Chapter 5

Ben was taken inside Capsule Corp. He was ushered into a nice big front room with a sofa and one single chair in the center of the room. Ben was made to sit there by Vegeta.

"You're going to tell us exactly what you are and why you're here." Vegeta demanded.

With everyone else in the room as well now withGoku stood slightly behind Vegeta with everyone else taking a seat.

"Calm down Vegeta" Goku says with a smile. He finds Vegeta funny when he loses his temper.

"Kakarot you can't tell me to calm down. We have no idea where this kid came from. He could be from another of the universes trying to settle a score from the tournament." Vegeta snapped back.

A young man walked forward. He was slightly older than Ben but not by much. "I have to agree with Vegeta here dad. He doesn't seem dangerous but we have to be careful. Plus I am curious to know where he came from given the size of the energy that was used to dump him out into the wasteland." said Gohan.

"I can explain. Trust me." Ben smiles. "This isn't the first time I've been stranded in a strange new universe."

Everyone was looking at Ben now with a mix of surprise and curiosity.

"I come from a different world. In my world I am a hero. I've saved the omniverse multiple times." He said. "Well not just me. Me and my team. My cousin and grandpa. My best friend Kevin. And my partner Rook."

"How did you get here." Gohan asked. "The energy that brought you here…. I've never felt anything like it."

"Well I was fighting the guy called Eon. He's sort of me from an alternate timeline but not really. It's very confusing. I haven't even wrapped my head round it." Ben said, trying his best to explain. "Well he opened a crack in our universe. I stopped him and he collided with it. I assumed it destroyed him and it closed. However later me and my team returned because a lot of energy and strange radiation was leaking from the crack. When we investigated it opened and me and my team were pulled in. That's why I have to find them."

Everyone was silent by his story. Noone wanted to say a word. Apart from Vegeta of course. He chimed in saying, "And how is it you can transform into a Saiyan of you from a completely different reality."

Ben leaned back in his chair with a laugh. "Well in my universe we have a planet called Vegeta strangely enough. And on that planet are Saiyans. They live in a Utopia with 2 other species, the Tuffle and the Dragons. The planet is beautiful and is an amazing vacation destination. Which is why I went there and just happened to scan all 3 species with this." He points to his wrist.

"And just what is that?" Bulma and Gohan asked at once.

"Well it's called the Omnitrix. It allows me to transform into millions of different aliens."

Ben goes on to explain how he got the omnitrix and why Bulma couldn't remove it from his wrist.

"Anyway. I really need to be going. I have to mind my team. Also I have a strange feeling that the crack was opened on purpose." Ben says looking down at his omnitrix.

Then suddenly a portal opens behind him alerting everyone present. "What an astute observation young Tennyson." A man walks out from the portal. "Now, do you know how much trouble it was to find you."
