Golene smiled as she and Bulma went on a date with Yamcha and Vegeta. They went into a restaurant in West City.
Golene was blushing while looking into Yamcha's eyes as they all sat together. "You're so cute Yamcha." Golene said.
Yamcha blushed. "I should be the one saying that to you, Golene... ha... ha... um... ha..."
Vegeta chuckled. "Is this the first time you've been with a woman, worthless human?" Vegeta asked looking at Yamcha.
Yamcha nervously gulped. "Um... yeah it is..."
Bulma looked a bit annoyed. "How many girlfriends have you had Vegeta?" Bulma asked.
"Girlfriends? No, they were more like whores that I've met from all my travels in the universe." Vegeta said as he ate his piece of chicken with his coffee.
Bulma smiled. "Tell us a story about your life, please." Bulma said.
Vegeta sighed. "It hasn't been easy, I've been a slave working for an evil tyrant. My planet was blown up by a meteor, so I had nowhere else to go but with Frieza." Vegeta said as he continued eating his food.
"Tell us about my brother Raditz. What's he like?" Golene asked.
"A fool." Vegeta replied as he then felt Bulma's hand touching his own. "W-What are you doing woman!?" Vegeta asked as Bulma then leaned in for a kiss. Vegeta quickly stood up. "No more games! I don't want any of this! I didn't choose to come here!" Vegeta yelled.
Bulma smiled. "B-But... I love you..." Bulma said causing Vegeta to stumble back in shock.
"Those are big words, woman! We just freaking met! Are you really that desperate for love?" Vegeta asked taking back his seat.
Bulma smiled. "I knew it in my heart the moment I saw you. I love you!"
Vegeta gasped. "Well... I suppose I can say, uh, you are hot." Vegeta said looking away from them.
Golene chuckled. "Look at Veggie open up to his feelings!"
"Shut up you brat!!!" Vegeta yelled standing back up. "I'm leaving this planet in two days! I've had enough of all you damned humans!" Vegeta yelled as he flew away from the restaurant.
Yamcha smiled. "Your cute too, Golene. Beautiful actually." Yamcha said as he finally managed to get the words out.
Golene blushed. "T-Thank you..."
Two days later, Vegeta got into the space pod. "This is goodbye earthlings." Vegeta said as he activated his scouter. "Nappa! Raditz! I'm heading back to Frieza's base." Vegeta said.
"Uh, Vegeta... Frieza already send a bunch of soldiers to your current location to bring you back." Nappa said.
"W-What!? No... this can't be..." Vegeta gasped knowing this meant that the Earth would be destroyed by them.
"What's wrong, Veggie? Aren't you gonna take off into space?" Golene asked as she watched Vegeta exit out the space pod.
Vegeta sighed. "I'm staying after all."
Bulma looked so happy to hear this. "Yes! I knew you loved me!" Bulma shouted in joy as she hugged him.
Vegeta blushed. "Stop woman! I'm only staying here because I know Frieza will destroy us all. However, let's gather these dragon balls you used to bring me here, then I can wish for immortality." Vegeta suggested.
Golene smiled. "Yay! Were off to another adventure!"
"B-But the dragon balls won't be active for another year." Bulma said.
Vegeta grunted. "It doesn't matter, I need some training to increase my strength in order to face Frieza's soldiers, so who knows! Maybe this little adventure will prove worthwhile." Vegeta said as he then activated his scouter again. "Nappa! How long do I have until Frieza's men come for me?" Vegeta asked.
"One week." Nappa replied.
Vegeta sighed. "So be it. Let's go brat and Bulma." Vegeta said as he flew up to the sky.
Yamcha smirked. "With all four of us, we'll definitely find the dragon balls quickly."
Meanwhile, Kami had been looking down on them all. "King Piccolo has been freed..."
