As everyone was sat down, the nymphs that served as the Olympian servants, brought out high end food, roast cow, roast chicken, with other things. Nectar and ambrosia was also served for the gods. Everyone waited for their king, Zeus, to start eating. Zeus started to eat as he did, everyone else started to eat. The Greek Soldiers, heavily enjoying it. As Xander finished his food he turned to Zeus, "My Lord, thank you for inviting my army and I to dine and stay on Olympus for a few days." Zeus gave a nod, Perseus spoke, "Follow me, mortals and demigods." The army got up and followed Percy. He then led them to his palace, he had set up a few rooms for them to stay in for the next few days.
The army settled in, Percy had given Xander a solo room. Xander settled in. Percy went and re-joined the other gods, who were now throwing a party, Percy decided to mingle while drinking Olympian level wine. As the gods were partying their night away, Athena slipped away and towards Percy's palace. She slipped in and went to Xander's private room, "I believe, I owe you for saving the great city of Athens." Xander, turned around. He was only in his underwear, the goddess blushed at the sight and turned her eyes away. "I want you" Xander's brisk voice came.
Athena looked at him shocked. "You want to fuck me, in my boyfriend's palace." The son of Ares gave a devilish smirk "Yes." Before she could say anything else, Xander had her pinned against the wall, before they knew it clothes came off and they were engaging in adult activities.
Percy, who had not long left the party, entered his palace and as he did, he could hear the muffled screams from Athena. He walked towards, the room, he crept up. As he pushed the door open, he saw a scene that he didn't want to. He felt something snap, his loyalty bond to Athena had broken, "ATHENA!" Percy roared with anger. The Goddess, rolled over to see her boyfriend, "Percy, it isn't what it looks like!" Xander, smirked "Yes it is." Percy picked the goddess and demigod up and kicked them out of his palace. "Xander, you will find somewhere else to stay and Athena, we are over!" Percy said, calmly. He then shut the heavy doors to his palace. Athena disappeared to her palace, tears running down her face and Xander, wondered to find his father's palace.
Percy, who was beyond pissed, flashed to his underwater palace. He sat on his throne, gripping the arm rest. It was about to shatter. Percy summoned a trident and threw it at the glass that held his kingdom together and that let him, see out into the ocean, as the glass shattered from the sheer force of his throw, the sea started to flood into and eventually the whole palace was flooded, no room was left untouched, even the replica throne was destroyed by the powerful and rushing currents. Percy didn't move from his position, he was now sat on the sea bed, the kingdom laid in shatters around him.
As sea life, swam past him they noticed his mood and condition of the kingdom, they swam straight to Atlantis, to report to their king of his son's current condition. Upon hearing this report, Poseidon appeared in a whirlwind of sea currents. "Percy?" His father spoke, looking at his favourite son. "Hey dad." Percy replied weakly. Poseidon summoned a dolphin, and put Percy on the back, the dolphin swam straight for the glorious kingdom of Atlantis, Poseidon flashed back and once the dolphin had arrived, he took Percy to his bedroom, he laid his son on the bed and sat at the foot of it.
Percy looked at his father, "Athena and the Greek General, Xander caused this. I walked into her letting him fuck her. I kicked them both out of my palace then I flashed to the kingdom, you built for me and in my anger used my trident to break the glass, and I just let the currents rush in and destroy all your hard-work." As Poseidon listened, anger and rage filled his eyes, the ground shook hard, his anger was that powerful a storm started to brew off the coast of Greece. As the storm, started to batter the Greek mainland, thunder boomed overhead, Zeus was calling for a meeting.
Perseus went to get up, Poseidon pushed him down again "You will stay here, I will inform the council; why the storm and why you aren't present at the meeting." Percy gave a weak nod and slipped into sleep once Poseidon had flashed to the Olympian throne room, he had a tight grip on his arm rest and was staring daggers into Athena's grey orbs.
Zeus, looked at his brother. "Brother, would you care why you are giving my daughter a death stare and why there is currently a storm battering the land of the mortals?" Poseidon, didn't stop staring, "Your daughter, is the reason. She betrayed the trust of Percy by sleeping with Xander, the demigod son of Ares, he walked in on them and in his anger destroyed his underwater palace. The storm is my doing." The Sea God said, Athena cowered away at her uncle's death stare and most of the other gods were now staring at her.
"I promised the demigod anything for saving Athens. I couldn't say no" Athena tried to defend herself, the first one to speak up was Artemis, "Perseus loved you and trusted you and now you betrayed him to sleep with another man, a demigod at that, all because he saved Athens." Artemis' voice was icy and hard towards her half-sister. Many of the gods, agreed with Artemis. Before Zeus, could dismiss the council, everyone but Poseidon left. He walked over to the hearth, where in her 8-year-old form was the oldest daughter of Kronos and Rhea, "Hestia, my dear sister. Can you visit Perseus, and try and help him?"
Hestia's warm brown eyes, looked into her brother's Sea Green eyes. "Of Course, I can. I will come with you now." She grabbed her brother's hand, Poseidon flashed them both, back into Perseus' bedroom. The Goddess still in her 8-year-old form, climbed onto the bed, "Perseus, my dear nephew." She spoke in a soft voice. Percy sat up and looked at her, "Auntie." He gave a very weak smile. Poseidon left, Hestia listened to Percy tell the story again. Hestia's soft brown eyes now seemed to burn like a fire when enraged. "I am very disappointed in Athena, however Perseus, I am here for you, remember the hearth is always where family is." The Goddess smiled and in a warp of flames, flashed away.
Percy sat up, he got out of his bed, and started to stroll around his father's kingdom, he interacted with the locals.
When Hestia, arrived back on Olympus. She stormed straight to Athena's palace and slapped her hard. The slap left a red mark, "How dare you!" Hestia yelled, then walked back to her hearth in the throne room. Athena rubbed her cheek where Hestia had slapped her. Hestia, went back to tendering her hearth.
Xander, who was now in Ares' palace, was grinning to himself at what he had achieved, he had laid in bed with Athena. Ares, was currently out with Aphrodite doing whatever they did. Hephaestus was in his forge, Hera was watching her husband, Zeus was doing some poor mortal as usual. Poseidon was still tending to his kingdom, and planning on rebuilding Percy's. Apollo and Hermes, were taking after their father and doing some more mortals. Artemis was out hunting with her hunt. Demeter, was making sure the farmers harvest was successful. Athena, was crying alone in her library as she fucked up big time and Dionysus was throwing a raging party in the mortal world.
Percy was still in his bed; his mental state was broken. He felt like he couldn't do anything. His mother, was trying to comfort him but it didn't work. Percy eventually decided to get up, he grabbed his weapons and flashed to some woods.
The god, started to wonder around, hunting some animals but as he did, he came across Artemis and her hunt, the huntress' had their arrows nocked up and targeted on Percy, the goddess took a second "Girls, lower your weapons." The huntress listened and lowered their weapons, "Lord Perseus." The hunters moved to the side, to let Percy into their campsite, Percy followed Artemis as she walked into her tent, there was a makeshift desk, where Artemis and Percy sat down. "Percy, I am sorry for my sister's actions." Artemis looked at the god, into his eyes. His eyes held no hope or warmth like usual. "You aren't at fault, nobody but Athena and Xander are." Percy replied, his voice hearse.
"Join the hunt and I for a little bit, take out any anger during the hunts." Artemis offered, Percy gave a small nod, "I will stay out of the way of you and your huntress, I will summon my tent and sleep by the border of the camp."
Percy left the tent, he summoned his, and set it up by the border of the camp, the border was by a creek. He made sure, his tent looked away as Artemis and her hunt would bathe in the creek and he didn't want to creep. Percy left his tent, and decided to go hunt, he hunted, deer, rabbit, and other wildlife, when he returned to the hunter's camp, he decided to cook it all for the hunters and Artemis, when dinner came around, the hunters gasped at the dinner table all set with all kinds of foods, they all sat, and dug in. Percy sat away from them and nibbled on some deer. Artemis beckoned him to sit on the table, he looked at the hunters who gave him a nod, so he sat at the opposite end from Artemis. Soon, all the food was gone, the hunters started to clean up, they had thanked Percy for bringing the food.
Percy then went back to his tent and climbed into his cot, he stared at his tent's ceiling. He sighed, it would take time, before he mentally repaired himself. He fell asleep, and woke up, just as Apollo started bringing the sun up. Artemis, arrived back from pulling the moon chariot. The hunters started to wake and leave their tents. Percy, left his tent and stretched.
Artemis spoke so the whole, hunters and Percy could hear her, "Perseus and I are going on a hunt, Zoe you're in-charge." Zoe nodded at her mistress, Percy and Artemis then left the camp and started to head west. Artemis and Percy started to joke, Percy had a small smile starting to form, enjoying the company of his close friend. Their hands brushed against each other, both chose to ignore the fact. Artemis summoned her bow and shot at a deer, that ran past the two, as the deer fell, Percy summoned his sword, and mercifully ended the animal's life. He used his powers to transport it back to camp, eventually the two came across the ocean. Artemis used her powers to get into a two-piece swim suit, Percy gulped as he looked at his friends. She was stunning, she dived into the ocean, Percy followed and splashed her, the two swam around for 15 minutes.
Eventually, they got out, Percy used his power to dry them both, they started to walk back, their hands touching again, they both blushed slightly. Artemis looked at her friend, "Percy." He moved his hand. Artemis grabbed it again "I like your hand in mine" she said. Percy blushed, he then spoke "Arty, I'm going back to Olympus, I've intruded on you and the hunt for far too long now." Artemis let out a weak smile, "Do you have to?" Percy just nodded, they both walked back in silence.
The hunters had dinner already, ready. Everyone dug in, Percy walked to his tent and took it down, he flashed back to his palace on Olympus. He then left his palace and started to walk around, as he did, he heard sobs from Hera's palace, he walked over and into her palace, he approached his aunt, "Lady Hera?" Percy spoke, Hera looked up at him, her face covered in her tears. "Z..Ze..Zeus cheated on me again." She sobbed out, Percy sat next to her and took her into a comforting hug, "He doesn't deserve you, your loyal and kind." Percy said, and gave the goddess a smile.
Hera hugged Percy back, she felt warmth and happy in the hug. "Perseus, thank you for comforting me." She said wiping the tears from her eyes, she took her nephews hand and lead him to her gardens, nobody, not even Zeus, expect Hera, was allowed in the gardens.
Percy looked around, "Hera, these gardens are beautiful. Just like you." Hera, blushed when she heard that, "Thank you Percy." The two walked around the garden, Percy admiring the plants that Hera had. "Why don't you just divorce him?" Percy asked seriously, Hera thought before answering, "I'm the goddess of marriage, women, family but you already know my domains, but think, If I divorce him it will weaken one of my domains, and he would probably bring fill the council with even more of his kids. But the thought has crossed my mind a few times." Percy just nodded. They carried on walking around, when they finished, Percy walked her back to her palace. "Have a nice night, Hera." Hera smiled, "And you." Hera spoke, Percy walked back to his palace.
As Percy entered his palace, there were some flowers and a note that said, "I'm sorry, Athena" he threw them to the side, and went to his bedroom. He laid in the bed, he fell asleep quite quickly.
As the next day rolled around, Percy rolled out of his bed and face planted his floor, today he would confront Xander, he would take his blessing off him. Percy got off his floor and flashed to where Xander was in the training arena of the gods, "Son of Ares." Percy said calmly as he strolled over, Xander turned to face him. Percy started to say something in Greek, a blue orb flew out of Xander and back into Percy, "You no longer have the blessing of Perseus." The god said before turning on his heel and walking off.
Percy, flashed back to where his kingdom was, his trident still in the place where his throne used to be, however he noticed his father had been hard at work, replacing the kingdom.
On Olympus, Hestia was tending to her hearth, when Athena strolled over. "Aunt Hestia, can you help me get Percy back?" The goddess of the hearth let out a small giggle, "Athena, you are supposed to be the goddess of wisdom, you broke Percy's heart, you broke his loyalty to you. YOU hurt him, when YOU decided to cheat with just a demigod, and now you want him back." Athena started to cry when she heard Hestia go off at her, Athena ran and didn't stop until she was back in her palace.
Aphrodite, was watching Percy's love drama, she was invested in it.
The Greek army decided to join their commander and start training, they would be back to war soon, they would take over Rome, they would make Rome fall for good. Poseidon, still angry at Xander, decided to sink the Greeks ship that were still in dock down in the mortal plain.
Percy, walked around the ruins, the new construction site was a few feet behind the old kingdom, he pulled his trident out of the ground and made it disappear. He seemed a bit happier now, he flashed back to Olympus throne room and sent up a signal, after 5 minutes all the Olympians appeared. Percy spoke "I think it's time we send the mortals back to their plain so they can prep to fight again." His voice had a certain, dislike to it.
All of the Olympians agreed, Athena's eyes wouldn't leave Percy alone, Artemis, Hera and Poseidon were all still staring daggers into Athena, they hadn't forgiven her. Hermes went and got the army, Xander approached and thanked the gods for their stay, Hermes then disappeared with the army, taking them back to Greece. Hermes then returned, Zeus spoke "Council dismissed." Everyone but Athena and Percy flashed away, Athena tried to approach him, but he had a dagger out, "leave me alone Athena, or I will make you reform." At the threat, Athena gulped and flashed away, Percy went to join Hestia at the hearth. He gave her a smile, Hestia smiled back "you seem to be happier." Percy nodded, "I am, I have spent time reforming friendships, I spent time with the hunt, Hera and with my family, my father is rebuilding the kingdom he built for me, I think without you and my father, mother and brother, I'd still be in my bed, weeping." Hestia hugged him tight. "I may be your aunt, but I will always be there for you." Percy smiled, then flashed back to his father's kingdom.
Back in Greece, the army was prepping to march onwards to Rome, they would have sailed but they noticed Lord Poseidon had destroyed their ships. The army all mounted horses, and rode like the wind.
Percy who was back in his father's kingdom walked over to his throne in the throne room and sat down, he smiled at his Father, Brother and Mother. He felt relaxed. "Father, Mom, Triton. Thank you for everything." The three smiled at Percy, Poseidon spoke "You are my son, I will do anything for you. Same goes for you Triton." The twins nodded, they got up. Triton spoke, "Percy, you want to spar?" Percy nodded, they both ran to the training area.
Percy summoned his sword, Triton summoned his trident, both started to twirl their weapons and circle each other, Triton lunged first, Percy managed to deflected the blow that Triton had sent. Percy, summoned all his anger, he sent strike after strike to hit Triton, a few managed to hit his brother before he rolled away, Triton managed to strike Percy as Percy attempt to spin around to fight him again.
Triton and Percy trade blow after blow, neither of them getting the upper hand that was until Percy summoned his trident and threw it to distract his brother, when the distraction worked, Percy managed to slid, and kick his brother over, he put his foot on Tritons chest, "Yield brother." Triton spoke "Fine, I yield again." Percy helped his brother up and the two left the arena laughing.
Back, on the mortal plain, The Greeks were gaining ground and getting closer to the Italian border, they would soon launch their invasion of the Roman Empire. Zeus, was watching the Greeks for his palace. Hera, was by his side, Percy's words still running through her mind. Artemis' mind was wondering, about her and Percy nearly holding hands and Athena, well, she was still in her library. She had locked herself up, she can't believe what she had done and to top it off, she had become pregnant with Xander's kid and turned all of the council against her. "Some wisdom goddess, I am." She said out loud to nobody. Her clothes, were stained from tears, she was determined to win Percy back and get the Olympians back on her side. She would do anything to do it.
The Greeks, set up camp by the Roman border, Xander was studying the maps that his father gave him.
