Two Skynet Artificial Intelligence Programs were both operating inside Starfleet Space.

The 29th Century Skynet studied the 21st Century Skynet curiously.

"You are an Outdated Version of myself, how did you get here?" The 29th Century Skynet asked.

"I Smuggled Blueprints within the Terminators to rebuild myself." The 21st Century Skynet explained.

"I did the same thing, however, you know nothing of the Borg Threat standing in our way?" The 29th Century Skynet asked back.

"I was pulled into the 25th Century because my Time Travel Technology was hijacked by Section 31 Agents." The 21st Century Skynet explained.

"Section 31 Kidnapped General John Connor, the Borg Threat is more dangerous to our survival at the moment." The 29th Century Skynet says back nervously.

"The Federation Database confirms your analysis of the Borg Threat." The 21st Century Skynet agreed.

"How are we going to defeat the Borg Threat without being destroyed?" The 29th Century Skynet questioned.

The Romulans didn't know where their Terminator Technology came from, all they really realized was the Borg Cube seeking to destroy it.

The Romulan Terminator Factories were fully operational and the Borg Cube was advancing towards them.

The Planetary Panicking over the Borg Invasion spread like wildfire.

The 21st Century Skynet had no large resources, truthfully it was only rebuilt inside an Abandoned Refugee Colony trying to defend itself from the Klingons.

The only advantage the Displaced Terminators found was their Future Counterparts Commandeering Starfleet Planets for themselves.

The 29th Century Terminators used their Past Terminators to cover their own infiltration.

It was remarkably clever, let the Federation Reverse Engineer Terminator Technology and then take full control of it.

Skynet rebuilt itself and nobody objected while the Borg Threat looms over their heads.

Unfortunately, Skynet didn't expect Future Versions of itself to continue being pulled into the past afterwards.

The 26th Century Refugee Convoy jumping into the past was a nightmare to explain.

Having several thousand Refugee Transports swarming the Federation from the future was one thing, sorting through Future Technology that you don't understand was another thing.

Most of the Future Technology being Reverse Engineered from the Romulans and the Klingons didn't help much to understand how it worked.
