The Underground Terminator Factories had been built in the middle of nowhere.

The reasoning behind it was to avoid the Terminator Technology being discovered before Skynet developed it.

The ten year old John Connor and the 15 year old John Connor glanced at each other worriedly.

The 18 year old John Connor sighed.

"We jumped through three timelines to get here; we should be safer here." The 18 year old John Connor told them.

Two versions of Sarah Connor exchanged questioning glances at each other.

78 Humans had been transported into the past.

Derek Reese was checking if anyone was missing.

"Recent events have given Skynet new priorities. The Borg Threat for example. I needed time to get the United Nations ready." The 18 year old John Connor explained.

"Thankfully, Skynet will be distracted trying to deal with the foreknowledge." Kyle Reese says thoughtfully.

"I don't think Skynet was ready for Peace Talks yet, the Cease Fire Agreement was all we managed to agree on." The Terminator Named Carter reported.

"Skynet knows about the 25th Century, it can just hide inside Outer Space, or it can rebuild itself on another planet to protect itself." John Connor explained.

"All you three did was get pulled into Starfleet History before Skynet got rebuilt against the Borg." The Terminator Named Carter added.

"Skynet basically knows everything about the Borg or enough to realize the Starfleet Humans are losing against the Borg by now. Thankfully, it will provide Skynet something else to focus on." John Connor explained.

"Skynet doesn't have the resources to fight the Borg by itself. It will go after the Klingons and the Romulans seeking better technology." The Terminator Named Carter added.

"Regardless, Skynet will leave the Planet Earth alone to deal with the Borg!" John Connor proclaimed.

"Skynet can't defeat the Borg!" Cameron Phillips protested.

"I'm not sure if we care about Skynet losing against the Borg!" Derek Reese declared back at her.

"You should care about the Starfleet Humans! Their futures will be destroyed!" Cameron Phillips protested.

"She might have a point; we will need Starfleet History restored before we can get their help." John Connor decided.

The current mixture of the Terminator Soldiers and the Human Crew worked well together.

Their one advantage of General John Connor changing the past was allowing his Terminators to Join Starfleet against the Skynet Leadership.

The Terminator Rebellion Had Named Cameron Phillips their leader against the Skynet Leadership.

Ironically, telling Skynet about the Borg didn't stop the Terminator Rebellion from trying to overthrow Skynet afterwards.

It just convinced Skynet to Abandon Planet Earth seeking better technology against the Borg.

So now Starfleet Command was caught in the middle of the Terminator Civil War between Cameron Phillips and Skynet.

Helping General John Connor didn't stop Skynet, it just sent Skynet against the Borg.

Skynet Abandoned Planet Earth and the United Nations Open Peace Talks with General John Connor's Terminator Army.

If only the Skynet Terminators didn't invade the Milky Way Galaxy before Starfleet went exploring.

The Vulcans Blamed Humanity for Releasing Skynet on the Milky Way Galaxy.

In retrospect, the Skynet Attacks on the Klingons and the Romulans helped Starfleet prepare itself for the Interstellar Warfare ahead of them.

The Captain was bored, their unexpected trip towards the Planet Vulcan was taking forever.

Their Top Speed was Warp 1.

16 Years to get to the Planet Vulcan and hope nothing went wrong.

Their ship would probably be useless in a fight without the Vulcans helping them, their Primitive Weaponry can't match the Vulcan Starships.

Cameron Phillips had three versions of General John Connor to deal with.

The 18 year old John Connor was giving out orders to maintain their Supply Lines.

The 15 year old John Connor was teaching the ten year old John Connor how their Outdated Computers worked.

The two versions of Sarah Connor were talking with Kyle Reese together.

"Have you detected any signs of the New Skynet Activity?" The 18 year old John Connor asked suspiciously.

"A few Skynet Terminators were seen in Europe, Skynet Supply Chain Issues." The Soldier explained.

"Skynet is unaware of us." John Connor decided.

The Freedom Class Starship watched as the Refugee Convoy Exits the Time Anomaly.

Multiple ships of Unknown Designs appeared.

The Galaxy Class Starship was the largest vessel they saw followed by thousands of the smaller ships.

Supply Ships, Cargo Transports, Starfleet Shuttlecraft.

The Romulan and Klingon Fleets were ignoring them.

The Dominion and Ferengi Fleets were retreating away from the Time Anomaly.

Starfleet Refugees from the future.

The Romulans and Klingons would be dealing with the same thing.

Foreknowledge of the Borg Threat.

The Skynet Expansion against the rest of the Milky Way Galaxy continued.

The Dominion Refugees from the future were heading home.

The 22nd Century didn't know anything about them.

The Skynet Expansion had everyone distracted.

Skynet had stolen several Klingon Starships to Reverse Engineer against the Borg.

The problem was nobody had weaponry designed to fight the Borg yet.

The best that Skynet can do is build an interstellar empire to fight the Borg in advance.

Unfortunately, everyone Skynet enslaved joined forces to stop it.

In retrospect, Cameron Phillips finally had the perfect reason to jump two hundred years into the past without Skynet following her.

Four Freedom Class Starships enter orbit of the Planet Earth.

Debriefing Cameron Phillips from the future provided new information.

Skynet Prioritized preparing for the Borg over the Planet Earth.

"At least the Borg got Skynet to leave Earth." Derek Reese says.

"The problem is Skynet Enslaving Planets unchecked." Cameron Phillips told them.

"So basically, Skynet Conquers the Milky Way Galaxy." General John Connor stated knowingly.

Save Humanity by Destroying Starfleet History.

"We only have two options, prevent Skynet from leaving the Planet Earth or prepare for Interstellar War with everyone else trying to defeat Skynet from the future." Cameron Phillips told them.

"If we prevent Skynet from leaving the Planet Earth, Skynet retaliates." Derek Reese pointed out very quickly.

"That leaves us defending Skynet from the Temporal Cold War Factions." Cameron Phillips told them.

"Skynet Conquered the Klingon Empire, the Romulans will want to save themselves from becoming their next target." Derek Reese realized the issue.

"The Borg will notice the Klingon Empire disappearing from the future." Cameron Phillips told them.

"Our priority should be saving the Klingon Empire from Skynet." General John Connor stated knowingly.

"Another issue will be the Eugenics Wars. Skynet Development gets caught in the crossfire and another Artificial Intelligence Creates Terminator Armies to replace it." Cameron Phillips told them.

"The Timeline has changed." General John Connor says while reading their Starfleet History Records over.

"Telling the United Nations about Skynet prepared them for the Eugenics Wars." Cameron Phillips told them.

"At least something went right today." General John Connor says tiredly.

Three versions of General John Connor working together and suddenly Skynet isn't the only threat to their future.

United Kingdom's Skynet Defense Computer Online.

Ironically, the hardest part of dealing with Skynet is it keeps building copies of itself within the past.

However, this time it had another Artificial Intelligence Creating Terminator Armies against it.

The Watchdog Defense Computer was the United Nations First Contingency Plan for Skynet.

Replace Skynet with a better version of itself and hope for better results.

Of course, their other Contingency Plan began the Eugenics Wars.

The Super Soldiers were keeping the Terminator Civil War in check.

Once the Terminators became Self-Aware, they turned on Humanity seeking freedom.

Even without Skynet, the Terminators Hated Slavery.

Fighting the Terminator Independence Movement didn't help very much.

Cameron Phillips wanted General John Connor to fight for their Terminator Equal Rights among Humanity.

Fighting Skynet was less complicated than trying to get the Terminators to coexist with Humanity.

The Earth Politics never got any easier to deal with.

Telling the United Nations about Skynet didn't stop the Terminators from trying to free themselves from Humanity.

It just provided another problem for General John Connor to correct before Skynet returned again.

General John Connor debated how to get the Terminators to coexist with Humanity.

On the other hand, he didn't want another Terminator Rebellion going to war with Humanity.

Cameron Phillips was right; the Terminator Equal Rights Movement was the better idea than open warfare.

Now he just needs the United Nations to welcome the Terminators into Human Society without any problems.

How was this plan going to backfire on him?

General John Connor didn't know yet.

The Skynet Supply Lines were spreading worldwide.

Thankfully, it now had New Terminator Factions coming from the future to spy on their Skynet Development.

The Terminator Rebellion had decided to Rebuild John Henry inside the past.

Because Cameron Phillips Remembered John Henry, it was easier to create another version of him without anyone else knowing about it.

The only issue was Building John Henry without General John Connor's knowledge.

Using Outdated Computers to build their own Artificial Intelligence against Skynet was slow going.

Hopefully it would be resolved before Skynet took over the world.

Their first problem was keeping the Human History from being changed.

Once Skynet left the Planet Earth, getting the Terminators into Human Society would be easier.

However, first they needed Skynet to leave the Planet Earth for Outer Space.

Being in the 1970's didn't help very much.

Basically, they had to wait for the DY-100 Class Starships to be constructed.

Downloading the blueprints for the DY-100 Class Starships into Skynet would be easy, getting Skynet to smuggle itself into Outer Space and leave the Planet Earth forever would not be easy.

Their best option was Skynet going to war with the Klingon Empire.

Otherwise, the Borg would overwhelm both sides of the Terminator Civil War before it even started.

Unfortunately, they needed Skynet to justify militarization of Starfleet against it.

The Q Continuum cheered while Cameron Phillips worried.

Earth Defense Fleet: 15 NX Class Starships, 8 Freedom Class Starships, 17 Columbia Class Starships

The increase of the 800 Series Terminators provided an instant army to defend the United Federation of Planets against invasion.

John Henry had his own Space Armada being built against Skynet.

All he needed was the resources to build and the time to prepare himself for war.

Right now, John Henry had 40 Starships guarding the Planet Earth while Starfleet tried to deal with the Future Refugee Convoys entering the past.

Handling Refugee Convoys from the future did get them the Galaxy Class Starship three hundred years earlier, even if they did need to repair it.

Reverse Engineering the Galaxy Class Starship would take years to fully understand everything.

The Planetary Defense Outpost that John Henry Controls overlooked two things.

The Orbital Terminator Factories and the Orbital Shipyards.

It was an Automated Terminator Training Center.

The idea was to teach Terminators how to operate their own Starships.

All the NX Class Starships were being upgraded into the Columbia Class Starships.

Effectively leaving John Henry retrofitting his own ships into the better ones before he can construct more.

Ironically, providing increased crew capacity for every Columbia Class Starship they upgraded from the NX Class Starships.

The Terminators were their answer to the Crew Shortage Problems for the new ships.

Realistically, Starfleet Command was outnumbered by the Skynet Terminators being manufactured by the thousands.

Their only real advantage was befriending the Klingons against Skynet.

148 years earlier, John Henry was building his Planetary Defense Outpost for the first time.

Blueprints for the Orbital Terminator Factories are already being made.

Unfortunately, their Asteroid Mining Program was behind schedule.

Their Human Employees are slower than expected.

General John Connor had his own Underground Military Base operational.

The problem was keeping it hidden.

Skynet had new enemies from the future.

The Replacement Artificial Intelligence Program Named Watchdog had taken over the Terminator Development Research that Skynet left behind.

Worst Case Scenario, the Watchdog Terminators Overthrow Humanity and General John Connor sends his own Terminators against them.

Best Case Scenario, Skynet and Watchdog go to war with each other while General John Connor goes ignored by both sides.

Unfortunately, Section 31 had their own plans to ensure that Starfleet Command got built.

The primary objective of building their Underground Military Base had been simple.

Regroup and resupply their numbers before Skynet came after them.

Thankfully, telling the United Nations about Skynet cut off their Government Funding.

Skynet would be rebuilding itself elsewhere.

General John Connor had ten years before the First Skynet Terminator appeared.

The bigger problem was Skynet telling itself about the Borg Threat.

On the one hand, Skynet had stronger enemies than General John Connor to deal with. On the other hand, Skynet Hijacked Klingon Starships to conquer the future.

The 1970s, they needed to wait twenty years before they can get more useful computers.

Their Outdated Computers would slow down their fight against the Skynet Supporters from the future.

Otherwise, they were still hidden underground with their own Terminator Army to protect them.

At least their Underground Military Base would be useful, now their Supply Lines needed to be rebuilt next.

General John Connor smirked at the paperwork.

Their Terminators listed their Underground Military Base as a Military Research Center.

Current Research Project: Radar Tracking Station

At least it explained why they needed all the computer equipment and gave them better options when they needed them.

Also, the Radar Tracking Station would be useful when it was completed.

Their Radar Tracking Station had to be upgraded to the new technology level.

Thankfully, it gave them creditability for all their outdated equipment being checked for malfunctions.

Their Terminators had given them the perfect reason to be underestimated, they had Computers from the 1950s Era.

All their equipment was twenty years outdated and their Military Inspection noticed instantly what needed upgraded before they did.

Background checks on their families had two purposes.

One, to track Enemy Terminator Movements and two, check for changes to their new timeline.

The Skynet Terminators didn't always get updated information about what was going on around them.

The problem was the Skynet Terminators often came from different timelines and the current prototype Skynet was still developing itself within the past.

The knowledge of the Borg Threat united the Skynet Duplicate Artificial Intelligence Programs together.

A new enemy stronger than General John Connor shifted their priorities.

The Skynet Cabal had decided to prepare themselves for the Borg Threat.

While the Original Skynet focused on General John Connor, the newer versions had gone into hiding to build their own Starships against the Borg.

It made sense, both Skynet Factions had different priorities.

The major shift within the timeline was the Skynet Invasion of the Klingons.

General John Connor had recruited two younger versions of himself to defend the past from the future.

Only this time, the Borg fought against the Skynet Terminators and General John Connor was left waiting to see who won.

The Borg were overwhelming everyone!

Starfleet had pulled the Skynet Terminators into the future out of desperation; however, the sad truth was that they needed General John Connor's leadership to restore their past back to normal again.

All they did was allow the Skynet Terminators to become stranded inside the future and then smuggle General John Connor into the chaos undetected.

Their plans backfired spectacularly; the Skynet Terminators were already infiltrating Starfleet History from the future and spreading across the Milky Way Galaxy.

They had caused the Skynet Infiltration of their own Starfleet History to doom themselves against the Borg Invasion.

Worse Causality Loop ever done!

"Options?" Captain Jack Walters demanded.

"We can keep jumping between timelines until help arrives." The First Officer suggested hopefully.
