A/n this light teenage mutant ninja turtles battle nexus episodes and there's gonna be a Danny phantom character,samurai jack and 2012 ninja turtles villain will appear and also im sorry I haven't written in a long time I've got a lot of stuff happening anyway enjoy the chapter.
King,luz,kim,amity,willow,hunter,Gus,Apollo,maria,Chris,Anne,Sasha,Darrel,sprig,Polly and Dani watched as rj seemed to be training extra hard. In fact, she kicked the punching bag so hard, it snapped right off the chains that was holding it and fell to the ground with a thud. Dani began to shiver a bit and rubbed her arms, for some reason feeling cold.
They then watched in shock as their teacher then flipped right over to the pile of bricks and hit it with one slap of his wrist. He then jumped back and four seconds later, the entire pile of bricks cracked in half and fell apart, leaving nothing but rubble and dust.
Rj then bowed to the now destroyed pile of bricks, grabbed his walking stick and went to his room, closing the door and leaving the others completely amazed and confused by what they saw.
"So, what's up with rj?" King asked.
Dani shrugged and then started shivering like mad and asked, "I don't know but Apollo, any chance we can turn up the heat?"
"What's going on with you bro?" Maria asked, confused by her brother's behaviour.
"I-I don't know. Ever since I got up this morning, I can't seem to get warm." Dani answered as she rubbed her arms to try and keep warm.
A suddenly chill went over to king and he shivered from the coldness he was getting off of dani and commented, "I've heard of ghosts sending chills up your spine, but this is just weird."
"I bet I'm coming down with a bug." Dani said.
Meanwhile in rjs room, rj placed down a cloth and then placed on top of it a piece of chalk, a scroll, an apple and a blade with a purple ribbon attached to it. He tied up the cloth and stood up, attaching it to the end of his walking stick.
"I don't get it. Why is rj working out so hard?" Kim asked.
"SHe's been acting kinda wacko for a week now." Emily pointed out.
The door opened and rj stood before them and said before heading for the exit, "everyone, I will be leaving you for a few days. While I am gone, I want you to be extra cautious. So do not follow me and be careful until I return. Luz, you are in charge. You keep an eye on the others."
"But, where are you going Antie rj?" Kim asked.
"Do not worry. I will return soon." She answered as the door closed.
"Again I pose the question, what's up with your aunt?" Apollo asked.
"I don't know but,I remember? She went away like this 3 years ago." Kim said, remembering that time her auntie left three years ago.
"Oh, but where?" Tint wondered.
"Maybe she's got a bounty Hunting job ?" Anne suggested.
"Only one way to find out what rj up to, we follow her." Maria said.
Kim shook his head and reminded him, "auntie rj said we're not supposed to follow her maria."
"She also said luz needed to keep an eye on us." King said with a smirk. "So you luz, keep an eye on us while we keep an eye on her."
Luz growled a little as her little brother began to head out. Dani was about to follow but hunter asked concerned, "You sure you're up for this bro? If you're feeling sick, you can sit this out."
Dani shivered once more but then it stopped and said, "I'll be fine hunter. I'll just put on a jacket."
Dani quickly ran to her quarters and grabbed a jacket and then followed luz and her friends out of the sanctum to go after rj.
Rj takes off her gauntlet not wanting to be tracked,she used a zeta Tube to New York in the human realm.
Other used their gauntlets to transport to her location.
Chris how are you tracking her she left her gauntlet behind gus asked.
Simple ever since luz mom was kidnapped I put dimensional tracks inside everyone to anyone in the multiverse through any dimension that isn't shielded Chris explained.
Wait When did you do this sasha asked in an Angered Tone.
When we had that bug instead those were actually nano bots to put tracks inside everyone including me Chris said.
New York
The full moon shone down on New York as rj walked down a dark alleyway, completely unaware that 15 shadows it was realm defenders were watching her. They watched as she pulled out a piece of chalk from her pocket and began drawing on the alley wall some strange symbols.
Once she finished drawing the symbols, she stood back and placed her palismen staff and bag down. She then placed she hands together and began chanting in a different language. Suddenly some water rose from a puddle on the ground and their eyes widened as they watched the water form some kind of magical doorway.
Rj stopped chanting, picked up his staff and stick and then walked into the doorway, completely disappearing and before they could react, the doorway formed back into water on the ground and the symbol was no longer there.
"Okay….that was freaky." Sprig commented.
They walked up to the wall and began to feel it, but there was no sign of any portal. Sprig even said, "Its rock solid."
"Yeah. Like your head." Polly teased.
"There must some kind of door here." Maria said, still trying to find one.
"You know, the chanting seemed really familiar tint's uncle said the same chant.but the symbols, I have never seen them before." Darrel said.
Dani shivered once more before stopping and said, "Looks like rj has officially given us the slip then."
"Maybe or maybe not." Chris said as he opened his bag and pulled out a UV light. "I've learned where there's a will and some UV lighting, there's a way."
He turned on the light and aimed it at the wall where rj had drawn the symbols and traces of the symbol had appeared before their eyes.
"Nice going big bro." Apollo complimented. "You got any chalk in your magic bag of tricks?"
Indeed Chris did have chalk in his bag. Dani used the chalk and despite him shivering, he managed to trace the symbols completely and then said after Chris turned off the light as he finished, "That should do it. Give the chanting thing a go tint."
"Here goes nothing." Darrel said before putting his hands together, closing his eyes and began to chant the same words rj did.
Once again the water came to life and formed the same portal before them. Darrel asked, "Did it work?"
He opened his eyes and looked on in amazement as it did indeed work. King was a little hesitant to go in and suggested nervously, "You know, maybe this isn't such a great idea after all."
Chris grabbed him and threw him into the portal. He then asked before stepping through the portal himself, "Coming guys?"
In an unknown realm
Willow,maria,gus,kim,hunter and Dani looked at each other and then stepped through the portal before it closed behind them. They all screamed as it felt like they were going down an incredibly fast water slide and then fell right into a patch of grey mud in a completely different place.
"Now where are we?" Apollo asked as they wiped the mud off and walked out of the patch.
In the distance, they could mountains trees, giant fallen statues and they could also see a town. Darrel answered, "Definitely not Earth. But if I had to guess, I'd say we're in some sort of world between worlds. Between dimensions even. A nexus."
Sprig smiled and added, "Yeah. You mean like some point of overlapping subspace commonality."
They all looked at sprig in shock, for that is exactly what Darrel meant. Mikey shrugged and said, "What? Hunter and gus not the only one who watches cosmic frontier ya know."
Suddenly a noise was heard and they looked up to see a portal opening. Five sticks suddenly flew of out of the portal and landed in front of them and right before their eyes, they formed into what looked like stick creatures with spiky shoulder pads.
Kim, Dani (while changing into his ghost form), Frosta,amity,willow,hunter,Gus,Apollo,maria,Emily,Anne,Sasha,marcy,Darrel,tint,sprig,Polly pulled out their weapons and do fighting stance got ready to fight, but luz held out her hand stopping them and suggested, "Hang on. Maybe they mean us no harm."
However the stick creatures suddenly pulled out a khopesh (A.N A khopesh is an Egyptian weapon that was used back in the times of Ancient Egypt) and stood ready to fight. Luz grimaced and pulled out her own glyph and Sasha pulled out her sword and stood ready as Apollo said sarcastically, "You were saying fearless leader?"
The stick creatures then charged forward and began to attack them individually.
"We don't have time for this!" Luz said.
"I don't think we have a choice sis." Kim pointed out.
Polly ducked quickly out of the way as the stick creature she was fighting against sliced at her with his swords, cutting down the tree behind him.
"Hey! Those things are just a little sharp." Maria commented before flipping out of the way of the next strike.
The creature then kicked her back right in the stomach. Kim kept stepping backwards as he dodged each swing and strike from the stick creature he was fighting against. Polly kept flipping around, dodging the strikes and swings from the stick creature she was up against.
Dani creating sword and using them to block the strikes and even turned intangible. She suddenly began to shiver and the stick creature saw his opportunity and used his free hand to strike dani on the chin, sending falling to the ground.
Dani groaned in pain but couldn't stop shivering. The creature then came forward and raised his weapon to deliver the final blow. No hunter said flashing and then protecting his girlfriend firing a small cube from his hand.then Suddenly, dani's skin turned full on blue as he shivered hard.
"BACK OFF!" Dani suddenly shouted and in that moment, her skin turned back to normal and a wave of blue energy came from her body, hitting the stick creature and freezing him solid in a thin layer of ice.
"Woah! Dani, how'd you do that?" Anne called out as she continued to dodge her opponent's strikes.
"I don't know." Dani said as she got up, but once again began to shiver. Suddenly the stick creature broke free of the thin casing of ice and stood ready to fight once again, but was slightly disorientated.
Sasha continued to use her swords to block each strike, but just when she was about to strike back, the stick creature sliced across her blade and broke them in half.
"My swords!" Sasha shouted in shock as the other half of her swords fell to the ground.
With a growl and a bit of anger towards the one that broke his sword, she charged at the stick creature, slipped between his legs and delivered a fire kick to his middle knocking him down.
Apollo had noticed this and called out to the others, "Sasha's got the right idea! Get in close on these bozos!"
Amity formed abomination gauntlets charged forward and slipped between the stick creature's legs just like Sasha did, grabbed his leg and flipped him down as he shouted, "TIMBER!"
Polly wrapped his mac around the stick creature's wrist and flipped him over as he slid under his legs.
Hunter flashed in the air, spinning his staff and hitting the stick creature right on his back knocking him down. Dani and Gus turned invisible and began attacking right up close while the creature tried looking for them and then re-appeared behind him and sweeping their legs, knocking him down.
Sasha looked down at her broken swords with a sigh. They all suddenly heard a familiar voice announce, "Preliminary group completed in 54.3 quagons."
They watched as The Gioji they had met during when Apollo and luz faced against mizar(The galaxy eyes master), place a flag down where they had fought. The stick creatures recovered and stood to the side.
The Gioji gestured to the stick creatures and announced, "The Gontai are eliminated from the competition."
The Gontai as the Gioji called them bowed to their opponents, congratulating them on their victory. The Gioji then turned to realm and began to say, "Now if you Slongtangs…."
"Slongtangs?" Gus asked confused.
"You talking to us?" Willow asked, sharing his confusion as well.
Suddenly another portal opened behind them and this time, several huge green like creatures appeared. The Gioji was now confused as he saw the real Slongtangs were now there and finally recognised realm defenders from the last time he met them and began to say, "Wait a moment! This is not correct. There has been some mistake. The Gontai were supposed to fight the Slongtangs, not you realm defenders. In fact, the only Earther registered is rj belos."
All of their eyes widened as they knew he was talking about auntie Rj. Luz then demanded, "Where is she?!"
The Gioji however ignored his demand and turned his attention back to the Gontai and Slongtangs and said, "This is not how it should be. Now I must re-schedule the match between the Gontai and the Slongtangs."
In a watery bubble, the Gioji along with the Gontai and the Slongtangs disappeared.
"What the heck was that all about?" King asked.
Hunter crossed his arms and said, "I don't know and I don't care. The sooner we find auntie rj, the sooner we can blow this popsicle stand."
With that, they continued to walk through the strange Nexus to find their missing sensei now knowing he was definitely in this world.
"Well at least the Gioji is familiar." Dani commented as she shivered once more.
"All I remember about the Gioji is that he works for that creep, the galaxy eyes master." Willow said.
"I bet rj has the four-one-one in all of this." Polly guessed as they continued. "She seemed to know more about that galaxy eye master business than she was telling."
"Man! If I see that galaxy eyes master, I'm gonna…." Apollo began to say when they suddenly stopped and saw something, causing him to shout, "WHAT THE HECK?!"
They looked down from the hill side they were standing on and saw in the ditch was rj belos herself, dodging ice blasts from what appeared to be some kind of a huge yeti type of ghost, wearing blue tribal robes and one of his arms and both his horns was made of pure ice. The yeti roared at rj before throwing a punch at him, which their sensei dodged quickly.
"Auntie rj! / Sensei!" Luz and the realm defenders all shouted.
Rj kept dodging the punches of the yeti's mighty fists. Leo shouted as they all slid down the hill, "Hold on sensei! We're coming!"
They were running towards the two when suddenly, they found themselves stopped and trapped inside the same type of bubble that the Gioji had once held them inside before when luz and Apollo had their fight against mizar.
The Gioji then appeared before them once again and said, "Battle Nexus rules clearly state, that there can be no external interference between contestants."
The yeti created a huge block of ice and threw it at rj. dodged the ice and then the yeti began to create several more large blocks of ice and continuously threw them at rj, who then jumped in the air and used the blocks of ice as stepping stones. She then flipped over and attacked with a the yeti in the face blinding him knocking him back.
Rj then landed back down onto the ground and then delivered a double kick counter attack right into the yeti's chest causing him to fall to the ground, groaning in pain and admitting his defeat.
The bubble then disappeared, releasing luz and realm defenders and they all ran over to him and saying with relief and simultaneously, "auntie rj! / You're alright / How'd you get into this fight? / What's going on? / Are you hurt?"
Rj frowned at all of them and said, "You were not supposed follow me here! Luz, I am very disappointed."
"I'm sorry sensei, I just…." Luz began to say, when king cut in and said, "Don't blame luz" rj. I kinda talked him into it."
The Gioji suddenly appeared once again and placed a flag down before them and announced, "Victory for rj of the boiling isles."
The Gioji disappeared and then Dani began to shiver like crazy once again. Rj asked dani , "of no, what is the matter?"
Before dani could answer, they could hear groaning and turned to see the yeti was getting back up. They assumed he was going to try and hurt their sensei and realm defenders stood in front of him as luz ordered, "Protect auntie rj ."
Rj suddenly stopped them and said, "No! Stop! Frostbite is not an enemy."
The yeti who rj called Frostbite laughed joyfully and said to Splinter with a smile, "Well fought old friend. I had such high hopes of beating you this time."
Rj smiled back and said, "And you almost did old friend. It was a most valiant contest. Domo Arigato."
She bowed at Frostbite. Frostbite then said to realm defenders, "It's a pleasure to meet you all. Rj here always talks about his sons. I am Frostbite, leader of the Far Frozen in the Ghost Zone. You all should be honoured to have one such as camila and your sensei. He is something of a legend here."
They all looked in shock and hunter asked, "she is?"
"Wait your the one my cousin Danny phantom has bein talking about?" Danny then asked.
Yeah that's me,Your his cousin it's an honor to meet the great one's cousin and also rj never told you frostbite said.
Rj rubbed her neck and smiled sheepishly confirming she hadn't told her nieces and nephews anything. Frostbite laughed, "Oh this is rich! Too rich!"
He calmed himself and then said, "I shall tell you all a story about you sensei."
"You don't need to do that old friend." Rj said.
"It's alright my friend." Frostbite insisted. He then began to tell rj's story, "Listen you all. Down through the centuries and across the multiverse, the greatest warriors have always searched for great challenges and so it came to pass, that this place was born. A nexus, where bigns from a multitude of different worlds could bid themselves against worthy challengers..."
FLASHBACK
In the middle of the arena, different creatures and people from many different realms and dimensions were fighting against each other in what looked like some sort of tournament.
"The Battle Nexus Tournament. Where a warrior can prove himself to be one of the mightiest and most skilled martial artist in all creation. Your sensei's sensei, was once a Battle Nexus Champion. "
In front of the same man wearing the golden mask was camila noceda and on her shoulder was eevee. The man who was known as the Daimyo placed a wreath on camila's head as the crowd cheered for him. Camila and eevee bowed in respect at the man. Camila smiled and gave Splinter a pat on the head.
The scene now changes, where now a mutated rj stood with the other contestants in the tournament.
"And then your sensei entered the competitions as well…."
Rj fought many opponents and fought well, taking down each one with her strength,skill and magic that the crowd went wild.
"She surprised and impressed many with her courage, skills and honour. She success then led her to a final battle with one of the fiercest fighters ever to compete in the Battle Nexus. His name was kavaxas."
Rj was now fighting against a red, Asiatic looking demo dragon named kavaxas. kavaxas roared and swiped his tail at rj who dodged it with ease, however when rj leapt in the air next, kavaxas acted quickly and wrapped his tail around the multiverse assassin's waist and slammed her into the ground before swiping his claws at her back, releasing her to the ground.
The claw marks could be seen on rj's back. Before rj could recover, kavaxas grabbed him with his tail once again and threw her at the wooden wall, causing her leg to hit it and a snap could be heard as rj landed hard on the ground with some debris that had fallen from the wall.
Rj winced in pain as she held her now broken leg in her hands while standing up on the other one.
"Poor rj. Her leg was broken in the battle and it looked hopeless, but the Gioji appeared and halted the match. Rj was given the chance to forfeit but she would not."
Rj shook her head and declined the chance to forfeit. kavaxas crossed his arms and waited impatiently as rj picked up the two sticks and wrapped a bandage around her damaged leg, using it as a splint.
"She was allowed to splint her legand continue the contest."
Rj stood ready and the Gioji disappeared, the contest continued. Rj narrowed her eyes at kavaxas and allowed her to make the first move. kavaxas roared and fired laser blast from her fingers at her. Rj used a spell circle summoned a shield and summoned three shadow then they all jumped kicked kavaxas right at his exposed chest, where kavaxas left himself wide open.
"Not even I could believe my eyes when rj's managed to defeat kavaxas, broken leg and all! It was truly spectacular!"
One of her shadow clones helped her form a rasengan in her right then two of her shadow clone two of her grabbed her with a rasengan in hands then she hit kavaxas's chest sending him straight to wall then kavaxas fell to the ground defeated. Rj bowed to her opponent and the crowd cheered for their newest champion.
FLASHBACK END
The realm defenders looked at their sensei in awe as Frostbite finished, "Splinter was named the new champion of the Big Brawl. Crowned the Battle Nexus Champion."
"Woah!" They all all said.
"Wait my mom and aunt rj….was the greatest warriors in all the multiverse." Luz spoke for everyone.
"It was nothing. I won the competition that is all." Rj said, being modest about it.
"This is huge! It's like, finding out your dad is a god!" Polly said in excitement.
Frostbite chuckled at Polly's enthusiasm and then turned serious as he continued, "Ah! But wait my friends, for there is more. Dark deeds were afoot that day….."
FLASHBACK
Rj and camila was walking through the town of the Battle Nexus that night, ready to head home. Mist surrounded the place and it was somewhat eerie. then suddenly stopped as he sensed that he was not alone. Suddenly, several figures wearing black body suits and had weapons came out of the shadows and charged at the old mutant rat, ready to take their lives.
Despite rj injured leg, rj was still ready to fight. They spun in air and delivered a powerful blast knocking one of their assailants. Camila flipped backwards and took out another one, then kick one but she wincing a bit from the pain in her leg. A couple threw rope attached to balls and it wrapped around her.
Another assailant came charging at her with a blade, but camila just in time and saved forming an energy blade to cut rj free from her binds. The assailant kept kicking at them above, but they blocked each one until their attackers hit rj broken leg causing her to fall down in pain.
Their attackers surrounded them and prepared to end his life once and for all.
A young garnet, was carrying two barrels of water, when she saw what was happening. She gasped at the sight which gained the assassins attention.
Seeing that camila and rj needed help, the fusion decided to intervene and help. She narrowed her eyes at one of the assassin's as she charged to attack him. The female fusion swung one of her barrels at him and whacked him back.
She then threw the other barrel away and then summoned her gauntlets then leap up and kick the next assassin that charged at her right in the face. She then ran over and began to attack the other two assassin's away from camila and rj.
Camila helped rj got back up and went to aid the fusion, but before she could do that, a tail grabbed rj around the waist and hoisted and her up in the air and a large hand did the same to camila. It was kavaxas!
The fusion gasped as he turned around and saw camila and rj being held by kavaxas. Garnet ran to help, but kavaxas grabbed her in his fist and slammed her against a pole.
kavaxas growled and then sneered at assassin witch! You think yourself a champion?!"
He then slammed rj to the ground and then sneered at her once more as his tail squeezed tighter, "You think yourself my better?! Think again!"
kavaxas roared and laughed and just as he was about to end both rj and camila's and the fusion's life, a purple beam hit him and forced him to let camila,rj and the fusion go. Another blast hit him again and sent him falling to his knees. They all looked to see that it was the Daimyo who had come to their aid.
"Rj,camila and the fusion would've been destroyed that night, if the Daimyo hadn't intervened."
The camila and garnet helped rj stand up and they stood beside the Daimyo as he sent more blasts at kavaxas and his assassins with his mystical staff known as the War Staff. kavaxas roared in pain as he was hit by another blast and then fled into the night.
FLASHBACK END
"With the powers of the mystical War Staff, kavaxas was once again defeated and he fled like the coward he is. Ever since that night, kavaxas has not been heard or seen since." Frostbite finished.
"Wow! It's all so cool!" Polly said in amazement.
Suddenly there was a blinding flash of light and now standing before them was the Gioji and the Daimyo, ruler of the Battle Nexus himself. Even though it couldn't be seen behind the golden mask, the Daimyo was smiling at the sight of his old friend rj.
He bowed at rj and said, "We are honoured by your return sensei."
Rj smiled, bowed back and said, "It is I who am honoured."
"I cannot tell you what a pleasure it is to see my good friend in the ranks of gallant warriors." The Daimyo said. He then noticed luz and realm defenders said cheerfully, "And now your sons are here to compete. This is truly a great day."
Rj frowned and said, "They were supposed to stay at home."
Luz coughed and king rubbed his neck nervously. The Gioji then spoke, "Master Daimyo, the 50 dimensional warriors were not registered properly. However, they did win a match in the qualifying round."
The Daimyo nodded and announced, "Excellent. Then by my decree, they shall be entered into the contest."
He turned to rj and asked, "If you deem it acceptable my friend?"
Rj looked at realm defenders and saw their pleading faces and sighed knowing now they would want to enter the competition.
With a slight smile he answered, "At first I thought perhaps they were not ready to compete, but perhaps. They may enter.except for King and Polly they can watch in audience"
They cheered and smiled, happy to hear that rj was allowing them to compete in the Battle Nexus except for king,Polly and sprig.
What polly said.
Why sprig asked disappointed.
Cause your three are too young rj said.
Fine me and Polly will watch king said.
The Daimyo nodded and then spoke, "Now that that is happily settled, I have an important point of honour that must be addressed by my sons."
A purple flash of light appeared and suddenly standing before them was the Daimyo's son, young Ue-Sama and mizar themself!
Apollo frowned seeing mizar and pulled out his sword ready to fight as he exclaimed, "What is this?! Some kind of trick?!"
Mizar shook his head and spoke, "No trick. I swear it."
He then kneeled before rj and continued, "Honoured sensei, I know when last we met I challenged both your niece and her friend luz and Apollo to a mortal duel. It was a rash act and I humbly apologise for my unwarranted actions upon your family. I beg your forgiveness."
"Look who's turned over a new leaf." Maria muttered to her brothers.
"Your apology is most gracious. We accept." Rj said and bowed back.
Dani once again began to shiver and spoke, "rj, I don't think I'll be able to compete in the tournament. Not with the way I'm shivering and this cold sensation is taking over."
Sasha showed his broken swords and said, "Same with me sensei, except my swords were broken back when we fought in that qualifying round."
"Father we must help them." Ue-Sama spoke.
He's right we most help them father mizar said.
The Daimyo nodded and said, "Of course. For you sasha, we have an excellent palace swordsmith. Fear not, the Gioji will see that your swords are repaired and bought to you before the contest begins."
He floated the swords out of Sasha's hands and gave them to the Gioji who then disappeared with them. The Daimyo then turned to Frostbite and asked, "Frostbite my good friend, I believe you may be able to help dani here with his problem."
Frostbite smiled and said, "Excellent! I'd be honoured to help as I did your cousin, since I believe I know what is going on with Dani the same as I help your cousin."
"What's going on?" Dani asked.
"The cold sensation your feeling is showing that your central ghost core is self-generating within yourself. I sense it within you." Frostbite answered.
"How's that possible?" Gus asked.
"Your friends has the ability to turn invisible, pass through solid objects,conjure weapons out of energy,do magic and make beams of energy with her hands and you ask young one, how is this possible you sound just like your cousin?" Frostbite said, still smiling brightly.
"You mean….this is a new ghost power?" Dani asked with wide eyes.
"Precisely. Though new to you it may be, rest assured it is an ability very familiar to my people in the Ghost Zone. We care quite well trained in its use." Frostbite said before creating a statues of Danny phantom completely out of solid ice.
He then created a sword out of ice and said, "Of course, there are more practical uses for it as well."
He then sliced statues in half with the ice sword, making them look at this power with awe. He then said, "Since it seems we have some time, let us begin your training right now."
Everyone stood back and watched as Frostbite began dani's training. He noticed dani shivering again and said, "Right, our first lesson is to stop shivering."
"I-I-I can't!" Dani said as she rubbed her arms and continued to shiver.
"This is because the cold is contained within you and it seems like ever since you became half-ghost, you have only been letting it out is small amounts." Frostbite explained.
"Like when?" Dani asked.
"Every time you sense a ghost is nearby." Frostbite answered.
"You mean my ghost sense? It's been part of this freeze power this whole time?" Dani asked.
"But now you must learn to let it out all at once." He instructed his new pupil. "Now then concentrate. Let the energy build until it has nowhere to go but out."
Dani nodded and then focused and with one final shout, her body began glowing blue and then an energy burst out of him in an ice explosion. He fell backwards but then sat up and now, he no longer felt the cold sensation anymore.
"Wow! It worked! I feel normal again! Way to go Frostbite." Dani cheered and smiled.
"Uh….Dani?" Frostbite said and pointed behind him.
Dani looked and saw she accidentally froze sprig and Polly in a solid case of ice. She looked in embarrassment and asked, "Uh….can I get some hot chocolate over here?"
After thawing sprig and Polly out,they saw Dani's training continued. Frostbite taught him in the next two hours how to create weapons out of ice the same as his energy weapons,create shards to fire, freeze objects with her eyes and even to skate quickly while freezing the ground.
Dani managed to learn quickly and even had a quick practice fight with Frostbite which ended in a draw. Frostbite laughed and said as Dani changed back into her human form and she could now remove her jacket since she was no longer freezing cold, "Well done young one! You managed to learn very quickly and your new abilities should definitely help you in the tournament."
"I can't ever thank you enough Frostbite." Dani said with a smile.
"No need to thank me. But your cousin would be proud of you and Good luck to you in the tournament dani , I'll definitely be watching you and your friends." Frostbite said, still smiling.
"Now let's go. The next stage of the tournament is about to begin soon." The Daimyo said and with the War Staff, he transported them all to a platform at the palace that looked over the arena.
The crowd cheered and in the arena, all the many different kinds of warriors from many different worlds and dimensions that were competing cheered as well. The Daimyo stepped forward and announced, "Warriors, you have travelled multitudes of diverse universes and I bid you welcome to the Battle Nexus Tournament!"
The crowed and warriors cheered and roared with excitement once again. The Daimyo continued, "To those who have fallen in battle, I salute your bravery and courage and to those who have passed the preliminary rounds, I say congratulations and brace yourselves for the combat to come. For now is the time! Let the next round of the Battle Nexus Tournament, begin!"
Using the War Staff, the Daimyo set off the fireworks and ended the opening ceremony, causing the crowd to cheer and roar once more in excitement. The Realm defenders looked down at the warriors in the arena and then gasped and smiled as they saw two very familiar faces among the competitors.
It was Wulf,draal,garnet,Samurai jack! Garnet,draal,Wulf and samurai jack smiled at the two and saluted them with their arms across their chests.
"Guys! Samurai jack,garnet,draal and Wulf are down there." Dani told the others.
The others were definitely happy to see them.
Ue-Sama then said, "Please my friends, allow me to escort you all to the arena."
They followed Ue-Sama and mizar downstairs and through a hall where the arena was on the other side. In the hall were several rows of statues on each side.
"This is the Pavilion of Past Champions. Something of a Hall of Fame." Ue-Sama explained.
They then stopped in front of three statues and said, "Here are two statues that may interest you."
They stopped and looked at the statues of Master rj belos and camila. Mizar then turned to Apollo and gestured for him to look at the statue beside.
Apollo's eyes widened and saw that it was a statue of his mother, Caiera Shiwen!
"Woah! Rj, Caiera was a Battle Nexus Champion as well?" King asked.
Rj smiled and nodded as he answered, "Yes. She had won the Battle Nexus Tournament as well when I first came here. She proved to be a honourable fighter."
Apollo smiled proudly at the statue of his mother. They began to follow Ue-Sama and mizar out of the Pavilion, but luz said, "Hey guys, if it's okay I'd like to stay here for a little bit."
"Same here. We'll catch up later." Apollo And Sasha said.
"Remember bros, don't touch anything." Sprig said with a smirk.
Anne smirked and added, "You break it, you buy it."
"Go on. We'll be right behind you." Sasha said, smiling back.
Rj,kim,amity,willow,hunter,Gus,maria,Chris,Anne,Darrel, and Dani all followed Ue-Sama and mizar out of the Pavilion to the arena. Apollo,Sasha and luz turned back to the statues of camila and Caiera. They both closed their eyes and began to pray respects to the both of them as past champions.
However, they were both unaware that in the shadows of the room, several figures wearing black body suits that covered their faces as well appeared. 11 of them stood right behind Apollo,Sasha and luz on one of the statues and aimed their crossbows at their backs, aiming to take their lives
