It shows a small school gym being set up with a ring, some mats, and floor level seating.
"Every big name in the world always starts from humble beginnings." A narrator says as it cuts to an old home film styled video of men in black and gold trunks making their way to said ring. It shows more men and women battling in the ring. It has two men raising their hands before transitioning to Jake and Josh on the ladder from the go home show. The two men in black and gold from before hug each other before transitioning to Mitchell and Luscious brawling. A masked man jumping from the floor, over the top rope transitions to Black Jack doing a suicide dive. "And while some things have certainly changed." It shows The Producer Matt Zane shaking hands with some execs, and he and Naruto watching over the construction of the stage and ringside area for Homecoming Bash. "The passion of its athletes is still the same." It shows a photo of Ben chatting with Gingka in the back. The twins grinning as they walk through gorilla, with Naruto giving Josh a fist bump. "And that passion continues tonight, as six men climb the ladder for the ultimate opportunity of riches, or title aspirations, the true Women's Champion will be crowned. Three men will make the ultimate sacrifice for Cruiserweight gold. And in the main event, a rematch years in the making as GVWL comes home, and proudly presents Homecoming Bash." The intro ends as black, red, and gold pyro goes off.
"Welcome ladies and gentlemen to Homecoming Bash, my name is Ryan Stafford, joined by Monika Hall, and normally we would have Nathan Spade doing the introduction, but we have no idea where he is." Ryan says as Limitless by CFO plays and Bray Swanson comes out.
"Looks like he's going to miss on the Harley Race battle royal." Monika adds.
"Ladies and Gentlemen, the following contest is the inaugural Harley Race Memorial Battle Royal for the GVWL Television Championship. Introducing the champion, from New York City, Bray Swanson." Bray enters the ring and hands the title to one of the refs, before counting that there are only 18 people, including himself, before Realeza by Jim Johnson plays as The Masked Bull comes out. "Introducing competitor number 19, he is one half of the GVWL Tag Team Champions. Benkei Hanawa, The Masked Bull." Totally not Benkei enters the ring and argues with Alex that he is totally not Benkei, getting confused looks from everyone. Some of the talent can be heard asking why he is in the Battle Royal when he is one half of the tag champs.
"I honestly don't get why they think he is the same person as Benkei." Monika says as The Masked Bull fails to convince everyone that he is without a doubt, not Benkei.
"Yeah, just because they have the same body type, and same sounding voice, doesn't mean anything." Ryan adds as Ace of Spades by Motorhead plays and out comes the missing commentator. "Oh my god."
"I guess we found Nate Ryan."
"Introducing the final competitor, he is The Ace of Spades, Nathan Spade." Nathan enters the ring and the bell rings to officially get the match under way. Bodies start to fly as the likes of Jimmy, Oscar, Jaune, and Ren get tossed out by Bray, The Berserker, and even Jim Bob Cletus. The likes of Black Star, PCU, and the Indie Darlings knew if they were to have a chance at winning, they would have to form an unlikely alliance. Bray and Berserker started to brawl in the middle of the ring as the eight temporary allies teamed up on Cletus. But they struggle to get him out. That's when The Masked Bull comes over and tosses Cletus, Rolf, and Johnny out, before Buford, Ferb, and Baljeet jump him and start beating him up in the corner. At the same time, Nathan uses his speed to eliminate Ironwood and Qrow. Everyone turns just in time to see Berserker pick Bray up with ease and tries to toss him out, but Bray escapes and hits a Swansong to the outside, eliminating him. Everyone looks at the champ, before Nathan steps up, only to get planted into the canvas with a Swansong. Black Star tries to step up, but is given a Swansong that bounces him out of the ring. The members of Grojband jump on the opportunity to attack Bray, and the members of PCU, The Indie Darlings, and The Alliance of Excellence join in on trying to make Bray a former champion, but he fights back, and eliminates Johnny, Ferb, Kin, and Austin before grabbing onto a few bodies as totally not Benkei walks over and sends the whole pile up out of the ring and starts celebrating as Nathan starts to get back up behind him.
"Nathan is still alive here." Ryan says as The Masked Bull turns to see him dased. Bull asks what he is doing before lifting him over the top rope and setting him on the floor, ending the match.
"Or not." Monika adds as the bell rings.
"Here is your winner, and the new GVWL Television Champion, The Masked Bull." Alex announced as The Masked Bull is handed his new title. He celebrates as he heads up the ramp when it cuts to Masamune finishing up getting ready when Tsubasa and some lady walks in.
"Uhhh. Get back fangirl. Back I say." He forces her out and slams the door on her. "What is up with the fangirls all of a sudden? I got it, because I will soon be GVWL World Heavyweight Champion."
"What?"
"The Deal or no Deal match."
"I know that, but who's to say, for example Gingka doesn't win?"
"He won't, I know that for a fact."
"Whatever, I have a title to defend." Masamune says as he walks off and it cuts to the ring.
"Ladies and gentlemen, the following contest is the Ultimate X match, and it is for the GVWL Cruiserweight Championship, the only way to win is to use the cables from each corner to reach and retrieve the championship." Alex says as Me Against the World plays and Double D steps out. "Introducing first, from Peach Creek, Double D." Double D heads down and poses on of the corners before hopping into the ring.
"The first ever Ultimate X match in GVWL history, but that does not mean this man has not been in any." Nathan says as Double D gives one of the polls holding the cables up a good shake.
"That's right, back in his PCUW days, he was like a king of the Ultimate X match, it's how he won so many X Division titles." Ryan adds as Double D wipes his hands down.
"Have to wonder if that's why he picked it as the match stipulation." Monika says as Metalingus by Alter Bridge plays and Ben Parker steps out wearing what can be described as a black and gold Edge inspired cape robe thing.
"And his opponents. First, from St.Louis Missouri, Ben Parker." The crowd cheers for his hometown and when he poses halfway down the ramp, setting off a battery of fireworks before continuing his walk down to the ring. Once he enters the ring, he takes the jacket off and sets it to the side before having what can only be civil discourse with Double D as King of my World by Saliva plays and Masamune steps out. "Next, from Metal Bey City Japan, he is the GVWL Cruiserweight Champion, Masamune Kadoya." Masamune slides into the ring and poses with the title before kissing it and handing it over to the ref, who then hooks it up. Once the formalities are over, the bell rings and the three look at one another in the form of a Mexican Standoff before Ben says something to Masamune, and the two men then jump Double D.
"Looks like the current and former champions want to take away his advantage with some two on one attacks." Nathan says as the two dump Double D out of the ring, before attacking one another.
"While it worked for just a bit, it's still every man for himself." Ryan adds as Masamune goes for a Code Striker, but Ben catches him and tosses him up for something. But Masamune grabs the cable and kicks Ben in the face, sending him out of the ring next to Double D. Both men stand up only to go back down as Masamune swings from the cable to the outside, hitting them both with a flying cross body.
"And the Champ, using the structure to his advantage here in the early goings." Monika says as Masamune gets up and feeds off the crowd before climbing the corner of the ring and grabbing the cable, wrapping his legs around it once he gets the chance to do so and inches his way to his hung title.
"Looks like Masamune want's a quick night at the office." Nathan says as Ben gets on the apron and tosses a chair at him, hitting his legs making them lose grip on the cable before Ben springboards off and hits a mid air spear.Ben turns to see double D trying for an Educational Forearm, but Ben again counters with a spear. Ben makes his way to the ropes and makes his way to the center. Masamune stands back up and tries to grab him, but Ben pulls himself over the cable and adjusts himself to kick Masamune in the back, and send him out of the ring. Ben continues to work his way over and stops to think of how he is going to get the title off.
"Parker is smart, but I think he has had a lapse in judgment." Ryan says as he swings his feet at the title.
"I think Ben is a little confused, but he has the right idea." Monika adds as Double D starts to get up, grabbing the chair Ben tossed in earlier.
"Yeah but if it comes loose and falls to the ground, it'll come to a mad dash, and Double D would have the best chance to steal it." Nathan argues as Ben hits the title, but it stays hanging, and Double D smacks him in the back with the chair and Ben drops to the canvas. Double D turns as Masamune springboards and Double D bends over, and Masamune hits a Panama Sunrise. "Oh, Masamune with something new in his arsenal, Bay Bay."
"What was that about?" Ryan asks as Double D is reeling, and Masamune hits a Code Striker. Masamune then tries for a Unicorn Tamer, but Double D rolls out of the way and grabs his shin and locks in the Sock Slicer Leg Slicer Compression Lock.
"And Double D with the submission here." Nathan says as Masamune frantically tries to escape.
"Double D should know that he can't win with a submission, considering he is the only one to have been in this match before." Ryan says Ben stands up on the apron of the ring.
"But it might basically take Masamune out of the match, leaving Double D to deal with just Ben." Monika answers as Ben hits the Flying Nothing springboard stomp, breaking the hold up. "Oh, this is some elite level wrestling."
"But it isn't tag team wrestling out of Jacksonville." Ryan jokes as all three men kip up at once, and Masamune grabs the calf that was just in the submission hold. Ben and Double D see this and nod, before both men hitting the bad leg with a dropkick and follow up with a double super kick. Double D then shoves Ben out of the ring and grabs onto the cable and makes his way to the title. He stops to look over and sees Masamune quite literally hauling ass to where, still at this moment, his title still hangs. The two battle in mid air before Masamune flies at him and hits a Code Striker, which is followed up by a spear from Parker. Masamune looks for the Code Striker on Ben, but he catches him. Masamune starts to rain down fist, but Ben digs his nails into his calf, causing him to let go, and Ben vaults him into one of the poles. Ben recovers and turns to Double D, who hits an Educational Forearm. He grabs Masamune and looks for the Clash of the Eds, but Masamune counters and looks for the walls, but his calf seized up on him, forcing him to give up on the hold. Masamune tries to surprise him and looks for the Code Striker, but Double D catches him and hits the Clash of the Eds. He catches his breath and makes his way to the corner to start the rope crawl to the title. Once he is almost there, Ben jumps up and grabs onto his body, halting his progress.
"Ben is using his weight to hold Double D up here." Nathan says as Ben grabs the cable In front of Double D and kicks him off before reaching over and grabbing the belt, and the bell rings to end the contest.
"Here is your winner, and the NEW, GVWL Cruiserweight Champion, Ben Parker." Ben climbs up onto the intersecting piece of the cables and holds up two fingers with a shot of the Arch in the background as it fades to somewhere in the stadium where Gingka is wrapping his hands when Shane Martin walks in.
"Gingka, if I can have some of your time?"
"No."
"Why not?"
"Because everytime I do an interview with you. Tsubasa and company jump me, now shew, get out of here." Gingka waves Shane off but grabs the camera. "You stay. I know what Shane was going to ask. What do you think of what Tsubasa said earlier, and I don't care, I plan on leaving with the Deal or no Deal contract, but hey. If he wins, good for him. Now get out." Gingka says as it fades to Black Jack walking past catering where he grabs a bottle of water, and continues walking when Shane runs in.
"Oh thanks." Shane takes the water and chugs the whole thing. Getting a shocked look from the masked wrestler.
"Are you kidding me Shane."
"Oh yeah, anyway. Black Jack, what are your thoughts on what Phineas said last Thursday and what Gingka and Tsubasa said earlier?"
"I'll be honest, I have no idea what Gingka and Tsubasa said. But I do know what Phineas said, and I will say what everyone says. I'm going to win the contract and use it to become the new GVWL World Heavyweight Champion. Can I go now?"
"Uh, yeah." Shane turns away disappointed as it fades to the ringside area.
"Ladies and gentlemen, we ask that you turn your attention to the jumbotron in centerfield." Alex says as the cameras turn to said screen as a parody of an 80's buddy cop film starts to play. Two cop cars pull up in the middle of the street somewhere in St.Louis. Out of one car steps out Shawn and Owen with spiffy aviator shades.
"Shawn Collins as Shawn Collins, Owne Jones as Owen Jones." From the other car, Sun and Neptune step out, with clearly fake mustaches. "Sun Wukong as Sun Wukong. Neptune Vasilias as Neptune Vasilias in… STREET JUSTICE!"
"I thought I smelled monkey business on this call, Owen." Shawn says, getting a shocked look from the others.
"That's fucking racist." Sun shouts at him.
"What are you talking about?"
"I'm a monkey faunes." Sun says, grabbing his tail, and showing it to him.
"OHH, I am so sorry, I completely forgot."
"Hey, you didn't mean it. Where were we again?"
"We were at the part where the disembodied voice introduces the match." Owen says and everyone shakes their heads in agreement.
"Ladies and gentlemen, the following cinematic match is a Streat Justice match. The only way to win this match is to eliminate the other team by handcuffing both members." The narrator finishes as Neptune and Sun jump Shawn and Owen. They brawl down the road and Shawn and Sun fight I to an alleyway and Owen and Neptune continue in the middle of the road, where they stop in the middle of an intersection, where a car stops as Neptune hits a scoop slam.
"Do you mind, I have somewhere to be." The guy driving honks his horn as Neptune walks up and rips him out of the car.
"I'm commandeering your vehicle." Neptune says as he gets in and floors it at Owen as he gets up, and he hits the hood. Neptune gets out and grabs a tire iron. He comes back to Owen and swings for his head, but Owen moves just in the nick of time and kicks him in the head. Owen gets off of the car and slams Neptune's face into the hood, before sending his head through the driver side window, and slapping the cuffs on him.
"Neptune has been eliminated." The disembodied voice says as Owen catches his breath, and looks around confused as to where the voice was coming from.
"Shawn, did we win yet?" Owen asks as Shawn comes flying out of a window and onto the car. "I take that as a no."
"Obviously." Shawn says as Sun walks out of the front door and over to Shawn.
"Neptune, what happened?" He notices his partner in the driver side window as Owen sneaks up and smacks him in the back with the tire iron. They start fighting, again heading down the street, and Shawn eventually catches up. Sun fights back and doinks Owens head off a lamp post, before tackling Shawn through a glass window of a convenience store. He starts to beat on Shawn as Owen enters the store, by walking through the door. He grabs a bag of chips and smacks Sun in the back of the head with it, doing absolutely nothing. Sun gets off Shawn and he and Owen start fighting in the store. They fight to the soda coolers and Owen hits a right hand that stuns Sun, and grabs a glass bottle of Fitz.
"No, this is a St.Louis product. I'll save you for later." He sets it down to the side and looks for something else and Sun grabs the bottle and smashes it over Owen's head, before slapping the cuffs on him.
"Owen has been eliminated." Sun looks around just like Owen did before.
"What the hell?"
"Are you going to pay for all that?" The cashier asks and Sun bolts out the door,
"You come back here." Shawn runs after him as Sun takes a ladies bike and starts to ride away. Shawn does the same to the other lady and a, not so, hot pursuit ensues. The chase ends at the Gateway Arch where Sun is told to get off, so he runs onto the Arch Grounds. Shawn follows and grabs something from his hip.
"Stop, why are you running away from this match, Sun?"
"That way the final stand can have an important landmark of the city. Wait, what is that?" Sun asks, concerned as he sees Shawn is pointing something at him.
"I named it Chekhov."
"Is that a fucking taser?" Sun gets his answer in the form of… getting tased. Shawn runs up and puts the cuffs on him, after the tasting is over at least, ending the match.
"Ladies and gentlemen, here is your winner. Shawn Collins and Owen Jones, the LRIB."
"Who was that?"
"That's what I was wondering." Sun says as Shawn grabs him and drags him over to a random cop car.
"Book him, boys." The actual cops look at him confused as he walks off and it cuts to the arena where Sasuke is seen walking around.
"Sasuke, may I have some of your time." A young woman with a microphone says as she walks in.
"Who the hell are you?"
"I'm a new interviewer. My name is Rachael Smith."
"And?"
"I want to ask a few questions."
"What is it?"
"What will your plans be if you happen to win the Deal or no Deal contract?" Sasuke looks Rachael in the eyes and shakes his head before walking off. "Not great first impressions. Shane, over to you."
"Thanks Rachael, and no worries Sasuke's just a dick. But I am here with my guest, the First King of Illira, Ky Kiske. Ky, what is your strategy heading into the Deal or no Deal match?"
"Climb the ladder, grab the contract, and become the GVWL World Champion. I don't know. Oh look at the time, goodbye now." Ky waves and runs off as Magic by LilSkies plays and Phineas comes out with Issabella by his side.
"Ladies and gentlemen, the following contest is a ladder match, and it is for the inaugural Deal or no Deal contract, introducing first, from Danville of the Tri-State, Phineas Flynn." Phineas poses as Paint it Black by The Rolling Stones plays. "And his opponents, from the Shadows of the Future, he is the Golden Star, Black Jack." Black Jack enters the ring and mouths off a bit with Phineas as Electric Eye by Judas Priest plays and Ky Kiske steps out from behind the curtain. "Next, from Paris, France, he is the First King of Illyria, Ky Kiske." Ky joins the two in the ring and Missury Loves my Company by Three Days Grace plays and Sasuke walks out. "From Konoha Village, Sasuke Uchiha." Sasuke enters the ring and Phineas starts mouthing at him, but he ignores him as Judas by Fozzy plays and Gingka makes his way to the ring. "From Metal Bey City Japan, Gingka Hagane." Gingka gets to the ringside area when Tsubasa jumps him from behind, and the match is underway. Phineas rolls out of the ring, waving his finger at Ky, Black Jack, and Sasuke, mocking them as he turns to see Gingka launching Tsubasa into the ladder next to him, taking him out as well. Sasuke turns to Ky and the two start fighting, leaving Black Jack to himself.
"Looks like Black Jack doesn't have himself a dance partner." Monika says as he sees another ladder, yet to be touched.
"But it looks like he has a plan." Nathan adds as he rolls out of the ring and grabs the ladder and slides it into the ring, as he looks to his side and sees Gingka and Tsubasa continue to punch and kick at one another. This gives Sasuke, who had dropped Ky with a scoop slam, a chance to kick the ladder back out, knocking Black Jack down.
"And the veteran instincts of Uchiha are on display." Ryan says as Ky tries to sneak up on Sasuke and fails at the Rising Force Ripcord Knee Strike, as Sasuke grabs his knee and plants him with a power bomb. He sets up for the punt, but Black Jack saves Ky by throwing the ladder at Sasuke. "And that's one way to stop an attack."
"Hey, if it works, it works." Nathan responds as on the outside, Gingka and Tsubasa continue to fight each other as Phineas grabs the ladder that fell on him earlier and he takes both of them out for the time being. Phineas re-enters the ring and tosses Black Jack out of the ring before setting the ladder up and starting to climb.
"And Phineas is starting to climb." Nathan says as Ky joins him on the other side.
"And he is using his legs." Monika adds as Phineas starts to reach for the case but Ky stops him with a gut punch. They start punching at one another as Black Jack grabs a tall ladder from under the ring and sets it under Phineas' side, and sits on his end, tipping the ladder in the ring, causing Ky and Phineas to spill out of the ring.
"That's one way to tip over a ladder." Ryan says as Tsubasa shoves Black Jack into the steps and back into the ring before he sets up the ladder bridge from the barricade to the apron and tries to hit Gingka with the Winged Eagle power bomb, but as he lifts him up, Gingka slips out and stands on the ladder, knocking Tsubasa down with a kick to the face. He turns and walks to the apron but Black Jack is there and they go back and forth until Black Jack hits a forearm smash that reals Gingka, and jumps over him and hits a Canadian Destroyer through the ladder.
"A Canadian Destroyer onto, and through the ladder." Nathan says as Tsubasa grabs one of the shorter ladders and gets ready to climb. He is joined by Sasuke and they have a back and forth before Sasuke gets Tsubasa realling and hits a Sharingan Impact off the ladder. "The match hasn't been going for you long and it already has a decent amount of carnage."
"So that means it will be unnecessarily violent, or it'll be too short of a ladder match." Monika adds as Phineas, Ky, and Black Jack start to enter the ring Black Jack grabs the ladder and spins around with it, knocking Ky back out of the ring and Phineas ducking under, and grabbing his foot and pulling it out from under him, causing him to crash the back of his neck against the ladder. Gingka enters the ring and hits Phineas with a gut kick and a jawbreaker.
"Looks like Gingka's does in fact have a new move. And if I remember correctly, he called it the Big Bang Stunner." Nathan says as Phineas sells like a mad man for the Big Bang Stunner as Gingka turns to Ky and hits another, with similar results. Both men flip and flop out of the ring as Gingka turns to Tsubasa, and looks for another, but he turns him around to the receiving end of a loud slap from Madoka.
"When did Madoka get here?" Monika asks as Tsubasa hits the Winged Eagle onto the ladder.
"Not sure, but I bet Tsubasa is happy to see her." Nathan adds as Tsubasa picks Gingka and has Madoka open the ladder up while it is still on the ground. "Now what are they thinking?" Tsubasa lays the back of Gingka's neck on one leg and sets the other leg down, and Madoka joins his side.
"Oh God, now might be a good time to look away Hall." Ryan says as the couple does a cute little count to three before jumping up, and landing on the ladder.
"And Madoka and Tsubasa, with a sickening attack on Gingka, they might have just crushed his throat." Nathan says as the couple giggle up a storm as medical personnel rush to Gingka's side.
"I don't care how much you hate someone, that is uncalled for." Ryan adds as they rush Gingka onto a stretcher and to the back. All the while, Black Jack jumps Tsubasa and they spill to the outside, where he hits a Canadian Destroyer, and uses the momentum to stand back up and hit a Package Piledriver. Black Jack turns to a steel chair to the mug from Madoka. Sasuke comes up and tells her off, only to also get smashed upside the head with a steel chair. After settling down, Madoka drags Tsubasa to the ladder, and props him on one side, and he takes the hint and starts to climb ever so slowly. The crowd starts to cheer as Madoka turns to see Gingka hitting her with a Pegasus Spear. Tsubasa sees this and tries to hurry grabbing the contract, but Gingka grabs his leg and yoinks him down, and the two start to brawl, out of the ring and into the crowd. As they leave the ringside area, Isabella huffs Phineas back into the ring, before dragging him to the ladder, and helping him start the climb. This time no one is able to interrupt him and he unlatches the briefcase to win the match.
"Here is your winner, Phineas Flynn." He celebrates on top of the ladder with Isabella joining him as it cuts to the back where Shane is waiting.
"Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome at this time, the new GVWL Cruiserweight Champion, Ben Parker." Ben walks into shot with the Cruiserweight Championship on his shoulder. "Firstly, congratulations on regaining the Cruiserweight Championship."
"Thanks."
"Now that you are once again the champ, what is your plan with the title?"
"Obviously I plan on defending it, now Masamune is a great competitor, but I would like to face someone new you know." Ben says, as he turns to see the now former champion Masamune. "Speak of the devil."
"Look Parker, I know we have never been the best of friends and all, but congrats." Masamune puts his hand out, and after a little bit, Ben does the same and they shake hands. Masamune nods his head in respect before walking off, and Ben does the same in the opposite direction as it cuts back to the stadium as Renaissance plays and Soul and Kidd come out onto the stage with a full entourage.
"Soul and Kid looking to become the first three time champions in GVWL history. of course they were the first ever two time champions and Tag Team champions as well both times beating the Kijura's." Nathan says as they slowly ride down the ramp in style.
"Ladies and gentleman, the following contest is a triple threat tag team TLC match." Alex Rivers starts as the former champions step into the ring. "Introducing first, Soul Eavens and Death the Kid, The DWMA."
"Not only are the first two time and Tag Team champions, but when they won back THEIR tag belts they had to win the first ever steel cage match in GVWL history, and what better way than becoming the first three time champions than by winning the first ever TLC match in company history." Ryan says as they pose in the corners as the music dies down.
"Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome at this time St. Louis Cardinals PA announcer John "Uman" Ulett."
"Thank you Alex, for generations, St. Louis has hold the tradition of Opening day at Busch Stadium, making it one of the most beloved days in baseball, and tonight the Cardinals organization would love to share its most sacred traditions with Grand Velocity Wrestling, so without further ado, please welcome home, St.Louis' favorite twins, Jake and Josh Meredith, and the Budweiser Clydesdales." The stadium's organ starts playing Here Comes the King a it cuts to the right field gate as the majestic Clydesdales start to take a lap around the stadium, with the Twins wearing Cardinals Uniforms riding in the back of the wagon getting what can be described as a deafening pop. They trot their way to where home plate would usually be and hop off, thanking the driver of the wagon for the ride as the organ ends the song and Nowhere to Run by Fozzy takes its place. "And there opponents, first from St.Louis Missouri, Jake and Josh, The Meredith Twins." The twins posse before taking the jerseys off.
"I don't know how the champs will be able to top that." Monika says as Black Sunshine by White Zombie plays and it zooms in on the tron, where a 1970 Mustang Boss 302 Convertible is being escorted by a group of bikers.
"Gripping the wheel his knuckles went white with desire" It shows Kyoya gripping the wheel with one hand, the other on the opened window. "The wheels of his Mustang exploding on the highway like a slug from a .45." The camera focuses on the tires as they head down the road. "True Death: 400 Horsepower of maximum performance piercing the night." A wide shot is shown as Kyoya and Benkei roll up to the parking lot of Busch Stadium and they step out. "This is Black Sunshine." Kyoya adjusts his leather jacket as they walk into the venue, the next time being seen is when they appear through the crowd.
"Next, from Metal Bey City Japan, they are the GVWL World Tag Team Champions, Kyoya Tatagami, and Benkei Hanawa." The champs take off any of the extra stuff and hand over the titles where the ref shows the other teams and displays them for the crowd setting the belts up to be pulled into the sky above the ring and the bell sounds with Kyoya engaging Kidd, Jake targeting Soul, leaving Josh and totally not the masked Bull to go at it. Jake being the bigger man easily tosses Soul out the ring and goes to help Josh with Benkei, Kidd whips Kyoya towards the ropes and drops down, making Kyoya hop over him, on the rebound Kidd goes for a body drop but Kyoya reads it and drops down and goes to slap him but gets stomped on, meanwhile the twins take care of Benkei and Josh sneaks up behind Kidd and nails a pitcher perfect German Suplex and Jake slides a ladder into the ring and Benkaei starts fighting Jake outside the ring, Josh is sneakily trying to get the ladder up but Soul comes in from out of nowhere and kicks the ladder into Josh's face with a springboard dropkick and rolls out the ring
"Oh, already getting the weapons into the fray." Nathan says as Jake is tossed over the commentary table landing directly into their laps.
"Heads up, oh shi." Monika says as she gets knocked over meanwhile soul starts to climb as Kyoya reenters the ring and Kidd tries to stop him but gets thrown into the ladder, knocking it over as soul leaps off a nails a leaping clothesline. Meanwhile outside the ring Benkei finds Josh and brings him over to the commentary table and sets the other twin for a powerbomb.
"Guys, we might want to move." Nathan says as Josh is put through the table. Benkei turns around and Jake smokes him with the ring bell. "Good Lord."
"Doesn't that weigh around 25 pounds? Benkei might be seriously hurt." Ryan says as he returns the bell to the timekeepers area and re-enters the ring to see Kyoya trying to fight off the DWMA but the number advantage gets to him so Jake enters the ring and fights off Soul and Kidd and tosses them from the ring. He goes to dump out Tategami but catches him by surprise, hitting Jake with a Spine Buster onto a knocked over ladder. He rolls Jake over to set the ladder up and starts to climb as Soul springboards and clings to Kyoya's back while Kidd runs to the other side. Seeing no other option to stop them, Kyoya grips the ladder tightly and thrusts himself backwards and the added weight of Soul causing the ladder to tip backwards as Soul lets go and jumps off and Stunguns himself while Kidds leap of faith gets him on the turnbuckle causing Kyoya to fall on his back with the ladder landing on top of him, Kidd than jumps onto the rope and hits a springboard moonsault onto the ladder, clinching his ribs as he bounces off the steel.
"I don't think that was what Kyoya was planning their." Monika says as Josh gets back into the ring and grabs another ladder and sets it up and begins to climb as Kyoya recovers and pushes the first ladder off as he gets up leaving it leaned against the opposite side.
"Especial Kidd, he did more damage to himself than to Tategami." Ryan sas as Josh gets to the top of the ladder and Kyoya tries to pull him down, but Josh gets him off by booting him in the face, and tries to reach while Kid runs up the propped up ladder, Shelton Benjamin style and hits a Canadian destroyer off the ladder making Josh roll back on his feet and fall backwards out the ring through the bottom and middle ropes.
"Oh my god." Monika says as both men lay there as Soul makes his way to the ladder and Jake stops him and the two start throwing hands and Kidd gets in helping Soul get the upper hand on the bigger man. They dump Kyoya out of the ring as Benkei finally begins to stir outside while Kidd goes outside to fetch a table and the two set it up as on the outside Josh and Benkei get to there feet and Benkei headbutts Josh to get into the ring while Soul and Kidd sets Jake on the table and Soul climbs the turnbuckle, while Kyoya drags Kidd out and cracks him in the head with a steel chair while Soul goes for a moonsault, but while upside down in mid air Benkei catches him and puts both men through the table, Benkei than tries his hand at the climb but is stopped as Josh grabs his pants and tries to boot him of but Josh quickly grabs the waist and nails a German Suplex, Kyoya comes in chair in hand and charges Josh who delivers a swift kick to the gut making the chair fall out off his hands and Josh slides it in front of him, and Hits the 1916 onto the chair.
"Josh now has an opening." Nathan says as Josh decides to go out of the ring and sets up a ladder bridge and as he reenters the ring he goes to put Benkei through the ladder but Benkei surprises him with the steel chair to the stomach than the back, but before he could get Josh up Jake saves his brother with a superkick to the big mans jaw, dazzling Benkei long enough for Jake to get him up for the Last Ride through the bridge. The brothers climb the ladder and goes to grab the titles but the Ladder is tipped by Soul as the hop off to avoid crashing to the outside and he and Kyoya pushes the twins out the ring. Kyoya and Soul both take a moment to breath from the frenetic pace as they look over to each other and realize they are the only two in the ring. Adrenaline kicks in as they rush to the center and pick up the ladder as both men begin to climb the ladder and reach the top at the same time and begins to throw punches at each other, Soul gets the upper hand and starts to reach for the belts but Kyoya head butts him to knock him off the ladder and tries to reach for the prize himself but Kidd pulls him down and nails a super kick and as Kidd is turned around by the twins hit him with a standing conchairto.
"THUNDEROUS SHOTS THE BROTHERS HAVE AN OPENING." Nathan says as they set down the chairs and start climbing and the crowd starts getting loud.
"EVERYONE ELSE IS DOWN, STAY FOCUSED YOU TWO." Monika fails at showing no bias as they reach the top and both unhook a strap at the same time and the bell rings.
"Ladies and gentlemen here are your winners, and NEW GVWL World Tag Team Champions, Jake and Josh, The Meredith Twins." The twins continue to celebrate, heading over to, what was, the commentary table and start shaking Monika before taking the mini party to the crowd,
"Ah come on guys, take me with you." Monika moans as they continue deep into the sea of fans.
"I agree, take her with you guys." Ryan jokes as it cuts to Mitchell making his way in the back, when he bumps into Grojband.
"Oh hey Mitch." Corey gets his attention as it shows the group with their instruments.
"What is it?"
"Where's your dad at?"
"I don't know, look I have a match, and it's up next so yeah, sorry guys." Mitchell leaves them hanging as it cuts to the stadium as World's Apart plays and Luscious and Campbell come out.
Ladies and gentlemen, the following tag team contest is set for one fall. Introducing first, Luscious Mars, and Steven Campbell." The two enter the ring as Luscious poses and Campbell stands in the middle of the ring, menacingly.
"I don't get how Luscious could have willingly done what he did. That was his best friend's father." Monika says disgusted as Luscious looks over to Steven. The crowd pelts them with boos as My Town by Hollywood Undead plays and Naruto steps out. "And there opponents, first, he is the General Manager of Havok, Naruto Uzumaki." Naruto gets to the ring and stops at the end of the ramp.
You want to talk about stuff that doesn't make sense, why does Naruto have to stick his nose into this?" Ryan asks as Through the Fire and the Flames play and Mitchell Zane joins him. "And his partner, from St.Louis Missouri, Mitchell Zane."
"Probably because they tried to blame him from the beginning." Monika answers as the two men enter the ring and Naruto and Steven step onto the apron, leaving the two former best friends in the ring as the bell rings. The two look into the other's eyes, Luscious' is less intense than Mitchell's as the latter slaps him. Luscious retreats to his corner and tags Campbell in, who starts to toss Mitchell around. He tries to crawl to his corner, but Campbell cuts him off and yeets him into his own.
"Steven Campbell is treating Zane like a sack of potatoes, and he deserves it." Ryan says as Campbell hits a big boot off of the rebound.
"And how is that?" Monika asks as Campbell let's Mitchell crawl over for the tag.
"Don't even get started you two." Nathan says as Naruto stares down Steven and they tie up, with the latter quickly getting the advantage. He tries to force the veteran into a neutral corner, but Naruto takes the back and hits a German suplex. "And now Campbell takes some offense." He quickly gets up and takes a belly to belly suplex. Naruto tries to put a headlock in, but Steven picks him up and drives him into his corner and rams his shoulder over and over again into the Havok GM's torso. Luscious tags in and continues to kick at Naruto. The ref pulls him away and while that happens, Campbell hits Naruto with a Samoan Spike. "And Campbell with a dirty move with the ref's back turned."
"All is fair in love and war Nate." Ryan says as Luscious goes back on the attack.
"I bet if the roles were reversed, you would be crying foul." Monika adds as Luscious tags out and Steven continues to beat down on Naruto.
"And you would love it. Shut up, I ain't the only one here with double standards." Ryan responds as Steven makes Naruto struggle to his corner, and again cuts him off.
"Campbell seems to be enjoying this." Nathan says as he starts to visibly chuckle.
"Yeah, like a cat playing with a mouse." Monika adds as he picks Naruto up from the ground and hits a German suplex.
"Well with power like that he has every right to play with his prey." Ryan states as he sets up for the gord, but Naruto manages to dodge and he goes shoulder first into the ring post. Steven steps back and Naruto grabs him and hits an F5.
"Naruto with an F5, he has a chance to tag in Mitchell." Nathan says as both men crawl to their respective corners and Campbell tags in Luscious, who trips on his way in, keeping him from stopping Naruto tagging in Mitchell. "And here he comes."
"He finally has his chance to pay Marz back for everything he has done." Monika adds as Mitchell hits a clothesline, and another, before hitting a tilt a whirl DDT. Mitchell hits the ropes and looks for the stomp, but Luscious scouts it and reverses it with a powerbomb and pins.
1…2… Mitchell kicks out. Luscious looks down at him with an upset look as he crawls to the corner. Luscious sees the opportunity to hit a Helluva Kick, but Mitchell grabs his leg and hits a buckle bomb.
"And Mitchell scouts Luscious' signature move." Nathan says as Luscious falls to his knees.
"These two used to tag together, they were best friends, of course they knew each other's moves." Monika says as Mitchell looks for the pedigree, but Luscious counters with a body drop. As Mitchell gets up, Luscious hits the ropes and hits a stomp.
"AND LUSCIOUS JUST HIT ZANE WITH HIS OWN MOVE." Nathan responds as Marz pins.
1…2… Mitchell kicks out just before three.
"But he still kicks out." Nathan adds as Luscious argues with the ref. Steven enters the ring and tries to intimidate the ref, but Naruto comes in and dumps the big man out of the ring in the corner. Luscious takes advantage and hits the Helluva kick, and tries to pin. But the ref informs him that Naruto isn't able to be pinned, as he isn't the legal man. But as he realizes this, Mitchell hits the stomp and pins.
1…2…3. Mitchell helps Naruto up and the two start to celebrate the win.
"Here are your winners, Naruto Uzumaki and Mitchell Zane." Alex announces as Numb by Rob Zombie plays and Mitchell's father, The Producer, Matt Zane, comes down to the ring. He shakes the two men's hands and waves for a microphone.
"Ladies and gentlemen, give it up for these two. Hell, give it up for everyone who has performed, and has yet to perform tonight, yes, even Mr. Marz and Mr. Campbell." The crowd cheers a little louder. "Now, celebrating with my son and a good friend isn't all I came out here to do. I have an announcement to make. Starting this Saturday, GVWL will have the first episode of its new show, Saturday Evening Mayhem. This new show will allow us to showcase more of the talents and titles that don't get the love they rightfully deserve.ill allow us to have singles title matches the night before a pay-per-veiw as to keep not overdue it on said pay-per-veiws. To So please tune in on Saturday and enjoy the rest of the show." Matt finishes his speech and the three leave the ring as it cuts to the now former tag team champions as Shane Martin bumps into them.
"Keyoya, Benkie, if you two are alright, I would like to ask what you thought of your two's match earlier?"
"What can I say? We fought our best possible fight, so did Kid and Soul for that fact, but the twins were the superior team tonight. Congrats to them, but we'll be back." Kyoya answers and they walk away as it cuts to the arena when This Will be the Day by Casey Lee Williams plays and out comes Ruby Rose in a silver and gold colorway of her ring attire with the Interim title around her waist.
"One has to wonder if she can handle not having anyone at ringside." Monika says as she walks up to what seems like an eight year old girl holding a toy GVWL Women's Championship and a black and pink Smartass Inc. shirt, so she bends over to the girl.
"She's your favorite wrestler huh?" The girl just nods in silence. "Ahh, that's cool, I'll make sure to visit you when you're in prison when you're older ok." Ruby turns around and enters the ring with a nasty smirk. She takes the belt off and hoists the title over her head as The Beast and the Harlot by Avenged Sevenfold plays and Alexa starts the walk to the ring.
"And there she is, the GVWL Women's World Champion looking to close this chapter and shut Ruby Rose up for good, remember what she said three days ago on Havok, she doesn't need any hardcore stipulation to be-stow violence upon the Interim Champion Rose, so we know the two things on her mind is retaining her title and physically harming her enemy." Nathan says as she walks past the same fan, handing the little girl her hat, causing the kid's eyes to light up with joy and slides into the ring.
"Ladies and Gentlemen this is your co-main event of the evening set for one fall, and is for the Undisputed GVWL Women's World Championship. Introducing first from the Kingdom of Vale, Remnant, she is the GVWL Interim Women's Champion, Ruby Rose." Alex starts the introductions as ruby holds the strap in one hand and bows to the crowd then she turns around and flips Wilson off. "And her opponent, from St. Louis, Missouri, she is GVWL Women's Champion, Alexa Wilson." Both women hand their belts over to the ref, who calls for the bell.
"Here we go." Monika says as the two tie up. Alexa pushes Ruby into the corner and the ref does the count. They separate and both slap each other across the face.
"Well than." Nathan says as they tie up again with Rose using her speed to get a waist lock and pushes her forward into the ropes using the rebond to get a roll up.
1..2..Alexa kick out and get back to her feet and throws Ruby over her shoulder with a side headlock takedown, Ruby gets them standing and pushes off the ropes and goes for a back body drop but Alexa slides between her legs, kips up and nails a German Suplex and bridges.
1..Ruby kicks out but Alexa still has the waist lock and gets dropped on her shoulders again, Alexa rolls over and Ruby grabs the ropes and holds on for dear life preventing a third German.
"Surprisingly technical here in the opening moments as neither woman has the advantage." Nathan says as Alexa grabs her legs and dumps Ruby out to the floor. "And now Wilson dumping Ruby out of the ring could change the tide of the match." Nathan says as she rolls out of the ring to chase, 1.. Alexa picks Ruby up who slips behind her and pushes her stomach first into the barricade, 2.. Rose then whips Lexy into the ring post, causing her head to bounce off with a sick thud. "Jesus Christ." 3. She pulls herself up with the apron while Rose walks up the stairs and gets a running start and looks for a hurricanrana,4.. but gets caught and Alexa is able to swing the momentum in her favor with a powerbomb into the corner of the barricade, 5.. Alexa then crawls to the ring and rolls in and out at six to restart the count. She heads to the corner of the ring while Rose pulls herself up, 1.. As soon as she starts to turn around Lexy charges for a spear, 2, they both go crashing through the barricade and into the crowd sending everyone into a frenzy. "OH MY GOD, the barricade just got bent in half." Nathan says as the ref exits the ring and is joined by two medical personnel to make sure they can continue.
"In the words of good ole JR, with God as my witness these two are broken in half." Monika says as Alexa gets to her feet and picks Rose up.
"Get the fuck out of my way asshole." She can be heard saying as she shoves a doctor out of the way and the ref returns to the ring and resumes the count at three, as Wilson starts slamming Rose's face into the steps, 4.
"What is she thinking, is she trying to get disqualified?" Ryan says as Alexa uses Ruby's face to hit the steps about six times as the ref counts six and tosses her back into the ring.
"Well to be fair Ryan, there's nothing in the rule book about slamming your opponent's face into the steps." Nathan says as Alexa taps her wrist and picks up Rose and plants her with the 1916.
"1916, that's it." Monika says as Lexy lifts her arms to her side in a boasting fashion and puts a foot in the middle of Rose's chest for the pin.
1..2..to the shock of everyone, especially Wilson and the announcers, Ruby kicks out before three.
"Ohh kick out at two and three quarters." Nathan says as Lexy picks her up for another attempt.
"I can not believe she just kicked out." Monika says as Ruby reverses the second 1916 by jumping behind her and hitting her with an Omega Driver, the finisher of someone close and dear to Alexa's heart.
"REV DRIVER, THAT'S C.J. WILSON'S MOVE!" Nathan screams as the crowd loses their shit again over Ruby stealing her little brother's finisher and covers.
1..Alexa kicks out at one from pure rage and rolls onto her knees giving Rose a death glare.
"SHE KICKED OUT AT ONE!" Monika's voice cracks as the crowd screams from joy and Ruby gives a sheepish smile and a little wave hello.
"Like Kenny Omega kicking out of the Golden Trigger by the Young Bucks." Ryan says as Wilson jumps Rose and starts laying down vicious ground shots. She rolls onto her stomach and pulls herself out of the ring as the ref breaks them up and she notices that Wilson's elbow must have cut her just on her left brow, and it's a bad one. Lexy tries to drag her back in but Ruby pushes her with her legs and she stumbles into the referee.
"Oh no, be careful Ruby the ref's down." Ryan says as Wilson just looks down at the ref than the hard cam unimpressed.
"Uh huh, despite the fact that she pushed Alexa into the ref?" Monika says as Wilson goes towards the ropes.
"Have I ever told you two you sound like an old married couple? OHHH." Nathan takes a shot at his co-workers as Ruby nails Lexy in the head with a chair while the ref is recovering.
"Excellent move by Rose, fight fire with fire." Ryan says as she tosses the chair back under the ring and notices Wilson laying on the middle rope so when she slides back in she rebounds off the ropes and hits the Crescent Rose Feint Kick making Wilson stumble around on her feet before flopping onto her back in the center of the ring.
"Crescent Rose, center of the ring." Nathan says as she connects the follow up splash.
"SHE GOT IT GAME OVER." Ryan says as Ruby goes for the cover.
"God damn it not like this." Monika says as the ref figures out what's happening.
1…2…to the disbelief of Ruby and everyone in the stadium, just millimeters before the hand counts three, Alexa jolts back to life laying face down with her long blonde hair covering her head.
"Oh my god, how did she kick out?" Nathan asks as Ruby looks down in shock as the ref cheeks the replay to make sure the shoulder came up before three in which it does.
"Why won't you stay down!?" Ruby yells as Wilson picks herself up by the ropes who simply flips Rose off in response.
"Ohhh ho ho." Monika laughs as Ruby shoves Lexy back.
"One last act of defiance before the wheels of fate strikes zero." Ryan says as Lexy slaps Ruby back and Ruby returns fire getting boos and cheers respectively from the St.Louis crowd.
"Oooh the classic bitch slap." Nathan says before Alexa smashes her forearm into Ruby's jaw getting cheers, Ruby gives the receipt but her strike receives negative reception. Alexa punches Ruby on the temple and Rose fires back, the exchange ends with them both winding up and slamming their skulls into the other's, knocking them both back with Wilson, who is clinching onto her nose, falling onto the middle rope again. Ruby notices the opening and gets a running start for Crescent Rose but Alexa catches her and hoists her up onto her shoulder wasting no time to spike Ruby into the canvas with a leaping Tombstone Piledriver.
"TOMBSTONE!" The three scream on commentary as the Champion places the challenger's hands together to pin.
1..2..3. Alexa falls over exhausted with blood pouring out of her clearly busted nose as the referee goes to retrieve both belts.
"Ladies and Gentlemen here is you're winner and still, the GVWL Women's World Champion, Alexa Wilson." Alex says as she gets to her feet and is handed the titles and holds them in the air when her hand is raised.
Ruby comes to and slowly gets back up and she approaches the corner that Wilson is on and waits for her to step down. When she does Alexa clings onto the belts and Ruby extends her hand. "Looks like Ruby wants to finally show some good sportsmanship."
"Careful Lexy, just because she extended her hand doesn't mean she has dignity." Monika says as Alexa stares blankly at Ruby's hand.
"Does nobody understand the code of honor." Ryan says as she slowly extends hers and the two bitter rivals show each other a sliver of respect.
"You earned my respect." The camera picks up Ruby saying as she leaves the ring and it cuts to Phineas and Issabella together.
"Oh Phineas,the briefcase makes you look so handsome. The only thing that would make you look 100 times more handsome is if it was, well you know."
"Not to fret my dear. I will get what is rightfully mine one day." The two go to lock lips when Ferb barges in.
"Sorry to intrude, but Phineas, will you come with me real quick?"
"Um, sure."
"Good, I have a plan." The step brothers leave as it returns to the ring when Don't you Wanna be Me by Fozzy plays and Eddy steps out.
"Here we go, the last time they faced off in the main event of a pay per view, Eddy won via the Money Lock and made Ed tap. Ryan, Monika, you have to think Eddy has an edge coming into this." Nathan says as Eddy looks rather confused as to why the crowd is booing him.
"100 percent, Eddy made Ed tap-out, so he is oozing confidence, as you can see." Ryan answers as he enters the ring and poses, getting the crowd even more pissed.
"Both men have become better since that fateful day, and as both men said to Double D earlier, both of them will be proud and will embrace one another as friends, no matter who wins." Monika says as Slay Me by Jim Johnson plays and Ed comes out to thunderous cheers.
"Ryan, you mentioned how Eddy has the edge when it comes to confidence, but Ed is the champion, he beat Phineas at Patriotic Punishment, and defended against both Phineas and Sasuke at Revolver, so his confidence must be pretty high as well?" Nathan says as Ed high fives fans on his way to the ring.
"Well yes, but the fact that he lost to Eddy must be creeping in the back of his head." Ryan adds as Ed poses in the corner with the title above his head and hops down and stairs down Eddy.
"Ladies and gentlemen, this is your MAIN EVENT OF THE EVENING, and it is for the GVWL World Heavyweight Championship. Introducing the challenger from Peach Creek, Eddy." Eddy lifts his arm up, getting boos from the crowd. "And his opponent, from Peach Creek, he is the GVWL World Heavyweight Champion, Ed." Ed holds up the title again, receiving cheers, before handing it to the ref. Once everyone is ready, the ref calls for the bell and the two friends shake hands before tying up. Eddy tries to put Ed into a headlock, but Ed yeets him across the ring. Eddy gets back up, using the corner to add him as Ed charges for a shoulder tackle but Eddy gets out of the way and Ed goes shoulder first with a sickening thud into the ring post. Eddy hops on the apron and kicks Ed's head into the ring post before climbing onto the top rope and hitting an elbow drop and pins.
1… kick out just before two. Eddy quickly applies a headlock and tries to put all his weight onto him, but Ed easily gets up and tosses him across the ring. Eddy looks angry at this as they tie up again. Ed pushes Eddy against the corner of the ring and presses his weight against him. The ref tells Ed to stop and he listens, before giving Eddy an echoing smack on the chest.
"My God." Nathan responds as Eddy reacts, maybe a little too much.
"He got a sunburn mark in the shape of Ed's hand." Monika adds as Eddy gets back up on the apron, climbs the turnbuckle, and tries an ax handle, but Ed catches him and rams him into the corner. Ed continues to drive his shoulder into his abdomen before walking over to the opposite corner and goes for a big corner splash, but Eddy dives out of the way and Ed tumbles over the top rope.
"Jesus, talk about a head of steam." Nathan says as Eddy hits a senton off the apron onto Ed's right ankle. Eddy continues to stomp on it before lugging Ed up and into the ring and climbs to the second rope and stomps on his ankle.
"Looks like Eddy is starting to chop away at the bigger Ed's leg." Monika says as Eddy drags him to the corner and slams the ankle into the post.
"Yeah, and not just any part of the leg, his ankle." Ryan adds as Eddy continues to work over Ed's ankle. Eddy climbs to the top rope and hits an elbow drop onto his ankle and pins.
1… Ed kicks out just before two and gets up, favoring his ankle. Eddy hits a chop block from behind, and Ed rolls onto his stomach to give him some space, but Eddy is all over him and locks in the Money Lock.
"Eddy with the Money Lock, center of the ring. Will Ed tap?" Nathan says as Ed starts to make the long crawl to the ropes.
"He has no choice, it's his kryptonite." Ryan says as Ed is just a fingertip away from the rope.
"Ed's about to get a rope brake." Nathan says, jinxing it as Eddy drags Ed back to the center, and the crowd doesn't like what they see.
"It's only natural for Ed to put over Eddy." Ryan responds as Ed raises his arm up, looking as if to tap, and the crowd starts to boo louder than before. Ed plants his hand down and uses his strength to lunge to the ropes to break the hold, launching Eddy out of the ring.
"Ed got to the ropes, so it's not his kryptonite any longer." Monika adds as Ed stands up and stomps his foot to get feeling back in his ankle.
"What determination for the champion to keep fighting, defending his title." Nathan says as Ed exits the ring and stands Eddy up.
"Yes but the damage is already done?" Ryan says as Ed slams Eddy's head into the barricade, and Eddy starts to try and get away, with Ed in pursuit. Eddy gets to the corner and turns to Ed, who sends the two of them crashing through the barricade. "Good God."
"Ed just took out about half the barricade with him and Eddy." Nathan says as both men lay in the carnage and the ref comes out of the ring.
"I really hope this doesn't have a double countout bullshit finish." Monika says as the ref checks on both men. Ed starts to move and ever so slowly stands back up. He shakes himself off and picks Eddy back up and tosses him back into the ring, still favoring his ankle. Eddy stands up dazed, unknowing that Ed is behind him and the latter hits the Lump Drop.
"Ed hits the Lump Drop." Nathan says as Ed starts to make his way for the pin.
"That has to be it." Monika adds as Ed covers.
1…2… Eddy manages to kick out.
"Kick out just before three." Nathan says as Ed asks if it was in fact a two count.
"Does that shock you, Eddy isn't going to lose to such a pathetic move." Ryan responds as Ed gets up with a look in his eyes. "What is Ed thinking?"
"Probably a way to get the victory." Monika says as he looks at his hand.
"Like what, the best way to get away with cheating like he did at Patriotic Punishment?"
"No, I don't think that is what she meant, I think he's going to a dark place guys." Nathan says, stopping the argument as Ed drags his thumb on his neck Taker style.
"I think you're right Nathan." Monika says as Eddy stands back up and Ed puts him on his shoulder.
"Oh dear lord, Ed can't be thinking?" Ryan says as Ed leaps up and hits the Tombstone Piledriver. "A monsterous Tombstone Piledriver."
"There is no way Eddy can kick out of this." Monika says as Ed folds in Eddy's arms and pins.
1…2… Eddy somehow kicks out right as the ref was about to call the three.
"Eddy manages to stay alive." Nathan says in shock, just like the crowd.
"Every living soul here at Busch Stadium thought this match was over, even the Rally Squirrel." Ryan says as Ed looks at Eddy.
"And now the one thing no wrestler wants to face might be starting to set in, and that's doubt." Monika says as Ed looks to the corner. "Wait a second."
"What is he thinking?" Ryan says as Ed stands up and makes his way to the corner.
"No, is Ed going to go for a high risk maneuver?" Nathan asks as Ed climbs to the top rope
"I guess it's the last thing he hasn't tried." Monika answers as Ed makes sure he won't slip.
"Well, I guess, but I don't think this will end well for him." Ryan adds as Eddy gets up and also gets to the top rope. "See just like that." Ryan continues as Ed and Eddy battle on the top turnbuckle, and Eddy puts Ed on his shoulders.
"Looks like Eddy wants to get this over with." Nathan says as Ed starts to fight back. Ed slips out and sets Eddy up for an Avalanche Lump Drop and gets it. "And Ed with, AN AVALANCHE LUMP DROP."
"That has to be it." Monika says as Ed covers for the pin.
1…2…3. Ed slowly gets up as the ref hands him his title.
"Here is your winner, and STILL, the GVWL World Heavyweight Champion, Ed." Alex says as Ed is still celebrating when Eddy stands up. Ed offers his hand, but Eddy shakes his head and walks away.
"What was that about?" Nathan asks as Ed looks confused as his friend walks away before shrugging his shoulders.
"Maybe he's just… OH WAIT A MINUTE." Ryan starts to speak as Phineas runs in from the crowd and jumps Ed, blasting him with the briefcase.
"No, don't tell me." Monika stutters as Phineas hits the Epic Fin onto the briefcase, and hands it to the ref.
"Ladies and Gentlemen, Phineas Flynn is making the deal for the GVWL World Heavyweight Championship." Alex announces as Ed slowly gets to his feet and the bell rings. Phineas hits another Epic Fin as Double D and Eddy start to make the long run down to the ring and he pins.
1…2…3. Double D and Eddy arrive just a tad too late and Phineas books it out of the ring as they slide in and he snatches his title from the ref.
"Here is your winner, and the NEW GVWL World Heavyweight Champion, Phineas Flynn." Alex says as Phineas runs up the ramp where the rest of the Alliance awaits him and lifts him up on their shoulders and turns to where fireworks and the Arch are behind them as the show comes to an end.
