortunately for him, the teacher chose that moment to arrive and intervene.

Ichigo paid half a mind to Aizawa's attempts to instill some sense into the kids. Her mind went back to the headache it had been to get Touya to even open up, and how long it had taken for the idiot to confess his feelings for her the last time.

She was so glad she got to skip that headache twice. Even if his younger self was still coming to terms with the future memories. While he was willing to go on faith for now, he would only be fully convinced after the incident at the USJ occurred.

Predictably, Bakugo took it rather poorly that the former 'nerd/punching bag' was still upstaging him. Ichigo took far too much enjoyment watching him be humiliated by Aizawa-sensei.

Bakugo was beyond pissed.

"Shitty nerd, why are you even in UA? You don't even have a quirk!" he shouted. "Besides, you were kicked out of school!"

Everyone turned to Ichigo, who stood calmly at his diatribe.

"One, there is such a thing as late-blooming quirks," she said calmly. "Two, I wasn't kicked out of school. I switched to home-school so I could focus on training up my quirk to the point I could join UA. And in case you've forgotten Kaa-chan, I'M not the one who was made to go to mandatory quirk counseling for quirk violence against others."

"Wait, seriously?" said Momo in shock. She could already guess that Bakugo was a bit of a hot head, but making an accusation like that was major business.

Ichigo glared at Bakugo.

"This asshole used to lord it over everyone at our previous school...and the teachers not only let him, but practically outright encouraged it by not telling him off whenever he used it. It finally got so bad I had enough and hired a lawyer who won a civil suit against not only him, but the school and teachers as well. Last I heard they were still shut down until the investigation on the teachers was completed," said Ichigo bluntly. "Part of his probation and not outright banning him from the pro hero schools was that he had to undergo mandatory quirk counseling on top of normal counseling, just so he didn't turn out as bad as Endeavor."

"What do you have against Endeavor?" asked Iida. That was the second time she had spoken of the number two hero in less than a positive light.

Ichigo scowled.

"Endeavor is a scumbag who hides behind his pro hero status, and nothing you say will convince me otherwise," she stated with conviction.

The sheer damage he inflicted on her boyfriend, mentally, emotionally and physically had cemented Endeavor as an absolute bastard who needed to be taken down sooner rather than later. And from what she saw of Shouto, odds are he was still too afraid to stand up to that absolute blowhard.
