The problem was compounded by the Romulan Invasion getting delayed by Captain Jonathan Archer.

"The Worldwide Terminator Uprisings have the World Governments fighting in Self-Defense. I still don't trust the American Government to handle the Borg Threat on their own." General John Connor stated knowingly.

The Section 31 Agent smirked back in complete agreement.

"Are you going to tell me what's going on?" General John Connor asked irritably.

"Starfleet Command Lost Territory During the Dominion War and we hope that the Terminator Factories with change the end result in our favor before the Borg Threat gets any worse." The Section 31 Agent explained.

"I don't like being used for your Personal Agenda and I really don't like being kept in the dark about Cameron Phillips working with Captain Jonathan Archer against the Romulans!" General John Connor proclaimed.

"Cameron Phillips has been working without our knowledge recently." The Section 31 Agent explained.

"You honestly don't know what's going on with Cameron?" General John Connor asked back suspiciously.
