The next day Kimberley is excited and nervous to see Tommy. She is at Angle Grove Park waiting for Tommy for an hour. Just as she was about to leave Tommy finally arrived.

Where in the world were you, I have been waiting here for about an hour.

I am so sorry Kim, I forgot what time it was then I had to take a shower because I was doing martial arts with Jason then he reminded me about my meet-up with you so I sprinted home then I had to a 30-minute shower then got ready, but I got some flowers for you.

Aw thanks, Tommy but I guess old habits don't die hard you still are mr forgetful.

I know everyone still makes fun of me for it Kimberley chuckles at the remark.

So, Kim, how have you been you still do gymnastics?

No after the pan-global games I quit doing it because I got hurt.

What how? Tommy starts getting flashbacks to when Kim fell off the beam the first time and ended up in the hospital.

I was practicing really hard, and I did not take a break. I was feeling dizzy, but I put it off and I blacked out next thing I remember I was in a hospital bed they let me go the next day I had some back soreness for about a week but then it went away I still had two months until the games started. so I had to cut down my rigorous training to take care of myself or else I could get hurt and even worse be paralyzed.

Damn Kim, I am glad you are ok now.

Kim looks at the ground silence falls upon the two ex-rangers both knowing what the other is thinking about, but Tommy can't hold it back anymore and he says what Kim was hoping he never talked about.

Kim, I can't hold it back anymore. Why did you send the letter why would you break my heart like that in front of our friends?

Kim looks at the ground in shame.

Did you know how hurt I was I could not even think straight I was in shock that the girl I loved would do that to me it hurt harder than any monster attack and speaking of attacks the machine empire decided to attack that day and I got hurt pretty bad the others said I was knocked unconscious for two hours and it was because they monster was taunting me about the letter and I froze then next thing I blacked out.

Kimberly is in tears at this point, she did not know what Tommy went through that day.

Then Tommy keeps talking.

The day after I got the letter, I was in a depression, I did not want to eat anything, and I didn't want to leave my room that day, all I could remember was that I was in my bed and cried the whole day. But if it weren't for the other, I probably would never have gotten over that letter.

At this point, Tommy was now in tears after relieving telling the story.

After Tommy is done telling the story Kimberly starts sobbing.

I am so sorry Tommy I never knew what that letter did to you.

YOU DIDN'T KNOW OF COURSE I WAS GOING TO FEEL LIKE SHIT I WASN'T GOING TO BE LIKE OH MY GIRLFRIEND JUST SENT ME A BREAKUP LETTER AND BE HAPPY ABOUT IT Tommy yelled sarcastically.

Kim flinched at the tone Tommy was using he had never yelled at her before.

Now Kim is crying really hard and Tommy, realizing what he did, tries to apologize.

Kim, I am sorry I did not mean to yell at you.

But this falls on deaf ears and Kimberly runs away crying with Tommy on her tail.

KIMBERLY WAIT Tommy says while running after her but then after a while, she can only run so far, and she looks at the flower Tommy gave her and slowly down and slowly falls to the ground and puts her head on her knees and starts to sob like a baby.

Tommy catches up to her and sits next to her.

T-Tommy Kimberly says while crying.

Y- you have every right to yell at me I should have known how you would feel it was a mistake that I made, and I will have to live for the rest of my life knowing that Kim says while sobbing.

I understand if you hate me after everything and then when you saved me and Jason, I couldn't even muster the courage to talk to you and walked away.

No, you stop right there I could never hate you Kim, I love you so much.

You love me Kim says while sniffling.

Yeah, after all this time I still love you even after you sent me that letter, I wanted to be mad at you I wanted to hate you and when I saw you I wanted to scream at you and shake the answer out of you but a part of me could and would never do that to you.

Kimberly Ann Hart, you are the most amazing girl I could ever ask for, no stupid letter would ever break all the awesome memories I made with you. I still have dreams of us being together and I would wake up wondering where you were and what you were up to. A part of me wanted to go to Jason and ask him about you but another part of me thought you were probably married and had kids.

Tommy, the guy I wrote about, we did not even last 3 months, he was nothing like you and I made the biggest mistake writing the stupid piece of paper.

But I also still dream about us too. I also wanted to ask Jason about you, but I thought you would be married to Katherine.

Me and Kat tried dating for a while, but she wasn't you, no one could ever replace you. Kim blushes at the comment. We tried but after a while, we both knew we could not make it work, we broke up after 6 months and we both agreed we would be better off as close friends.

Speaking of Kat how is she Kim asks.

She's good, she is married to someone, and they are living together in London.

Good for her Kim states.

Then silence comes around again then after 2 minutes Kim breaks the silence.

Tommy, I am so sorry about writing that letter, can you ever forgive me? Kim, I forgave you the week after I got the letter. And I am sorry for yelling at you earlier.

All forgiven Kim says.

Then the two started to talk about their lives up to that point and they talked for hours until the sun started to set in the sky.

And then I could not stop singing in falsetto tone Tommy recalls when he and Tanya were under a spell that they both could not stop speaking in song. / authors note if you don't know what I am talking about I am referring to the episode in Power Rangers Zeo Another Song and Dance/ then they made it so that the zords started dancing.

Kimberly starts to laugh uncontrollably at the thought of Tommy singing while trying to speak and the zords dancing.

After she calms down, she looks at the time to see it is 9 pm they have been having a good time chatting.

Man, we have been talking for hours look at the time Kim states.

Yeah, I have to get going I am glad we got back to talking Kim.

Me too Tommy, I see you tomorrow.

Good night.

But before long Kimberly stops and turns around and runs to before he leaves Tommy

TOMMY WAIT Kimberly yells running to him.

Tommy turns around to see Kim running towards him but before he can say something she kisses him.

At first, Tommy is in shock then he closes his eyes and kisses her back.

They both kiss for what they think is for hours, but it has only been 1 minute.

Then they break away and look at each other.

I have been wanting to do that for a long time, Kim says.

Me too Tommy replies calling back to their first kiss.

Now that is over with, I guess my next question will be a piece of cake Kim says

Oh yeah, what's that?

Tommy, will you be my boyfriend again?

Tommy turns around mimicking what Kimberly did after their first kiss.

Well, Tommy Kim asks in a joking manner making a call back to when she did that to Tommy.

Of course, I will be your boyfriend, I did not want to make it too easy for you.

Yes, Kim says, and she jumps into his arms and kisses him passionately.

I love you, my handsome falcon.

I love you too, my beautiful crane.

While they are kissing Kimberly asks Tommy an important question.

Tommy, I have to ask you something.

What is it my beautiful crane Tommy says while kissing her.

Is ok if I sleep at your house today?

Tommy stops kissing her and answers her.

In Kim's mind god, he is still such a gentleman.

Sweet just let me go to my house and get some clothes.

So, Tommy follows Kimberly to her house and waits for her in his car outside then 2 minutes later Kim comes out with a bag of clothes.

I did not know you would need to bring so much clothes for one day Tommy said remarking at the bag of clothes Kim had in her hand.

I am going to stay there for the weekend if that's ok with you.

of course, Tommy replies.

So, with that Tommy leads Kim to his house in the woods.
