Chapter 13 : Rising Dragon Form Part 1
Naruto is practicing the Great Dragon Fist he thinks back to a concept he learned from Daimashi that being the Rising Dragon Form.
Flashback in Shambala
"Remember Naruto with mind,body, and spirit when one can allow you to achieve feats even you ninja would think is impossible by mastery of oneself." said Daimashi as Naruto sits in front of him in a kneeling position.
"What do you mean master?" asked Naruto, curious of his master's words.
"By mastering your overall fighting technique you have committed it to every fiber of your muscles in your entire body. Your mind has absorbed much on combat with insight but for you to gain true mastery of the Great Dragon Fist one must leave everything to instinctive movement." said Daimashi as he shows what he means as his eyes go blank at as he demonstrates the complex movements of the transcendent state of the Great Dragon Fist the Rising Dragon form. A form of incredible technique and movement. Naruto for his part is in awe at the state permeating with Ongon. From that day on he vowed to master the Great Dragon Fist to reach the level his master has and surpass it.
Flashback ends.
Naruto proceeds to practice the techniques and skills he has learned giving into the motions of every fighting form he has ever learned. Learning the insight of every stance, learning how every punch, kick and grapple can be performed in said stances. As this is going on Raiokami looks at his partner with interest as he practice. 'What have you learned from Shambala young Namikaze' thought the battle wolf as he watches his partner train. Hours turn into days as Naruto trains day in and out.
Elsewhere in the Elemental Nations
Goro is traveling towards a large village he thinks about destroying it until he receives a call from Pain that would seem interesting.
"Goro don't destroy that village, instead use it as bait for who we our seeking. Perhaps you may find a challenge in the Young Jinchuriki of the Nine Tails or the Jinchuriki of the two tailed hellcat" said Pain in a com set as he indicates the dam overlooking the village.
'Soon Nine Tails Jinchuriki you will know pain' thought Pain as he sees Goro moving towards the dam killing multiple guards protecting the Dam.
Back In Konoha
Konan can be seen flying through the sky with two children in her arms for days now. Feeling exhaustion in her chakra pools she slowly begins to fall out of the sky with the children in her arms. She hugs the children close to her form to take the impact for them. However she and the children are caught by one Naruto Uzumaki who saw her falling from the sky on his way back inside of the village during his routine sprinting and combat maneuvers .
"Are you alright miss" asked Naruto as he sees in her eyes a look of sorrow.
"Yes I am physically but not spiritually" said Konan as she lets go of the children who have been sadden at the death of their family and destruction of their village. Konan for her part is deeply crushed by the death of her friends on an ideological level Naruto sensing her despair and dread look at her robe to see it carries the Akatsuki robe.
"Tell me everything that you know of your comrades" asked Naruto as he looks at Konan who nods and says."Yes but first I would like to give these children something eat and a place to sleep" said Konan as Naruto nods and makes two shadow clones to carry the children while he carries Konan towards the village. Konan for her part passes out from her exhaustion. As she pass she thinks as she looks at Naruto's face and sees one of her friends' faces.'Yahiko' thought Konan as she falls asleep.
Timeskip 4 days later
Konan after recovering had been placed in the Anbu prison for her past affiliation with the Akatsuki. The two children are staying with Naruto as Konan is imprisoned during this time Goro has sent an ultimatum to both Konoha and Kumo to surrender their jinchuriki to him and the Akatsuki. Letting them know that failure to do so will result in the destruction of a major village in Smoke country.
At the moment Konan is being walked to the Hokage's office in bindings that blocks off her chakra. She had rested greatly from her chakra exhaustion
She walks inside of the office to see Naruto, Tsunade, Shizune and Inoichi. "Greetings Lady Hokage I am Konan, formerly of the Akatsuki and of the village of Rain" introduced Konan with a court bow to the leader of the village. Tsunade suddenly recognizes her as one of the orphan's Jiraiya had rescued from the war.
"Your alive" said a surprised Tsunade as she looks at the young woman in front of her.
"Mind tell me how you know our fallen angel baachan" said Naruto who dodges a punch without even trying from an irate Tsunade for his remark.
"Konan here is a war orphan of the Second Shinobi war that I had encountered with Jiraiya dumbass and pedo snake. Now tell me Konan why have you come here if your a member of the Akatsuki might I ask" asked curious and intrigued Konan.
"Because I have lost my way" said Konan with a sad tone as she continues " When me and my friend Nagato was planning ways to take down Naruto we had received a message from Orochimaru. The message had us meet with him to form an alliance . What Orochimaru provided was something monstrous" said Konan as she has a look of horror which worries Tsunade and Naruto as Inoichi shows them what Konan shown him.
They see an image of Goro, a monstrous form armed reptilian warrior who had attacked a nearby village slaughtering everyone except those two kids who Konan had brought with her. They have seen reports of the devastation caused by the creature but the level of savagery seen makes Tsunade fearful of her blonde step grandson as if was able to tear apart Chunin, Jonin and Kage with it's bare hands.
Before they could say anything, Shizune runs into the room with a hurried look. "Tsunade sama we have an emergency" said Shizune as she hands he a scroll. Tsunade reads it and has a face of horror.
"What is it Baachan" asked a concern Naruto as Tsunade turns to Naruto.
"Trouble in Smoke country. Naruto it's Goro he's holding the city of Nobunaga in a large valley hostage by threatening to blow up Smoke's largest hydroelectric dam. Unless Kumo and Konoha surrender their jinchuriki" said Tsunade as Naruto is shocked at the demand.
"Looks Like I have a date with destiny" said Naruto as he is about to leave until Tsunade stops him.
"No Naruto it is to dangerous he could kill you" said a worried Tsunade as she looks at her adoptive grandson with fear for his safety.
"I know but I need too, lives are at stake and I wouldn't live with myself" said Naruto as Tsunade makes a hand sign for someone behind him to knockout Naruto. However Naruto dodges and jumps out of an open wind. "Sorry Bachan but this is what I live for" said Naruto as he moves towards his compound as he gets ready for combat.
"Anbu get me teams 8, 9 and Guy we have an Uzumaki to bring back" said Tsunade as the Anbu nods in agreement.
In Smoke Country
Goro is looking at Hidan and Kakazu who had arrived.
"So Brute how will you handle the Uzumaki while we get the Jinchuriki's." said Kakazu as Goro growls at Kakazu for calling him that. "Be silent fool the Uzumaki will be fall when I have broken his body and crushed his spirit then you can have what is left" said Goro as he looks at the two Akatsuki members.
"Show us some respect you beast we are your-" "You say one more word you fool I will not only kill you but rape your dying form to show how weak you are. I may work with you but I don't work for you" said Goro as he stares down Hidan who backs down from the draconic warrior in question.
"That's what I thought" said Goro as he goes back to look over the village in question.
"Let's go Hidan we need to look out for any person wanting to sneak out of the village" said Kakazu as Hidan walks with him deeply shamed by the Draconic warrior.
Back with Naruto
Naruto and Okami is traveling towards Smoke Country through the Fire Rain's pass.
As Naruto is moving he is soon cut off by teams 8,9 and Ten
"Naruto you are to return to the village, this mission is unauthorized," said Shikamaru as he looks at friend and comrade.
"Sorry Shikamaru, I can't do that. That city in Smoke Country needs me otherwise they're dead if we send a leaf strike team against that savage it would be a blood bath." said Naruto as he secretly reaches for some smoke bombs.
"Naruto don't do this, we can try another way" said Tenten as she readies a blowdart.
"Yes Naruto kun let's head home so we can come up with a strategy" said Hinata as she readies a Juuken strike for her love.
" Sorry Hinata darling but I have seen that animal's work and I rather no child go through with what those two did" said Naruto as he locks lips with Hinata literally stealing her breath away and knocking her conscious and throwing a smoke bomb in front of himself. Naruto using his grappling hook zooms past Shikamaru and lays Hinata on a tree branch in front of them.
Naruto and Raiokami speeds off towards Smoke Country with incredible speed. Teams 8,9 and Guy are trailing behind him in pursuit. "Troublesome Naruto is getting ahead of us we need to catch him to bring him back to the village" said Shikamaru as he looks at the speeding forms of his blonde comrade.
"How Naruto is just beyond us when it comes to raw skill and ability we can't just hope to defeat him" said Choji.
"No but we can contain him" said Shikamaru as he directs teams 8 and Guy to circle around Naruto to cover his escape.
Naruto for his part is senses his comrade strategy only smirks at the plan his friend came up with. As he soon is cornered by his teammates. "Come on Naruto your surrounded there's nowhere you can-" Ino is interrupted by a poof of smoke revealing to them that it was a shadow clone of both him and Raiokami. Ino Shaking her fist in rage and Shikamaru uttering the word troublesome blonde to himself. Only to be punched by Ino who had heard him.
With the real Naruto and Raiokami
The two are traveling through the trees. Before they can get any further Naruto dodges three kunai thrown at him. He is soon at what seems to be claw point by a blonde woman with dark blonde hair done in a long braided ponytail in dress ware that has reminiscence of clouds. Behind her is a bright blonde haired man with dark skin and an athletic build in what appears to be a flak jacket of sorts. Naruto recognizing the two as Killer Bee and Yugito Nii.
"So Kumo's finest Jinchuriki also got the message as well and I must say I thought you would be bigger Killer Bee" said Naruto as Yugito retracts her claws slightly as she too recognizes Naruto.
"So you are Naruto Uzumaki Toraken. I must say your picture doesn't do you justice in looks." said Yugito with a smile as she looks at her fellow blonde with interest as she looks at his armor.
"So the son of the king of speed and grandson of the Kintaro of Karate is here so you heard about the threat from that Savage Goro" said Killer Bee as he looks at Naruto who replies.
"Yeah but instead of surrendering I'm going to break his jaw" said Naruto as Raiokami sniffs Yugito with said blonde at first calming after realizing the massive 340 pound mystical wolf is friendly to cats as she is licked by the wolf.
The trio plus wolf soon have company in the form of 3 Kumo nins one is a girl with long bob style platinum hair in a unique battle kimono that shows off her sizable bust. Another is a girl with red hair and dark skin in a white flak jacket. Next to them is a boy with dark skin and hair similar to Killer Bee's in color.
"Samui, Karui, Omoi, what are you three doing here?" asked Yugito as she looks at the trio of ninja who showed up.
"We came to reinforce you on your mission" answered Samui as she along their teammates look at Naruto and Raiokami. "So your Naruto Uzumaki Toraken I must say you look better than your picture." said Karui as she looks at the symbol of the fox on his chest and asks."Why a fox?" "A fox in many species are resilient and adaptable" answered Naruto as he soon feels a particular jutsu freezing him in place.
"What took you Shikamaru." said Naruto as he turns toward his friend who is shocked at Naruto moving within his shadow possession jutsu. "How are you doing this Naruto?" asked a freaked Shikamaru as he looks at his friend as the rest of the Uzumaki retrieval squad lands to see Naruto moving despite the shadow possession jutsu being placed on him.
"Glad you all showed up because we can use the help" said Naruto as he looks at his fellow Konoha ninja.
"What do you mean" asked Hinata as she looks at her lover.
"I mean Hinata hime Tsunade baa chan said to bring me back she didn't say when" said Naruto as Shikamaru shakes his head and saying "Troublesome blonde"
"So what is the plan" asked Yugito as she looks at the former jinchuriki. "Simply put we go to the dam" said Naruto as he proceeds to explain to the large group of ninjas of his plan.
Timeskip 3 hours later.
Naruto, Yugito and Killer Bee are walking towards the dam. They see that the area is rigged with explosive tags set to go off. Naruto's eyes have a silver glow to them as he looks at the site.
Meters away Rock Lee, Ino, Shikamaru, Karui, Samui, Omoi and Neji are looking over the valley to find the Akatsuki members guarding the roads while Hinata and Tenten are shadowing behind them both are sporting similar glowing right eyes. Choji and Raiokami are stealthily moving in position in case of emergency of their plan failing.
Soon the large figure of Goro leaps down from his perch to see the three Jinchuriki in question.
"So Killer Bee the 8 tailed Jinchuriki, Yugito the 2 tailed Jinchuriki and Naruto Uzumaki Toraken the 9 tails jinchuriki all here. But where is Fuu the 7 tails jinchuriki she was supposed to be here." demanded Goro as he looks at Naruto in bestial intent.
"She left Konoha for her safety." said Naruto with a cool expression. As Hinata and Tenten move to disarm the explosive tags silently.
"Hmm No matter I will get her soon but you three will not escape." said Goro as he places chakra suppressing seals on them with three of his four arms which paralysis Yugito and Killer Bee while Naruto is still standing.
"What about the bombs are you going to disarm them!?" asked Naruto curious the draconic warrior in question.
"No they will blow up when I leave the area" said Goro as Naruto is angered at this beast's disregards to human life. Naruto gets into a fighting stance. As he does so he feels pain in his arms and legs But blocks it out as best as he can.
"Ah still got fight left in you no matter after I beat it out of you it will be nothing more than a laugh able memory." said Goro as he and Naruto proceeds to fight.
Elsewhere in around Nobunaga Village.
Shikamaru spots Hidan and Kakazu and signals them to move in on the pair. Who wasn't expecting a large force of ninjas to be in Smoke country. "Alright everyone lets take them down hard and fast" said Shikamaru through the comms link as they leap forward to surround the duo.
"Ah Fresh Sacrifices for Jashin " said Hidan as his less than religious partner looks at them with blank expression as they begin their battle.
Back with Naruto.
Naruto and Goro are in a no holds barred battle that Naruto is taking a vicious beating due in part of the seal acting like a slave seal. Goro is given a worthy battle for his trouble. While this is going on Hinata and Tenten are disabling explosive tags along the structural weak points.
Naruto is being battered by the Super Warrior as he marvels at the battle in question. Naruto for his part is trying his best to stand his ground. As he looks at the Super Warrior who seems to be dominating the fight
Until Naruto feels something of a flash as he sees glimpses of everything in his training in the Great Dragon Fist feeling every technique and form as if it seems natural. He feels a surge of Ongon flowing through his body as Goro sees Naruto glowing and permeating with strange energy as Naruto stands up to see his eyes glowing. Hinata and Tenten arrive to see Naruto's bloody and shirtless form as it glows with white ethereal energy. Yugito and Killer Bee looks on with awe as they see Naruto permeating.
'Incredible what is this energy it's not like chakra at all. It is something more spiritual' thought Yugito as Nibi senses this feels awe at the energy she senses. Killer Bee and Gyuki has similar thoughts as they see Naruto finish permeating and glows with white energy.
Naruto performs hand movement signifying the Great Dragon fist's entirety in afterimages as Naruto gets into the Falcon stance.
Goro wasting no time charges at Naruto with ruthless determination as they proceeds to fight. Tenten, Hinata, Yugito and Killer Bee watch in awe as Naruto masterfully blocks and evades several of the brutes strikes from each of the four armed warrior's arms and several of his kicks. Naruto. This lasts for 5 minutes as Naruto proceeds to land various punches and kicks in rapid succession that Hinata for her part could barely keep up with her love's new found speed.
Naruto lands a somersault kick on Goro knocking him to the ground. Goro recovers and goes to grabs a metallic pole and rips it out of the ground. To swing at the blonde.
Naruto leaps at Goro with his hands open. Naruto clawing at the pole and cutting it to pieces shocking Goro and every present. Goro proceeds to trigger hidden explosives inside of the dam causing multiple explosion. Naruto moves with remarkable ease kicks Goro in his left kneecap breaking it and forcing the super warrior to one knee.
Naruto launches a whirlwind of punches at Orochimaru's experiment. The beast warrior cries out for mercy. Naruto however refuses such luxury as he kicks the warriors chest in with extreme crushing force crushing his heart in the process and killing him instantly.
Choji and Raiokami move to block the water flow by destroy the cliff side leading to Nobunga city croving the path with rocks to block the water.
With Shikamaru and group
Hidan and Kakazu are breathing hard on their knees as they have sustained a great deal of battle damage from the Joint Kumo and Konoha group. Hidan has surprised the ninja with his incredible resilience to pain . As the duo continue to fight they soon see the target of their ire as Naruto arrives on the battlefield to see Hidan and Kakazu looking at him with anger in their eyes.
"Hey Naruto what's going on" asked Shikamaru, shocked at the blonde's appearance as Naruto turns to looks at the Nara and smiles.
Naruto begins to hop in place as he looks at the two in question. Naruto speeds towards Hidan and hits him with a shoulder bash knock to wind out of Hidan.
He turns toward Kakazu who then is sent flying by a strong kick from Naruto towards a large boulder. Hidan feels internal organs crush as Naruto goes on the attack. Hidan tries to go on the attack but finds he isn't able to move courtesy of Neji Hyuga hitting Hidan with a paralyzing palm. Rock Lee than knocks Hidan out with one punch.
Meanwhile Kakazu is receiving the worst beating he has every taken from anyone before in his life. Naruto proceeds to knock him out with a rising elbow.
The water is blocked off thanks to Raiokami and Choji. As they walk up to look in awe at Naruto permeating with ethereal energy. Yugito and Bee also walk up to the scene with awe at the blonde' appearance.
The energy soon dies down as Naruto drops to one knee. Hinata rushes over to help him to his feet.
"Naruto you are one surprise after another how did you do that" asked Shikamaru as Naruto smiles and says"With Training and no thought just instinct" said Naruto as he looks at the Nara in question who just shakes his head and smirking at the unpredictability.
Naruto turns toward Killer Bee and his group looks at Naruto in question with awe in their eyes. "I don't know how you did it but you are something else in this world Toraken hopefully we can meet on better terms but until then good luck" said Yugito who walks up to Naruto and kisses his cheek.
"I hope so to Yugito I hope so too" said Naruto as the group parts ways taking Hidan and Kakazu respectively as prisoners to their respectively villages
Naruto is walking shirtless as he gets out a seal that appears to be a shirt with a fox holding a combat knife in it's mouth.
'Incredible, the boy has shown me something new I haven't seen in awhile I wonder what else will he show me' thought Raiokami as he looks at his blonde partner.
In the Akatsuki Base.
Pain is enrage at the failure of Goro and the Zombi duo. Orochimaru is more upset with Goro's death and destruction afterall the training and enhancements he placed inside of the brute.
'Things are only just beginning brat they have just began' thought Orochimaru as they looks at Orochimaru.
