"No… what is the meaning of this!" Shen glared at the boy before him. If looks could kill, Jazz would have been atomized.
"Well, I had some time to practice by myself, alone."
"But… the drugs!"
"I got used to the dosage before the first month ended, I've been lucid the entire time. Perhaps you believe I was simply a wild beast struggling to escape. But no, I've been very content just sitting here, bored." He opened his mouth and took another bite of pork. He chewed thoroughly, satisfaction evident on his face. "Oh man, this is really good…" He closed his eyes in bliss. "Would you like some?"
Shen replied by firing a Don Don Ray at Jazz. A silver aura wrapped around the second Jazz and he bulked up quickly. The doppelganger launched a ki blast into Chen's Don Don Ray, deflecting it away from Jazz.
"Tsk, tsk…" Jazz smirked, "that's not very nice."
"Explain yourself!" Shen roared with anger.
"Okay, I will." Jazz's smile dropped. "For the first month, I went through some of the most unbearable pain I've ever had the displeasure of going through, so I decided that simply escaping and killing you wasn't worth it, besides, all that would do would incite Gero to create stronger bindings for me or my friends, as he's the one who designed these bindings in the first place. I gained a lot of insight from your disciples' killing techniques, and it's surprising how chatty people are when they think the only one listening is drugged up and unable to hear or understand them." Jazz laughed, "I knew you were heading over to Tsukimi with the majority of your forces, the only ones left here are too weak to be considered real students, so it was quite simple for me to knock them out and send them to the infirmary. Then I decided this place needed some renovating, and a bit more sun, so I cleared a few buildings…"
"Cleared a few buildings?! You burned down everything except for the infirmary and food storage!" Tien shouted, "our scrolls! Training equipment! Treasury! It's all gone!"
"Well, I didn't touch the dorms, so it's not all gone." Jazz stuck out his tongue.
The doppelganger deflected another Don Don Ray. This time, the doppelganger spoke, "master Shen, you don't look so good, you seem a little exhausted, did you have a bad trip? Perhaps something made you sick? Made you feel a little green?"
Shen's eyes widened, then narrowed, "you…"
Both Jazz and his doppelganger transformed, revealing the form of Gast and Poda. "Me!" They said simultaneously.
Shen moved back in fear.
"Oh, what, scared now Shen?"
"You… you can't be the real demon king!" Shen shouted. "He's sealed away!"
"Yet, the power I displayed." Jazz smirked, "why don't we fight right now Shen?" A column of water appeared, seeping from the walls and forming various shapes, "I'm feeling pretty restless, you guys were gone for almost 2 weeks and it's a new month."
Shen subconsciously stepped back, but Tien stepped forward. "How did you attain such strength in 6 months? And why did you not reveal it and escape earlier!"
"A magician never reveals his secrets." Jazz chuckled, "but I am thankful to you and Shen, I wouldn't have had this idea if I didn't have all this time to think to myself. Tien's expression darkened.
"What did you do to Chiaotzu." He growled, "he still hasn't woken up…"
"Oh?" Jazz sighed, "that's unfortunate, I've been training my psychic abilities so much that they overwhelmed him huh… well, as you know, I can heal people, bring him over."
Against his better judgment and against Shen's protestations, Tien walked over. Jazz stared at the limp form, then turned to his doppelgänger. A blast of healing flames engulfed Chiaotzu, and before their eyes, the pale little boy slowly got up.
"Mr. Tien?" Chiaotzu asked, confused, "what happened? Did we win?"
"Nope." Jazz replied, "you lost pretty badly." He giggled.
"Shut up!" Shen charged forward. The doppelgänger turned to Jazz, they nodded as the being leaped into Jazz's body. "All right, let's see…" Jazz's body began to swirl with silver energy and he bulked up, but then he exploded into white dust, revealing a snowy-white dragon with 6 wings. The air began to smell of Ozone as the dragon unleashed a powerful breath attack.
"Thunder Fire Kamehameha!" Jazz unleashed a powerful beam of ki, knocking back Shen almost immediately. The master of the Crane school smashed into the brick wall as the waiter moved out of his way.
"Master!" Tien growled and rushed towards Jazz. As he moved to strike, he felt something stop his movements, only for a split second. That split second was enough as he was struck by the same technique, which buried him into the ground.
"Tien!" Chiaotzu screamed in shock. He turned to look at Jazz, still in the form of a dragon, "how much psychic power do you have!" He shouted as he pointed his fingers forward, despite going full throttle, the dragon seemed to be completely fine.
"Well, you see, I regenerate pretty quick, so I can rest and practice a bit more than you can." Jazz slammed Chiaotzu into the ground with a weaker ki beam. "Phew…" he detransformed. "Aww… dammit, my ham." He stared at the charred remains of ham.
"I'll get you some more." He split back in two, his doppelgänger popping out of his body.
"Thanks, man." Jazz smirked.
"Right back at ya, handsome." The clone mirrored his smirk and walked out of the prison.
…
"All right, explain, please, from the beginning," PaoPao said.
When Jazz revealed himself, before she could say or ask anything, he told her that she needed to address her people and take care of the dead. It was a somber few hours as she congratulated her brave people for defending their home. But, even to her, it didn't feel like a victory. The Crane School's 400 elites attacked her base, home to 5000 people, 2000 of which were combat-capable. Of the Crane School, 212 died, 127 were captured, and 61, including Master Shen, had escaped. But on her side, she lost 49 of her elite troop, handpicked and prepared by Roshi and her tutelage, then lost 1000 men, women, and children non-combatants who were unable to escape in time. When the Jiangshi created by the witchling, a student of the school of witchcraft, Abigail, entered the fight, the casualties only seemed to go up, and 500 full fighters died. She had around 1500 dead, 1000 injured and incurred over 8.2 Billion Zeni in structural damage. It was only after PaoPao revealed the idea of the dragon balls did the people begin to have hope. Even if they lost so many, they could all come back in a year with the aid of those mystical balls.
She now sat in her office, Jazz sat across from her in a small wooden chair, Bulma and Krillin sat on a couch near the back of the room and all four were sipping sweet green tea.
Jazz, or well, the doppelganger of Jazz, sipped some tea. "Oh wow, this is good tea."
"Please get to the point, I don't have time for pleasantries," PaoPao remarked, annoyed.
"Well, I do, and I must say, it is good to see you again, you're honestly quite pretty you know." Jazz smiled.
PaoPao narrowed her eyes, "and you look like you've seen death."
The Jazz before her had the same shiny red hair and bright green eyes. But he was thin, almost to the point of starvation. His lips were dry and chapped and dark circles surrounded his eyes, giving him a very gloomy look all around. "Well, that's one way to say it, I've been a prisoner of the Crane School for 6 months now."
She widened her eyes. "What?"
"Well, unfortunately, after you guys stormed the Red Ribbon Army Base, Dr. Gero recognized you as an enemy who Shen says should have been killed, and Shen recognized the copy of me and Hercule who had been going around, protecting Miguel. They put two and two together, and Gero created a contraption to capture me, based on what they knew of my strength. It also doubled originally as a training item for Tien, but for someone of my power level, it was nearly impossible to move. For a month, they drugged me, but I slowly became resistant, and when I did, I began to listen, feel, and observe. I knew they were going to attack you guys, but I didn't realize they were aiming for both you and Tsukimi, so I got here as fast as I could." Jazz grinned as he downed the tea. "Ahhh! That really hits the spot, after drinking nothing but water for 6 months, I really miss the taste of sweet things."
"Wait…" PaoPao's face twisted in concern, "so it was my fault…? I'm so sorry."
"No, it was All right." Jazz giggled, "it's not like you told them to attack me, besides, I got some good training in, I couldn't develop my base strength much, but I had a lot of time to develop my various techniques. He transformed into a silver whirlwind, taking the form of a puppy. "I can now become this without the full moon, and I can use my transformation arts to look like myself for hours at a time while stuck like this." He transformed through white smoke, looking like Jazz once again."
"Um… those two transformations looked a bit different?" Bulma asked.
"Glad you asked!" Jazz turned to Bulma and smiled, "the silver whirlwind is the signature transformation signifier of the Noble Werewolf clan, the white smoke simply signifies the transformation style I learned from the Southern Transformation School."
"I see, interesting…" Bulma hid her disappointment, she had wanted to pet the fluffy puppy but felt too embarrassed to ask Jazz to transform.
"Why did you go to the Crane School in the first place?" PaoPao asked.
"I wanted to learn and master the techniques of the Crane School, I believed that with both styles, the Turtle and Crane style, I could grow in strength quickly." He sighed, "unfortunately…"
"You learned that Shen is a relatively terrible teacher to all except Tien, thus everything you gain would be mostly self-taught past the basics, right?" PaoPao muttered, "yes, that happened to me as well…"
Jazz burst out laughing, "yeah, that's basically what happened. Then they captured me, and something interesting happened."
"What?" PaoPao asked, curious.
"Shen began to seriously train his disciples, all of them. He taught them martial arts, how to utilize ki, the ki techniques of the school, meditation, and a whole host of killing techniques and movements. He used me as a test dummy/ body back for all his techniques, so they were engraved on my body, as I burned them into my mind and memory. I began to practice what he taught, if only conceptually, and I began to grow exponentially in the first three months, the next four months were much slower, but I still began to grow. Then he planned to attack you guys as vengeance. My thought was that perhaps he was going after the Turtle School, in which case, I believed you would all be able to handle him. His students were stronger now, but except for Tien, none of them could take on your Jiang-Shi. But then some students who were left behind talked about how he was planning on attacking your home." Jazz frowned. "I couldn't let that happen, so, utilizing the concepts I learned and the techniques I gleaned from all those who attacked me, I split myself in two and rushed after you."
PaoPao nodded, "I'm… I'm glad you're all right…"
"Well… I'm mostly ok." Jazz chuckled, "But I am glad to be back, and I'm glad to see you."
"What will you do now?" Krillin asked.
"I'm going to train with Roshi." Jazz split in two. "And I'm going to do some other training."
"Hmm?" Krillin looked at Jazz, shock filling his face. "Wow… I'm not going to get used to that."
"Well, neither am I really." Jazz sighed, "but I already promised that I wouldn't break out until I could do so with my base strength, so I won't break out yet."
"What?" PaoPao asked, confused, "but didn't you escape?"
Jazz chuckled, "well… unfortunately, in a certain sense of the word, yes and no? But I don't need rescuing, I've managed, and I'll continue to manage."
PaoPao raised an eyebrow, "well… if that is what you feel, then alright, I will trust your judgment." She sighed, "so… what now then?"
Jazz smiled, "well, I have to head out." The first of the two Jazzes got up and walked towards the window, he opened it and transformed. "There was someone I had to talk to a while ago, they're probably super pissed at me, so I better find them and apologize, I'm pretty late.
The second Jazz sat up. "I'll help you rebuild, then accompany you to Master Roshi. This technique has several weaknesses, but I think he can help me, also, in two years, I should be able to get some techniques out of him." He chuckled, "that's when the next Budokai is, right?"
…
Goku turned around. "Who the heck are you?" The figure, covered in a hood, smirked.
"You're definitely stronger than I figured you'd be." They charged forward, faster than Goku could react. A fist came flying out, smashing into Goku's face. "What are you… a power level of 200, no… 250 maybe?" The warrior charged forward, sword drawn as he moved to cut down Goku. The young boy dodged left, then right, ducking and barely avoiding the attack.
"What the heck are you talking about?" Goku said, he tensed his legs and charged forward, he head-butted the warrior in the chest, knocking him backward.
"Oof, you pack quite a punch for such a scrawny weakling, but I'm stronger than even your brother Raditz right now." The man laughed as he began to beat down Goku. "And with you gone, there'll only be one hero for Earth to rely on. I'll get all the babes…" the man chuckled lewdly as he wrapped his hands around the young boy's neck.
Goku struggled hard, screaming out in pain. The man's eyes widened and he pulled back in alarm as Goku's eyes began to gleam a deep golden light.
"I-impossible…" The man began to retreat, but it was Goku's turn to press the offensive.
"You'll pay for attacking me!" He charged forward, blitzing the fighter with a flurry of punches, kicks, twists, spins, pulls, and tackles.
"D-dammit! How do you know the wrathful form… I thought only Broly—!" Goku pierced the man's stomach then launched a Kamehameha at the man, sending him flying. The man fell to the floor, a hole in his stomach. "Argh… this will take weeks to recover, you bastard!" The man's robe burned away, revealing a black-haired pale youth. He had hazel brown eyes and freckles, but Goku didn't care about his clothing or appearance, his eyes traced down in shock to the tail that sprouted from the being's back.
"You.. you're like me?" He stepped forward, eyes flickering between black and gold.
"Haaah!" The young man fired a ki blast at Goku, who batted it away and turned back to look for the man, but he disappeared.
"Are there other people with tails? Wait… is he another moon monster?" The last full moon was five days ago, so he didn't worry about that guy turning into one anytime soon, but he feared what would happen if he had to fight that guy during a full moon. "He was way stronger than me…" despite his fear, Goku couldn't help but smile in excitement. "I hope I meet him again soon, I'll definitely beat him next time!"
…
"Sorry, I'm late." An Eider duck landed on top of the Lookout. "Korin insisted I climb up to his part of the tower, twice." He sighed, "then he made me train with him for three months, then let me fly up here."
"Did you manage to catch him?"
Jazz burst out laughing, "oh heck no!" He chuckled, "even utilizing the increased speed and power of pump up mixed with the noble werewolf transformation and I couldn't touch him using my body's natural proportions, but he considered me sufficiently strong enough to come up here. I can't believe I ended up using another month though. I thought 4 months was already enough… man…" Jazz, or more aptly, the doppelgänger of Jazz created from the 12 eyes technique, sighed in consternation.
"Thank you for keeping my existence a secret, mostly." Kami turned, eyeing the boy.
"No problem, it wasn't too hard, mostly…" Jazz disappeared in a puff of smoke, revealing the image of Gast, the fake namekian persona he had taken on. Its appearance was similar but different enough from the actual Demon King's, so PaoPao, who had established illustrations of the being in her study, did not think Jazz was drawing from perfect memory in some way. "PaoPao didn't ask too many questions, I just said that sometimes, Shen would boast about his master when drunk on rice wine, and she accepted that easily."
"What is the purpose of that name?" He asked curiously.
"Oh? Well, nothing, there seemed to be a naming scheme amongst the Namekians, so I simply followed the trait." He turned to look around the lookout. "Where's Mr. Popo?"
"He is preparing the ship" Kami closed his eyes, "to think that I was from a different planet. It… it's shocking but heartening, to realize that as opposed to being some form of demon, I am simply a different species."
Jazz chuckled, "to be fair, demons could simply be a different species. And to be fair to you Kami, I'd consider you a naturalized citizen of Earth."
The Namekian Guardian of the Earth smiled. "You are a witty young man. And quite clever and mischievous." He turned. Jazz followed his gaze and saw Mr. Popo on his flying carpet, at the side of Mr. Popo was Kami's ship, clean and prepped for its voyage.
Jazz whistled in appreciation. "Wow…" He looked at Kami, then at Mr. Popo. "You really cleaned up this thing."
"As soon as I saw it, nostalgia flowed through me like a wave." Kami touched the side of the ship. It felt like I became a child again when the Earth's previous Guardian raised me and trained me." Kami looked at the ship, "Piccolo."
A door from the center of the ship lowered to the floor, though to Jazz, it was more akin to a platform than a door. He stepped on the platform, alongside Kami, and made his way up into the interior of the ship. Words scrawled along in a language he couldn't understand, but Kami smiled as he read the words. "This is my house, to think it was actually a ship for another planet."
Popo looked on somewhat sadly. "I remember you telling me about this house, and that you received a letter telling you that you should wait, someone was coming to get you. Perhaps your parents."
Kami nodded, "yes, I remember."
"How did you two repair the ship?" Jazz asked.
"Kami's magic allowed him to do so," Popo replied.
"I see… hmm," Jazz smiled ruefully, "well, you've gotta teach me that one day." He got into the ship.
Kami smiled lightly as he stepped into the ship as well. Popo shook his head.
"I will keep Earth safe as you take this trip, Kami."
"I'm surprised you said it was okay for me to depart," Kami replied ruefully. "As the Guardian, I should dedicate myself 24-7 to the guiding of my planet.
"As Guardian, it is your duty to allow the planet to complete its fate while preparing and defending it from outside forces. Thousands of meteors and asteroids would have destroyed parts of this world if not for your intervention, and Piccolo would have bathed the world in blood if not for you teaching Mutato the Mafuba. If Fortune Teller Baba foresees some great, awful evil, she will notify me, and I will call for you."
Kami nodded. "Thank you, old friend."
Mr. Popo smiled, "no, thank you, Kami." He bowed deeply, not looking up until the ship rose into the air and disappeared beyond the clouds.

Time for some Calculations, fun! The potara fusion and fusion dance have multipliers that aren't established. People say it should be (AXB) but it's likely not that, as the exponential increase in power is impossible to calculate, I am under the opinion it's normally (A+B) x (some number) where (some number) gets bigger the more in sync and competitive the two fusees are. Using the context given from the Buu Saga, fusion between Goten and Trunks into Gotenks had to be at the least (A+B) x 10 (technically B +B, as the stronger being has to lower his power level) I say (A+B) x 10 as Gotenks as a super saiyan was at the least equal to Goku SSJ3, as a fusion between the two was considered capable of beating Fat Buu easily along the same way Goku was (SS3 is a 400 times multiplier afterall, Goten and Trunks are both weaker than Android 18 as super saiyans, but become capable of fighting and even overpowering Super Buu, who is stronger than the Fat Buu who fought Goku toe to toe, this Goku who is stronger than the Super Saiyan 1 Goku who faced Cell, who was several times stronger than Android 18, this same stronger Super Saiyan 1 Goku went Super Saiyan 3, but Gotenks believed himself strong enough to fight that fat Buu, even after feeling Goku's power as Super Saiyan 3)
So, since I will calculate Fusion dance as (at the least): (A+B) x 10, this means that Jazz, (who's power is currently 108), split himself in 4, each form has a powerlevel of 27, so it will become (27+27) x 10, which becomes 540. Then, that stacks with Pump up and noble werewolf, creating a being with a power level greater than Raditz. Of course, this requires the fusion dance.
