Chapter 8
As we flew back I was watching Vegeta closely. He seemed fine. However every so often he would dip in altitude a little before moving back. He also was sweating. Not from exerting himself more from being heated up slowly. With Goku carrying Piccolo on his back and me and Gohan at the back we made it to Capsule Corp.
When we landed people were waiting with a frightened look in their faces. As soon as his feet touched the ground Vegeta dropped. Right to the dirt. Bulma ran over. "Vegeta?" She gasped. Gohan joined her kneeling down.
Goku tells Gohan to grab Vegeta. I followed them to a room. I've only just realised how massive this place really is. I mean it's not as big as Plumer HQ but I wouldn't be surprised to learn that they had a sub lab. Every scientist has a sub lab.
After placing Vegeta and Piccolo onto beds we joined the others in a smaller room with some sofas and chairs. Goku sat next to Chi Chi while Gohan sat next to a woman holding a small child. The kid jumps over to him when he sits down and he holds her. I remained standing. The room was silent. Although it was shattered by the sound of the Omnitrix beeping and turning red. I returned to my usual self.
"So who's Eon and Jager?" Gohan says to me. "Eon's time traveling evil me but not really. He kidnaps alternative versions of me from different universes and transfers his brain or something to them."
"And what about Jager?"
"I don't know. I've never seen her before. I thought she was one of your villians. You know the villain teams up and in a different reality and all."
"She's not one of…." Gohan begins.
"She's a God," Goku says.
"What, how?" Gohan says.
"I don't know but she was definitely using God Ki or at least knows how to manipulate it."
"What's God Ki?" I ask.
"Well it's energy divine beings use, like Kais and G. ."
"G. ?"
"That would be me." speaks a mysterious figure from behind me.
I turn around and jump back in fright.
"And you Ben Tennyson have woken me from my nap."
I look at this guy behind me. He's purple. Wears Snare Oh, my mummy alien, style clothes and is also a giant hairless house cat.
"Umm sorry Mr G.O.D"
"Indeed you should be. Now I require many delicious human delicacies to pay for not destroying you."
"WHAT DESTROY ME?"
"Easy young Tennyson. I've told the situation to Mr Berrus here and he's agreed to help." Professor Paradox says, appearing next to him.
"You're lucky as well, time walker. I should've killed you the moment you stepped into our reality."
Ben was amazed by this guy. All he had said since he got here was that he wants to kill me and Paradox. He is very intense but also not the strangest thing. Behind him is a tall blue dude who has a staff as high as he is. He hasn't said a word so far.
After this train of thought the Omnitrix starts to flash. "Alien DNA detected" rings the device. Followed by a yellow beam surrounding the G.O.D. "Scan complete"
"What did you just do boy. Are you threatening me?" Berrus says with an intimidating face. A purple orb glowing at his finger.
"NoNoNoNo!" I say in fear for his existence. "My watch scanned you that's all"
Paradox then chimes in. "This is the Omnitrix. The device was telling you about."
The blue man with the staff speaks this time. He seems more relaxed and peaceful. At least compared to his friend. "Why isn't it fascinating. You say this device holds energy as well as DNA."
"In certain circumstances" Paradox replies.
"How interesting. I also sense a faint trace of magic. You are full of surprise." The blue alien responds.
This alien seems different. My Omnitrix hasn't scanned him or registered his existence. What is he?
"If you want magic you should talk to my cousin. She literally teaches it. Anyway I need to find them."
"That is why I am here, human. A short while ago a human was found wandering my planet. I was simply going to destroy him but Whis said that he was not of this universe and so not under my jurisdiction. Although the rules are in place for a reason and so he is sitting in a cell on my planet." Berrus says. From the fact he described a human and called him a he, I have to assume it's Kevin.
"But wait I've been her for days, granted most of them unconsciousness, so why has Kevin only just arrived. Maybe Eon colliding with the rift added a time element to when we arrive."
"Why Ben I don't understand how everyone sees you as the least intelligent. You've managed to work that out very quickly." Paradox says cheerfully.
"What do you mean least intelligent?" I ask.
"Anyway I will see you Berrus's world." He says before vanishing.
"Indeed we should depart. Saiyans, will you be joining us. I know how much you lust for a battle.?" Berrus says almost mocking them.
However Goku responds straight away. "Of course I want to see how this is gonna turn out. Plus I want my crack at the bad guys next."
"Don't think you can go swanning off Kakarot ." Vegeta now stood in the doorway arms crossed and leaning against the doorframe. "If anyone gets another go at them. It will be me."
"Very good." Whis says. "Also Gohan. I recommend you to join us on this trip." He continues.
"Why? You already have my Dad and Vegeta. What do you need me for?" He asks.
"The time walker requested I make sure you are present upon our arrival."
"Oh um OK I guess." He says join them
"So then. Off we go." Whis says before tapping his staff on the ground and all 6 of us are whisked away to their planet.

A/N: Yes I know. I suck. This has taken forever and it's a rather dull chapter. Well it contains a lot of important set up for the future. Kevin's location. The nature I'd the rift and also the fact that Paradox has recommended that Gohan be present. How strange. Any way I hope you enjoyed it and I promise the next chapter will have a big fight in it. But who is fighting I can't not share cause you know suspense. Anyway thanks for reading and till the next time.
