Just felt like writing about Tuor...

Alternate Ending to Sullied Gold, set after Chapter 26. Fingolfin decided to drive Sauron from Tol Sirion for the sake of the Leaguer, never mind the risk to his little brother. He was no the only sibling that regretted that decision.

“I was just asking if it would be alright if Thran joined you tonight as I will be too busy to keep an eye on him.” The last part was met with a glare from the elf next to him which Oropher returned all too gladly. Now, Elrond wasn’t expecting this at all and found himself a little stunned. “Uhhh okay.” Oropher didn't look very impressed, or maybe that's just his face.

Thranduil wondered if the elf had a family, whether it would've mattered to the Noldor if Thranduil himself had had a family or not. If the Noldor would've given him a second thought after the Sacking of Doriath was over. Written on mobile

When Elrond was still young and Thranduil yet to be king, the Sinda had saved him from a band of orcs. They are pursued by the enemy and hide and await for the threat to pass. They've not seen each other for a long time and there are many wounds just beneath their skin. Under the cover of the night, there is some comfort to be found between them.

Gravely wounded after the fight with Huan at Tol-in-Gaurhoth, Sauron fears for his life as he knows Morgoth will not be pleased with the turn of events and losing a silmaril. Thuringwethil is also alive and proposes a risky idea that could save them both from the vala's wrath. Will Sauron rethink his future, including his service to Morgoth?

Even the kindest person in Arda could not escape the corruption of Melkor. Nienna would come to know this personally. When an attempted friendship with him leads to a tragedy where she became known as Fui. (An Alternate Universe where Nienna is Melkor's first lieutenant, even before Mairon and this has consequences)

Years after his judgement, Sauron still struggles with his rehabilitation and feeling accepted back at Aulë's Halls. When a former colleague sees Sauron is back, he's determined to prove the maia doesn't deserve a second chance. Sauron now fears for his fate after breaking important rules of his sentence, his fate including eternity in the Void. Aulë refuses to let that happen.

In Gondolin, Turgon is depressed... A comedy and a parody of the Silmarillion with a lot of characters and chapters. New chapter: The temperature of elves.

The time of the Elves in Middle-Earth is over, and the Straight Road is calling. But is there peace and healing for everyone in Valinor? An AU-ish piece, set in the beginning of the Fourth Age, written from the point of view of several narrators, indicated in the beginning of each chapter.

"You may go," Mandos finally said. "However, it is not of my power to take away the gift of Men. Shall you look or call to Beren, his soul will remain here, and you will never set eyes on him again." Lúthien is offered a chance to bring Beren back home, but the trial she has to face may be harder than she expected. This fic is based on the Greek myth of Orpheus.

Fed up with the Doom on their house, Nerdanel and her two daughters-in-law devise a way to travel back in time and fix things. Someone else unexpectedly comes along for the ride.

Dear Husband suggested I try writing Sauron from a more sympathetic (or nuanced, at least?) perspective… took a while to chew on that one but this is what I came up with…

Waking up in a new world is terrifying. For Kiera, she is dumped into this world, but in the wrong age to make a difference. For residents of Gondolin, their once isolated city will be shaken with the arrival of humans. For a few elves, the pull of humans is intriguing. While some develop friendships, only two turn into love, pushing the boundaries of mortal and immortal unions.

A collection of songs inspired by Professor Tolkien's incredible mythology. Some are appendiums to unfinished poems, others re-imaginings of stories told in prose, or simply inspiration drawn out of the pages. I am neither an accomplished poet nor musician, and I do not own the rights to anything.
