Casey stirred from awesone dreams of being Raccoon Girl andbeing an awesone superhero. It was just a typicak morning and she'd woken up after hearing Rocket's voice from downstairs along with smelling breakfast getting up leaving her room flying downstairs but then entering the kitchen seeing Rocket had made breakfast for them. Both raccoon youngsters lived in a house they'd called the Raccoon Den in Brooklyn with their dad, Rocket Senior only Casey noticed their dad wasn't there making her confused.
"Rockie where's daddy. Did he go out." she asked him seeing Rocket nodding.
"Groot Morning to you sis, and yeah dad went out to do grownup stuff, so me and Groot had to makebreakfast and we're gonna do our stuff afterwards okay." Rocket told her. Casey sighed as being five and a half she was smart and had many super powers, but Rocket being seven and the big hrother thought she was too little to help yet Groot was allowed to sighing seeing him finishing his breakfast then him and Groot going upstairs to his room.
"I guess I can have some fun by myself, until Rockie feels like playing with me." she said flying upstairs after putting her bowl in the sink heading to her room going in there heading to her dress up box in one corner of her room putting on a purpke leotard but in her imagination, it was armour like the Avengecoons wore grinning at herself in the mirror grabbing Branchie, her Grootcoon stuffie having fun being Raccoon Girl and saving New Raccoon City from bad guys.
"Casey you alright, as Rockie is in his room doing something." she heard their dad, Rocket Senior said knocking on her door as she opened peeking out. She saw he was wearing armour making her imagination run wild at this holding Branchie in her furry arms making him smile seeing she'd been playing compared to what Rocket was doing.
"I hope daddy's okay as he looked tired, Brandhie." she said hugging her closing the door gently hoping Rocket's inventing wasn't bothering their dad if he decided to take a nap deciding to go to the park or fly there using her flying-power. That way at the park, she could be loud and not bother anybody like her dad or Rocket grabbing her backpack leaving the house using her flying-power. She had incredible super-powers which she was still learning to control but some like flying she had control of knowing her dad and big hro might freak, if they found out she left the house but Rocket did it too and she never told their dad on him and Groot so knew if he found out, he wouldn't tell on her.
"Rockie, can you check on Casey as she's quiet, very quiet." Rocket heard his and Casey's dad asking. It was nearly lunchtine which surprised both Groot and Rocket that the morning had went by so fast guessing Casey had been quiet thinking she was wearing her noise-cancelling headphones since their dad had been taking an nap. "Sure daddy, come on Groot let's go see if she's okay-" he said hearing the bedroom window opening as Casey threw off her backpack seeing Rocket open the door.
"Ohhhh hey big bro, are you and Groot okay. I know I'm too lil to help with yohr inventions." she said grinning making Rocket have a confused look on his face not knowing she'd went to the park. "Ummm dad wanted to see if you're okay because you've been quiet." he told her. She giggled hearing their dad telling them to wash their paws because lunch was nearly ready as they and Groot left the room heading to the bathroom taking turns which Rocket knew going to school and Casey was starting to learn plus letting Groot have a turn.
"Hey guys lunch's ready plus Casey will be starting school soon." Rocket Senior said astounding Casey but Rocket knew this would happen as his sis didn't have many friends despite living in New Raccoon City enjoying his sandwiches but sharing with Groot making Rocket Senior chuckle at this. He knew it would soon be Casey's naptime meaning Rocket would have to be quiet untik hissis was done with her nap which he and Groot were okay with.
"Come on honey let's go upstairs for naptine. Sleep helps lil kits grow big and strong." he told her. She nodded as he tucked her into her bed with Branchie telling her a story which was easing her into sleep kissing her furry head as she drifted off into sleep leaving her room hoping Rocket would be quiet and let Casey take her nap hearing RC cars in Rocket's room shaking his furry head realising he and Groot were about to get fast and furious seeing them or one with Groot on it race out of the room heading for the stairs. "Whoa there, let's not try drifting as you're gonna get hurt and Rocket should know better." he told him.
"I am Groot." Groot told him on his furry shoulder making him chuckle as he saw Rocket there picking up the car seeing Groot jump onto his shoulders as they went back upstairs but being quiet so they wouldn't wake Casey up.
After a bit, Casey began to stir as their dad had made snacks for them after she'd women up wondering what had happened while she'd taken her nap making Rocket shrug as he had been playing Fast and the Furious with Groot astounding her guessing he'd used his RC cars to do it.
