The day before Thanksgiving, Luke felt jealous. He was happy for Melony, but the person he was really jealous of was Shane. He was trying not to show it.
He sat in the hotel room and sulked while the family went to watch Shane rehearse. This was the first year that he wasn't performing in the Macy's parade. It hurt. A lot.
"Are you okay?" Zee asked. Luke shook his head. He had a broken heart.
Meanwhile, Garrett was telling Kylie this as Melony thinks about letting Luke take her spot. But Kylie shook her head. Melony had worked hard and earned it.
Luke was angry and brokenhearted when Shane and the family returned.
Lucy holds him. Luke looked away.
"Not fair…" Luke sniffed.
She rubbed his back.
"I'm not going tomorrow." Luke sulked. "I don't see the point in me even going."
"I'll stay with you." Lucy says.
"Good luck tomorrow, Shane…" Luke sniffed as he went to sit on the hotel room bed.
The next day, everyone was at breakfast, talking about today's parade. Luke ate in stony silence.
Lucy reads Luke a poem to cheer him up.
"Thanks…" Luke says.
Shane eats all his breakfast, then goes to get ready.
Luke throws the rest of his breakfast at the wall and screams.
"Luke!" Leni says.
"It's not fair!" Luke sobbed.
"Shane, Luke should be on it with you." Lucy says as her hands glowed.
"I thought he was…" Shane says.
"If you don't let him go" Lucy hissed, lifting him up with magic.
"Lucinda! Put Shane down this instant! Luke is in the parade with him, I just read the lineup!" Charity screamed.
Shane smiled. "You don't remember that you're on a float with me, Luke?" He says.
Luke sniffed and smiled. He finally remembered that he was on a float with Shane and Viney, promoting the SpongeBob SquarePants musical tour.
He goes to get ready.
Melony was snoring, not realizing it was time to get ready. She moved over, lips close to Kylie. Kylie giggles a bit.
"Oh, Garrett…Kylie…" Melony groaned. Kylie was getting Melony dressed in her outfit.
Melony woke up. "Huh?" She groaned, realizing she couldn't climax.
"Come on Melony, focus." Kylie says. Melony sighed and listened to Kylie.
Shane was in awe of the SpongeBob SquarePants Musical float, smiling.
"Wow…" Luke says.
Fans cheered as Luke and Shane were sure to steal the show.
Melony walked up with Kylie.
"Luke? Shane?" Melony asked.
"Yes?" They say as they dress in their SpongeBob and Patrick costumes.
"You look amazing." Kylie says.
"Thank you!" They both say.
Soon, the boys got interviewed as they smiled, sitting on the set of The Today Show.
"Hello, boys." Al says.
"Good morning, Mr. Roker." Luke and Shane say.
"So you boys excited for the parade?' He asked.
"Beyond excited!" They say.
"So what are your birthdays looking like?"" Al asked.
"Honestly, I'm wishing mine will never come. Knowing my family will abandon every single celebration during my week is already setting me up for disappointment!" Luke teared up.
"Luke, that isn't true, is it?" Shane asked.
"It is…" Luke says as Shane gasps.
"My goodness, Luke, I am so sorry." Al says, holding Luke's trembling hands.
"As for mine, about the same." Shane says.
Charity was watching this before she looked angrily at the siblings. She couldn't believe what she heard. And they were gonna abandon Luke for what, exactly? Lucy and Lincoln's huge send-off to a different universe. Luna and Leni were also in disbelief.
"What's going on?" Kat asked. Luna and Lance both had to tell the twins.
"Why are they leaving anyway? I thought they were supposed to support Luke…" Ana says.
"They're obviously needed to save some other universe." Luna says.
"Let the universes die. Not our problem." Ashley says.
Luke cried as the cameras turned off. Shane held Luke.
"Come on, Luke. Let's get some Frappuccinos before the parade. I'll buy them." Shane says.
Luke nods and goes to Starbucks with Shane.
"What a horrible family." A woman says. "Praise those girls Leni and Luna and Governor Charity, and those Loud cousins for being so nice to those boys…"
Lucy goes to Luke. "Luke, I…" she stammered.
"The truth has finally come out." Shane says.
"It wasn't my choice." Lucy sniffed.
"I know. Now instead of celebrating Luke, everyone but Luna, Leni, and my siblings are throwing you and Lincoln this huge send-off celebration." Shane says.
"I want those siblings executed!" Luke hissed. Shane manages to get Luke calmed down.
The siblings look guilty.
"I hope you girls are proud of yourselves. I really hope this send-off celebration is worth breaking Luke's heart." Charity says.
They look down in shame.
Later, the parade is getting ready to start. Melony tries to climb onto her float, but luckily, Kylie was there to help.
Luke sighed as he sat on the float with Shane, Viney, and some of the play cast.
Viney feels bad for Luke as she rubs his back.
He sobbed. "They never loved me!" he sobbed. "Except for Luna, Leni, Shane, Shelby, Shiloh, Lance, Sharon, and my own mother! I know they love me…"
Lucy frowned, looking down as she and Lincoln were looking down. Luke was hating them for something beyond their control. He knows about the celebration the siblings planned for them on that week.
"It's going to be a bloodbath. Most of our siblings are going to get killed." Lucy says.
"I know and there's nothing we can do." Lincoln says.
"There is one thing. Destroy the Meta-Verse." Lucy says.
"Not an option." Lincoln sighed.
Soon, Melony and Kylie's parade float came as fans cheered for them.
Later, the SpongeBob musical float came up as Luke, Shane, and Viney performed Hero Is My Middle Name and Super Sea Star Savior from the musical. Luke had the role of SpongeBob, Patrick was being played by Shane, and Viney had the role of Sandy.
Fans screamed as this was the best part of the parade. Luke was smiling along with Shane and Viney.
A lot of the siblings knew this would be their last Thanksgiving ever.
Savannah and Jerbo cheered for Viney.
After the parade…
"I guess we should get to the hotel." Savannah says.
"What are you doing here?" Melony asked
"My sister was in the parade and she, Luke, and Shane stole the show as always." Savannah says.
The Thanksgiving spread was amazing as Savannah baked the pies herself. Luke and Shane ate with Viney, Jerbo, and Hunter.
"So what happened to Willow? Did she get fed up yet?" Melony asked.
"From what she's been telling us, she's actually getting along with the Waterlashes." Hunter says.
Melony laughed, thinking it was a joke. But Hunter was serious. He wasn't laughing.
"Oh." Melony says.
Lana sighed, eating her possibly last meal. Lucy pats Lana's back.
"You just had to plan that celebration on Luke's week, didn't you?" Luna asked coldly as she ate with Sam.
"We'll cancel it." Lisa says.
"Luke heard about the celebration through Luan. And frankly, I can't believe you guys picked a celebration to send off Lucy and Lincoln over Luke's birthweek." Sam says.
"We're scared about never seeing them again." Luan says.
"So, you want to celebrate them, go ahead!" Luke snapped, slamming his glass on the table.
The others were startled.
"He's about to go dark." Melony says.
Luke stormed out with Shane, Viney, Jerbo, and Hunter in tow.
"You mean dark blizzard?" Lucy asked.
"Yeah, the room got cold." Melony says
Melony and Savannah run after them as Kat and Ana wonder if they should head back to their world. Little do they know is that Luke likes them and wouldn't hurt them at all.
Luke was shooting ice, when suddenly Spider-Man arrived.
"Hey, you alright, kid?" Spider-Man asked.
"I hate a lot of those siblings! They're gonna get theirs!" Luke hissed.
"Okay, okay, calm down. Maybe you should talk it out with them." Spider-Man says.
"They chose who they wanted to celebrate!" Luke screamed.
"Okay, why don't you tell me the full story, kiddo." Spider-Man says.
Luke starts crying as he starts telling the full story, not leaving anything out.
"Wow, and I thought my life was strange. So two of your siblings are leaving to save the multiverse and you will never see them again and your other siblings want to celebrate them instead of you. That's really rough. It's hard to say goodbye to the ones you loved." Spider-Man says, looking down. Luke sniffed.
"I'm sure it will be all right. Your family loves you. It's probably hard on them." Spider-Man says and swings off.
Meanwhile, Melony was running when a couple of crooks surrounded her
"You really wanna mess with me?" Melony asked when suddenly a person arrived, taking them out.
"Wait…those movements…Daredevil?" Melony asked.
"Yes, that's me!" He says.
"I'm your biggest fan! It's so cool how you can fight while blind!" Melony says.
"Thanks!" He says and heads off. "Oh, be sure to watch out for the kingpin." Daredevil says and walked off
"So cool…" Melony says and runs off.
The Louds find Luke.
"Are you okay? Look, we're sorry." Lana says.
"I'm sure you are…" Luke sniffed, making an ice sculpture and sniffing.
"I understand if you never want to forgive us." Lisa says.
"We were horrible siblings." Lucy says.
"Why celebrate them on my week?!" Luke sniffed.
"Because that's when we're leaving." Lucy confessed.
"Effective immediately, it will be their week!" Luke hissed as he flies away.
Kingpin was watching
"Looks like I have someone new I can get to destroy Spider-Man and take over the city." Kingpin says with a chuckle.
Zee finds Luke and attempts to comfort him. Luke sobbed and held on to Zee.
"So you're leaving too?" Kylie asked.
"No, the cosmic buddies were not invited." Savannah says and decides to go and spend some time with her siblings.
Lucy looks down. "I'm sorry." She says.
"We're really going to miss you." Lana says.
"Yeah, us, too." Lincoln says.
Luke and Shane left with Zee and Diana. They were too disgusted by the select siblings' behavior.
