"Mm, what the?" asked Marinette Dupian-Cheng as she woke up to find herself in a dark room that was definitely not her bedroom where she had gone to sleep.
"Where am I?" she asked with a worried expression while sitting up from the floor.
"That's what we have been wondering," came a voice from behind her.
"Who are all of you?" asked Marinette while turning to see seven other people, a robot, and a pig.
"I'm Rei Hino, they're Homura Akemi, Vesper Vasquez, Killua Zoldyck, Saphentite Neikes, Rory Takakura, and Aoi Ichijō," said a girl with long black hair as she motioned to the others while saying their names.
"Hey, don't forget about us!" the pig suddenly yelled while standing next to the robot.
"Oh, and that's Hawk and Alpha Fifty-Five," said Rei.
"It looks like we all have come from different worlds," said Tikki, who came from Marinette's purse.
"Whoa, what is this little thing?" asked Rory as she moved closer to get a better look at the small kwami.
"That's a long story," said Marinette.
"One that we don't have time for right now," came a voice as a sliding door opened and filled the room with a bright white light.
"It can't be," said Homura as she noticed a familiar figure in the light.
"How long has it been, Homura?" asked Kyubey as he stepped into the room.
"I don't know why you brought us here, but I do know that I'm going to kill you," said Homura as she transformed at the sametime a rocket launcher formed in her hands.
"That won't work here," said Kyubey as Homura pulled the trigger but nothing happened.
"This place is built to keep your power from working outside of the training area and outside so no damage will come to the base and risk everyone's lives inside it," the small cat creature said.
"Alright, will someone please explain what is going on here?" asked Vesper who was looking at them with a confused expression.
