"They're not monsters. They're Monobeast." Monokuma suddenly said appearing out of nowhere
""AHHHHHH!"" Both I and Kazuichi yelled at the same time our screams seemingly synchronized it truly was a wonder of ear-splitting power
Seemingly uncaring for our scream Monokuma continued
"The Monobeasts are the guardians of Jabberwock Island. They're making sure you guys don't think about ignoring the progression by going to the other islands" Monokuma stated before once again disappearing
After taking a few breaths to regain our composure I looked at Kazuichi
"If those m-monster's are his g-gatekeepers… it's better if we don't get close to them"
"Urgh… what the… hell is happening? We got a fucking insane nympho-nurse-looking lady, a goddamn stuffed bear telling us to murder each other and now Robotic monsters that will kill us if we tried to cross a bridge… I thought this was supposed to be a relaxing vacation where I get to hang out with some cute girls, not this!" Kazuichi ranted aloud and I could feel my cheek's heating up as he talked about me I wanted to call him out on that but I didn't feel right calling someone out on their insults

So with Peko in front, me in the middle, and Kazuichi behind me, we entered to the restaurant I could feel heat rising to my cheeks as I hoped no one would bring up what happened yesterday
"Ah, welcome you two you are on time, that is good," Byakuya said as we walked up the stairs I could feel multiple people staring at me it felt somewhat uncomfortable but also a little nice to be noticed by so many
"So, why is everyone gathered here?" I asked him
"Because, I gathered everyone here so we could talk about something. But first I have a question for you all. That Monokuma thing ordered us to kill each other so under these strange circumstances, what do you think we need right now?"
"Tch, who the fuck knows? Get to the point already." Fuyuhiko asked annoyed
"If you want me to get to the point, you better hurry up and answer my question."
"What do we need? We need food and sleep, obviously. Right?" Akane answered

After taking a few deep breaths I calmed my body down and left the restaurant
As I walked out of the hotel I could see Kazuichi pacing near the wooden gate door
"What are you doing?" I ask him with a tilted head
"AHHHH!" once again Kazuichi yelled in fear and I in turn let out a small "Eep"
"Hajime I know it doesn't seem it but you are scary as hell when you pop out of nowhere!" Kazuichi yelled he pointed a finger at me
"I-I am s-sorry," I say once again I could feel my tense up and tears begin to be cradled
"N-No it's fine just your kinda spooky y'know- not that your scary to me nothing is!" Kazuichi said trying to cover up the fact he was scared

"If you want me to believe you come to the beach later in a bikini and something to spilt apart a coconut so we can have coconut juice! If you do that I'll believe that you were both a boy and that hippo oath thing plus if you were a boy it shouldn't be a problem you were gonna do it later anyway weren't you!" The Pink Shark Devil commanded as if he was forcing a person to sign a contract to sign away their soul for their greatest wish only to twist it
"Wha-What?" I say aloud deathly confused and embarrassed
"What's the problem you're gonna do it right!? If you don't I'll never believe you!" Kazuichi yelled his earlier stress gone and now excitement took its place
'I-I-I don't even h-h-have a bikini and even i-i-if I did I don't k-know put on a b-b-bikini" I say heavily stuttering
"Argh- then just get one there's a ton at the supermarket! And just ask one of the other girls to help you and you can come up with some sort of excuse or be honest whatever just do it! I'll be at the beach after whatever Byakuya wants to show us"
"O-O-Okay," I say automatically my no- Mikan's apparent need to always appease pushed though
"Good I'll see you there!" Kazuichi yelled as he ran away most likely to the park wanting to get it over with so he can go to the beach later
'What the hell did I agree to? Well no matter what I guess I'll get one more believer which is always nice' I thought while lightly scratching his cheeks
So with that thought, I began to think as walked
'So I guess the schedule right now is to deal with whatever Byakuya wants to show us then I need to do that thing with Kazuichi then I need to talk to Nagito' I let out a sigh
'At least it's not boring' I thought with a small smile
"...For skinny people, you're awfully slow" Byakuya was saying as I walked into the park

It was such an out of place item in the rather serene park
"It is counting down but to what?" I began to rapidly look around trying to notice something but I couldn't see anything that was connected to it or what it could possibly effect
"Was this here last time?" Mahiru asked
"No… I am pretty sure it wasn't!" Nekomaru answered
"I found it this morning...when I was exploring the island one more time it's unknown… when it was actually placed here" Byakuya filled us in
"Monokuma must have placed it" Peko said
"But what could it be counting down towards.." I wondered aloud my voice surprisingly without stutter as I tried to analyze it
"Hmmmm… I have no clue" Ibuki said
"I am not seeing anything at all nope nothing," Teruteru said trying to avoid the truth
"Could it be…? It better not be a bomb!" Nekomaru guessed
"A bommmmmmmb!?" Kazuichi once again yelled with fear
"If they wanted to blow up the island, they would have done so by now. There's no need for a countdown" Byakuya said as he put his hand under his triple chin
"It is sure a mystery isn't it?" a high pitch voice spoke
"Monomi!?" I yell as I turn to the pink and white rabbit just standing there calmly
"What are you doing here!?" Mahiru asked
'She is alive!? She could still fix me right!?' I thought stunned
"...so I came over" Monomi finished answering Mahiru question
"No, not th-" Ibuki started but gaining confidence I interrupted

There is no sign of tourist or even citizens on this island… is this something like that even possible- no shouldn't even ask that as then we have an even bigger mystery" Byakuya said as he stared at me towards the end
"So many mysteries" I mutter softly
"Indeed but one thing is for sure I doubt a no-name group is behind this" Byakuya stated
"What do mean?" I ask with a breathy voice
"I mean… this situation we're in is undeniably the work of some enormous organization. Monomi, Monokuma, and the Monobeast all require major technical skill to operate."
"Plus, they'd need a ton of funding. And there's no way those things were made for the hell of it…" Kazuichi said
"That organization might be controlling these machines and monitoring the island with those cameras…"
"C-Could those people be the reason I am in Mikan's body?" I ask
"Hmm perhaps but I don't know why they would do that, just like I don't know why they are forcing us to do a killing game but for sure this is the work of an enormous organization is behind all this" Byakuya voiced his opinion
"I see, a big organization, huh… I can't imagine what kinda people they could be" Akane said
"Well, let's see there's my Togami Corporation… Sonia's Novoselic Kingdom… and the Kuzuryu clan...it would definitely have to be an organization as powerful as one of those groups, if not more so." Byakuya informed
"Huh?" Sonia said surprised
"Wait! If- when we get out of here and I somehow not in my body could one those people fix me?"
"Da- um I am not sure on that one, Hajime but you never know," Byakuya said with a surprisingly a frown
"Yeah I am sorry but I don't think I can help Hajime," Sonia said

"Our enemy's purpose is still unknown… as long as we find out who's behind this, we'll learn their purpose. So what we must do now is find out who our enemy is. If we do that, we'll be that much closer to a breakthrough. Luckily, according to the E-handbook, we are free to explore this island. There will definitely be a clue about the enemy on this island somewhere. Let's start looking" Byakuya added
All right! Let's get this crap done!... Uh what're we looking for" Akane asked

'I don't get it. In this tense situation, we all need to be a lot more cautious. And yet, I'm relieved everyone is such high spirits. "All right then. We should listen to Byakuya and not waste our energy thinking about pointless things! It's true that we're not in the best situation, but also it's not the worse because we're not alone we have friends we can count on to support each other" Nagito said
"Seriously? That sounds so lame!" Hiyoko made fun of Nagito
"Ahah, I knew it. I was I was thinking to myself just how lame I sounded for saying that" Nagito said nervously
'Freinds, huh? Until now, I never really thought about that, it's kinda embarrassing'
In the end, we never solved the mystery of the ominous countdown but without losing heart, everyone started heading back to the hotel- well not everyone…
