"Ugh. What a day," Mirio says as he and the rest of team Nighteye enter their rented hotel.
"I'll say," Bubble Girl sighs as she collapses onto the sofa.
"It wasn't that bad," Izuku says as he walks over to the computer.
"Easy for you to say you're used to this whole jumping between rooftops thing most of the time we're just on the ground doing stealthy surveillance." Bubble Girl says with a glare.
Izuku shrugs and says, "I guess it's the upside of my training."
Izuku is interrupted by his stomach loudly growling, "And there's one of the downsides. Does anyone mind if I order myself a pizza?"
"Go ahead Izuku," Sir Nighteye says. "Just make sure it's dropped off at the front desk."
Izuku walks into his bedroom pulls out his phone and makes a call.
Meanwhile at the League of Villains HQ
"BOWSER!" Nana yells as Mario falls off of the screen. "THAT DIDN'T EVEN FUCKING HIT ME YOU USELESS VIDEO GAME!"
"Please stop with this incessant cursing, Nana," Kurogiri says exhaustedly.
"No. What's the point of being villains if we can't do stuff like curse that would be illogical," Nana says looking back at Kurogiri.
Kurogiri's response is interrupted by his phone ringing, "Hello."
"I need a 5 cheese special with toppings number 2, 6, and 8, please," Izuku's voice comes over the phone.
Kurogiri waves Nana over as he responds, "And where would you like it delivered, sir?"
"Hosu City, please," Izuku's voice comes over the phone.
"And how soon would you like it delivered?" Kurogiri asks.
"20 to 30 minutes, please," Izuku's voice says.
"Understood, it will be there soon," Kurogiri says before hanging up the phone. "Nana please get the Doctor on the line and tell him to get 5 Nomu's ready."
"2, 6, and 8," Nana says. "So that's Endeavor, Mirko, and Kamui Woods right?"
"Yes," Kurogiri nods.
"Good let's see how well the Nomu do against the members of the top 10," Nana says, a dark smile lighting up her face.
3 days later in Hosu
"Hey, Iida," Izuku says as he lands beside Iida.
"Hello, Izuku," Iida says barely paying attention to him as he looks down each of the dark alleys.
"So how goes the hunt for Stain?" Izuku asks.
"Shouldn't that be something I should be asking you," Iida says glaring at Izuku.
"Jeez just trying to be friendly here," Izuku says. "And no we haven't picked up anything yet as I told you yesterday and the day before that and the day before that."
Iida has a flash of admonishment on his face but it quickly falls away as he says, "Just keep me in the loop."
Izuku sighs and says, "I wi-"
A loud explosion roars from across the city causing both Izuku and Iida to glance at each other before Izuku quickly launches himself up to a nearby roof.
"Rock Lock's district. Nice choice Nana," Izuku mumbles to himself.
"STAIN!"
Izuku looks down and sees Iida running into a nearby alley.
"You've got to be kidding me," Izuku mumbles to himself as he launches himself after Iida.
"We've got four Nomu attacking 17th Street," Rock Lock's voice comes over the comms.
"Four?" Izuku mumbles to himself.
"I WILL GET REVENGE FOR MY BROTHER HERO KILLER!" Iida screams, charging at Stain quickly getting stabbed in the back.
"Okay let's do this the easy way," Izuku mumbles, pulling out his phone and texting Shote their location.
"You fight for revenge," Stain says as he stands over Iida's broken body. "You are lucky you're a child otherwise I would kill you."
"Hello there," Izuku says as he walks into the alley.
Both Stain and Iida look over at Izuku (albeit Iida only with his eyes).
"Who the hell are you kid?" Stain asks.
"Someone who is simply asking you to surrender," Izuku says as he senses Shote running towards their location from the other side of the alley.
"Ah another fake hero I see," Stain says.
"That I may be but I will still be taking you in," Izuku says, while thinking to himself. "Is this seriously what I used to sound like."
"You think you will get a more peaceful death by admitting you're a fake," Stain says as he turns to face Izuku.
"Of course not," Izuku says, a smile lighting up his face as he sees Shote appear behind Stain. "I expect it to distract you long enough for the plan to work though."
"Plan?" Stain says as a blash of ice flies towards him.
Much to the surprise of Shote, and less so of Izuku, Stain does a backflip over the ice blast.
"Did you really think such a basic plan would work?" Stain asks as he turns back and looks back and forth between the two heroes.
"Of course not," Izuku says, looking at Shote. "That was just the first one."
Shote looks at Izuku confused and then nods as understanding comes in.
A hail of fire comes out of Shote's right hand as Izuku quickly rushes towards Stain sword drawn.
The attacks are promptly interrupted by a Nomu landing in front of Stain blocking both of the strikes.
With an unholy screech the Nomu opens its mouth and a distorted voice says, "Stain have you accepted our offer to join the League?"
Stain looks up at the Nomu and says, "While I have the utmost respect for your members, especially him, I must humbly decline."
"In that case please accept this one last pleasantry before we remove all contact," The Nomu says before rushing at Izuku forcing him to dodge.
"Shote, take care of Stain while I take care of the Nomu," Izuku says.
Shote nods as Izuku leaps up at the Nomu, and the two disappear over the rooftops.
"You're going to die, you false hero," Stain says.
"Not yet, I'm not," Shote says as she launches a barrage of ice at Stain.
"How many are over there?" Izuku asks Nana through the Nomu.
"All three," Nana responds.
"And how well are they fairing," Izuku asks.
"They so far haven't tried switching opponents so all the Nomu are still alive but I doubt it will take long for them to finish up once they realize," Nana says.
"Good good," Izuku says. "I figure Shote will be able to hold Stain off for a solid five minutes so if they aren't done within two initiate their head bombs."
"Wouldn't it be better to allow them to kill a hero or two?" Nana asks.
"Sure, but we both know they aren't killing a member of the top ten. Besides, this is the best way to keep our forces stronger in the long run," Izuku says.
"How so?" Nana asks.
"We can find a few corpses anywhere and stuff them full of quirks, but we can't improve the quirks we have without more research. Better to not let the heroes in on any of the weaknesses the Nomu may or may not possess," Izuku says.
"In that case, just let them go at it till they die so the doctor knows exactly what to counteract for the next batch," Nana says.
"That… is not a bad suggestion. All right, let them fight till we find what their weaknesses are. Then, we let the Nomu self-destruct. Hopefully, a few heroes will be close enough to be caught in the blast." Izuku says.
"Izuku?" Centipeder's shocked voice comes out from behind them, "What are you doing."
"Well… shit," Izuku says as he turns around and quickly rushes toward Centipeder and decapitates him in one swift strike.
"I think we're going to have to change the plan," Nana says as Centipeder's body falls to the ground, lifeless.
Izuku glances back and forth as his mind races, "Okay, I have a basic plan, but it's going to be risky."
"I figured," Nana says.
"I need control of the other Nomu's vocal cords and my suit," Izuku says.
"Already way ahead of you, we made sure it was with this Nomu just in case," Nana says.
"Good, now do me a favor and have this Nomu put a few scratches in my clothes," Izuku says.
"On it," Nana says as the Nomu she is controlling quickly puts a few well-placed scratches on the arms and legs of the suit.
"Good," Izuku says as he strips himself out of his hero outfit. "I guess it's time for a second appearance."
As Izuku grabs his clothes, he slowly puts on his armor, starting with a black skintight suit before putting on a blood-red chainmail-like armor over his chest. He then puts pitch-black plates of armor on both of his forearms and shoulders before moving to his legs putting similar plates of armor on his legs. He then puts on a pair of red gloves before putting on a pair of red boots on. Finally, he closes his eyes as he dons his mask, on its face a taunting smile, as he puts it on metal gears activate as a helmet covers the rest of his head and forces off of his hair inside of it to avoid any identifying features.
Deku opens his eyes, walks up to the Nomu, and says in a distorted voice, "Is it done."
"Yes, you have full control of the Nomu's vocal cords," Nana says.
Deku nods as he breathes in and says, "Hello, you so-called heroes. I am Deku."

Deku's Quirks
Evaluate: Upon looking at a person or object, while the quirk is active, the user will see the target's weak points shown by a red glow. However, it can only be used on one opponent at a time.
Perception: allows the user to sense all of their surroundings and have perfect spatial awareness within a limited range (Now 100 meters/yards)
Memory Viewer: allows the user to see the memories of people they touch while the quirk is activated. However, if a memory is too painful it will cause the user to have a minor nosebleed and a migraine. It can only be activated once every 24 hours.
Deku's Gear:
2 custom swords: each capable of cutting through 10 inches of steel and has a variety of features that can be put into it including poisons and other fun things that I will come up with later
A variety of knives and flashbangs
Stun gun: 2 million volts per shock
Deployable cameras: Small cameras that stick to walls and other objects and are linked to the suit computer. They can see in infrared, normal, and ultraviolet light.
Deployable smoke emitter: small smoke emitters that can emit smoke for up to 1 hour
Various chemical mixtures made by Razor for various situations
Deku's Armor upgrades:
Boot Blades: 10-inch blades stored inside the boots of the armor that can be extended by flexing all the toes on either foot.
