A.n I'm finally doing my favorite episode but things are going to be different what I mean is luz fear just he Main fear and there going to be other characters and this going to be a surprise about eda and from autonomous ultra instinct harpy transformation I'm adding in my story.
It all started in the Owl House living room where King was watching videos on Luz's phone while Luz and Vee looked at a flower.
"Come on! Work this time.", Luz spoke before she traced the spell circle, causing a small blue flower to sprout.
"YES! Check it out, King: my magic skills are blossoming.", Luz grinned.
"You think that's impressive? Check this out! Two warriors battling to the death!", King spoke, showing two cats meowing with one preparing to pounce on the other only to fall back before Luz noticed the open portal door.
"Ah. I see we're getting enough Wi-Fi through the portal for cat videos.", Luz responded.
"Senseless violence. Yes, attack! DEATH IS YOUR GOD!", King shouted.
"I regret teaching you about the Internet.", Luz commented.
"Hah! What possible regrets could come from the internet? Oh! Did you know that the Earth is actually flat?", King asked before Luz snatched her phone back.
"Yep, that's not right.", Luz spoke before a spider crawled down via web with Luz noticing this before jumping in shock as she screamed before landing on the ground and noticing that her arms were starting to grow scales with her nails growing into claws and gasping.
"Luz, catch!", King shouted as he got out an chakra draining tage and then tossed it to Luz, who caught it and put it on her, reverting her body back to normal, earning her relieved sigh.
"Phew! Thanks, King.", Luz sighed before Hooty opened the door.
"Hoot hoot, Luz! Time to fill up that darling little head of yours with...", Hooty began before he regurgitated a stack of books onto the ground.
"Mm-hmm. Delicious knowledge!", Hooty spoke before Willow, Gus, maria,kim, and Apollo looked in from the doorway.
"So, you gonna go or what, Luz?", Apollo asked.
"Please hurry!", Gus urged.
"The more I look at him, the more uncomfortable I get.", Willow added.
"HOOT HOOT!", Hooty shouted.
"Please, do hurry by all means. Your school starts in 10 minutes, doesn't it?", Chris asked.
"Oh, my gosh, you're right!", Luz realized before she got a bit embarrassed, finger gunning her siblings and friends, and kissing King's head.
"Don't spend all day watching MewTube, 'kay?", Luz asked as she walked out.
"I FORGE MY OWN PATH!", King retorted before he then went back to the phone screen and saw a fluffy black cat chasing its tail before snickering.
"What a dum-dum.", King spoke before he became distracted by his own tail wagging and tried to catch it only to flop on the couch after a second.
"Ugh. Who has the energy?", King sighed.
At Hexside, a spider kindergarten teacher was decorating the halls with streamers.
"Coming through! Watch your heads!", the spider teacher spoke as the halls were now decked out with balloons made of abomination goop and other decorations before Luz, kim,vee,maria, Amity, Selena, Apollo,kale,caulifla,cabba,hunter, Salvador,Edric and Emira entered.
"Something's different today. Did everyone get a haircut?", Luz asked.
"Oh, yeah! I forgot you've never been here for the social event of the season.", Willow realized.
"Welcome to your first-", Gus began before suddenly, two masked health workers entered, rolling a stretcher and making siren noises.
"Outta the way!", one worker spoke as he and his partner surrounded a beast-keeping student with dark skin, blonde hair that covered his eyes, and big, pointy ears similar to a bat as Skara looked on.
"Come with us immediately! Your disease- it's advancing!", the other worker urged as he and his partner helped him onto the stretcher.
"Is there a cure, doc?", the student asked.
"Only one... finding the perfect date to Grom!", the worker responded, turning a grim situation into a joyous moment.
"If that's the cure... then, Skara, will you go to Grom with me?", the beast-keeping student spoke as he held out a beating heart, with "GROM?" written on it in red ink.
"Ahhhhh! Of course I will, or whatever!", Skara shouted gleefully as she hugged him with onlooking students and teachers cheering before Luz gasped.
"You guys have a version of prom on the Boiling Isles? I was kicked out of my last school dance for dressing like an otter, but here, I can be your Grom queen!", Luz grinned.
"That's, uh, not something people usually sign up for.", Willow spoke.
"It isn't?", kim puzzled.
"Why not?", vee added.
"Trust me when I say it is for a very good reason.", Selena responded before the speaker screeched on with everyone turning to it.
"I'm so nervous.", the 2nd student spoke nervously.
"Shh! This is it!", the 3rd student urged.
"Attention, Hexside students. This is your principal speaking.", Principal Bump spoke over the intercom.
"Oh, man, this is it!", Gus exclaimed.
"Uh, what is going on here?", hunter puzzled.
"He's announcing who'll be this year's Grom royalty.", Willow explained before Amity looked on, concerned.
"I don't think she looks too happy about it.", Apollo spoke.
"This year, I have the privilege to bestow our highest Grom honor to... Amity Blight!", Bump announced, making Luz and the others gasp as Amity was quite shocked herself.
"Our Grom queen!", Principal Bump spoke, making the other students gasp.
"It's Amity!", the 4th student spoke.
"Amity.", the 5th added as Amity was noticeably uneasy.
"WHOOOO! Amity, get it, queen!", Luz whooped as she held her hand up for a high-five only for Amity to look around and run off.
"Don't leave me hangin'!", Luz shouted.
"You might want to give her some space. Being Grom queen is a tough job. Even for Amity.", Gus suggested.
"And for good reason.", Emira added.
"And what reason is that?", vee puzzled.
"Well, you'll find out sooner or later.", Selena responded.
At the gym, students were setting up decorations while Principal Bump oversaw the progress with the Snaggleback hanging from the ceiling by a rope and spinning.
"Very good. Lower the streamers, fill the punch bowl, and- how's my disco ball?", Principal Bump asked.
"Nauseous.", the Snaggleback asked.
"Great. Just keep it up for 36 more hours.", Principal Bump responded before he left the gym as vee, luz,Apollo, and maria entered.
"Ah. My first school dance experience on the Boiling Isles. I can't wait to get overdressed, take awkward photos, push all the buttons- wait, what?", Luz spoke before she saw a red button on a black-and-red pedestal with insect legs on the bottom.
"Well, hello. Don't mind if I do.", Luz spoke.
"Luz, I don't think you should do...", Apollo began before she cheekily pushed the button.
"...that.", Apollo finished too late before the ground rumbled with the floor opening to an underground area connected by a ramp.
"Whoa!", Luz exclaimed before two walls of weapons came up from the floor on either side of Luz, who gasped.
"That's Grom's chamber.", maria spoke.
"Medieval torture seems like a strange theme for Grom, but hey-", Luz commented before Amity spoke up nearby.
"They're not for decoration.", Amity responded as she was sitting at the top of the bleachers, alone before she stood up and started to make her way down.
"This arena's where I'll make my debut as Grom queen.", Amity explained.
"Right. So, why don't you seem excited?", Lucia asked before, in the arena, black goop rumbled and growled.
"I'm gonna go out on a limb and say it's not just a dance party, right?", Apollo asked.
"That's right. And that's Grom. Short for Grometheus, the Fear-Bringer, the Necromancer's life-long servant. It's a monster that lives under the school. Every year it tries to break out, and a student had to defeat it before it invades the town. Ever the optimist, Bump holds a party and calls it tradition. The worst thing is that Grom can read minds and shape-shift into your worst fear. And mine... is very embarrassing.", Amity responded as she grabbed a sword, cast a spell that showed a tapestry about Grom's backstory, which then dissipated as it faded back to the gym while Amity looked at the side of the blade and handed it to Luz.
"If it worries you so much, then why don't you tell Principal Bump you want out of this death match biz? Unless talking to Bump is your greatest fear.", Luz realized in a silly way, making Amity chuckle.
"No, but that's a good idea. Thanks, Luz.", Amity thanked before leaving as Luz got an idea.
"PUT DOWN A TARP, I'M GONNA PUKE!", the snaggleback shouted, making Luz and her siblings hurry out in response.
Later, at the Owl House, maria,Apollo,the siblings and empresses camila opened the door to Eda's room and walked in.
"We're home!", Luz spoke as she, maria, and Apollo entered.
"OW!", Eda exclaimed.
"Mom?", Apollo asked.
"What are we looking at here?", luz asked.
"And how's my new soon to be born baby brother doing?", Maria added.
Eda was now not only in a brown tuxedo with King, standing on a stack of books, wearing a green apron and Camila and raine beside her, but also has a baby bump in her belly as does Camila.
"Careful with those pins.", Eda spoke.
"Why am I doing this? I don't even wear clothes.", King exclaimed.
Of I just found I was pregnant last mouth eda said.
"Because we wanted to help Eda look her best for the chaperon tonight.", raine responded.
"Hey, sweet duds, owl lady! What's the haps?", Luz asked as she sat on Eda's nest.
"I'm chaperoning Grom tonight. So I have to look sharp.", Eda responded.
And going Chris said.
"And Edric, Emira, and Gus asked me to co-emcee the fight! We're going to turn this blood-bath into a fun-bath!", King responded as he held up a poster of him, Emira, Edric, and Gus standing back-to-back in sunglasses, especially with Gus holding a microphone.
"Ooh! Have they announced the victim yet?", Eda asked.
"Actually, they have.", Apollo responded.
"And unfortunately, it's Amity.", Maria responded.
"She's kinda freaking out though. I wish I could, like, take her place or something.", Luz spoke.
"Mija, I understand, but I don't think it's possible what with the whole...tailed Beast situation. You know what happens when you get stressed out. This happened several times.", Camila responded.
"She's right, kid. Besides, that's a noble sentiment, but Grom is a little above your pay-grade. You might not be human anymore, but that doesn't make you any less... fragile.", Eda concurred before Luz got up and marched toward Eda.
"Hey! I've been learning lots of new spells! I could totally handle it.
"There's a horrifying spider in your hair.", raine spoke.
"Nope. I'm not as fragile as you think, raine. And I can't be so easily fooled, either.", Luz responded before she turned around, revealing there was, in fact, a horrifying spider in her hair before she slammed the door as she left.
"Guess we'd better go after her.", Apollo sighed.
"Si...", Chris agreed before the two went after Luz.
"Uh, maybe you were too hard on her. She's saved you from multiple monsters, remember?", King asked.
"Facing Grom means facing your worst fear, King. And I don't think Luz knows what that means yet.", Eda spoke as she looked at herself in the mirror.
"For her sake, she'd better. Or things might go from bad to worse.", Camila spoke in worry.
"A LOT worse.", Chris added in thought.
"Do you think I could pull of red eyeshadow?", Eda asked.
"Girl, you can pull off anything! Up top! We're style geniuses!", King shouted as he and Eda high-fived with Camila sighing.
Later, at the forest, it was quite dark as Luz held a branch and tore through the brush, angry like a cat that is vexed for she hated being regarded as fragile.
"'Fragile'. Eda doesn't know me! I-I'm brave! I'm a bad boy!", Luz spoke before she heard footsteps and yelped.
"Ominous footsteps, creepy woods. This is no problem.", Luz spoke as she braced for impact and held up her branch.
But then, a sort of cloud of black mist turned up in the forest and gave ominous, incoherent whispers as it faced Luz, who just wouldn't have it.
"LUZ CHOP! AAAAAAHHHHHH!", Luz shouted as she lunged forward only for the black mist to move away, causing her to unknowingly hit Amity, knocking her down.
"Ow!", Amity exclaimed before Luz gasped and did a light spell, holding it up to reveal Amity and Selena in the mud.
"Luz!", Selena exclaimed.
"Oh, my gosh, guys! I'm so sorry!", Luz apologized as she tried to help Amity, only for her to slip in the mud.
"And here I thought this day... Oop! ...couldn't get any worse.", Amity sighed as Luz pulled Amity back up, the two staring at each other for a second before the latter sat down on the tree stump just as maria and vee arrived.
"Luz, are you okay?", vee asked.
"Yeah. We heard you screaming.", maria added.
"Yes, guys. I'm okay.", Luz assured.
"I'm not exactly sure.", maria responded.
"We'll be right here if you need anything.", maria added before Luz sighed as she looked around before plopping herself in the mud.
"So, what are you doing out here?", Lucia asked.
"Well, Amity had a tough thing going, so I was consoling her. That was right about when Luz showed up and hit Amity by mistake.", Selena responded.
"Again, sorry... But I saw this weird black mist. it was saying weird things and creeping me out, so I had to scare it away.", Luz explained.
"Sure you did.", Selena responded.
"Anyway, did you talk to Bump? Was it as terrifying as you imagined?", Luz asked before Amity sighed.
"He said, 'No.' I'm Grom queen, unless I can find a replacement. And who'd want to switch with me?", Amity asked as she curled in on herself with Luz looking down before her face then brightened.
"I would.", Luz spoke.
"What?", Amity asked before Luz stood up.
"Of course. Hex's book said that the Grom's tears are the next ingredient for the elixir that can cure you.", kim spoke.
"Oh, yeah. I forgot about that. Amity Blight, I'll do it. I'll take your place and face Grom in the arena. I'll be your fearless champion!", Luz swore before the spider that was in Luz's hair crawled onto her face, making her scream and faceplant into the mud to get the spider off her while Amity looked on, concerned, especially as when Luz stood up, there were several scales on her arms, claws on her talons, fangs (two, at least), and a pale gray skin color.
"Fearless... champion...", Luz spoke weakly.
"Uh, Luz? You might want to look at your arms.", Selena pointed out before Luz looked down and saw her feather-covered arms, making her yelp.
"Oh, no! Not again!", Luz spoke in worry.
"Don't worry. We brought a chakra suppression tags over just in case.", maria assured, handing a bottle of it to Luz.
"Oh, Muchos Gracias!", Luz spoke joyfully and exasperatedly before drinking it, changing back to normal completely and sighing in relief.
"Yep, this day's gonna get dark tomorrow.", maria spoke in slight worry.
Act III
Later, in Luz's room in the Owl House, she rummaged through a chest of clothes and pulled out a black dress before pulling out an otter suit when all of a sudden, Luz's hand twitched, worrying her as she noticed that scales are starting to spread from her arm like before as she then frowned at what it could mean if she couldn't face her fears when all of a sudden, Hooty entered.
"Oh, Luuuuuzzzz! You have a gueeessssstttt!", Hooty announced before Luz tried to hit him but missed.
"Hooty! No touching!", Luz scolded before Hooty retreated out the window just as the door opened.
"Guys!",Luz spoke as vee,kim,maria,Amity, Selena, and caulifla went inside with Amity and Boscha picking feathers out of their hair.
"If that bird-tube ever talks to us again, I'm going to destroy it.", Selena growled.
"Just don't mess him up too bad.", maria responded.
"You ready to train?", amity asked as Luz was showing her choice of clothes, one of which is a black dress with a crescent moon on it as another is an otter suit.
"Which should I wear to Grom? This one says, 'witch with a dark side.' But this one says, 'I'm an otter... with a dark side.'",Luz responded as she held a black dress.
"Luz, you need to take this seriously.", amity urged.
"If you can't conquer your fear, you'd wind up turning into the nine tailed beast.", maria added.
"And worse yet, if you can't defeat Grom, everyone on the island will have to live out their worst nightmare.", Amity added before Hooty entered, scorching himself closer to caulifla .
"YOU WANNA HEAR MY WORST NIGHTMARE?", Hooty asked.
"Why, you...!", Selena growled before she then attacked Hooty, making his body shake as she crashed Hooty everywhere.
"Hooty-hoot! Hoot, hoot!", Hooty shouted.
"Stop, stop! Selena, Selena, wai- SELENA, STOP!", Luz shouted.
Later, at the front of the Owl House, caulifla, Selena, Chris,Apollo ,maria,kim,vee and Darrel stood in place as Amity paced in front of Luz, Emira, and Edric. Behind her, Hooty was now wearing an eyepatch and bandages.
"Grom will transform into your darkest fears. What are you afraid of, Luz?", Amity asked before Edric spoke to his sister nearby.
"Wanna say our greatest fears? On three. One, two... being alone forever!", Edric spoke up.
"Being stuck with you forever.", Emira responded before Edric groaned.
"In preparation, I've made a list.", Luz spoke as she pulled out a list from her pocket and held it out to Amity, who grabbed it and read it.
"And we got chakra tags for Luz in case she gets 'beastly'.", Apollo said as he and vee got out a tag each.
Then, Edric and Emira read it as well, chuckled, and each drew a spell circle, causing a huge version of Luz's phone to appear with the screen showing a guy tipping a white fedora, and a message bubble that says "M'LADY".
"Jerks online who wanna debate!", Luz yelped before a cat with a human face appeared, making her scream as red chakra began to bubble
"Luz, help me! Help!", the cat spoke.
"Human souls trapped in cat bodies!", Luz yelped.
"I don't want to be this.", the cat spoke as a carton of milk appeared, floating in the air, and poured milk into a glass in Luz's hand, which also appeared out of nowhere.
"NOOOO! I'm lactose intolerant!", Luz exclaimed.
"Not enough.", Amity spoke before she walked up to Luz.
"The reason I can't face Grom- it goes deeper than things that just gross me out. What's your real fear, Luz?", Amity asked as she poked Luz, who looked toward her worsening condition.
"My real fear... is the tailed Beast inside me! And if I can't control it, I'll never be a real witch! And worse yet, I'll be a danger to everyone I care about and to myself!", Luz responded truthfully before Edric and Emira looked at each other and drew a conjoined spell circle.
And then, all of a sudden, a giant illusion of the nine tails Beast rose from the ground, clamping its talons into the ground before looking toward Luz with a growl, making her look uneasy.
Meanwhile, in Eda's room, she looked at herself in the mirror, now wearing a yellow bow tie as Vee, Camila, Chris , and Nathan were with her.
"Me-ow. Still got it.", Eda spoke before a loud screech was heard nearby.
"Nooooo!", Luz shouted outside as said screech took place at the same time.
"Luz...?!", Camila asked in worry before she, Camila, raine, and Vee went out immediately.
"I get it. Ditch the yellow.", Eda spoke before gasping as she and the others found an illusion of tailed Beast Luz, which screeched at her while attacking her in every direction only to miss with Emira and Edric looking proud of their creation while Amity, Selena, caulifla , and their younger siblings sang a different tune as they, along with Maria, looked nervous.
"WHAT THE HECK IS THAT THING?!", Vee shouted.
"Luz?! Wait. Why are there two of you?", Eda asked.
"Espérate un momento. Please tell me you are not training to be Grom queen!", Camila realized before Luz fell down and yelped, landing on the ground.
"I can explain!", Luz shouted as her the nine tails chakra started to bubble all over her and hair all while her eyes being to have fox like irises.
"I suppose you think that was terribly clever.", hex spoke as he and Gwen tension arrived.
"Grandmaster hex? And Gwen, too? What are you guys doing here?", Luz puzzled as the tailed beast chakra being to bubble up more.
"We were just about to tell you something about Grom night, but I can see you're busy with some training.", Gwen spoke.
"A little. But you can still stay for a little if you want.", Luz assured before dodge rolling as the nine tails illusion was about to strike only to miss.
"You think training will help against Grom? Luz, you always go overboard and I end up bailing you out. Now, what's the fun in watching a kid get eaten by a monster if it's my kid?", Eda asked.
"Especially when she turns into the nine tails in the process?", raine added in his own worry.
"Well, maybe you'll have fun watching me defeat Grom!", Luz retorted before she magic-blasted the fake nine tails, making it disappear with Luz grinning proudly while Eda,Camila,raine,maria , and Apollo looking worried, especially vee and kim.
"Oh, that's right. Guys, bean me up. Please?",Luz asked before kim tossed an senzu bean to Luz, who caught it and ate it, healing her back to normal completely, much to Vee's astonishment.
"Ah, thank you...", Luz sighed in relief before Selena put her hand on Luz's shoulder.
"Luz, I don't think you're ready, but we're literally out of time.", Selena responded.
"I'll take it!",Luz responded before she and Amity smiled at each other.
"If you are going up against the Grom, Luz Noceda, you must be very careful and try not to give in to your fear. And always remember, whenever your heart wants lifting, think of pleasant things.",Chris advised.
"I'll try to remember that.",Luz assured.
Ok I'm going to call my boyfriend ryou from drake city.
We'll I'll be happy to meet him oh by the way how come you never introduce him to us before
"Well, it's kind of a long story,Apollo .",maria responded.
A portal appeared and ryou nightwalker appeared in tuxedo
Hello clawthorn family ryou said waveing his hand in nervous way.
Later, in the Hexside gym, the Snaggleback was still hanging onto a rope.
"Arms so tired.", the Snaggleback spoke as Rockabilly-style music was now playing in the background with couples awkwardly dancing on the dance floor,
Kim was wearing a wearing a blue dress and Darrel loyalitat black tux with a black tie and his hair combined.
Maria wearing long a brown and orange dress, then Apollo was wearing a green tux.
Apollo said when he felt a tap on his shoulder.
Turning around he saw Willow was wearing a dark green dress.
"Hey Apollo ." Willow said.
"Wow Willow uh what do you think?" Apollo asks gesturing to his clothes.
You look great can excuse me for a willow said as she began donning corsages onto some guests,
They see kale in wearing a very formal and nice black dress and cabba in a dark blue tux.
Nova who was wearing a long midnight sky dress and Salvador wearing a black tux.
Hunter was wearing yellow tux with a red Tia and his girlfriend Dani Fenton in a formal crimson dress.
Eda waiting nervously to the side as she, Camila, and raine looked at their watches, one of which had King as the arms.
"Why so twitchy, witchy? Trying to remember if I've ever seen you this nervous before.", King spoke.
"Well, of course I'm worried! I'm going to have to save Luz from a nightmare monster, or worse, herself! Ugh, so much for Mama's fun night out.", Eda groaned in response.
"Welcome to my world.", Camila spoke to Eda before it then showed Grandmaster hex and Gwen who was wearing a white dress , the former of which grew worried.
"Is something wrong, Grandmaster?", hex asked.
"No idea. But I can't shake the feeling that something terrible is set to transpire.", hex responded before the lights dimmed as Gus, Emira, and Edric on the stage, speaking into a microphone.
"Ladies, gentlemen, and assorted demons! It's almost time for our main Grom event.", Gus shouted.
"That's right, everyone. Please take a seat.", Emira added.
"And remember that the first three rows are designated splash zones.", Edric added as one guest was seen sitting in the first row, wearing a raincoat and opening an umbrella before the students cheered with Eda and King sitting toward the back.
"Wow, Gus, Emira, and Edric are really good at this. They're hanging on his every word!", King spoke in amazement before Emira spoke next, encouraging the crowd to applaud.
"I see we've got Principal Bump in the house! I hope you won't throw us in detention because we're gonna raise the roof.", Emira shouted as the spotlight then went onto Principal Bump, who was sitting in the bleachers as he made a raising-the-roof motion with his hands and smiled with the students cheering.
"Whoo, I, uh, hope my material's up to snuff.", King spoke before shouting as he dropped his card and fell into a sitting position with a whoopie cushion going off.
"What do you think will go better with the youths, close-up magic or impressions?", King asked before Eda grabbed him by the collar and held him up.
"Oh, King. Teenagers are brutal. They'll boo anyone, and that kind of public humiliation can stick with you for life.", Eda warned, frightening King.
"Eda, there's no need to scare him like this.", raine scolded slightly.
At the doorway. Amity stepped out of the gym and looked around before then looking down at her note from this morning, gently smoothing it out with her thumb as caulifla saw the note.
"Don't worry. I'm sure your date will come through.", caulifla assured.
"Really?", Amity puzzled before Luz entered, wearing a tuxedo-tutu combo with her hair just as combed as it was when King was in her body one time with Amity quickly pocketing the note.
"I'm not sure if it's nerves or if I accidentally drank some milk, but something's making my stomach squirm.", Luz spoke.
"Uh, you look nice. Strange, but... nice.", Amity spoke before she put her hands on Luz's shoulders.
"And, thank you, Luz. Honestly, I'm kind of amazed with how fearless you are. You've done things I could never do.", Amity spoke to Luz.
"Hah, yeah, right! You goin' soft on me, Blight?", Luz asked before Amity laughed a bit.
"In your dreams.", Amity responded before they started at each other.
"Now, introducing our Grom queen.", Gus announced.
"You know her...!", Emira began.
"You love her...you've at least heard of her.", Edric added before he, Emira, and Gus shouted in unison.
"Luz, the Human-turned-Witch!", the trio shouted before the students cheered as the spotlight went to Luz.
"Wish me luck!", Luz spoke before she moved forward.
"Luck.", Amity responded quietly before the pedestal with the red button skittered onto the stage with Gus pressing it, causing the floor to open to reveal the Grom arena.
Skara and her date were about to lean in for a kiss when, instead, they ripped off their formal clothing to reveal their Grom jerseys.
"GROM!", the date shouted.
"YES, GROM!", Skara shouted before the weapon racks rose up on either side of Luz, who picked up a flail and turned it into a glowing ice mace before venturing into the arena where Grom rose behind her as Luz turned to notice this.
"There you are, Gromarama. Not too scary.", Luz spoke before Grom then turned into the human souls trapped in cat bodies.
"Luz, help me. I'm a man. Make me human again.", the cats overlapped.
"Ugh, so weird.", Luz spoke before she swung her ice mace to gain momentum and slammed it to the ground with a pillar of ice rising and rocketing out the cats, making the students cheer.
"And there she goes, folks!", Gus shouted.
"That's right! She's totally using that characteristic magic to keep Grom at bay!", Emira added.
"And now, to hand things over to our co-emcee: King!", Edric shouted before the students cheered with king walking onto the stage.
"Hel-LO, Hexside! So...", King began before he dropped his cards and the microphone feedback screeched, making King tug at his collar nervously.
"Oh, oh gosh. Um... whoooo. Wow, these lights are warm. Observe! Luz, is um... she's down there, all right. And, uh, yes she is! There she goes! Folks, she's battling the thing, and uh...", King spoke as the crowd was beginning to boo just as Eda predicted.
"Bring back the funny guys!", the guest shouted.
"You will clap for me! Please?", King asked with a whimper before he threw down the microphone and ran offstage, wailing.
"King!", Gus shouted.
"Oh, no, this is bad!", Emira spoke in worry.
"How were we supposed to know he had stage fright?", Edric added as he, Emira, and Gus went after him.
Back in the arena, Luz was now fighting the illusion of the online jerks.
"You're not coming from a place of intellectual honesty, so debating you would be pointless!", Luz scolded before she slammed he rice mace down, creating a sharp shard of ice that pierced the illusion, making it disappear with the students cheering.
"Luz has lasted surprisingly long. But what form will Grom take next?", Principal Bump asked.
"LET'S FINISH THIS! Human-style!", Luz shouted boldly as Grom rose behind her, even towering over her.
But when it did, it took the form of the same black mist that Luz saw the other night.
"Wait... You were that black mist I saw the other night!", Luz realized.
"What? Black mist? Something's not right.", Tibren spoke in worry.
"Black mist? Does that mean Luz actually did see it?", Selena realized in shock.
"There is no light, Little Witch... that can defeat darkness.", the black mist spoke before the black mist then shrunk a bit and lurched out toward Luz, grabbed her, and pulled her in before she was then tossed out just as quickly.
Then, after a moment, the black mist then started morphing into nine tails (a.n its like the clone version of the nine tails) Luz looked on.
"Huh?", Luz puzzled.
"I was afraid of this... I knew there was a time when he'd awaken, but I never thought it'd be now of all times and here of all places...!", hex spoke in grave concern as the black mist had finished morphing before then shedding off the black clouds, revealing tailed Beast Luz in its stead, screeching at Luz, who looked on, shocked.
"Melkor...!", hex gasped in worry.
Act IV
The nine tails walked towered Luz, growling.
"Wait. I've dealt with this before. Back in training.", Luz realized before she then prepared a magic blast.
"Eat this, sucka!", Luz shouted before firing a magic blast at the illusion, causing it to splatter into several pieces of black pieces it turn into the gate of truth that luz and her cousin Emily went through when they first did human transmutation it began to open and came out the gaint door a tall and thin humanoid creature with elongated limbs. Its head appeared to lack facial features until it unfurled the flesh like a flower to reveal "petals" lined with many sharp teeth, and a large open mouth. It's arms and digitigrade legs end in claws; its skin is slimy.
That was the supposed to be uncle Carmelo but he never got revived but instead that came but into the living world but only for 10 seconds then it dead vee explained.
"Bump, you must evacuate everyone immediately. It was not Grom that was hiding underneath the school all these years. It was the Necromancer himself.", Gwen spoke.
"How could you do this to us...?", "Willow" spoke weakly.
"I thought you were our friends...", "Gus" added weakly.
"I thought you loved me...", "Amity" added before the others overlapped each other, airing their grievances.
"I am so sorry! I thought I could bring you back uncle Carmelo ! I didn't mean for any of this to happen!", Luz spoke sadly.
"I GOTTA GET OUT OF HERE!", Luz panicked before she ran off in a hurry.
"Gangway!", Luz shouted in panic, inadvertently scratching caulifla and Selena as she passed them just as her claws started growing in.
"Aah!", Selena exclaimed before inhaling sharply as she held her cheek where she was scratched.
"Hey. Why did you...?", caulifla began before noticing her scratch mark just as Luz stopped for a moment and noticed what had happened to the two.
"Oh, no...", caulifla spoke in worry.
"This is bad.", Selena added.
"Oh, no...! What have I done?!", Luz shouted in worry before turning back and running off again, much to Kim and vee's chargin.
"Oh, no, Luz!", vee spoke in worry.
"We have to go after her!",kim urged before kim and Selena nodded as the three headed out after her.
Meanwhile, in the hallway, Gus, Emira, and Edric walked over to King, who was sitting in front of the lockers, looking down before they sat next to him.
"What's wrong, little guy?", Emira asked.
"Nothing! Leave me be!", King shouted in response, laying down.
"The thing is, you're sitting in my personal chit-chat zone, which means you gotta talk.", Gus responded.
"Well, if that's the rule... Oh, how can this be?! I get stage fright! ME! The king of demons!", King shouted.
"Well, sometimes, you just have to-", Edric began.
"I know, I know. Imagine everyone in their underwear.", King responded.
"EW, GROSS! Why would you do that?!", Emira blushed with a bit of a chuckle.
"I dunno. I always do that. I am a little weirdo.", King chuckled in response.
"No, King, sometimes you just have to face your fear, like Luz is doing right now.", Gus responded before Luz burst out into the hallway, startled before she ran down the hallway, her condition worsening.
"I can't do it! I can't face my fear!", Luz shouted.
"COWARD!", the illusions spoke in distorted unison.
"Excuse us! Pardon!", maria shouted as she and ryou,raine past Gus, Emira, Edric, and King.
"Coming through!",Selena shouted as she passed them as well.
"Grom has escaped.", Principal Bump spoke as he and the students moved into the hallway.
"He escaped! Oh no! Grom escaped. What are we gonna do?", the students spoke in worry before Gus,Emira, and Edric, noticed the microphone in Principal Bump's hand.
"King, now's your chance.", Emira urged before King grabbed the microphone and the students chattered.
"Gimme! King of Demons, you got this. Well,folks, looks like our show literally just took off!", King shouted, puzzling the crowd.
"Weh?", King asked.
"You gotta pander.",Edric whispered.
"Uh, took off just like your local sports team would take off when they're about to make a goal?", King asked before the students cheered.
"Yeah, sports team! Sports team! Oh, yeah! I love our team!", the students cheered.
"Yeah, that's right, so let's follow them and see what happens next.",King spoke as Gus took him into his arms with them,Emira, and Edric leading out the crowd just as Amity, Eda, caulifla, hex, Gwen,Apollo,Chris,cabba,Vee,kale,hunter,raine, Camila, and Maria ran out before they all nodded to each other, determined.
Outside, in the forest, Luz was running away as the Necromancer followed close behind.
"I don't wanna be Grom queen anymore! I give up the throne!", Luz shouted before she eventually came up at a cliff and stopped just before falling off, landing on the grass at the edge of the cliff before noticing her condition worsening as her scales and red chakra spread even further with her claws turning into talons.
"Turn around and look at me, monster! It's time you face what you've done !", "the necromancer" shouted.
"How could I?! Look at what I've done to Emily ! You're all better off without me I was a horrible cousin !", Luz spoke sadly as her eyes turned completely black before she turned away.
"How can you say that, my niece ?! You're breaking my heart!", "Carmelo" shouted before Eda arrived, riding in on her staff.
"Spicy toss!", Eda shouted as she hit the Necromancer with a fireball before landing, giving Luz some relief as the red chakra and claw growth stopped with Luz looking up to see both Eda and Vee.
"Hands off my human, you misshapen excuse for a monster!", Eda scolded before the Necromancer roared.
"You back off!", Vee shouted.
"Eda! You're right! I'm not ready!", Luz shouted before an chakra tag was then placed near Luz, relieving her.
"Yep. Kinda had a feeling this would happen.", vee responded.
"Kim. Vee...", Luz spoke.
"Just hurry and put it on you !", kim urged.
"Oh, yeah. Right.", Luz responded before Luz put it on her left arm and then turned back to normal.
"That's okay, I got this one.", Eda spoke as she started casting a spell only to hear Amity yelling out.
"Huh?", Eda puzzled before Amity burst out from the trees in level three curse Harpy ( its eda harpy form mixed with sasuke level three curse mark)before swooping in and putting herself between Luz and the Necromancer.
"Stay away from her!", Amity urged before the Owl beast Illusion then turned back into a black mist and lurched out a black, misty arm toward Amity, grabbing her.
"I'm sorry, Luz. I should have fought my own battle. I...", Amity apologized before she was pulled into the black mist like Luz was before then ejected just as quick.
"Amity! No, your fear!", Luz shouted in worry before the black mist then reformed into a sort of small, humanoid body, albeit covered in black wisps.
"Who is that?", Luz puzzled before the Necromancer took the pink note from Amity's pocket and ripped it cleanly in half, letting it fall to the ground before Amity closed her eyes, embarrassed, clutching her dress with the Necromancer slinking away as Amity picked up one half of the note from the ground and held it to her heart while Luz picked up the other, unfurled it, and read it. It read, "Will you go to Grom with me? -Amity", making Luz gasp.
"You were afraid of getting rejected. Amity, it's okay. What if I went to Grom with you instead?", Luz asked as she held out her hand for Amity to take before she reached for it.
"Really?", Amity puzzled.
"That's what friends do.", Luz grinned before Amity smiled to her.
Then, she looked sternly to the Necromancer as did Luz, who turned into tailed beast Harpy form with a humane screech, as all of a sudden, he turned back into a black mist, only this time, he rose and towered above them.
"Well, then, if that's settled, may I have this dance?", Amity asked as she held out her hand.
Luz grinned and took it. They come close to dance, the moon shining brightly behind them, before they started dancing as Luz spun Amity, who casts a spell with her feet, forming a giant abomination below them.
They rose up on it with Luz fanning out her plant spell circles before Amity dipped Luz, and activated Luz's spell circles on the abomination before the duo jumped off with the abomination descending toward the Necromancer, landing on him as Luz landed, and then caught Amity, spinning her around several times before putting her on her feet.
As they finished, holding hands and looking at each other, though, the Necromancer only whacked away the abomination, causing it to split into pieces and even knocking Luz and Amity back with the latter falling off a cliff.
"Amity!", Luz shouted before Amity managed to stop her descent with her claws, grinding it to a stop before sighing in relief and flying up just as Luz growled and then started emitting a magic orb, which caused the Necromancer to freeze in place and shake a little in distortion.
"You have no power here, foul beast from the dark depths! You are nameless..., faceless..., formless!", Luz spoke as the Necromancer then started to convulse in reaction to Luz's apparently growing prowess in magic as Eda,Selena,Amity, who just got back up, Bump,Chris,caulifla, Salvador,Darrel,cabba ,Vee,kale,kim,Apollo, maria,rain,Gwen,hex,Dani,hunter,Emira,Edric,Gus, Willow, and King caught up and saw what was going on, though only Amity pitched in and decided to help Luz out.
"Go back to the void from whence you came!", Luz shouted before the Necromancer was then pushed back by both Luz and Amity as he shouted before a small piece of him trailed off, landed, and turned into black goo as Luz and Amity collapsed on the ground and panted as the students and school staff cheered.
"We... we actually did it.", Amity grinned.
"Indeed you have. You and Luz have managed to drive back the Necromancer before any harm could be wrought in a short time since his escape. Not many witches could do that back when he was last seen a long time ago.", Chris grinned.
"Okay, I know I'm gonna have a lot of questions about this, but right now...? I'm just so tired...", Luz sighed, reverting back to normal form with Amity returning back to normal as well before Luz and Amity looked up as a tiara appeared on both of their heads and they smiled at each other.
"Sooooooo... who did you wanna ask out?", Luz asked, making Amity blush.
"Oh, it's...it's not important.", Amity responded as she pulled the note-piece from her pocket and tossed it aside before it landed right beside the other half, and unfurled to read, "Luz", for a completed message of "Luz, will you go to Grom with me? -Amity", much to Luz's surprise and joy as Luz blushed happily and looked toward Amity.
"While the threat of the Necromancer has passed, I fear it may only be a matter of time before he returns.", hex spoke before Luz and Amity stood up.
"And there you have it, folks. A happy ending for this year's Grom. Let's give a big hand to our Grom queens, Luz and Amity!", King announced before Luz flashed a toothy smile as Amity blushes awkwardly. The students pop out of the bushes and run toward them, cheering. They parade the girls, holding them up. Luz puts a hand on Amity's shoulder. Then amity lend closer to luz and gave her a kiss on the lips the crowd picks up King.
"I think the tiara should indicate that. Can you put me down now? Tonight's been hard." while Eda was clapping for them as well as raine with Camila being a bit tearful out of joy.
"You did it, cariño.", Camila wept in joy
"You did it, buddy!", Gus spoke.
"Yeah. You really got the crowd hyped.", Emira added.
"And you left them wanting more.", Edric added.
"Of course I did it! I'm the King of Demons and I've never had stage fright in my life!", King responded before the students held up King right by Luz and Amity.
"THEY LOVE ME!", King shouted before Luz and Amity laughed and smiled at each other warmly.
Back at the Owl House,later,Eda,King, Apollo , Chris,maria,rain,kim,vee,camila, and Luz have just arrived home with Luz looking down, if not exhausted.
"WHOOOO! Watch out for this human! Oh, you did good, kid.", Eda spoke.
"Thanks, but... I'm gonna go to bed.", Luz responded as she tossed the tiara to the ground before King picked it up and placed it on his head.
"NOW I AM KING AND QUEEN! Best of both things!", King shouted.
"Heh. Sure you are.", rain smirked.
Meanwhile, Luz entered her room with a sigh before she opened the window and sat on the windowsill, looking out.
"In the end, I couldn't face my own tailed Beast. Maybe I am fragile...", Luz sighed before Camila, vee, and kim entered.
"Hey, there, Luz. You doing okay?", vee asked before Luz only sighed.
"Well, things may have gotten hectic back there, but on the bright side, we're one step closer to coming up with a help you.", Chris added.
"So, that was an amazing Grom night,Mija?", Camila said
"I won't lie. Today was kinda hard. And I don't always feel like I'm in control. But when things get hectic, scary even, you guys always help me out. Thanks.", Luz responded as while she replied,
it showed Willow and Gus examining the new grom by poking it slightly causing it to make a clown pop out, prompting Gus to run away in fright before Willow gave it a try with a ladybug appearing, making Willow jump back in fright then showed Amity sitting in her window, looking out of it as well before she opened a memory box that she had in her lap and placed her tiara in the box before closing it and her eyes as she leaned against the window frame before it went back to the Owl House living room with Eda snoring on the couch while laying on her back as maria gently rubbed her mother's stomach, eager for her baby sister, before Eda woke up and looked at maria before smiling and putting her hand behind her back as her daughter grinned to Eda before it went back to Luz and her mother and siblings.
"Sounds like you had a lot to think about, Mija.", Camila spoke.
"You have no idea. But one day..., I'll tell you all about it.", Luz grinned, looking toward scaled covered arm.
Little did anyone know that Belos was watching from the crystal ball.
"My daughters. Look how you've both grown.", Belos spoke in slight awe-filled wonder.
We now see Maria and ryou outside kissing
Then, it went to a photo album titled "Grom Memories" before flipping through pictures of the night: one photo of two students posing awkwardly, trying not to touch, another of Skara and her date pushing them out of the way, another of the two with their Grom jerseys, another of caulifla, Bo, and Selene posing, another of nova,cabba,Salvador, hunter,Dani and kale making silly faces, another of Mattholomule photobombing, with the girls looking angry, another of Luz posing in her Grom outfit, another photo of ryou with his arm around Maria shoulder with her kissing him on the cheek,
another of her looking over, another of only her boot in frame, and lastly, another photo of Luz with her arm around a blushing Amity, Willow throwing peace signs next to them, Gus, Emira, and Edric posing with his microphone behind them, Apollo and chris smiling, Amiyah holding up two fingers from behind Luz's head, and Vee smiling before the book closed with the Snaggleback still hanging from the Gym Ceiling as he is holding the album.
"Wow. What a night. Now, can someone let me down?", the Snaggleback asked before the lights went out.
"Anyone...?", the Snaggleback asked nervously.
