Hello people that are reading this! This my first multi-chapter fanfic and I'm quite nervous publishing it. If you haven't read the description, this fanfic is a sequel to the Season 9 Simpsons episode 'Das Bus' where, if you haven't seen the episode, the kids are never rescued by... oh, let's say Moe, and are still trapped in the island. Some of the grammar may be written poorly or incorrectly because I'm a dummy.

Anyway, let's get started, shall we? We begin at the very end of the episode.

"How's your dinner, Lise?" Bart called over to his sister. "Ah, shut up! Savages," Lisa grumbled under her breath as she continued to lick the slime off of the rock. The slime barely tasted like anything. Well, if you counted rock as a taste. God, the rock was too rough on her tongue. Lisa was most likely not going to get anything from the slime as she could feel it get absorbed in her mouth before it could even reach her stomach. After 15 or so minutes of licking the slime off of the dreaded rock, it was all gone. Lisa looked up and saw that everyone was asleep. The fire had begun to die out and the majority of the boar was eaten. Savages, Lisa thought before she laid beside the rock on the warm sand and fell asleep.

Bart was the first to wake up, the rising sun beaming on his face. Who knew sand would be comfortable to sleep on? His stomach was still a little full from eating so much boar meat last night. Man, that cooked boar was delicious! Bart looked around the beach. Everyone else was asleep around the fire, which was out. Well, almost everyone was asleep by the fire. Bart looked over at the lone rock where he last saw Lisa and found her sleeping right next to it. I think it's time to wake up, Bart thought. He walked over to where his sister was. As he got closer, he noticed that she was rather skinny compared to everyone else. He remembered the last time Lisa ate was before they even left for the trip. Bart felt a little bad for Lisa. He would have offered her some of the boar meat, he knew she'd reject it but he would have shoved it into her mouth anyway. Bart, not wanting to be the loving brother he is deep down, decided to wake his sister up by kicking her in the side. That jolted Lisa awake, who then stared at her brother in anger and yelled, "Ow! Why would you do that, you jerk!?" That yell woke everyone else up. "Morning already?" Milhouse questioned as he got up, yawned, and stretched. The other kids yawned and stretched as well. "Top of the morning, chums!" Martin greeted happily as he was now wide awake. "Shut up, wuss!" Nelson snarled at Martin and punched him in the stomach.

"What do we do now, Bart?" Lewis asked, looking at Bart who had walked back over to them, Lisa not far behind him. "M... maybe we can... see if there's... more animals on the island?" Martin said weakly as he clutched his stomach. Most of the other kids nodded and murmured in agreement. "Good idea, Martin!" That way we can find more food," Bart said as he patted Martin on the back a little too hard, causing the poor boy to fall face first into the sand. "Alright everybody, let's find breakfast!" Bart announced. Everyone except Lisa cheered and began to huddle near the forest entrance. Martin had gotten back up from the sand and followed them. Bart turned around and saw Lisa still standing at the beach, rolling her eyes at the group. Knowing she wouldn't want to join in the hunt, he called out to his sister, "Hey Lise, man the fort for us!" "Wait... what fort!?" Lisa called back, but the kids already ran into the forest. Lisa sighed a frustrated sigh and proceeded to walk along the beach.

The kids ran through the forest like a pack of wolves. They ran all the way to the spot where they found the boar yesterday. There had to be more animals on the island than just that one boar. "Alright, let's spread out," Bart announced. The kids dispersed and searched around the area. After around 5 minutes of searching, Milhouse called out, "Whoa! You guys gotta see this!" The group followed his voice. They found him looking through a bush. They looked through the bush as well, and they gasped wide-eyed. It was an entire area on the other side of the island that was filled with animals! The majority of the animals were boars and tropical birds. Nelson licked his lips and grinned. "Let's kill them all!" he roared and prepared to run down the gentle slope that led to the animals before Martin stopped him. "Hold on, Nelson." He said, "If we kill them all now, we won't have any food later. We should focus on just one boar for now." Nelson was just about to punch Martin once again until Bart intervened. "He's right, though. Let's stick to one boar for now." Everyone was surprised that Bart would side with Martin, even Bart himself.

He shook his head like he was in a trance and asked, "Which one should we kill?" Sherri pointed to a certain boar. "How about that one?" The kids looked at the boar and saw it was rather fat compared to the other boars. It would be a perfect meal for the day. "It could feed us for days!" Terri said. The others mumbled in agreement. "Let's kill it!" Wendell declared. Everyone was about to rush with their sharpened sticks until Bart stopped them. "Wait a second, I'm the leader, and I get to choose when we kill it." Nelson, Martin, Milhouse, Sherri, Terri, Wendell, and Lewis all rolled their eyes and grumbled. Ralph just stood there and did nothing, as Bart looked around at nothing. After a couple seconds of complete silence, Bart finally spoke. "Okay, let's kill it," The nine kids charged down the hill towards the animals, creating loud battle cries in the process.

Meanwhile, back at the beach, Lisa walked back and forth on the sand, contemplating on what to do. She wanted to get off this stupid island. She wanted to go home. But nothing could be done about it. They had to survive out here until they were rescued. She tried to make things as civil as possible. It didn't even seem to work. Lisa's hopes to keep it that way have been shredded. The others killing that helpless boar was etched into her mind. Okay, she didn't actually see them kill it because she ran off, but they were still savages in her mind. Lisa will never be one of them. Never.

She walked back to the camp and saw the boar's (mostly) skeletal remains. Lisa couldn't stand seeing them anymore. She had to get rid of it. She walked over to the carcass, scrunching her nose at the smell. Lisa untied the legs and dragged it across the beach. "Ew, ew, ew, ew, ew," She muttered as she held onto the carcass. Before entering the forest, Lisa heard distant war cries. She knew it was the others. "Savages," Lisa grumbled and started to drag the carcass deep into the woods, but not far from camp, so nature can reclaim the bones. God, this carcass was so heavy! It took Lisa around ten minutes to drag it to where she wanted it settled. She had to catch her breath from dragging that damn heavy carcass for minutes. Her stomach growled loudly. She was very hungry. That slime didn't fill her up at all. The only thing she had ingested ever since they were stranded on the island besides the slime was the surrounding water, which was surprisingly and thankfully fresh water. She really needed to eat now. "I really shouldn't have stopped the others from eating the snacks," Lisa said to herself. To help somewhat satisfy her hunger, Lisa grabbed some leaves from the trees and ate them. "Mmm, tasteless plain leaves," she said sarcastically as she walked back to the camp. Lisa got back to the campsite and sat on a rock waiting for the others to return. While waiting, she thought of how she and the others will continue to function on the island.

As Lisa was dragging the boar carcass in the forest, on the other side of the island were Bart, Milhouse, Martin, Nelson, Ralph, Sherry, Terry, Wendell, and Lewis, letting out the battle cries Lisa heard and charged towards the fat boar. All of the animals, startled by the cries ran off. The fat boar ran too, but due to its weight, was much slower. Nelson caught up to the boar and tackled it to the ground. Everyone else began to stab the boar in the face and the sides. Ralph poked one of its legs with a random stick. "Take that!" he said. Five or so minutes had passed on trying to kill the boar due to their only weapons being sharpened sticks. They needed to create more effective weapons later. The boar's cries were drowned out by the kids' yells of triumph. Soon, the boar was dead. The group cheered around the carcass as if it was a ritual.

"Let's go back to camp!" Bart said and walked to where they came from. The other kids followed suit with Nelson carrying the boar back. Martin, Milhouse, and Lewis helped him carry it because of the boar's fat weight. The group of wild kids were all cheering and howling as they got back to the campsite. They eventually got back to the location. The remains of their dinner were nowhere to be found and Lisa was sitting on a rock, waiting for them. "Thanks for manning the fort, Lise!" Bart said, smiling to his sister. "Yeah, yeah, whatever," Lisa replied to her brother in an annoyed tone and turned away when she saw the dead boar. Lisa heard Milhouse call to her, "Hey Lisa, what happened to our remaining dinner?" "I disposed of it in the woods. There was nothing left of it anyway. You're welcome," She replied, frustrated. She heard them talk and discuss setting up "breakfast, lunch, and dinner all at once." Whatever that meant. Lisa put her face in her hands. She was going to talk to Bart later about future plans, but for now, she just sat there on the rock, starving. Her stomach felt like it was going to digest itself. God, this is going to be a long day.

And that's the end of the first chapter! Man, that wasn't much was it? Sorry if everything felt so rushed and/or repetitive. For those wondering, this story won't focus on just Bart and Lisa and will eventually focus on the other kids as well so they can have time to shine. Tell me what you think and if you have any constructive criticisms, tell me! (Don't say this story's dumb, that's not what I'm looking for)

That's all for now. Ta-ta!
