Chapter 86
Geass made his way to the roof of Onagishima and all he could see was distruction. Bodies everywhere, the giant hole from Cyclone's lightning attack, craters, smoke filled the air. Geass looked over at the fire dragons that faded from the sky. Geass noticed Cyclone and Kaido fighting off in the distance and smirked.
"I can't leave without getting pay back for all those centuries ago, Muranaka." Geass said.
A shadow appeared from behind a rock, looking at Geass.
"Whoever you are, just come out." Geass said, without turning around.
From behind the rock a light blue-ish creature with four arms outstretched and two small arms holding up a bag behind his back, appeared to Geass.
"I guess I should have said, whatever you are." Geass said mockingly.
In a raspy, snakish voice, the creature spoke.
"Please can you help me? I was kidnapped and tortured by Kaido and his crew, they wanted to study me." The creature said.
Geass folded his arms.
"Beat it disgusting creature. I've got revenge to dish out." Geass said, walking away. The creature followed.
"Pleaseeee... I'd appreciate it vastly!" The creature yelled out.
Geass turned around.
"I said beat it. Or I'll torture you too." Geass said, walking away.
As Geass walked towards the fight, it looked like he was moving away rather than closer!
"What the hell?" Geass asked as he looked back to see a blue light coming from a lantern held up by the creature!
"What is this!?" Geass yelled as he tried to escape.
"You cannot escape! I know how to beat you, GEASS SHOSAN! LORD CYCLONE TAUGHT ME!" The creature yelled.
"DAMN IT!" Geass said as he was in range of the lantern.
BOOOOOOOOOOOOM!
A large blue flame engulfed both the creature and Geass. Further down the roof, Kaido and Cyclone stood off. Kaido stared and Cyclone back. Cyclone looked out at the fire dragons that still fell from the sky.
"Some crew you gathered." Cyclone said.
"You'll be joining them soon." Kaido said coldly.
Cyclone smirked and then chuckled.
"Keep dreaming." Cyclone said with an evil smirk.
Kaido grit his teeth.
"I know you know the truth, Kaido. Just spill it." Cyclone said.
"I don't know what you're talking about." Kaido said with a small sweat.
Cyclone laughed.
"OOOOOO ha ha ha ha! So Vegapunk hasn't been selling you information on me to your crew then?" Cyclone said.
Kaido's eyes widened. Cyclone smiled.
"How in the hell did he know!?" Kaido yelled to himself.
Cyclone continued smiling and grabbed his sword. Kaido and his army flinched.
"I'll get the answer out of you soon enough!" Cyclone yelled.
"Quick attack him before he launches another move!" A soldier said.
"Take the sword! It's the key to his power!" Another yelled.
Cyclone unsheathed his sword and slowly a red aura surrounded his sword. Almost instantly the sword blade burst into flames! Cyclone, with an insane smile, began circling the blade over his head with wide, circular swings. A ring of fire showed over Cyclone's head. When Cyclone held the blade back into the air a giant funnel of fire was behind it!
"Wh-What the hell!?" A soldier yelled.
"How in the hell is he doing that!?"
"That red energy caused the sword to catch flame!"
Cyclone held the sword back as the fire funnel raged behind him.
"These aren't real flames, but they'll melt you all the same!" Cyclone said, slamming the sword on the ground, releasing a massive wave of fire!
"GET OUT OF THE WAY!"
"DO YOU WANT TO DIE!? GET MOVING!"
Soldiers scattered everywhere and just as many were swallowed up by the flames. Kaido watched as the flames made their way towards him and opened his mouth to shoot a blast breath at the fire wall.
BOOOOOOOOM!
Fire and smoke filled the rooftop as survivors of the fire attack watched.
"Good job, Kaido-sama!"
"We knew you could do something!"
Kaido watched the smoke carefully as something came out of it!
"AHHHHHHH!" Cyclone yelled slamming his sword onto Kaido's kanabo. Kings haki scattered all over, knocking out those who were too weak to stand in its presence. '
"Stay back if you're weak! You'll be knocked out!" A soldier ordered.
Cyclone gave Kaido and insane look as his sword started to slowly cut through the kanabo. Kaido raged and forced Cyclone away. As Cyclone flew through the air Kaido dashed over to him.
"What spe-" Cyclone was interrupted by the kanabo slamming down on him. Cyclone had barely blocked it with his sword.
"Shambles!" Cyclone said, immediately teleporting above Kaido.
Kaido turned and looked up at Cyclone.
"HOW THE HELL!?" Soldiers yelled in unison.
"That was... Trafalgar's technique! When did he-" Kaido yelled to himself as he looked around to see the entire island in one big room!
"He's been fighting like this... all while keeping this room up!? What the hell is he!?" Kaido yelled.
Cyclone smiled as he took off his jacket and dropped it to the ground below. As it fell, Cyclone created a small room and coated his sword in it.
"K-Room..." Cyclone said as he pointed the sword down towards the jacket. Almost immediately the sword blade stretched towards the jacket as if to impale it! Kaido was confused until instantaneously he was switched with the jacket just as the sword got close.
"HOW!?" Kaido yelled.
Cyclone smiled as the sword pierced Kaido's body. Kaido coughed up blood.
"I already know your haki is too strong to be teleported by room alone!" Cyclone yelled down to Kaido.
Through clenched teeth, Kaido spoke.
"Then-Then how did you swap me and that jacket!?" Kaido asked.
"Ask Vegapunk!" Cyclone laughed, "SHOCK WILLIE!"
BOOOOOOOOM ZAP!
Instantly Kaido's insides were fried by lightning. Kaido's eyes rolled back in his head slightly but he regained consciousness and would have fell over if not propped up on his Kanabo. Kaido breathed in and out heavily through his burned throat. Cyclone walked towards Kaido with his byakugan and rinnegan active. The army readied their weapons.
"Stop Shogun from inflicting any more damage on lord Kaido!" A soldier yelled.
"YEAHHHHHHHH!" The army agreed, rushing Cyclone, who smiled.
Cyclone blocked a hit to his left, broke the man's jaw with a clean elbow and kicked him away, ducking an enemy sword slash that cut down one of their own. Cyclone took the man's arm, broke it, and collected his sword and began chopping down men with two swords. An enemy tried to stab Cyclone from behind but the latter dodged it without even looking and kicked the sword out of the soldier's hand, jumped in the air and kicked it back down into the soldier's chest. Cyclone then channled electricity into the sword he stole and stabbed a man through the chest, kicked him into a crowd, and the electricty travled to each and every solder with a sword in their hand, electrocuting them and killing them.
"What the hell is he! He's dodging attacks without even looking!" A soldier yelled.
"Lord Kaido please help us!" Another solider yelled.
Cyclone then got in position.
"8 trigrams: 500 palms!" Cyclone yelled as he dashed through 500 men, striking vital organs with only two fingers.
"WE'RE DROPPING LIKE FLIES!" A soldier yelled.
"HOW IS HE DOING ALL THIS!?" Another yelled.
Kaido, still breathing heavily in and out, watched all this destruction and thought back to his last meeting with Vegapunk.
FLASHBACK (22 years ago)
On Wano, a younger Kaido and Vegapunk discussed Psycho and Cyclone. King, Queen, and the Tobi Roppo attended as well.
"Certain abilities can be used by him within certain time limits, and some of his abilities are actually limitless, but they all have the same common denominator. His eyes." Vegapunk said.
"His eyes?" Kaido questioned.
"His eyes! As former members of MADS, Cyclone and I were hunted by the Marines quite a bit. Cyclone usually did all the heavy lifting, but the thing I noticed was that any time he did certain attacks his eyes changed colors. He told me it was just something that was in his family, but with my ever growing thirst for knowledge I grew suspicious. And I couldn't believe what I uncovered..." Vegapunk paused.
"Get on with it you old bat!" Queen yelled.
"Through Government records I came across men and women who possessed a unique ability to alter themselves or their environment around themselves by using their vision! The only problem is... based on the abilities I've seen Cyclone use... the last man he could've taken an ability from... was from a man named, "Cosmo Lakatashi" at some point he stumbled across the Government and they got a file on him, the only problem is... Cosmo was alive almost 200 years ago..." Vegapunk said.
"200 YEARS!? HOW THE HELL IS CYCLONE 200 YEARS OLD AND STILL WALKING AROUND!?" Queen yelled.
Who's-Who was especially interested.
"And that's the thing!... Based on what I've studied, he could be even older than that! Of all the abilities I've seen in the files, Cyclone can use most of them, he's been training with masters of different times and killing them for their powers!" Vegapunk revealed, "I don't know how he's kept himself so young... but I bet one of those abilities those eyes have is doing it! Cyclone is a master in nen and the art of the shinobi also, but those eyes... hold powers no man should have control over."
"So he's an immortal monster with limitless abilites... we'll need to throw everything we have at just that one man if he ever comes for us." King said.
Vegapunk held up a finger.
"That's where you're wrong Mr. King. Cyclone somehow has eternal youth, but he is not immortal, he can be killed, he's told me, but it's like you said, you'd have to throw everything you can at him... you might even... have to be willing to die with him." Vegapunk said.
END OF FLASHBACK
Kaido stared into space until he looked down at Cyclone who had removed his turban. Kaido's eyes slightly widened.
"I see..." Cyclone said, "So he told you quite a bit."
Kaido grit his teeth and breathed heavily.
"He's been reading my mind this whole time..." Kaido said, thinking back to how Cyclone found out about Vegapunk.
"It's true. I've lived for centuries and I've fought my way through ages and collected the abilities of many men along the way, my nen and jutsu are my own power. You see, Vegapunk told you some good advice, watching out for my optical abilities." Cyclone said.
DOOOOOM! Lightning filled the sky and thunder crashed as a black "M" rest on Cyclone's forehead.
"But he didn't tell you everything." Cyclone said with an evil smile.
Geass jumped away and conjured three purple knives in between his fingers and threw them at the creature who caught them and put them in his bag.
"These will be worth a fortune!" The creature said as Geass disappeared and re-appeared in front of him, a red orb in his hand.
"A fortune you won't live to collect... goodbye beast, raw vortex..." Geass got ready to blast the creature in the face.
"BLADE PISTOL!" A man yelled slicing up Geass's arm from a distance.
"ARGH!" Geass let out as the creature ran towards him with four daggers.
Geass conjured a spear and blocked the attacks. Geass looked up to see a horned man above him.
"TEMPEST KICK!" The man yelled kicking a wind blade at Geass who dodged it. Who's-Who landed next to the creature and the two stared at Geass.
"Who the hell are you?" The creature asked.
"I am Who's-Who, what the hell are you!?" Who's-Who yelled.
"I am the Collector, right hand to Lord Cyclone!" Collector said.
"Really!? So you can put in a good word for me?" Who's-Who asked.
The Collector looked at the slash on Who's-Who's chest.
"Lord Cyclone has already easily defeated you, you're of no use to us." Collector said.
"Are you serious!? Cyclone is a freak! I never stood a chance!" Who's-who explained.
"Well... you have a point, help me kill the traitor and we can talk to Cyclone." The Collector explained.
Geass smiled.
"If you two weirdo's think you're getting in the way of my revenge, you can think again." Geass said with a smirk.
Collector and Who's-Who got in fighting stances.
Kaido and Cyclone stared each other down.
"So you've got a tattoo... so what?" Kaido said.
"OOOOOOOO HA HA HA HA HA! A tattoo! That's rich!" Cyclone laughed as he pointed to the M, "This mark is proof that the only thing I am is pure evil. This insignia is the mark you receive when every bit of evil has been brought out in you. Basically..."
"No reason to hold back..." Kaido said.
Cyclone pointed at Kaido.
"Exactly." Cyclone said, shooting a finger beam towards Kaido!
Kaido was able to dodge but a man in silver armor and rinnegan eyes flew down at him and grabbed one of his horns, pulling Kaido down towards the ground, when the man landed he flipped Kaido off his feet and onto his back!
"HOW IN THE HELL!?" Soldiers yelled.
Kaido's kanabo flew into the air and another Cyclone caught it. Kaido could see the real Cyclone above him but as he tried to get up, he couldn't move. His hands and feet had been impaled with weird black rods.
"What is this!?" Kaido yelled, "Men do something!"
Before the army could get involved 5 other men and one woman joined the armored man.
"Who-Who the hell are these guys!?" A soldier yelled.

The 6 figures all stood menacingly in front of the army. They all had the same rinnegan Cyclone had. Kaido noticed this.
"All this... from a pair of eyes!? That damn science punk was telling the truth... His abilities are that of a demon... but those eyes... posess the powers of a devil!" Kaido yelled to himself, trying to get up, but couldn't. Kaido watched as the path's ran into the army and decimated them. Cosmo took men's souls from their bodies with his hands, Ishimari transformed parts of his body into mechanical weapons using them to cut down and blow up enemies, Oshisuda used her powers to summon demonic creatures, Hiori sucked men dry of their energy only by grabbing them, Nokawa used the King of Hell summoning to swallow thousands of men whole, and Tsutaki used his abilities to blast men away in bursts of air, also using black rods to impale and stab people.
Blood ran all over the roof top as Cyclone raised Kaido's kanabo above his head and filled it with haki.
"It won't end here like this! I WON'T LET IT!" Kaido yelled, struggling to get up.
"Don't you get it Kaido!? You were doomed to lose from the start! You could never ever dream of matching up to me, I've got too many years of experience! I've taken down thousands men, women, and children through the course of history who possessed your same devil fruit! Thank me! For being the reason you were able to eat it in the first place, after you die, I'll make sure no one ever eats it again!" Cyclone yelled. Kaido grit his teeth in anger.
"WELL THEN DO IT!" Kaido yelled.
Before Cyclone could attack he dodged a beam that almost went through his back. Geass grit his teeth and noticed one of the path's looking right at him.
"He saw the beam so Cyclone did too!?" Geass said to himself.
Cyclone became angry.
"What the hell... is Geass doing... ALIVE!?" Cyclone yelled, charging Geass.
Geass smiled and loaded an attack.
"HELL BOLAS!" Collector yelled.
The attack Geass had loaded up fired from his hand as the bolas, enchanged with heaven's flame, binded Geass and kept him from using his powers. Cyclone charged form him with Kaido's kanabo.
"Excellent work Collector! You've mastered the heaven's flame enchanement just like I taught you! Geass is a master sorcerer, and those eyes make him even more of a threat, but that's the danger of using Unholy Magic, although ridiculously powerful, they're easily surpressed by Heavenly magic!" Cyclone yelled as he got closer.
"DAMN DAMN!" Geass yelled as he grit his teeth, Collector danced behind Geass.
"Finish him your excellency!" Collector yelled.
"Finish him Cyclone-sama!" Who's=Who yelled.
Cyclone was confused as to how Who's-who was still alive, but he was more focused on Geass! Cyclone pumped haki into the kanabo and got ready to slam it down on Geass.
"Goodbye, for good Shosan!" Cyclone yelled.
BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!
A massive fireball consumed Cyclone, Collector, and Who's-Who! Geass looked over with shock to see the three gone! Collector's spell over Geass went away due to this and Geass was free once more. Geass turned to see Kaido in dragon form looking right at him.
"You! Your blast knocked away one of those rods and freed me, but you're also the one who killed Queen weren't you!? You still have to die!" Kaido said.
Geass smiled and loaded up a hand of unholy magic.
"Bring it on, Dragon." Geass said.
Further down the roof, Who's-Who was unconscious, Collector had conjured a shield of magic at the last second, but Cyclone had taken the full brunt of Kaido's blast. His entire body was burned severly, his mouth open wide and his eyes in the back of his head. Collector hurried to his feet to check on Cyclone.
"No... no no no no no! Your excellency! You have to survive! You have to!" Collector reached into his bag and pulled out a holy grail and put it to Cyclone's chest.
thump... thump... thump...
"His heart is beating! He's alive!" Collector danced.
As Collector danced Cyclone began to stand, but it wasn't Cyclone standing on his own. His body was surrounded in a blue energy, his eyes completely black. Who's-who got to his feet and saw Cyclone and Collector backing away from him.
"This... is not good! They killed Lord Cyclone!" Collector said.
"You just said he was alive! He-He's standing right there isn't he!?" Who's-who asked.
Collector slowly turned.
"No... Lord Cyclone's body is moving... but nobody is home... except for... Jambavan...!" Collector said.
"Jambavan? Who the hell is that!?" Who's-who asked as Cyclone roared as if he were a bear. The bubbly coat took the form of a bear outlined outside of Cyclone and Cyclone blasted away back towards the battlefield.
"Jambavan is Lord Cyclone's post mortem ability... Jambavan lives within Cyclone and when Cyclone dies, he is released... and when he is released... no one is safe!" Collector said.
"So what the hell do we do!?" Who's-who said, "We'll die if we go get in the middle of that fight." Who's-Who said.
"Do what you like, you got lucky you survived against Lord Cyclone anyway, I'm going to get my revenge on that Shosan!" Collector said, running off towards the fight.
Who's-Who sighed and ran after Collector.
As Cyclone and co made their way back to the fight, Geass had produced flames under his feet to provide him with flight as he gracefully dodged Kaido's wind blades and blast breath. Geass stopped above Kaido and held up two hands, they shone a dark red. Geass claspsed his hands together.
"Secret Hippocamps: Technique #21, Hellish hands of the unknown." Geass said, separating his hands. When he did, two giant dark red hands appeared above him.
"I'd be surprised but I've seen enough!" Kaido yelled, blasting a blast breath that Geass easily deflected with one of the giant hands. Kaido was annoyed. Geass smiled and sent the hands down to grab Kaido. Kaido hurried and flew away, dodging as each hand tried to grab him. Geass swirled his hands around each other building up energy as Kaido dodged the hands.
"Secret Hippocamps" Technique #92, Damned Etheri!" Geass yelled as a massive beam shot from the ball of energy, destroying everything. Kaido tried to dodge the beam and hands but was eventually caught up by one of the hands that effortlessly grabbed Kaido and threw him across the roof. Kaido looked back up with anger.
"What the hell... ARE THESE BRATS!?" Kaido yelled as he noticed a dark blue figure coming towards them.
"What is that?" Kaido asked out loud. Geass looked back to see the blue figure coming up fast.
"No way...! NO WAY!" Geass yelled.
Jambavan looked up at Geass through Cyclone's completely blacked out eyes and held up a hand towards Geass. Instantly a shockwave was created in the air blasting Geass out the sky! Geass coughed up a heavy amount of blood.
"A shockwave... out of thin air!?" Kaido yelled to himself.
As Geass fell Jambavan caught Geass with a punch to the gut, choked him, then kicked him across the roof. Collector ran up and threw his enchanted mace at Geass, catching him and dragging him back to Jambavan who kneed Geass in the stomach and clasped his hands together, slamming them on Geass's back, sending him crashing into the roof below. Kaido couldn't believe what he was seeing. Then, Cyclone's body, taken over by "Jambavan" targeted Kaido and rushed him.
"BLAST BREATH!" Kaido blasted a fire ball at Jambavan who held out a hand and blasted the fire ball into multiple little ones, sending them crashing all over the rooftop.
"WATCH OUT FOR US YOUR EXCELLENCY!" Collector yelled as he stood over an unconcious Geass. Who's-Who was in shock.
"Is this the power... That Nika faced!?" Who's-who asked.
"Nooooooo!" Collector hissed, "Jambavan is the power that KILLED Nika!"
Who's-Who's mouth dropped open as Jambavan stared at Kaido and smoke took over his body. Kaido watched with shock.
"His eyes... DAMN THE EYES THIS IS A WHOLE OTHER LEVEL! VEGAPUNK DIDN'T MENTION ANYTHING OF THIS MAGNITUDE!" Kaido yelled to himself.
Suddenly a roar was heard as a giant pawed foot slammed on the ground, then another.
"He's here! Jambavan is here!" Collector danced, Geass finally opened his eyes and was actually filled with fright. Everything came back to him now. 450 years ago, the day he died and his kingdom and everyone he knew were all killed, was by this very beast. When the smoke cleared, a giant bear with blue fur and sunken eyes stood tall. As tall as Kaido's dragon form is long.
"HE'S MASSIVE!" Who's-Who yelled, "Nika fought this!?"
"And he did well! But it wasn't enough! Jambavan won't go away until his targets are GONE! Once you see Jambavan there isn't anywhere you can go, there isn't anywhere you can run! Your fate is sealed!" Collector explained.
Jambavan held out a hand and a giant khakkhara appeared. The beast just stood menacingly. Kaido was filled with rage and anger.
"I AM THE STRONGEST CREATURE IN THE WORLD! I WILL WIN THIS FIGHT!" Kaido said, blasting a blast breath, which Jambavan noncheliantly deflected. Kaido charged Jambavan but Kaido was choked and easily slammed into the ground, Jambavan drug Kaido through the rocky ground and threw him across the roof. As Kaido slowly floated back into the air, the ruby on the crown of Jambavan began to glow and shot a beam straight for Kaido, missing his head but chopping off an arm.
"GAHHHHHH!" Kaido yelled, sending another blast breath the monster's way. Jambavan smacked the blast into the ground sending it through the roof and into the rooms below. Jambavan stared at Kaido, motionless. Once Kaido began talking Jambavan readied his staff.
"YOU THINK YOU'VE WON!? YOU HAVEN'T WON NOTHING!" Kaido blasted the air around him with blast breath, encasing him in fire.
"IF YOU THINK I'M DYING HERE, TO SOME FOSSIL, YOU'RE MISTAKEN!" Kaido yelled, charging Jambavan.
As Kaido charged Jambavan, Geass created an energy blade on his hand and chopped off one of Collector's feet.
"AHHHHHHH!" Collector yelled.
"Hey!" Who's-Who yelled.
Geass put a hand up and loaded an attack.
"E-E-Excorsi... Fissure..." Geass shot a precise, sharp, dark red beam at Jamavan but Who's-who attacking Geass knocked the attack off course and the attack cut right through Jambavan's arm!
"UUUUAGGGGGGGGGG" The beast moned as its arm fell to the ground below.
"Cyclone!" Who's-Who yelled, on top of Geass. Geass turned and punched Who's-Who.
"Get the hell off me... I'm getting out of here." Geass said, firing a beam through Who's-Who's chest.
"GUAGGG!" Who's-who let out.
Geass smirked with blood running down his mouth and limped away. Kaido, filled with new confidence, charged even quicker.
"I'm still going to track him down and kill him later but thanks for the help magic fool!" Kaido said, but Jambavan's head snapped back down and his mouth shut. He slammed his foot down and still brought the staff down slamming it against Kaido's face. A loud gong was heard and a blinding light shined so bright it appeared to be day time for miles, until it faded back to night time.
Clouds gathered over the roof top. Bodies, blood, and destruction were everywhere. Who's-Who lay in a pool of blood, Collector next to him, both bleeding out severely. Thunder crashed as Jambavan stood tall. Kaido, was nowhere to be found. It was as if he disappeared into thin air. Where did he go? No one knows. Not even Jambavan. Suddenly, Jambavan's stomach poked out and ran up his body, up this throat, and into his mouth. Jambavan leaned over and vomitted a new Cyclone out of his mouth and poofed away in a massive cloud of smoke. Cyclone was on his knees. The rain had began to slam against his body as well as the battlefield. Cyclone breathed heavily in and out until he cocked back and let out a massive scream. So loud, blood began to come out of his mouth. A man's scream mixed with the roar of a bear could be heard with the crashing thunder and rain.
This is the power of Cyclone's post-mortem devil fruit, the God-God fruit, Model: Jambavan.
