Huaca's monster did not materialize from the wall. It was the flat, 1500 ATK blue spider on the wall.
"Well, that's a letdown." Yuhi expected more after that summon chant.
"Wo-ho-hoy~!" Damamu didn't seem to think so. "My graffiti!"
"Your graffiti?" Yudias made an addled noise.
"Mm…" Yuhi pondered. "Now that ya mention it, it does look like the graffiti ya spray-painted."
The Neighbourhood Delinquent Alien Watch had thanked Damamu for defacing property, as those in the Alien Residential Area utilized Damamu's coloured lines as geographical markers not to get lost.
"Ahaha. You noticed, chulla? 'Artists Who Inspire You' was the theme of the card creation contest, chulla. I really liked your graffiti and saw it every day on my way home from school, so I hope it's okay I entered it in the contest, chulla!"
"Submitting copies of the Earthdamar's art?" Copyko domineered beneath her shades. "Straight-up plagiarism is against the rules, but I'm impressed a child had the audacity to –"
"Yay! Somebody finally copied me!" Damamu was ecstatic.
"You aren't mad, chulla?"
"Mm-mm! A Rush Duel with monsters I spray-painted…That's the best! I can't wait to see what comes next!"
"It's this, chulla! Whenever I summon a Level 5 monster named on Undergroundbound Murusglyph, my Field Magic activates an effect, chulla! By sending my Blizzard Lizard to the Graveyard…"
The spider on the wall spun a stream of silk, cocooning Nikotamabot and spinning it like a top over to Huaca's field.
"…Uru takes control of your monster, and switches it to Defence Position, chulla!"
"Tamabot's dizzy, ehehe!"
"Battle, chulla! Undergroundbound Icon Uru, attack Damamu directly! Hello Thread!"
"Whee! 1500!" (Damamu LP 4000 ↓ 2500)
"I end my turn, chulla! Damamu, show me whatcha got!"
"Sure thing, Huaca! C'mere, draw! I summon Ms. Tamabot!" (Level 1 EARTH Machine/Effect ATK 0 DEF 200)
"Ms. Tamabot? Yuhi, there is a Ms. Tamabot?"
"If Damamu has it, Yudias…" Yuhi dinged his cowbell by mistake again.
"Can I try out Ms. Tamabot's effect? I send Ms. Tamabot to the Graveyard along with one other card in my hand, and Special Summon my Tamabots back from the Graveyard!"

"I release two to Advance Summon Blue-Tooth Burst Dragon!" (Level 7 LIGHT Dragon/Effect ATK 2500 DEF 1500)
"Ooh! This is Blue-Tooth Burst Dragon, chulla? Like the one from the Galaxy Cup on TV?"
"I send the top card of my Deck to the Graveyard to activate Blue-Tooth's effect! All monsters with 1500 ATK or lower on your field are destroyed!"
Uru was erased, the wall scrubbed spotless again.
"Then! This card's ATK goes up by 300 for every destroyed monster until the end of turn!"
Blue-Tooth's yellow aura amplified it. (ATK 2500 ↑ ATK 2800)
"I set two cards! Blue-Tooth Burst Dragon goes for Nikotamabot, ya-yay!"
"Nikotamabot's in Defence Position, so I don't take damage, chulla." (Huaca LP 2700)
"Turn end!" (ATK 2800 ↓ ATK 2500)
"My turn! Draw, chulla! I summon Blizzard Lizard, and release! Transcending many years time, the door to the Alien Residential Area opens once more! May our souls feed on food from all the different worlds! Descend! Undergroundbound Icon Aslla piscu!" (Level 5 DARK Winged Beast/Effect ATK 1250 DEF 1250)
The selfsame smoky tendrils had spray-painted a green hummingbird on the wall Uru was on.
"Undergroundbound Murusglyph's effect, chulla! When Undergroundbound Icon Aslla piscu is summoned, I can return Aslla piscu to my hand to destroy one monster on your field and do 800 damage to you, chulla!"
Blue-Tooth was pecked through by Aslla piscu's beak. (Damamu LP 2500 ↓ 1700)
"Yahoo! But check this out! When Blue-Tooth is destroyed, I activate my Trap Card, 1-Up, Special Summoning a Level 1 Normal Monster from my Graveyard!"

"Now I send Tamabot to the Graveyard for my other Trap, Dragonic Troy Horse! That's right! That's not really Tamabot! It's…BLUE-TOOTH BURST DRAGON!" (Level 7 LIGHT Dragon/Effect ATK 2500 DEF 1500)
"Sneaky, Damamu! But there's more where that came from, chulla! I summon Ganigumo, and release! Descend! Undergroundbound Icon Ccapac Apu!" (Level 5 DARK Demon/Effect ATK 1500 DEF 1250)
This time, the smoke spray-painted an orange giant.
"With my Field Magic's effect, this turn, Ccapac Apu gains ATK equal to its original ATK, and if it destroys your monster by battle, you take damage equal to half that monster's ATK, chulla!" (ATK 1500 ↑ ATK 3000)
"I wonder about that!"
"What?"
"I still have one more Trap! Advance Lock! Undergroundbound Icon Ccapac Apu is flipped to face-down Defence Position!"
Ccapac Apu's molten palms melted back into the wall.
"You're good! I set a card, and end my turn, chulla!"
"And it's my turn again! Draw! MIRACLE TAMA FUSION! I'll return to my Deck and use as materials Blue-Tooth Burst Dragon on my field and Tamabot in my Graveyard! This meeting is thanks to fate, karma, and destiny! It wasn't a coincidence! Fusion Summon! Tamabot Burst Dragon!" (Level 7 EARTH Dragon/Fusion/Effect ATK 2500 DEF 2500)
"Damamu's Ace!"
"Magic Card, 'Defence' Sealing! I change Ccapac Apu back to face-up Attack Position!"
Undergroundbound Icon Ccapac Apu (ATK 1500)
"Now I can send cards from the top of my Deck equal to the Tamabots in both our Graveyards to activate Tamabot Burst Dragon's effect! This card's ATK goes up by 1000! Then if any of the monsters that went to the Graveyard had 1500 or lower ATK, I can choose a face-up monster on your field with 1500 or more ATK and destroy it!"
Yuhi darkened. Ahh! I'm havin' flashbacks!
"Magic Card…TRAP CARD? Ehhh? I didn't get any monsters with 1500 or lower ATK!"
"But Tamabot Burst Dragon got a nice clear coating of plus 1000!" Mokeida scritchy-scratched. (ATK 2500 ↑ ATK 3500)
"Haha! I set some cards! Can I attack? YES!"
"I shuffle Aslla piscu from my hand into my Deck! Trap Card, Furor of the Undergroundbound Icon! I excavate the top two cards of my Deck, and if either is a Level 5 monster with a different name than the monster I shuffled in, if you destroy Ccapac Apu by battle this turn, we both take your monster's ATK as damage, chulla!"
"3500?"
"One of the cards I excavated is Undergroundbound Icon Cusillu!"

"What'll it be, Damamu? You're not attacking, right, chulla?"
"Nope! I am!"

"W-wait, Damamu!"
