Lucy is ignoring Caspian but for what reason?

This is a short story occurring during the early days of Telmarine reign in Narnia. It follows on from 'The Fairy Mound' (although set a century later) and contains no graphic violence or bad language.

It's 1966, and it's been seventeen years since The Last Battle. This story follows the son of Susan, 16 year old Damian Pevensie. Damian is a London Mod, and an absolute pain to anyone unfortunate enough to meet him, but when war strikes Aslan's once peaceful country, there's only one boy who can help. As he tries to move on and become the true High King, moments of his past keep him grounded in guilt and uncertainty where Brielle, Susan's lady in waiting, has all the answers to his problems. It's such a shame she has to kill him; a revenge plot in return for all the pain he's caused her. Peter/OC.

Sonora Lynn Greene randomly picked up a book one day and began reading, only this particular story sent her spiraling into the land of Narnia. With no particular skill set and no outstanding qualities, she decides to pledge herself to the Kings and Queens of Narnia and help take back its' land from the wicked White Witch, Jadis.

Set in the Golden Age, when Peter was High King with Susan, Edmund, and Lucy as King and Queens under him. What were those years like? In fear the prophecy will come true, the White Witch kidnaps a human baby and raises him as her own. Edmund has only ever known the harsh winter of Narnia, ruling alongside his mother. But with rumours of Aslan's return and the appearance of three human children, Edmund must decide whether to fight for the life he's only ever known or for a future beyond his mother's control.
