Luz,king,Chris,sprig,Polly and jack all stood together, ready to fight against the numerous assassins that entered the pavilion with only one goal in mind, first destroy Luz,king,Chris,sprig,Polly and jack for disrupting their mission and then end the Daimyo's life once and for all.
"We must protect the Daimyo and Ue-Sama!" Usagi said with a determined voice.
"And if we can't?" King asked.
"Then we shall perish with honour." Jack answered.
Polly spun her mace and suggested, "Let's try and leave the whole perish bit out okay?"
They assassins then began their attack and the sounds of clashing weapons could be heard, echoing the pavilion. Jack found himself fighting in a circle against three assassins and just before a fourth one could strike at him from behind, the rabbit samurai had sensed his presence, pulled his other blade out and blocked the oncoming strike.
After Polly had knocked out a couple of assassins with her mace, she noticed that jack,King,sprig,king and luz were fighting against most of the assassins and more were joining the circle. She looked down at the empty bed mats and got an idea.
She grabbed underneath one of them and then shouted out, "guys THINK FAST!"
jack,King,sprig,king and luz watched as Polly throw over the heavy bed mat over towards them and moved out of the way. The bed mat hit the assassins and knocked them away and then Polly threw another bed mat and took care of the other half of the assassins they were fighting.
"Nice work Polly!" Sprig said as he flipped over and split kicked two assassins in the air.
King suddenly heard the sound of groaning and turned to see Sasha moving a little. Sasha rubbed her head a second and groaned a little more.
"Sasha?" King called out hopefully, but didn't see the assassin about to hit him from behind.
The assassin spun up in the air and kicked king right in the back of his head, sending him crashing into one of the pillars. Luz charged up to the assassin and the two began to clash their weapons against each other. Luz then quickly slice with light swords at the assassin's spear and then the two stopped.
The assassin's spear then suddenly fell apart in pieces and before he could react, luz super speeding to him front and delivered a kick right to his chin, knocking him out unconscious.
Jack turned around to see four assassins had snuck behind them while they were fighting and were now entering the room where the Daimyo and was.
"THE DAIMYO!" Jack shouted.
"UE-SAMA" luz shouted.
Meanwhile back at the arena.
the crowd roared and cheered in excitement for the final four warriors that were about to have their last 6 fights for the title of Battle Nexus Champion. No-one in the arena had any idea about the horrid events that were taking place behind the scenes.
Mizar stood before them at the top of the palace and announced as the crowd went silent, "Friends, warriors and noble creatures, it is a sad duty that I must perform."
Putting on his best act, he pretended to be sad as he continued the announcement, "The Healer has informed me that my father and little brother, our revered Daimyo will not live."
The crowd gasped in shock from the news. Mizar then continued, "But we must continue the Battle Nexus Tournament. It is what my father would have wanted. It is with a heavy heart, that I assume his place and his duties as Daimyo. We have our final six contestants, hoping to compete to become the Battle Nexus champion and so I say in honour of my father, let the Battle Nexus Tournament proceed and may the best warrior win!"
The crowd all cheered and roared with excitement once again. Mizar turned to the Gioji and ordered, "Gioji, I must attend to affairs of the state. Continue the contest and inform me once the final battle is over."
"Yes young master." The Gioji said with a bow before disappearing to the arena.
The Gioji appeared before dani,gus,kim,Darrel,Apollo and Maria. He formed a portal and said to them, "Step into the portal, fate will pair you randomly. Fight well and with honour warriors."
Each of them stepped through the portal. They stopped in front of it and sighed with nervousness.
"Gus vs Darrel"Dani vs Kim"Maria vs Apollo"
"Well….here goes nothing." He said and then stepped through the portal.
Gus vs Darrel
Gus and Darrel bowed in respect to each other. As soon as the horn went off for them to start their matches, The two heroes faced each other, tension rising as they prepared to fight. Darrel made the first move, summoning a bolt of mystical energy that gus deflected with his Keyblade.
Gus flys on staff.
"You'll have to do better than that," gus taunted, creating a giant construct of a illusion coven symbol and sending it hurtling towards Darrel.
But Darrel was more than a match for a witch friend. He conjured a shield of mystical force that deflected the construct and sent it flying back at gus, who barely managed to dodge out of the way.
The battle continued, with Gus and Darrel exchanging blows and hurling energy blasts at each other.
"You're a formidable opponent, gus," Darrel said as he dodged a blast from gus's Keyblade . "But your constructs can't match the power of the mystical forces I command."
Gus gritted his teeth and charged forward, determined to end the fight once and for all. But Darrel was ready for him. He summoned up a swirling vortex of energy that enveloped gus and dragged him towards the ground.
"You're outmatched, gus," Darrel said as he watched gus struggle to break free from the vortex. "Just give up now."
Gus refused to give up. He gritted his teeth and summoned every last bit of strength he had left. With a burst of energy, he broke free from the vortex and charged towards Darrel.
But it was too late. Darrel had already conjured up a explosion of mystical energy that engulfed both combatants. Gus was thrown backwards, his body battered and bruised from the blast.
Darrel finished gus off with a vibe blast from his hands.
Gus was transported to out of the arena.
Darrel of earth is the winner gioji announced.
Kim vs Dani
Kim and dani began their fight. The blades of their sword and spear clashed against each other as they then began to push against each other with their weapons.
Kim summon gunbai (madara fan blade from naruto).
Dani creates ecto Glove-covered fist, then unleashed a powerful punch directly into the face of kim. Ichigo quickly raised gunbai as a means of defense, safely blocking her face but the force of the blow knocking kim backward. Kim was genuinely surprised - he was considerably more durable in her super sayian form, and dani had landed a solid attack.
This was certainly going to be more difficult than kim had first thought.
Kim rushed toward dani and delivered a stabbing motion into dani's chest with an energy blade. Before she could connect the attack, kim saw a hole in dani's body that had formed around the sword - and there was no ectoplasm oozing from the hole.
"Looks like there was just a hole in your thinking!" Dani taunted to kim. Dani charged her fist with ectoplasm and delivered a heavy punch to kim's gut - which kim quickly deflected with her gunbai.
"I'm not going to let you get the best of me!" Kim yelled out. She slashed at dani horizontally, and dani caught kim's sword with her hand again.
"Keep working at it." Dani told kim with a wink. Kim pulled back her gunbai and swung it overhead toward dani, who just as easily caught the gunbai with her ecto Gloves. "Hey, not bad, I almost didn't catch that one!"
Kim huffed out in frustration once more. Dani's words were beginning to annoy her. And worse yet, dani was actually putting up a good fight.
Dani let go of kim's gunbai and delivered another solid punch toward kim, but she deflected the punch with her gunbai. Dani threw a right hook, and kim deflected her fist again.
This process continued five more times, each time with super strength and ectoplasm being sent flying. After a few solid strikes, kim began to charge a kamahamaha.
"Oh, that can't be good." Dani said aloud, moments before taking a huge blast from kim. The force of the blast sent dani flying into a wall.
Dani then pulled herself up onto her feet. She looked back at kim, who was now charging her chakra. "What's she doing?" asked dani.
"Rasengan!" shouted kim,charging at dani. Dani jumped back in surprise, then she materialized a square barrier of ectoplasm in front of her. Without a moment to spare, the rasengan collided with the barrier - and the attack completely dissipated while the barrier remained intact.
"Whew! That was too close!" Dani said to herself with a sigh of relief. She wiped a sweat drop off of her head, but then she saw three more rasengan's coming her way. "And of course." Dani muttered, deadpan. Two of the rasengan's dissipated upon hitting the ectoplasm barrier, but the third one instead destroyed the barrier, the force of the explosion knocking dani back to the ground.
Kim rushed toward dani in another offensive, ready to strike with gunbai. Right as she approached dani,one of the heroes of Amity Park delivered a powerful uppercut into kim's chin. The sound of bone cracking was very clearly audible as she struck. Kim stepped back somewhat, but otherwise didn't let the injury get to her.
"Heh, that was a pretty good hit there." Kim said to her opponent. "But I'm not going to lose this one so easily!" She then rushed toward dani head-on, and dani delivered a hard punch with both of her fists at once - only to see kim dupe her with a illusion.
Dani turned behind herself to see kim about to swing at her again, and dani pulled back her fists to ready herself for another punch - only for kim to trick her with a illusion once more. Dani turned just in time to see kim slash at her arm. The sheer sharpness of the gunbai, as well as the force of blow completely cut dani's arm. Dani looked down to see the cut on her arm. "Oh... I might need a hand with this guy." Dani's arm began to slowly healed as kim impaled dani through the chest before he could react with a energy blade.
"Gah!" Dani cried out in pain, coughing up saliva and ectoplasm. Her mouth had turned to a bitter, yet sickeningly sweet taste as ectoplasm dripped over his clothing and coated kim's energy blade disappeared and readied it for another attack, until she saw dani teleport away from her.
Kim sighed, then raised her gunbai, ready for another attack. Suddenly, she saw dani reappear in front of her. "You're making this that easy for me?" Kim asked with a smile on her face. She ran toward dani and slashed downward at her, but then in the heat of the moment he noticed something rather peculiar.
However, kim paid little mind to this as she brought her gunbai down upon the Half-Ghost. Dani attempted to catch the gunbai again, but gunbai sliced clean through her hands, sending her fingers to the concrete and reverting them to puddles of ectoplasm. However, dani just grinned even as her fingers were sliced off, ignoring the massive amount of pain she was in. "Y'know, you're right. I should probably stop. I mean, it's not like there's anyone behind you or anything." Dani said to kim with a shrug. Kim raised her eyebrow after what dani said, but suddenly she felt a huge punch connect with the back of her neck - and not only was it a hard punch, it was also horrendously cold, freezing, even.
Kim turned behind herself to see dani - even though dani had just been right in front of her. This dani, she's duplicated herself! Crap, now I have to fight two at once..." kim thought aloud. Before she could finish what she was going to say, kim ducked down to avoid the two dani's punching her, instead the two of them punching each other. Kim ducked further and did a somersault to move out of the way, then stood behind the dani with ecto Gloves. Right when that dani turned around, he was met with a horrible slice - one that reduced that Danny to mere nothingness with a single strike.
The ecto Gloves fell down onto the ground with a metallic "clang!" as the other dani watched on with an expression which could only mean "Oh, Crap!". Dani was frozen in horror as kim punched her hard,then dani's body down the middle and reducing him to nothingness.
"Whew, good to know that's over..." kim muttered to her. Suddenly, she felt something ensnare around her torso and coil around tightly. She looked down to see that she was tied up in mystical whips. Kim suddenly felt a horrible stinging pain coming from the whips.kim then begrudgingly turned around to see dani flying above from her.
Kim groaned in pain - partially from dani's puns, partially from the massive amount of pain he was in. "Looks like there's just no choice..." kim muttered, sliding her hand in front of her face. When she moved her hand out of the way, there was a powerful burst of energy as kim donned her tailed beast chakra cloak .
Kim quickly became shocked as the burst of energy snapped the mystical whips. "...Well, that's a catch-and-release."
Kim let out the screech of a beast, then jumped toward dani at a speed she could hardly even perceive. To retaliate, dani materialized a bubble-shaped shield of ectoplasm around herself - which, to her dismay, was simply shattered as kim struck it with a strike with her staff.
Suddenly, dani had an excellent idea. She went intangible once more, just barely dodging a stab from her claws. Then, before kim could attack again, she felt another's will inside his own body. Kim grunted in pain as she felt her body being invaded - no, overshadowed. She attempted to fight back, but could hardly do so as she was forced to surrender, . Kim attempted to stop herself from doing this, but then he heard dani's voice coming from his own body.
"Man! This is much harder than I was expecting...!" Dani sputtered out, struggling to control kim's body. Suddenly, but suddenly? "Aaagh!" Dani screamed in pain, suddenly exiting kim's body. "I... really should have thought that one through."
Dani was shoved against the ground by this forced exit as kim stepped on her chests,holding his gunbai to dani's neck.
"Well, this is awkward..." Dani muttered to herself, but suddenly dani phased herself through the ground again. Before kim could land her attack, dani had completely disappeared. Then, dani reappeared behind kim again and charged more ectoplasm in her hands than she had throughout this entire fight. "Gaaaaaahhh!" Dani shouted out, shooting a giant wave of ectoplasm kim's way. Kim trudged toward dani, tanking the full force of the ectoplasm wave. Kim dropped to the ground, kneeling down.
"Giving up already?" asked dani. Kim looked right up at her and glared.
"Never..." kim said to dani, starting to get up. At this point, red spirit chakra began to circulate around kim. Wind formed all around the two fighters in a cyclone, kicking up dust around both of them.
"Man, im doomed?" Dani said herself. But she soon found himself regretting her words after taking multiple jab attacks through her stomach at once. Dani knelt down, looking right up. "I'm gonna need to crank it up a notch if I want to beat this guy..."before could finish she the sentence, she felt herself take the full force of a red energy projection from kim's mouth - a tailed beast ball.
This attack was powerful enough to launch dani skyward - it didn't really look like she would come back down.
Kim continued watching, knowing dani would just come back. She was a rather persistent foe, after all. As if right on cue, dani made her return just moments later - except this time,
She then threw a much punch into kim's chest, too fast her to react to. Kim felt a few of her ribs crack as she was launched several feet, right into the wall of the arena. Kim ran toward dani in an offensive as her ribs healed right back into place. Kim was about to slash toward dani but she quickly materialized a bubble-shaped shield of ice around herself. The ice managed to stop the impact of the slash for the most part, but it still left a large crack in the exterior.
Kim strikes her claws into the barrier again, this time shattering the shield completely. Then, dani fired a much larger blast of ectoplasm than he had at any time during the battle. The force of this blast knocked kim across arena. Dani kept up the speed by flying toward kim, punching her in the gut continuously.
"Not a fan of that, are you, princess?" Dani tauntingly asked her opposition. Suddenly, kim glared right at dani and then fired off another powerful tailed beast ball, catching dani off-guard and sending her down to the ground. Dani got back up and attempted to punch kim again, but kim "flew" out of the way with a successful.
Kim gave another roar as she fired another tailed beast ball at dani, this time from a distance.
"Oh no, not again well it's time to do what Danny trained me for!" Dani had to think of something - anything. She had to end this as soon as possible. She closed she eyes shut as tight as possible. She opened her mouth wide as she let all the ectoplasmic energy in her body flow to her head. Then she shouted as loud as she possibly could. This was the Ghostly Wail.
The green sound waves of the Ghostly Wail and the titan scream from kim collided with each other in midair, resulting in a shockwave that could be felt over all of battle nexus - no, the entire multiverse.
The sheer force of the shockwaves stumbled dani,She was running low on energy. "Well... at least I had a good run."
Kim suddenly was back in witch form, except she was still wielding her gunbai. Dani gasped as kim approached.
"You know... It's not like I can let you beat me." Kim said to dani, holding gunbai up to his neck.
Dani gave a nervous chuckle. "
Kim then picked her up by the shirt. Dani struggled against kim, kim then threw her back down onto the ground. Dani revert to her human form.
"No... not now..." Dani winced as she felt her loss in battle. Kim stood over dani, holding the hilt of gunbai above dani's forehead. "...Huh?" gunbai asked.
"You lose ghost girl." Kim said to dani with a smile.
Then dani was transported out of the arena.

Apollo vs Maria.
I've been waiting the battle you for a long time sister apollo said.
But let's battle with Transmutation and others small abilities and No holding back promise me that kim said.

As they both began floating into the air, maria fired an energy beam towards him. Apollo held out his hand to slow her beam down, change it into a yellow-colored beam and dissipate it. Apollo began transmuting Maria's suit into a steel, full-body coccoon, which soon fell to the ground. After a few seconds, maria transmuted herself back to normal and attacked again with a pair of twin energy beams. Apollo dodged and retaliated with a nuclear blast which sent Maria flying backwards.
Recovering mid-flight, maria generated dozens of energy spears before launching them towards Apollo. The latter knocked a few of the energy constructs aside and absorbed the energy from the rest as they hit him, adding to his own power. Apollo then flew even faster, amping up his speed to the point where Maria quickly lost track of him. Apollo was soon behind maria, delivering a powerful punch which knocked Maria to the ground below. Before maria could stand back up, Apollo fired a stronger kai blast which knocked her through the concrete and began pushing her further and further beneath the ground. Following this, Apollo transmuted the dirt into water,
The sudden flow of water coming from above surprised maria, but she quickly formed a amber energy bubble to shield herself from it. While surrounded by the energy shield, maria flew back up while expanding the hole above her as Apollo tried to seal it. When the two flew back into the air, maria dodged another energy blast before firing an energy shot of her own towards her opponent'. However, Apollo made himself intangible and Maria's attack simply passed through him. In response, Apollo flew towards Maria again, either dodging or absorbing any blasts she launched at him.
When Apollo got to Maria, he punched through her chest with a phasing hand. Maria's eyes soon shut as she fell to the ground.he was soon hit in the back by a amber energy blast. Turning around, he saw Maria standing back up, emanating a powerful amber aura. "I've had enough of this and of you!" Maria exclaimed before unleashing a stronger energy burst than anything she used so far. As Apollo held out his hands to absorb the incoming attack, he felt Maria trying to transmute him, realizing she could now affect organic matter.
Apollo held back maria's transmutation attempt as she eventually collapsed from the exhaustion of using her latest attack. Apollo absorbed the last of it and flew towards the tired maria. Picking her up, Apollo brought her to sky high and unleashed a massive nuclear blast which was fueled by the amount of combined energy he had absorbed from her attacks throughout the battle. The powerful nuclear explosion was too much for Maria, causing her to fall to the ground.
Apollo flew down arena to the ground and says I told you i wouldn't hold back just like I promised.
And I'm proud of you for it maria said groaning in pain,she was then teleported out arena to medical bay.
The winner is Apollo of the planet sadala gioji announced.
Kim was about to battle her boyfriend Darrel.
Wait I want you to beat apollo and want you to beat with everything you got so I forfeit the match Darrel said he was transported out of the arena.

Meanwhile.
Mizar walked down the empty halls of the palace. kavaxas then came out from the shadows and stood in front of him.
"My master, a moment?" kavaxas requested.
Mizar looked up at the dragon and allowed him to speak, "All is going according to plan. I think now would be an appropriate time for you to fulfil your promise and give me your father's War Staff."
Mizar held his hands up at kavaxas in an effort to calm him down and said, "Patience kavaxas. Patience! The staff is in a safe place and I will give it to you and your full power will be restored, only when all is done and I'm officially declared Daimyo."
Mizar then walked off. kavaxas glared at the young lord and then growled in frustration, deciding that enough was enough.
"My patience young lord is at an end." Draco said in his head and had made up his mind.
Meanwhile in the town,
Hunter leaned against the wall, petting flapjack withhis finger while draal was holding a servant of the palace up against the wall by the collar of his robes with Wulf looking at the servant with his bare teeth in a threatening way.
Even though they heard that rj was locked up in the dungeons of the palace, they didn't know where the dungeons actually were and needed information before they can bust rj out.
Hence why they were in an alley and questioning the servant right now.
"So what's it gonna be?" Garnet asked once again.
"But I already told you! I don't know where this rj is!" The servant pleaded.
Hunter smirked and then said, "Then I guess there's no reason for me to keep my hungry friends from eating ya. Go ahead draal and Wulf, dig in."
The servant whimpered in fear as Traximus and Wulf smirked, licking their lips in hunger as they acted like they were going to eat him. To make it even more terrifying, Wulf then spoke, "Mi havas la krurojn. Ili estas miaj plej ŝatataj."
The servant gulped and asked terrified, "What…..what did he say?"
Hunter chuckled and answered, "He simply wants to eat your legs first. They're his favourite."
The servant yelped and then pleaded, "No! Wait! Don't eat me! I'll talk! I'll talk! Your auntie Rachel is being held in the palace dungeons!"
"And where is the palace dungeons?" Draal asked.
"You'll find them on the south side of the palace and down the stairs of the west hallway." The servant answered.
Hunter chuckled, now they knew where to go and were ready to go and bust Splinter out of jail.
Back at the Healer's Pavilion.
the assassins all surrounded the Daimyo and ue-sama were about to end their lives once and for all.
"STOP!" Luz shouted as she and jack ran inside the room and began to fight against them with their swords back to back to each other.
They began to walk in a circle, blocking against oncoming strikes of the assassins blades and pushing them away from Daimyo and his son.
Chris had just finished taking out the last of the assassins in the other room where Sasha was. He bent down and was about to check Sasha's pulse, but could hear the sounds of luz,sprig,Polly,king and jack fighting in the room.
Chris snuck up to one of the assassins watching the fight from behind and tapped his shoulder. The assassin turned around and before he could react, Chris punched him right in the face and knocked him out cold, catching everyone's attention.
Chris nodded his head and jack,sprig,Polly,king and luz smiled back at him. However in their distraction, two of the assassins threw their chain weapons at luz,sprig,polly,king and jack, hitting them dead on and knocking them back against a couple of pillars. Before they could recover, the assassins wrapped their chains around them, binding them tightly against the pillars and causing them to drop their weapons.
Two other assassins picked up their spears and walked close to them.
"Time to skewer the rodent and our master will be quite pleased with us, when we tell him we finished the one called king." One of the assassin's spoke as they raised their spears in the air, ready to kill them.
"KING,LUZ NO!" Polly shouted with fear.
Suddenly before the blade could slice either of them, the assassin's suddenly found themselves forced to the ground and then They were then kicked back across the room.
Jack,sprig,Polly,King,and luz smiled as they saw it was Sasha who had come to their aid. Luz was the first to speak, "king! You're alright!"
"Glad to see you are feeling better sasha." Jack said, glad to see his medicine worked against the poison.
Sasha looked at them both smiling back and said, "Maybe not better, but at least I'm breathing."
She walked over and cut the chains with her swords, setting luz,king,sprig,Polly,Chris and jack free. They picked up their weapons as jack said looking at the remaining assassins, "Good. Now let us finish these foes."
"Sasha incoming!"
Chris threw his staff to Sasha who caught it and each of them took on an assassin each. Jack blocked a strike from the one he was fighting, before leaning down and kicking him back. Sasha spun Chris staff hitting the one she was fighting in the chin and then pushed him down the ground.
Luz blocked a strike from the assassin's blade from above, before pushing him back, dropping his swords for a second and punching the assassin right in the nose. Luz kicked the assassin he was fighting to the ground and then froze his feet and hands to the floor, placing him in awkward position. Luz then leapt up and slammed her leg right into the assassin's stomach and then blasted him away with an ecto blast.
Jack,Chris,Sasha,king,sprig,Polly and luz all stood in front of the Daimyo and us-Sams, glaring at the assassins and ready to continue to protect the Daimyo and his youngest son at all costs. The assassins grabbed their fallen comrades and knew they weren't going to win this fight. With one last look, they fled away like the cowards they were.
"What the heck is going on here?" Sasha asked.
Meanwhile on the south side of the palace.
Hunter,draal,garnet and Wulf looked from the side of the wall to see the front entrance was heavily guarded.
"Well the front door is out." Hunter whispered. "Man, I wish Dani was here to provide us with some invisibility."
Draal then thought of something as he looked up at the window highest above them and asked Wulf, "Wulf, can you open a portal to inside there?"
Wulf nodded and held out his hand, long sharp claws came out and he swiped the air creating a portal leading to inside the palace.
Garnet,hunter and draal smiled and entered the portal with Wulf following behind them as it closed.
Back at the arena.
the tournament continued as Apollo and kim fought against each other.
The Gioji then transported all three of them to the final arena. He then announced to the crowd, "The final two contestants in the Battle Nexus Tournament are apollo of sadala and kim of boiling isles."
The crowd roared and cheered with excitement once again. It was time for the two warriors to fight for the title of Battle Nexus Champion.
Meanwhile.
A portal formed in the palace just where the entrance of the dungeons were and out came Hunter, draal,garnet and wulf. They looked down at the stairs and could hear the sounds of feet, indicating there were definitely guards down there watching rj.
Hunter turned and saw the curtain and said, "hey draal,garnet,Wulf grab the curtain. I've got an idea."
Meanwhile in the throne room,
several guards were on the ground unconscious. kavaxas had attacked and took them all down and had finished defeating the last of the guards who were watching the War Staff.
With that obstacle out of the way, kavaxas turned and saw standing on its pedestal was the powerful War Staff. He walked over to it with greedy eyes and growled, "Now to fulfil my destiny."
He reached his claw hand over to grab it, but another hand suddenly grabbed it and pulled it away from him.
"What?!" kavaxas exclaimed.
Mizar then came out from behind the curtain, beholding the War Staff in his hands and said, "Ah kavaxas! I knew you betray me. I simply wanted to see the look on your face, as you failed to achieve your plans. And now you will pay for your treason with your life."
He held out the War Staff and was about to use its power on kavaxas, causing the disgraced warrior to step back in fear. But just as the staff powered up, it began to go frantic and fight against mizar , causing his to fall back in shock as it sent random blasts of power everywhere.
"The War Staff?! It fights me?!" Mizar shouted in shock as he struggled to hold the staff.
"You always were an incompetent fool!" kavaxas sneered as he ran up and whacked mizar back with his tail, knocking the staff out his hands.
The staff fell to the ground and then kavaxas picked it up. He smirked at mizar and spoke, "It's a shame really. You should've spent more time learning how to use the War Staff. I on the other hand, have spent years of my life studying its ways and its immense power and now I can restore the power I have lost!"
He activated the War Staff with ease red surrounded his body he felt his full powers restored and blasted mizar right out the door. He chuckled darkly and began to pursue mizar with the intent to destroy him.
As the guards continued to guard the cell that rj was in,hunter,garnet,draal and Wulf disguised in the curtain as a very large creature entered the dungeon and stood before the guards.
"I have come to question the captive." Hunter said, hiding his face in the hood.
The guards however pulled out their swords and one of them spoke, "By order of the new Daimyo, none shall pass!"
Hunter held up his hands in defence and said, "Hey watch it! I don't want no trouble."
Suddenly Wulf's and draal's fists came out and punched the guards' right in the face, sending them right into the wall and knocking them out. Hunter laughed and removed the curtain to show he was sitting on Wulf's shoulders while Wulf was sitting on draal's shoulders.
"It's the oldest trick in the book but it works." Hunter commented as he climbed off Wulf's shoulder and Wulf did the same.
Hunter stood in front of the cell and said in relief to see that his father was alright, "auntie rj!"
"Hunter, my nephew." Rj replied, relieved to see her nephew.
"Allow me." Garnet said gesturing to the cell bars.
She grabbed two of them and with her mighty strength, he pulled them apart and bent them enough for rj to come of the cell.
"Thank you noble crystal gem and thank you as well noble ghost and troll for helping my nephew." Splinter said as he walked out of the cell.
"Auntie rj, what the heck is going on around here?" Hunter asked, confused by everything. "This place is crazy."
"I will explain on the way." Rj said. "But now, we must hurry! We must get to the Daimyo and the others."
Back at the arena
the Gioji spoke before he disappeared, "Let the final match….begin!"
Apollo and kim circled around each other. Apollo then said, well we're both low on enger and we can go full power,let's do we can okay.
Right kim said.as she quickly slammed the glyph onto the ground as a light blue circle formed around it sprouting a wave of ice spikes toward Apollo catching him by surprise but not so much so that he couldn't swiftly move out of the way, the spikes just narrowly missing his Jacket while kim used this opportunity to get away, running past the wall apollo made and holding her satchel tightly inciting Apollo to charge at her, As he ran Apollo clapped his hands together and slammed them onto the ground once more sprouting dozens of small pillars across the arena but kim then trip over one of the pillars making her drop her satchel away as Apollo dashed right past her and towards it ready to snag it. Kim of course was not about to let that happen and dug in her pockets pulling out a glyph for plant.
Kim slapped the glyph down as lines of the earth began to crack and form in front of her, before Apollo could reach the satchel dozens of vines popped out from underneath him encasing him in a ball of plant matter, picking herself up kim casually walked around the ball of vines and picked up her satchel and ready lightning and fire glyph, but before she even took a step she felt the ground around her shake and in almost in an instant a giant cage of earth sprung up around her imprisoning her, kim looked at the plant ball and saw a blue glow followed by a metal knife cutting right through it, Apollo's sword morphed around in the form of a gauntlet with blade at the end. earning a surprised look from kim, as Apollo walked up to the makeshift cage and looked at luz sternly.
Kim seeing no other option looked down in defeat and opened her satchel, dug through it, Only for kim to open her hand revealing instead the glyph for light which curled up into a bright glowing ball.
Kim closed her eyes as the light ball exploded in Apollo's face, blinding and staggering him back as held his hands to his eyes in pain. At the same time, kim pulled out another glyph for fire and tapped it as it glowed a bright orange, in no time the earth cage around her melted while she zipped up her satchel and ran away as fast as she could. Apollo opened his tear-ridden eyes and scanned ahead, his vision was blurred but he was still able to make out footprints left by kim, not wasting time he continued his pursuit, meanwhile kim was drawing large symbols in the ground behind, she stood up to reveal that it was the glyph for wind.
Kim prepared to activate the glyph but was halted by the sound of a familiar voice.
There you are! Apollo said.
Kim turned to see Apollo, his eyes still watery from the previous trick he made a mad dash for her causing her to step back onto the glyph activating it and surrounding her and Apollo in a tornado before Apollo could reach her, the two were enveloped in a tornado that sent them both to into the sky,seeing they were in the sky but she remembered that she had bigger problems to worry about when she turned around and saw Apollo.
Alright, If this is how it's going to be. Apollo said.
Then fall to the ground but kim used a hover glyph so she would hit the ground and uses his gravity ability to hover himself down safely.
Now let's do apollo Said as he clapped his hands together once more then slammed his hands on the earth as the it began to morph and shape around him.
Kim glared at Apollo before pulling out another glyph for ice, she was hoping it would not have come to this but it was clear there was no other option, a fight was inevitable so she was prepared to give it her all.
Okay then, let's give it all we let's go! said kim slammed the glyph down sending out a massive wave of ice spikes towards Apollo, who put up a wall in turn for defense, it was looking to be a rough fight for the two of them.
Kim then did a kata and summon the sword of fiery cataclysm
Apollo strikes with his blade straight at kim's leg, causing her to jump. Apollo continued to slice straight at kim, causing her to jump up and down to avoid the blade. Kim gasped as she landed and narrowly avoided apollo's fist as it punched the ground and caused a large dent.
Up at the edge of the palace balcony.
kavaxas continued to blast mizar with the War Staff. kavaxas then sneered, "So, do you still believe you are destined to be Daimyo of the Battle Nexus?!"
He blasted mizar right off the edge of the balcony, sending him falling down. He crashed landed into Apollo and they both crashed into the ground, interrupting the match.
"Let me dissuade you of that notion once and for all." kavaxas said and then leapt into the arena.
Kim couldn't believe what was going on. Mizar got back up and sneered back, "kavaxas you fool! That War Staff is my birthright!"
Before kavaxas could come any closer to mizar , the Gioji appeared before them and attempted to stop them, "Hold the contest! Battle Nexus rules clearly state….."
He was cut off when kavaxas blasted him away with the War Staff. The crowd gasped in shock as they witness the fight.
"Any more rules you'd like to state?" kavaxas asked rhetorically.
At the entrance of the arena came Luz,hunter, Chris,Jack,sasha,Polly,sprig,kim and rj, along with garnet,wulf and draal who were holding up in their arms the Daimyo and use-sama who was being held by sasha, who may have recovered, but was still feeling a bit weak from his attack.
"You must be strong Daimyo." Rj comforted her friend. "There is an urgent matter that needs your attention."
The Daimyo looked and saw what was going on. He was completely shocked to see kavaxas holding the War Staff in his hands and his eyes widened, "kavaxas has returned? The War Staff! In Draco's hands it must not be."
kavaxas continued to blast energy from the War Staff at mizar. One of the blasts knocked him down, causing his mask to fall off.
"The War Staff focuses power from the heart." The Daimyo continued. "If true evil uses it, there's no telling what horrors it might unleash. We must stop him before it's too late."
Feeling his strength return a bit more, the Daimyo placed his hands together and transported all of them into the arena.
"kavaxas stop!" The Daimyo shouted, trying to get kavaxas to not use the staff anymore.
However they were too late, the energy on the War Staff suddenly turned red and kavaxas could feel a large energy spike flowing through the staff as it shook in his hand.
"What…..what is happening?!" kavaxas exclaimed in shock.
Suddenly a beam of energy shot out of the staff and into the open air above them all, a red and black hole forms in swirling vortex of dark energy.
"With his evil heart, kavaxas has torn a rift between the worlds." The Daimyo said, looking at the rift with horror in his eyes. "A multi-dimensional wound that will destroy all it touches!"
kavaxas tried to hold onto the staff, but he couldn't and the staff flew out of his arms knocking him back as it fell to the ground.
"The War Staff! I must have it!" Mizar shouted as he began to run for the staff.
"What?! No!" kavaxas shouted as he started to run for the staff as well.
Kim,Chris,Apollo,hunter,luz,Sasha,sprig,Polly,king draal, Jack and Wulf all ran to get the War Staff away from kavaxas and mizar and get it back to the Daimyo so he can close the rift. They all jumped for it, but only ended up pushing it away further from them.
The rift suddenly started to get bigger and strong gravity currents began to lift the staff up from the ground.
"The staff!" Hunter shouted and quickly flash's at it, pulling out his claw hands and dug it into the ground, keeping it still.
Suddenly Hunter was starting to be pulled towards the rift, he held with his claws very tightly so he didn't get pulled into the rift. Apollo and kim suddenly began to be pulled into the rift, but Apollo thought quickly and dug the end of blade into the ground of the arena floor, and held on tightly.
Kim stabbed her sword in the ground but she slipped.
But Apollo quickly grabbed kim's ankle to keep her from going into the rift. The Gioji however wasn't as lucky and was pulled into the rift, his screams could be heard as he was destroyed by it.
kavaxas, mizar,Sasha,sprig,Polly,king,luz, Wulf,Jack, Chris and draal were suddenly being pulled in by the strong gravity. Draal quickly dug his axe into the ground and held out his hand as he shouted, "QUICK EVERYONE GRAB ON!"
Wulf grabbed draal's hand and then grabbed the end of chris's staff, Chris grabbed Jack by his foot,Jack grabbed Leo by his ankles with his hands,Leo grabbed Danny's ankles by his hands, Danny reached out and grabbed mizar's hands and kavaxas grabbed hold of mizar's leg, each of them holding on tight for dear life,Sasha using her gravity abilities to make herself,sprig,Polly,king really heavy as well as garnet held who them and the ground with her gauntlets really heavy for dear life as well as the rift became stronger with each passing second.
Hunter reached his other hand down and pulled the War Staff out from his sai and shouted as he threw the staff towards rj, "AUNTIE RJ CATCH!"
Rj caught the staff in his hands and handed it over to the Daimyo and said, "Here my friend. Hurry!"
The Daimyo held the War Staff in his hands and said, "Yes. I must close the rift immediately."
"Just hold on! I've got you!" Luz shouted to mizar.
"You will not be rid of me so easily!" kavaxas sneered as he began to fight with mizar.
Mizar began to fight back, kicking at kavaxas with his feet as he shouted, "kavaxas you fool! You'll kill us both!"
Luz could feel mizar's hands slipping through her thanks to their fighting and shouted, "WILL YOU TWO STOP FIGHTING! YOU'RE SLIPPING!"
However they wouldn't listen and continued to fight with each other as mizar shouted, "kavaxas go and rot in the abyss where you belong!"
Suddenly mizar's hands completely slipped right out of luz's hands and the two began to head towards the rift.
"NOOOOO!" Luz shouted.
They all watched as the two continued to fight as they were pulled into the rift and it just a matter of seconds, kavaxas and mizar were completely destroyed by the multi-dimensional wound.
"BIG BROTHER"is-sama said tears began to fell from his eyes as he mourned the loss of big brother.
"MY SON NOOOOO!" The Daimyo shouted and hung his head in grief, some tears fell from his eyes as he mourned the loss of his adopted son.
"Daimyo I'm sorry, but you must act now or everyone will be destroyed!" Rj pressed.
The Daimyo, although sad knew that rj was right. He nodded and held the War Staff up, sending the blue magical energy towards the rift and closed it. Everyone shouted as they all fell to the ground, now that the rift was gone.
As Apollo weakly got back up, kim pulled at her sword that was stuck in the ground and pulled it out, but she was unaware that the end of it accidentally hit apollo right in gem and knocked him unconscious and his gem cracked.
Kim held her sword and turned to face apollo.
Apollo are you okay kim asked.
Apollo got no response and saw that Apollo was unconscious,When he didn't respond, kim said the only thing she could say, "Oops sorry!"
But that didn't matter. Since kim technically defeated apollo, she had won the Battle Nexus Tournament. A few minutes later, he along with rj,friends,Jack,draal, garnet and Wulf were all standing on the palace balcony as the crowd cheered for their new champion.
The Daimyo placed an olive wreath on kim's head and announced, "kim of the boiling isle's, I crown you Battle Nexus Champion!"
The crowd cheered louder as kim was then given the Battle Nexus trophy.
"Congratulations sis!" Luz said as she rubbed her head.
She a kiss on the cheek from Darrel.I told you could win.
Sasha patted kim on the shoulder to congratulate her and then Maria patted her head. Apollo who woke up, was happy to see that kim won, he felt that head was hurting from his cracked gem.
"I can't believe I actually won!" Kim said with joy.
"Same." Sasha said.
Kratos taped on Apollo shoulder.he turn and see kratos and atreus.
My son wants to give something kratos said as atreus walk to Apollo and gives him a mask(from god of war ragnarok).
Even though you didn't win this is a prize from me atreus said.
Thanks you atreus if my people were still they make you a member of my clan apollo said hugging atreus.
The Daimyo then looked down with sadness and said to rj, "I know my son was rash and foolish, but I mourn his passing."
Same as well,miss big brother already ue-sama locking sad as well.
"Perhaps he is not completely lost." Rj suggested, comforting his friend. "The multiverse holds many mysteries. There is always hope."
The Daimyo smiled at his friend and said, "Perhaps. Thank you my old friend. Now come, gather your family. I must let you go home."
Luz,Sasha,sprig,polly,king,Chris and Apollo bowed to jack and jack bowed back to them before speaking, "It was an honour battling beside you and your friends Luz,Sasha,sprig,polly,king,Chris and Apollo. I hope that someday our paths will cross again."
"It is we who are honoured jack." Luz said, smiling at their new friend. "Thank you for saving my friends life."
"SHe's right. If it hadn't been for you, it would have been the end for me and we will be forever grateful to you." Sasha said, smiling as well.
Rj stood beside her friend and family and then Daimyo tapped the top of kim's trophy as he said, "Farewell and good battle to you all."
The trophy glowed blue as they all said their goodbyes and were transported out of the Battle Nexus. The Daimyo then said, "Farewell my friend. May you live with honour."
Realm defenders,rj and garnet found themselves back home in the lair. Luz was the first one to speak, "We're home."
"Wow! It's almost like it never happened." Sprig commented.
"Oh it happened! And I have the trophy to prove it." Kim I am now the greatest warrior in the trans-dimensional multiverse.
"You only won on a technicality!" Sprig reminded him, starting to get annoyed by his bragging.
Luz chuckled and said,It is good to be home.
