Ruins Zone - Earlier

Dozens of buildings were leaning sideways with massive dents and holes. The massive pile of destruction made traversing through the Ruins Zone a literal nightmare. The two students that had foolishly attacked the Shadowy Villain at the entrance had to deal with this bizarre environment. Fortunately for them, the Ruins Zone wasn't a problem for their quirks. Katsuki Bakugo and Eijiro Kirishima teleported into the zone high in the air. Bakugo created explosions to slow down his descent while Kirishima hardened his skin and cannonballed into the roof of a building. Bakugo landed on the roof of the building and jumped down the hole that Kirishima made. The two managed to survive the fall but the fight was only getting started. The two students were quickly flooded with an army of villains ready to tear into them. What the villains didn't realize that day was that they never should've entered the zone with the student with an explosion quirk.

Explosions rocked the building as Bakugo fired shot after shot of his stored up sweat with his gauntlet. The villains that dared attempt to attack the angry teen were instantly destroyed. Villains on the ground floor looked up at the damaged building and saw the explosions. They saw a number of villains fly out of the building in the explosions. The sight caused many to just stay on the ground floor and hide.

The other villains that didn't want to deal with the exploding boy dealt with an equally tough opponent. Kirishima's hardened skin proved itself to be durable against a whole set of weapons that stabbed his skin. Kirishima used his arms as weapons and brought hard hitting chops on villains weapons and armor, breaking them easily. One kick or punch was enough to knock the villains down. Bakugo defeated dozens of villains with his explosions while Kirishima took down the ones left standing. To the small-time villains, the sight of the two students was comparable to the unstoppable force and the immovable object. Except instead of fighting each other they teamed up and conquered the planet.

The small-time villains were easily taken care of in the struggle. Leaving just the slightly more experienced villains left. But even with their experience, the two proved too much to handle. Bakugo glared at the two villains that charged towards him and jumped at them. He raised his hand up high and activated his quirk.

"Say goodbye!" Bakugo shouted, dropping his hand to the floor. His quirk activated and bombed the floor, sending the two villains flying into the wall. The force of the impact left craters as the villains slid to the floor, unconscious.

Kirishima used his arm as a sword and blocked a swing from a villain's sword. The villain's sword proved to be the weaker weapon and broke in half from Kirishima's chops. The villain was shocked to see his sword was so ineffective against the teens hardened skin. He took a step back and mumbled in fear before getting hit with another chop to the chest. The hit from Kirishima managed to break through the villain's golden armor and knocked him unconscious.

The two students took deep breaths as their fights had ended. Bakugo stared down at the two unconscious villains on his side and caught his breath. Kirishima checked to see if his villain was unconscious and relaxed.

"I think that's the last of these guys. Bunch of weaklings." Bakugo said, dropping his guard.

"Alright. Let's hurry and find the rest of our class. If we're both still in the USJ, then everyone else probably is too. And not all of them have the offensive skills we do." Kirishima said, softening his skin.

"We gotta make sure they're safe. Especially since we screwed things up when we got in the way earlier. If Thirteen had been able to suck up that villain, then we never would've been separated like that. We have to make it up to the others." Kirishima said, reflecting on their foolish assault. Bakugo listened to Kirishima's words and silently scoffed. He was also aware of the mistake he made trying to stop the villain. Bakugo thought about the villain and his teleportation quirk and narrowed his eyes. He was annoyed that the villain had managed to teleport him. He quickly thought about his condition and shrugged off his tiredness. He had to show that villain not to mess with him. While he was thinking about the villain, movement in his peripheral vision had caught his eye. Bakugo realized there was a villain camouflaged on the ceiling. He made no effort to make it aware that it was seen and answered Kirishima.

"You wanna track everyone down, have fun. But I'm gonna destroy that warpy bastard." Bakugo said, wanting payback.

"Huh? Our physical attacks didn't hurt that guy. C'mon, don't be an idiot, man." Kirishima said, annoying Bakugo even more.

"Shut up. I'm gonna take him down because he's their way in and out." Bakugo shouted. The villain behind Bakugo quietly dropped down to the floor and slowly approached the student.

"If I cut off their escape route they'll be stuck here and have to pay for what they've done. We'll just have to figure it out." Bakugo shouted, getting his point across. The villain slowly reached jumping distance towards Bakugo and pulled out its knife.

"Hope you've had fun chit-chatting." The villain said, leaping up into the air, "Too bad you let your guard dow-"

Before he could strike Bakugo with his knife, Bakugo brought his hand onto the villain's head and squeezed. He shoved the villains head to the ground and bombed the villain's face.

"Anyway. If all these villains are small fries like these guys were, then our classmates can handle them." Bakugo said, staring at the unconscious villain in his grasp.

"That reaction time was insane. Also, since when'd you act so calm and rational? Usually you're all like, Die. Die. Die." Kirishima asked, creating a monstrous portrayal of Bakugo in his head.

"I'm always calm and rational you red haired loser!" Bakugo yelled, insulted by the comment.

"Yeah. There you are." Kirishima smiled, recognizing the angry look on his face. Bakugo stared at him menacingly and scoffed. He turned around and headed for the exit.

"Go find the others if you want to." Bakugo said, tired of listening to Kirishima.

"Wait, hold up. I think what you're really saying is that you believe in our classmates! And that's thinking like a man, Bakugo." Kirishima said, hardening his skin. Bakugo stared back at him with an unamused glare. He continued his walk over to the exit and passed by several dozen knocked out bodies in the hallway. His thoughts drifted as he walked down the empty stairwell down the building. Thoughts of the two people he was annoyed by most occupied his head. He remembered the last conversation he had with Habanero before entering the USJ.

"Kacchan please don't tell anybody. I'm begging you." Habanero's voice pleaded. Bakugo groaned at the voice in his head. He managed to keep the thought away during his fight, but now that he was safe, it was returning to him.

"Fine… But after this, I want answers. From the both of you." His internal voice said, "I don't know what this is, Habanero, but if it's something illegal. He's dead."

Bakugo scoffed out loud, thinking about his own memories. That conversation already felt like it was hours ago yet they were only here for thirty minutes. He exited the building and groaned once more, stuffing his bare hand in his pocket.

"There's no way that dumbass would break the law." Bakugo thought, he raised his head up and stared up at the ceiling. He suddenly felt the ground beneath him shake. Standing his ground, he heard a loud bang in the distance and looked up. His eyes widened in surprise at the sight of a beam of fire rising up and tearing a hole in the ceiling. Behind him, he heard running and turned around. Kirishima had caught up to him and waved. Bakugo scoffed and turned back around, returning to staring at the ceiling. Kirishima looked at Bakugo and followed his eyes. His eyes widened too when he saw what was happening. The two of them watched the blast of fire until it had returned to the ground.

"Woah, what was that just now?" Kirishima asked. Bakugo didn't reply. His attention was focused entirely on the beam of fire. He tried to think of who could have done that and thought of only one person. He had a feeling he knew who it was.

"Was that? Izuku?" Kirishima asked, walking up to Bakugo. Bakugo saw Kirishima approach and snapped out of his surprised face, quickly returning to his standard glare.

"No. That beam was made of fire." Bakugo replied, clenching his fists.

"Fire? Hey, you don't think it was Ami, do you?" Kirishima asked, feeling concern. Bakugo narrowed his eyes and scoffed. He shook his head and resumed walking. Bakugo was getting tired of underestimating the twins. If Habanero did that, then she must have been in danger. He grit his teeth and tighten his grip.

"Damnit, Habanero. If you die before telling me what's going on, I'm gonna kill you." Bakugo thought, feeling his anger rise up.

Between The Fire and Flood Zones - Present

Ami sighed in relief as she entered the water. Ojiro and Izuku had assisted in dragging her to the edge of the Flood Zone's artificial lake. Sparks of light still zapped her lips as she dove her head into the water. The water was nice and made her feel a lot better after going through what happened at the Fire Zone. Ami made sure her nose was above the water so she could still breath and closed her eyes. She kept her arms out of the water and reclined on the ledge. She relaxed and felt her body's temperature start to lower, much to her relief.

"Are you okay, Ami?" Tsu asked, swimming up to Ami. Ami gently opened her eyes and stared at Tsu with a tired expression. She felt completely drained after her experience fighting multiple villains. She felt lucky, Ojiro had happened to get sent to the Fire Zone as well. Ami felt her head droop down her forehead and looked up at it. She took it off her head and placed it upside down on the ground. Glancing back at Tsu, she realized she was waiting for an answer and shrugged. She lifted her head up and removed her mouth out of the water.

"I'm okay, now. But that Fire Zone really took a toll on me." Ami admitted, feeling her stomach start to hurt a little.

"What happened in there?" Izuku asked, giving his sister a distressed look. Ami looked at Izuku as he slid back down into the water beside her. Both Ami and Ojiro wondered why Izuku was going back into the water. She made a glance toward Ojiro and hoped he would explain it for her. He caught her eyes and nodded, speaking up for Ami.

"We were both sent to the Fire Zone from that purple guy and got swarmed by a bunch of villains. One of them had some kind of fire quirk that turned his body into a volcano. If I wasn't there to grab Ami in time, she might've been killed by that villain's lava attack."

"That sounds way scarier than the villains here." Mineta said, covering his mouth. Ami glanced at the tiny purple kid and glared daggers at him. She wanted to slap the little pervert for staring at her ass, but the situation they were in called her attention away. She made a mental note to deal with Mineta later. Mineta seemed to have noticed Ami's death glare and hid behind Tsu. Tsu turned her head and glanced at Mineta as he did this and gave him a curious stare. She looked back at Ami's face and quickly connected the dots. Tsu was surprised to learn she wasn't the only one the purple kid had harassed that day.

"I have a question, too, if you don't mind?" Tsu asked, looking at Ami. Ami looked at Tsu and nodded.

"Yeah, what is it?" Ami wondered, letting Tsu speak. Tsu put a hand on her chin in thought and asked Ami about the beam of fire that had easily blown a hole in the ceiling.

"That orange beam blew through the Fire Zone and tore a hole through the USJ. Was that you?" Tsu asked, curiously. Ami looked at Tsu with an unsure expression and nodded, sighing again. She didn't know what else to say to that than the truth. Izuku had already been told it was Ami who fired that blast, but to hear it again from her was weird. Izuku had never imagined Ami was capable of using her quirk to that extreme. Under normal circumstances, he'd be asking questions left and right.

"I climbed onto that Obsidian Villain's body and inhaled the fire stored inside him. Only thing surprising about that was that I underestimated how much fire was stored inside his body." Ami answered, recalling what it felt like inhaling all that fire. Ami had never felt temperatures like that in her mouth before. The stinging sensation it caused her still somewhat remained on her tongue. She was lucky her canteen still had a quarter of water left for her to drink immediately afterwards.

"When I inhaled all the fire out of the villain I didn't even notice my range had multiplied. By the time I noticed, there was nothing left burning in the entire zone." Ami admitted, remembering how dark it was inside the Fire Zone after the fires were gone. Since none of the street lights and the buildings were powered up, the only source of light entering the Fire Zone was the hole in the sky.

"My best guess about that beam is that the villain's fire combined with the zone's fire was enough to power my flamethrower into a concentrated blast like that. At least, that's what I can think of. I don't know what the sparks of light on my lips were." Ami answered, trying her hardest to come up with an explanation for what she did at the Fire Zone.

"Hopefully when we get out of this, Recovery Girl can take a look at you. Ribbit." Tsu said, making Ami feel slightly better. Ami didn't like it, but she was having doubts about their safety. She was honestly worried about all her classmates' safety. The only ones she had no doubt in her mind were safe were Bakugo and Kirishima. And possibly, that other student named Shoto Todoroki.

"Did you see anyone else in the Fire Zone with you guys?" Izuku asked, not wanting to leave any student behind. Both Ami and Ojiro shook their heads in response.

"No. It was just the two of us in there as far as we knew." Ami answered, honestly. She was positive that there wasn't any other student left inside the Fire Zone.

"Either way, it's good to see other students made it out okay." Ojiro said, happy to be reunited with three of his other classmates.

"Yeah, how'd you get out, Izzy? Ami asked, noticing the two broken fingers on Izuku's left arm. She slightly frowned at the sight of the purple fingers and clenched her own fingers. Izuku raised his left hand and stared at his injury.

"I used my quirk to create a whirlpool in the water while Mineta used the balls on his head to keep the villains stuck together. But we never would have made it if Asui didn't use her tongue to pull me and Mineta onto the boat." Izuku said, realizing his mistake

"I told you to call me Tsu." Tsu said, correcting Izuku. Izuku gave Tsu an embarrassed look and covered his mouth.

"Right, sorry." He apologized, nervously. Ami cracked a smile at Izuku's awkwardness and started thinking about the other students again.

"Well, there's five of us here. That's still 16 of our classmates left scattered around this facility. Who should we go find now?" Ami asked, looking at Izuku. Izuku's eyes slightly widened at her comment and looked away a little. Tsu frowned slightly and looked at Izuku while Mineta had a scared look on his face. Both Ami and Ojiro were confused by their looks on their faces and gave them questionable stares.

"You were gonna find the other classmates first, right?" Ami asked, raising her eye at Izuku. Izuku hid his face to avoid her eye and slowly replied.

"Actually…I already suggested we help Mr. Aizawa out against the villains." Izuku said, slightly stuttering out his sentence. Ojiro made a slight frown in disbelief while Ami had a shocked expression.

"..." Ami said nothing and looked at Izuku with an incredulous stare. The look on her sister's face caused Izuku to squirm and fold his fingers. Tsu stared at Ami and Izuku unsure of what to do. Out of all of them, Mineta was the one to break the awkward silence between the five of them.

"I wanted to hide." Mineta said, raising his hand up. Ami gulped and swam over to Izuku in quick succession. Her stamina had slightly recovered and given her enough strength to move on her own again. She quickly grabbed hold of her brother's shoulders and shook him around.

"Izuku, are you crazy? You can't help Mr. Aizawa. You already broke two of your fingers. What's Mr. Aizawa gonna do if he has to deal with the villains and protect you in case you break your arms?" Ami protested, disagreeing with Izuku's idea. She had thought about helping Mr. Aizawa with Izuku as well but that was before what happened at the Fire Zone.

"Wait. I don't want to get in the way. I just thought maybe we could stay on the sidelines and pick off a few in the back. Lighten his load a little, you know?" Izuku said, hoping to ease Ami's worries. Ami stopped shaking her brother around and looked at his eyes. She stared into them and saw that frightened look in his eyes that she knew very well. But within that fear was a determined look that Ami couldn't ignore.

"You're serious aren't you?" Ami asked, receiving a nod from Izuku.

"I know it sounds crazy, but think about it. Mr. Aizawa can only hold out so long against a whole group of villains. I'm just as worried about the other classmates as you are, but if we help Mr. Aizawa then we can easily retake the USJ." Izuku said, feeling his nervousness disappear. Ami looked at his serious expression and sighed, letting go of his shoulders.

"Alright, maybe you're right. Fine, but first, we watch. If he needs our help, then we'll help. But we should look for more of our classmates." Ami said, getting a nod from Ojiro.

"I agree, that's why I think I should go." Ojiro said, getting his friends attention.

"But we stand more of a chance if we work together." Izuku said. Ojiro nodded and raised his hands up.

"Don't get me wrong, guys. I agree with you both. That's why I'm gonna find the others and bring them back here. Judging by these guys' skills in combat, they don't seem that tough to deal with. But the other students might not have the advantage that we had. So while you guys watch the villains here, I'll sneak by and help anyone who got teleported in that building over there." Ojiro said, pointing his finger across the lake. The four followed where his hand was pointing and stared at the building closest to the entrance.

"The Windstorm Zone?" Ami asked, looking back at Ojiro.

"Yeah. I'm gonna head there now and help out whoever's in there. Hopefully it won't take very long." Ojiro said, getting nods from the four students in the water.

"I see. More numbers increases our chances at taking back the USJ. Okay, we'll watch the villains and make sure they don't see you sneaking by." Izuku agreed, nodding his head. He looked at Ojiro and showed his support with a thumbs up.

"Let's do this." Izuku said, giving the students hope.

Landslide Zone

Inside the Landslide Zone, the villains had no idea who they were going up against. Upon entering the zone, they were immediately met with extreme resistance. A path of ice formed towards the group of villains and quickly trapped their bodies in ice. One of the villains, a grey-skinned man with a scar on his right eye, was completely shocked by the students' control of the ice. He and his fellow villains were caught off guard by the display of power. Regret started to form in several of the villains minds as the ice cold temperatures caused them to shiver. The grey villain's teeth jittered as he stared up ahead at the approaching student. He stared at the student and noticed his eyes were two different colors and he was carrying a burn mark on the left side of his face.

"So the plan was to scatter us and then kill us?" Todoroki asked, staring at the villain's without the slightest bit of empathy. He scoffed at their sloppy attempt to kill him and scolded them.

"You were woefully unprepared. In fact it looks to me as though you've had no training. You haven't the slightest idea how to use your quirks." Todoroki said. The villains looked at Todoroki with wide eyes. They couldn't believe how easily they were taken out by the teen.

"This power...He froze us the instant we warped here." The grey villain said in shock.

"He's not a kid, he's a monster." A pink-skinned villain stated.

"So cold…" A lion villain said, shivering in the ice. Todoroki walked past the frozen villains and thought back what he had heard the main villain say upon entering the USJ.

"Where is he? I went through the trouble of bringing so many friends who are eager to meet him." The masked villain asked. The sentence he had overheard caused him to think about the situation.

"How do they plan to kill All Might? At first, I thought they gathered a force of elite criminals who could simply overpower him."

"Raaughhh!" A villain shouted, lunging towards Todoroki with a large machete. Todoroki put his foot on the ground and created a path of ice that quickly enveloped the machete-wielding villain. He heard a swing of air from behind and quickly turned around. He saw a spear coming right towards him and grabbed it. He put his hand on the spear and instantly froze the spear along with the villain. He said nothing as he stared into the spear villain with cold eyes. He effortlessly snapped the frozen spear in half, causing the frozen villain to fall to the ground.

"But that can't possibly be their master plan. Most of these villains are low-level thugs. Just pawns. From what I can tell, there are only four or five truly dangerous people here. If that's the case, then what we need right now is more information." Todoroki thought, turning his cold stare towards the formerly machete-wielding villain.

"Listen well. If you stay frozen, your cells will slowly die as your body succumbs to frostbite and hypothermia." Todoroki announced, raising his voice.

"Luckily for you, I want to be a hero." Todoroki said, stepping on his ice, "So I'd like to avoid any unnecessary cruelty."

Todoroki approached the villain and saw the fear in his eyes. He saw tears streaming down the villain's face and narrowed his eyes. Raising his hand towards the villain's face, he activated his quirk and let out a gust of frozen air. The action caused the villain to get scared even more.

"But I can only do that if you tell me how to kill All Might. That's the only way you'll survive." Todoroki said, watching the villain bawl his eyes out.

Central Plaza

After finishing up with reunions and resting, the five students had moved forward with their plan. They swam along the edge of the Flood Zone and used the ledge as cover to prevent themselves from getting spotted. While they slowly approached the opposite side of the Flood Zone, Ami felt lightheaded. She frowned and touched the top of her head, gently rubbing her scalp. While she was doing this, she realized something was missing. She stopped her swimming and felt around herself. Ami checked her belt to see if it was there and felt nothing. She let out a disappointed moan causing the other students to stop swimming. Izuku was swimming behind her and had swam up beside her after seeing her stop

"What's the matter, Ami?" Izuku asked.

"What happened?" Ojiro asked, from the front.

"Is something wrong?" Tsu asked, noticing Ami's stress. Ami sighed and nodded her head while checking her utility belt. She had to be made sure everything was accounted for. Feeling her whip and axe were still safely strapped to her belt, she shrugged once more in disappointment. A strand of her wet hair fell between her eyes while doing so.

"I left my fire hat on the ground back there. I can't believe I forgot it." Ami sighed, blowing air out of her mouth. The action blew the rogue strand of hair away from her face.

"It's okay. At least you know where it is." Izuku said, cheering up his sister.

"Yeah, I guess. But still...The hat completes the look, you know?" Ami asked, feeling a little exposed.

"At least it was just a hat." Mineta said, getting a nod from Ojiro.

"You've had a lot on your mind. It's expected you'd forget about something." Ojiro defended, getting a nod from Mineta.

"Definitely. It's just a hat. Let's keep going." Ami agreed. The five students resumed their approach towards the other side of the Flood Zone. Ami still felt slight discomfort as she swam. Despite the revitalized feeling she felt being in the water, the pain she felt inside was still present. Added with the lightheadedness she felt, she wondered what was going on in her body. Nevertheless, she put her mind on other things. She still had doubts about Izuku's plan but she was going to support her brother. A couple minutes later, the five students reached the opposite side of the Flood Zone. Keeping themselves low in the water, they listened in to the fighting going on near them.

Hearing the cries of injured criminals, the five students curiosity got the best of them. Slowly, but surely, they peeked their heads out and saw Aizawa still fighting. Their teacher was locked in combat with dozens of villains still conscious. Izuku stared at Aizawa in awe at his fighting skill. He watched Aizawa nearly effortlessly take down villain after villain. To his left, Ami peeked her head over the water and saw take down a villain using his scarf. She looked on in astonishment and silently gasped. Aizawa was proving to be capable of holding his own against a wave of villains.

"He's really putting a number on them." Ojiro said, staring at the fight.

"Yeah. Does he even need our help?" Mineta asked, attempting to convince the group to stand down. Ojiro looked at the increasing number of knocked out villains and surveyed the ground. To his left was the path that led to the Windstorm Zone. From where Ojiro was hiding in the water, It was a clear shot to the entrance of the Windstorm Zone. He thought about making a run for it then but stopped himself. He turned his head to the right and glanced at the four students.

"Izuku, how's my chances?" Ojiro asked, watching the fight.

"The villains are trying to work together despite Aizawa cancelling their quirks. And they don't seem to be taking into account their environment. They're rushing in and hoping to get lucky. But they're leaving themselves open for surprise attacks from behind." Izuku said, watching Aizawa wrap a villain in his scarf. He watched as the pro hero grabbed his scarf and spun the trapped villain towards another group of villains. Izuku and Ami were amazed at their teacher's control of his scarf.

"How does he move his scarf like that?" Ami asked, watching his scarf return to him.

"I think you're good, Ojiro. As long as you keep low and try not to make any noise." Izuku said. Ojiro nodded and looked at the villains. He clenched his hands on the water's edge and slowly lifted himself out of the water. The four students looked at him with worry but kept their cool. They wished him farewell and gave him words of encouragement.

"Good luck, Ojiro." Izuku said.

"Keep anyone you find safe." Ami said.

"I don't blame you if you're doing this to hide." Mineta whispered, getting disapproved glances towards him. Ojiro stood on the ground and kept his body low to the ground. Staring at the fight once more, he clenched his fists and turned his back on the fight. He looked at the Windstorm Zone and made a run for it. He kept as quiet as possible as he ran there.

During the fight, Aizawa dodged a villains fist as it attempted to punch him. He crouched down and launched his scarf at the villain's leg. The scarf wrapped around the villain's foot, causing him to trip forward. Aizawa then uppercutted the villain's jaw as he fell to the floor. He reeled the scarf back and caught his breath, letting his hair fall down. He looked to his right and saw someone running towards the Windstorm Zone and squinted his eyes. He immediately recognized the runner as his student and groaned. He quickly returned to fighting and thought about what he just saw. While doing this, Ojiro had jumped over the gate standing between him and the entrance.

"That was Ojiro. What the hell is he doing?" Aizawa thought, leaping into the air. He grabbed his scarf and enveloped two villains in front of him. He tightly squeezed his scarf and brought the villains into each other. He landed on the ground, and reeled his scarf back into neck. He sighed as more villains came rushing towards him.

"No matter. As long as he gets away from here." Aizawa thought, preparing to face off against another villain. Outside the battle, the four students watched Aizawa keep on fighting. Ami stared at Aizawa and noticed his hair fall down every so often. It confused her as she watched the fight, but paid no more attention to it. She glanced at the two villains watching the fight and felt a sense of fear envelop her as she stared at them. To her left, Mineta and Tsu had also noticed the two villains spectating the fight.

"Do you see those guys over there watching?" Ami asked, getting Izuku's attention.

"Ribbit…" Tsu replied, nodding her head.

"Do you see what that weird guy is wearing? He has hands attached to his arms and face." Mineta said, looking at the two villains. The others nodded and squinted their eyes at the hand villain.

"Weird…" Ami commented.

"Those two were the first to come through the portal. Whoever they are, I think they're the ones who came up with this idea." Izuku guessed, staring at the hand covering the villain's face.

"Izzy. Do you see that other guy with him?" Ami asked. Izuku looked to the villain standing next to the hand guy and noticed his head. His eyes widened at the sight of the exposed top.

"Huh? Woah. Is that his brain?" Izuku said, feeling disgusted. The other students agreed and had their own looks of disgust.

"That's freaking disgusting." Mineta said, covering his mouth.

"Something doesn't seem right about that guy." Tsu said, getting Mineta to look at her with a confused face.

"You think? Did the exposed brain give it away?" Mineta asked.

"Not that. Look at his lips." Tsu said, shaking her head. She pointed at the villain's lips and caught everyone's attention. Izuku, Ami, and Mineta all stared at the villain's face and noticed his razor sharp teeth and bizarre smile.

"He's had that weird smile and blank stare on his face the entire time." Tsu pointed out.

"Yeah, I see. It's like that guys in a trance or something." Izuku theorized, staring at the villain's face.

"It's a little disturbing." Ami commented.

The Main Villain scratched his neck as he watched the pro hero defeat another group of villains. In his peripheral vision, he noticed purple and stopped what he was doing. He cracked a smile behind his mask and turned. The four students noticed the Main Villain turn his head their direction and quickly ducked under the ledge.

"He turned over here. Why did he turn?" Izuku thought out loud.

"Do you think he saw us?" Ami asked, hoping they didn't make a huge mistake coming here.

The Main Villain turned his head and stared at the muscular villain beside him. He raised his hand and pointed off to the opposite direction of the water.

"Go over there." The Main Villain ordered. The muscular villain made a small squeal as it followed its orders. It turned towards the direction of where he pointed and wandered off towards its new position. The Main Villain then stared back at Aizawa and watched him carefully. He stared at Aizawa and cracked his neck, starting a countdown in his head. He then rushed over to the pro hero with both hands raised. At the same time, the four students lifted their heads up and stared back at the scene. Their eyes widened when they saw the Main Villain running towards Aizawa. Aizawa noticed the advancing villain and prepared himself.

"Final boss." Aizawa announced, launching his scarf towards the villain. His hair raised into the air again as he activated his quirk.

"First it was 23 seconds. Then it was 24 seconds. And then 20. Then 17." The Main Villain said, grabbing onto Aizawa's scarf. The two ran at each other with serious looks. Aizawa then grabbed his scarf and pulled back, elbowing the villain's chest. The four students looked on with smiles as Aizawa's hit connected. As Tsu smiled, she noticed something was wrong and let out a gasp. Aizawa groaned as he stared at the villain. He had managed to grasp his elbow right when he had to blink. Aizawa stared at the hand on his elbow with annoyance. Then when his hair fell down, he felt a new feeling travel through his body. A sense that told him something was wrong.

"It was hard to see when you were jumping around. But I found your tell. It's your hair." The villain whispered, causing Aizawa's eyes to widen. Aizawa felt his sleeve turn to dust and break apart. Then a painful sensation went through him as his elbow crusted and broke off, revealing an exposed layer of flesh on his elbow.

"When it drops. It means you've stopped using your quirk. You're having to blink more often. Don't push yourself too hard now. You might just fall apart. Wouldn't that be a shame?" The villain asked. Aizawa grunted and clenched his fist. He reeled back and punched the villain's chest, pushing him off of him.

"He destroyed my elbow." He thought, feeling his right arm throbbing in pain.

"Ruuuugh." A villain shouted, getting Aizawa's attention. He saw a masked villain attempt to hit him with a ball chain and dodged it. He kicked the villain away and dodged another villain holding a flail. Aizawa grunted and held onto his injured arm, panting in exhaustion and pain.

"That annoying quirk of yours isn't suited for drawn out fights against big groups is it? Don't you think you're a little out of your element, Eraserhead? You're much better at working stealthily. You're known for surprise attacks. Not fighting head-to-head. But despite knowing that you didn't hesitate to jump into the middle of this fight. To put your students at ease."

Aizawa panted heavily while listening to the Main Villain's speech. He quickly activated his quirk and was interrupted by the clinging of metal. He turned and quickly dodged a wild swing from a villain with razor sharp claws. He sidestepped away and launched his scarf at the villain, wrapping his whole body in the scarf. Aizawa saw the villain with a flail attempt to hit him and jumped back. He dragged the trapped villain over and used him as a shield, taking the flails hit for him. The villain's eyes widened as the flail hit the ground. He looked up and saw Aizawa rush up and knock him hard to the ground. Another villain with huge arms came rushing towards Aizawa who spun around and smacked his face with a kick. Aizawa took deep breaths as he readied himself for any attacks, seeing no one around. He turned back around and stared at the Main Villain, activating his quirk.

"And look at you, you're still standing. You really are so cool. Oh, by the way, hero." The Main Villain said. Aizawa heard heavy footsteps approaching and looked to his left. His eyes widened at the size of the muscular villain up close. Before he could react, The villain grabbed onto Aizawa's face and squeezed. Blood flew out of Aizawa as the villain gripped onto him.

"I am not the final boss." The Main Villain said, watching as the muscular villain dropped Aizawa to the floor. The four students hiding in the water, stared in horror as they watched Aizawa's face repeatedly hit the ground under the villain's grasp.

"No. Aizawa…" Izuku whispered. Tears fell down him and his sister's face. Ami covered her mouth in horror at the sight of it. A pool of blood quickly formed underneath Aizawa.

"What do you think of him, Eraserhead?" The Main Villain asked, smiling at the hero's pain.

"He's the bio-engineered Anti-Symbol Of Peace. But you can call him, Nomu." He said. Nomu kept Aizawa's face embedded into the floor and held onto his injured arm. Hearing its name get announced, Nomu looked at the young adult who gave it orders and let out a shrill cry. The monsters' disturbing cry unnerved the four students hiding in the water.

USJ Entrance - At The Same Time

Iida ran as fast as he could towards the exit while Thirteen held off the Shadowy Villain. He didn't let anything else preoccupy his mind as he sped towards the door. The Shadow Villain glared at Iida and then back at Thirteen with anger.

"No! I shall not let one student get away." The Villain shouted, thinking fast. He glared at Thirteen and expanded his body into a wide area. He struggled to activate his quirk due to the pro hero's Black Hole quirk but kept his composure. His piercing yellow eyes glowed as a swirling portal opened inside his mist. Thirteen stared at the portal and gasped. She suddenly felt the wind kick up behind her and realized a portal had opened up. The students surrounding Thirteen gasped at the sight of the portal as her Black Hole quirk pulled her towards the portal.

"Oh no." Thirteen thought, feeling her suit rip apart behind her. The Shadowy villain chuckled through his mouth and mocked her.

"Hehe. You're a rescue hero, Thirteen. You have no fighting experience or battlefield awareness. Which makes defeating you too easy." The Villain mocked, watching as Thirteen's suit was forcefully ripped open. She stumbled where she stood and deactivated her quirk. The students that had witnessed her heroism felt a sense of dread fall upon them. Iida turned his head and frowned. Mina felt tears fall down her face and screamed out in worry.

"Thirteen!" Mina shouted.

"I'm sorry… He got me." Thirteen said, falling to the ground. The Shadowy Villain laughed at her failure and turned his attention towards the escaping teen and returned to his mission. Mina and Shoji rushed over to the fallen hero's side while the other students snapped out of their shock and quickly ran towards the villain in an attempt to catch up. Iida grit his teeth as he ran, seeing the front entrance only a few feet away. Iida hoped that the villain wasn't coming towards him and quickly glanced a peek behind him. His eyes widened when he saw the villains piercing yellow eyes staring back at him.

Behind the villain, Ochaco, Sato, and Sero ran in desperation, hoping to stop him. The three heroes could see how close Iida was to the exit and panicked at the villains incredible speed.

"Oh no. He's gonna catch up to Iida. If he can't get out in time we'll be all alone with the villains." Ochaco said, frowning in fear.. Sero looked at the villain and squinted his eyes. Attached to the villains back was a metallic object that circled around the villains body.

"There's a piece of metal on that dude's body. If I could reach that far, I could grab it and try to pull him back." Sero said, pointing at the villains back. Ochaco and Sato narrowed their eyes and stared at the metallic object on the villain's body. Ochaco stared at it and then glanced back at Sero and Sato and gasped. She remembered the training exercise from yesterday and her attempt to reach the bomb played out in her mind. An idea had formed in her head.

"If I can touch the villain, he'll float away from Iida and give him time to exit. I just need a running start." Ochaco said, turning to face Sero.

"Sero, right?" Ochaco asked, getting his attention.

"Yeah?" Sero replied, nodding his head.

"And you're Sato." Ochaco asked, looking at Sato.

"Yeah?" Sato replied.

"I have an idea to save Iida and I need your help." Ochaco asked. Sero and Sato exchanged glances before looking at Ochaco with a smile.

"We're in." Sero said.

"Okay, but first. How far can you throw?" Ochaco asked, looking at Sato. Sato heard the question and raised his eye in confusion. Inches away from the door, Iida raised his arms and touched it. He tried to push it open and strained himself. He let go of the door and panted, looking up at the box above the door.

"The door is stuck. Did the power shutting off affect the door as well?" Iida thought out loud. Iida heard a gust of wind from behind him and felt a drop of sweat fall down the side of his face. Coming closer towards him was the Shadowy Villain with an annoyed glare in its eyes.

"I have you now." The Shadowy Villain said, finally catching up to Iida. Iida put his hands on the door again and grit his teeth. He struggled with the door and slowly opened it by an inch, letting the sun touch his face. The Shadowy Villain saw the sunlight peek through the door and boosted his speed. Behind the villain, he was unaware of the plan the three heroes had made. Ochaco lifted her arms up high and nodded to Sero. Sero nodded back and raised his arm and fired off a line of tape. The tape quickly wrapped around Ochaco's stomach and stayed on. Ochaco touched the tape and made sure it was safely wrapped around her body. A smile appeared on her face as she thought about her plan.

"Just like at the Combat Exercise, the villain's distracted. That means as long as he doesn't see me. I can use my quirk on him." Ochaco thought, glancing up at Sato. She put up a thumbs up and activated her quirk. Ochaco held her breath and felt her body turn weightless, gently lifting up off the ground. Sato nodded and grabbed the end of the tape holding Ochaco and flexed his muscles. He let out a roar and spun around with all his strength, Ochaco kept her hands on the tape and she spun around at extreme speeds. The experience reminded her of an astronaut training video. Sato then let go of the tape, launching Ochaco high into the air. She grit her teeth and held on, staring at the Shadowy Villain from high up in the air. The speed of her launch had propelled her forward at incredible speeds. Combined with her gravity quirk, she made quick work rising high above the Shadowy Villain.

"Release!" Ochaco shouted, letting herself drop on top of the Shadowy Villain. Iida slowly pushed the door open some more and was only able to get an arm out.

"Damnit." Iida grunted in frustration, flailing his arm around in an attempt to slide the door open. He looked back as he tried to open the door and made eye contact with the Shadowy Villain.

"I'm sorry, classmates... I failed." Iida thought, staring at his piercing yellow eyes. He stood there ready to face the villain until he had noticed Ochaco falling high above the villain. His eyes widened at the sight of her and felt the familiar sense of Dejavu.

"Uraraka?" Iida said, in surprise. Ochaco dropped onto the villain and surprised him, causing the villain to step back. Ochaco grabbed hold of the metal on the villain's body and activated her quirk.

"Float!" Ochaco exclaimed, letting go of the villain's body. She slipped off the villain's body and landed on her feet.

"What the? You pest. How dare you?" The Shadowy Villain shouted, unable to control his ascent. He stared down at the student who had touched him and growled angrily. Ochaco looked back at Iida and made eye contact. She narrowed her eyes and shouted at him.

"Go, Iida. Run!" Ochaco shouted, snapping Iida out of his shock. Iida quickly turned around and put all his strength into opening the door once more. He felt the sun's warmth cover more of his face as he opened the door. Seeing the outside world, Iida quickly squeezed through the door and bolted out of the USJ. He turned his head and looked back at Ochaco through the door. Ochaco raised her head off the ground and gave him a thumbs up. He nodded and activated his engines.

"Thank you, Uraraka. I won't let you or the class down." Iida thought.

"Engine Burst!" He shouted, firing his engines and speeding off into the distance. The Shadowy Villain floated above the door and shouted out in anger at his failure.

"Noooo!" He shouted, turning back towards Ochaco. Ochaco looked at the angry Shadowy Villain in front of her and gulped, feeling her stomach churn.

"Ochaco! Grab on!" Sero shouted. Ochaco turned around and watched Sero fire off an impressive line of tape towards her. Ochaco sprung into action and quickly charged towards the approaching tape. The Shadowy Villain lunged towards the girl and attempted to reach her. However, the girl's quirk lifted him higher and higher until he could not reach her. Ochaco grabbed on to the tape and felt herself get pulled over to the students. Sero grit his teeth as he struggled to reel the tape back into him. From above, the Shadowy Villain floated higher and higher into the ceiling, glaring at the three students with frustration.

"Until this girl's quirk ends its effect on me, I'm stuck. I made the mistake of underestimating these students. They've already shown their worth as heroes." The Shadowy Villain thought, staring at the entire USJ from his view on the ceiling. He stared down at the central plaza and focused his vision on the Main Villain watching as the Muscular Villain dealt with the pro hero, Eraserhead. He narrowed his eyes at the sight and groaned.

"The heroes are coming. I've failed." The Shadowy Villain sighed.

Central Plaza

Aizawa groaned and let out small cries of pain as the Nomu twisted his arm. Nomu had a happy grin on its face as it further twisted the arm. He felt Aizawa's arm throb in his grip and squeezed harder. Within seconds, a loud popping sound caused Aizawa to cry out in pain. More blood splattered out of the wound on his elbow as Nomu broke his arm.

"You can erase people's powers. That's irritating, but it's nothing impressive. When faced with true devastating power, you might as well be a quirkless child." The Villain laughed. Aizawa struggled to get a hold of himself. Barely able to raise his head, he stared into Nomu's eyes and activated his quirk. Nomu saw Aizawa's hair lift up and slammed his hand onto Aizawa's other arm, squeezing it into the ground. Aizawa let out a painful cry as he felt the bones in his left arm break apart. His arm dropped to the floor, unable to move.

"He's breaking my bones like their twigs. I'm positive I erased his quirk. That means he's super strong even without powers." Aizawa thought. He winced in pain as he felt Nomu's gigantic hand grab onto the back of his head.

"I think he's as strong as All Might." Aizawa thought. Nomu pushed Aizawa's head into the pavement, creating a crater from the impact. The loud impact caused the four students to cringe. Izuku watched in shock as Aizawa was beaten to a pulp. Ami had covered her mouth, too shocked to move. A stream of tears were falling off her face as she stared at the scene. Tsu had ducked her mouth into the water and kept her head low. Mineta was crying into his hand as it covered his mouth.

"No. No. I can't watch this anymore. We should be getting out of here super fast, shouldn't we?" Mineta whispered through his hand.

"Ribbit…"Tsu agreed, watching in horror.

"Mr. Aizawa..." Ami squeaked out through her hands. Izuku stared at Aizawa and then he heard a familiar sound. He looked at the Main Villain and watched a dark swirling portal appear. He gasped when he saw the Shadowy Villain appear before their very eyes.

"Tomura Shigaraki." The Shadowy Villain said, revealing the name of the Main Villain.

"Kurogiri. Did you manage to kill Thirteen?" Shigaraki asked, revealing the Shadowy Villain's name.

"The rescue hero is out of commission. But there were students I wasn't able to disperse and one of them got outside the facility." Kurogiri reported. Tomura turned his head ever so slightly after hearing Kurogiri. He let out a small grunt and felt a tingly sensation grow on his neck. He moaned and scratched his neck. His anger caused him to moan in frustration. He scratched at his neck until it had turned red.

"Kurogiri...You fool. If you weren't our warpgate. I'd tear apart every last atom in your body." Shigaraki said, stopping himself from scratching his neck too hard.

"There's no way we can win if dozens of pros show up to stop us. It's game over. Back to the title screen. And I was looking forward to finishing this today. Damnit... Let's go home." Shigaraki said.

The students in the water heard Shigaraki speaking and gasped. Ami felt her heart beat slow down hearing his words. Maybe there was a chance to help Aizawa once they leave. Mineta was surprised the most to hear his words and felt like he was imagining it.

"Did I hear that right? Did he say they're going to just leave?" Mineta asked, glancing toward Tsu.

"That's what it sounded like to me?" Tsu replied.

"That's amazing! We're safe and we don't have to fight." Mineta exclaimed, hugging Tsu. Tsu felt Mineta's hand grope her breast and felt shook. The feeling brought her an immense wave of discomfort that caused her eyes to turn white.

"Uh, yeah. But…" Tsu said, struggling to respond. She quickly grabbed hold of Mineta and pushed him underneath the water. He made bubbles rise out of the water as he attempted to speak. Ami saw what had happened to Tsu and subconsciously brought a hand over to her chest to protect herself. She couldn't believe Mineta was doing this as their teacher was getting destroyed. Izuku was unaware of what was happening to Tsu and focused his attention on the two villains.

"I have a real bad feeling about this, Midoriya." Tsu said. The twins nodded in agreement and spoke up.

"It seems weird that they'd retreat at this point even if help is on the way." Izuku stated, tempting fate. Ami nodded and wiped the tears off her face with her wet arm.

"I agree. But still, I hope they let Mr. Aizawa go." Ami hoped, not wanting to hear more of her teachers painful screams. Izuku frowned and started to think about the situation.

"All Might's probably coming. Don't they want to kill him? They must know U.A. will beef up their security after this. So now's their best chance. What's going on here? Why is this game over, huh?" Izuku thought, staring at Shigaraki. Shigaraki stood there silent, thinking about All Might. Hearing a faint splash of water coming from behind him, he then remembered what he had seen from earlier.

"Idiots." He thought. He opened his hands and turned around.

"Oh. Before we leave. Let's make sure the Symbol Of Peace is broken. Let's wreck his pride." Shigaraki said, lunging towards the students within seconds. Izuku's eyes widened as he watched Shigaraki almost instantly approach them.

"Let's make this hurt." Shigaraki said, reaching his hand out towards the green-haired girl. Tsu and Mineta's eyes widened at the sight of the hand. Izuku turned his head in what felt like slow motion. He stared at the hand and looked at the destination. The realization was enough to cause his heart to stop beating. The hand was coming towards Ami. Izuku felt the fear inside him grow. The visual image of Ami's face crumbling into dust went through Izuku's mind. The feeling caused him to hyperventilate as his body went into shock.

Ami's eyes widened at the approaching hand. She saw it and wanted to move, but by the time her mind had told her to run, it was already too late. Ami's mouth opened and let out a gasp that took all the air out of her lungs. Inside her mind, memories of her life played out. She saw herself playing with Izuku as kids. Her quirk manifestation, her mother handing her a lighter, her friend giving her a hug, meeting Bakugo, getting called Habanero, the Sludge Villain, meeting All Might, enrolling in U.A., slapping Bakugo, and winning in the combat training. Fear had clouded her mind and took over her body as she subconsciously jump-started her last attempt at survival. Her heart temporarily stopped beating as goosebumps travelled down her body. She stared at the villain's hand and felt his fingers touch her face. But instead of crumbling into dust, all she saw in her vision was the villain's hand. Ami's mind went blurry as her adrenaline kicked in.

Seeing his hand on the girl's face, Shigaraki was surprised to see the girl was still alive. He wondered what was going on and made a small groan in confusion before realizing what happened. He lifted his head up and glanced behind him.

"You really are so cool…" Shigaraki said, staring into the teacher's bloodied face, "Eraserhead."

Shigaraki looked back to see Aizawa staring at him through the pain. He was barely conscious and was only awake through the adrenaline in his body. Blood was dripping down his face as he desperately activated his quirk to stop the villain from killing his student. Nomu lifted Aizawa's head up high before slamming it back into the ground again, breaking through the floor. The loud impact caused the students to flinch in the water. Izuku's mind went into overdrive and instantly jumped out of the water.

"You! Let her go! Now!" Izuku exclaimed, raising his fist. Shigaraki turned his head and stared back at Izuku. He watched his hand glow a bright orange and raised his eye at the glowing fist. Izuku didn't hesitate or hold back, his mind was focused entirely on saving his sister.

"SMASH!" Izuku shouted, punching the villain with as much strength as he could. The impact of the punch created a gust of wind that broke the sound barrier and made a shockwave that travelled through the USJ, breaking the lights on the ceiling. Izuku panted in exhaustion at the punch and was unable to see his target through the cloud of smoke coming off the punch. When the smoke had cleared he noticed his arm was completely undamaged.

"What? My arm's not broken. I can't believe it. After all that training, now's when I'm able to get a good smash in? Alright!" Izuku thought, looking back up. Instead of seeing Shigaraki in front of him, he gasped at the sight of Nomu staring down at him with its empty look and dopey smile.

"Where'd he come from? Wait, hold on. It didn't...hurt him?" Izuku thought, staring at Nomu's unscathed body. A memory played out from earlier during his talk with Tsu and Mineta in the Flood Zone.

"If the villain's spent so much time planning this attack then they probably figured out a way to kill him." Tsu said, through Izuku's mind. He stared at Nomu with a terrified face. This was their plan to kill All Might. Nomu was the villain capable of killing All Might.

"No way." Izuku thought in fear. Shigaraki blinked his eyes open and saw the Nomu had jumped in front of him. Shigaraki grinned at the Nomu's incredibly fast reflexes. He was thankful that Nomu was there to take the hit for him. Shigaraki was silently amazed at the power that came from the teenager's punch. It reminded him of the number one hero he despised the most.

"You're pretty powerful. Are you one of All Might's disciples? Doesn't matter I'm-" Before Shigaraki could finish his sentence, however, he felt a strange warm sensation on his hand. He stopped talking and twisted his head towards the girl in his hand. He looked at the girl his hand was attached to and saw a red glow lighting up her throat. Even with just his fingertips touching her, he could feel her face was heating up like an oven. He narrowed his eyes and looked at Ami's mouth. His eyes widened when his hand started to burn from the close proximity. Realizing his quirk was still cancelled, he let go of his hold on Ami's face and attempted to move away. But Ami's fire had already entered her mouth. Shigaraki felt the tiniest twinge of fear enter his mind, before his hand was blasted by fire. Regret for picking this girl entered his mind as the sheer heat from the fire burnt his hand and covered his arm in flames.

"Ah!" Shigaraki shouted, catching Nomu's attention. Nomu ignored Izuku and quickly turned around. It stared at the fire enveloping Shigaraki's arm and instantly jumped inside the fire. The Nomu acted fast and pushed Shigaraki with a forceful shove that sent him flying several feet back. Shigaraki hit the ground hard and groaned, holding onto his hand with pain.

"Gah! Damn it!" Shigaraki moaned, getting onto his knees. His body was shaking in pain as he held onto his burning hand and extinguished the flames. He stared into his burnt hand and clenched it. He felt the heat rising off it and winced in pain.

"Tomura Shigaraki! You are injured. We must retreat." Kurogiri said, flying up to the injured Tomura. Tomura felt ashamed. It was like he had put his hand into a fire pit. He stared at his hand and wrist and felt his eyes twitch. This would be hard to heal later. The surprise injury had caused enough damage to his hand. It was made even worse, feeling his burnt hand go numb. His anger rose sharply seeing his injured hand. He looked up at Kurogiri and scoffed.

"No! I'm not done yet!" Shigaraki shouted, slowly getting up with one hand. He stood back up and clenched his burnt hand. He felt relieved knowing he could still move it. He wiped dirt off himself and glared at the fire with anger. Now this was personal.

"I'll kill that one myself." Shigaraki glared, watching the flamethrower burn Nomu.

Ami released a blast of fire that shocked the students around her. Tsu had to actively swim back to avoid getting burnt in the fire as well. She quickly pushed Mineta back as well. Izuku covered his eyes from the fire and took steps back as well. All he could see was the legs of the Nomu as its whole body was consumed inside the fire.

"Ami!" Izuku exclaimed, trying to call out to his sister. Ami used her flamethrower to burn the Nomu alive and used the last bit of flame that had recovered in her body. This didn't amount to much as within seconds of firing at the Nomu, she gagged and coughed. Feeling her stomach cramp in pain, she gripped her stomach and winced in the water.

"Ribbit." Tsu said, launching her tongue towards Ami. While Ami coughed and let out smoke from her mouth, Tsu had grabbed onto her and pulled her back further away from where she fired her shot.

Izuku felt relief seeing her sister still moving and alive. He stared back at the smoke caused by Ami's fire and saw it clear. To the shock of everyone nearby. Nomu was still alive.

The Nomu had the same dopey grin on its face as smoke sizzled off its body. The skin on its body was flappy and falling off of it. Parts of its own flesh revealed itself as it stood there thoughtlessly. It's arms were thin and wrinkly and absolutely covered in third degree burns. Ami cringed at the sight of Nomu's burnt body and felt remorse looking at it. It was like a dumb animal that followed orders. The thought was enough for her to take pity on it. Then something bizarre happened. Izuku stared at Nomu's left arm and watched it shake rapidly.

"What the?" Izuku said in shock. Nomu let out a shrill cry as its left arm shook and popped back into place. The muscles on its arms expanded and recovered, instantly losing the third degree burns on them. Both Ami and Izuku gasped at the scene playing out in front of them.

"That's not possible." Ami whispered, weakly. Shigaraki watched with a smile on his face as Nomu's body recovered and returned to full strength.

"Nomu is very special. Your punches and your fire won't do a thing to him." Shigaraki said, glancing at Ami. He stared right into her eyes with hatred and scratched his neck. He examined her face and glanced towards the other student who attempted to punch him. Taking notice of their facial features and green hair, his eyes narrowed in delight as the realization hit him.

"Hehehe. Wonderful." Shigaraki laughed, amused by the situation.

"Nomu. Grab the brother." Shigaraki ordered, causing Nomu to cry out in response. Izuku barely saw anything before he was suddenly smacked to the floor by Nomu. Ami, Tsu, and Mineta both screamed out at Izuku after seeing how quickly Nomu had reached him.

"I didn't even see him. My punches did nothing to him, but I don't have a choice. I have to use One For All and hopefully get him distracted." Izuku thought, clenching his fist. He activated One For All and attempted to punch at the Nomu. Before he could get a punch in, Nomu quickly caught the fist with extreme speed. Izuku's eyes widened and tried to shake his hand off his fist. He squirmed underneath the Nomu and activated One For All on his other arm. The Nomu then grabbed onto Izuku's other arm and held his body down to the ground. Nomu held onto Izuku's fists and roared in his face. Izuku winced and squinted his eyes in an attempt to avoid the drool flying off Nomu's mouth.

"Izuku!" Ami screamed, swimming towards Izuku. She felt her stomach churn at her attempt to move and bared through the pain. She felt her blood pumping and her adrenaline rushing and ignored everything.

"Ami. Wait!" Tsu said. Before she could attempt to grab onto Ami with her tongue an explosion rocked the building. Shigaraki stopped what he was doing and turned, his eyes widening. Ami stopped moving and felt the explosion. She heard the sound of footsteps echoing as the whole USJ went quiet. As the smoke cleared in the front entrance, a familiar figure appeared out of the smoke.

"All Might?" Ami said, her voice cracking under pressure.

"I couldn't shake the feeling that something had gone wrong here when Aizawa and Thirteen didn't return my calls. So I hurried over and saw the beam of fire in the sky, then I met young Iida on the way. He told me of the villainy at work here." All Might announced, stepping through the smoke.

"I can't believe all this went down while I was resting. I hate to think of how frightened these children must be. And how hard my colleagues had to fight in order to protect them. The only thing I can do now is reassure them that things will be okay. That's my duty as the Symbol Of Peace." All Might thought.

"Have no fear, students. Because I am here." All Might said, with an angered expression. Izuku stared up at All Might from his position on the ground and felt a sense of happiness flow through him.

"We're saved!" Mineta said, crying out a fountain of tears.

"Ribbit." Tsu said, feeling hope return to her.

"He's here, All Might...And he's not smiling." Izuku said, feeling the grip around his arms loosen. The Nomu let go of Izuku as soon as it saw All Might. A new direction clicked inside its head. He turned around and roared at the figure standing above the staircase. Shigaraki looked up at All Might and watched him throw his jacket to the ground. He clenched his hands and felt his hand ache from the burn.

"After all this waiting. The heroic piece of trash shows up. Looks like our game is getting a continue." Shigaraki said.

Author's Notes: Before we begin, I'd like to explain that Shigaraki's quirk still works on his burnt hand. And so ends the second to last chapter. The next chapter I post will combine episode 12 and 13. Releasing these last few chapters have taken longer than I'd hoped. For that I apologize, I wasn't expecting to get caught up in a family emergency. Combine that with college starting and celebrating the birthday of another family member. I've had a lot to do this month and to top it all off my birthday is coming. I was expecting to finish the next chapter before my birthday but it doesn't look like I will. Fortunately, much of episode 12 has been written and I only have the ending of 12 and the entirety of episode 13 to write. I'm so grateful for your patience and understanding. Things have certainly gotten stressful lately, but my love for writing this story hasn't.

Now onto the details. I'll be honest, I thought I was gonna get in trouble for the last chapter ending like that. At least the part where Ami let out the biggest blast of fire in her life. I've decided on referring to it as a hyper beam for now. As for what that was, it's basically what happens when Ami inhales the equivalent of a volcano. Which, while creating the Obsidian Villain, is exactly what I had in mind. It's not something that's gonna be so easily controlled or be used commonly because the amount of fire needed to replicate it again would be a lot. I don't want her to be OP. It's effect on her will be revealed in universe. The sparks of light that zap her mouth is a hint.

Also you can almost tell where the two chapters were originally combined. Bakugo's perspective was supposed to be mixed in with the other students' reaction to the hyper beam.

The events of the USJ arc have changed. I thought about what change would happen upon Ami entering the Fire Zone and the first one being the end. It was pretty much a given that Ami and Ojiro would escape the Fire Zone unlike the original story where Ojiro was in it the whole time. With them out and about, I thought about the reunion with Izuku, Tsu, and Mineta. That's when the real differences start. The hyper beam had also accelerated the time it took for Iida to escape the facility. It was a pretty big distraction for Kurogiri so it made sense that Iida would use the distraction to his advantage. So just like in the original show, Iida successfully escaped. Only this time just barely getting out. I also took a shot at making the whole escape the USJ thing look cooler.

As for the five students sneaking their way to the central plaza, that would also change a lot of things. I think if Ojiro had gotten out of the Fire Zone and rendezvoused with Izuku he'd probably split off and try to find the other students. Which is why I made Ojiro go to the Windstorm Zone to help Tokoyami and Koda. Then the real biggest change would occur. Instead of Tsu, Shigaraki would attempt to decay Ami's face off. Izuku would then react quicker and fire a shot and be completely shocked to see it do nothing to Nomu. Shigaraki would go on a villain speech only this time he made the mistake of trying to kill Ami. Because Ami had time to recover after leaving the Fire Zone, she'd have some flame left in her. The flame she had was just enough to catch Shigaraki's arm on fire as well as burn off the top half of Nomu's body. The heat coming off her flamethrower was increased because of the Fire Zone. It also got slightly boosted in power because Ami had entered fight or flight mode and acted accordingly. The Nomu also got its skin burnt off and showed how good its regeneration was. Then at the end, I realized Shigaraki would definitely recognize Ami and Izuku as twins. This is why he referred to Izuku as the brother. I also don't think Shigaraki was aware of One For All being passed on to Izuku yet.

Of course after this arc, Shigaraki will get healed but there's going to be a scar on his hand from now on. This is also going to be setting up for what will happen in season 2. As for any other big changes, expect to see more in the final chapter.

Final chapter aside, be sure to leave your suggestions and predictions for season 2 in the reviews. I have some ideas for what will happen during the Sports Festival arc and beyond. Once again, I'd love to see your ideas and reviews for chapters 8 and 9. I don't know if I'm allowed to mention other stories in this chapter but I've recently thought of an idea for a spin off story that I don't think anyone on this site has done before. It takes place in the original timeline and not this AU.

Anyways. If I made any mistakes in this chapter please point them out as I've finally learned how to edit posted chapters. Can't wait for the reviews. Hope you had fun with me. Thank you all again for being here and giving my story a chance. I hope you all have a good year and have a good day!

P.S. I had forgotten to mention it but somebody asked me privately what it would look like if Ami had gotten One For All. I hadn't actually thought about that before like ever. So when I thought about it more I imagined what it would do to her quirk. And the short answer to that would be the Atomic Breath scene from Shin Godzilla.
