There was silence in the court as everyone took in what Nagito said...it was strange one minute he was admitting to killing Fuyuhiko and wanting to kill Byakuya then the next he said he didn't…

"What!?" Nekomaru yelled out

Nagito let out a small sigh

"Yes, Yes it's quite sad, the killer they left so many breadcrumbs this is why I ask- no deeply beg you to ask me for help for murder or- even better if, I can be so presumptuous to be the victim so I can help you all achieve a greater hope," Nagito said with a sadistic smile though it quickly fell

"Though it seems even that might not help...seeing the lack of hope in them, but I know why it didn't go to plan did it?" Nagito said with a shake of his head

"But please keep fighting! Believe you can win and survive this!" Nagito said in his seemingly growing signature stance

"What the hell, he's definitely loopier than the bitch!" Hiyoko yelled out

"Hey! You shouldn't ever say I am better at something than one of you" Nagito said with a fierce glare at the small girl

'uh...I don't think that was supposed to be a complement Nagito' I thought as I lightly scratched my cheek

"Enough! If he's not the murderer then who is!" Nekomaru yelled out

"N-Nagito y-you said that you knew," I say looking at the boy's eyes

"And you wish for me to tell you?" Nagito asked with a small tilt of his head

I gave him a short nod

He let out a small laugh,

"I see, I think you already know who it is, just think about it, I want to see if the murder will finally speak up and try to win and fight against such a despairful situation," Nagito said with a light sigh at the end

"If you know who murdered him speak up!" Peko yelled at him, which in response he just smiled

"You know we're all gonna die if you don't tell us!" Hiyoko yelled out

"Well then figure it out, think about it, I wanted to be the cleaner to set up the murder wouldn't that also follow for other people that were keen to murder to do similar things?"

"But they couldn't have the time to plan things without knowing beforehand that we were going to use the old building until everyone else unless they too were a clairvoyant" Gundam yelled with vigor

"Ah, but what if they didn't plan, with how messy the murder was I would have to say they didn't and everything was semi-in the moment," Nagito said with a small shake of his head

"So if we were to believe you...which is quite hard to do you're saying it can only be three people," Byakuya said with a push of glasses

"Nope only two remain, remember Teruteru has already been cleared," Nagito said with a small smile

"It's the pig shit! It has to be!" Hiyoko yelled out

Hiyoko: After getting the cleaning role she put down a simple plan to kill Fuyuhiko!

Kazuichi: Yeah! It has to be them! With all of those motives Monokuma piled up for the crazy chick!

Byakuya: You say that? When you were the one you said that Hajime might plant traps while Teruteru's back was turned?

Kazuichi: Y-Yeah I said that doesn't mean shit though!

Gundam: Hm I must say the Electro Mage is much more suspicious then the Mad Nurse

Kazuichi: What! What do you mean!

Mahiru: Do we have to point it out to you! all of the evidence points to you!

"Mahiru's right, everything points to Kazuichi, we even said that at the beginning but now it seems unavoidable it has to be you...though I must ask...why?" I say with my thin eyebrows crunched together

"No! It's not me I am being framed! I swear!" Kazuichi yelled out

"No one else fits, you must have been the one who did it, even me who also seems good as a candidate, the only time I was in the breaker room was with you, I couldn't have messed with it," I say with a small shake

"N-No- y-you have to understand she did it!" Kazuichi yelled tears falling off his eyes

"Quite, you're rambling are just sad, nothing about you shines hope anymore," Nagito said staring at him with a harsh glare

"P-Please y-you have t-to understand she's gonna kill us all!" Kazuichi yelled pointing a finger at me

"Kazuichi...no one is agreeing with you anymore, just tell us why before we vote you," I say looking down

"It's cause of you," he said softly

"What?" I ask him softly

"You were going to kill us all! Sooner or later you were going to strike! I could tell no matter how well you hid it I could tell you were insane...delusional...I knew sooner or later you would take Monokuma's offer...I had to stop that...but I missed I didn't remember where you were exactly" Kazuichi said softly tears still falling down his face

"Ah what a glorious goal, hoping to save us all by killing the seemingly most insane member of our group, but if you did that you have killed us still if you won this class trial, what was your plan?" Nagito aksed his eyebrow raised high

"I d-d-" Before he could continue Monokuma yelled out

"Hurry up! And vote enough of this damn wishy-washy shit!"

Slowly we pressed the button with Kazuichi face

[CLASS TRIAL END]

"PUHUHUHUH correct the blackened who killed Fuyuhiko Kuzuryu is Kazuchi Soda Ultimate Mechanic" Monokuma announced

"Kazuichi," Peko said softly as she walked over to him her burning with fury she slowly reached for the bamboo sword behind her but before she could make a single move a sudden chain came out of nowhere and grabbed Kazuichi's neck

"Phuhuhu, you already had your little chit-chat earlier we best hurting up and start the execution, plus I think it's a bit more despairful if you can't get vengeance on him" Monokuma yelled as the chain pulled him away

this chapter and in all honestly the trial has been pretty shit, I had an incredibly hard time writing this, and even with it finshed...it dosn't bring the joy I thought it would...mostly as I didn't realize how much of a pain in ass these can be to write, and that's probably because of the order of events as a writer I did, I worked like you would in the games and did the evidence then the trial bit I've learned that I need to do the reverse and work on the trial first then the evidence...as I think that will make this entire thing easier, so I hope the next trail that I do is a lot better then this one as I will admit this probably really shit, but hey it's my shit and I am gonna work with it

now that little monologue is finished I bet almost every one knew the murderer now I hope with the next trial it will be harder, I tried to make this one easy to repeclate the game and it's increase in difficulty but I did it a bit too easy I think, so next will hopefully be harder for you people to guess and a lot better

Now onto the Execution...I am not sure how I want to do this, I am not sure if I wanna go with a original one made by me or just copy one of the more popular fan executions (of course crediting them) so I'll let you guys deiced...

besides that let me know what you thought of this dumpster fire of a ending
