Prelude: Attack on Konoha/Birth of the Prince

Author's Notes:
Before we start this chapter will serve as the set up to the story.
Naruto and Naruko will have their own story which will be uploaded later.
Hopefully you like this story if not I don't know what to tell you I'm doing this for free.
-Beginning-
Outside of the village Konoha Kushina Uzumaki was in a hidden cave preparing for the arrival of her child. The reason why she was delivering her baby outside of a hospital was because she held the nine tails and during the last month of her pregnancy the charka of the beast was leaking out of her. While only a handful of people knew that she was pregnant, fewer knew who the father of the child was. After what felt like forever the child was born at 23:59 October 9th. Upon the baby being born the nurse cleaned the blood off him, checked him over making sure that he was breathing normally, and made sure he didn't have any fox features like fur or a tail. The current Hokage Minato Namikaze was also there but only to ensure that the container of the nine tails didn't go rogue or let the beast out. After seeing that the beast couldn't free itself Minato told Kushina that he needed to get back to the village most importantly his wife who was having his child. This upset Kushina but before she could cuss him out the alarm that was connected to Konoha's barrier went off meaning that the village was under attack by a powerful force.
Minato told her that he needed to go and that if the nine tails beast was needed he would come back and get her. As soon as Minato left the room the nurse who was still holding the baby in her arms opened the door letting four people enter. Before Kushina knew what was happening she was being held down to the bed as they tied rope around her arms and legs immobilizing her "What is going on? Why are you doing this?" asked Kushina as she struggled to get out of the ropes. "I am sorry lady Kushina but you and your mother have soiled the Uzumaki name" said a feminine voice who was now holding her baby. "What wait what are planning to do to my baby?" asked the new mother. "We will raise him to be loyal to us and not that godforsaken village" replied the man next to her before knocking her unconscious. "We must hurry and place the tailed beast within the boy before the fake Senju comes back" said an old voice. "It shouldn't take long as from the seal he currently has on his stomach he has the Yang part of the nine tails" commented the nurse. "Alright everyone knows what to do nurse once we're done take him to the compound and tell them to get out of this village" said the woman as she placed the boy down. The four then went through hand seals and placed their left hand on Kushina and the right on the baby filtering the potent charka through their charka networks trying to turn it pure or less potent.
-Over with Minato-
As Minato was running back to the village he was thinking about his wife who had probably been in labor and was about to have their child. His thoughts got interrupted by Iwa Assassination Anbu core who all used explosion jutsus something Minato hated about Iwa. This was the same group that Minato had fought against in the Second and Third Shinobi War and who had cost many armies problems during the wars. Knowing that he needed to get rid of them first he fought and killed each member one by one though this came at the cost of one of his hands being badly burnt. Minato couldn't keep his attention on this because from where he was standing he saw a large Lava Monkey and a large White horse attacking the village. Minato cursed his luck as he realized that both Jinchurikis were attacking the village and hoped that his childhood best friend and sensei were in the village. Trying to save charka Minato ran to the village thinking on how to save it when he got the bright idea to seal the four tails within Kushina's new child. He quickly body flickered to where he left the woman at but noticed that no one was there thinking on his toes he optioned to grab his one-year-old son Naruto and seal it within him. He then body flickered to his home where his son was and grabbed his son taking him to the battlefield.
-Meanwhile within the village-
Konoha was under attack by two different forces. On one side was Rōshi and Han who were leading Iwagakure ninjas into the village. While on the other side was a mix of skilled and unskilled bandits attacking everyone and destroying important buildings like hospitals and schools. Things got worse when Rōshi went full tailed beast mode and started using his lava release to burn all those who opposed them. Han on the other hand decided to use his stream release to blind the Konoha ninjas making it hard for the ninjas of Konoha to see anything in front of them resulting multiple accidents between Konoha ninjas.
During the battle the Konoha ninjas had learned a few things:
Was the fact the other group of people they were fighting were bandits.
Was the fact that half of the bandits were unskilled.
Even though they were unskilled the Konoha ninjas need to keep their distance since when they died the bandits bodies would omit a toxic gas.
Lastly was the fact that they were underprepared for an attack on the village.
While fighting everyone on the Konoha side was wondering where either the Hokage was at or where the commander of the village Fugaku Uchiha was at since they were their best bet to win. Fortunately, one of the Sannins Orochimara showed up on top of Manda and attacked Son Goku making the giant red lava monkey focus on her. This made the Anbu members and others focus on Han however the man was no push over and with Orochimara here the man decided to transform in Kokuo the five tail Horse. This horrified everyone as the giant horse started gulping through the village towards Orochimara. However, the snake Sannin didn't come alone and Kukuo learned this the hard way when the slug Sannin fist connected with the Jinchuriki's face. When Orochimara saw Minato she asked, "Where was Kushina at?" confused on why her student wasn't here however Minato didn't answer her. Placing his hand on the Lava monkey Minato teleported himself, his son, and Son Goku away from the battlefield. Orochimara looked around the village knowing that he couldn't have gone far and after seeing where they were she headed that way leaving the Konoha ninjas to deal with the Iwa ninjas, bandits, and Han.
-Forest of Death-
When the three were teleported Minato and Naruto landed in one area while Roshi who was in control and knew of this forest started setting it on fire knowing what lived in here. When Minato looked around and noticed where he was he was cussing for being his son to the Forest of Death due to his hands being burnt. Looking around Minato heard and saw the animals of the forest attacking Son Goku in Minato's mind he needed to act quickly to kill the container. Going through hand signs he summoned the toad boss to hold the tailed beast down and then went through hand signs akin to the Uzumaki clan to do a forbidden jutsu. While Minato was a fuinjutsu master he wasn't experienced at sealing, unsealing, or even resealing a tailed beast alone like the Uzumaki clan head. Once finishing Minato yelled out "Fuinjutsu: Reaper Death Seal". Immediately a barrier dropped around the area trapping Minato, Naruto, Orochimara, and the four tails however instead of a hand being placed through Minato stomach the area went pinch black. What Minato and Orochimara who was hiding saw was not the King of Death. Orochimara felt something was off since she had seen Minato going through the correct hand signs however looking at this being it wasn't what she usually saw this being was a woman in white dress who had four crimson red eyes.
Before Minato could ask any questions he felt something pulling on his soul "Wa..Wait you..you're not the Shinigami" stated the Hokage. The being looked at the man for a moment as if he was dumb but replied "Of course I am not that boring old man I am Yami you summoned me why mortal?" question the deity. This made Orochimara freeze up and scared as she had heard about this deity from one of her clans men who had stolen a body only for it to be cursed by the woman. Thinking she wasn't paying attention Son Goku made a run for it but Yami opened the ground swallowing up the lave monkey. The only thing that now laid there was Roshi whose body had most of its charka drained from it. Yami watched the man struggle for a minute before turning towards Minato smiling creepily her attention then turned towards Orochimara who she saw standing a distance away shaking. After a while of watching what was going on Minato was finally about to speak but was stopped "Let me guess you summoned me to seal the tailed beast within your son here didn't you" questioned Yami to which Minato could only shake his head yes due to the pain.
"Fine I'll do it but your soul will be used as payment" said Yami as was about to do it before being stopped by someone she didn't want to ever see. "Shinigami what are you doing here?" asked Yami with a disgusting look on her face. The Shinigami looked around before answering "As the King over death I cannot allow you to take the souls of any of these men as that is my job" said the man in a serious tone. "Well, that's too bad since I was summoned here to do a job" replied Yami upset that she was being stopped. The king over dead thought about this for moment and realized that she was right the man who did the jutsu was not of Uzumaki blood nor was he wearing the mask which is why she was called upon. Thankfully he didn't have to deal with this problem alone as time froze for those who weren't deities as Hagoromo Otsutsuki better known as the Sage of Six Paths showed up. "Yami I must agree with Shinigami-san I can't allow you to do what you are planning on doing nor allow you to take anymore souls" said Kami. "Fine I'll just go bless someone else" said Yami as she quickly took quarter of Son Goku's charka and left.
"Wait where did she go?" questioned the Shinigami. "Don't worry my friend she only took a part of Son Goku's charka" stated Hagoromo. "What do you mean don't worry? She took apart of the tailed beast and is going to give it to some random person" stated the king of death. "Like I said before she only took a piece of Son Goku's charka this will only boost whoever she gives it to but will not give him or her the abilities that Son Goku gives to its host" explained the creator of the tailed beasts. Shinigami calmed down after hearing this news "So, what's the plan? Because we need to stop her and whatever plan she is coming up with" stated the King of the dead. "Finish the job seal son Goku into the boy and let's get out of here" replied Hagoromo not thinking of the future problems. The Shinigami proceeded to do just that and after he was done he took Minato's soul. Hagoromo felt something was off however he didn't know what it was nor could he interfere so he let it go for now. Once time unfroze Minato's body was laying there not moving and Naruto was holding his stomach in pain as the four tails had been sealed within him. Orochimara made two clones one to grab the Hokage and the other to grab the Namikaze boy as he was in pain while she went off to find her student.
-Meanwhile with Yami-
Yami had found the Uzumaki compound the same clan that at one point was allied to the Shinigami but she planned to get them to worship her. Seeing a newborn baby, she used her power to freeze time and walked towards the baby. However, once getting closer she felt something odd about this child. Picking up the newborn she looked it over and quickly noticed that the baby had the signature Uzumaki eight-trigram seal on it meaning this child was the new container of the Kitsune known as Kurama. Yami thought about it for a second before deciding that the baby's DNA would have to be changed to hold all the charka without almost killing him nor causing any future problems. Yami placed the baby back into the hands of the person who was holding him and entered the child's body through his seal. A few minutes later Orochimara showed up in the area hearing the baby crying to see Uzumaki members carrying her student and her child to their house which was connected to the Senju compound. While she wanted to barge her way in and demand answers she knew Sannin or not taking on a whole group of Uzumaki members would lead to her death so she sent one of her summonings to grab Tsunade so that they could meet up and found out what happened.
-Inside the seal-
Kurama who had had spilt in two was now whole but felt weaker due to how his Yin side was sealed into his new container. A moment after trying to shake the uneasy feeling Kurama was locked behind a cage that appeared out of thin air. The kitsune was wondering what would happen next until he saw a blight light and a person appeared in front of him. "Well, hello there" said Yami standing outside the cage. See who it was Kurama was annoyed "What in the hell do you want Yami?" yelled Kurama now coming closer to the bars. Yami kept her distance "Well if it isn't the King of the kitsunes locked behind bars like the animal you are" said Yami. Kurama just growled at the woman however this didn't faze her "Look here foxy I have a job to do and blesses to give so be a good animal and MAYBE I'll let your brother live" said the Yami however she didn't get the reaction she wanted from the kitsune. Looking down where a chibi version of Son Goku was supposed to be at now was only a ball of charka. "Let me guess you grabbed a part of his charka and not his physical form" commented Kurama. When he got no response he started laughing at the deity "Shu...Shut up you stupid fox everyone knows you can't seal two tailed beasts within a human" said Yami stomping away embarrassed. This made Kurama laugh harder knowing that Yami's plan backfired on her.
-DNA and Charka Coils-
A few minutes later Yami made it to where the boy's coils and DNA were planning to change everything about the boy so that he would be the prefect vessel for her plans. The first thing she did was place Son Goku's pure red charka into the boy natural charka system turning it purple and making it potent. While looking at his charka coils she noticed that Kurama's charka was slowly being intertwined with his meaning that his charka would over time become demonic. She then looked at his DNA and noticed that he had a suppressed bloodline that had been locked away for some reason which she found interesting so she changed it so that the boy could activate it in the future. Upon finishing the alterations to the boy's genetic code, she was happy what her work. However, the one thing she couldn't change was the fact that the nine tailed fox was still sealed within the baby. While it did come to mind to just steal the fox it would take power from the young Uzumaki which she didn't want to happen. However, after thinking about the problem for a minute, she come up with an idea that Hagoromo wouldn't like but she didn't give a fuck. While giving her blessings she noticed that the boy already had the kekkei genkais of the Royal Uzumaki clan which excited her. She was going to enjoy watching the boy grow and become one of the strongest humans on this planet however something told her that Hagoromo and the Shinigami might bless that other child making her give him another gift that will place him above their container. After she was done she exited the seal and went back to the other world.
-Kurama POV-
Kurama who was behind the cage laughing at Yami until he felt unimaginable pain in his gut that made him double over. When he tried to get up he felt weaker like his charka was being stolen from him something that shouldn't be happening since the boy's isn't of age yet to receive his charka. Kurama then remembered Yami's words about changing things around "YOU.. FUCKING.. BITCH! I'LL KILL YOU WHEN I GET OUT OF HERE YAMI I PROMISE YOU THAT!" yelled Kurama hoping the fake god heard him.
-Over to Tsunade-
Fighting for what felt like a half a day the battle was finally over and now the Konoha ninjas were looking over the village and doing a damage report as well. Half of the village had been destroyed, another part was still on fire, and there were dead bodies all around the village. When Minato showed up and took Son Goku out of the village everyone was happy however realized that Han was still in the village causing trouble making most wish that Lord Fugaku would show up. The Iwagakure Elite Jonin had decided to take it up a notch by using his experience from two wars and almost unlimited charka to take down many high-level ninjas. Han had become a one-man wrecking crew taking on Tsunade, the anbu, and even killed a few Uchiha members who were seen as one of the elite clans. After barely feeling Rōshi charka and not seeing his tailed beast Han had started fleeing confusing all the remaining Iwagakure ninjas who decided to keep fighting. Due to this action all the Iwagakure ninjas and bandits were dealt with and Konoha survived the attack. However, now they need to regroup and find out where the hell is Shadow Kage at. While healing some ninjas a Snake and a Senju member come to Tsunade telling her that she is needed at the Senju compound immediately. This statement caused the slug Sannin to run off towards the compound hoping that everyone was okay and that the problem was fixable.
-Senju compound-
Upon Tsunade getting to the compound, she was informed that there was a meeting taking place between the elders of the Uzumaki and Senju clan. While walking to where the meeting was taking place Tsunade ran into Orochimara who was being held back by four large men. "She's with me let her go" said Tsunade walking up. The four men release the snake Sannin and both walked into the meeting where the tension in the room could lead to a war between the two small clans. Upon walking into the room all eyes turned to the Sannins however their eyes landed on the three children present in the room. Tsunade immediately moved towards the boy she knew named Naruto Namikaze-Senju son of Minato Namikaze and Mai Senju who currently looked like he was in the world of pain. While healing the boy Tsunade looked at the other child who was being held by Kushina's best friend Mikoto Uchiha which seemed weird. The third child in the room was a crimson red head baby who was being held by a female elder who was holding the baby closely. "Can someone tell me what's going on? Why is Naruto and two other kids in the room during a meeting between clans? And what happened to Naruto?" questioned the Slug Sannin.
One of the Uzumaki elders spoke "It seems that the Hokage sealed the four tails within his first born". Tsunade could sense the hostilely in the room "Please explain what do you mean first born? Minato only child is Naruto" asked Tsunade trying to grasp the whole picture. "Apparently Minato Namikaze had been sharing his seed with multiple women resulting him in have a child with the Senju, Uchiha, and possibly our Kushina-chan" stated a Uzumaki elder while the others gave disapproving looks. Tsunade was glad that Naruto had passed out earlier because this news would have broken the image of his father that he grew up knowing "Wait where is Minato?" asked Tsunade. "Yeah that's a question that I would like to know the answer to as well because he missed the birth of his daughter" said Mikoto who was upset with the man. Mikoto is a fair skinned lady with long black hair. She was wearing a black dress that fit her frame prefect and on the back of her dress was the Uchiha symbol. "I can answer that he used the Reaper Death Seal and due to this the reaper took his soul as payment" stated Orochimara.
After a moment of silence and a few people crying someone finally spoke up "Okay so we now have two new babies here what is the plan?" asked a female Senju member. Before any of the Senju elders could suggest something "My niece will be raised in the Uchiha compound I understand that the Senju clan and Minato had a great relationship however Minato was Senju in name not blood" stated Mikoto holding the girl closely. Tsunade knew that this was going to cause a problem so she tried to play peacemaker "I believe that we should raise all three of the children together especially since the-" Tsunade was cut off by an Uzumaki member. "While Minato kept Kushina close no one here has seen or even heard of them possibly having sex so we don't truly believe that Kushina's baby is the son of Minato and due to the fact that she died this alliance is over and we will be leaving" said one of the male elders. "What madness are you talking about?" questioned another Senju elder. The leader of the Uzumaki house stood and spoke "This alliance between us and Konoha has only befitted one side especially during the second and third wars were Konoha didn't send any type of help during the multiple attacks on our village and now the Royal Uzumaki bloodline only has one member left" explained Liu Uzumaki.
This outrage the current head of the Senju clan "During both attacks on Uzushiogakure we were dealing with our own attacks more than HALF OF MY CLAN IS GONE, MY FATHER, MY UNCLES, MY SONS ALL KILLED IN BATTLE DON'T TALK TO ME ABOUT BLOODLINES!" yelled Tobirama Jr who looked just like his father the only difference was the color of his eyes. This made the room go silent as both clans remembered all the friends and family they had lost in battle, which caused more tears to fall. A few minutes later Liu stood up "I must apologize for not considering your lost however my clan has already filed the paperwork and it was approved by the 4th Hokage" said the man holding the paperwork. "What? Why?" asked Tsunade. "Because we cannot in good faith believe that we will be protected here" replied Liu. This statement made the air in the room thick as the Uzumakis just told them that their village and ninjas were incompetent.
"Lord Liu both Kushina and Mito were loved within the village plus in the event Minato is his father he would want his son to be raised in the village he loved" stated a Senju member. "Again, we don't know for sure Minato is the father and as for Lady Kushina goes she was supposed to return back to Uzushiogakure after the nine tails beast was sealed within her NOT stay here and be loyal to this village" an elder Uzumaki elder. "To add on top of this I want to bring up the fact that after not getting our clansman back there was a marriage contract between Kushina and Minato however it seems that he never married Kushina optioning to marry a Senju woman and even had two kids out of wedlock which voids the contract" added another elder. "Speaking of Namikaze children what is her name?" asked Orochimara to Mikoto. "Her name is Naruko Uchiha-Namikaze" replied Mikoto. Everyone in the room was confused about the name so Mikoto explained that Naruko is the younger sister of Naruto in Lord Jiraiya's book. Anyone who truly knew Minato knew that the man loved that book so much that he named his first son after the character hoping his son would end up being like him. "What's his name?" asked Mikoto to the Snake Sannin. "Before Kushina passed she was always craving menma within her ramen so we shall name him Menma Uzumaki" answered Kushina's midwife.
"So, bamboo shoots, Fishcakes, and beautiful yeah those boys are definitely going to have a rough time growing up" said Tsunade trying to lighten the mood. When she saw that it didn't work she changed the subject "I will need to do medical examinations on all three of them I would like to ask Mikoto and Orochimara to join me in the medical room please and thank you" said Tsunade getting up. At that moment, there was a knock on the door and when Tsunade opened it she was handed a scroll. Due to the attack on the village another Senju member opened the scroll "Tsunade-sama and Tobirama-sama you both have been requested for an emergency meeting that will be taking place in two hours". Tobirama Jr turned to Liu Uzumaki "I am guessing we will not see you at the meeting?" asked the man already knowing the answer. "No because as you see we weren't invited that letter came to you all not us plus we need to bury Kushina in Uzushiogakure in the Royal Uzumaki burial grounds so we shall leave now and go pack our things" replied Lui getting up and leaving the room followed by his clan. Tsunade, who was already at the door, had opened it but stopped Lui "I apologize but as the BEST med ninja on the planet and cousin to Kushina and her son I beg you to allow me to look over the child before you leave the village" pleaded the Sannin who was holding Naruto. "Fine I will follow you and allow you to do your medical examination" said Lui who took the baby from the elder who was holding him.
-Ten Minutes Later-
Tsunade, Lui, Orochimara, and Mikoto were in the Senju's personal emergency room so that Tsunade could do full physical on all three kids. The first child that got looked over was Naruto whose body was still adjusting to the new tailed beast within him. She wrote down notes about the boy to file in his medical history something she planned on during every year while she was in the village. After giving a full Naruto a full check over, she found he was doing just fine however would require rest in the incoming days. The next child to be looked over was Menma since the Uzumaki leader was leaving soon. While looking him over she noticed his unique hazel eyes which had a hint of red in the middle but didn't pay it too much mind since from time-to-time people have unique eyes. Tsunade then placed her hands over the boy stomach noting the weird seal which indicated that he was indeed the nine tails jinchuriki. In her mind she knew that losing the nine tails would hurt the village dearly however the man whore Minato had broken the contract formed between the Uzumaki clan and Konoha. After fully checking Tsunade kissed the boy on the forehead before handing him over to the Uzumaki leader who thanked her before leaving. Just like the other two she checked the Namikaze child over however quickly Tsunade noticed something off and called Lui back into the room.
In under two minutes Liu Uzumaki walked into the room "How can I help you Lady Tsunade?" questioned the man. "I need you to take a look at Naruko seal something feels..different about it" whispered Tsunade not trying to alert Mikoto who was pregnant. Liu was confused to hear that the baby had a seal on her "Indeed I can do you this last favor" Liu whispered back. Not trying to be suspicious he turned towards the Namikaze son first "I will start with the Namikaze son first to make sure his seal was done right" stated Liu. Looking over Naruto's seal Liu saw that the seal leaks the tailed beast charka into the boy's charka pool slowly "His seal was done right however does leak the tailed beast charka slowly so watch him" stated the Uzumaki seal master before moving over towards the little girl.
Upon placing his fingertips on the seal small white tentacles trying latching to the man's arm however he quickly pulled away. When he looked closer he noticed this seal was one from a demonic clan that the Uzumaki clan went to war with decades ago and he was confused on who could know their seals. Knowing that Tsunade would want an answer Liu told her "There is indeed something sealed within her however I don't believe that it is a tailed beast" whispered the man before leaving the room. "Tsunade-Hime is everything okay?" asked Mikoto worried about her niece. "Umm yes" said Tsunade in tone that betrayed her making Mikoto to fare his sharingan "Okay ok it seems that you niece has something sealed within her somehow" said the Sannin. Mikoto was shocked to hear that her niece held a tailed beast within her which caused Mikoto to freak out and made her water break. "Remind calm Mikoto I will deliver your baby Orochimara take the kids outside the room please and call for a nurse" ordered Tsunade.
-Thirty minutes later-
Tsunade had walked out the room and she was little pissed apparently Mikoto was having twins and both were being stubborn. Because of this Mikoto and two nurses were transported to the Uchiha compound since the woman first option was to have a natural birth. Tsunade then went to find Orochimara to ask her for a favor which took her minute since the Snake Sannin was almost nowhere to be found however she knew the woman was undoubtedly holding baby Menma. After ten minutes of looking, she finally found her "Hey Orochi I need a favor" said Tsunade to her friend. Turning to her friend she replied, "Yeah shoot what is it?" asked Orochimara. "This is my son Tenzo and this is my daughter Shizune" said Tsunade handing Orochimara a photo of her two kids. This shocked Orochimara who didn't know her friend had any kids "Umm who the hell did you let impregnated you?" asked the snake Sannin. "That doesn't matter right now I need you to go get them and take them with you they are at least Chunin rank and I don't want what's going on here to affect them" answered Tsunade. Orochimara had looked at her friend whose eyes were pleading for her friend to do this favor and take care of her two teens. "Okay where are they located now?" asked Orochimara. Tsunade smiled "They are currently in the Land of Waves about three to four days from Konoha also here" she then took out a box and handed it to her "This is for them please don't open it". Taking the box Orochimara replied "Yeah I got you I will protect your kids and Menma with my life however I must leave now I will send you messages when I can" stated Orochimara before walking out the room.
Upon turning into the hallway Liu told Orochimara that it was time for them to leave and head to the Ruins of Uzushiogakure so that they could bury Kushina with her mother and father. While they could stay inside of Konoha the Uzumaki clan decided on banking on Menma's potential in hopes of returning the clan and the village back to its former glory. the clan planned to put in most if not all their effort into raising him to be the prefect Uzumaki ninja. On their way out of the village Menma's seal started to glow and while Orochimara had some knowledge on Fuinjutsu she didn't have as much as her twin brother thankfully the elders were there and informed her that nothing bad was happening though this did bring up the fact that she needed to learn more Fuinjutsu.
