Fanfic

Hello to all the Poke-readers XD

This fanfic is inspired by my colleague Robin.exe, a very good Fanfiction writer who has several diverse stories with very good character developments.

The original is about Ash's journey from the beginning with several Pokémon companions. So, you know where this one will also lead. I have asked him for permission to use his plots, but I will add some things of my own and several ideas that I had planned to implement for a Pokémon story, especially about Ash with a harem.

So far, the other fanfic only has 38 chapters at the moment I started writing this chapter (February 2, 2024).

Now, I am a native Mexican, and English is not a language I master too much, so I will try to update as quickly as possible.

Also, this is not my first fanfic; I have several written on , although they are all in Spanish.

Well, to make my introduction no longer than it already is, enjoy reading.

"A DIFFERENT STORY OF ASH KETCHUM"

Prologue

Before everything existed, even concepts like creation, destruction, time, and space, there was only chaos.

And before chaos, there was only nonexistence itself.

Somewhere, at some point, a cosmic egg appeared, glowing, heralding the beginning of the universe as we know it.

The egg, truth be told, its dimensions are unknown, nor how long it remained static until it began to tremble and crack, giving birth to that space and revealing a being that could not be described or understood in human words.

This being would be known as Arceus, the Creator God and Giver of Human and Pokémon Life.

Then, It created Dialga, Palkia, and Giratina to shape the universe in Its image and laid the foundations for Earth to subsist on its own.

Then, It settled upon the planet Earth and created Mew, a small Pokémon to whom It gave the task of adapting and giving birth to all the species that would inhabit the planet, including humans, who for thousands of years would coexist with other creatures as equals and without distinction.

It was known as The House of Evolution; for centuries, they sought to push the artificially born infants within the laboratories of this institution to their mental, physical, and spiritual limits to access abilities that were believed to be exclusive to Pokémon. However, during archaeological expeditions, they found cave paintings where primitive humans hunted beastly Pokémon with bipedal Pokémon to eat them due to the scarcity of crops, fruits, vegetables, and seeds to survive during the winter and not die of starvation or hypothermia.

Then they found crypts of ancient rulers with writings from recognized historians that spoke of the descent of humans and Pokémon, detailing how people who formed unbreakable bonds with their companions merged with them in body and soul.

At first, archaeologists believed they were just delusions of people who wanted to normalize human-Pokémon relationships, but there were ancient studies showing that there were people who shared entire DNA chains with some Pokémon. Similarly, there were many psychics capable of bonding with their companions to fight, and there were fighters who could keep up with their Pokémon's training.

It seemed that the rumors of weddings in Sinnoh and Hisui were real; people could be born from Pokémon, inherit their abilities, learn moves, and also be weak to the same types as their parents. Likewise, Pokémon born of humans could speak the human language, inherit traits such as eye color, hair, distinctive features, and preferences.

This opened up a new branch of science, hybridization; they wanted to know if they could recreate the same conditions in the current setting.

However, over time, the research was corrupted by people seeking power and desiring to control the world, to shape it in their image and have absolute power.

So, they began to modify the DNA of human fetuses, implanting them with Pokémon chains, and those born with them were reinforced in hopes that they could return to being what they called "Children of Pokémon."

Now we see a place full of children with white walls and ceiling, all wearing "uniforms" consisting of white shirts, pants, and sneakers, implying that they were all equal.

But since they had different skin tones, eye colors, hair color, height, and build, they knew they were not related by DNA in any way.

Among all the infants, there was one with dark skin, emerald green eyes, and spiky black hair.

Next to him was a girl with almost albino white skin due to lack of sun exposure, blue eyes, and hair as blonde as threads of gold reaching down to her waist.

In front of her was a boy with white skin, brown eyes, and chestnut hair, with a serious expression on his face, unlike the girl who had a somewhat uncomfortable grimace, and the first one didn't convey anything.

And lastly, next to the first one, was a boy who seemed to be a year older than the other three, with messy orange hair, yellow eyes, and he had his arm around the first boy's head while ruffling his hair.

"Come on, friend, let 1754 fight with you, please."

The first one got tired of being teased and was about to punch him in the stomach to make him let go, but the other stopped him by grabbing his arm tightly.

The brunette looked at the orange-haired one with a furrowed brow; he was a man of very few words, but his face showed all his emotions.

"Come on, let's not start another fight, please," the blonde approached to pull the dark-skinned one and try to calm him down because even though he didn't show feelings, he began to transmit anger through his pores as his face started to turn red and he was digging his nails into his hands.

"It was just a game, 1091095. Although 1754 really wants to test his fire abilities against 1188; after all, he's won the most sparrings since we started training," the orange-haired one responded by patting the brunette, who only looked towards the girl trying to calm down the dark-haired one.

"... 1262112. Shut up," he spoke for the first time and took a step forward, looking at the dark-skinned one.

"1188. Allow me to test my experience against yours," the dark-haired one turned to look at him and closed his eyes while he thought about what to do. After all, both were very similar in the ranking of the strongest, but they had never faced each other, as they lived as if it were a battle royale; you could be challenged or challenge others at any time, and whoever won would earn points to exchange for privileges such as food, snacks, or even days off from classes.

"Well, I have nothing to lose. How about 100,000 points for the bet?" This frightened the blonde and the orange-haired one; they swallowed nervously because even though they were strong too, they didn't have as many IP (Exchangeable Points).

"I think that's too much..." the yellow-eyed one was about to object when the brunette stepped forward and accepted.

Now both kids were standing in a large arena with three circles painted on the ground, two on each side where they were positioned and one in the middle that delimited the halfway point of the place; they were known to be the models used for battles with Pokémon, but now they had powers that the trainers' companions used.

A robot stood in the middle, taking the role of referee, and raised a black and white checkered flag.

"Participants 1188 and 1754 have agreed to fight to demonstrate who is the strongest. HAJIME."

The automaton shot off to the side as the bell rang, and both ran to the center to start throwing punches and kicks, but without using their awakened abilities. By the way, they were among the strongest to have Pokémon types thanks to the implanted DNA.

The brunette had been given the genetic information of one of the strongest Pokémon: Charizard, so he had obtained the Types (FIRE/FLYING).

The orange-haired one had been given complementary chains of Bulbasaur and Swampert, so he had started using moves of (WATER/GROUND/PLANT/POISON).

The blonde had been given, in some almost miraculous way, the genes of a Pheromosa, but she hadn't been able to use her types or own abilities. But she was not far behind since her strength, speed, and reflexes were superior to many who had their own moves, even rivaling those of the dark-haired one.

By the way, no one knew which Pokémon had been given to him since he only obtained the type (NORMAL), but thanks to that, he could access most offensive, defensive, and support moves.

"AURA SPHERE," two blue balls with pink, white, and green hues appeared in the hands of the green-eyed one. He combined both and shot them at the brown-eyed one with immense pushing force.

"FIRE KICK."

The aforementioned leaped as his feet were consumed in fire tornadoes and began to "run" through the air as he approached the attack coming towards him, lifting his leg towards his back and then extending it forward, he connected with it and diverted it towards a wall where it imploded upon barely making contact, leaving a large mark that had melted the concrete.

When he turned around, he didn't see the protagonist in his place and had to open his eyes completely as he could no longer move, and a green aura kept him static.

SHADOW BALL, SHOCK WAVE_

Before he could defend himself, he was hit, paralyzed, and electrocuted, causing him to fall to the ground numb. Seeing how his opponent descended, he decided to launch a FLAME WAVE to ensure burning him since the fire would spread instantly. But he didn't count on him using psychic to compress everything and discard it while black claws formed in his right hand.

SHADOW SLASH_

Just as its name implied, he launched a dark scythe that went straight to the chest of the one lying on the ground.

FIRE FANG_

To try to stop it, he invoked a jaw of fire to catch the attack, but it only slowed it down, giving him enough effort to move and avoid it.

Darn, I'll have to use it_

The other kids were playing cards because they were confident that their friends were fine.

It's been an entertaining fight, but it's time to end it, give me your best shot, I won't move_

The dark-haired boy stood on the side of his court and waited for him to prepare.

... FIRE INVITE, FLAPPING_

Launching two simultaneous attacks causing a wall of fire to fall on him, at that moment the other two had finished wasting time and got up upon hearing the explosion that occurred. Only because they were protected by a force field, they could see how the place heated up and the ground began to become liquid due to the temperature exceeding 1000 degrees. When it calmed down, they could see the dark-haired boy standing there while using his abilities to absorb the fire, leaving the dark-orange-haired one who had used his strongest attacks defenseless and was ready to continue because the person in front of him emitted an aura that devoured everything around him, but an alarm sounded illuminating the whole place in red, and a young woman with reddish-brown hair, hazel eyes, and about 20 years old came out of one of the doors leading to the control cabin, as her lab coat stuck to her clothes highlighting her hips and firm buttocks, indirectly demonstrating how fertile her feminine body was.

"Bravo, bravo... hmhmhm. It was an incredible match, perhaps Doctor Fuji may say that everything depends on the advantages and weaknesses of the 18 Types, but you have maximized the qualities that were bestowed upon you to the fullest, as if you were originally born with them. You've even surpassed all our expectations in such a short time; you've only been awake for a year and haven't stopped fighting every time you're challenged, increasing your experience and level."

The woman took out two test tubes with a golden liquid and gave one to each of them. They uncapped it to drink it and felt their wounds disappear as if by magic and shine for a few seconds.

"These are the equivalents of Pokémon Max Revive, soon you'll be able to exchange them for points to recover faster, and from what I see, your attack has become stronger, but your stamina remains the same, and your defense seems somewhat deficient."

More than a scolding, she gave them observations while writing on a tablet everything she noticed with the potion prototype.

"Ah, Delia, here you are, I've been looking for you. And look who's with you, the four musketeers."

This comment made the blonde and the orange blush because of the antics of the other two who were looking at the man who had entered.

"Doctor Fuji. The tests were positive: the parameters are stable, and their vital signs are at the limit."

The brunette handed him the device for analysis to see if there were any abnormalities, but he nodded and told her that he needed her to go with him to the warehouse to find rare spices. Meanwhile, the dark-haired, the blonde, the brunette, and the orange-haired went to the dining room for lunch since the strength they used burned their calories. Despite being 5 years old and the orange-haired 6, they were too mature for their age, understanding mathematics, chemistry, and both human and Pokémon biology. The awareness they have gained has made them seem as if they have lived a long life due to all the tests the scientists have put them through. The dark-haired and the blonde ordered a large tray of Thai noodles that could easily serve 8 people; they both finished it and still had room for dessert. The brunette only ate katsudon because it was nostalgic for him and made him feel good for some strange reason. On the other hand, the orange-haired exchanged his points for 20 hamburgers because he couldn't stop eating them.

"Do you still not know which Pokémon you're related to?" asked the meat lover while looking directly at the dark-haired, who stopped eating for a moment, showing that half of the tray had disappeared, but the girl continued devouring without hearing the conversation.

"It seems that while planning my conception, one of the samples lost its label, and since they didn't have enough time to check it, they injected it into the zygote that became me," he explained, intriguing the other two, who looked at each other and then turned back to him.

"What?" they questioned, looking at him thoughtfully.

"Well, I think they told you that so others wouldn't know and wouldn't make fun of you, like, for example, an Eevee," this caused the boy to furrow his brow, imagining others laughing because he had an image of the Normal-type Pokémon over him. In contrast, the girl choked while considering that possibility, picturing the boy with the small brown animal's collar fur as if he had inherited its characteristics.

"How cute~~~~" she swallowed hard, blushing, wanting to pet the green-eyed boy as if he were a plush toy.

"Regardless, the fight was incredible, but I noticed you were distracted. Moreover, you didn't even use all the moves you've learned. Is something wrong?"

Although he didn't talk much in general, the chestnut-haired one showed a lot of empathy even with those who many considered weak and shouldn't have the same privileges as them.

"Well, you're right about that, 1754, although you didn't throw 'that' either," the yellow-eyed one retorted, yawning because after eating so much, he spent his time sleeping, eliciting a sweat drop from the others.

"Anyway, the truth is I've been investigating, and I was wondering why they've given us these abilities, why we're locked up here, if it's been so long and the air outside is breathable, and if the creatures haven't mutated due to radiation from the war, but there's no information available," this caused conflict among the three since they knew the boy was very curious and wanted to learn everything he could and then practice it.

"Why does all that concern you? Even the scientists don't leave here. Delia is always here helping us; if there were someone outside, I don't think they wouldn't let them in. Also, if the information is classified, it must be for a reason, you think too much, friend," the orange-haired one stopped eating to say something that seemed obvious and true.

"However, 1198 has a point, they never tell us how we ended up here or why they want us to awaken the types or why we have to train, nor have they assigned us a name," this was another reason why they used numbers to identify themselves, the higher-ups decided to use a depersonalization method so they wouldn't generate empathetic emotions among themselves.

After all, they were constantly reminded that several decades ago there was a war between two of the known global regions called Kalos and Paldea, where humans with their Pokémon using ancient technology plunged the world into a Radioactive Era. Of course, they didn't know they were captives against their will, although none of them had memories beyond coming out of an Incubation Cylinder, a machine they only saw when they finished their accelerated conception process.

"Well, I don't think it's beneficial for us to worry about those things right now; we haven't been here long, and yet we haven't lacked anything. Maybe there's something out there that's too dangerous for us to handle, but if we don't become strong enough, we can't overcome it and live outside like our ancestors did," the blonde, as the voice of reason in the group, spoke, dividing the topic and momentarily calming the insatiable curiosity of the impossible dark-haired one and the serious brunette.

Now the dark-haired individual found himself in the library meticulously analyzing books on human biology to calculate how far he could push his modified body, however, he discovered something interesting: the topic of reproduction, and even though he was only 6 years old, he was questioning his own existence.

"The scrotum holds the gland responsible for producing sperm, when it exits the male reproductive system and encounters the female reproductive system, there is a high possibility that the previously fertile egg will be fertilized to begin the process of procreation through meiosis, resulting in a gestation period of 7 to 9 months culminating in the birth of a human baby who will share its DNA with both parents."_

This left him shocked; he was aware of "birth," but he hadn't thought that the way it happened was strange and even eerie at some point. So he decided to investigate further and came to the same conclusion: only two individuals of opposite sexes could conceive an infant that shared their decoded genetic information. And sometimes, descendants inherit eye color from their parents, the shape of their hair follicles, height, muscle mass, hair color, moles, and even speech patterns, allergies, and personal preferences.

All of this kept him awake at night. He was now in his room in the children's dormitory, had finished his homework, and was still searching for information when his computer froze and restarted. That's when he knew he was being watched. When he returned to the home screen, all the information he had gathered was erased, luckily, he had used a VPN to bounce back. Then he went to the library and couldn't find any of the books he had read.

"Why would they put books with information they wouldn't want us to know? Unless..."_

Taking out the new books they had put, he saw that the information only talked about human compatibility and showed nothing about conception.

"It must have been a trap to find out who is asking questions that go against the programming they have given us."_

Sighing with more questions than answers, he decided to return to his room to reflect on what was happening. Lying on his bed looking at the ceiling, he began to feel a tingling sensation in his neck for some reason. He approached his desk and took out a mirror from one of the drawers that his blonde friend had left during the times she sneaked in to chat for hours in the early morning. Then he noticed an object protruding from his neck, very small and square.

Taking a knife he had stolen from the kitchen the time he had to help prepare lunch, he brought it close to his throat. For any normal person, that would be madness, but he was used to receiving all kinds of cuts and being lightly pierced by attacks and movements that lowered both normal and special defense.

"Here... We go."_

Without waiting, he superficially cut himself, watching as the blood began to flow, so he inserted his fingers to feel the object and pulled it out, placing it on the table while he took a Revive Seed they had created, which he could use at any time, as long as he had points to redeem. This closed his wound, and he took the object to examine it. Thanks to his enhanced senses, he could clearly see that it was a chip; apparently, it was meant for tracking his whereabouts at all times. With more things to worry about, he began consulting his computer science books and managed to hack it to bounce around to various locations whenever he wished. Now it was time to find out what was happening outside and if everything they had been told was true.

With the chip back in place, he left the room to find out what was outside, taking all possible precautions, he headed towards the laboratory because he sensed that there was an exit from this place he now considered a prison. But upon reaching the entrance to the place where they "were born," he saw the door closed. Before, they used to let them pass, especially those with more experience in combat and strategy. So, demonstrating that his suspicions were real, he returned to his room and accessed his Type (GHOST/DARK) techniques to project himself astrally from his body and began to travel through the ventilation system in the ceiling of the facility. Of course, he had to be careful because there were others with similar abilities who could detect him and notify the scientists of his escapes.

When he arrived where he needed to be, he began to pass through the tubes where the new children were, who would be integrated to see if they would be good candidates as New Humans, as Doctor Fuji called them. By the way, he always felt uncomfortable near the man. Usually, he could perceive the emotions of others, but he found nothing of that in the man's scant aura.

After flying for quite some time, he found a long corridor filled with tubes with luminous substances, surely the essential nutrients for the accelerated production of human cells and the growth process they used to bring modified children into the world. But in the end, he heard as a sliding door opened and a light that didn't seem artificial entered the place. Through this portal, two people entered whom he had only seen from afar working with chemicals and biological formulas.

Without knowing if they could see him or not, he decided to wait until they passed and then shot out of the place to find what seemed like a hangar with futuristic vehicles with logos from various governmental and rental (mercenary) organizations. He kept going back and forth until he approached where everything was illuminated and found the source of that light. Looking up at the sky, he saw his projection beginning to fade due to the sunlight, but he wasn't sad to know the truth, even though he was crying. Now he knew he could get out of there, that he could enjoy his life, and that his friends could also live in peace without any worries about following orders or training without rest.

Opening his eyes in his room, he began to get to work, drawing the route he had memorized and started searching in the ducts where he and his three friends could go to see the outside. Knowing they could be discovered, he began to create devices similar to what he created to hack his chip and thus have an alibi for the blonde, the brunette, and the red-haired friend.

"What if the air is still toxic? Maybe not everything is a lie."_

Still hopeful, he teleported right where he had been in astral form and could feel the cool afternoon breeze. Once again, he began to cry and knelt down as he started hitting the ground, breaking his knuckles and leaving bone fragments and a bloodstain on a rock near the edge of a mountain about 500 meters from the exit of the House of Evolution.

X=X=X=X=X=X=X=X=X=X=X=X=X=X=X

So he began to bring things to that clearing: folding chairs, tents, blankets, food, pots, grills, and firewood from nearby dry trees to have everything ready for his friends to enjoy. Taking all necessary precautions and with bandages on his left hand because his scar hadn't disappeared, he set out to gather his friends and show them how wonderful the outside world was. While he was there, he studied the schedules of the guards and those who came and went to find a time to be able to leave through that door or enter.

Then he returned to his room and created bracelets so that his friends' chips wouldn't notify that they had left the established limits. But since the four of them had to return to classes, take both physical and mental exams, and maintain their place in the battle rankings to continue using their privilege points. When they were all free, he gave them the bracelets, telling them that they were a sign of their friendship, missing them as he wasn't used to the dark-haired one showing affection.

Then he led them through corridors with blind spots where the cameras couldn't reach, and they entered a duct that was close to the ground because he told them he had discovered something, and since they saw him very quiet about the outside topic, they followed him eagerly, as he almost never was wrong about any of his opinions or ideas, no matter how crazy they might sound.

When they realized it, they were on the other side of the conception tubes where there were many children like them. Regardless of why they were here, they followed him to the hallway where he took the chip from his neck, as he already had a repeater on his neck, and he placed it against the reader, causing it to open, and they could leave without anyone noticing. This caught them off guard, as they suddenly found themselves in the clearing on the mountain where all the things the dark-haired one had brought were.

This scared the three of them; they couldn't believe they were in the outside world, that they could breathe natural air, and even feel free. This feeling made them cry for some strange reason, as if their modified nature called them to escape, to leave everything behind, but they knew that if they did, everyone who stayed would suffer. So, for several months, they began to plan how to get all their friends and acquaintances out.

He also made repeaters to remove the chips from them and no longer feel chained. He told them how normal babies were born and that they apparently were considered artificial humans, almost homunculi, but at least they were organic. Still, the red-haired one didn't miss the opportunity to joke that the dark-haired one and the blonde could have a baby in the traditional way, and it would be too strong just being born if they inherited their abilities.

This caused the brunette to spit out the soda he was drinking, and the aforementioned blushed furiously while the girl stopped the brown-haired one from trying to hit the yellow-eyed one. This caused the boy to feel a strange feeling; every time he saw the girl, he couldn't help but feel happy, and if she turned, he would do the same to the other side, pretending to be distracted.

For the girl's part, she only confirmed that she had fallen in love with him. Since they had known each other for a year, they seemed to be made for each other; they complemented each other in almost all habits, and even when they disagreed on some issues, they decided not to fight to resolve it in a civilized way. And both had imagined being together for the rest of their lives; thanks to their modified bodies, they would live longer and be happy enjoying their time together.

They were only 6 years old, but their minds had been trained to gain maturity, and they could think like normal adults. They wanted to experience what the world could give them and help others be free from the evil of those scientists who lied to them. They even decided to stop using their identification numbers when they were outside the laboratory and chose personal names to start forgetting the way they had been forced to interact.

The dark-haired one decided to call himself Ash. The blonde loved flowers, especially lilies, so she now called herself Lillie. The brunette thought for a while until he remembered that he loved the color red and had perfected his fire skills, so he asked to be called De Red. The red-haired one considered himself a rival to the brown-eyed one and had always wanted to fly and soar the sky to feel the air being cut as it passed very fast, so he complemented himself with his new name, Blue.

The four of them promised to be together and to be very strong to protect the children of the House of Evolution. They went beyond the outer perimeter and discovered that they were surrounded by a chain of mountains, and behind them was a small circular forest that ended on a beach that went all the way around, discovering that it was an island, so they had to find a boat or take one of those who arrived to see them to escape from this imposed prison.

X=X=X=X=X=X=X=X=X=X=X=X=X=X=X

Another year passed, and new children arrived; some seemed stronger than others and even those who had been there longer. Apparently, they were perfecting the method to add Pokémon DNA alongside human DNA. Soon they began to show the truth to others. Some were taken outside, while others showed their memories to convince them. They received help to map out routes thanks to a map they made by surveying the entire island, using the roots controlled by Blue to shape the place so they could leave via the boats at a provisional port where the laboratory brought supplies for all of them.

They called it the New Era because they wanted to live a different life, to know what they could experience when they were truly free. In a few months, when the guards left, they would set sail without anyone being able to stop them. But they didn't take into account that someone would leak the plan with Delia, as she was very sharp and always genuinely cared for all of them. So now Ash was in the redhead's office, waiting for her to arrive as it was his weekly clinical analysis session, and she would probably talk to him about what she had heard.

The session started well, asking him about how he feels, how much he's been sleeping, if he has any allergies, anxiety attacks, or any outbursts of anger. Although the boy was known as someone calm, sometimes he exceeded the limit imposed in battles, leaving his opponents knocked out or forcing them to surrender. He replied that everything had been fine and that the only strange thing was how he felt when he thought about the blonde.

This caused the young woman to blush. After all, it was normal for children to have crushes when they spend so much time together, but the way the boy talked about the blue-eyed one shocked her and even moved her, as if he really knew what he was talking about. So when he stopped speaking, she told him to continue having friends and creating bonds since she had seen him with the brunette and the orange-haired one having a good time.

But now she asked him about the rumors that had been circulating and also told him that many were saying that he was involved, saying that they could go outside and that there was nothing wrong that could hurt them, giving them false hope.

"Because we really can go outside, or are you going to continue with the lie they haven't told us our whole lives? I've been out there; I've been able to feel the sun, breathe natural air, even the rain has fallen on me, and the fire from a campfire has kept me warm during the nights."_

The woman stepped back for a moment, not knowing what the green-eyed one was talking about, as she had also been here all her life. After all, she had awakened from a preservation cylinder and had been told that she was one of the few people who survived before calamity struck everyone.

The boy opened his eyes as he read her thoughts and couldn't believe what he had seen. So he took the woman's temples and showed her everything he had done so far, as he could feel that she wanted the best for all the children in the place. This forced her to tell him to leave since she would think about everything she had assimilated moments ago.

Knowing that he could possibly jeopardize the plan, he decided to call a meeting with his close friends, tapping his temple to send them a telepathic message telling them to meet in the training room for a "meditation" session.

Now the four of them were sitting in lotus position to clear their minds and create a mental connection between them to talk without being disturbed or discovered. They opened their eyes to find themselves in a purple landscape, indicating that they were in the "dimension" that Ash had created so they could talk.

"What's going on, friend?"_

Blue spoke levitating slightly as if flying while shimmering like a ghost.

"All in due time; he asked us to come, so we must wait for him to speak."_

As always, Red sat down creating a psionic chair to be stoic because he could see the worried look on the green-eyed one.

"I'm sure everything is fine, right?"_

Lillie always tried to see the positive side of everything, but for some reason, she felt that something was about to change when the dark-haired one sighed.

"I showed Delia the New Era Plan."_

This caught them by surprise; the orange-haired one fell, hitting his face on the ground, the brunette fell backward, making the chair disappear, and the girl began to hyperventilate. Everything they had achieved so far could disappear, and they didn't know if they could do anything to prevent it.

"But she seemed really scared to see the outside world in my memories, as if she had never been out there with the other scientists."_

This gave the team a new perspective. If she had been there with them from the beginning, it was possible that she believed what they were told about the radioactive air and that they couldn't go outside.

"If she's one of the first artificial humans, it means they used her to test the cloning process and how to manipulate DNA."_

This conclusion from the brown-eyed one seemed very plausible to them. After all, how the redhead seemed to work tirelessly for days and help them progress in the best way possible, as well as connect with them

so naturally that it seemed like she understood them 100%.

Something like that must be very difficult to keep, surely her memories were manipulated, and that's why she doesn't question anything. It's incredible that if it weren't for you, none of this would come to light, and now we would be like zombies following orders._

Blue might seem silly, but sometimes he rivaled in intellect with Ash and Red. Right now, they were thinking of a plan that included her so they could help her, after all, they had promised to help everyone who was against their will in that place.

You're amazing, Ash, thinking so selflessly about others makes you someone exceptional._

The blonde looked at the boy with a slight blush, and before she could say anything, she received a kiss on the cheek from the blue-eyed one, making her blush, and the brunette and the orange-haired one began to tease him for being a Don Juan even though he didn't flirt with any women.

It's not that big of a deal, after all, we were taught that we should love Pokémon and Humans equally. So, we must help each other, when the time comes, I'll even be willing to give my life for the good of all of you._

The three of them smiled with tears in their eyes; the words of the green-eyed one touched their hearts and drove them to move forward with the plan they had made to achieve their goal of living in freedom.

You're not alone, Ash. We'll take care of you too. Otherwise, I couldn't consider myself worthy of being called a friend._

The blue-eyed one approached the protagonist and gave him a hug while the others approached to do the same.

Another year had passed: Ash, Lillie, and Red had turned eight years old, and there was only one day left before executing the New Era Plan, and now they were in the clearing, waiting for the dark-haired one to go for Blue, who was finishing up some battles to stay focused. They chatted amicably and enjoyed the summer breeze, eating marshmallows that melted in the fire, which wasn't too strong to avoid overheating them. Just as they were about to ask about the whereabouts of the yellow-eyed one, a huge explosion was heard at the Evolution House. This alerted them, and at that moment, the dark-haired one teleported them to the location. When they entered, they saw a hole in one of the walls leading outside, indicating that someone from outside had entered. There were debris on the ground, and the fire was spreading, leaving black marks on the floor, ceiling, and walls. Furthermore, it was blue in color, demonstrating that it was neither normal nor an accident. Running through the corridors, they reached the training area and saw everything destroyed, and the machine had disappeared as if it had been erased by some power. They passed by the kitchen and saw some of their acquaintances lying face down on the floor. They were about to help when they heard something breaking in the laboratory, so they had to keep running forward. When they arrived, they saw the Conception Tubes destroyed and the bodies of the new children pale with a large hole in their chests, lying in a pool of blood. As they approached, they were horrified to see them lifeless and pale, but they did not expect to see a person holding the last of the infants by the neck, trying to break free while slowly absorbing their energy, stealing their lives little by little, and throwing them against a wall, smashing it, demonstrating the force used and indicating his level.

"BASTARD, WHO ARE YOU AND WHAT ARE YOU DOING?"

The man turned to look at them intimidatingly, and a psychotic laugh was heard as he removed his cape, revealing a gaunt man with whitish skin, gray hair, and silver eyes.

"I've long forgotten my name, but it doesn't matter. You just need to know that you will die, and that's the last thing I can tell you."

Taking a step, all three were lifted off the ground with telekinesis and began to feel their bodies being crushed by a great pressure.

"VINE WHIP, HYDRO CANNON, MUD BOMB!"

Before he could continue hurting them, he was engulfed in roots that emerged from the ground. Then a blast of water distracted him, releasing them, and finally, he was hit in the back by a poison attack that threw him against a concrete column, breaking it and causing the ceiling to collapse on him. The one who attacked him was Blue, who had blood dripping from his forehead and several cuts and bruises all over his arms.

"Are you okay? I was under some rubble. This crazy guy destroyed the entire floor of the dorms, and it collapsed into the basement, and I didn't even know we had a basement."

Explained the orange-haired one as he helped the three of them to their feet, still bruised, they laughed at the antics of their fun friend.

But they had to get serious when the silver-eyed one got up, throwing debris as a wound on his skull closed instantly, leaving them somewhat scared by how powerful he seemed from the energy emanating from his body.

"I didn't think there were strong users here, I thought the implementation of Pokémon DNA was still very recent, but this is an anomaly and I like it, you're going to be the first one I devour..."

He couldn't finish speaking when he received a shot of red energy through his chest, causing him to fall to the ground motionless.

"I thought I wouldn't see you again, it seems I arrived late, but you all look excellent."

A man with glasses, brown eyes, black hair with gray streaks, and white skin appeared with a device on his arm.

"Doctor Fuji, he's back, I don't believe I'm saying this but I'm glad to see him."

Ash approached the man cautiously since he was the only one in the place who couldn't hear his voice.

"That's right, the truth is that the sensors showed me that this man appeared. He attacked us 20 years ago, and we barely managed to recover. We thought he was dead, but I don't believe anything unless I'm one hundred percent sure, so I prepared if one day he came back, but I got distracted with his summonings."

He explained, stroking the green-haired one's head, as he was the one who showed the most affection among all the modified children, always denying it even to Delia.

"Did you think it would be so easy?"

The gray-haired one got up with the wound on his back closing, showing how his organs, spine, muscles, and skin grew back as if nothing had happened.

"I told you that day that you would die first, and you thought I was joking, but I still have to fulfill it."

And appearing in front of the man with a burst of speed, he pierced his chest, but instead of having a heart in his hand, he had a mechanical valve, and the liquid that splashed on the black-haired one was oil.

"Lucky it was just one of my replacements."

Now it was revealed that the man was actually an automaton that had been impersonating him all this time.

"He's either too smart or he's always been a coward."

Using his power, he disintegrated him, throwing his ashes to the ground.

"YOU DAMN BASTARD."

Ash rushed to hit him, connecting a couple of punches and kicks, but he was easily subdued, showing the enormous experience he had over him.

"I see you have initiative; this will make it quicker to finish this."

He grabbed him by the neck and began to absorb his energy, relishing when the boy was covered by an aura that protected him, causing the man to release him in fear.

"Now I see how most of them were so strong; you shouldn't be here. Your existence has been caused by a fluctuation of energy due to my time travels, but it doesn't matter; I'll correct it now."

But he couldn't continue speaking when he received a blow from the dark-haired one, who now felt stronger and exuded a killer instinct.

"I don't care about your stupid explanations; now I'LL KILL YOU."

Launching a kick that connected with his abdomen, he threw him against the ceiling, and as he fell, he punched him, creating a crater. When he was about to hit him again, he was repelled by a shield and a wave of energy that pushed him, jumping a few meters.

"The more time passes, the stronger you'll become. You're cursed; you're like me. When you realize it, everyone will have abandoned you, and you'll be regretting trusting them..."

He joined both hands, and a sphere of miasma formed, while Ash's friends took a step back instinctively.

"DISTORTED REANIMATION."

In an instant, three presences emerged from the sphere, standing in front of the dark-haired one and taking shape, although only their bones could be seen, surrounded by a purple energy.

"Surely you know them well: Charizard, Venusaur, and Blastoise. These three were my best friends when they were alive, but because our friendship was so strong, they wished to return from death to be with me forever. Now they will kill you, and your spirit will be mine."

He ordered them to attack, but they were intercepted by the kids who stood in front of the apparitions.

"Ash is not alone; he has me... I mean, he has us."

The blonde, although nervous, took a firm fighting stance to defend her friend alongside the other two, who had a mischievous smile at what she said.

"Ash is our friend, and we will never abandon or betray him."

Red infused his fists with fire, and his feet were surrounded by whirlwinds of air, ready to cause as much damage as possible.

"Come closer, old man, come closer, let's see who beats whom."

Blue spat on his hands and created poison gloves ready to infect anyone who dared to approach him.

The man became annoyed, so he decided to send his henchmen to attack the three. The non-Dragon lunged to fight the blonde, and she kicked, destroying one of the lizard's wings. The turtle with cannons began shooting water bullets, keeping his distance from the yellow-eyed one, who was more versatile with short-range attacks, and even if he could throw a Toxic Spike or a Sludge Bomb at him, he would deflect it with his water or dissolve it. In the case of the plant dinosaur, it would whip its vines and summon roots from the ground, trying to hit the brunette, who would burn or cut them to use them against the Pokémon, causing damage and leaving it stunned to shoot a fireball at it and try to finish it off with Dragon Meteor.

While the three kept the revived Pokémon at bay, the man rushed to shoot white rays at the protagonist, who deflected them with his hands and repelled the man's attempts to lift him with his psychic abilities, doing the same, starting a duel of wills.

"WHIRLWIND AND THUNDERBOLT."

By launching a water attack and burning him with the electricity of the lightning, the silver-eyed one stopped using his psychic powers, and this was enough for the dark-haired one to approach and give him a double punch in the abdomen, and when he doubled over in pain, he received a spinning kick to the temple, burying his face in the ground and bursting his teeth as blood spewed from his mouth since his organs had exploded because the green-haired one was not holding back.

"Son of a bitch, do you think you will save everyone? What will you do when they leave here? TELL ME! There is nothing good outside. Humanity is closer to extinction every day because of how twisted its sense of superiority has become. Ten thousand years ago, we all lived in peace without distinction."

Dark energy began to emanate from his eyes, his hands began to turn into black claws, three horns sprouted from his head: one on each side and one on his forehead, and his teeth were sharp.

"That doesn't give you the right to kill us; besides, you're a hypocrite. You say people feel superior to Pokémon, but here you are wanting to kill us without giving us a chance to live as normal humans."

While he spoke, the dark-haired one was surrounded by a white aura, and his eyes lit up as a golden halo formed around his head, and behind him, a semicircular structure appeared blurry since it didn't finish manifesting for some strange reason.

"That power, how is it possible, could it be him? IT'S IMPOSSIBLE, I'VE BEEN SEARCHING FOR IT ALL MY LIFE, NOW I'LL TAKE IT FROM YOU."

The horned one created six pairs of wings that he used to propel himself straight toward the now boy emanating energy that seemed divine. But he didn't have a chance to harm him since he was blocked by an invisible wall that didn't seem to be made with psychic power.

And when he realized it, he was trapped in a transparent cube in which he couldn't move.

"DIVINE PUNISHMENT."

At that moment, the silver-eyed one received attacks of the 18 types without giving him time to regenerate, causing him damage that made him scream in agony, alerting his creations who left aside their battles and went to help him.

But they couldn't do much when Ash, Semi Divine, struck them with a wave of power, knocking them to the ground from the enormous pressure exerted upon them. He then lifted them up to approach the skeleton of the fire salamander and began tearing off its wings, arms, and legs. The worst part was that every time he dismembered it, they grew back, causing him immeasurable suffering.

And the others weren't faring any better: Venusaur was burning, attempting to destroy it, but it only healed to continue feeling like it was turning to ashes, and Blastoise was surrounded by dark clouds, being struck by golden, blue, and white rays while unable to move, imprisoned by roots with poisonous thorns piercing its chest, abdomen, neck, arms, and legs.

"Ash, enough, they don't deserve to be tortured," Lillie approached and pulled his arm, unable to move him even with her superhuman strength. "They're not alive, no matter what happens to them," he replied, making his arm intangible to thrust it into Charizard's body, creating a psychic explosion that split it in half, frightening the girl who began to cry as the boy she liked showed no remorse in harming the reanimated Pokémon.

That's why Red approached and hit him with Flame Charge, trying to reason with him, but it didn't work as he turned around and began creating an Aura Sphere, a Shadow Ball, and started merging them while surrounding him with a Thunder Punch. Blue created a wall of roots to try to stop the attack that seemed like it could kill them without a doubt. But they calmed down when they saw how the attack missed them and hit the man who had somehow escaped and tried to attack them from behind, being enveloped by an explosion that caused a shockwave, lifting a column of dust and disintegrating the ground, leaving a crater 100 meters in diameter. And when it cleared, the man could be seen without an arm and a leg, trying to stand swaying with blood coming out of his eyes, ears, nose, and mouth.

"This guy is like a cockroach, why won't he die? Can't you just snap your fingers and make him disappear or something?" The orange-haired one turned to look at the black-haired one, who fell to the ground while wiping the blood from his mouth.

"Are you okay?" Lillie helped him up, trying to stand with pale skin and eyes surrounded by dark circles from the strain he had endured.

"I've been worse," he replied to the brunette, fist-bumping him as a sign of respect.

"Hey, guys, I think we should keep fighting," the four looked back at the man who was finishing regenerating but looked as worn out as the green-eyed one, and his summons flickered as if his energy were dwindling.

"I didn't expect you to awaken that power, much less be aware of your aura. Well, it's better to end this." He raised his hand to the sky, causing the boys to mock him but opened their eyes to see a black cylinder beginning to pierce the atmosphere heading towards them.

"Surprised? Don't worry, that thing is my strongest technique, DAWN HAMMER. The object positions itself outside the planet and is pushed inward thanks to gravity, so don't worry, there's nothing you can do. When it falls, we'll all be disintegrated without fail."

Upon finishing saying that, Ash accessed his new form and created two energy arms to grab Red and Blue while carrying Lillie like a princess and dashed towards the coast straight into the sea, trying to get as far away as possible. But since his body reached its limit, he could only go a few kilometers away and fell into the sea precipitously as the object impacted the island's ground, causing tectonic plates to shift, triggering a tsunami and causing one of the tallest mountains to split and start erupting, hurling rocks and lava, increasing the danger. When the water momentarily calmed, they struggled to the surface, moving their arms and gasping for air, expelling the water they had swallowed from the impact.

"Guys, can you talk?" the black-haired one asked, trying to access his new state but feeling his organs being crushed by the pressure exerted by the waves crashing against his body.

"We're okay, but I don't think we can swim to the shore from here. Even if Lillie could carry us, she wouldn't make much progress due to the weight," Red spoke as he helped Blue swim since his arms were numb from using poison for so long, and he could only move his legs, so he needed someone to keep him upright.

"You say it as if she had to do it by force, relax, guys, we'll find the solution, we always do, that's why we're friends," as always, the orange-haired one showed he was positive even when they had no idea what to do.

"No matter what happens, we're here, Ash, we'll support you because you've done the same," the green-eyed one finally spoke, approaching the protagonist to help him since he could only get his head out of the sea as his body was paying the price for the stress he had been subjected to. Everything seemed normal, as if the worst had already passed, but before the storm comes the calm. And they had to look up when they heard the air being cut so that four of those projectiles would approach them and fall into the water surrounding them.

Before anyone could say anything, with the last of his power, the black-haired one surrounded his friends with a purple bubble of psychic power.

"I love you, don't forget it," and the warheads exploded, engulfing the protagonist with fire and shrapnel, and sending each one in different directions, drastically changing their fate.

X=X=X=X=X=X=X=X=X=X=X=X=X=X=X

The sound of waves crashing against the shore, the Pelippers, the Wingulls flying, and the Wailmers shooting water from their blowholes woke the boy up as he felt oxygen returning to his lungs and seawater being expelled thanks to a redhead who had revived him with first aid. Realizing he was on solid ground, he got up and started running towards the water.

"What happened, where are the guys, I need to go back, what if my shields weren't enough?!" He was about to dive into the water where he saw a huge column of black smoke when he was immobilized by the woman who turned out to be Delia.

"Wait, there's nothing you can do right now. It's been hours since I found you, please calm down," the boy continued to struggle as he began to scream and cry inconsolably, thinking about whether his friends could survive that attack and if everything he did was in vain.

From now on, he should live carrying within him the will of those he couldn't save and with the hope of seeing those who became part of his life again as more than friends, a family that now seemed like destiny had snatched away for going against what the universe had imposed on him.

I did it!

Ten thousand words and 32 pages.

I'm very happy because Robin.exe gave me permission to add lore to his well-built story, as I've always wanted to write a Pokémon story (although it's not my first fanfic, as I've published others on Wattpad in Spanish).

I hope you enjoy it and that you can send me suggestions and any questions you have about this universe I've created from this "pilot," as this would be the introduction to the origin of our protagonist. The next one will be about his daily life, and the first one will start with his initials (with Pikachu as in the anime, with the four from Robin.exe's story, and I'll add one more Pokémon, which happens to be one of my all-time favorites).

Take care and may Arceus bless you.

THAT'S ALL, FOLKS!
