Looking around I see two members of DSM sitting in the shade and three Bellas in the shadewhile the rest are bent over breathing heavily or laid out on the ground that didn't end up in
traps, Chloe has a few bruises forming on her legs and knees.
Anna squats in the shade between the two groups smiling happily I walk up lifting her asAubrey looks over the group "Anyone have any idea what they did wrong?"
Getting no answers she chuckles shaking her head "First you underestimated her for her ageand size, only three Bellas used teamwork to tag her, and two from DSM".
She turns looking to The Bellas "DSM was just in for fun, you wanted to try our work outThe Bellas as a whole acted worse than Black Friday shoppers, I'm ashamed to even call
myself a Bella after this display" she says pacing in front of them.
"You allowed a child to trick you into traps, knock you down, and outsmart you".
"Hey what about me" Anna yells crossing her arms glaring at Aubrey.
Aubrey shakes her head "Anna you did a good job, but you will return everything you took inthis exercise" Anna pouts looking down.
"DSM your free to go to your rooms or anything in your agreed package".
"Bellas free your teammates and set up your tent, I recommend sleeping head to feet moreroom that way".
Sitting Anna down Aubrey hands her a cloth bag "Go get everything you took and bring itback to me".
Anna nods before she darts off as we watch The Bellas free Lilly first who cuts Amy downAnna returns holding the bag up proudly.
Aubrey takes it looking in seeing phones and the ascots "Thank you Anna".
She holds up the bag "These are your phones and ascots, they will be returned at the end ofyour stay".
Kommissar smiles taking the second bag Aubrey holds out to her "Phones and smartwatches" Aubrey says.
I watch Kommissar nod walking off to her group.
As The Bellas move to their area I see CR, Stacie, and Lilly come up to me and Anna.
"Hey nerds".They smile hugging me laughing "Why didn't you tell us about her?" CR asks pushing myshoulder.
I shrug looking at Anna who has latched onto Stacie's leg looking up at her "Aubrey onlyfound out freshman year because we ran into each other at a store buying kids' clothes, that's
when our friendship started we both understood each other and raising young kids alone".
Stacie laughs lifting Anna who hides her face in her hair giggling "You didn't let me be AuntStacie" she says pouting at me "You know I'd be her favorite aunt".
Putting Anna down Lilly sits in front of her and pokes her cheek Anna mimics her eventilting her head with her.
Gisela comes up smiling at me "That was fun" she says happily.
I nod "Guys this is Gisela," I say to them.
Stacie nods smiling "You sang a thousand miles at the riff-off, your voice is beautiful".
She blushed seeing CR nod agreeing "Thank you, you both sound beautful as well".
She smooths down her shirt nervously "If you took our taunts as insults I'm sorry, to us it wasa friendly competition not meant to be taken seriously".
I watch them look at each other and then at her "It's cool means you think we're good enoughto try to intimidate us" CR says smirking at her.
I roll my eyes "Gisela, Anna can hang out with you guys if she wants but I'd prefer her not bearound the other Bellas" I say going to the house and hearing her call out Ja.
Going inside I sigh grabbing hot dogs out of the freezer, Pulling out buns and toppings I sitthem on the counter, grabbing a tray of sandwiches I take them out to The Bellas sitting them
on a tree stump "Lunch" I mumble as one of the workers sit a chest down filled with ice,bottled water, and the hot dogs in it "Drinks and dinners in there".
"Beca where are CR, Stacie, and Lilly?" Chloe demands.
Rolling my eyes I shrug "Getting to know Anna".
She nods frowning "Oh good maybe they can teach her to like the Bellas instead of DSM".
I scoff "Not likely Anna loves Kommissar and Gisela".
I turn walking back to the house hearing Amy stage whisper traitor, rolling my eyes I go tothe DSMS area "Lunch is ready in the dining hall" I say pointing to it.
They all get up charging to the building, Kommissar walks with me to where Gisela is talkingwith CR I snort watching as CR flirts with her "Is she flirting with Gisela?"
I nod as we reach them "Gisela lunch is ready in the dining hall".
Anna spins running off leaving everyone behind to get to the dining hall yelling "Nuggies".
Gisela nods glancing at CR looking unsure Kommissar smirks watching her "You three couldjoin us if you want" she says looking at CR closely.
Walking into the dining hall Kommissar sighs seeing Pieter at the kid's table eating dinonuggets, corn, and watermelon chunks making his dino nuggets roar and walk.
The kids laugh mimicking him as Lilly joins them with a similar meal.
"Okay so all the children are eating" I mumble going to make my meal, sitting down withAubrey and Gisela as CR, Stacie, and Kommissar join us.
"So Beca where's the dad?" Stacie says raising a brow and smirking.
I roll my eyes swallowing my bite and shrug "Not sure was at a high school party to say byeto the exchange students, slept with one of them never learned his name I think he was British".
Stacie smiles leaning closer "Tell me everything," she says purring seductively.
"Not much to tell just a high school experiment after I figured out I liked females, I tried witha male no problem with the part just don't like how males feel, the scruff, or how they sound"
I finish shrugging.
Stacie huffs slumping back "No one ever wants to share stories with me".
She perks up leaning across the table to Aubrey "You'll share some with me right Bree?" Sheasks seductively.
Aubrey stutters before getting up and rushing out I watch her run off as Stacie smirks wipingher mouth "Enjoy your food I need to catch my prey, mama's coming" she says in a pur
before stalking off after Aubrey.
I cough banging on my chest coughing when I finally stop I groan dropping my head in myhand "Aubrey is in so much trouble if Stacie catches her" I mumble.
"I like her" Kommissar says smirking.
Rolling my eyes I go back to eating "You and everyone she sets her sight on" I mumblefrowning feeling a bit jealous.
Kommissar nods "Good thing she wants Aubrey, I won't have to teach her to back off," shesays putting her arm around my chair.
I reach back pushing her hand off my chair as Aubrey screams running back past the dininghall, with Stacie following after her singing Talking Body by Tove Lo heading into The
Bellas area.
I laugh covering my mouth and jump up with the rest of my table following.
Finding Stacie pinning Aubrey on a tree using her as a stripper pole I sigh walking over andpull her free "Stacie keep it in your pants, maybe try a date".
She huffs nodding as she grabs Aubrey pulling her away "Good luck Aubrey" I yell laughing.
